Dog Muzzled and Seized in Bexar County | San Antonio News
A dog was found in a crate with its muzzle taped shut—shocking and cruel. Thankfully, the pup was stable, but the 51-year-old woman responsible was arrested on felony animal torture charges. Two dogs were seized and are now in care with Bexar County Animal Control.
