- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Let's like the live as we come in here.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: The Singer David, where the story where the uh young lady was found, um, and she's actually a young girl was found in the trunk of his Tesla while he is on tour singing.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: He's a pretty well-known RB singer.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Well, we got an explosive update.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: We got an explosive, explosive update uh in this in the David case.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna talk about that too, and whatever else pops up in the chat, and you know how we do.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, let's get into it.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Good morning, Shauna.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Shauna spreading love, heart hands in the chat.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Shauna, and uh everybody else in the building.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Life is tough, y'all.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Life is tough.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: You can't control what the next hurdle is gonna be, how high that hurdle is gonna be.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: But you just gotta attack it.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: You just gotta attack it.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: One issue, you gotta put out one fire at a time, and ain't nothing tougher than being a parent.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: So, all the parents out there, we are we are we we're gonna get through it, but it's definitely not an easy thing.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Uh, but just remember, all you can do is do the best you can and let God handle the rest.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: But uh I am this Diddy Trump pardon, oh yeah, the Browns won.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get into the Diddy part.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Yes, my Browns won.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: My Browns kicked ass, and they took names from uh the Miami Dolphins.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: We now know the name of everybody on the Dolphins team because we kicked ass and we took everybody's name, and we got it.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: So, all my Miami listeners, Miami fans, whether you follow me on social media or listen to the podcast, I want to let you know it was a pleasure kicking y'all's ass uh this weekend uh and taking y'all's names.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: So, shout out to the Browns for that victory Monday.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, let's get back.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: This man, that's first of all, that David, wait till we get into that David update.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get this Diddy shit out the way first.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Then we're gonna get into David because this update on that unaliving sexual assault.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: I don't know what happened with that young girl, but this next update really points more fingers at David.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So anyway, Diddy, this Diddy and Trump uh pardon situation is like Michael Myers.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: It won't fucking die.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: And it's getting on my nerve.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: It's like when you're watching a scary movie and and you see the killer, the the the monster, the killer get their head chopped off, they get broken into a million pieces and drowned or whatever.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: And you think he finally gone, and then you see the killer come emerge from the lake back hunting, and you say to yourself, I I thought this motherfucker was dead.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: I swore he was dead.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Now he back trying to kill people again.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: That's what this damn Trump pardon the Diddy uh story is like.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: It's like it will never fucking die.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: Trump is not pardoning him, but over the weekend, some message or somebody came talking about it was on the Ricky Smiley show, and uh not everybody picked up this story, but some of the big platforms picked it up, and it was like uh Trump could Diddy could be free in 48 hours, uh all from a Trump pardon.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, where did this story even come from?
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: It's like somebody paying.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: I think uh Melissa said she thinks it was one of his attorneys that was saying that, and then it went around.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: But I'm like I at this point, I agree, Melissa.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: It might be his attorneys or somebody, but I do know I do know one thing.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: It's coming from Diddy's side.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: It's coming from Diddy's side.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: Like at this point, I believe they are just trying to uh put the story out there to try to make it, to try, to try to force Trump's hand or something.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: It's something to it, like Melissa said, it's like the the the the attorneys are doing PR.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: And the thing about it, it's already been 48 hours.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: Uh spoiler alert, it's already been 48 hours from the time of the story drops.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: So, so I don't understand, but let me just go into it a little bit.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Uh did you see?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Uh, let's see.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: Diddy, we're gonna go from the Ricky Smiley.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: I was like, why did they post this on the Ricky Smiley morning show?
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Like, seriously, Diddy's release could happen in 20 in 48 hours if Trump signs his part.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Diddy goes on to say the 55-year-old music mogul, currently serving four years and two months behind bars for federal charges related to the transportation of individuals for prostitution, has formally requested clemency from Trump.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: During a press meeting at the White House, we know that Trump said uh a lot of people have asked him for pardons.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Trump's remarks immediately sparked nationwide speculation about whether he might actually sign the pardon and what would and what that would mean for for combs and his immediate future.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: Legal analyst Chad Cummings spoke to the Mirror U U.S.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: to clarify what would happen if Trump grants the request uh and how soon Diddy could walk out of prison.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Now, according to Cummings, a presidential pardon would effectively wipe away Diddy's conviction.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: If Trump pardons Diddy, the conviction disappears and the sentence ends, he explained.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: A full presidential pardon wipes out the legal effect of the conviction.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: He added that while a pardon doesn't technically prove innocence, it does nullify the punishment and erase the legal consequences tied to the case.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Cummings went on to explain that once a pardon is signed, the Bureau of Prison would move quickly to process Diddy's release.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: In the best case scenario, he could walk within 20, 44, 8 hours, he said.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: Even then, there are logistical steps like confirmation, paperwork, and coordination with the facility.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: Red tape or security concerns might slow in slightly, but political pressure could speed up.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: He also noted that presidential pardons are final and irreversible.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Federal pardons cannot be blocked or undone, and once issued, no court or prosecutor can challenge.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Cummings said, the only real pushback that exists is public opinion, but that carries no legal weight.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Now, the potential release of one of hip hop's most influential figures has sparked a wave of debate.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Supporters argue that Diddy deserves a second chance, pointing to his decade-long impact on music and culture, while critics say a pardon could send the wrong message about accountability.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: For now, the decision lies entirely in the President Trump's hand, and if he decides to act, Sean Diddy Combs could be walking out of prison in less than two days, marking one of the most dramatic celebrity legal turnarounds in recent memory.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: To all that, I say, cut the crap.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Cut the crap.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: But in my opinion, ain't no fucking pardon.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: I'm tired of them talking about it.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: I'm tired of talking about it.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: I would love for it to be over with.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: But Diddy, I believe, his attorneys, and whoever else he's paid off, y'all know he's been paying people off a lot.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: Um, but whoever else he's paying off in the media, they are circulating this story on their own.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, first super chat of the day.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Let's see what we got here.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Uh$1.99,$2 holla.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Uh Angelina, thank you so much.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: She says the Browns won.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: No Kings won.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And the Dodgers won.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Angelina, for all the great, great, great updates.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: And yeah, the No Kings thing was a big, it was a big turnout all across the world, all across the United States, I should say.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Uh, definitely, definitely, definitely.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Um, and it got the attention of Trump because he definitely was trying to downplay it.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: And I believe if that was true, Trump even dropped a little AI video, um, dropping what appeared to be diarrhea on all the protesters.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: I don't know if that was real or not, but uh it sounds like it.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: It seems like it was.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: Good morning, Tahra.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Tahera says, good morning, Tasha.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: Everybody's piling on in.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Hey, Angie, one of the Angies, one of my Angies.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: We got one of my Angies in the big in the building.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: You know, we got about 50 Angies in the flow community.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: Angies, Angelas, Angelinas, everything in between.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that is what people say.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: Uh, thank you, Danae.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Uh they're trying to they're trying to bring in that Trump will pardon uh uh Diddy uh because Trump pardoned George Santos, which was very controversial.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: Uh, a lot of people don't think very highly of George Santos.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: And because of that, people are trying to say, well, if he in their mind, he's a shade, George Santos is a shady motherfucker.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: So they're saying if Trump just pardoned that shady person, uh many people believe Diddy is next up to back.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: I don't.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: I definitely don't.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: I don't see one coming at all.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: But who knows?
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: People are coming out the woodwork, uh Little Rod uh case is is starting off.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: We got oh, oh, definitely something else I wanted to bring to y'all attention.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Uh it says uh I got a uh uh uh uh um what an announcement, not an announcement, but you know, uh Tyrone Blackburn once said not too long ago that plague time is over.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Plague time is over.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: We look forward to discovery.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: I hope the defendants are ready.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: It's about to go down.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: It's about to go down.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: Little Rod's lawsuit might be the straw that's gonna break Diddy's back because so many parts of Lil Rod's lawsuit are uh what you want to call could be could be criminal, could become criminal.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: But none of that happened without discovery without discovery, we have no evidence.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: And without evidence, we have no criminal case.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: So we have an update also in the uh matter of Parm versus Combs.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Judge has the plaintiff attorney's motion denied, original basis for withdrawal remain legitimate, but Mitchell and Perez may re-enter at plaintiff's as plaintiff counsel if plaintiff decide to retain them.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Now, this is from the uh Ashley Parham case.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Um and the update says this is from the court paperwork, order denying motion of reconsideration, uh, because that case has been basically dropped.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: It says this case arises from the alleged gang art of plaintiff Ashley Parham that occurred on March 23rd, 2018, in uh California.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: Plaintiffs amended plaintiffs.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: Now you remember this is the one that got uh Drewski involved, OJel Beckham, Jaguar Wright, and it just this this lawsuit fell apart.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Uh it came out that Jaguar Wright was actually allegedly in prison at this time, so she couldn't have been involved.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: Um, Drewski didn't have a dollar, so he didn't, he was living in Atlanta, broke, so he was not even in California at that time.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And Odell Beckham continues to say he's innocent, and so this case kind of fell apart at the seams, and so this is with the final ruling or uh the the latest ruling, I should say.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: Plaintiff admitted their complaint at Drew as a defendant of the lawsuit.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: Um then counsel Ariel Mitchell and Sean Perez under federal rule of civil procedure.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: After the lawsuit was filed, Drew counsel sent plaintiff's counsel evidence showing that Drew was in Georgia at the time of the alleged break.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Drew's sanctions motion was denied on the basis that plaintiff's counsel had had reasonable basis to suit Drew at the time he was added to the complaint.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: But plaintiff's counsel was ordered to show cause why sanctions should not be issued for statements they made at the July 10th, 2025 hearing that plaintiffs were still intending to pursue their claims against Drewski despite the new evidence received.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: Plaintiff's counsel failed to respond uh to order to show in order to show cause by the required date.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: On September 30th, 2025, the court granted uh Mitchell and Perez's motion to withdraw as plaintiffs.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Mitchell and Perez have now moved to leave a file motion of reconsideration, and that motion has been denied.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: It is not clear exactly what ruling the motion seeks to have reconsidered.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: The court has already ruled in Mitchell and Perez's favor uh as Drewski's original motion for sanctions, for sanctions, sanctions, the newly discovered video evidence in which Drewski appears to admit that he does not have his own phone plan or pay his own phone bill, but instead has always been on his grandmother's cell phone plan, does not change the court's determination that there appeared to be a reasonable factual basis for naming Drewski in that amended complaint.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: To the extent that the motion seeks reconsideration and the or in order to show cause, the court has not entered a ruling as to that issue yet.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Plaintiff's counsel did not timely file a written explanation as required.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: The motion will be construed as a blatant response to the order to in order to show cause.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: The court will consider that evidence along with uh Drewski's uh response in assessing the order to show cause.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: However, it is worth noting that the video at issue does not bear on what information plaintiff's counsel had at a time that made the statements at the hearing.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: To the extent that the motion seeks reconsideration of the decision to allow Mitchell and Perez to withdraw as a plaintiff's counsel, their original basis for withdrawal remain legitimate, but Mitchell and Perez may re-enter if they if the plaintiff decides to retain them.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Plaintiffs were ordered to have new counsel, file a notice of appearance, and it is so ordered.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: That case is just falling apart.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure at some point that one's gonna be just totally dismissed, but we shall see.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, what else do we got in the matter in the Diddy news?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Uh in the matter of Lovelace versus Diddy Combs, this is in Florida.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: The state of Florida uh has been summoned, has has summons summoned someone to the state of Florida, to all of the singular sheriffs of said state.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: You are hereby committed to serve this summons in a copy of the complaint or petition, request for production, and request for admissions in the above-style case upon a defendant.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: Sean combs.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to said complaint on Rebecca Martinez, and the defendants listed are Sean Combs, Bad Boy Records, Bad Boy Enterprises, and Dough Enterprise, uh Doe Corporations, which I don't know if those are unlisted uh corporations, but what we do know is Diddy is uh has been summoned summoned in the matter of Lovelace versus Combs.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: Now Lovelace versus Combs, what the hell is that about?
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Let me pull that information.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Uh Combs, like I said before, he is like one case after another.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: These lawsuits are not stopping anytime soon.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: And uh this one he's being summoned to.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: This is uh from USA Today.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: This is uh Chelsea Lovelace, y'all.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: Sean Diddy Combs accuser.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: Sean Diddy Combs accuser reveals her identity in lawsuit, alleging four-year pattern of abuse.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: More than eight months after accusing Sean Diddy Combs of sexually abusing and manipulating her over a four-year period in a 2024 lawsuit.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: A woman has come forward to identify herself.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: Chelsea Lovelace uh described her as a Florida business owner, entrepreneur, and model on June 13th, she filed an amended complaint in the New York Supreme Court using her own name as plaintiff, replacing the anonymous name Jane Doe, she's used in her September 27th file.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: She alleges, now this is what they're saying, Diddy did.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: She alleges that between 20 and 20, 2021 and 2024, Combs pressured her to regularly travel to meet him in and ingest illicit substances.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: She was also ordered to have sex with other men and women, and otherwise do his bidding by leveraging the allowance he was paying her.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: The claims and timeline mirror testimony they mirror testimony Combs' former partner gave on the stand of the criminal child.
- 25:46SPEAKER_00: So take a quick break and catch up, and we'll see what's going on here.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: So now this Chelsea woman is claiming the same things that Cassie claimed.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: The same things that Jane, the other uh victim in Diddy's infamous trial that we just finished.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: Uh she is having the same claims now.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: Lovelace's filing comes after Combs' legal team sought the court to issue a ruling that would compel her to use her legal name.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: Lovelace's attorney, Joseph C.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: said in a statement in USA Today, before the court made any decision on that, my client decided herself to come forward publicly on her own terms.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: In response to Lovelace's amended complaint, Combs team told USA Today in a statement reiterating Mr.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: In court, the truth will prevail that Mr.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Combs is on trial for charges of sex trafficking, transportation, and all that.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: We knew all of that.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: And we know the outcome of that.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: Chelsea Lovelace also said that the relationship with Diddy turned into manipulation, control, and abuse.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: He also shared a statement from Lovelace who said of her alleged relationship with Combs, there was a time I truly believed we shared something real.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: In my heart for a time, I believe he genuinely cared about that we both care for one another and that we meant something to each other.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: But over time, that illusion shattered.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: Does this sound familiar?
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: Good morning, Sybil.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: What I once thought was love and loyalty quickly turned into manipulation, control, and abuse.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: I was not seen as a person with a soul, but as a pawn in a much larger game.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to believe what was happening.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: I wrestled with God with my heart and with my own silence.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: She clarified that the lawsuit was not an act of revenge, but rather an act of release, of standing in her truth, of choosing healing over hiding.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Lovelace added that eventually silence became too heavy to bear.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Lovelace concluded by saying she believes that light exposes what needs to be healed.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: And I believe that the truth, even when it hurts, is the beginning of freedom.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: She also noted that today I choose to walk forward with my head held high and my voice intact.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Lovelace has sued Combs for sexual assault, sexual battery, and infliction of emotional distress.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: She alleges that she first met him November 5th, 2020, on a three-day trip to Turks and Caicos, for which he paid for.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: She says he flew her back to his Miami estate on November 7, 2020, and sent her home November 9th.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: They started seeing each other.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: Other around early 2021.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: However, did this not sound so fucking familiar, y'all?
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: However, she claims her monthly trips with Combs or to meet him were not of her own volition.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Combs and his accomplices would use coercive and harassing language to compel her to comply.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: Lovelace's lawsuit states she went on, she went on to detail several alleged incidents, including forced and coerced sex with combs, as well as other people, blacking out from alcohol and other substances, various times, and realizing he was tracking herself.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: So basically, Chelsea, Lovelace, that's her name, but we're gonna call her Chelsea, just so you know when I say Lovelace, I'm speaking on Chelsea.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Chelsea experienced a lot of the same crap Cassie, Gina, Jane Doe, and a bunch of the other women experienced.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: The only difference is, for whatever reason, she wasn't in this case.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: She wasn't in the trial of the century.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Chelsea also described Combs allegedly described combs allegedly discouraging her from working and paying her an allowance that he would use as leverage to control.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Same old, same mode.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: What we heard from the tribe.
- 32:38SPEAKER_00: Now, if the feds were to come back, if the feds were to come back and double down on the prostitution charges, they may come back.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: And this is what I'm thinking the feds are thinking.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: And this is why I'm I'm telling y'all and describing this show to let everybody know.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Fire Glory, for the two dollar super sticker,$2 holla, Fire Glory.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: Always a big supporter of the show.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: I appreciate it.
- 33:25SPEAKER_00: But let's let's let's dive into this.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: Now, if I'm the feds, and I'm not, but if I'm the feds, and I see we didn't get Rico charges, and I want to get Diddy, the smart thing to do would be to double down on the charges you did get a conviction.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: That's not followed.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: They got a resounding guilty decision on the prostitution charges.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: So what I'm thinking, I'm thinking the feds are gonna double down on the man act charges and come with more man act charges for Diddy.
- 34:36SPEAKER_00: And this would fit, especially if Chelsea did the same thing as him.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: Did he if he flew in work sex workers and did all the stuff he did to get him the original prostitution conviction?
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: Looks like Chelsea, along with a few other cases that's floating around, can also make their way on the judge on a judge's desk.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna say the judge's desk, but it could make its way on the judge's desk.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: And a judge will look at Diddy as first of all, he's already been convicted of a felony, so he's a he's a two-time felon, or one-time, I don't know if they consider that two-time because he has two felony uh prostitution cases.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: I think that's a two-time felon.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: And not only that, but he's already been convicted of this prostitution shit.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: And so when you see lawsuits where women are claiming the same thing that these other women have been have managed to get a conviction on Diddy of, Diddy ass could be in trouble.
- 35:53SPEAKER_00: Diddy could be in trouble.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: And I think that's what the feds are leaning in on.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: I think they're gonna group all of these prostitution and just double down on the man.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: But we uh on this show, we call it a twenty dollar holla.
- 36:31SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, big R for the twenty dollar holla, 1999 super sticker.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: Thank you, thank you so much.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: Y'all are amazing, y'all are great, everything.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: I think and also let me let me follow up Big R super chat.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: She has some passion in this in this statement.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: Big R says, I think if people would stop trying to sue for money and just tell on his ass, something may stick, but it's looking like just money grabs, just go to the lawyers instead of the police.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what that's a true statement, Big R.
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: It definitely looks like uh money grab, and that does hurt your case.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: Uh Lily says she hates when the stupid ads boot her off the chat.
- 37:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they they they're known for that.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: They be ad, they be coming with them ads, man, especially on my content.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: I don't know why they come with those ads on here.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: Big R.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: This is getting sick.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: But that's why I brought it up because Diddy is now being summonsed.
- 37:51SPEAKER_00: Diddy is being summonsed.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: He's gonna have to answer some questions on this uh on this Chelsea case.
- 38:03SPEAKER_00: Uh, what else we got?
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: Any any Diddy news before we go on?
- 38:07SPEAKER_00: Let me double check.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: Make sure it's nothing that I wanted to cover.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: Uh the one with Lisa Bloom.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: Before we get to this David, in the matter of Doe versus Combs, the one with the Las Vegas entertainer repped by Lisa Bloom.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: There have been a pre-trial pretrial motion sequence calendar reset.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: So the defendant's motion to dismiss is due by due on or before December 11, 2025.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: Uh plaintiff's opposition shall be due on or before January 15th, 2026.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: And uh defendant's reply shall be due on or before February twelfth, twenty twenty-six.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: So that one is no new, no big news, but we just got a timeline day.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: Now let's move over to David.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: The singer David.
- 39:50SPEAKER_00: Now we know he's a singer.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: There was a young girl found in the trunk of his test.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: He went on to sing and continue his tour like nothing ever happened.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Now we're starting to get a lot of evidence coming out.
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: Evidence that don't look good for this singer.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: This this he's been dating this woman, or I keep calling her a woman.
- 40:26SPEAKER_00: She's a girl, she was always a girl.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: She died a girl in his trunk, or was put in his trunk.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: But they footage came out of him being with Celeste.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: This is the David and Celeste story.
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: Celeste was 12-13, somewhere in the 12-13 range when he met her, allegedly.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: And maybe 15 when she was found in the trunk.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: And so things have been going on.
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: He people are wondering why hasn't he been why hasn't he been arrested?
- 40:56SPEAKER_00: What does his manager have going on?
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: They have moved out of the mansion they were renting where a lot where this bullshit allegedly may have taken place.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: He has hired his own private investigator to find out what the hell happened.
- 41:50SPEAKER_00: Not to mention, his manager rented this home from this guy, and didn't he and the guy didn't even know that the singer David was even living there.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: So what were they hiding?
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Or what was the big secret?
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: That's what we want to find out.
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: But the private investigator found out some explosive news or evidence.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: They found footage of that Tesla.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: Y'all know that Tesla that was that was Davis Tesla that was found and towed to a tow yard because it was parked somewhere.
- 42:30SPEAKER_00: They pulled it away from the house.
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: Well, they actually found the footage of the car being driven to that parking spot and left.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: And there were some strange things.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: I had to take some notes.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: And where I got this from was from the private investigator, Steve Fisher, was on News Nation with the I believe her name is Ashley, the lady Ashley.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: And he told about everything that he found.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: Um, and and his footage.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: And it was some stuff that I'm gonna get to in a second that he found inside of the home that was also alarming.
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: But let's tell let me tell you some things he noticed.
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: He said the window, the one window was cracked down as the person drove in a weird way.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: He said it wasn't a it wasn't a a particularly hot day, but the window was was three-quarters of the way down.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: No other window was down.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: A person might say, hey, that shows that uh since the windows were down, what that shows is maybe that car was stinking, and to add to that, there was a Christmas, Christmas tree air fresher that was put in the window.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: I mean in the in the in the in up, you know how you put those uh incense hang them over your mirror or whatever?
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: Well, there was a Christmas tree incense, uh air freshener that was hanging.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: More evidence that that car was stinking and they were trying to hide the smith.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Now, another thing before we get to what was at the house, let's tell you another thing that was strange or or or that was coincidental.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: This private investigator said that that Tesla that had that young lady, the one they found with the girl in there in the trunk, dismembered that Tesla was dropped off literally moments, hours before David and the rest of his crew would leave for a tour.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: I believe they headed to San Francisco first.
- 45:24SPEAKER_00: And how do we know that?
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, these days they put everything, everything goes on internet, everything goes on the internet, everything somebody does, everything, you know, everything they post everything, which is a good thing for authorities.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: And so the the private investigator noticed that hours from the timestamp and the date of that Tesla being driven, like it was dropped off, they headed out for tour.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: And the window being cracked allowed them to see who was driving.
- 46:13SPEAKER_00: Now, the private investigator uh did not uh would not say who was driving the the Tesla, but he did say or or some of his context clues pointed to one of David's good friend.
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: Uh his name is uh Neo.
- 46:34SPEAKER_00: I'm about to confirm that his name is Neo.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: But I believe I'm pretty sure Neo is what they said.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Neo.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: So Neo.
- 46:52SPEAKER_00: A lot of people believe Neil was the last one driving that Tesla.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: And Neil has been wiped from social media clean.
- 47:06SPEAKER_00: From David's social media clean.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: This one gets crazier before it gets normal.
- 47:22SPEAKER_00: This is crazy.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: And so receipts, again, let me reiterate.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: Receipts show that David and Neo, who have been constantly together, no longer follow each other on Instagram.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: So what happened to Celeste Rivas Hernandez and her and who put her in the front of that Tesla truck?
- 47:56SPEAKER_00: So many things have been thrown around.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: Like for example, they have a picture that's on David's an old picture from David's uh Instagram page.
- 48:17SPEAKER_00: Where him and Neil are laying together.
- 48:22SPEAKER_00: His shirt says, This is David's shirt.
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: This shirt you can't see it because it's backwards, but it says, Sounds gay, I'm in.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: Sounds gay, I'm in.
- 48:44SPEAKER_00: Which means, you know, people start speculating.
- 48:48SPEAKER_00: Did Celeste see was she caught up in some freaky triangle with with with David and Neil and her?
- 48:58SPEAKER_00: People are saying was David had some secret bisexual whatever going on.
- 49:02SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: But did did Celeste find out something and then they needed her gone?
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: And was Neo forced to be the one to help David uh uh carry out this horrific crime?
- 49:23SPEAKER_00: All of a sudden, him and Neo aren't talking?
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: And you mean to tell me Neo the last possibly or whoever the last person to drive that Tesla?
- 49:37SPEAKER_00: You mean to tell me they haven't put that out there?
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: If the private investigator has this footage, wouldn't LAPD have that footage?
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: And if you saw somebody driving that Tesla, wouldn't you either take them into custody or put the information out there and say, hey, we have a person that we need to talk to, a person of interest?
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: They were the last person that we saw driving this crime scene ass vehicle.
- 50:10SPEAKER_00: Follow me, y'all.
- 50:12SPEAKER_00: What what what what why is this not making sense?
- 50:15SPEAKER_00: Is this not only this not only not making sense to me or anybody in the chat?
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: Do y'all do y'all understand what the hell is going, what the hell is going on?
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: They definitely put air freshener in the car for a reason.
- 50:30SPEAKER_00: And what was the timeline of this?
- 50:38SPEAKER_00: I know a body can't be like the fact that it was a Christmas, Christmas air freshener at that.
- 50:47SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 50:47SPEAKER_00: It just seems strange.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: Excuse me.
- 50:54SPEAKER_00: Alice says, uh Neo may be covering up for him.
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking, I'm thinking something, but why aren't we hearing anything?
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: Why are we why are we hearing information from a private investigator?
- 51:13SPEAKER_00: And don't tell me it's to protect the investigation because you're hindering the investigation if you have people that need to be spoken with and you haven't said anything.
- 51:24SPEAKER_00: And I'm talking about when I say you, I'm talking about the authorities, it it just it it it it makes it it doesn't make sense.
- 51:50SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 51:52SPEAKER_00: So now with all that not making sense, guess what this private investigator found inside the home.
- 52:07SPEAKER_00: I gotta take a sip of this, I gotta take a caffeine sip before I get into this.
- 52:14SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you know the crazy item that was found in David's home.
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: That will that definitely screams something horrible went on in this in this house or around this house.
- 52:38SPEAKER_00: So y'all ain't seen.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: So I see a lot of two, I see twos in the chat.
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: Y'all ain't seen it.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, you know, Monique, what did they find?
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: Let's see if Monique knows.
- 52:48SPEAKER_00: What did they find, Monique, in the house?
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: Grandma Kathy.
- 52:54SPEAKER_00: I know grandma Kathy has been all over this case.
- 52:57SPEAKER_00: Let us know what they found in the house, Kathy or uh and Monique.
- 53:04SPEAKER_00: Put it in the chat.
- 53:05SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna put it up on the I'm gonna put it on the big board, and then we're gonna go into it.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: Monique or grandma Kathy waiting for y'all to throw something in the chat for us.
- 53:19SPEAKER_00: But this case is I don't understand what's going on.
- 53:25SPEAKER_00: It took the private investigator to tell us to about the footage of somebody driving it and all of that, driving the Tesla.
- 53:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, you can't tell me if you are the LAPD, you can't give me no good excuse of why.
- 54:01SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
- 54:02SPEAKER_00: So Grandma Cathy said what was found in the house was Satan, satanic rituals and stuff.
- 54:08SPEAKER_00: Okay, that that was found, but that's not what I'm speaking of.
- 54:12SPEAKER_00: Uh so then let's get to it.
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: So so so, of course, satanic demonic stuff was found.
- 54:19SPEAKER_00: We already know that David, his music is all is talking about devilish stuff.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: But when I found this out, y'all, I was like, okay, holy hell, like what the hell?
- 54:31SPEAKER_00: This private investigator, I need everybody listening in.
- 54:41SPEAKER_00: I need everybody listening in.
- 54:42SPEAKER_00: This private investigator.
- 54:49SPEAKER_00: This private investigator found what he called large expensive items that would only be used to get rid of dead bodies or a dead body.
- 55:22SPEAKER_00: Let me repeat.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: That the landlord didn't even know he lived at.
- 55:42SPEAKER_00: David's manager actually rented it for him and kept David a secret.
- 55:55SPEAKER_00: In this home, I repeat, the private investigator says there were large, expensive items that would only be used to hide a dead body or get rid of a dead body.
- 56:31SPEAKER_00: But didn't take the stuff.
- 56:36SPEAKER_00: Now I'm not a detective, but why they didn't say exactly what, Angie.
- 56:46SPEAKER_00: He kept it vague, and I believe he kept it like that for a reason.
- 56:51SPEAKER_00: But these items were brand new, too.
- 56:55SPEAKER_00: So I I don't know what it could be.
- 56:57SPEAKER_00: We might soon find out, but whatever it is, what do you have stuff in your house that would be helpful in getting rid of a dead body?
- 57:08SPEAKER_00: What do you have that for?
- 57:21SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't the authorities take that stuff though?
- 57:25SPEAKER_00: Is what I'm asking?
- 57:33SPEAKER_00: Big R said she going down to help this uh investigation because they pushy poochie putting around and it don't make no sense.
- 57:48SPEAKER_00: It don't make no sense.
- 57:53SPEAKER_00: What would you have that for?
- 57:56SPEAKER_00: And again, nobody has been questioned about this shit.
- 58:06SPEAKER_00: They supposed to have all kinds of footage on a Tesla.
- 58:17SPEAKER_00: They have cameras everywhere in California.
- 58:21SPEAKER_00: They got all types of people coming out speaking out.
- 58:26SPEAKER_00: Yet for a horrible crime like this, we don't have anybody even that has so much has been taken in for questioning.
- 58:47SPEAKER_00: It just does not make sense.
- 58:55SPEAKER_00: It just does not make sense.
- 59:25SPEAKER_00: Also has a home not far from the other house, and they say that's where he kept it.
- 59:34SPEAKER_00: So I ask again, Neo, what do you know?
- 59:38SPEAKER_00: The walls are closing in.
- 59:40SPEAKER_00: This private investigator is on y'all ass.
- 59:44SPEAKER_00: And as long as this private investigator is on your ass, the LAPD is gonna have to get the get the uh get the rocks out their ass and get them moving.
- 1:00:05SPEAKER_00: Grandma Catchy said I told you months ago that he did it with help.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_00: This is really sad.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_00: Too bad the parents weren't there.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_00: Nope.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_00: And we will be tuning in, y'all.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_00: We will be tuning in.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_00: Everybody, thank you for another, another, another uh Monday, another successful flow show, no filter show.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_00: We went over Diddy, David, and all the craziness going on.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_00: I I am still in disbelief of what's what of this David uh story.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_00: I hope this week we get some some more concrete information because this is ridiculous.
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_00: Uh, as you know, Diddy, who knows what the next day will bring in the Diddy story, but whatever it is, I will be covering it.

- 1:02:28SPEAKER_00: We about to get on this case all the way.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_00: Because something ain't right, something stinks.
- 1:02:37SPEAKER_00: And let's get out here on it.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_00: This is why we gotta follow the case.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_00: Let's get out of here on this note.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_00: Like Tracy White says, why does a price a private PI find proof in less than a week, but the feds go for a month without info?
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_00: What the hell is wrong with these people?
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_00: And on that note, I love y'all.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_00: I love y'all.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_00: I love every single last one of y'all.
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_00: But I'm
