- 0:02So little late the end of your book and the final theme was is
- 0:07that when you talk about a person's development, no two
- 0:11people develop the same. No two people grow the same way.
- 0:15I know the two people's final picture was supposed to be the
- 0:18same. You state every one of us
- 0:20supposed to have a different sort of channel and track toward
- 0:23our development and you're not looking at the new life saying
- 0:26on and if any season and say, I want to be like so and so.
- 0:29No, you are a learned SERM qualities with so and so, but
- 0:33you do not want to be like so and so Literally, you want to be
- 0:36like yourself because you have your own track and pathway to
- 0:40growth. And he says, even though I'm
- 0:42giving you all these steps of greatness and how a person can
- 0:46climb layer by layer, level by level to make themselves as they
- 0:50want to become, want us to realize that your form of
- 0:54development will never look the same as that person's.
- 0:56And why is it the case? Mainly it's the case because you
- 0:59have a whole different picture and they the different
- 1:02background, different family, different business, different
- 1:05mental makeup, different health makeup, different era that
- 1:09you're part of all these different things played to your
- 1:13very specific picture. If you realize you have an
- 1:15opinion and your opinion, you know, Kyle Gold fits well with
- 1:19your mind, you're like it. It kind of this is how you
- 1:21approach things always. Whether you realize they're not
- 1:25every person is that way, they're they respond to, you
- 1:27know, as they always be, that's tone or that style.
- 1:30That's because they have that makeup and their growth is the
- 1:34exact same way. That's what it's telling.
- 1:36So no person is going to expect to be the exact same.
- 1:39So even though I have a book that gives you stages of growth,
- 1:43I do not have the book that's going to give you literally what
- 1:46you're going to become. Exactly because it's going to
- 1:49play out, yeah. For example, let's take the
- 1:51topic of honesty. So honesty for a person that's
- 1:55involved in one kind of business, it's very different
- 1:58than for a person who's retired, one of retired, his challenge of
- 2:02honesty is only words related maybe.
- 2:05And someone who's involved in business day in day out and has
- 2:08been doing business a little bit shaky, then his challenge of
- 2:12honesty is much tougher. And no one's saying cat is a
- 2:14business, but they're saying be careful and every time there's a
- 2:18red flag there's something that's a little you know that
- 2:20that's a there's a approach that allows you to sketch you a
- 2:23little bit. You have to be extra careful so
- 2:25that guy is challenged and why not stand there was develop
- 2:28development in honesty is different.
- 2:31All said and done very positively downpours in honesty
- 2:34might be stronger than that retiree because Alvarez went out
- 2:38to fight the fight and I had to come up with ways to remain
- 2:41honest and on and dishonest world.
- 2:44He became something. Take another example, patience,
- 2:47right? Patience with someone who, let's
- 2:50say normal and has children in the house, with someone who, you
- 2:56know, even single is one kind of patience.
- 3:00Someone who's married, someone has kids in the house, someone
- 3:02has family, has to wait for, someone who has different
- 3:05things. His patience, his challenge with
- 3:07patience is much harder. And again, his development of
- 3:11that trait will be much stronger.
- 3:12It's a different type. Take another example, humility,
- 3:16someone with a low key person to start because that's their place
- 3:19in this community or in this world.
- 3:21Then for them, you know, it is also a challenge.
- 3:24Every person has to challenge your Moody puts a whole
- 3:26different animal than someone who's a prominent person, a
- 3:29famous person who you know was dealing with people putting him
- 3:33down constantly because he should be something he's not
- 3:36being something about that stuff.
- 3:37It's all different challenge the humility and therefore a whole
- 3:40different development. You name it, every topic has its
- 3:45application depending on the person, and the person has to
- 3:48realize my development will only be my development.
- 3:52It's not going to be my brothers, it's not going to be
- 3:54my child's, it's not going to be my wife's, it's not going to be
- 3:57my friends. It's going to be very
- 3:59specifically my track of life. And over time, you start to feel
- 4:03as things fall into place, start to feel like I am doing my own
- 4:06thing. I am functioning my own way and
- 4:09I have my own means of how to succeed as a Jewish person.
- 4:13That's your goal. You have to be on person.
- 4:15You have to be on person. No one minds 100% right Quinevu
- 4:21Shavelle the condo. Every person is the same,
- 4:24however but the situations and the people you're around in
- 4:28lives that you're living, Every Jew is made-up with the exact
- 4:31same. You're born to be great.
- 4:33It goes to be great and he goes to get through life.
- 4:36All fact, but your life and my life are different.
- 4:39Your greenness and my greenness are different and therefore your
- 4:42development will therefore be different.
- 4:44What does it do for you? It does a couple of things.
- 4:47One, it makes you never look at the other person and say I care
- 4:51to be like him. I don't 'cause you don't mean
- 4:53not him. Two, it makes you understand
- 4:56that your job is to find your track.
- 4:59Your job is to find or flows for you.
- 5:02Which means every person has to figure out, I think has to
- 5:04figure out a wiring, a mechanism that works for his basic layers
- 5:09means his marriage. He has to have.
- 5:11You can't figure out any marriage.
- 5:13But if you have to have a system that works me in marriage, which
- 5:16means when do I need to input patients?
- 5:18When do I need to input calm? When do I need to input extra
- 5:23love? When do I need to input more
- 5:25understanding all right, more validation.
- 5:28When do I need to walk away and not be upset?
- 5:30There's a whole system in place and everyone's got their own
- 5:33animal and in any person tells another person how to deal with
- 5:37their wife or how to deal with the husband, what they're
- 5:39telling you is that they don't understand marriage because it's
- 5:42every individual's own animal. And you can look at someone and
- 5:45say why are they being that way? Why are they letting dance or
- 5:48all that stuff? That's because you don't
- 5:49understand what's going on and maybe they are being a push over
- 5:52or maybe they are being over or maybe they are being too tough
- 5:55on this house for me. They can be judging from afar
- 5:58and be right, but very possibly we're wrong because there's
- 6:02their structure and they have to figure out a way to get the
- 6:04mechanism. So The thing is you have to
- 6:07attract and because you have your track, you need to have
- 6:10your systems in place. Same thing is true with your
- 6:12mental makeup, right? Everyone's got things that get
- 6:15them nervous. Fine.
- 6:16Now, if they're going to come off in life, you have to figure
- 6:20out a way how to handle those things because they're going to
- 6:22be there no matter what they're going to be there.
- 6:24And if you, unless you figure out a system to handle it, it'll
- 6:27be the go to conversation. You're Mike constantly and you'd
- 6:32be constantly upsetting yourself.
- 6:33Why am I allowing the same people to do this to me for year
- 6:36after year after year? Not to stop because they're
- 6:39there because you take them away.
- 6:41Someone else will be there. It's rally because you didn't
- 6:44figure out a way. And a job as a developing Jew is
- 6:48find a system, find the mechanism.
- 6:50That means you're going to put in more beat at home when it
- 6:53comes to them. That means you're going to put
- 6:55in more ignoring when it comes to them.
- 6:58More means are just saying, you know, smile and wave and then
- 7:00move on. You figure it out, but you need
- 7:03a system, know a system and we're hitting, we're running
- 7:06into a lot of problems. A system which means I stop, I
- 7:10think I take a walk, I come for a method, I say how to handle
- 7:14that. You get that figured out once
- 7:17the people in your life and you'll have that apply and you
- 7:20have to continue to develop it. Provo you how do you apply and
- 7:23you know come into place constantly.
- 7:25You know how to run your business.
- 7:27You know how to run, you hold your personal finances.
- 7:30You know what to do with certain bills.
- 7:32You have money allocated for certain spots.
- 7:34The same thing should be true like your mind.
- 7:37You need to know how to run your mind and you do how to deal with
- 7:40those who come at you once a month, once a few months, once a
- 7:47day, whatever it may be. Sometimes something will come on
- 7:51you and. It's like.
- 7:53You weren't expecting if it came and then you say, come on.
- 7:56It's like, what do I do now, you know?
- 7:58Say if it's out of the blue, it's out of the blue.
- 8:01First of all. If that's the case, it won't be
- 8:03that often, but if it's the same out of the blue, which is the
- 8:06same kind of out of the blue, and maybe in order to figure
- 8:08them out and, and you might, you might have to figure yourself
- 8:11out. Which means I need a trigger
- 8:13response. I didn't mean to handle, but
- 8:16somewhat I, I act the nice guy act and then they come out of me
- 8:19and take advantage. And it happens to me once in a
- 8:22few weeks. OK, then you're nice guy.
- 8:24This has to be addressed in a developed way, not to become a
- 8:28mean person, but to become more responsible person.
- 8:31Maybe eventually this is all. If someone gives us something
- 8:35out of the blue here and there, that's life and that's tests.
- 8:38A Rama Vino, for example, was the greatest man of tests in our
- 8:41history. The reason his tests are so
- 8:44challenging is because they were all out of the blue.
- 8:46They didn't fit and that they were not consistent with his
- 8:49life. But if they were consistent, if
- 8:51they were all the same thing, wouldn't have been called tests,
- 8:55because it would have been. You should have figured that
- 8:58out, right? But that's not what they were.
- 9:00They were out of the blue. They were caution secure to the
- 9:03last Test. They didn't fit the same mold
- 9:04the last Test. And because of that, you need to
- 9:06come up with a new wiring each time.
- 9:08For most of us general function of our life.
- 9:11If you look back and you look at your ears, you notice problems
- 9:16with the same problem with a different custom.
- 9:19Maybe it's a different person, maybe it's a different lying,
- 9:22maybe it's a different way of bringing it out, but it's the
- 9:25same overall, probably relative. I was saying in general, but
- 9:28same overall problem, a different constant.
- 9:30That's that same family member, It's that same boss, same play,
- 9:34even sometimes same sibling, same friend.
- 9:39And these are good people in your life.
- 9:40It's not that they're bad people, but they have a way.
- 9:42I mean, you will be there for them in a second.
- 9:45You think they will be there for you in a second.
- 9:46It's all true. But they have a way of saying
- 9:49that theme that puts you back and you have to figure out a way
- 9:53to work it. You don't work it, you're not
- 9:55going to. Life will be for a person
- 9:57constant disruption and getting upset and at the same time for
- 10:01no reason because I I, I it's the same person and and you
- 10:05don't do that. The terrible trouble people.
- 10:06You just need that the way they say things and when they say
- 10:08things and how they say things just set you off.
- 10:11If that's the case, I need a system, very possibly be the
- 10:14horn part of my system. Very possible it's ignoring them
- 10:17to a degree or ignoring their comments or seeing that they,
- 10:21you know, if you figure a way to say yourself, listen, they said
- 10:24this before, nothing can of it. They say anything strong.
- 10:27That's the way they are. They're the same way with their
- 10:29own family. All those approaches are ways to
- 10:32figure out how to move on and to figure that out.
- 10:36You can grow, develop and produce.
- 10:38If not, then it's constant of it's constant the derailment and
- 10:42I need to get back on the train and background and back
- 10:45function. Both are fine. 1 is a much more
- 10:48comfortable life and other one is not.
- 10:50That's overall deep and it takes work.
- 10:52There's a lot of work, but I think this born is key, which is
- 10:55you look over the course of your life, your ear now life keeps
- 10:57changing. You look over the course of your
- 10:59time, you realize it's either the same person literally or the
- 11:03same type of comet literally, or the same type person.
- 11:06But it's something therefore that if I just address some
- 11:10common denominator, me to address the person, I just type
- 11:14a comment and I have my life under control.
- 11:17If I don't, then I'm going to have to keep bringing it back.
- 11:20That's to see.
