- 0:01Speaker 1: Wow, prayers, prayer works, prayer works. I can I start?
- 0:07Speaker 1: Can I start by just pointing out that the funniest
- 0:09Speaker 1: thing about you describing a medical procedure are the sound
- 0:13Speaker 1: effects you make. You always do sound effects. Oh, the
- 0:19Speaker 1: tube is going into my arm. You've got you're like,
- 0:24Speaker 1: You're like was a curly from the Three Stooges. You
- 0:28Speaker 1: make more noises. Now, look, I mean, first of all,
- 0:31Speaker 1: welcome back. I missed the heck out of you. I
- 0:34Speaker 1: was teasing your return like a fiend, saying there's a
- 0:38Speaker 1: reason he's out. Wait do you hear why he's out?
- 0:40Speaker 1: I can't wait to tell you when he gets back,
- 0:43Speaker 1: because you swore me the secrecy before you left, which is,
- 0:45Speaker 1: by the way, so unlike me. I would look, if
- 0:49Speaker 1: I'm irregular, I share it with the audience. The world
- 0:53Speaker 1: knows my life. So if I would have told him, hey,
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'm going in today and blah blah blah, but you
- 0:59Speaker 1: wanted to wait. And because the reason, unselfishly I wanted
- 1:02Speaker 1: to tell the audience was I wanted people to pray
- 1:04Speaker 1: for you. I wanted to I wanted prayer warriors. And
- 1:08Speaker 1: because prayer works, and I wanted I wanted the world
- 1:11Speaker 1: to be praying for a great outcome. But you know what,
- 1:13Speaker 1: the God God answered the prayers. It's a great outcome,
- 1:17Speaker 1: no blockage, no stint. But here's the bottom line. Forget
- 1:20Speaker 1: about you. Let's talk about me for a moment. Let's
- 1:23Speaker 1: do do you know what you'r Do you remember what
- 1:27Speaker 1: your your calcium score was from from bias scan of lascolinus?
- 1:31Speaker 2: The number, I mean, that's it's it's in a file
- 1:33Speaker 2: somewhere in the house. But well, it was something sufficient
- 1:36Speaker 2: where John duncan we by the way, it's funny nine
- 1:40Speaker 2: thirty five, I'm going to have him on for a
- 1:42Speaker 2: minute to describe how this process began. So but let
- 1:45Speaker 2: me give you the floor back. But yeah, it's like
- 1:47Speaker 2: you know, because a calcification score is like a gauge
- 1:50Speaker 2: of how efficiently everything is running through your system, and
- 1:53Speaker 2: if it's not as efficient as it should be, there
- 1:55Speaker 2: might be some reason for that. That's what led to
- 1:58Speaker 2: the CT and geography, that's what it led to the catheterization. Well,
- 2:01Speaker 2: it measures plaque.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And because of what you experienced and also because of
- 2:06Speaker 1: what Senator Lindsay Graham ultimately experienced, I followed your lead
- 2:11Speaker 1: marched right out and got a body scan of my
- 2:14Speaker 1: own in the Tampa Bay area. The place is called
- 2:17Speaker 1: craft Body Scan. I think they do pretty much precisely
- 2:21Speaker 1: with the wonderful bias scan of Las Colinas does. And
- 2:24Speaker 1: I just got my results back fifteen minutes ago. I
- 2:29Speaker 1: have end I have a mild plaque burden in the
- 2:33Speaker 1: left anterior descending and the old widow maker. I haven't
- 2:38Speaker 1: learned about that being a widower, I don't really have
- 2:42Speaker 1: a widow maker. I guess it's just widower. Mike out
- 2:45Speaker 1: out for the count. But the left anterior descending number
- 2:49Speaker 1: is fifty five, the left main main artery is twenty one.
- 2:54Speaker 1: The rest are zeros for a total calcium score of
- 2:57Speaker 1: eighty four. Now you know me first, I'm Harry hypochondriac.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I go running to the chat GPT. Chat GPT says, well,
- 3:06Speaker 1: you know it's not normal, but it's not you're You're
- 3:09Speaker 1: in the thirty percentile, meaning seventy percent of men my
- 3:14Speaker 1: age have more more of a of a calcification than me.
- 3:19Speaker 1: So I thin to go, well, I'm good. I get
- 3:22Speaker 1: well it's not but they said it's not normal. Look,
- 3:25Speaker 1: I've got an ICU bed with my name on it.
- 3:27Speaker 1: The show's over, I'm heading over.
- 3:28Speaker 2: It's ready to go.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I'll be out for a month. We're gonna do runner,
- 3:31Speaker 1: We're gonna run tests. But no, can let me just
- 3:34Speaker 1: get this off my chest literally and figuratively put on them?
- 3:38Speaker 1: Is it not amazing that God has blessed us with
- 3:41Speaker 1: the kind of technology like via scan of Los Calenus,
- 3:44Speaker 1: they can give you a heads up. If Lindsey Graham
- 3:47Speaker 1: rest his soul had such an inclination to go, he
- 3:51Speaker 1: very well could be alive today.
- 3:53Speaker 2: I know. And I hadn't. I hadn't mentioned his name
- 3:55Speaker 2: at all, because all of this happened when Lindsey Graham's
- 3:58Speaker 2: aorta exploded there in the townhouse in DC. I already
- 4:02Speaker 2: had this on the calendar, and right I already told
- 4:05Speaker 2: you and told everybody around here. It's like, oh, hello,
- 4:08Speaker 2: well that's that's kind of an exclamation point on the
- 4:10Speaker 2: on the urgency of doing what I'm doing.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Absolutely so, so look, I think I'm fine. I mean,
- 4:16Speaker 1: obviously I'm going to afford this to my my doc
- 4:18Speaker 1: and he'll review it. I'm sure it sounds good. It
- 4:21Speaker 1: sounds I'll take thirty percentile over seventy. But you know,
- 4:25Speaker 1: I've got a little and if somebody knows what eighty
- 4:28Speaker 1: four forget chat GPT, text away at me, docs, nurses
- 4:32Speaker 1: pret K eight hundred and sixty five, y five, Mike,
- 4:35Speaker 1: give me a text and tell me if I'm dying
- 4:37Speaker 1: at eighty four. Uh, you know the eighty and I
- 4:40Speaker 1: can't believe you. By the way, how do you not
- 4:43Speaker 1: know what your number is? Don't you remember when it
- 4:45Speaker 1: came back from vias Can of Las Galinus. Well, I
- 4:49Speaker 1: have sure.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Well I had the conversation with John Duncan, and that
- 4:51Speaker 2: what I took away obviously was ct angiogram time.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Right.
- 4:57Speaker 2: I will tell you. They give you, they give you
- 4:59Speaker 2: the test result, and it's a lot of numerals, a
- 5:01Speaker 2: lot of numbers, a lot of this, lot of that.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Well, there's only one number that matter. I think that matters,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and that's the calcium score.
- 5:07Speaker 2: It's kind of an aggregate thing. I'll go look, I'll
- 5:09Speaker 2: go look.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Please don't don't don't let me. Don't leave me hanging here,
- 5:13Speaker 1: because I'm I'm kind of hoping yours is like a thousand,
- 5:16Speaker 1: is that'll give me a host?
- 5:17Speaker 2: It was, it was, It was enough noteworthy enough that
- 5:22Speaker 2: it was in the ct Angio Graham is where they
- 5:24Speaker 2: shoot the die through you. I think I told you
- 5:25Speaker 2: about that, right, ye, yeah, yeah, yeah, that was a
- 5:27Speaker 2: month ago. And when that thing came back, they said, yeah,
- 5:30Speaker 2: let's listen.
- 5:31Speaker 1: God bless tech, God bless medicine, God bless the tools
- 5:35Speaker 1: that we have. God blessed this country that we have
- 5:37Speaker 1: the opportunity. And look, look you've now been You've been
- 5:41Speaker 1: endorsing lost, you know, via skin of Los Calenas for
- 5:44Speaker 1: for years. I know they're not glad that you had
- 5:47Speaker 1: any kind of a red flag, but boy, what a
- 5:49Speaker 1: message this is.
- 5:50Speaker 2: They were there.
- 5:50Speaker 1: You're glad they were there for you, and they're they're
- 5:52Speaker 1: they're there for for our audience. Now, let's sp speaking
- 5:55Speaker 1: as Lindsey Graham, let's talk about his sister. You brought
- 5:57Speaker 1: this up, and I've been dying to talk to you
- 5:59Speaker 1: about is because it's a real fascinating dynamic. This is
- 6:03Speaker 1: really wild because President Trump endorsed Darlene and let's be
- 6:07Speaker 1: blunt here, nobody knows anything about her other than the
- 6:11Speaker 1: beautiful story of Lindsey raising her as when they were kids.
- 6:14Speaker 1: He was twenty one, she was thirteen. Parents died within
- 6:17Speaker 1: a year of each other. It's a great story, but
- 6:20Speaker 1: nobody knows anything about her. Now this week, what has
- 6:23Speaker 1: she declared war on getting the Save America Act passed?
- 6:27Speaker 2: Well, hallelujah.
- 6:29Speaker 1: She's co sponsoring the Save America Act in the senateuse.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Caause co sponsoring something is lovely. Co sponsoring something is
- 6:39Speaker 2: in no necessary way an indicator of your level of
- 6:43Speaker 2: fighting spirit. John Cornyn is a co sponsor of the
- 6:47Speaker 2: Save America Act. I rest my case.
- 6:49Speaker 1: No, you're right. And so that's the thing, and there's
- 6:53Speaker 1: clues there. She has spent years working a very very
- 6:57Speaker 1: altruistic career. She's worked in I think a kind of
- 7:02Speaker 1: a quasi government agency advocating for the disabled. She got
- 7:07Speaker 1: her master's degree from South Carolina State University. Why is
- 7:11Speaker 1: that noteworthy? That is a cu It's an historically black college.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And Jane which led James Clyburn, who is a radical
- 7:19Speaker 1: left Democrat who got Joe Biden elected probably because of
- 7:24Speaker 1: the South Carolina support of Biden when Biden desperately needed
- 7:27Speaker 1: that help. Jim Clyburn came out this week. He is
- 7:31Speaker 1: just he is just all agog about Lindsey Graham's sister and.
- 7:36Speaker 2: It was is that an alarm. I mean, NPO I
- 7:39Speaker 2: did a glowing thing on her because and I don't
- 7:41Speaker 2: want to instantly go to this and say that because
- 7:44Speaker 2: A likes B, B must like C and make that
- 7:47Speaker 2: whole triangulation. But there's a curious and possibly disturbing community
- 7:53Speaker 2: of people who are thrilled about Darlene that might make
- 7:56Speaker 2: me less thrilled about darn well. I don't know.
- 7:59Speaker 1: I mean the NPR, I think it was NPR did
- 8:02Speaker 1: a big glowing profile on her. I think you have
- 8:04Speaker 1: to ask yourself, would Jim Clyburn give a glowing recommendation
- 8:09Speaker 1: for Ralph M.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Norman to a to a staunch conservative of any type?
- 8:13Speaker 2: And this this is a that's a you'vessed exactly the
- 8:16Speaker 2: right question. Are people just being nice and gracious to
- 8:19Speaker 2: the grieving sister or and by the way, that that
- 8:22Speaker 2: may be what's driving this entire thing. We feel for Lindsay,
- 8:25Speaker 2: we love Lindsay, we miss Lindsey. Here's his sister. That's
- 8:28Speaker 2: what made her as a placeholder a beautiful and wonderful thing.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Even though some people got real prickly about that, and
- 8:34Speaker 2: they were just jerks. But as soon as she pretty
- 8:37Speaker 2: instantly said Hey, I'm in for the full six years.
- 8:40Speaker 2: And here's Trump and Tom Cotton and all kinds of
- 8:42Speaker 2: people I love, going yeah, Darlene all the way, I'm like, whoa, whoa,
- 8:46Speaker 2: whoa what so? Where where are you at? Well?
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm I'm I'm always been a believer. After I got
- 8:54Speaker 1: burned many many years ago, I don't remember who it
- 8:57Speaker 1: was I endorsed, I officially endorsed. I think Pat bu
- 8:59Speaker 1: came and it's like, you know, I just got I
- 9:02Speaker 1: just learned. Let the voters decide the voters of South Carolina.
- 9:06Speaker 1: This's gonna be a very quick process that it's coming
- 9:09Speaker 1: up in a couple of weeks. They're gonna they're gonna
- 9:11Speaker 1: decide Ralph Norman right now. Poule just came out. He's
- 9:14Speaker 1: slightly ahead of Darlene.
- 9:15Speaker 2: But give me because that's the probably the one guy
- 9:18Speaker 2: before you get because I don't know if Nancy, please
- 9:21Speaker 2: God not Nancy mace bless.
- 9:22Speaker 1: She said she doesn't want she doesn't want to do
- 9:24Speaker 1: good good. Pam Evatt, you like her? Do we like her?
- 9:27Speaker 2: Because who is there a really staunch, comforting, reliable conservative.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Is it Ralph Norman? Who could get into this and
- 9:35Speaker 2: give us what we might call the Darlene alternative because
- 9:38Speaker 2: I love her and I feel for her, but I
- 9:39Speaker 2: want somebody with a track.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Record, probably Ralph. There's also Mark Lynch, who's very very
- 9:45Speaker 1: hardcore conservative, and which is which is great. But is
- 9:50Speaker 1: there a excuse me? Is there a nut alert on
- 9:53Speaker 1: Mark Lynch? Let's move on? Uh A lot lots of Yeah.
- 9:57Speaker 1: I mean, I don't want to get into that. I mean,
- 9:59Speaker 1: he's you know, I've I've talked to him. I want
- 10:01Speaker 1: to get him on the show at some point. Probably.
- 10:03Speaker 1: He's he's pretty, he's pretty out there. I'm gonna be
- 10:06Speaker 1: just blunt. He's a he's a little he's a little eccentric,
- 10:09Speaker 1: I think, and but he is rocks but hardcore hard right.
- 10:14Speaker 2: You know that? But yeah, I do too.
- 10:16Speaker 1: He's just he's kind of he's kind of a Look,
- 10:19Speaker 1: I don't mean this in the mean way.
- 10:20Speaker 2: He's a character. He really is.
- 10:21Speaker 1: He's kind of a character. There were stories about character,
- 10:24Speaker 1: the stories about him get on video saying something and
- 10:27Speaker 1: then it was caught. They said he said it was
- 10:29Speaker 1: Ai and people said, no, what I we were there
- 10:31Speaker 1: right there with you.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 10:32Speaker 1: The whole thing is, Look, they they're frisky there and
- 10:35Speaker 1: they're South Carolina politics. They they live them things up
- 10:38Speaker 1: and they thought this they were gonna put this thing
- 10:40Speaker 1: to bed. But let's go up to Minnesota, where Mike Lindell,
- 10:43Speaker 1: according to recent polling, is competitive in the Republican primary
- 10:48Speaker 1: to be governor.
- 10:49Speaker 2: For the moment, Well, have you have you caught Mike
- 10:51Speaker 2: over the weekend or it's not Monday, Mark, have you
- 10:54Speaker 2: caught Mike over the last seventy two hours?
- 10:56Speaker 1: Well? Not only have I caught Mark, my Mike. I'm
- 10:59Speaker 1: gonna ask Mark about Mike. Somebody floated the idea now
- 11:03Speaker 1: let's oh gosh, I'm clearing.
- 11:08Speaker 2: On a broadcast and seem to talk about not open borders,
- 11:11Speaker 2: but like six months of amnesty for everybody, to.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Starters for working, for working immigrants who are here on
- 11:19Speaker 1: a visa, give them six months of he didn't call
- 11:21Speaker 1: an amnesty. And look people who say you hear his explanation.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Trump has floated this idea before about hotel workers, uh
- 11:29Speaker 1: and people in the in the trade industry, those in
- 11:31Speaker 1: the in those trades that Trump has said, let's give
- 11:34Speaker 1: them time to get their act together. If they haven't
- 11:37Speaker 1: committed any crimes, if they have got and of course
- 11:40Speaker 1: people scream amnesty right away now, but remember something before
- 11:43Speaker 1: you go ape crap on Mike Lindell. It's Minnesota. It's
- 11:46Speaker 1: a little bit different than Texas. So Minnesotans may receive
- 11:50Speaker 1: this a little bit differently. But here's the bottom line. Yeah,
- 11:52Speaker 1: and yes, he's been a lot, he's been in the
- 11:54Speaker 1: news a lot. Somebody floated the idea, you know what
- 11:57Speaker 1: you ought to do? This minem podcasting is going so well,
- 12:01Speaker 1: this eminem Extra that you and Mark love doing, and
- 12:03Speaker 1: you guys have floated the idea of a guest once in.
- 12:05Speaker 2: A while, let's do it. Are you in absolutely?
- 12:11Speaker 1: And I should have asked you this off the air
- 12:13Speaker 1: because if you had an objection, by putting you in
- 12:15Speaker 1: a bad position.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Okay, here's what I want to do. We pretty well
- 12:19Speaker 2: float everything out there and conduct business in the open.
- 12:21Speaker 1: So by my means, of course, my proposal is that
- 12:25Speaker 1: Mike Lindell is our first eminem Extra podcast guest to
- 12:29Speaker 1: talk about his candidacy in Minnesota, to talk about what
- 12:32Speaker 1: six months means. And then after we do the podcast,
- 12:35Speaker 1: then we can air, you know, on our respective shows
- 12:38Speaker 1: clips you know from the interview, I think that's a okay,
- 12:41Speaker 1: I'm sorry again, Thank you Mark your class number one.
- 12:47Speaker 2: It's a very small list of things that we kind
- 12:49Speaker 2: of keep under wraps it and then some later we
- 12:52Speaker 2: pretty well conduct this thing on the fly, in the open,
- 12:55Speaker 2: under the heart flights at this part of our.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Show, Are you kidding Me? I shared the second day
- 12:59Speaker 1: I had to go solo for you. I had to
- 13:01Speaker 1: exit the studio earlier because there was an emergency in
- 13:05Speaker 1: the in my in me, so I had to lay that.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Haven't had that happen? You? Ever?
- 13:10Speaker 2: Had? Have that happen in all the years you've been
- 13:12Speaker 2: doing this digestive crisis?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Yes, the problem a little bit of a problem with
- 13:16Speaker 1: the digestion in the middle of the show, I have
- 13:19Speaker 1: not Okay, that was one of the first times for me.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Maybe a second but I so we did like a
- 13:24Speaker 1: three minute solo podcast while you were gone, and people
- 13:27Speaker 1: are like, what was that?
- 13:28Speaker 2: Why?
- 13:28Speaker 1: Why did he leave? Well, but in our last sixty
- 13:30Speaker 1: seconds nature was calling. But you've created room for another
- 13:34Speaker 1: entire talk show topic. Are you scared to death of salad?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Like like everybody else is, oh, are you kidding me?
- 13:40Speaker 1: I got I got a chicken.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Sero when does diarrhea become explosive? Isn't it all explosive?
- 13:46Speaker 2: I don't I don't want that, lettuce bug. I don't
- 13:49Speaker 2: want to know. I don't want to know. But I
- 13:51Speaker 2: talked to a friend of mine yesterday and she was
- 13:53Speaker 2: very uh. She said, look, I'm trying to lose a
- 13:55Speaker 2: little bit of weight. Yeah, there's one one. Find the
- 13:58Speaker 2: right lettuce you never know. She goes, that's a quick diet.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Because we know salads are a good way to lose weight. Literally,
- 14:04Speaker 2: we know came the added bonus where the salad makes you,
- 14:06Speaker 2: you know, just flood the zone with God knows what.
- 14:09Speaker 1: So hey, pick up the pace, pick up the pace,
- 14:12Speaker 1: get there sooner. Oh here's Texas. My bias can number
- 14:16Speaker 1: was seventy two. You better get your I need to
- 14:19Speaker 1: know your number pronto, mister, So you get it to.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Me, have it. I'll have it by podcast. Thank you,
- 14:25Speaker 2: yours and yours This wed again. Eighty four.
- 14:27Speaker 1: My total calcium score, it's jumping out at me. I'm
- 14:31Speaker 1: you know, I'm looking. I'm already looking up like Fred Sandford. Honey, Denise,
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'm coming, I'm coming all.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I love you. I'm glad you're back. Glad you're good.
- 14:41Speaker 2: See on the podcast.
