  with something I saw on your YouTube channel,

  and I wrote about this 10 years ago, Jen,

  because I noticed the explosion of witchcraft.

  And part of that, you know, Harry Potter had something to do with that.

  And you know, warning, disclaimer,
• 4:15
  we may ruffle some Christian feathers today by what we talk about.

  But so the darkness in the occult witchcraft has been accepted in our society.

  But the question we need to ask is,

  to what extent it has seeped into our churches?

  Now, what you're seeing there are Christians welcoming witchcraft.
• 4:34
  That was an article I wrote based on a book excerpt,
• 4:38
  that book in 2015 was the cost of our silence.

  And I have a chapter in there on witchcraft
• 4:46
  and just the expansion, the popularity of it.
• 4:49
  Before we get on and get Jen's comments,

  first John 1 and 5 says,

  this is the message we have heard from him

  and announced to you that God is light.

  And in him, there's no darkness at all.

  And Jesus said to believers to his followers,

  you are the light of the world.

  And we know it's gotten darker.

  But Jen, if there's any way we can warn the church and believers
• 5:15
  and Christian families about what their children are into
• 5:18
  or maybe have gotten into years ago
• 5:21
  and we've kind of moved on from it,

  because that's why I'm so glad you did that episode on YouTube on it,

  on Harry Potter.

  What would you say just off the top to kind of where we're at

  and how we need to get back and make sure the kids aren't into this?

  Yeah, I mean, of course we have to remember
• 5:38
  that our children are in the world
• 5:40
  and we're all in the world, but we're not of the world.

  And there are things that are being pushed out in culture
• 5:46
  that are blatant, they're blatant demonic practices,
• 5:50
  witchcraft, and those are the things that I warn against.
• 5:53
  I don't come at every single movie, every single song.
• 5:56
  But Christian families need to know
• 5:59
  that they are subject to the desensitization by autonomy
• 6:04
  just like everybody else.
• 6:06
  And that is exactly what the enemy is trying to do with it.

  These sensitize even Christians, you know,
• 6:13
  saying these things are just okay, let's get used to it.
• 6:16
  Let's make it the norm.
• 6:18
  It's just a movie after all it's just fantasy
• 6:21
  and then pushing the enemy's agenda through that movie,
• 6:26
  that music, whatever it may be.
• 6:28
  And Harry Potter, I was asked so many times my opinion on Harry Potter,
• 6:33
  so I am ashamedly give it in that recent video
• 6:37
  that I made on my YouTube channel about Harry.
• 6:40
  And as you mentioned, it, look, it's witchcraft.
• 6:44
  It's sorcery, it's divination, wizards.
• 6:48
  Okay, this is bold, this is going directly against God's word.
• 6:53
  These are practices that God condemns.
• 6:56
  Why would you want to even support it?
• 6:59
  Right?
• 7:00
  And then you get that into your mind.
• 7:03
  And the kids are thinking about this.

  And I mentioned in that video,

  you don't know the hearts and the minds of your children.

  You don't.
• 7:12
  Because they are going to leave out a lot of things.

  The only one who knows our heart and mind is Jesus Christ.

  Okay?

  And the promise through enemy in witchcraft,
• 7:22
  the practice of witchcraft, wizards, of course, sorcery,
• 7:26
  is that of control, control that you empower, control and power.

  What little kid, whether you raise them Christian or not,

  has not had those private moments.
• 7:38
  I'm telling you where they wish, I hate the word wish,
• 7:41
  but you know what I mean, that they could control something
• 7:45
  in their reality, in their life.

  They're vulnerable, children are vulnerable,
• 7:50
  and they don't have the foresight,
• 7:51
  nor do they have the protection that we have when we are saved,
• 7:56
  when we're born again in Christ Jesus.

  Very, very easy prey, P-R-E-Y.

  So now let's go back.

  Did the first Harry Potter movie come out in the late 90s?

  Is that when it, or the books were out before that?

  Well, 2001, okay.

  So where were you at, and were you saved at that time?

  I think maybe not. Go ahead.

  Go ahead and share. That's interesting.

  I was far from saved, and yes, a Black Harry Potter.

  It was a very long time ago,

  so I don't really remember all of that.

  I did like the movie, I remember that.

  2001, did you say, oh no, I was psychic medium,

  and of course had been in divination for many years.

  And David, I think it's important to mention

  another reason why we're warning.

  When you go outside of God's will,

  it's filled with consequences, demonic oppression,

  and I call it the side effects of doing these things.

  And you may not realize that,

  and it ought not be taken lightly,

  especially for the children, David.

  I wasn't child oppressed.

  It kills me, it pains me to think of children going through years

  of the anxiety,

  the demon oppression, sleep paralysis,

  you know, the side effect of watching

  and thinking about these things that God condemns.

  So what was your response, if you can go back to that,
• 9:33
  that just the whole, the Harry Potter brand,
• 9:36
  just because the substance was witchcraft, sorcery,
• 9:41
  divination, the Bible does warn about these things,
• 9:45
  and yet the Christian community didn't,
• 9:48
  at least in general,
• 9:49
  didn't really raise red flags about it that I can remember,
• 9:52
  just where you were at,
• 9:54
  because you were full on psychic at that time,
• 9:57
  and you were probably saying,

  this is interesting, good stuff, right?

  You were probably promoting it.

  Oh, I couldn't care less once.

  No, I really couldn't, no, I couldn't care less

  what people thought about it.

  Yeah, I was all for it,

  and just went to the movies.

  I was so spiritually asleep.

  I was spiritually dead in a sense,

  you know what I mean?

  I wasn't in Christ,

  and anything could have,
• 10:22
  everything was okay.

  Everything is subjective in the new age, David.

  Everything's okay because you're your own God.

  So if you want to go watch this,

  or you want to be this way,

  or whatever, hey, go, go for it.

  As long as you're nice to me, you know,
• 10:36
  and we don't have a problem,

  but obviously I feel completely differently now about that.

  Now that I know the truth,

  I was relieved.

  So there's a fascination now.

  I've seen this through Hollywood
• 10:53
  and through what's been popularized and glamorized.

  It went from witchcraft and other things,

  and just this evil,
• 10:59
  the horror movies and all that,

  and now it seems like zombies.

  It seems like zombies are one of the hot things right now.

  I guess because this fascination with maybe the death
• 11:12
  with the afterlife,
• 11:13
  what are your thoughts on that, Jim?

  Yeah, that's really interesting.

  I think that people do have a natural intrigue
• 11:22
  by the things that are supernatural,
• 11:25
  the afterlife, like you said,
• 11:27
  because I mean, you talk about zombies,
• 11:29
  I'm curious, is there an equal interest in near death experiences?
• 11:33
  Because there is a sense of wanting to know, right?
• 11:37
  Wanting to know what happens when we die.
• 11:40
  And some people,
• 11:42
  I say some people are spiritually ignorant,
• 11:44
  but many people are not.
• 11:46
  They may not be walking in the truth,
• 11:49
  but they sense things in there.
• 11:51
  Of course, you have your new thought and new age people, right?
• 11:54
  Who aren't spiritually ignorant.
• 11:56
  They're just spiritually incorrect.

  But they sense that something is going on
• 12:01
  and there's something bigger or higher than oneself out there.

  But that's, yeah, that's really interesting.

  I don't get the zombie thing to be honest with you.

  I think that's just fine.

  But again, I think that's the way that the enemy uses the scare tactics
• 12:16
  because people don't realize they just want to brush everything off,
• 12:20
  excuse me, as entertainment.

  But Lord Jesus tells us in His word that we need to take our thoughts captive,

  and make them obedient to Christ.
• 12:29
  We're talking about 7 Corinthians 10, 3 to 5.

  That is a spiritual battle.
• 12:34
  And that we need to demolish all pretensions and arguments
• 12:37
  that set them, so this is what comes first,
• 12:39
  that set themselves up against the knowledge of God.
• 12:42
  And then He goes on to say,

  and take your thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ.

  So what we see goes into our mind.
• 12:50
  Regardless of how you're going to brush it off,
• 12:53
  it's going into your mind, right?
• 12:55
  Oh, and then maybe it gets pulled back up at a time
• 12:59
  when you're vulnerable and the enemy is prowling around.

  I talk about that a lot.

  The enemy prowling around, Satan prowls around,
• 13:07
  like a lion seeking to make the vow.
• 13:10
  Do you remember those old shows, David, with the prowlers,
• 13:13
  maybe even like 80 sitcoms or things like that?

  And there was a prowler.
• 13:16
  Oh, there's a prowler out.
• 13:18
  When you think about what a prowler is, right?
• 13:21
  A prowler is coming usually in the dark in the night.

  He's walking around the home looking for an entrance,
• 13:29
  an unlocked window, an unlocked door.

  Where are we Christians with an unlocked door
• 13:36
  or an unlocked window that that Satan is prowling around?
• 13:40
  He's just waiting for the opportunity.

  He's just waiting for the opportunity.

  So watching witchcraft, right?

  Yeah.

  That is an excellent point in analogy.

  Do not give the devil a foothold it says.

  I think that word there is topography.

  Don't give him any ground.

  A little window, a little crack in the door.

  And we're vulnerable.

  And we're talking about children here who they are not able to discern.

  So when we're talking about subtle things like witchcraft

  that appears to be fun, like all the Disney movies

  from what, you know, the magic kingdom, right?

  It's so subtle and it's, Jen, come on.

  It's just entertainment, right?

  Oh, yeah.

  I get that all the time.

  Oh, I wouldn't say, you know, me.

  I mean, I'm just little Italian Jen out here, like,

  like, a couple coffee.

  I just like to talk to people.

  And I'm like, hey, Jen, you know, you're such a buzzkill.

  What's wrong with you?

  Why can't we just, no, that's not.

  What it is, we're not trying to, we're not trying to do that.

  We're not trying to, you know, be annoying or dull or things like that.

  We're warning you against what comes up against the Lord.

  Like I said before, you know, David, it comes back to the same two choices, right?

  God or the devil.

  So I say, when you do devilish things, you get devilish outcomes.

  Do you see that we're warning people about the devilish outcomes, right?

  If you're going to step into that, you're going to have a devilish outcome.

  But people, you know, oh, oh, those Christians don't watch anything.

  Don't listen to music.

  Don't do it.

  But that's just not the case.

  That's not what we're saying.

  We're warning you against the demonic.

  So public schools is basically it's an ABC culture in public schools, anything but Christ.

  And you're thinking, well, wait a minute, separation of church and state.

  Some naive person might say, and I'm going, okay, does that apply to all these other religions and isms and mindfulness and other things?

  How about Wicca? How about Harry Potter?

  That's in schools.

  Well, Wicca has their own 501c3.

  They're religious nonprofit.

  They're allowed.

  So public schools don't allow creation, the Christianity, the Bible to be taught.

  But here's what they do allow.

  Generally, atheism, humanism, evolution, LGBTQ, environmental extremism, earth worship, Buddhism, Islam, and of course, the religion of Wicca, the practice of witchcraft.

  So kids have been in class in the teachers.

  They've got Harry Potter lesson plans.

  I'm not sure if they still do them, but at the time I was looking at what he called the curriculum on the website,

  the National Education Association, you can, teachers can pull up Harry Potter lesson plans and talk about all this stuff.

  So that's allowed.

  But isn't it interesting, Janisa?

  You can't have Christianity.

  Just your thoughts on that, we all know that it's a spiritual battle, right?

  But your thoughts on that, because this is the government run, the public schools, and we're talking again about children.

  I mean, it's like that thing, make it make sense.

  You cannot make sense.

  And I'm listening to you with this laundry list of things that they do there.

  And I'm not surprised because it's an anti-Christ agenda these public schools yet.

  The hypocrisy is amazing because they are absolutely promoting spiritual practices.

  They do smudges in schools.

  They do, like you said, mindfulness.

  There's yoga in schools.

  These are spiritual practices, David.

  These are not, that this is, there's no separation.

  This is, this is, we're going to pick these spiritual practices.

  Of course, because they don't point to Christ, who is the truth, right?

  That's basically accepted for the most part in our schools.

  And I don't think parents realize, but the church of the Wicken Interfaith Council,

  AKA Wicken Interfaith Council International,

  it describes itself on their website as a nonprofit religious educational and charitable organization.

  You have a 501c3 status with the federal government as, as a church or conventions or association of churches.

  So don't give me or Jen the separation of churches and state nonsense.

  I almost said BS, but don't give me that separation of churches and state nonsense.

  That oh, no, you can't have Christianity, but all these other things.

  Why, as you said, double standards of hypocrisy.

  So public schools openly discriminate against the biblical world view.

  As you said, it's anti-Christ.

  So Jen, this is where parents come in.

  This is where, you know, attending these city council or student,

  what do you come, student council meetings at school, school board meetings.

  This is where we need to have a voice.

  And I think we just haven't, we just kind of let go of the reins and everything else.

  They've got total control.

  The left, Satan and his minions has total control of that system and thus access to children.

  And like I said before, it's completely heartbreaking.

  And it's backed up, David, by the social media, by the pop culture.

  Then it becomes a majority thing.

  And maybe that's why parents are, I don't want to say cow-towing or acquiescing or anything like,

  because I don't know what, you know, I'm out of the school age thing.

  You know, my daughter is she's old.

  She's no lady.

  But I thank God that I'm not in that situation.

  My prayer is for parents to be that voice, but they have to be aware.

  They need to be educated.

  So just like you looked up the website, look into everything.

  You mentioned first on four, one, test the spirits.

  If there weren't demonic agendas being promoted and demonic spirits,

  we wouldn't have to test them.

  So I would encourage parents to look into every single thing that is going on

  and that they want your children to participate in.

  And unfortunately, David and I always felt this way about public school.

  They crossed the line so many times, acting as though they gave birth to your child.

  And they have a say about what your children should be doing.

  It's really rather aggravating to be honest.

  Yeah, it really is astounding actually how bold the left has become.

  Even the Biden administration and we've heard different leaders over the last five, ten years say they're,

  they're not your children.

  Maybe over a meal, breakfast and dinner a couple times a day.

  So we've got this idea of the hours of influence.

  So children today, we didn't have techno.

  I didn't have the internet growing up, things like that.

  The kids have today.

  If you've got all this, all these outside influences trying to get in bombarding.

  We already know the enemy has access.

  Access to young children that he'd never had before.

  And that's how they recruit and they lure these kids and they seduce kids.
