- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, here we go. Just getting things rolling on
- 0:04Speaker 2: this Thursday morning. Thanks for joining us. Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:07Speaker 2: those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate. What's
- 0:10Speaker 2: going on, Ricky?
- 0:11Speaker 3: Ryan Murphy has a Glee reboot script finished. Ryan Murphy,
- 0:15Speaker 3: who is one of the creators of Glee, told Entertainment
- 0:18Speaker 3: Tonight that a reboot script has been completed for not
- 0:21Speaker 3: just one season, but two. The series originally ran for
- 0:25Speaker 3: six seasons in the early 2010s, and Murphy says that
- 0:28Speaker 3: not only is the script finished, but that most of
- 0:30Speaker 3: the cast is on board for a potential reunion.
- 0:33Speaker 4: So this is really exciting for Glee fans.
- 0:35Speaker 3: I know there are so many people who are still
- 0:37Speaker 3: obsessed with that show and are even re-watching that show
- 0:41Speaker 3: right now in the year 2026.
- 0:42Speaker 4: So they are obsessed with it.
- 0:44Speaker 3: So even though all of this is done when it
- 0:46Speaker 3: comes to scripts, there have not been any official plans
- 0:50Speaker 3: that at least have been told to us about a
- 0:53Speaker 3: reboot for this series. We don't know if he just
- 0:55Speaker 3: wrote them in case it comes up or if there's
- 0:58Speaker 3: something secretive going on behind the scenes that we just
- 1:01Speaker 3: don't know about it.
- 1:02Speaker 4: So we're just going to have to wait and see
- 1:04Speaker 4: how that goes.
- 1:05Speaker 3: This Friday through Sunday is Artville at Walk of Fame Park.
- 1:09Speaker 3: This is really cool. So it's a free visual arts festival.
- 1:12Speaker 3: They're going to have public art installations, murals, and interactive art.
- 1:16Speaker 3: They do it every year. This is a fun and
- 1:18Speaker 3: great way to see the creative side of Nashville that's
- 1:20Speaker 3: beyond music because there is even more creative outlets out
- 1:25Speaker 3: there and more people who are creative beyond what you
- 1:27Speaker 3: even can imagine. So this is, like I said, free.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Also a great way to get out there. So I'm
- 1:33Speaker 3: going to bring your kids too, too, if you want to.
- 1:35Speaker 3: And this weekend's supposed to be really nice. Very, very nice,
- 1:39Speaker 3: especially in comparison to the horrible heat that we have
- 1:42Speaker 3: had all summer. And turning your phone grayscale may make
- 1:47Speaker 3: it less addictive.
- 1:48Speaker 4: This is for you specifically, Kevin.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Yes, please.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I'm listening.
- 1:51Speaker 3: A psychotherapist recommends switching your display to grayscale to remove
- 1:55Speaker 3: all those bright colors that the apps have and the
- 1:57Speaker 3: notifications that feel very visually stimulating that kind of set
- 2:01Speaker 3: off that piece of your brain that go, oh, I
- 2:03Speaker 3: want more of this. She says the change can make
- 2:06Speaker 3: your phone less rewarding to look at and it could
- 2:09Speaker 3: help cut back on the screen time. And also, it's
- 2:12Speaker 3: going to take some time to get used to. So
- 2:13Speaker 3: if you do try to do this, try it for more.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Than a day. It'll take time to get used to.
- 2:19Speaker 3: If you want to try it, the setting is typically
- 2:20Speaker 3: found under accessibility and display options on your phone.
- 2:24Speaker 4: And it's a pretty quick, easy switch over to Grayscale.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:28Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 2:29Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Before you said the accessibility thing, I opened my phone,
- 2:32Speaker 2: I opened settings, I couldn't find it. So then I just,
- 2:34Speaker 2: before I knew it, I was on Instagram. That's a problem.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I know.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Kevin. I know. I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong
- 2:40Speaker 2: with me. Thank you, Ricky. Appreciate it. It's Tame Impala. Hey,
- 2:43Speaker 2: we're throwing a party tomorrow morning. It is our big 107.5
- 2:46Speaker 2: The River's Jingle Ball announcement party. You can be the
- 2:50Speaker 2: first to hear the lineup. We're going to announce the
- 2:53Speaker 2: lineup for everybody at 8 a.m., but you'll hear it
- 2:55Speaker 2: first if you're at this party. And you can win
- 2:57Speaker 2: your way in next if you're the first caller of
- 2:59Speaker 2: the day.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Not yet.
- 3:00Speaker 2: We'll ask you to call soon on The River.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 3:05Speaker 2: On 107.5 The River.
- 3:06Speaker 3: I am still trying to wrap my head around the
- 3:10Speaker 3: fact that today is Thursday.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Time flies when you're having fun.
- 3:13Speaker 4: It really does.
- 3:14Speaker 3: It's Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning on 107.5
- 3:17Speaker 3: The River.
- 3:17Speaker 4: That means that tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
- 3:20Speaker 3: We announce our very first Jingle Ball in Nashville lineup,
- 3:24Speaker 3: and we are having our announcement party tomorrow. I just,
- 3:29Speaker 3: I can't believe it's actually here, guys. Sean and Gallatin,
- 3:32Speaker 3: welcome to the show.
- 3:33Speaker 4: How are you doing this morning?
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'm fantastic. How are y'all?
- 3:36Speaker 3: I'm, like I said, still wrapping my head around it
- 3:38Speaker 3: being Thursday, but I'm excited. Are you excited about a
- 3:41Speaker 3: Jingle Ball coming to Nashville?
- 3:43Speaker 1: Yes, I am. I'm pumped about the idea. Oh, good.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Are you familiar with Jingle Ball as like a property
- 3:49Speaker 2: prior to this? Yes, I'm from Chicago.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So they've had Jingle Balls for years.
- 3:55Speaker 2: For sure.
- 3:55Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm familiar with it for sure.
- 3:57Speaker 2: But I've never been to one.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Oh, this is an interesting twist here, Sean.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I'm happy to hear that you haven't actually experienced it yet,
- 4:06Speaker 3: because if you experience ours, then we know for sure
- 4:08Speaker 3: ours is going to be the best.
- 4:10Speaker 6: Right.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It'll also be the worst, though, you know, like that
- 4:13Speaker 2: goes both ways. I'm just saying, if you only do
- 4:15Speaker 2: something once, it's all the things.
- 4:17Speaker 1: No. Not half glass empty.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Yeah, right, Sean?
- 4:21Speaker 2: Like, this guy wants to ruin everything for some reason.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I'm just saying, by your logic, you know, like, if
- 4:26Speaker 2: you only have one son, he's your favorite son, he's
- 4:28Speaker 2: also your least favorite son.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Kevin, why did you have to make up negative today, okay?
- 4:32Speaker 2: I rebuke it. I'm just being a realist.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Why did you bring the.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Children into this? What is happening?
- 4:39Speaker 2: That's hilarious.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Sean, do you want to come to our announcement party
- 4:44Speaker 2: tomorrow at the radio station?
- 4:45Speaker 1: 100%.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Well, good, man.
- 4:48Speaker 2: You're the first caller of the day, so we're going
- 4:49Speaker 2: to see you tomorrow.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Oh, thank you.
- 4:51Speaker 7: I'll see you guys there.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Yeah, we're having this big party to announce the lineup.
- 4:54Speaker 2: It's brought to you by the Snooki Shop. It's going
- 4:56Speaker 2: to be great. We're having breakfast. You're going to hear
- 4:58Speaker 2: the lineup before anybody else does, and you might even
- 5:01Speaker 2: win the first pair of tickets into Nashville's first ever
- 5:04Speaker 2: Jingle Ball.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Oh, that would be amazing.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Well, we're very excited to see you tomorrow, Sean. Thank
- 5:08Speaker 3: you so much for hanging out with us and for
- 5:10Speaker 3: dealing with the negativity from Kevin.
- 5:13Speaker 5: Yeah, we got to turn that frown upside down, bro.
- 5:15Speaker 5: I don't know what's wrong with you, Kevin. Oh, all right.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Hang on, buddy.
- 5:19Speaker 2: We're going to get all your info, okay? We'll do. 7.45
- 5:24Speaker 2: this morning, your next chance to win your way into
- 5:26Speaker 2: our announcement party tomorrow.
- 5:28Speaker 5: And maybe Kevin will be smiling by then.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Sometimes when we're in the 107.5 The River studio, we
- 5:36Speaker 3: genuinely feel like no one's listening.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yep.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Yesterday, we were reminded that there are.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Not only people listening, but that you intently listened to
- 5:46Speaker 3: what we were saying.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 3: In a way that I just never imagined.
- 5:52Speaker 2: We got a very funny call from a woman named Jenna.
- 5:54Speaker 2: We're going to play Bruno Mars right here, and then
- 5:56Speaker 2: we'll play that call. And she really called us out
- 5:58Speaker 2: on some shortcomings of ours. We're going to hear it
- 6:01Speaker 2: next on The River. Yeah. Ricky, Zach, and Mano in
- 6:04Speaker 2: the morning. We talked to a woman named Jenna yesterday
- 6:07Speaker 2: who called us for a very funny reason.
- 6:09Speaker 3: We are always answering your phone calls, like, no matter what.
- 6:13Speaker 3: If the phone rings, we typically answer if we're not
- 6:15Speaker 3: doing anything else.
- 6:17Speaker 4: But this is not where we expected this phone call
- 6:18Speaker 4: to go, though.
- 6:19Speaker 1: No.
- 6:20Speaker 2: This was yesterday. Our call from Jenna.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Here it is.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Hi, who's this?
- 6:24Speaker 8: Hey, Ricky.
- 6:25Speaker 6: It's Jenna on Gallatin.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Hi, Jenna.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Are you calling about the poll we did about when
- 6:29Speaker 3: you first meet somebody?
- 6:30Speaker 1: No.
- 6:30Speaker 3: No, I'm not.
- 6:33Speaker 2: What's up, Jenna?
- 6:34Speaker 8: But I was calling.
- 6:35Speaker 6: So I made a note in my calendar because one
- 6:38Speaker 6: year ago today, you and Kevin wanted people to follow
- 6:43Speaker 6: up to see if Kevin was still, I think, Either
- 6:46Speaker 6: you or Kevin was practicing the harmonica.
- 6:51Speaker 3: I was trying to learn the harmonica.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Yes.
- 6:56Speaker 3: And I fell off of that, Jenna. Wait, we asked,
- 7:01Speaker 3: did we say that we wanted people to call us?
- 7:05Speaker 1: Yes. Oh, my God.
- 7:06Speaker 4: That's so funny, Jenna.
- 7:07Speaker 6: I made notes to follow up.
- 7:09Speaker 1: That's so funny. Incredible.
- 7:11Speaker 3: You actually wrote down in your calendar to call today
- 7:15Speaker 3: to check.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yes.
- 7:17Speaker 8: I'm insane, yes.
- 7:19Speaker 9: I remember specifically, Ricky, you are the one that said, hey,
- 7:22Speaker 9: hold me accountable.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Call back and check on me.
- 7:25Speaker 5: You are the one that said this.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Jenna, you're awesome. Thank you so much
- 7:32Speaker 2: for actually putting that note in your phone and following
- 7:34Speaker 2: up on it.
- 7:35Speaker 6: Well, are you still salsa dancing, Kevin?
- 7:38Speaker 2: I don't even recall ever salsa dancing. This is going great.
- 7:46Speaker 9: Well, if you really want to call Kevin out, how's
- 7:49Speaker 9: your backflip going, Kevin?
- 7:51Speaker 5: He said that he could learn how to do it
- 7:52Speaker 5: over the summer.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Dang it.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And yesterday was the last day of summer, the first
- 7:56Speaker 2: day of fall. And I got to say, I haven't
- 7:59Speaker 2: nailed it yet.
- 8:00Speaker 8: All right.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You know what?
- 8:02Speaker 8: Just kiss your wife when you get home.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Thank you, Jenna. Well, this is the best thing ever.
- 8:08Speaker 4: This genuinely made my day. And I want to pull
- 8:10Speaker 4: out my harmonica today. So thank you, Jenna.
- 8:13Speaker 6: I'm dead. Just wanted to check on you guys.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Hey, Jenna, she's pulling out the harmonica today, so please
- 8:19Speaker 2: circle back in one year.
- 8:20Speaker 5: I will.
- 8:22Speaker 8: I will make note. Oh, my God.
- 8:24Speaker 6: I'll make note.
- 8:24Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 8:25Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 8:25Speaker 4: This is a great bit we got going on.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Here, Jenna.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I love it so much.
- 8:29Speaker 8: Oh, my God. All right.
- 8:30Speaker 4: You guys have a great rest of your week.
- 8:32Speaker 6: You too.
- 8:33Speaker 5: Bye.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Bye, Jenna.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Bye.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Why do I have zero memory of salsa dancing? I.
- 8:40Speaker 3: I just cannot believe that she put a note in
- 8:43Speaker 3: her phone to follow up and that she then called
- 8:46Speaker 3: us to follow up. It's my favorite thing ever.
- 8:49Speaker 5: Yo, she's dedicated, and I respect it.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Three things you need to know.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Just after 7 o'clock here on this Thursday morning. Hope
- 8:57Speaker 2: your day is getting off to a great start. Ours is.
- 9:00Speaker 2: We're happy it's Thursday. We're making our big jingle ball
- 9:03Speaker 2: announcement tomorrow. Everything's very exciting. Ricky Sanchez has those three
- 9:06Speaker 2: things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 9:08Speaker 3: So yesterday, Taylor Swift announced even more music. She already
- 9:12Speaker 3: announced her brand new single, Patient Zero. Then yesterday, she
- 9:15Speaker 3: added to that announcement, we are getting the life of
- 9:18Speaker 3: a showgirl, The Encore, on Friday with four new songs.
- 9:22Speaker 3: The previously mentioned Patient Zero, as well as Cleveland, Pink Clouding,
- 9:26Speaker 3: and Babylon.
- 9:28Speaker 4: And about five minutes ago, she posted a quick clip
- 9:31Speaker 4: of the music video.
- 9:31Speaker 3: For Patient Zero, which seems to be premiering during the
- 9:34Speaker 3: VMAs on Sunday. um all this stuff is happening at
- 9:39Speaker 3: once friday tomorrow's a big day tomorrow's a huge day
- 9:42Speaker 3: new taylor jingle ball lineup announcement a lot going on
- 9:46Speaker 3: dolly parton day dolly parton day sunday will be patient
- 9:50Speaker 3: zero day where you can actually watch the music video
- 9:53Speaker 3: during the vmas just a lot going on and we
- 9:55Speaker 3: are very excited about it the new nissan stadium is
- 9:58Speaker 3: set to complete construction by February of next year. Early
- 10:02Speaker 3: turnover areas are scheduled for January, and then the full
- 10:06Speaker 3: completion is.
- 10:07Speaker 4: Set for February 17th of next year.
- 10:09Speaker 3: The first event at this new stadium has yet to
- 10:12Speaker 3: be announced, but we know Kenny Chesney is scheduled to
- 10:14Speaker 3: perform there.
- 10:15Speaker 4: On July 3rd. After the final game at the current stadium,
- 10:19Speaker 4: They will demo it starting in March of 2027.
- 10:21Speaker 3: It's going to be taken down mechanically, though, rather than
- 10:25Speaker 3: imploded because it's so close.
- 10:28Speaker 4: They're both very close to each other. So kind of
- 10:31Speaker 4: exploding or imploding the.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Old one may end up having a negative impact on
- 10:35Speaker 3: the new one.
- 10:36Speaker 4: So they're going to be taking it down in pieces.
- 10:38Speaker 3: So enjoy your time at the old Nissan Stadium while
- 10:42Speaker 3: you can. If you're extra sleepy in fall. I'm going
- 10:45Speaker 3: to tell you why, okay? It's fall right now. I've
- 10:48Speaker 3: been exhausted the last like four days.
- 10:51Speaker 4: And there's a reason why, okay?
- 10:53Speaker 3: Sleep experts have explained that the change in seasons from
- 10:55Speaker 3: summer to fall can really impact your sleep because we
- 10:58Speaker 3: have darker mornings, which can make it harder to get
- 11:01Speaker 3: out of bed, shorter days with darker evenings that make
- 11:04Speaker 3: us feel sleepier earlier. This time of year can also
- 11:07Speaker 3: have a lot of fluctuations in temperature, and you guys
- 11:09Speaker 3: are feeling that right now. I know I'm feeling it
- 11:11Speaker 3: right now, which can also impact how comfortable you are
- 11:15Speaker 3: before bed. I know that I'm still trying to figure
- 11:17Speaker 3: out what temperature to put the thermostat at because it
- 11:20Speaker 3: was so hot, and now it's kind of like getting colder,
- 11:24Speaker 3: but then during the night, it's even colder than it
- 11:26Speaker 3: is during the day. It's very confusing. It makes it
- 11:29Speaker 3: really hard to make it comfortable. So here are a
- 11:31Speaker 3: few things you could do, okay? Have blankets ready.
- 11:34Speaker 4: So that you can adjust your temperature easily.
- 11:36Speaker 3: So an extra blanket at the foot of your bed,
- 11:38Speaker 3: very helpful in case you get cold.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Get to sleep earlier than usual. I have no problem
- 11:42Speaker 4: doing that. And keep up with movement to help you sleep.
- 11:46Speaker 3: A lot of what people do during the fall is
- 11:48Speaker 3: they don't get their movement in.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Get your movement in, go outside for a walk, all
- 11:52Speaker 4: that good stuff. It'll help you sleep. I'm Margie Sanchez,
- 11:54Speaker 4: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Class is in session.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Zach's Facts, brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 12:02Speaker 2: On 107.5 The River.
- 12:04Speaker 9: For whatever reason, Kevin has been on this watermelon kick lately,
- 12:07Speaker 9: so I had to bring a fact to you about watermelon.
- 12:09Speaker 9: Did you guys know that you can actually buy a
- 12:11Speaker 9: square watermelon in Japan? They take the melons before they ripen,
- 12:15Speaker 9: so they hold their cube shape and last for months
- 12:18Speaker 9: as ornamental displays. They say they don't taste very good.
- 12:21Speaker 9: Pretty hard and pale on the inside, but they're square.
- 12:24Speaker 3: Oh, so the way that they get red on the inside.
- 12:27Speaker 4: Is also because of the shape of them?
- 12:29Speaker 5: The shape and how long they stay, like, on the vine.
- 12:32Speaker 7: Whoa.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I know.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Crazy.
- 12:33Speaker 9: And they're between $ 100 and $ 200 for this square watermelon.
- 12:37Speaker 5: So start saving up, Kevin.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I do love watermelon.
- 12:40Speaker 9: $ 200 for a watermelon is insane.
- 12:45Speaker 4: In this economy? Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning. Yesterday,
- 12:49Speaker 4: we got a call from our friend Jenna. I'll call
- 12:52Speaker 4: her our friend because she called us out. And that's
- 12:54Speaker 4: what friends do.
- 12:55Speaker 3: She noted in her calendar that a year from yesterday
- 13:00Speaker 3: that she.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Needed to follow up with us because we said.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Hold us accountable to the things that we want to
- 13:06Speaker 3: accomplish within the year. to make sure that we actually
- 13:09Speaker 3: did i wanted to learn the harmonica kevin you are
- 13:12Speaker 3: going to learn how to salsa dance no memory you
- 13:14Speaker 3: don't even remember.
- 13:15Speaker 4: That yeah so it didn't even go.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Very well for you either neither of us did the
- 13:18Speaker 3: things we said we were gonna do and apparently that
- 13:21Speaker 3: seems to be a trend amongst the.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Three of us It definitely does.
- 13:24Speaker 9: I will say I'm only going to give Ricky a
- 13:26Speaker 9: little bit of credit because at least you bought the harmonica.
- 13:29Speaker 9: Kenny doesn't even remember the salsa.
- 13:31Speaker 3: I tried for like three days, and then I was like,
- 13:34Speaker 3: this is harder than I thought.
- 13:35Speaker 2: You were adamant about it, though. You were like planting
- 13:38Speaker 2: your flag and saying like, I will learn this.
- 13:40Speaker 4: I'm still going to learn it.
- 13:43Speaker 5: Okay.
- 13:43Speaker 4: I just don't know when.
- 13:45Speaker 2: And Ricky, I'm so sorry to kick you while you're down,
- 13:47Speaker 2: but what language were you learning on Duolingo? How's that going?
- 13:51Speaker 1: Spanish.
- 13:51Speaker 4: I have a 204-day streak.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You do?
- 13:54Speaker 4: Yeah, I've been learning.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Wow, Kevin.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Wow, yeah, I apologize then.
- 14:00Speaker 4: I don't want to kick you while you're down, Ricky.
- 14:04Speaker 4: been doing it kevin when.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Do you do it you never talk about it when
- 14:07Speaker 2: do you do it.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Because i don't need to flaunt my accomplishments sometimes they're
- 14:12Speaker 3: just for me but i'm trying to be fluent in
- 14:15Speaker 3: spanish because i i used to know a lot more
- 14:17Speaker 3: and i kind of lost it because if you don't
- 14:18Speaker 3: use it you lose it kind of thing and i
- 14:20Speaker 3: want to be fluent again so i've been doing duolingo
- 14:23Speaker 3: and both aj and.
- 14:24Speaker 5: I I stand corrected.
- 14:25Speaker 2: I'm impressed. Good for you.
- 14:27Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 14:27Speaker 2: That's great.
- 14:28Speaker 9: I will say that's one of the things that I
- 14:30Speaker 9: said that I was going to learn to do is
- 14:31Speaker 9: because I love going to Mexico. Like I go very
- 14:34Speaker 9: often and I always, every single time I'm like, I'm
- 14:36Speaker 9: going to learn Spanish and I can't.
- 14:38Speaker 5: Like I literally do one lesson.
- 14:40Speaker 4: You're so cute when you try to say things. It's
- 14:42Speaker 4: so bad. It's adorable though. He can't do the accent
- 14:47Speaker 4: at all.
- 14:48Speaker 5: With my southern accent, it's so bad.
- 14:50Speaker 2: It's cute, though.
- 14:51Speaker 4: It's cute. And at least you try.
- 14:52Speaker 9: I also said that I was going to start journaling
- 14:55Speaker 9: every single night before bed. So I bought a journal
- 14:58Speaker 9: and a super nice pack of pens.
- 15:00Speaker 5: I have it on my bedside table.
- 15:02Speaker 9: And I have opened it one time and put the
- 15:04Speaker 9: date at the top and that's it.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I have no thoughts from this day. Well, at least
- 15:09Speaker 2: you know the day, the exact day that you gave
- 15:12Speaker 2: up on your dreams. You know, you'll always know that.
- 15:14Speaker 1: All right.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Well, Kevin, you never learned how to freaking backflip. And
- 15:18Speaker 3: you were determined about that, too.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I will.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Before the year is over, I will be back flipping
- 15:22Speaker 2: all over the place.
- 15:22Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no.
- 15:23Speaker 9: You said that you could learn before the end of summer.
- 15:25Speaker 9: It is officially fall, Kevin.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Well, the deadline got moved a bit, but I am
- 15:29Speaker 2: still the Benson Boone of radio, and I'm learning.
- 15:33Speaker 7: The river ricky zach and mano in the morning it is.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Kevin mano's game of the day on 1075 the river
- 15:39Speaker 3: presented by genesis diamonds we are playing.
- 15:41Speaker 4: Jingles for jingle ball tomorrow.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Is our big day we are making the announcement at
- 15:46Speaker 3: 8 a.m here on 1075 the river of our lineup

- 15:52Speaker 3: in murfreesboro you have a chance to get into our
- 15:55Speaker 3: announcement party tomorrow where once you're here you have a
- 15:59Speaker 3: chance to win the very first tickets to jingle ball Woo-hoo!
- 16:03Speaker 1: Yeah. I like it.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Bethany, have you heard this game at all this week?
- 16:07Speaker 4: I have, yes.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Okay, it's very silly. You know if you've been listening
- 16:12Speaker 2: that Ricky has been crushing it this week. We're letting
- 16:15Speaker 2: you pick. Do you want Ricky, Zach, or myself to
- 16:18Speaker 2: hum jingles to you? Who would you like?
- 16:21Speaker 6: So I'm going to switch it up and go with Kevin.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Oh! Okay. Oh, boy.
- 16:28Speaker 4: Plot twist. He was not expecting that, Bethany.
- 16:30Speaker 1: No, he was not at all.
- 16:31Speaker 4: Now he's nervous. His face got red. I think he's
- 16:33Speaker 4: starting to sweat.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Okay, you've got to get two out of three of these.
- 16:38Speaker 2: We've got the jingles here ready to go. I'm going
- 16:40Speaker 2: to hum them to you.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Oh, I can't wait.
- 16:42Speaker 2: If you can identify two out of three of them,
- 16:45Speaker 2: you're coming to our party tomorrow.
- 16:46Speaker 5: Are you ready? Okay, don't fail me.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Jingles for Jingle Ball starts right now.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I feel like that was too aggressive.
- 17:03Speaker 7: Do it one more time for me.
- 17:09Speaker 6: 877-CASH-NOW.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll take that. I mean, do you know the
- 17:13Speaker 2: name of the company?
- 17:13Speaker 1: J.G.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Whitley. There you go. Yes, ma'am.
- 17:17Speaker 1: There we go.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Okay, all right.
- 17:19Speaker 2: I feel good now. This is a quick one.
- 17:20Speaker 4: I would have done better, but it's fine, Kevin.
- 17:24Speaker 2: This is a quick one. Hopefully you get it. We
- 17:26Speaker 2: can be done with this. Here we go.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Hmm, hmm, hmm. Hmm, hmm, hmm.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Oh, man.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Kevin does this thing where if you don't understand what
- 17:37Speaker 3: he's doing, he'll do it 18 times until you understand
- 17:41Speaker 3: what's happening.
- 17:41Speaker 4: Bethany, if you don't get it, it's okay. You have
- 17:44Speaker 4: another chance.
- 17:45Speaker 6: Okay, like really, really try to be on tone.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Kevin, close your lips. You're cheating.
- 17:52Speaker 2: That was a good one.
- 17:57Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:59Speaker 2: That was Hot Pockets.
- 18:00Speaker 6: Hot Pockets.
- 18:04Speaker 4: I love it, Bethany, you said B.
- 18:07Speaker 2: All right, here we go. You're going to get this one.
- 18:09Speaker 2: It's going to be great.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 18:10Speaker 5: Pull it together.
- 18:10Speaker 4: Okay, okay.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Your last chance. Okay, I know this one. One more time. Okay.
- 18:29Speaker 9: Farmer's insurance.
- 18:30Speaker 2: That's correct. Oh, my goodness.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Yes.
- 18:37Speaker 4: Congratulations.
- 18:39Speaker 3: We are so excited to see you tomorrow, Bethany. And
- 18:41Speaker 3: congrats to Kevin for not completely freaking out because I
- 18:44Speaker 3: think he's sweating at this point. I see a little
- 18:47Speaker 3: glistening happening on his face.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Be honest, Ricky. Are you jealous? Are you jealous that
- 18:51Speaker 2: she didn't pick you?
- 18:53Speaker 3: No, that was thrilling for me to watch.
- 18:56Speaker 4: That was absolutely fascinating.
- 18:57Speaker 2: She enjoyed the struggle bus.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I did.
- 18:59Speaker 4: I did.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Well, we're going to see you tomorrow, Bethany. You're coming
- 19:02Speaker 2: to the radio station for our big announcement party. You
- 19:04Speaker 2: might win the first pair of tickets to Nashville's first
- 19:07Speaker 2: ever Jingle Ball.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Way to go.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Can't wait.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Three things you need to know.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Just after 8 o'clock. We're running a bit late, but
- 19:15Speaker 2: we're feeling great. It's Thursday morning. Thank you for joining us.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 19:21Speaker 4: YouTube has extended its deal with Coachella.
- 19:23Speaker 3: It's going to remain the exclusive livestream home of the
- 19:26Speaker 3: festival through 2030. Next year's festival will mark the platform's
- 19:31Speaker 3: 15th year streaming Coachella, with coverage now spanning every stage.
- 19:35Speaker 4: With both weekends that you can watch.
- 19:37Speaker 3: This year's festival, so it was the last one that
- 19:39Speaker 3: they did, with Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Carol G,
- 19:43Speaker 3: became YouTube's most watched Coachella live stream ever.
- 19:46Speaker 4: So let's see if they can outdo themselves next year.
- 19:49Speaker 4: The happiest and most amazing news.
- 19:51Speaker 3: These cool temperatures we're feeling will stay through the week.
- 19:55Speaker 4: I could cry.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Temperatures will remain cool and below average over the next
- 19:59Speaker 3: several days into the weekend. Temperatures will hold in the
- 20:03Speaker 3: 80s with more sunshine, which is exactly what we want.
- 20:06Speaker 4: We can breathe again, Nashville. It's about time. And Wendy's,
- 20:10Speaker 4: the fast food restaurant, the Wendy's you're thinking of, they
- 20:14Speaker 4: have put out an emo album.
- 20:16Speaker 3: It's called Songs to Listen To in a Wendy's Parking Lot.
- 20:19Speaker 3: They did a full album with real bands like State Champs, Silverstein,
- 20:23Speaker 3: and more. The songs are all about Wendy's with titles
- 20:26Speaker 3: like She Said She Didn't Want Fries, My Frosty's Funeral,
- 20:30Speaker 3: and my personal favorite, I Miss the Sunroom.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Here's a clip of that one.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I miss the sunroom.
- 20:37Speaker 4: I listened to the whole album yesterday on the way
- 20:41Speaker 4: home from work, and I.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Loved it.
- 21:03Speaker 3: It's low-key, so good. You wouldn't expect it, but it is.
- 21:07Speaker 3: You can watch the music videos on YouTube. You can
- 21:09Speaker 3: hear the album on any streaming platform for a good laugh.
- 21:12Speaker 3: And also, genuinely enjoy it because they are good songs.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Yes.
- 21:17Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 21:18Speaker 4: need to know.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 21:22Speaker 3: I have something really dumb memorized, but what do you
- 21:25Speaker 3: have memorized? It's Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning
- 21:28Speaker 3: on 107.5 The River.
- 21:28Speaker 4: I learned a really.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Dumb song so many years ago in school it was
- 21:36Speaker 3: all the president.
- 21:36Speaker 2: I don't think it's dumb i wish i had this
- 21:38Speaker 2: skill it's.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Such a silly thing it never really paid off until
- 21:43Speaker 3: one time one time in high school paid off i
- 21:46Speaker 3: had transferred from my catholic school into public high school
- 21:49Speaker 3: and my honors history teacher was like If anybody can
- 21:52Speaker 3: name all the presidents, everybody in class gets an A
- 21:56Speaker 3: on our pop quiz that I'm going.
- 21:57Speaker 4: To give you at the end of the week.
- 21:59Speaker 2: And I went, I can.
- 22:00Speaker 4: And he was like, everybody thinks they can. And then
- 22:01Speaker 4: I did. And he went, whoa.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Can you start it real quick? That's crazy. Don't do
- 22:04Speaker 2: the whole thing. I can't do the whole thing.
- 22:05Speaker 4: Yeah, I was going to say, it takes too long.
- 22:07Speaker 3: But Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Adams, Jackson, and Buren, Harrison, Tyler, Polk,
- 22:13Speaker 3: and Taylor.
- 22:14Speaker 4: And then it goes on and on and on.
- 22:15Speaker 5: We've had that many presidents?
- 22:16Speaker 1: Sir.
- 22:17Speaker 5: I think I could name like four.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Zachary?
- 22:19Speaker 2: Zachary. I've got a really good one memorized as well.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I want to get my daughter, Molly, on the phone
- 22:24Speaker 2: so we can do the thing that we have memorized together.
- 22:27Speaker 2: And then we want to hear from you. If you
- 22:28Speaker 2: have anything obscure committed to memory, we want to know
- 22:31Speaker 2: about it.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 22:35Speaker 2: On 107.5 The River. It's 107.5 The River. What do
- 22:39Speaker 2: you have memorized? What, like, long, obscure thing? Ricky can
- 22:43Speaker 2: do the presidents in order. My daughter, Molly, and I
- 22:46Speaker 2: have one. Molly's on the phone right now.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Hi, Molly.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Hi.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Hi, Molly.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Oh, hi.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Can we do our thing?
- 22:54Speaker 4: You want me to say it?
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I mean, we'll both say it together.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Is that okay?
- 22:56Speaker 6: Okay, yeah.
- 22:59Speaker 2: We say this to each other every single night before
- 23:01Speaker 2: I leave her bedroom. This is our little good night segment.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Aw.
- 23:04Speaker 2: You ready for it? Yeah. All right, Molly, here we go. Three, two, one.
- 23:08Speaker 2: I said ganache, their bumper sticker, butt head, pot spots, do,
- 23:11Speaker 2: who's them, dance break, one, tune cat, ripple, gives you wings,
- 23:14Speaker 2: hard cat, squee, blamados, boss, gotta do morning jits.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, that's a long one, guys. How do
- 23:19Speaker 4: you remember that?
- 23:20Speaker 5: I have no idea what just came out of your mouth.
- 23:23Speaker 2: It was perfect. Well done. Yeah, I don't know. It's
- 23:25Speaker 2: just all these little inside jokes that we just, every
- 23:27Speaker 2: week or so, we add a new little thing to
- 23:29Speaker 2: the end of it, and we just, we say that
- 23:30Speaker 2: to each other every night.
- 23:32Speaker 4: That is adorable. I love it. I am shocked that
- 23:35Speaker 4: you can remember every single thing, though.
- 23:37Speaker 1: That's, wow.
- 23:38Speaker 5: Thank you, Molly.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Thank you for sharing.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Okay, thanks. Bye, Molly.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Have a good day at school.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Love you.
- 23:43Speaker 5: Bye.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Bye, everybody.
- 23:47Speaker 5: 615-737-9107.
- 23:47Speaker 2: It doesn't have to be as weird and gibberishy as
- 23:51Speaker 2: that one, but if you have something committed to memory.
- 23:54Speaker 4: I'm still just mind blown by that.
- 23:55Speaker 3: It was a little bit like gibberish, but you guys
- 23:57Speaker 3: knew exactly what you were.
- 23:58Speaker 4: Saying, and that's really all that matters. It's funny the
- 24:01Speaker 4: things that like.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Okay, still don't understand what you said, but it's weird
- 24:08Speaker 3: the things that we tend to remember and the reasons
- 24:11Speaker 3: why we remember them.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Like mine, I remember.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Because I was taught it in school and it just
- 24:15Speaker 3: never left my memory.
- 24:17Speaker 4: It's stuck there forever.
- 24:18Speaker 3: And Kevin, yours is newer, but it's like a moment
- 24:21Speaker 3: to bond with.
- 24:22Speaker 4: Your daughter, which is really cute.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Bond over our insanity. If you have one, something committed
- 24:26Speaker 2: to memory, we want to know it.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 24:29Speaker 4: Tara in White.
- 24:30Speaker 3: House, welcome to 107.5 The River. Tell us the random
- 24:34Speaker 3: obscure thing that you have memorized. Mine is the president's
- 24:38Speaker 3: in order. Kevin's is this cute little ditty that he
- 24:41Speaker 3: does with his daughter before they go to bed. They
- 24:43Speaker 3: sing this little song kind of thing. What's yours, Tara?
- 24:46Speaker 8: So my whole family knows our ABCs backwards.
- 24:50Speaker 1: What?
- 24:50Speaker 4: We can sing them.
- 24:51Speaker 8: It's a great party trick.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Okay, wait, we want to hear you do it.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Okay, you want me to do it like right now?
- 24:56Speaker 4: Yeah, do it, do it, do it.
- 24:58Speaker 8: Okay. Z-Y-X-W-B-U-T-S-R-Q-P-O-N-M-L-K-J-I-H-G-S-E-B-C-B-A.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Mew and thing you want time next.
- 25:09Speaker 7: CBAs, mine, no, I know.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Oh, you do the whole words backwards. Oh, my gosh.
- 25:15Speaker 9: I've won money.
- 25:15Speaker 8: I've won money saying that. All my kids know it
- 25:18Speaker 8: and everything.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Girl, if you ever get pulled over, you're going to
- 25:20Speaker 3: be able to pass that DUI test, no problem.
- 25:24Speaker 6: That has happened.
- 25:25Speaker 7: We didn't have a lot to.
- 25:27Speaker 4: Do back in the 90s, so we learned things like
- 25:29Speaker 4: this back in those days. That is wild, Tara. I
- 25:32Speaker 4: am impressed.
- 25:33Speaker 5: I'm not going to lie, Tara.
- 25:34Speaker 9: I was watching the entire reverse list on Google to
- 25:37Speaker 9: make sure you didn't mess anything up, and you nailed it.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Oh, good.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I was just taking her word for it.
- 25:41Speaker 1: You nailed it, yeah.
- 25:42Speaker 5: I was verifying.
- 25:43Speaker 2: That was thrilling for me. Thank you for calling. Thank
- 25:45Speaker 2: you for doing that. I loved it.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Thanks, guys.
- 25:47Speaker 6: I had a great day.
- 25:48Speaker 1: You too.
- 25:49Speaker 4: Bye.
- 25:49Speaker 2: That was great. Let's do one more. Liz in Mount
- 25:51Speaker 2: Juliet is on the line. Do you have something memorized, Liz?
- 25:55Speaker 9: Yes.
- 25:55Speaker 8: So I'm like 34, okay? And I still remember the
- 25:59Speaker 8: quadratic formula from high school because there's a jingle that
- 26:02Speaker 8: goes along with it.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Wait, wait, wait. What?
- 26:04Speaker 3: What's a quadratic formula? I don't even think I remember
- 26:06Speaker 3: the quadratic formula.
- 26:08Speaker 8: It was to solve these equations that were in like
- 26:11Speaker 8: a triplicate form. So like AX squared plus B.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, that.
- 26:16Speaker 8: X plus B.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Kevin has no idea what you're talking about. But we
- 26:19Speaker 4: are very curious, Liz. What is the jingle?
- 26:21Speaker 1: It is.
- 26:23Speaker 7: Negative B plus minus square root of B squared minus
- 26:27Speaker 7: 4AC all over the big 2A.
- 26:30Speaker 8: That's great.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I love it.
- 26:33Speaker 2: And do you know what that means? Like, could you
- 26:35Speaker 2: apply that? Oh, yeah, definitely.
- 26:38Speaker 8: We had an awesome teacher, Mr.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Self.
- 26:41Speaker 8: He wrote his own algebra book.
- 26:43Speaker 6: Whoa.
- 26:43Speaker 8: And he had these jingles. Like, another one is the hypotenuse.
- 26:48Speaker 7: The hypotenuse is the sum of the other two ones.
- 26:52Speaker 3: This is like so smart because jingles and songs and
- 26:56Speaker 3: things like that.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Are so good to memorize things.
- 27:00Speaker 3: I wish I had your algebra teacher because I can't
- 27:02Speaker 3: do math for the life of.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Me, Liz.
- 27:04Speaker 8: It literally saves me every day. I work in a
- 27:07Speaker 8: lab and it works great.
- 27:09Speaker 4: That is like a huge testament to that teacher. Teachers
- 27:12Speaker 4: are so important when they're good teachers.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 27:14Speaker 8: And he actually was a minister too. So he like
- 27:18Speaker 8: did the same thing at church. Awesome guy.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Wow.
- 27:21Speaker 2: I love this. Thank you for sharing.
- 27:22Speaker 5: What's his name?
- 27:22Speaker 1: Mr. Self?
- 27:23Speaker 8: Yes.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Mr.
- 27:24Speaker 8: Danny Self from Pickett, Arkansas.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Oh, what a cool guy. Thank you for telling us
- 27:28Speaker 2: his story.
- 27:28Speaker 8: Have a good day, guys.
- 27:30Speaker 4: You too, love.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 27:33Speaker 2: It's time for the Daily Double Tap. Every day about
- 27:35Speaker 2: this time we play some audio from a video. I
- 27:37Speaker 2: love this so much. It's a story Woody Harrelson and
- 27:41Speaker 2: Matthew McConaughey told this story. They're out there doing press
- 27:43Speaker 2: for their new show.
- 27:45Speaker 3: About them being brothers, like finding out that they're brothers
- 27:47Speaker 3: is a rumor throughout Hollywood that's been going on for
- 27:50Speaker 3: years because they.
- 27:51Speaker 4: Do look similar.
- 27:52Speaker 3: You may not think so, but put them side by
- 27:54Speaker 3: side and they look very similar.
- 27:56Speaker 4: So they're doing press right now.
- 27:57Speaker 3: And this moment that they talk about with Woody Harrelson
- 28:00Speaker 3: is our very own Zach. Zach is the Woody Harrelson
- 28:04Speaker 3: of this show, of our friendship.
- 28:05Speaker 2: I'm terrified.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 28:07Speaker 4: It's who you are. It's okay.
- 28:08Speaker 2: I could 100% see Zach doing this exact thing. Here
- 28:11Speaker 2: we go.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 28:12Speaker 2: My wife goes, And I go, two in the morning,
- 28:16Speaker 2: wake up. What is it between us in bed? He
- 28:18Speaker 2: jumped the fence, picked the window, snuck in, and got
- 28:21Speaker 2: in bed with us.
- 28:21Speaker 4: You know people.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Have been shot over less. Yeah.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Well, I was hoping he didn't have a gun, but
- 28:26Speaker 2: I wasn't sure, actually. No, but what a good way
- 28:29Speaker 2: to wake up a friend, you know what I mean?
- 28:32Speaker 2: And get to be next to Carmela. Like, that was nice.
- 28:36Speaker 2: She was warm to me.
- 28:40Speaker 9: I mean, I'll take it as a compliment because, yes,
- 28:42Speaker 9: that is something I would do. I just feel like
- 28:43Speaker 9: you miss me at all times, and I want to
- 28:45Speaker 9: make sure that you're not deprived.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Zach, you've been inside of Kevin's home while he's been asleep.
- 28:51Speaker 2: That's true. I woke up to a text from Zach
- 28:53Speaker 2: of a picture of him in my pantry.
- 28:55Speaker 4: What?
- 28:56Speaker 2: At like what?
- 28:57Speaker 1: Like 1 a.m.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Or something like that? That's a much longer story I
- 29:00Speaker 2: don't have time for right now, but yes.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Zach is the Woody Harrelson of this group.
- 29:04Speaker 9: I just want to make sure that you know that
- 29:06Speaker 9: I'm there if you ever need me. And honestly, what
- 29:09Speaker 9: a good way to wake up.
- 29:10Speaker 5: Me right next to you.
- 29:12Speaker 2: How sweet. Always thinking of others.
- 29:13Speaker 4: I have no comment.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning. On 107.5 The River.
