- 1:15Speaker 2: Gateway Punnit for making this the official podcast of the
- 1:20Speaker 2: Gateway Punnit. There it is right at the top. Today
- 1:22Speaker 2: is Tuesday, July twenty second, and it's really quite amazing.
- 1:27Speaker 2: What a world we're in right now. Can you imagine
- 1:29Speaker 2: what a world we're in? My buddy Nicky says, it's
- 1:31Speaker 2: Christmas in July. The things that are going on, I mean,
- 1:35Speaker 2: very unusual for President United States Barack Obama has to
- 1:39Speaker 2: call a press conference and deny Trump's Trump's allegations that
- 1:44Speaker 2: he was a Russia Gate ring leader. Trump really lashed
- 1:49Speaker 2: out at Obama today and called for Obama to be
- 1:52Speaker 2: criminally investigated. During a press conference. He hell, Trump with
- 1:57Speaker 2: the Filipido president and the issue, well, Philippines president was
- 2:03Speaker 2: sitting there, the issue turned to Russia Gate and Obama
- 2:08Speaker 2: and Trump just went off and said, the guy's a criminal,
- 2:11Speaker 2: and the guy's guilty, and the guys should go to prison.
- 2:15Speaker 2: And Obama had to issue a denial. No one ever
- 2:18Speaker 2: thought something like this would happen. I you know, I
- 2:21Speaker 2: always hoped it would happen, but I just never believed
- 2:23Speaker 2: it would really happen. I have spent the last how
- 2:27Speaker 2: many years attacking Obama. Oh my gosh. Remember I ran
- 2:31Speaker 2: against Obama's the first time in two thousand and eight.
- 2:36Speaker 2: First time in history that two candidates on opposing tickets
- 2:41Speaker 2: for president of the United States were college classmates. Very
- 2:44Speaker 2: few people know this about me. I was on the
- 2:46Speaker 2: Libertarian presidential ticket, not that I had an't chance to win.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I wasn't going to beat the Democrats and the Republicans,
- 2:52Speaker 2: but nonetheless, I was on the Libertarian presidential ticket in
- 2:55Speaker 2: two thousand and eight. Bob barr is the presidential candidate
- 2:57Speaker 2: Waynel Route as the VP, and I was running against
- 3:02Speaker 2: the Democrat Barack Obama and the Republican John McCain. And
- 3:05Speaker 2: so I was a Columbia grad class of eighty three
- 3:07Speaker 2: and Obama was a Columbia grad class of eighty three.
- 3:10Speaker 2: First time in the history of America that two classmates,
- 3:13Speaker 2: not just from the same college, but the same graduating class,
- 3:16Speaker 2: ran against each other on opposing presidential tickets. And from
- 3:20Speaker 2: that point on, I have been a thorn in Obama's side.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And he's tried to destroy me and wreck me, and
- 3:26Speaker 2: sick the government on me, and use the IRS to
- 3:28Speaker 2: destroy me and malign me, and use the government to
- 3:32Speaker 2: pressure social media companies to ban me and shadow ban me.
- 3:37Speaker 2: And so it's been one heck of a wild ride.
- 3:40Speaker 2: And I've told everyone all along the way that Barack
- 3:43Speaker 2: Obama is a criminal. As a matter of fact, if
- 3:46Speaker 2: people remember when Obama was President of the United States
- 3:49Speaker 2: in early two thousand and nine twenty ten, early as
- 3:53Speaker 2: first term, Donald Trump kept saying that he wanted to
- 3:57Speaker 2: go back and look at Obama's college records at Columbia.
- 3:59Speaker 2: That was me. That was for me. My buddy Lee
- 4:02Speaker 2: was best friends of the president and a member of
- 4:04Speaker 2: mar A Lago, and he told President Trump. Wayne Root
- 4:06Speaker 2: was Obama's college classmate at Columbia University, class of eighty three,
- 4:11Speaker 2: and Wayne says, the scandal began at Columbia. The dirt
- 4:15Speaker 2: is there. His records are sealed and they've never been unsealed.
- 4:19Speaker 2: And I'm telling you he was a foreign student at
- 4:22Speaker 2: Columbia University, which means he wasn't qualified to be president
- 4:25Speaker 2: of the United States. He should not have been and
- 4:27Speaker 2: everything he ever did as president should be blotted out.
- 4:30Speaker 2: And so Obama got winto this and sick the IRS
- 4:33Speaker 2: on me, and I went through three years of the
- 4:35Speaker 2: worst proctology exams in the history of mankind from the
- 4:39Speaker 2: IRS because I was on Obama's enemies list, and a
- 4:44Speaker 2: whole series of tax lawyers and tax experts and world
- 4:47Speaker 2: class accountants all agreed, you are on the president's enemies list,
- 4:51Speaker 2: no question about it. So that's the story. Obama and
- 4:55Speaker 2: I born just two weeks to part in nineteen sixty one.
- 4:59Speaker 2: In late July, Wayneroot July twentieth. Obama early August. I
- 5:02Speaker 2: think it's August third, born two weeks apart in nineteen
- 5:05Speaker 2: sixty one, attended college together in the same class, and
- 5:09Speaker 2: then ran for president against each other. It's just an eerie,
- 5:12Speaker 2: strange thing. I got going with Obama, and I just
- 5:16Speaker 2: said from day one, he's a scam, he's a communist,
- 5:19Speaker 2: he's a plant, he's a CIA plant, he's a Communist plan,
- 5:23Speaker 2: he's a deep state plant. He was sent to destroy
- 5:25Speaker 2: our country, and he's the Manchurion candidate. He was literally
- 5:30Speaker 2: created by the CIA to destroy this country. I got his,
- 5:33Speaker 2: I got his mo I know exactly what the deal
- 5:36Speaker 2: is in President Trump, I think is reading from my
- 5:39Speaker 2: memoir here. I think he goes to my social media
- 5:42Speaker 2: site and he sees what I'm saying. And I have
- 5:44Speaker 2: laid out in detail what a criminal Obama is and
- 5:48Speaker 2: what the crimes are, what the conspiracy was, and what
- 5:50Speaker 2: the treason is. And I just put out a column
- 5:53Speaker 2: today at You yesterday on the show that Obama and
- 5:58Speaker 2: Hillary should and could very well fait the death penalty
- 6:01Speaker 2: for treason. So we'll see, we'll see how far anybody's
- 6:04Speaker 2: willing to go. We'll see if the DOJ has the balls,
- 6:06Speaker 2: and I don't believe the Trump DOJ has the balls,
- 6:10Speaker 2: even though the biggest backer of Trump. I don't believe
- 6:12Speaker 2: Pam Body and the DOJ have the balls to do
- 6:15Speaker 2: anything but a slap on the wrist against Obama. But
- 6:18Speaker 2: I do believe that if Trump signs, excuse me, names
- 6:23Speaker 2: a special counselor or signs in executive order that there
- 6:26Speaker 2: is a special counselor investigation, everything changes, Everything changes for Obama.
- 6:32Speaker 2: You better get the best legal team in the world.
- 6:34Speaker 2: He better be ready to spend his entire They say
- 6:35Speaker 2: he's worth seventy million. He's gonna need to spend seventy
- 6:38Speaker 2: million on legal fees if they name a special counselor
- 6:41Speaker 2: against Barack Obama. And they ought to call me to
- 6:44Speaker 2: the Senate and Congressional hearings because no one can tell
- 6:47Speaker 2: you more about Obama than me, how dirty this guy is.
- 6:50Speaker 2: I'm telling you the roots, excuse the pun of Obama
- 6:54Speaker 2: scam and fraud and treason, its actions all are at Columbia.
- 7:00Speaker 2: That's where it all started. That's where the bodies are buried.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I'm telling you you will find a Columbia. He was
- 7:05Speaker 2: a foreign student at Columbia. You know, he got in
- 7:08Speaker 2: as a foreign age student or foreign exchange student, whatever
- 7:11Speaker 2: word they want to use, as an Indonesian foreign student.
- 7:14Speaker 2: And don't forget the average person doesn't understand nobody writes books, right,
- 7:19Speaker 2: How many people in America write books? Out of three?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Out of thirty million people's probably you know a half
- 7:23Speaker 2: million people have written a book at a three and
- 7:24Speaker 2: of thirty million. I've written seventeen books, seventeen books with
- 7:29Speaker 2: I think seventeen different publishers, and not one publisher has
- 7:33Speaker 2: ever said to me, Wayne, we're writing your bio. How
- 7:36Speaker 2: could they write by bio? How could a publisher know
- 7:40Speaker 2: about me? They go, Wayne, could you send us your
- 7:43Speaker 2: bio for the back of the book. I have to
- 7:45Speaker 2: write the bio. They don't write the bio for you.
- 7:48Speaker 2: They don't know what they would write. How could they
- 7:50Speaker 2: write a bio and they're not you. Only you would
- 7:52Speaker 2: know what you want in your bio and what the
- 7:55Speaker 2: truth is in your bio. So in Obama's first book,
- 7:58Speaker 2: I think it was called Dreams in My Life. That
- 8:00Speaker 2: was the very first book, autobiography of Barack Obama. I
- 8:04Speaker 2: think he had just gotten out of law school and
- 8:07Speaker 2: he wrote Dreams in My Father, and Obama's bio said
- 8:11Speaker 2: born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. And I'm telling
- 8:16Speaker 2: you he used the same exact either truth or lie
- 8:20Speaker 2: to get into Columbia University. No one understands. That was
- 8:24Speaker 2: the sign right there. That was it. Nothing else needs
- 8:27Speaker 2: to be said. He is either a scam artist and
- 8:30Speaker 2: a fraud who illegally and fraudulently portrayed that he was
- 8:35Speaker 2: born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and he was
- 8:38Speaker 2: not an American citizen in order to get into Colombia,
- 8:42Speaker 2: and then in order to have an exotic story to
- 8:44Speaker 2: tell to sell books, which makes him a fraud, an
- 8:48Speaker 2: illegal criminal fraud, or that's the truth, and he was
- 8:52Speaker 2: really born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia, in which
- 8:55Speaker 2: case he's a fraud and had no right to be
- 8:57Speaker 2: president of the United States. No one gets it. I've
- 9:00Speaker 2: written seventeen books. Nobody writes the bio, but you. His
- 9:03Speaker 2: excuse was I didn't write that bio. That was my
- 9:06Speaker 2: publisher or my PR firm, and they got a little
- 9:09Speaker 2: you know, they got a little creative to try and
- 9:10Speaker 2: sell books. There is no such thing. So that was
- 9:15Speaker 2: where I knew that Obama was a criminal, and the
- 9:18Speaker 2: fact that he went to Columbia and graduated on the
- 9:20Speaker 2: same day as me, But I never saw him. So,
- 9:23Speaker 2: I mean, there's a couple of things here. Number One,
- 9:25Speaker 2: I think he's a criminal. Number Two, he either lied
- 9:27Speaker 2: to get into Columbia, to jump to jump the line
- 9:30Speaker 2: of all the people who wanted to get into Columbia.
- 9:32Speaker 2: He claimed to be a foreign student who was raised
- 9:36Speaker 2: in Indonesia and an Indonesian citizen, in which case he's
- 9:39Speaker 2: a fraud. Or he was an Indonesian citizen and gave
- 9:42Speaker 2: up American citizenship as a child, his family gave it
- 9:45Speaker 2: up for him and he had no right to ever
- 9:47Speaker 2: become president of the United States, or maybe even born
- 9:49Speaker 2: in Kenya and raised in Indonesia that story. Either way,
- 9:53Speaker 2: he's a fraud. He's a fraud. He's a fraud for
- 9:55Speaker 2: any of those stories. And then you may wonder, and
- 9:57Speaker 2: that's the only way he got into Columbia. And then
- 9:59Speaker 2: you may wonder, well, how is it you never saw
- 10:01Speaker 2: him once he got into Columbia. And the answer is,
- 10:04Speaker 2: in my opinion, that either either he's a CIA plant
- 10:07Speaker 2: that was manufactured from day one and never went to
- 10:10Speaker 2: Columbia but merely got the degree from the CIA. Everyone
- 10:14Speaker 2: knows that a partnership with Columbia University, and they did
- 10:17Speaker 2: them favors, and they did them favors, and so Columbia
- 10:20Speaker 2: did a favor for the CIA and gave a great
- 10:24Speaker 2: storyline to Barack Husain Obama and said he graduated when
- 10:27Speaker 2: he didn't. It's either that he's a CIA plant or
- 10:30Speaker 2: he spent his two years at Columbia because he transferred
- 10:33Speaker 2: in the middle of his his right after his sophomore year,
- 10:36Speaker 2: and spent junior and senior supposed to be COLUMBIAU but
- 10:38Speaker 2: was never there. Political science major like me, pre law
- 10:41Speaker 2: like me, wasn't there. So the other answer is he
- 10:44Speaker 2: was at our sister school in Moscow, Russia, studying to
- 10:47Speaker 2: be a little communist plant and menturing candidate to destroy
- 10:51Speaker 2: the United States. And I've always thought he was in Russia.
- 10:53Speaker 2: But he may have been in Russia and be a
- 10:56Speaker 2: CIA plant and be a foreign age student all at once.
- 11:00Speaker 2: This guy's story is poison. Everything about it's poison at
- 11:03Speaker 2: all points to Columby University. I'll be writing that column
- 11:06Speaker 2: this week. It all points to Columbi University. That's where
- 11:08Speaker 2: it all started, and that's where all the answers are
- 11:11Speaker 2: for what a fraud this guy is. When I get
- 11:14Speaker 2: back when I mentioned Christmas in July, I'll mention all
- 11:17Speaker 2: the great things happening with President Trump Man. There's some
- 11:20Speaker 2: great things happening. I knew eventually everybody would cud of
- 11:22Speaker 2: forget about Epstein and for the moment they have, but
- 11:25Speaker 2: he's gonna get it out there. You watch the main

- 15:10Speaker 2: it's funny because I work so hard, you have no
- 15:12Speaker 2: idea what I was doing today. I was doing a
- 15:14Speaker 2: thousand different things. I never look at who my guests
- 15:17Speaker 2: are until now I look down, like, oh, okay, my
- 15:23Speaker 2: buddy Pete Gleeson is coming up next. That's gonna be
- 15:25Speaker 2: a wild story. He is. He is one of the
- 15:28Speaker 2: biggest mouth fighting, crazy man lawyers in all of New
- 15:32Speaker 2: York City. He's got a great story. Coming from the
- 15:34Speaker 2: fire department in San Francisco. He represents firemen and policemen
- 15:39Speaker 2: all over the country. Who are aggrieved, who are treated
- 15:41Speaker 2: like crap, and he sues the hell out of cities
- 15:43Speaker 2: and he's got a great story. But then I really
- 15:47Speaker 2: have loved this one. At in hour number two, my
- 15:50Speaker 2: guest is doctor Kirk Moore. That's the guy I was
- 15:52Speaker 2: telling me about yesterday that I was the guy who
- 15:55Speaker 2: went crazy on TV and crazy on my podcast and
- 15:58Speaker 2: sent it to President Trump. And you've got to drop
- 16:01Speaker 2: the charges against doctor Kirk Moore, the guy who gave
- 16:04Speaker 2: out fake vaccine cards or I say, real vaccine cards,
- 16:07Speaker 2: but did not give the vaccine to anybody. So you know,
- 16:11Speaker 2: these are all people who wanted no vaccine. It's not
- 16:14Speaker 2: like they came in and said, hey, roll up my sleeve,
- 16:16Speaker 2: I want a vaccine, COVID vaccine, and he said okay,
- 16:18Speaker 2: and then he gave him saline. Well, that would be wrong,
- 16:21Speaker 2: that would be fraud. By the way, But if someone
- 16:23Speaker 2: comes in and says, doctor, I'm about to lose my job.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I can't take the vaccine. I've got bad allergies, I've
- 16:28Speaker 2: got a weak immune system. If I take the vaccine,
- 16:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna die. I know it. I'm gonna die. Can
- 16:33Speaker 2: you help me? I got to keep my job, or
- 16:35Speaker 2: I won't be able to pay him. If I get
- 16:36Speaker 2: in college, I'll lose my house, I'll become homeless. And
- 16:40Speaker 2: the doctor says, okay, I'll give you a vaccine card,
- 16:43Speaker 2: but I'm not going to give you the vaccine. That's
- 16:46Speaker 2: a compassionate doctor, and that's a man of God, and
- 16:49Speaker 2: that's a hero, a courageous hero who in the face
- 16:52Speaker 2: of tyranny, stood up and fought and risked his career.
- 16:56Speaker 2: He's gonna be on the show. I think I was
- 16:58Speaker 2: the one, and certainly I was the maid. You're part
- 17:01Speaker 2: of getting him his not even his pardon. I've been
- 17:03Speaker 2: a part of getting six people a pardon now. But
- 17:06Speaker 2: I was the one who said you got to drop
- 17:08Speaker 2: the charges. And the charges were dropped. And he probably
- 17:11Speaker 2: doesn't know that. I'm gonna hit him with a surprise
- 17:13Speaker 2: when he gets on the show and I tell him,
- 17:15Speaker 2: because he probably thinks, you know, who knows how it happen.
- 17:18Speaker 2: He doesn't know Wayne Alert made it happen. Doctor Kirk Moore.
- 17:21Speaker 2: I'll be with us an hour number two. I said,
- 17:23Speaker 2: I get into this Christmas in July. President Trump's given
- 17:26Speaker 2: us Christmas in July. So look, I disagree with Epstein too.
- 17:30Speaker 2: I have to preface everything by saying that I disagree
- 17:33Speaker 2: with how Epstein's been handled. I too, believe Trump should
- 17:36Speaker 2: release Epstein, all the files, all the information, everything he's got,
- 17:42Speaker 2: and he hasn't. But you know it's coming. It's coming.
- 17:45Speaker 2: He's asked for the court transcripts, grand jury transcripts to
- 17:49Speaker 2: be released. But it doesn't change the fact that he
- 17:52Speaker 2: keeps hitting home runs every day, five of them a day,
- 17:55Speaker 2: sometimes five an hour. Trump is going to pull the
- 17:58Speaker 2: US out of you NESCo over their DEI policies, and
- 18:01Speaker 2: they're pro Palestinian pro China tilt. President Trump pulling the
- 18:05Speaker 2: US out of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural
- 18:09Speaker 2: Organization UNSCO, citing its anti American, anti Israel leanings as
- 18:14Speaker 2: well as its woke agenda. Trump ordered a ninety day
- 18:17Speaker 2: review of America's presidence in UNESCO back in February, with
- 18:20Speaker 2: special emphasis on probing any anti Semitism, anti Israel sentiment
- 18:25Speaker 2: within the organization. Upon conducting the review, administration officials took
- 18:29Speaker 2: issue with UNESCO's diversity, equity and inclusion policies as well
- 18:33Speaker 2: as its pro Palestinian pro China bias. And we're now
- 18:36Speaker 2: pulling out of Venesco. Thank you, President Trump of the
- 18:39Speaker 2: United Nations. That's a United Nations organization, but they're so
- 18:43Speaker 2: scared of Trump. The United Nations now calls for a
- 18:45Speaker 2: ban on child gender treatments and Warren's transgenderism has a
- 18:51Speaker 2: goal to erase women. Whoever thought these things would be happening,
- 18:56Speaker 2: President Trump, God bless you. In a landmark move, the
- 18:58Speaker 2: United Nations Draft has warned that the push to elevate
- 19:02Speaker 2: transgender identities is erasing women and girls, while placing vulnerable
- 19:07Speaker 2: children at risk. The report affirms what many criticals many
- 19:11Speaker 2: critics of radical gender ideology of long feared, have long feared.
- 19:16Speaker 2: It makes a shocking case against transgender policies, warning that
- 19:21Speaker 2: gender dysphoria is socially contagious. The report asserts the rise
- 19:26Speaker 2: of transgenderism is negatively impacting women's rights worldwide and seeks
- 19:31Speaker 2: to erase real women. Wow, without Trump, none of this happens.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Here's another one. Today, Columbia University finally finally took on
- 19:43Speaker 2: the bad guys. Dozens of anti Israel rabble rousers were
- 19:46Speaker 2: slapped with heavy, hefty suspensions. A handful were expelled from
- 19:51Speaker 2: Columbia for taking part and a violent takeover of the
- 19:54Speaker 2: campus library. More than seventy students are going to be
- 19:58Speaker 2: punished for their involvement in that event that unfolded on
- 20:02Speaker 2: May seventh. Two thirds of those will be hit with
- 20:04Speaker 2: suspensions between one and three years. The majority two year
- 20:09Speaker 2: suspensions from college. Go get them Columbia. Because of President Trump.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Because of President Trump. That's it. That's the only reason.

- 22:12Speaker 2: links to the articles, He reads them, and then he
- 22:14Speaker 2: goes out. And I'm telling you it gets and worked up.
- 22:16Speaker 2: I remember when I text them stories about I went
- 22:20Speaker 2: to Columbia with Obama, and I'm telling you he's a
- 22:22Speaker 2: foreign student at Columbia. And that's the key to this
- 22:25Speaker 2: whole story. The guy's a fraud. That was in twenty
- 22:28Speaker 2: twelve and Trump wasn't ready for president. And Trump called
- 22:32Speaker 2: a press conference said I want to see Obama's college records.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I'm telling he was a foreign student. And now I
- 22:38Speaker 2: sent him last night my column about Obama committing treason.
- 22:42Speaker 2: And today he goes into a press conference and starts.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Trump just goes off about Obama's guilty. He's committed trees
- 22:48Speaker 2: and he's got to go to prison, he's got to
- 22:50Speaker 2: be arrested. I'm telling you, I get this guy worked up.
- 22:53Speaker 2: And everything I'm saying is that you know is the truth,
- 22:57Speaker 2: is the truth, straight straight from the oracles mouth. Obama
- 23:01Speaker 2: is a fraud, and he got into Columbia as a
- 23:04Speaker 2: foreign student, and he's a CIA plant, and he's a
- 23:07Speaker 2: communist all the above, and he is guilty of treason
- 23:12Speaker 2: against President Trump. There's no question about it. And I

- 23:31Speaker 2: patriotic brand was founded in twenty fourteen using the blueprint
- 23:36Speaker 2: of CEO Andy Ross's patriotic song American Rebel. The company's
- 23:40Speaker 2: first products were concealed carry backpacks, and in twenty nineteen,
- 23:44Speaker 2: the company launched American Rebel safes. And when an opportunity
- 23:48Speaker 2: arose in the one hundred and ten billion dollar beer market
- 23:52Speaker 2: one hundred and ten billion dollar beer market, well, American
- 23:55Speaker 2: Rebel introduced America's patriotic, god fearing, constitutional, loving national anthem

- 24:39Speaker 2: all right, Pete, Collision's with us, my buddy, a New
- 24:41Speaker 2: York attorney, a former firefighter, a former police officer, and
- 24:46Speaker 2: a former Coastguard. A veteran in the Coastguard. I don't
- 24:49Speaker 2: know too many people that are military, police and fire
- 24:52Speaker 2: in all of the United States. Kind of an amazing guy.
- 24:54Speaker 2: And now he's an attorney, went to law school, became
- 24:57Speaker 2: an attorney, and now represents lots of fire fighters in lawsuits.
- 25:02Speaker 2: And he's got a very interesting lawsuit to talk about
- 25:05Speaker 2: today on this show, The Warzone. Welcome, mister Peeleson. What's up, Pete?
- 25:10Speaker 2: How are you.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Great to see you Wayne, Thank you for having me.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Everything is good.
- 25:16Speaker 2: All right. So, as an attorney and as a former firefighter,
- 25:21Speaker 2: I know you are, you know, sickened by stories like this,
- 25:24Speaker 2: and so you represent Stephen Kloster, a heroic San Francisco
- 25:29Speaker 2: firefighter who contracted HIV while treating an injured patient. And
- 25:35Speaker 2: now he's been denied his pension. So he's got a
- 25:39Speaker 2: deadly disease that kills eventually. I guess everyone and they
- 25:45Speaker 2: don't want to give him his pension. What kind of
- 25:48Speaker 2: people are these in San Francisco running the city the
- 25:51Speaker 2: fire department? Who would deny a guy like that his
- 25:54Speaker 2: pension when he got contracted HIV on the job. It's
- 25:58Speaker 2: it's outrageous. Tell us the story, Big Leeson.
- 26:03Speaker 3: They confirmed that Stephen Closter, firefighter Stephen Closter did indeed
- 26:07Speaker 3: contract aids in the.
- 26:09Speaker 4: Line of duty. You would think it was a no
- 26:12Speaker 4: brainer at that point.
- 26:13Speaker 3: He should be the poster child of everything that Democrats
- 26:18Speaker 3: claim they stand for. But basically, as a heterosexual man,
- 26:22Speaker 3: he was shown the door unceremoniously, and I just picked
- 26:28Speaker 3: the case up and I'm trying to give him advice
- 26:32Speaker 3: and counsel from across the nation. I've reached out to
- 26:37Speaker 3: the mayor of San Francisco. The newly minted mayor of
- 26:40Speaker 3: San Francisco is Dan Laurie. Dan Lurie happens to be
- 26:45Speaker 3: first cousins with Daniel Goldman. Now Daniel Goldman is a
- 26:51Speaker 3: Congressman in Lower Manhattan as well as the attorney the
- 26:57Speaker 3: special counsel who head who headed the peach the Trump
- 27:02Speaker 3: impeachment twice. So I reached out to Dan Goldman and said,
- 27:07Speaker 3: please put me in touch with your cousin, and outrageously,
- 27:11Speaker 3: I received the callback from Goldman's office and said, the
- 27:15Speaker 3: congressman doesn't get involved in any matters outside of his district.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Where I told his stamper, I said, that's all he does.
- 27:24Speaker 3: He's constantly on national television, he says, saying that he is.
- 27:32Speaker 3: He was the lead counsel on the two Trump impeachments.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Well that's great, Dan. What are you going to do
- 27:37Speaker 3: for this firefighter, that hero as you said, heroic firefighter
- 27:42Speaker 3: who put hisself between public and harm's way. At this point, Wayne,
- 27:47Speaker 3: I would love for you to reach out to President
- 27:50Speaker 3: Trump and explain what I just shared with you, that
- 27:53Speaker 3: we have a Dan Goldman who refuses to call his
- 27:57Speaker 3: first cousin, Dan Lourie. You know everybody always bemoans the
- 28:03Speaker 3: fact of how incestuous California politics is.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Well it's spreading beyond California.
- 28:09Speaker 3: You know, you have Gavin News, you have Pelosi, and
- 28:13Speaker 3: there's all these familiar connections between the two.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Donald Trump could have a field day with this.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Where Dan Goldman wants to talk about a losing He
- 28:26Speaker 3: lost not once but twice, and now now he has
- 28:31Speaker 3: the opportunity to help somebody with HIV, which historically has
- 28:37Speaker 3: been a gay disease. And Dan Goldman fancies himself as
- 28:41Speaker 3: somebody who supports the gay community. He and his children
- 28:46Speaker 3: march in the Gay Day Parade here in New York City.
- 28:50Speaker 3: But now he doesn't want to pick the phone up
- 28:52Speaker 3: and say, you know, call his first cousin and say,
- 28:55Speaker 3: please give this guy ten to fifteen minutes resolved.
- 29:00Speaker 4: This not be.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Doing it, Pete. We know that Dan Goldman is a jerk.
- 29:05Speaker 2: And then I'll you know, I'll say three sentences later
- 29:08Speaker 2: off because you can't say that on the air. But
- 29:10Speaker 2: I said jerk, and then I said the word off,
- 29:12Speaker 2: so all I could say to you. And Dan Goldman
- 29:15Speaker 2: is a comedy. Dan Goldman hates Trump. He is trump
- 29:18Speaker 2: raveed syndrome. But what has that got to do with
- 29:20Speaker 2: helping a firefighter who contracted HIV while on the job
- 29:25Speaker 2: in San Francisco when your cousin is the mayor of
- 29:28Speaker 2: San Francisco. I don't know. I wish you'd you'd explain
- 29:31Speaker 2: to me why you think there's so much resistance in
- 29:34Speaker 2: forget a Goldman in San Francisco. Why would it be
- 29:36Speaker 2: resistance to helping a fireman who got HIV because he's straight.
- 29:40Speaker 2: They don't like him because he's straight. Is that really
- 29:42Speaker 2: what it comes down to.
- 29:45Speaker 4: I'm perplexed over this.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Anywhere in the country, right you would expect San Francisco
- 29:51Speaker 3: to be on the forrkfront of protecting those with an
- 29:54Speaker 3: HIV status.
- 29:56Speaker 4: They are not doing that. And I have been I
- 29:59Speaker 4: have been met by I know, but closed doors throughout
- 30:03Speaker 4: this proceeding.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Now just because Closter this is all about him being straightened,
- 30:10Speaker 2: it very.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Well could be, which is a form another form of
- 30:14Speaker 3: reverse discrimination. But this has been going on for long.
- 30:18Speaker 3: I picked I've been advocating for him only over the
- 30:21Speaker 3: last two years where he has attempted to litigate this
- 30:25Speaker 3: in California. And this is something that needs a political solution.
- 30:31Speaker 3: And you know, if as you as you correctly put it,
- 30:37Speaker 3: when something crosses President Trump's desk and he says this
- 30:42Speaker 3: is outrageous, he takes the social media and people take
- 30:45Speaker 3: note because you can't go to the mainstream media with
- 30:49Speaker 3: something like this. As you see, this article was written
- 30:53Speaker 3: in the Globe. The New York Times was not interested,
- 30:58Speaker 3: and the Washington Post was not.
- 31:00Speaker 2: When you get the New York Post to do something.
- 31:02Speaker 2: They're usually pretty good. The New York posts they weren't
- 31:05Speaker 2: interested either.
- 31:08Speaker 3: It's a San Francisco story, and you know New York
- 31:12Speaker 3: is going their own trials and tribulations right now with
- 31:15Speaker 3: the with who may become the next mayor.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you hating Muslim who hates white people and wants
- 31:22Speaker 2: to raise taxes on white people so he can pay
- 31:25Speaker 2: for black and brown people, and wants to defund the police.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Crazy people. Crazy people. But here's the thing, So this happened.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Let's get into this case a little bit. I just
- 31:34Speaker 2: want to get more into the case. Pete, this happened
- 31:36Speaker 2: all the way back in two thousand and three, Is
- 31:38Speaker 2: that correct? That was the original time this happened.
- 31:42Speaker 3: It happened, It happened in two thousand and three. He
- 31:46Speaker 3: became sick. Several years later, he's walking around with HIV,
- 31:50Speaker 3: not knowing that he had it once he had it.
- 31:54Speaker 3: The San Francisco Fire Department's credit, they did an investigation
- 31:59Speaker 3: and they determined it was because of an exposure on
- 32:02Speaker 3: an ambulance where somebody who was HIV positive had thrown
- 32:07Speaker 3: up a blood spatter all over a firefighter. Clouster's open
- 32:13Speaker 3: wounds on his arm and they determined that because of that,
- 32:18Speaker 3: the HIV exposure.
- 32:20Speaker 4: Was in the line of duty.
- 32:22Speaker 3: What happened then was when he went back to the firehouse,
- 32:26Speaker 3: his colleagues, I guess they didn't go through the appropriate
- 32:30Speaker 3: DEI training were from his colleagues and his supervisors were harassing.
- 32:36Speaker 4: And you can only imagine what this poor guy was going.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Through in San Francisco there harassing. The guy was HIV,
- 32:42Speaker 2: but he's straight, and he didn't get it from drugs.
- 32:45Speaker 2: He didn't get it from having gay sex. He got
- 32:47Speaker 2: it from being a hero and saving a woman who
- 32:49Speaker 2: had HIV. And they're making fun of him. It's amazing,
- 32:52Speaker 2: it's a p it's stunning. Here's here's gonna happen, Pete.
- 32:55Speaker 2: You're gonna send me all the details, and I'm going
- 32:57Speaker 2: to write a column and then I'm gonna send the
- 32:59Speaker 2: column to President Trump and I'm gonna text him and say,
- 33:01Speaker 2: please read the column and help this hero firefighter and
- 33:05Speaker 2: we're gonna get something to happen for him. Right, So
- 33:07Speaker 2: send me the notes so I can write in the
- 33:09Speaker 2: column and we'll go from there. Okay, good, right, all right,
- 33:14Speaker 2: appreciate it. Good because I got the pipeline of the
- 33:16Speaker 2: President and I get a lot of information to him
- 33:18Speaker 2: and usually acts on it. So we'll do that. Pee Gleeson,

- 36:57Speaker 2: It's Christmas in July for conservatives. Great time to be alive. Look.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I wrote the column yesterday that this guy Obama is
- 37:05Speaker 2: in the middle of everything, he's guilty of sin. And
- 37:08Speaker 2: now Trump comes out today in the press conference says
- 37:10Speaker 2: the DOJ should go directly after Barack Obama. He is guilty.
- 37:15Speaker 2: He is guilty. You're damn right, he's guilty, and he's
- 37:17Speaker 2: guilty of treason. And Trump says treason. The guy committed treason,
- 37:21Speaker 2: of course he did. The only difference here is that
- 37:23Speaker 2: President Trump is saying in twenty sixteen he tried to
- 37:27Speaker 2: defeat me and steal the election and rig the election,
- 37:30Speaker 2: but he's guilty of doing it. In twenty twenty two,
- 37:33Speaker 2: who do you think coordinated twenty twenty, President Trump? That's
- 37:36Speaker 2: who coordinated it was Obama to make sure first time
- 37:40Speaker 2: that he illary got in and when it didn't work,
- 37:42Speaker 2: he did it in twenty twenty to make sure Biden
- 37:44Speaker 2: got in. So he's tried to steal two elections and
- 37:48Speaker 2: he was successful in one of them, right, successful in
- 37:52Speaker 2: one of them. But so Trump is saying, we gotta
- 37:54Speaker 2: go arrest Obama. We got to go arrest Obama. And
- 37:56Speaker 2: here's Trump also saying, Jimmy Kimmel next to go oh
- 38:00Speaker 2: in the untalented Late night sweepstakes. And it's true. Listen,
- 38:05Speaker 2: I never even got into this Colbert story. I've not
- 38:07Speaker 2: had a chance to get into it on this show.
- 38:10Speaker 2: On the Warzone show, Colbert is canceled, and Hollywood is literally,
- 38:16Speaker 2: excuse me, up in arms, going nuts over the whole thing,
- 38:20Speaker 2: and they're acting like this is because of Trump, and
- 38:23Speaker 2: again it is because of Trump. It's a side of
- 38:25Speaker 2: the times. Colbert is losing millions of dollars and I
- 38:29Speaker 2: think he lost fifty show lost fifty million dollars for
- 38:31Speaker 2: CBS last year. So it's not just Trump, but it's
- 38:35Speaker 2: also it also is Trump. Everything that's happening is happening
- 38:39Speaker 2: because of Trump. Everything, But nobody is mentioning the fact
- 38:45Speaker 2: that Colbert lost half of David Letterman's office audience by
- 38:50Speaker 2: being such a liberal and only having liberal guests and
- 38:53Speaker 2: saying terrible things about conservatives and Republicans and patriots, and
- 38:56Speaker 2: President Trump that republicans at patriots and cons of it
- 39:00Speaker 2: is will no longer tune in to late night TV ever,
- 39:04Speaker 2: And so in the old days, it was Jimmy, you know,
- 39:07Speaker 2: Johnny Carson, it was David Letterman and Jay Leno, and
- 39:11Speaker 2: they all had this big piece of the pie. And
- 39:14Speaker 2: now they've only got one half or less of the
- 39:16Speaker 2: pie because they've decided to only attack Republicans and conservts,
- 39:21Speaker 2: to only attack one side. So we don't watch late
- 39:24Speaker 2: night anymore. Ever. I used to watch Johnny Carson. Then
- 39:27Speaker 2: I used to watch Jay Leno once in a while,
- 39:28Speaker 2: not always, but once in a while. You know, generally
- 39:31Speaker 2: I don't watch TV that time to night, but if
- 39:33Speaker 2: I did, I tuned into Jay Leno and before that,
- 39:35Speaker 2: Johnny Carson once or twice Letterman, but not very often.
- 39:39Speaker 2: But my point is, none of them they hit both sides.
- 39:43Speaker 2: That's why they were funny. But if you hit only
- 39:45Speaker 2: one side, you're not funny to the other side, and
- 39:48Speaker 2: you lose the other side. And so nobody's mentioned that
- 39:52Speaker 2: Colbert committed suicide by going after only one side. Why
- 39:57Speaker 2: can't you tell jokes about both sides? Wouldn't that be fair?
- 40:00Speaker 2: And wouldn't that be funny? And you'd have everybody you
- 40:03Speaker 2: did this to yourself. That's why it loses fifty million
- 40:07Speaker 2: a year. And Trump says, Jimmy Kimmel next, I've tuned
- 40:10Speaker 2: in a few times to Jimmy Kimmel, and it's say,
- 40:12Speaker 2: and a few times to Cobert, just a few times
- 40:15Speaker 2: in all these years, because I won't watch it anymore.
- 40:17Speaker 2: But the few times I tuned in, it's it's stunning.
- 40:22Speaker 2: It's stunning how bad they are. It's stunning. All they
- 40:26Speaker 2: do is attack Republicans, so they have no Republican audience anymore.
- 40:31Speaker 2: And that's why they're all gonna get fired Late Night Terrible.
- 40:36Speaker 2: An exclusive polls out Americans firmly opposed amnesty for illegal
- 40:40Speaker 2: aliens and back Trump's deportation agenda. Good timing, because I've
- 40:45Speaker 2: also got a column on my plate right now, on
- 40:47Speaker 2: my board, my planning board, and it's a JJ Carroll.
- 40:52Speaker 2: You've seen him as a guest on my show, JJ Carroll.
- 40:55Speaker 2: JJ Carroll's the Border Patrol. I think he was former
- 40:58Speaker 2: head of the Border Patrol Union. Of the United States
- 41:00Speaker 2: of America and a former border patrol agent, and JJ
- 41:05Speaker 2: and I are teaming up on a column for President Trump,
- 41:09Speaker 2: but to be released in the public, how he can
- 41:12Speaker 2: make this work, how he can mass to poor twenty
- 41:15Speaker 2: million plus. It can be done. And JJ and I
- 41:18Speaker 2: are teaming up on a column to do it. And
- 41:20Speaker 2: the American people firmly oppose amnesty. They don't want amnesty.
- 41:25Speaker 2: They don't want you to let people go just because
- 41:29Speaker 2: they're a gardener, just because they're a maid, just because
- 41:32Speaker 2: they are a person working at a restaurant, a hotel,
- 41:35Speaker 2: or a farm. They don't want that amnesty. You're never
- 41:38Speaker 2: gonna be able to get anyone in the country because
- 41:39Speaker 2: almost all of them we're going to farm, a hotel,
- 41:41Speaker 2: or a restaurant. So we're gonna show President Trump that
- 41:45Speaker 2: there is a way to do this without amnesty. And
- 41:47Speaker 2: we've got some great ideas and I'll be coming out
- 41:50Speaker 2: with that column soon. A last story, How much time
- 41:53Speaker 2: is left? I mean minute twenty. Hakeem Jeffries, who's the
- 41:58Speaker 2: minority leader of the US How Democrats leader in the
- 42:02Speaker 2: House thinks Democrats will miss a shot to retake the
- 42:04Speaker 2: House majority because of socialist New York City Meyrill candidate zoron, Mom, Donnie,
- 42:10Speaker 2: how about that one? The Democrat liberals who are Communists
- 42:13Speaker 2: but who hide their communism well, are so scared of
- 42:16Speaker 2: a guy who doesn't hide his communism that they fear
- 42:18Speaker 2: he will take down their entire plan to take over
- 42:21Speaker 2: or retake the United States House. And the only interesting
- 42:26Speaker 2: Hakim Jeffries and this guy running socialist Muslim j Hate
- 42:31Speaker 2: are running for mayor of New York City is he
- 42:33Speaker 2: tells the truth about what he is. Hakim Jeffries is
- 42:35Speaker 2: the same thing, but he hides it better. Jim's Amazing
