- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine
- 0:13issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:14Hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:18royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:20These recordings took place live from Adam Smith in London's
- 0:24world famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here and you're about to listen to a
- 0:43conversation I was having with Victoria Gallagher, who is a
- 0:47very well renowned law of attraction hypnotherapist.
- 0:51She has two different communities on school.
- 0:55And we were talking about why it's so challenging for people
- 0:59that are passionate about hypnosis and hypnotherapy to
- 1:02actually make a decent living from it.
- 1:05And unfortunately there are way more people qualified in
- 1:09hypnotherapy than there are actually people having
- 1:12livelihoods and a good stable source of income from
- 1:17hypnotherapy. And I believe that is a tragedy
- 1:20because there is no shortage of people in the world that really
- 1:23need help. And unfortunately, I think those
- 1:28people that have spent years quite often studying hypnosis
- 1:31can get very, very frustrated with the fact that unless they
- 1:36have certain empowering belief systems and have certain
- 1:40knowledge about how to acquire clients and how to price what
- 1:44they do in the right way, it's very, very difficult to be
- 1:48anything more than a hobby. And I'm saying this to someone
- 1:51that when I started, hypnotherapy for me was a hobby
- 1:55that I did on Sunday mornings. And then it became a lucrative
- 1:58hobby. And now it's the main thing that
- 1:59I do. But that only happened, I think,
- 2:02because I had a background in business, so I had a lot of the
- 2:06business skills already, and also I'd already had the
- 2:10experience of earning A6 figure income before I was a
- 2:13hypnotherapist. So for me, it didn't feel alien
- 2:17to be earning that kind of money as a hypnotherapist.
- 2:21If you are a hypnotherapist, I would encourage you to not just
- 2:24listen to this conversation, but check out the links in the
- 2:28description to learn more about Victoria's school community.
- 2:32And also I also offer mentorship.
- 2:35And the main mentorship that Ioffer is how people can build a
- 2:39business around their hypnosis skills with one to one
- 2:43mentoring, coaching and strategies that involve things
- 2:46like having a podcast, YouTube channel, building funnels and
- 2:50things like that. So if that's of interest, check
- 2:52out those resources. But most of all, check out this
- 2:55conversation because I think even if you get one or two
- 2:57things that are helpful, and by the way, not just if you're a
- 3:01hypnotherapist, but if you are a different form of therapist, if
- 3:04you are a coach, if you are in the healing or helping
- 3:08profession and you're not earning what you want to be
- 3:10earning right now, there's going to be something of value in this
- 3:14conversation. So find a nice comfortable
- 3:16place, relax and enjoy this conversation.
- 3:20Hi, it's Adam here. And welcome to today's episode
- 3:23of the Hypnotist. Only today I'm not your
- 3:26hypnotist. We are very honored and
- 3:29privileged to welcome back guest hypnotist Victoria Gallagher.
- 3:34Welcome back. Thank you.
- 3:36You know what, it's actually my honor and privilege to be able
- 3:40to come back. That's, you know, that's quite a
- 3:43quite something to be able to be invited back a second time.
- 3:47So thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
- 3:49Just as a refresher to the audience, if you didn't catch
- 3:52Victoria's last time she was on the show, Victoria is very well
- 3:56known for law of attraction and manifestation and had an amazing
- 4:00session based on attracting more wealth and abundance in your
- 4:03life. So I'm going to put the link to
- 4:04that other episode actually in the show notes.
- 4:06So if you want to check that one out, have a look.
- 4:08But for those people that don't know you yet or want a refresher
- 4:13of last time, give us a bit of background about what you're
- 4:15known for and how you started in this world of hypnosis.
- 4:18Yeah, absolutely. So, well, let's see, I started
- 4:23out about 25 years ago. I was in the financial services
- 4:27industry and I found myself kind of burnt out on that and kind of
- 4:32looking for a change. I didn't know exactly what that
- 4:35was going to look like. Took some personal development
- 4:39courses and decided actually at the time that I wanted to make
- 4:43these hypnotic recordings. I didn't know that they were
- 4:46going to be hypnotic. I just thought they were going
- 4:48to be like locations and visualizations.
- 4:51And so I was like, how do I get some kind of credentials?
- 4:55And all of a sudden I stumbled upon hypnotherapy certification
- 4:58school. I became certified.
- 5:00And then I just decided, OK, well, I'm going to go ahead and
- 5:03open up an office. I do that.
- 5:05And as soon as I do that, my branch manager where I was a
- 5:09stockbroker, found out what I was doing and he gave me an
- 5:12ultimatum and I chose my passion.
- 5:15And it was, you know, a little bit of a rocky road for the
- 5:18first year and a half of that because I literally was coming
- 5:21in with no income. But I luckily had a mindset
- 5:26that, you know, it definitely needs a little help at that time
- 5:31because I was brand new on the scene as a hypnotherapist,
- 5:35really just kind of fresh wet behind the ears as far as
- 5:38learning how to reprogram my own mind.
- 5:41And, you know, that's one of the things too is like people, you
- 5:44know, they, they Start learning these, these tools, they Start
- 5:47learning lava and hypnosis and, and the, you know, it's, you
- 5:53know, it, it's something that takes a while before it really
- 5:58gets integrated into your being and who you are.
- 6:02So, you know, a lot, a lot of times people will like, oh, it's
- 6:05been a couple weeks and, and nothing's happened and haven't
- 6:08changed my life yet. Well, it just, you know, it
- 6:11takes a little while to really integrate these things.
- 6:14So Fast forward, you know, now it's been 25 years, I have
- 6:19become a number one best selling author of several books, namely
- 6:24Practical Law of Attraction is my signature book.
- 6:27Also, as the last time I was on here, I was just releasing my
- 6:31app and that was a believe app. And so thank you to your
- 6:36audience because so many of you actually went ahead and
- 6:41downloaded that app and subscribe to it.
- 6:43So I really appreciate that and, and, you know, lately it's all
- 6:48been about community and really I'm helping my, my community to,
- 6:55you know, just get more access to me and, you know, be able to,
- 6:59you know, work on very specific financial challenges and money
- 7:05blocks and, and really achieving success in in their careers.
- 7:10So in a nutshell, that's kind of the.
- 7:13Yeah. And you mentioned there 25
- 7:15years, I mean hypnotherapy, you're going to see certain
- 7:19things that are constant, you know, certain issues, certain
- 7:22kind of things that kind of come up again and again.
- 7:24What would you say is the biggest change that you've seen
- 7:27from your perspective over that quarter of a century?
- 7:30A. Quarter of a century.
- 7:33I didn't really put it into that exact perspective, but I would
- 7:38say no. Well, number one, more people
- 7:40are just aware of the fact that it even is a thing, you know,
- 7:46and still, I still think we're in its early infancy.
- 7:50There's still people that I come across all the time that still
- 7:55don't know what hypnosis is or if they've heard of hypnosis, of
- 7:59course, they just automatically think of stage hypnosis and you
- 8:04know, swinging watches and clucking like chickens and
- 8:07things like that. So it's still relatively new.
- 8:12But I would say the only difference really is that we
- 8:17know a lot more about it. We know a lot more about the way
- 8:20the mind works and more and more people.
- 8:23I would say there's, you know, there's definitely, you know,
- 8:27the intelligence, the awareness of hypnosis is definitely
- 8:31increased. People are aware that these
- 8:34technologies, these modalities exist.
- 8:39I agree that the misconceptions are still there because when I,
- 8:42when I flew into Vegas last July for hypno thoughts, the, the guy
- 8:47at border control was saying, oh, what are you here for?
- 8:49And I'm saying hypnosis conference and all of those
- 8:52stereotypes come up like, oh, can you make people do this?
- 8:55And, you know, all the whole Elvis and, and chicken kind of
- 8:59things that link to stage hypnosis, they're still there, I
- 9:02think in a lot of people. But that just shows how much
- 9:05more work there is to do to educate and kind of inspire and,
- 9:08you know, have people understanding the reality of
- 9:10hypnotherapy rather than the the cliches and the Hollywood tropes
- 9:15that are still there. It actually excites me when you
- 9:19know, when people don't know what it is or it like, I am
- 9:22like, Oh my God, we're still like, there's still so many more
- 9:26people out there to help and to, to get on board with this.
- 9:31So it's, it's actually really, really exciting.
- 9:33I'm sorry. I almost I I.
- 9:35Think not a problem because one of the things is that I've I've
- 9:39seen is that there is a, a strange dynamic in the sense
- 9:43that when I studied hypnotherapy, there were lots of
- 9:47people. I think there's lots of people
- 9:49that are passionate about helping people.
- 9:50There's lots of people that are fascinated and curious about
- 9:54this fusion of psychology, psychotherapy, neuroplasticity
- 9:59and hypnosis and clinical hypnosis specifically.
- 10:02But there was a really fascinating thing that in the
- 10:04very last class of this kind of three-year course that had a
- 10:07done on hypnotherapy, the, the teachers at the end, they said,
- 10:11right here's the reality check. Only 3% of you that graduate
- 10:16this class will be making any kind of money from hypnotherapy
- 10:20in a year's time. And I remember thinking one for
- 10:25me that that was kind of like a red rag to a bull.
- 10:27It's kind of like, right, I want to be that 3%.
- 10:30But it also seemed like disingenuous and a little bit
- 10:34unethical because if they knew that, if they knew that right at
- 10:38the very end of people studying that it's so difficult for
- 10:42people to make a viable income and, and enough to stay in the
- 10:46industry. Didn't they have a duty to
- 10:49actually teach people not just how to do hypnotherapy, but how
- 10:52to acquire clients and how to actually monetize the very
- 10:55skills? And they didn't.
- 10:57And I remember having conversations in the in the bar
- 11:00afterwards, we all kind of went after the end of the course.
- 11:02And they're like, you know, well, they felt disheartened and
- 11:05kind of hopeless. Like they're all excited about
- 11:08working with clients and then had this idea that they wouldn't
- 11:11be able to actually kind of make a living from it.
- 11:14And I'm just curious from your perspective, what do you think
- 11:18it is that means that such a small amount of people that are
- 11:23very capable hypnotherapists actually thrive financially in
- 11:28the world of hypnotherapy if they're good?
- 11:31Because normally in, in lots of professions, like if you're
- 11:34competent, like in stockbroking, in, in finance, the income is
- 11:38there. But in hypnotherapy it isn't.
- 11:40There's very talented people that don't have anywhere near
- 11:44enough clients. You know, it's really
- 11:46interesting because right when you said only 3% of you are
- 11:49going to make money, I mean, right there, that's a
- 11:52suggestion. I mean, to me that's like kind
- 11:54of almost like an irresponsible thing to suggest to your student
- 11:59right after they've just gone through and gotten these
- 12:03credentials. And then now they're like out
- 12:05there thinking, OK, well, I guess, you know, and most people
- 12:09don't consider themselves in that top 3%.
- 12:13So I think that it is a perception.
- 12:17I would say that it depends on who you're listening to.
- 12:20For me, I think I was really fortunate to not be a member of
- 12:27any of the associations that were going around telling people
- 12:33or not. Not necessarily that the
- 12:35associations were telling people, but the members
- 12:38themselves would, you know, discuss how difficult it is to
- 12:44make money. And so when you're, it's who you
- 12:48listen to, it's who you're associating yourself with.
- 12:52And most people just are infecting each other with this
- 12:58negative belief, this negative programming.
- 13:00There's nothing about hypnotherapy in and of itself
- 13:04that should cause a person to and not be able to make just as
- 13:09much money as a coach, as much money as a doctor, as much money
- 13:14as an accountant. It's a profession.
- 13:17It's a, it's a legitimate profession just like any other
- 13:21things. So I just believe that it is a
- 13:24miss. It's just another one of those
- 13:26misconceptions. And yeah, I was fortunate to not
- 13:31have that misconception. You know, going into it, I was
- 13:36in the habit because I was in the financial industry.
- 13:40It was in the habit of asking people for large amounts of
- 13:43money. I mean, I literally was dealing
- 13:45with people who had millions of dollars.
- 13:47So I knew that people had money. I knew people would pay to have
- 13:53their problems solved. And my clients are the, you
- 13:57know, the clients that I have right now that come to me.
- 13:59I mean, they have clients that have because a lot of the
- 14:04clients that I deal with are hypnotherapist.
- 14:07And, you know, they have clients that pay them thousands of
- 14:11dollars a month to work with them because they see the value
- 14:17in their investing in their, their mind and, and their, and
- 14:23their, you know, just their, their mindset, which I think is
- 14:28the number one thing. I would just personally, I just
- 14:33think the number one thing you can invest in is your own mind,
- 14:38your own personal growth because what else?
- 14:41You know, this like the thing that's running the whole show,
- 14:45it is, it's going to decide whether you're healthy or not.
- 14:50It's going to decide whether you make enough money or not.
- 14:53It's going to decide the kind of relationships you have.
- 14:55It is literally the thing that is going to cause you to have a
- 15:00good life or not. And so I just wonder how much a
- 15:06lot of hypnotherapists that get in.
- 15:10That was the other thing too, is I always thought like I always
- 15:13just felt like I need to walk my talk.
- 15:15If hypnotherapy is true, then I should be able to make the
- 15:22amount of money that I want. And so I always felt like I need
- 15:26to be a walking advertisement in every way, shape or form.
- 15:32I need to be in good shape. I need to have good
- 15:34relationships. I need to have my mind, you
- 15:38know, geared toward, you know, financial freedom.
- 15:42I need to be the, you know, I need to embody what I'm helping
- 15:49other people to do. So I don't know.
- 15:53Does that make sense? It does and I'm glad you said
- 15:56that because I think I think congruency is you know, is like
- 16:01that Gandhi quote, you know, be the change you want to see in
- 16:03the world. And if if hypnotherapist can't
- 16:06make changes to their belief systems, their mindset, their
- 16:09habits, who can? And unfortunately do.
- 16:12Do you remember the movie from the I think it was the 80s
- 16:15Bedknobs and Broomsticks? Was it like a Disney film?
- 16:18I. Think so?
- 16:20I don't remember the content, but I remember the name of it.
- 16:23Yeah, so in there there's the Angela Lansbury character who is
- 16:29this kind of a witch, like she's learning magic and she tracks
- 16:33down the kind of the the author of the book and he doesn't
- 16:37believe in anything that he's done.
- 16:38He's just written it. But she has got the belief of
- 16:41doing it and therefore she can do magic and he can't.
- 16:43And unfortunately, I do think that there are trainers of
- 16:47hypnotherapists that don't really believe in what they're
- 16:50doing. They just kind of see it as kind
- 16:52of like, OK, right, learn this and learn that.
- 16:55And every now and then you find people that really their belief
- 16:58systems align with what they do. And they're the ones that tend
- 17:02to have the clients, have the enthusiasm, have the passion for
- 17:06it for that very reason. Because if you have this skill
- 17:10which enables you to identify issues, solve issues, harness
- 17:15the power of neuroplasticity to make changes, then there's
- 17:19absolutely no reason why you can't earn more, you know, tap
- 17:23into highly resourceful states, solve problems quickly.
- 17:26And I'm just always fascinated of the incongruences where you
- 17:31see people with all the qualifications and then not
- 17:35quite doing that. The other thing that I found
- 17:37fascinating with that whole kind of 3% thing.
- 17:39And I, I was like you, I, I kind of felt like that's such a, a
- 17:43disempowering suggestion. You've got people in a highly
- 17:47receptive state and you give them that suggestion right at
- 17:49the end. You know, that's like, you know,
- 17:52a damp squib on their enthusiasm.
- 17:54But since then, I'll probably say that number checks out.
- 17:57Like of the people that I actually kind of studied with,
- 18:01very, very few are actually continuing to do it.
- 18:04And I think part of that is that one of the belief systems, I
- 18:10think for a lot of hypnotherapists is that it
- 18:14almost becomes this kind of learning junkie system where
- 18:18they want to learn a new technique, learn a new protocol,
- 18:21learn a new thing. And they're learning about the
- 18:23therapy, but not necessarily about client acquisition, not
- 18:27about business models, not about marketing.
- 18:30And everyone knows that a, a McDonald's burger isn't the best
- 18:35quality burger. And I think some hypnotherapists
- 18:38are trying to be better therapists without also learning
- 18:41how to be better with business and monetization.
- 18:44And your background in finance, I think helped you in the same
- 18:47way that my background in owning APR agency like helped me.
- 18:50We had a different lens to, to kind of go through.
- 18:54And I think one of the fascinating kind of things is
- 18:57the, the willingness to get good by seeing more clients.
- 19:02Because I think a very empowering belief that I had
- 19:05when I started in, in hypnotherapy, like you wet
- 19:08behind the ears, enthusiastic but lacking experience is that
- 19:12you don't learn to swim by reading a book.
- 19:14You have to jump in the pool. So my belief system was the
- 19:18better I get at acquiring clients, the more clients I see,
- 19:22the more clients I see, the more experience I get, the more
- 19:25distinctions I learn and the more belief I have in my own
- 19:27abilities and therefore the more successful I become.
- 19:30And I think a lot of people never see enough clients to
- 19:33really get that flywheel in motion.
- 19:36It never quite takes off, if that makes any sense.
- 19:39It absolutely does. And I like what you said that,
- 19:42you know, you need actually to have, I mean, most of the
- 19:46experience that I have, you know, and I have just kind of an
- 19:49eclectic background. I mean between my hypnotherapy,
- 19:53but then like just all the various different books and, you
- 19:57know, the other kinds of trainings that I have done, you
- 20:01know, the impersonal growth. Both in metaphysics and all of
- 20:05that. Those were just things I did for
- 20:07pleasure, but they really helped me to feel like, OK, I'm
- 20:13definitely qualified. And I think that a lot of
- 20:16people, and because I did actually get to try my hand at a
- 20:21little bit of coaching through the personal development
- 20:25seminars that I was involved in, you know, we would actually get
- 20:28to, you know, play the role of a coach sometimes.
- 20:32And so I kind of got a little bit of that that that sense of
- 20:39like, wow, you know, like over this 90 day period of time, look
- 20:42at the transformation that I have been able to effectuate in
- 20:46this person. So I really felt pretty
- 20:49confident in my skills coming into this.
- 20:53Plus, you know, being a stockbroker, I can tell you the
- 20:58last thing that my clients really wanted to talk about was
- 21:02their money. And they would always come in
- 21:05and talk about some other kind of problem.
- 21:07And so I was already helping people to solve a lot of their
- 21:12problems. But you know, I think a lot of
- 21:15people, they go in to this and like, they literally are just
- 21:20lifelong learners, which is great.
- 21:23I love learning, but they put another certification and
- 21:28another certification and another certification ahead of
- 21:32just the experience. And I'm just going to tell you,
- 21:36you can't get good at doing hypnotherapy by just learning
- 21:43it. Like you say, you know, just
- 21:44learning and getting an acquiring certifications.
- 21:47If you've got to at some point trust yourself and be willing to
- 21:52jump in and willing to work with people so that you can acquire
- 21:59the real world skills, the real world skills, there's not no
- 22:04replacement for that. And you learn how people think.
- 22:09You learn what you know, what they are actually dealing with
- 22:13rather than you know. And it's, it's unique for
- 22:15everyone, but you pick up on certain patterns the way that
- 22:19I've picked up on, you know, as I've specialized in helping
- 22:23people with various different money blocks.
- 22:25And this right here, I mean, this whole conversation, at the
- 22:30end of the day, what we're talking about are people's money
- 22:34blocks. All of this, like all of the
- 22:37need to go and get more certifications than need the
- 22:41thought process that now you can't earn enough money in
- 22:44hypnotherapy. I'm here to tell you, yes, you
- 22:48can. And there and there's enough to
- 22:50go around. And that was one of the one of
- 22:54the things I also learned early on, just being somebody who, you
- 22:59know, specializes in metaphysics, law of attraction.
- 23:03You know, I just always thought about this concept of abundance.
- 23:08I think a lot of people come from this idea of like, OK,
- 23:13well, there's so many hypnotists out there, there's not enough
- 23:16business to go around. And so there is that the block
- 23:21that people have that like the more hypnotists there are, the
- 23:24less there is for me. But there's, I mean, we just
- 23:29talked about the fact that still so few people even know what
- 23:33hypnosis is yet or, you know, they have misconceptions.
- 23:37So if if that's still going on, then what that means is there is
- 23:43a plethora of people out there like a user service and there's
- 23:48probably still a need for thousands and thousands, 10s,
- 23:53tens of thousands of more hypnotherapists before we ever
- 23:57reached any kind of point of saturation is you.
- 24:01Know we're not anywhere close to saturation and the great thought
- 24:05experiment is this idea that if you stopped 100 people in a busy
- 24:10St., you know, in the city centre and each one of them you
- 24:13said, do you have any traumatic memories?
- 24:16Do you have any habits that you want to break?
- 24:17Do you have issues sleeping? Do you have any things that
- 24:20trigger anxiety? Do you have any phobias?
- 24:22Do you have any things you'd like to do but don't feel you
- 24:24have the resources to do? Of those 100 people that you
- 24:27stop, 100 of them have something that they're dealing with that a
- 24:32hypnotherapist can help with. That is a huge market and I and
- 24:37I think there is a scarcity mentality.
- 24:39There is this idea that there isn't enough clients to go
- 24:42around, but I think it's because there is a thought of how many
- 24:46people are actually out there right now are looking for a
- 24:49hypnotherapist and have actually specified the specific problem.
- 24:53I would say most people on anti anxiety medication would be
- 24:59receptive to a tool that deals with the cause of the anxiety
- 25:02rather than symptom management. So we we need to be looking at
- 25:06the Pharmaceutical industry. We need to be looking at what
- 25:09people use to distract themselves from uncomfortable
- 25:11emotions. Like how many people are on
- 25:13social media or binge watching Netflix to deal with their
- 25:17emotions. Like the market couldn't be
- 25:19bigger, but there's this idea of, well, there's not enough to
- 25:22go around. And I think that contributes to
- 25:24sometimes the, the sniping and the kind of the ego bashing that
- 25:29you see in these kind of groups, because there's more of an
- 25:32interest of this kind of element of trying to prove that you're a
- 25:36more knowledgeable hypnotist rather than actually helping
- 25:39people through hypnotherapy. And that's that's odd to me
- 25:42because ego strengthening is one of the things we learn as
- 25:44hypnotherapists. Why do you need to put other
- 25:46people down to make yourself feel better?
- 25:48Why not get your ego from helping people?
- 25:52And that might be, you know, as you've done through apps or one
- 25:55to one sessions or me through my podcast.
- 25:57It's there's so many ways in which we're able to help people,
- 26:01but there is this odd cognitive dissonance that you actually see
- 26:04in the kind of hypnotherapy kind of community sometimes, which
- 26:08it's the opposite of congruency, it's incongruency, which also
- 26:13means there's a huge opportunity for hypnotherapists that know
- 26:17about hypnotherapy to dramatically increase their
- 26:20income, which would be directly proportionate to their impact on
- 26:25people in the world. So it's an amazing opportunity.
- 26:29What would your advice be or your message be to those people
- 26:32that have got qualifications in hypnotherapy, hypnosis and kind
- 26:37of that kind of talk based therapy or therapeutic
- 26:41modalities and are not currently making the kind of income that
- 26:45they would want from that? Wow.
- 26:49Yeah, so it's such a rich question.
- 26:51So there's so many things that I can unpack about that.
- 26:56So number one, I it really starts with getting crystal
- 27:01clear on the fact that I want to make a living at this.
- 27:07I think a lot of people, they just, you know, they're kind of
- 27:10dancing around that what they they, you know, maybe like more
- 27:16people than I ever realized actually have a full time job
- 27:21and hypnotherapy is something that they kind of do on the
- 27:24side. It's their side gig and so they
- 27:26haven't really made a decision that this is something that I
- 27:32want to do. And part of the reason I think
- 27:34why they haven't made that decision is because they just
- 27:37automatically believe that it's not something they don't get to
- 27:41do what they love and make money.
- 27:43And so I always came from this idea that do what you love and
- 27:48the money will follow. So that was for me, that was the
- 27:51thought process that that I initially assumed.
- 27:55The other thing that I think is really important is you know,
- 27:59when you look at like all you know, you look at there's, there
- 28:03are a number of hypnotherapists out there, you know, and like
- 28:08you said, people aren't necessarily even aware that
- 28:11they're looking for a hypnotherapist.
- 28:13So I would say you need to get really good at figuring out who
- 28:18it is out there that you want to help there.
- 28:22You know, there's a segment of people out there that are
- 28:25dealing with some kind of a problem that maybe you were
- 28:28dealing with that sometime and through hypnotherapy you have
- 28:32been able to eradicate that if you've been able to deal with
- 28:36that. So to me, it's a simple matter
- 28:40of finding other people that are exactly like where you were and
- 28:46being able to like you have something you're further along
- 28:50in that than they were and you're able to, you know, just
- 28:55because, and you don't have to be perfect.
- 28:56You know, you don't have to be, you know, the only expert or the
- 29:00best expert in your field. You just need to be further
- 29:03along in that and to and be able to, you know, help them go from
- 29:09where they were to where you are now.
- 29:12So that is one thing. I I think it's really important
- 29:16to like differentiate yourself from all the other.
- 29:20And I have no therapist. I mean, look at me for, you
- 29:22know, as an example. I mean, IA long time, you know,
- 29:2710 years ago I decided, you know, that I am the law of
- 29:32attraction hypnotist. Now that for whatever reason
- 29:36didn't go over well with a lot of the hypnotist in my
- 29:38community, like a lot of hypnotist in the community.
- 29:41They're like, oh, that is just like, So what is the word you?
- 29:48Know woo woo. I think a lot of people woo.
- 29:49Woo BS, you know, they just didn't buy into it.
- 29:52And I'm to me personally, I'm thinking, OK, there's either
- 29:58they don't understand what law of attraction actually is.
- 30:01So the perception of it is different from the reality.
- 30:04So I can see how when you think it's this and you think it's
- 30:08just wishing and hoping and, you know, hoping the universe is
- 30:11just going to come and bestow you with the things you've been
- 30:14dreaming about. You know, if you think of it
- 30:17like in those terms. And yeah, it's not, you know,
- 30:20but you know, so I had to. So it was, it was actually an
- 30:25opportunity for me because when I saw that I'm like, Oh well, if
- 30:30I can just get hypnotherapist to understand or anybody else to
- 30:35understand that it's not like that at all.
- 30:38That really it all it is, is just reprogramming your
- 30:41subconscious mind with the thing that you want.
- 30:45Because whatever you know you have in your reality, it's just
- 30:49matching what you have in your subconscious mind.
- 30:52If you want to make more money, but you have in in your
- 30:57subconscious mind all of the default programming that you
- 31:01grew up with up until you were 6-7 years old when all the
- 31:05suggestions, they just went in to tell you essentially that
- 31:10money is the root of all evils. Money doesn't grow on trees.
- 31:14You know, you have to work hard and you have to struggle to make
- 31:16money. You can't make money doing what
- 31:18you want. Go get a real job.
- 31:20You know, like all of the, you're never going to amount to
- 31:23anything. Like all of those things are
- 31:26still sitting in people's brains and they are running the, you
- 31:32know, literally running their businesses, running their bank
- 31:35accounts. Our bank accounts are being run
- 31:39by these 7 year olds that got stuck at this level and don't
- 31:44know anything else. And so we have to be able to
- 31:51break that pattern. We have to be able to break
- 31:54that, you know, those ideas, these old, outdated ideas in
- 32:00order to be able to do and make what you want.
- 32:03I mean, I think it's a shame for people to not be able to do what
- 32:09what they want and make good money at it.
- 32:11And so that's why I have, you know, just really just wanted to
- 32:16help people to do that. And, you know, here's the thing.
- 32:20I mean, it's not always like up, up, up just because I do what I
- 32:26do and I've helped people to breakthrough their own
- 32:30financial. I don't want to sit on my high
- 32:33horse here and say I've never had it.
- 32:36I've never since in the 25 years since I've been a
- 32:39hypnotherapist, I've never had financial worries or fears or
- 32:45limiting beliefs or doubts or resistance or just overall, you
- 32:51know, problems to deal with. Like I think that once you deal
- 32:56with your own stuff, you deal with a problem, new ones, you
- 33:02know, you have new ones that that take their place.
- 33:06And you know, if I wasn't so motivated to succeed, if I
- 33:12wasn't really trying to get to a certain place in my life, then I
- 33:17would never have, I would never have the problems that I do
- 33:20right now. So I think, you know, you solve
- 33:22a problem, new ones appear. And so we're always a work in
- 33:26progress. You know, I think it's very,
- 33:30yeah, it's a very like open way of thinking because I think
- 33:34sometimes there is this kind of connotation that if you're
- 33:36helping other people that you have to be flawless and perfect.
- 33:39And, and, and that's not the reality of, of humans.
- 33:42We've always got stuff that we're working on.
- 33:45When I've gone to and, and like you, you know, I, I go to lots
- 33:48of, of conferences and one of the things that I've overheard,
- 33:51which gives me an insight into perhaps a limiting belief system
- 33:55about hypnotherapists. I've literally heard people say,
- 34:00you know, it's a really fulfilling thing to do.
- 34:04It's just a shame that there's no money to be made.
- 34:07And I remember thinking, well, I'm making money, you know, but
- 34:12but again, I'm also aware that when someone has a belief
- 34:15system, if I was to say, you know, I'm making six figures in
- 34:18hypnosis, it would either be not believed or given a narrative
- 34:24that makes me the exception to the rule rather than it being
- 34:27possible for everyone. So but you've got a popular
- 34:29podcast. That's how you do it.
- 34:31Whereas I think I would still be making that money if I didn't
- 34:34have a popular podcast and have something else, because my
- 34:37belief system is the like you, there's a huge amount of
- 34:40abundance. I think there's another
- 34:43connotation as well that I've seen, which is somehow if you
- 34:48really work on the business side, So the kind of stuff that
- 34:52Jason Lynette talks about like funnels and kind of the
- 34:54marketing side. I think for a lot of
- 34:57hypnotherapists, they see that as a bit of a dirty kind of icky
- 35:00kind of side of the business that actually if it's almost
- 35:05like has connotations of greed or manipulation rather than my
- 35:10belief system, which is the better you market yourself, the
- 35:14more able you are to facilitate help for those people that that
- 35:17need it. And I'm just curious, what's the
- 35:21key blocks or belief systems? I think one of them relates to
- 35:26kind of worthiness or kind of ability, but what's the kind of
- 35:30the insidious ones that might be there inside the subconscious of
- 35:34therapists that really are getting in the way if they're
- 35:37making a decent living from this?
- 35:39Well, I think you hit the nail on the head.
- 35:41One of them is the worthiness, but the other, like you said,
- 35:45with with regard to being visible, putting yourself out
- 35:50there, a lot of, there's a lot of responsibility that you take
- 35:54on when you decide that you're going to put yourself out there
- 35:58and you know, become more visible.
- 36:01I think there's just the old overall, that whole connotation
- 36:08that sales is sleazy. And if there's one thing that I
- 36:13could and okay, so sales is sleazy.
- 36:16And the other thing that comes up so much is the imposter
- 36:21syndrome. So the imposter syndrome
- 36:25basically looks like, you know, I don't have my life completely
- 36:29working exactly the way that I want it.
- 36:32So I don't feel like qualified to help somebody else.
- 36:37And I think at the end of the day, so much of it really has to
- 36:41do. It's the quality that it's the
- 36:43feeling not qualified. It's a feeling of not worthy.
- 36:49It's the feeling of like, you know, just the confidence to put
- 36:54yourself out there, like somebody's going to reject you,
- 36:57that fear of rejection. And The thing is, is that when
- 37:03it's just kind of an interesting thing, because when you're not
- 37:06putting yourself out there and you're not asking for what you
- 37:11want, you're not asking people to do business with you, you're
- 37:14not asking for that sale, you are getting rejected.
- 37:18You're, you're getting rejected by the person who actually makes
- 37:23the most, the most important person in your whole sphere.
- 37:29And that's you. You're rejecting yourself before
- 37:32you even allow anybody to reject you.
- 37:37So it is, it's the, it's that, that worthiness, it's the lack
- 37:41of belief that they can do this. And another part of it is just
- 37:49like, like you said, they see something like, oh, you know,
- 37:52these business systems, it's so confusing.
- 37:55I don't even know how to do that.
- 37:57So they'll just allow themselves to just think that, you know,
- 38:04that's, that's not for me. And that's just, that's not who
- 38:08I am. I'm not like that.
- 38:10I, I'm not a salesperson. Well, I will tell you and I,
- 38:15there was a book that I recently read by Grant Cardone and it's
- 38:20called Sell or be sold. And at the end of the day, so he
- 38:26talks about in there that we're always selling.
- 38:31We just don't realize like every, you're selling yourself
- 38:34on the idea that sales is sleazy.
- 38:37Like you're, you've actually sold yourself on that.
- 38:41And, but every, every single interaction that you have, like
- 38:46I'm selling you right now on what I believe is the number one
- 38:52thing that's holding hypnotist back from making their whatever,
- 38:56you know, 10K months or, and beyond.
- 38:59And the number one thing I believe is, you know, these,
- 39:03these limiting beliefs, the, the, the subconscious blocks,
- 39:06the blocks, you know, that say I'm not good enough.
- 39:11I don't have, I'm not intelligent enough.
- 39:14I don't have what it takes. I'm not salesy.
- 39:17I don't want to put myself out there.
- 39:19I don't have the confidence. People like me don't make this
- 39:22kind of money. We didn't grow up making this
- 39:25kind of money. I, I don't, I don't even believe
- 39:28it's possible, you know, for, for people to make that money,
- 39:31you've got to be special. You've got to be in the 1% in
- 39:34order to make that kind of money.
- 39:36Like all of these, I mean, it's not just one.
- 39:38I mean, I could just like literally just, you know, list
- 39:42them out over this entire show. Where was I going with that?
- 39:47It got a little excited. So oh, everything is a sale at
- 39:51the end of the day, Everything is a sale and and the person
- 39:55that you need to sell the most is yourself.
- 39:58But you're selling. If you have kids, you're selling
- 40:00your kids every day on If you got to get up, you got to make
- 40:04your bed, you got to take out the trash, you got to do your
- 40:06chores, you're selling your boss, or you know that where.
- 40:11However, you're selling somebody on getting that job.
- 40:14If you have a job, if you're selling your clients, you're
- 40:17selling your spouse to do whatever it is that you want
- 40:23them to do. I mean, it is the, I learned
- 40:28from this book. This is the single most
- 40:32important skill that you can ever acquire.
- 40:35And and yet, you know, people just get stuck on thinking that
- 40:40they don't have what it takes to sell, but they've just got it
- 40:44backwards because you are literally selling yourself on
- 40:47that idea already. So all you have to do is just
- 40:50sell yourself on another idea. Selling is hypnosis too.
- 40:54I mean as you know. It totally is.
- 40:57And, and I think there's a connotation that sales is
- 40:59manipulation rather than influence, which I think is a
- 41:03much better frame. And my my first career was
- 41:07selling radio advertising. And the thing that helped me, I
- 41:10read lots of books on sales, but there was a book that Richard
- 41:14Bandler and John Laval wrote called Persuasion Engineering.
- 41:17And it was all these NLP principles designed to actually
- 41:21kind of sell. And it was like, oh, I get to
- 41:24collect, get good at kind of communication and kind of
- 41:27elicitation and influence and get paid to do it.
- 41:31And what I found is that when I became a therapist, my
- 41:33background in, in sales helped me sell the client on a new
- 41:38belief system and how that new belief system was more
- 41:40empowering for them than the previous belief system that they
- 41:43had. And, and you're right, sales
- 41:46does overlap massively with the actual therapy that you do with
- 41:49the client. So I think it's it's it's great
- 41:52for any therapist that aren't making the money to kind of
- 41:54change a belief system about what selling is and and why it's
- 41:58useful because they're going to make more more money.
- 42:01You've created a community on school specifically to help
- 42:06hypnotherapist increase their income.
- 42:08What are some of the frameworks or structures that you've
- 42:11created to help Hypnotherapist do that?
- 42:14Yeah, and it's actually beyond hypnotherapist.
- 42:17So there's actually many different types of people.
- 42:20There's I literally, I have bookkeepers, I have authors, I
- 42:25have artists, you know, so any, anybody that kind of falls into
- 42:30maybe like might like an entrepreneur, spiritual
- 42:33entrepreneur category. So I, it's a really intensive
- 42:38course, I won't lie, to really develop the identity of somebody
- 42:45who earns $10,000 a month. And we start off and it's, you
- 42:51know, over the, the first week even is just identity
- 42:55activation. So one of the things that I do
- 42:59in that very, very first week is I just get them right over the
- 43:05whole idea that it's hard to make this kind of money or that
- 43:10it's impossible to make this kind of money.
- 43:12And I literally have them do a little bit of research.
- 43:17I mean, so I, this is not just the subconscious, most of its
- 43:22subconscious, but that first week there is a little bit of
- 43:25math. I won't, I won't lie, there is a
- 43:27little bit of math because I want people to, I've, I'm
- 43:30setting them up in that very, very first week to just know
- 43:35that it's possible and know how it works.
- 43:39So we do a little identity activation.
- 43:42We get them aligned with that person.
- 43:46That makes, you know the 10K months.
- 43:50We take the old version of you and we turn that old version
- 43:55into the new version of you. We do a blueprint activation.
- 44:01So you literally describe this person that you've become and
- 44:07just the whole life that you that you lead and what your what
- 44:10your days are like. So we do our 10K blueprint
- 44:13activation. Then we work on the the thinking
- 44:17because so many, you know, thoughts are going to come
- 44:20through that like you know, that are going to try to sabotage.
- 44:25And so we, we literally go through and just eradicate all
- 44:29of the thoughts that are working in opposition.
- 44:32We do belief installation, we do vibration, you know, high
- 44:38vibration business. We do emotional money detox.
- 44:41This is probably one of the most powerful weeks.
- 44:46They do have to get to Week 6, you know, to get to that.
- 44:50But it is one of the most powerful sessions because so
- 44:55many people are carrying residual emotions that are
- 45:02literally blocking their ability from attracting more money.
- 45:08I have been there myself. I was not too long ago dealing
- 45:13with some serious frustration, serious resentment, you know,
- 45:21resentment and resentment. It does so much damage to your
- 45:27ability to attract the things into your life that you want.
- 45:32So we clear that. We do a huge whole forgiveness
- 45:37week on that, and people come out of that just clear focus.
- 45:44We work on every single thing. One of the things that came up
- 45:47after the focus week became the confidence week.
- 45:53The confidence week was just about asking for what you want.
- 45:57There's so much resistance to just putting yourself out there
- 46:02to ask for what you want. You know, again, because people
- 46:07are embarrassed, they're, you know, they, they still feel like
- 46:11the, the imposter, they aren't really clear on what to ask for.
- 46:17This is another thing that we just, you know, we help with, we
- 46:22help people to raise their prices.
- 46:25Because that's another thing. I mean, I literally had people,
- 46:29I don't know what you charge, but I mean literally had people
- 46:32in my program charging less than $100 per session.
- 46:38And it's like how you're just not going to be able to make a
- 46:41living doing that. And why should you charge any
- 46:45less than, I mean, unless you're just very, very first just
- 46:49trying to trying to, you know, get a first few little
- 46:52testimonial clients. But why should you charge any
- 46:56less than what if you've been doing this for a few years than
- 47:00what somebody else is charging? There's literally no reason.
- 47:03And so we get people to feel more confident about what it is
- 47:08that they do and what they can ask for.
- 47:10We work on nervous system regulation.
- 47:13This is something that you know, people, once you start to get,
- 47:22once you start to get into those higher levels of making more
- 47:27money or spending more money or anything like that, your nervous
- 47:32system has to adapt to that new level.
- 47:36Otherwise, it's like this is dramatic change can literally
- 47:41sabotage everything that you've been doing because of the fact
- 47:45that, you know, that change like sends a shock through your whole
- 47:51system. And so a lot of people just can
- 47:55not, they don't have the capacity to earn more.
- 47:58So we have to do the nervous system regulation.
- 48:03So. Yeah.
- 48:04And where did the ideas come from?
- 48:06Where do, where do ideas come from for how to, you know, how
- 48:12to make more money? You know, we teach people how to
- 48:16get in touch with their intuition.
- 48:19And we teach people how to, you know, the thing that this is the
- 48:27kind of where the woo part comes.
- 48:29I've been hesitant on saying it, but we teach people how to
- 48:32access what's called the Super conscious level of mind.
- 48:37And the Super conscious is just where, you know, it comes
- 48:42through your subconscious and you connect to sort of like
- 48:47what's out there. And it's like, where do these
- 48:50ideas come from? They come from other people's
- 48:54thinking. I do believe we're all
- 48:56connected. At the end of the day, we're all
- 48:58connected. All of our thoughts are
- 48:59connected. So it's not just this one guy,
- 49:03Elon Musk, you know, who has all the great ideas.
- 49:06You can literally tap into his brain and get the same kind of
- 49:10ideas to come to you. So I teach people how to how to
- 49:13connect to that energy and how to do that, how to detach.
- 49:18That's the other thing too, is so much of this is about like
- 49:21letting go of the, you know, the hows and the winds and, and all
- 49:27of that. So it's a lot of, it's a lot of
- 49:31subconscious, just constant reprogramming.
- 49:34And that's, you know, and through this process, it's
- 49:40really been pretty transformational for, for
- 49:44people. I mean, I launched the 10K
- 49:48challenge in December, December 1st, I launched it where do we
- 49:53were March 10th. We're just about halfway through
- 49:56this program and every it's Evergreen.
- 49:58So we have literally people starting every week, they absorb
- 50:03this, the same content that I created 15 weeks ago.
- 50:07They're also welcome to attend the live events that we do while
- 50:12I'm training on the future weeks that they would be having access
- 50:17to. But in that time, I, it has
- 50:21surprised even me. We've literally had people go
- 50:25from Anna was making $2000 a month in the month of.
- 50:32I mean when she filled out her 10K paperwork she was making
- 50:36$2000 a month. And in December she had her
- 50:42first $8000 month. January she did 10,000, February
- 50:46she did 10,000. Why was that?
- 50:50It was just because we rearranged her thinking we
- 50:54rearranged, you know, gave her the math to figure out like how
- 50:58to actually make this happen. It's just, it's just math.
- 51:04It's like if you want to lose weight.
- 51:06I think it's also being around other people that are also doing
- 51:10it and in that state of mind. This might sound like a weird
- 51:12anecdote, but I think it taps into what you're talking about
- 51:15there. I've only, I've only scored more
- 51:18than 200 in bowling once. And it was when I was visiting
- 51:21my family in in Florida and we went to a bowling alley on
- 51:26something like Sleepy Tuesday and it's filled with pensioners.
- 51:29And these pensioners were amazing at bowling and they're
- 51:31getting strike after strike. And I'm just surrounded by
- 51:34people much older than me getting all these strikes.
- 51:37And then it was just like magic. I was just getting strike after
- 51:40strike. And I've only ever done that.
- 51:41And I think it's because there was irrefutable evidence that it
- 51:44was possible. And I was thinking of other
- 51:47people that are doing it, why can't I?
- 51:49And I've never been able to quite recapture that.
- 51:52But it was, it was kind of like weird for me that why can't I do
- 51:56it then? And I think it was because of
- 51:59there was so much belief in that room at that time that, OK, I'm
- 52:02going to get a strike on the next thing.
- 52:03And it just happened that way. And it was a strange thing.
- 52:06And I love what you're saying about resentment because when I
- 52:10was a new therapist and I was trying to figure out what do I
- 52:14price my sessions at, I reverse engineered it.
- 52:18And rather than saying what can I get away with or what will
- 52:21people be willing to pay, I said what would I need to price it
- 52:25at? So I have absolutely 0
- 52:27resentment from allocating my time.
- 52:30I'm not missing spending time with my kids.
- 52:32I'm not missing time doing anything else.
- 52:34You know, I don't, I don't care that I missed that work out that
- 52:37day. I would want to be doing that.
- 52:40And when you price it in accordance to that, it means
- 52:43that whenever you get a client, the emotion that comes up isn't,
- 52:47I'd rather be doing this. It's kind of like, no, I get to
- 52:49do this. And there's a whole different
- 52:51kind of energy attached. So everything you say there, I'm
- 52:54like nodding my head thinking like this is absolute gold for
- 52:57people that want to increase their, their income.
- 53:02Give us the, the website that if people want to kind of learn
- 53:05more about the school and the, the courses that you've created
- 53:10where they can go to, to, to find out more.
- 53:13And I'll make sure there's a link to this in the in the show
- 53:15notes as well. Yeah, so we created a special
- 53:19link for this particular podcast and so that link is
- 53:25hypnotist10k.com and that'll direct you right to the about
- 53:33page where you can literally just get in to this.
- 53:39So I have multiple levels of my community.
- 53:44You can literally start the whole process for just $9.
- 53:50It is we start off with the seven day faster manifestation
- 53:56challenge and that just seven days, seven blocks we go
- 54:02through, you know, each of the most common blocks.
- 54:06And I'm telling you, I mean, when people go through like the
- 54:10the first day, even they're like, wow, I, I had no idea how
- 54:16unclear I was. And a lot of people like they
- 54:19think they're clear, but this gives them a whole and then it
- 54:24gives them permission to want what they want.
- 54:27That's the main thing most people like they, they think
- 54:32that they're cheating themselves out of having what they really,
- 54:35really want because there's just part of them.
- 54:37It just hasn't bought into the idea that they can really have
- 54:41what they want. And so I, in that very first
- 54:45day, I give people permission just to want what they want.
- 54:49So they start there and then they can move up to, you know,
- 54:54over some time they can move up to the $10,000 immense
- 54:57challenge. And, you know, and like you
- 55:00said, it's the community that when you see, you know, we
- 55:05literally have a section called money wins.
- 55:07And we have other kinds of wins too.
- 55:10We have the reflections. And these are, you know, just
- 55:13other kind of lifestyle wins things just feeling better,
- 55:16feeling happier, having better relationships with your kids,
- 55:19you know, all the other things. So we have a specific section
- 55:22for when people post the money wins and when they see that.
- 55:26And like, there's like, I don't know, I mean, there's several of
- 55:30them every day that that come, you know, oh, I just got a
- 55:35another client, $4100 client, $2000 client, you know, this,
- 55:40you know, they're, they're seeing that and they're like,
- 55:42well, I guess if she can do it, then I can do it.
- 55:46And so it's, it makes it much, much more believable.
- 55:51And it's like just one other thing that I'll equate that to
- 55:55is like when Richard Bannister, you know, you are familiar with
- 56:00the Richard Bannister story. Just a. 4 minute mile.
- 56:03Yeah, you know, I mean it. I, I think it's very similar to
- 56:08that where essentially, you know, there was a time before
- 56:12the four minute mile where nobody believed you could do it
- 56:15and this guy just set out to do it and he did the four minute
- 56:19mile. Richard Bannister.
- 56:20And once he did that, I mean, he, that was, he was at full
- 56:25capacity. Like he literally passed out.
- 56:27I think he almost died. I don't think he died, but he
- 56:30almost he passed out, had to get taken to the emergency room, all
- 56:34of that because it was just no one did this.
- 56:37And you know, that's how powerful the mind is that it can
- 56:41literally limit you to the point where something that today we do
- 56:47many, many people do this today and they don't die.
- 56:50They don't almost die. They don't end up going to the
- 56:53emergency room. So after he did the four minute
- 56:58mile, I mean like within the next year, even high schoolers
- 57:03were doing this. It was just a normal thing that
- 57:07many people started doing. And that's how how we are doing
- 57:13the money thing in in our community.
- 57:15We're normalizing the conversation about money.
- 57:19We're normalizing that it's OK to earn this much money and that
- 57:25it's possible to earn this much money.
- 57:27And you get to see people actually doing it.
- 57:29And there's a whole path and a system that allows you to do it
- 57:33too. All you have to do is just
- 57:35follow the path and you can get there as well.
- 57:39Perfect, Victoria. This has been an amazing
- 57:41conversation. Unfortunately we don't have time
- 57:42to, to hear the guided experience for the 10K month
- 57:46hypnosis. So you can have to come back
- 57:47another time and we'll, we'll do that, but give us that, that
- 57:51link the URL again just for anyone listening to and it may
- 57:56be in hypnotherapy, but maybe you just want to kind of
- 57:58manifest or attract a higher income and a different kind of
- 58:01career gives that website address again.
- 58:04Yeah, so it's Hypnotist, just like your podcast
- 58:07hypnotist10k.com. Excellent.
- 58:12And click in the show notes because you're going to have
- 58:15that link, the link to Victoria's previous episode that
- 58:19she was on the show. And there'll be a few resources
- 58:22as well that I'm going to have on there as well.
- 58:24Victoria, it's been an absolute pleasure to have you on the
- 58:26show. And I'm I'm already thinking
- 58:28bigger just from this conversation.
- 58:29I need to, I need to double my income directly from this
- 58:32conversation. So thank you so much.
- 58:34Any final words that you wanted to leave us with?
- 58:37You know, I just always like to end on, you know, if you can
- 58:41believe, if you can have an idea that you are meant for more, if
- 58:45there's even the smallest little idea in your mind that you're
- 58:49meant for more than you know, just allow yourself to, you
- 58:53know, do the work that is going to help you to believe in that.
- 58:58Because once you believe that that is possible, then anything
- 59:03is possible. And so I just encourage all of
- 59:06you to, you know, let yourself dream big and let yourself
- 59:11believe in it and let yourself live the life that was meant for
- 59:15you. What a lovely way to end the
- 59:18show. So, Victoria, thank you so much
- 59:20again. And to all of you listening,
- 59:23take care and we'll see you very, very soon.

- 59:44particular episode, in which case share the episode with them
- 59:48so they can also get the benefit too.
- 59:51And if you would like to listen to this episode where it's just
