- 0:20Speaker 3: And if you're too busy saving hose and not saving
- 0:23Speaker 3: a relationship, is that bad?

- 0:43Speaker 3: I wanted hobbes or I want it on the record.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Those are not my words. You would never. Those are
- 0:50Speaker 3: words hard h Brand.
- 0:51Speaker 4: Those are words shared by both the plaintiff and the defendant.
- 0:57Speaker 4: You called me a hoe yesterday. I don't even know
- 0:59Speaker 4: why you're not different. If you're right, you're right, you
- 1:04Speaker 4: know what I mean? Hi, everybody, Welcome to your gabble gavel.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Very exciting day. It's not every day you get Judge
- 1:11Speaker 4: Jerry and Judge Steve Harvey. May judge that I forgot
- 1:14Speaker 4: existence too.
- 1:15Speaker 2: People that lay down the law like no other because
- 1:18Speaker 2: they don't let down, don't lay down the law.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Oh, oh gosh, I'm very excited. Condoms hoes? Uh does
- 1:25Speaker 3: it give me better than this? Is this the same case?
- 1:27Speaker 3: Is this just a Saturday night? Dan? Do you want
- 1:31Speaker 3: to go first? You will be sure?
- 1:32Speaker 2: I'll go first?
- 1:32Speaker 3: Brand Why not?
- 1:34Speaker 2: Kevin is suing his son, Kevin the second for forty
- 1:40Speaker 2: eight hundred dollars in back rent. Now do they have
- 1:42Speaker 2: last names? They do?
- 1:42Speaker 3: Did I write them down? I did not? Kevin Kevin
- 1:45Speaker 3: the Second is what they say. Okay.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Interesting, So Kevin is suing his son, Kevin the Second
- 1:50Speaker 2: for forty eight hundred dollars in back rent and for
- 1:53Speaker 2: not cleaning his room.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Okay, now let's get sue someone for not cleaning their room.
- 1:58Speaker 3: We're gonna find out. I'm gonna put this in my background.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Judge Judy's courtroom. You're in Judge Steve Harvey's courtroom.
- 2:05Speaker 3: So I have a feeling yes he can. So they
- 2:09Speaker 3: as you know, in Steve Harvey's courtroom, you get thirty seconds.
- 2:12Speaker 2: To say your case, which does the same thing as
- 2:18Speaker 2: all the other court shows. But again is what this does.
- 2:22Speaker 2: So Kevin Senior starts off and he says, I'm here
- 2:25Speaker 2: because my twenty four year old son is irresponsible, he's trifling,
- 2:29Speaker 2: he's nasty, and he's all over the place. And he
- 2:32Speaker 2: says all that this with a smile on his face.
- 2:34Speaker 2: He says, so, I'm suing his butt, and he's gonna
- 2:37Speaker 2: sign this agreement. And he's not suing just this, but
- 2:40Speaker 2: I want to be very clear, he's suing all of them.
- 2:42Speaker 2: He's gonna sign this agreement that says he can't have
- 2:44Speaker 2: anybody over to the house till he cleans his room.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I'm here for all the parents who've had it. So
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'm suing my son. Crowd collapse. Steve Harvey goes to
- 2:55Speaker 2: Kevin the Second for his thirty seconds, and he stops
- 2:59Speaker 2: and he goes, you know what, son, you can have
- 3:01Speaker 2: as long as you want, because apparently of how hard
- 3:04Speaker 2: the dad was. Kevin the Second goes, your Honor, I'm
- 3:07Speaker 2: here today because it's clear my dad has gone crazy.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Forty eight hundred dollars in back rent. I've already been
- 3:12Speaker 2: paying rent and I didn't even know back rent was due.
- 3:16Speaker 2: I can't everybody over to the house unless I sign
- 3:18Speaker 2: an agreement, Your Honor.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I have a girlfriend.
- 3:20Speaker 2: She calls and asks to come over, and I say no,
- 3:22Speaker 2: I have to clean my room. That relationship's over. I'm
- 3:27Speaker 2: not paying this money. I'm not signing this agreement. And
- 3:29Speaker 2: I really hope you rulin my favorite, Your Honor. Everybody
- 3:32Speaker 2: claps Wow. So they love the crowd loves of you.
- 3:35Speaker 2: They do, they love everybody. Steve Harvey says, So, Kevin,
- 3:39Speaker 2: has he always been living with you? Has he ever
- 3:41Speaker 2: moved up? Well, Your Honor, we were in we moved
- 3:43Speaker 2: to California. And when we moved to California, he was playing.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Back up and moved to California. They got lots. I
- 3:50Speaker 3: don't know California Hawk Nelson. Yeah, that's why I don't
- 3:53Speaker 3: know it.
- 3:54Speaker 2: We moved to California and uh, he was in college
- 3:57Speaker 2: playing football at Indiana State University. I thought he was done,
- 4:01Speaker 2: was playing basketball, ball, football. I thought he was done
- 4:05Speaker 2: living at home. I thought he was ready to spread
- 4:07Speaker 2: his wings and fly. And I've got younger kids, and
- 4:10Speaker 2: I couldn't believe that he wasn't. He's my oldest. And
- 4:14Speaker 2: when we was done with college, he just came right
- 4:15Speaker 2: on home. Didn't even ask you a question.
- 4:17Speaker 3: He graduated.
- 4:18Speaker 2: I don't know if you're graduated, ok, he said, when
- 4:20Speaker 2: he was done with college, so he thought as soon
- 4:23Speaker 2: as he got on, he thinks he's a man of
- 4:24Speaker 2: the house. He's messy least popcorn of the sofa, dried
- 4:28Speaker 2: up ice cream in the kitchen, condoms laying out Nobody
- 4:32Speaker 2: questions that for some reason, nobody has a follow ups out. Yes,
- 4:36Speaker 2: I would assume. So, yes, we see some photos. They're bad,
- 4:42Speaker 2: They're not good. I don't know how to say this.
- 4:45Speaker 3: They're not good photos. It does not look good. We
- 4:49Speaker 3: would all have a problem.
- 4:50Speaker 2: And Aaron can attest to the state of mess we
- 4:52Speaker 2: sometimes leave this place in and we.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Would both be like eighteen nineteen year old Dan have
- 4:58Speaker 3: a problem with yes.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Oh wow, Now I when I room with two dudes,
- 5:01Speaker 2: I like if the dishes piled up in the sink,
- 5:04Speaker 2: I would never My belief in not doing something for
- 5:08Speaker 2: them was higher like not serving others. I'm here for that,
- 5:11Speaker 2: But like, if you're gonna leave your dishes in the sink,
- 5:13Speaker 2: I'm not cleaning up your dishes, you know what I mean.
- 5:15Speaker 2: My belief in that was stronger than my desire for.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It to be clean.
- 5:18Speaker 2: So like I would let dishes pile up in the
- 5:20Speaker 2: sink that weren't mine and had no problem with it
- 5:23Speaker 2: and would just be like, not my issue, not my jam,
- 5:27Speaker 2: don't care.
- 5:27Speaker 3: You want to clean him? Great, but this would have
- 5:30Speaker 3: been tough. It's a mess. Now.
- 5:31Speaker 2: The first picture he shows there's a trash bag in
- 5:33Speaker 2: the floor, and Kevin the second's like, you're on her,
- 5:35Speaker 2: there's a trash bag out. I was cleaning my room
- 5:37Speaker 2: like and then and then the dad's like, wait a minute.
- 5:40Speaker 2: And then they show more pictures and it's it's atrocious,
- 5:43Speaker 2: it's real bad, a lot of groans, and then and
- 5:46Speaker 2: then Kevin the seconds like, I do clean. He just
- 5:48Speaker 2: took the picture when when it was at its worth.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And Steve Harvey's like, I've seen enough, dad, let's run
- 5:54Speaker 2: this bill up.
- 5:55Speaker 3: What was this bill for?
- 5:56Speaker 2: Tell me about forty eight hundred dollars? He said, Well,
- 5:58Speaker 2: he wrecked his car three times?
- 6:00Speaker 3: What the same car?
- 6:02Speaker 2: Yes, he goes Now, is he paying for those deductibles
- 6:05Speaker 2: on his insurance?
- 6:06Speaker 3: No, he is on my insurance.
- 6:08Speaker 2: My wife and I took out four thousand dollars in
- 6:10Speaker 2: loans that we have paid back ourselves to make sure
- 6:13Speaker 2: he never messed his credit up. Now you've got Steve
- 6:15Speaker 2: Harvey on the other side of things. Steve was like,
- 6:18Speaker 2: why are you being so hard on this kid? And
- 6:19Speaker 2: all of a sudden, Steve hears that he did this
- 6:22Speaker 2: to not mess up his credit. And Steve looks like he's.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Gonna cry, like legitimately looks like he's gonna cry.
- 6:27Speaker 2: And he's like, I don't want like the dad's like,
- 6:29Speaker 2: I just want him to get off on the right foot.
- 6:31Speaker 2: And he goes, you're trying to give your son a
- 6:33Speaker 2: better life, and he goes, yeah, he goes, how much
- 6:36Speaker 2: money are you asking for? And he goes, I'm asking
- 6:38Speaker 2: for forty eight hundred dollars in back rent because I'm
- 6:42Speaker 2: asking basically for two years of back rent at two
- 6:45Speaker 2: hundred dollars a month, which is what he's been paying
- 6:47Speaker 2: me the.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Last eight months. So he's not asking for them, he's.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Just taking care of that. He goes, but if you're
- 6:53Speaker 2: offering more, I'm willing to listen a lot of lass
- 6:55Speaker 2: in the court. Steve Harvey's like, young man, what's your response.
- 6:58Speaker 2: He wants you to have good credit, he wants.
- 7:00Speaker 3: You to blow a sorry, what's the rent breakdown?
- 7:03Speaker 2: Two hundred dollars a month, two years of unpaid he's
- 7:05Speaker 2: paid two under the last eight months, so he's lived
- 7:07Speaker 2: there for two years and eight months. Okay, for the
- 7:09Speaker 2: last eight months he'sad him two hundred dollars a month.
- 7:11Speaker 2: The first two years he didn't pay him anything, and
- 7:13Speaker 2: there was nothing in writing.
- 7:14Speaker 3: There's not a writing, it's not an agree. He's just like,
- 7:16Speaker 3: this is what I want.
- 7:17Speaker 2: It's out of hand, it's out of control, and he
- 7:18Speaker 2: wants him to sign this paper saying room will be
- 7:21Speaker 2: cleaned if he's gonna have anybody over. Okay, part of
- 7:23Speaker 2: this rental. He wants him to sign an actual lease
- 7:25Speaker 2: moving forward. So Steve Harvey, what's your response, young man?
- 7:29Speaker 2: Like the guy, he's trying to do right by you
- 7:31Speaker 2: as as a father, he goes your honor. I'm twenty four,
- 7:34Speaker 2: I live in LA. I got a growing social media presence.
- 7:37Speaker 2: I eventually think it's going to be a big deal
- 7:40Speaker 2: and I make money. I have a social media channel.
- 7:42Speaker 3: I make money. It's just not consistent.
- 7:44Speaker 2: So we go we actually get his his name out there.
- 7:47Speaker 2: His social media channels more than football. He has over
- 7:49Speaker 2: six million views, so not nothing. And he's like, I'm
- 7:52Speaker 2: making money, it's just not always consistent. And as soon
- 7:55Speaker 2: as I was asked to pay rent, I started paying rent,
- 7:58Speaker 2: and Steve Harvey goes, well, let me play video from
- 8:00Speaker 2: your channel since you're here. So he plays the first
- 8:03Speaker 2: video from his channel, and the first video you're ready
- 8:05Speaker 2: for this is how much he's grateful for his dad.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Oh and like how proud, like how like his dad
- 8:11Speaker 2: did everything for him and he allowed him to believe him.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Eighty six point seven thousand subscribers on this joint.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Eight hundred and sixty seven thousands is what we would
- 8:21Speaker 2: say there, Yeah, no, or eighty six eighty six thousand,
- 8:25Speaker 2: seven hundred yes, Oh that's really good.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah. So the first video is about how much
- 8:29Speaker 3: he loves his dad.
- 8:30Speaker 2: He goes, so it's pretty clear that you both still
- 8:32Speaker 2: love each other, and they're like, yeah, of course we do.
- 8:35Speaker 2: So then he goes, uh, well, it seems like he's
- 8:38Speaker 2: trying to do right by you, and it seems like
- 8:40Speaker 2: you respect that. And then dad pops in and goes,
- 8:43Speaker 2: he didn't tell you he's got a baby on the way,
- 8:45Speaker 2: did he? Hey, guess why those condoms are just out
- 8:49Speaker 2: and instead of on hey in the most recent video,
- 8:55Speaker 2: and he goes, you got to you got a kid
- 8:57Speaker 2: on the way, and he says, yes, sir Im will
- 8:59Speaker 2: be a great father.
- 9:00Speaker 3: He goes.
- 9:01Speaker 2: You'ren't even living by yourself yet, You're gonna be a
- 9:03Speaker 2: great father, he goes, And then he looks at daycause
- 9:05Speaker 2: you're gonna be a grandfather. He goes, I got seven
- 9:07Speaker 2: of those. Everybody claps. He goes, don't clap. It's there's
- 9:10Speaker 2: it's like he says, like it ain't all that or
- 9:12Speaker 2: something like that.
- 9:12Speaker 3: It was crazy. Uh, he goes, what else do you
- 9:16Speaker 3: want to say? Young man? And he the young kid,
- 9:18Speaker 3: the twenty four year kid goes, you're on it.
- 9:19Speaker 2: There's murderers and killers out there and I'm just trying
- 9:22Speaker 2: to make it. And Steve Vyvery goes, so because you
- 9:25Speaker 2: ain't killed nobody, you want to mess up your dad's
- 9:29Speaker 2: house and live rent free. He goes, listen, I appreciate it.
- 9:33Speaker 2: You're just in the wrong courtroom.
- 9:35Speaker 3: You're wrong in the court. He goes, you're on. I
- 9:37Speaker 3: want to respect my father.
- 9:38Speaker 2: And since I found out I need to pay rent,
- 9:40Speaker 2: I've been paying two hundred dollars a month every month
- 9:42Speaker 2: for eight straight months, like I've been paying it and uh,
- 9:45Speaker 2: he goes, yeah, but I got some other media. I'm
- 9:47Speaker 2: here and I need to show you so then he
- 9:49Speaker 2: shows his dad when his dad was young, holding the
- 9:54Speaker 2: baby as an infant, Like I'm not joking, Like he
- 9:58Speaker 2: shows his dad Karen for him at all these young ages,
- 10:02Speaker 2: like this is your dad.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Do you think he made sacrifices? Do you think he
- 10:05Speaker 3: did what was right by you?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Like it is getting very sentimental in the courtroom, like
- 10:09Speaker 2: like this is a misunderstanding. Y'all love each other. But
- 10:12Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you right now, that guy has his
- 10:15Speaker 2: arms around you when you wreck your car. He had
- 10:16Speaker 2: his arms around you when you need a place the stage.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It has your arms around you. When you have this
- 10:19Speaker 2: kid and times get tough, I bet he's gonna have
- 10:22Speaker 2: his arms around you again, like and then and then
- 10:24Speaker 2: after that, Steve Harvey almost breaks down telling a story
- 10:27Speaker 2: about his father where he's like I was twenty six.
- 10:30Speaker 3: I needed five thousand dollars to buy.
- 10:32Speaker 2: A carpet cleaning machine. I thought I was going to
- 10:33Speaker 2: clean a bunch of carpets, make a bunch of money.
- 10:35Speaker 2: My dad had ten thousand dollars to his name. He
- 10:37Speaker 2: went down and put down a CD he had as
- 10:40Speaker 2: collateral compact.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Yeah, it was.
- 10:43Speaker 2: It was like a Petra It was like an early Petra.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Now he put down a CD as collateral. He goes,
- 10:49Speaker 2: I lost all five thousand dollars. My dad went down
- 10:51Speaker 2: and my dad had to turn in his CD as collateral.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Lost a bunch of money for me, and I never
- 10:56Speaker 2: forgot it till the day my dad died. When I
- 10:58Speaker 2: got successful, he had everything ever wanted. I spent the
- 11:00Speaker 2: rest of my life making up for that money that
- 11:02Speaker 2: he lost me. And so you know what, it's time.
- 11:04Speaker 2: It's time for me to rule forty dollars uh in
- 11:09Speaker 2: in back rent that is not on a lease anywhere.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I just want to say, this is clearly a dad
- 11:17Speaker 4: doing his son a solid by suing him and getting
- 11:20Speaker 4: on national TV to promote his dad has done it.
- 11:24Speaker 3: So shout out to these two people who clearly are
- 11:27Speaker 3: in cahoots.
- 11:28Speaker 2: This is clearly clear.
- 11:30Speaker 3: It was still sentimental. I got chill, good stuff. I'm
- 11:33Speaker 3: just saying, yeah, yeah, we know his dad doesn't give
- 11:36Speaker 3: a rip.
- 11:38Speaker 2: He's got plenty of money. Four thousand dollars a Loon's
- 11:40Speaker 2: you kidding me?
- 11:42Speaker 4: You know, I I think Judge, Judge, Judge Steve Harvey
- 11:49Speaker 4: is uh gonna teach this young young boy lesson is
- 11:52Speaker 4: gonna have him pay back.
- 11:55Speaker 3: The money, even though he doesn't owe it because it
- 12:00Speaker 3: wasn't an agreement that they had.
- 12:02Speaker 4: I don't know if he's gonna have him pay all
- 12:04Speaker 4: of it. You know what I think he's gonna do.
- 12:06Speaker 4: I think he's gonna have him pay back the four
- 12:08Speaker 4: thousand dollars of a loan, even though that's not what
- 12:11Speaker 4: he's asking for. There's no agreement of a rent situation here.
- 12:18Speaker 4: But I think it's gonna be like, you know what,
- 12:19Speaker 4: your dad did this thing for me. I think you
- 12:21Speaker 4: should start paying him back for the That's what I
- 12:23Speaker 4: think is gonna happen.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Here, he said.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I spent the rest of my life trying to repay
- 12:26Speaker 2: my dad. So now it's your turn, and you're gonna
- 12:30Speaker 2: give him the forty eight hundred dollars. You're gonna give
- 12:33Speaker 2: him the four thousand dollars and loans. You're gonna sign
- 12:35Speaker 2: that agreement to the day you left your house. My
- 12:37Speaker 2: sons are over there listening. Apparently his son's rent. Two
- 12:39Speaker 2: of his sons are in the court and they're listening
- 12:41Speaker 2: right now. I want my money, he goes, This is
- 12:44Speaker 2: for all the parents who put in all the time,
- 12:46Speaker 2: all the effort.
- 12:47Speaker 3: All the money. Now we got a chance to get
- 12:49Speaker 3: some back eighty eight hundred dollars and sign the lease.
- 12:52Speaker 2: All for the kid.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Thank god, that's what the kid do. The kid was like,
- 12:55Speaker 3: all right, whatever, and afterward zach I loved my dad
- 12:58Speaker 3: like it was very clear that everybody wants in this situation. Boy,
- 13:01Speaker 3: what a thing. What a thing.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Let's head over to Judge Jerry jer We've got a
- 13:07Speaker 4: plaintiff who goes by Spicy s b I c e
- 13:12Speaker 4: e s p I c e yes spicy issuing five
- 13:16Speaker 4: thousand dollars. She is suing Captain Hatian, Captain Haitian h
- 13:24Speaker 4: a like like someone who's hat Yes, his name is
- 13:28Speaker 4: Captain Hatian.
- 13:29Speaker 3: We'll get into it.
- 13:30Speaker 4: So Captain Hatian h during the day goes by Markinson
- 13:35Speaker 4: is his first name. He's a photographer during the day.
- 13:39Speaker 4: At night he becomes Captain Haitian. That's what he wants
- 13:42Speaker 4: to go by here in the courtroom.
- 13:43Speaker 3: So we will.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Who knows he's Captain Hation. He is in his uh
- 13:49Speaker 4: superhero garb. He's got a cape on the back. The
- 13:53Speaker 4: back of the cape, he says, Captain Hatian, So spicy
- 13:58Speaker 4: and Captain Hatian were an item. Spicy explains that she
- 14:03Speaker 4: was a model, is a model, and her job sometimes
- 14:06Speaker 4: requires her to be sexy. She does a little flaunt
- 14:11Speaker 4: situation here, and Jerry says, judging, I don't know how
- 14:14Speaker 4: he does this. I don't know, Jerry says, judging by
- 14:16Speaker 4: the smile on my Baylis's face, you must be very sexy.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know. I didn't like it.
- 14:23Speaker 2: It happens, So her job requires her to sometimes be
- 14:26Speaker 2: be sexy. Yeah, I don't like where this is going.
- 14:29Speaker 3: So that's actually the end of the sexy in this tuck.
- 14:31Speaker 4: I don't know good honestly don't know. But I think
- 14:35Speaker 4: what she's trying to get here is she's sexy. She
- 14:37Speaker 4: has some money. You know, sometimes you gotta do the
- 14:40Speaker 4: sexy gigs.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Make some got to do that.
- 14:43Speaker 4: So Spicy explains that Captain Haysian cared too much about
- 14:48Speaker 4: saving other people and not saving their relationship. She's a model,
- 14:54Speaker 4: he's a photographer. She believed in him, so she would
- 14:57Speaker 4: do some work. She'd get some money, and she would uh.
- 15:01Speaker 4: She'd give him some gas money, some camera, she paid
- 15:03Speaker 4: for some camera equipment. He would fix his car so
- 15:06Speaker 4: that he could, uh you know, go do the job
- 15:09Speaker 4: instead fix the car. And now he's out there saving
- 15:12Speaker 4: hose at night. Again, this is spicy.
- 15:15Speaker 3: This is saving hose at night. This is this is uh,
- 15:19Speaker 3: this is a spicy does he is? What now?
- 15:22Speaker 4: Jerry says, I'm sorry saving hose and she says that's right.
- 15:26Speaker 4: He only saves women. Okay, well and so so uh
- 15:32Speaker 4: uh hey, uh captain has sorry, almost said Superhitian. Captain
- 15:37Speaker 4: Hate says, uh, I I love I love saving people. Uh,
- 15:44Speaker 4: it's it's my passion. I'm a superhero. And I have
- 15:46Speaker 4: a video of me saving a woman from a car. Now, Dan,
- 15:50Speaker 4: I I captured this video to show to you because
- 15:55Speaker 4: I just want you to kind of get a get
- 15:56Speaker 4: a feel for what we got going on here.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Are you ready ready? Year ago?
- 16:00Speaker 4: So there's a woman almost hit by a car. Captain
- 16:03Speaker 4: Haitian comes in there, pulls her down off to onto
- 16:06Speaker 4: the ground.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Did you see it? Yeah?
- 16:07Speaker 2: I saw it.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It was on TikTok It clearly stage it does well. Yeah,
- 16:12Speaker 3: I mean you but if you got that video, of
- 16:14Speaker 3: course you're gonna post it on TikTok. Uh.
- 16:16Speaker 4: It's like a roll situations moving faster than the car
- 16:20Speaker 4: is it does? It does look potentially staged. The crowd
- 16:25Speaker 4: doesn't care. The crowd's loving it. They're cheering. That is
- 16:27Speaker 4: not real, it's not now. Jerry asks how long he's
- 16:31Speaker 4: been a superhero. He says, I've been a superhero for
- 16:34Speaker 4: four years. And uh, but he says that Jerry is
- 16:37Speaker 4: his his is his superhero watching and Jerry says, it's
- 16:42Speaker 4: very nice.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I'm not letting it swapy in this case.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Uh. Jerry says, have you cheated on her? And superhero
- 16:50Speaker 4: shouldn't cheat? Superman never cheated on Lewis Lane, and and
- 16:56Speaker 4: uh uh super Superhitian super No Captain hast Captain Hattern says,
- 17:03Speaker 4: we get.
- 17:03Speaker 2: To that Superhaiti case you're gonna be I know so inbarrassing.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Captain Haston says, I'll tell you this much. Wouldn't have
- 17:10Speaker 4: cheated on Lois Lane. I don't know, I don't know.
- 17:14Speaker 4: He doesn't deny, he doesn't deny anything. Spicy says that
- 17:19Speaker 4: on his birthday she bought him a ton of gifts.
- 17:23Speaker 4: She gives Jerry a list of the gifts with receipts,
- 17:28Speaker 4: saying I gave him these gifts and then I see
- 17:30Speaker 4: him out there wearing these gifts on dates with other women.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Didn't like that.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Captain Hatian then plays another video, this time I don't
- 17:41Speaker 4: really know the point of this video. She's like, is
- 17:43Speaker 4: this the video of you cheating? And he says, who
- 17:46Speaker 4: me cheating?
- 17:48Speaker 3: I don't know. And she says, oh, wow, you're shaggy.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Now it wasn't me. I don't know. We get a video.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Shaggy reference is a good one. Yeah, right, okay.
- 17:56Speaker 4: We get the video and the video is showing the
- 18:00Speaker 4: room that he walks into on his birthday. It is
- 18:04Speaker 4: just full of gifts, bags upon bags upon bags, and
- 18:08Speaker 4: then we see a picture of him in a new outfit.
- 18:11Speaker 4: He says, now, if you look at this picture, you'll
- 18:14Speaker 4: see that the blazer's too tight. Blazer she got me
- 18:17Speaker 4: is too tight. Jerry says, well, then lose some weight, oh,
- 18:21Speaker 4: captain has Captain Hatian says, if you, if you, if
- 18:25Speaker 4: we're so exclusive.
- 18:26Speaker 3: You should know my size. Mm this is weak.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Yes, now, Jerry says, now, is it possible, Captain Hation,
- 18:36Speaker 4: that she brought you, bought you all of these gifts
- 18:39Speaker 4: because you have said something to make her think that
- 18:43Speaker 4: you were exclusive, even though in your mind you weren't exclusive.
- 18:47Speaker 3: She spent a lot of money on you. Captain Hattern says,
- 18:50Speaker 3: you can buy people. You can't.
- 18:52Speaker 4: You can buy people things, it doesn't buy you love. Okay,
- 18:55Speaker 4: Spicy says, I've spent a lot of money helping him
- 18:58Speaker 4: with his profession. Said he can go do a job
- 19:01Speaker 4: and then come home to me. His profession is superhero photographer.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Okay, got it.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Okay, he's a he's a bye by day photographer at night.
- 19:15Speaker 4: Any trifling host, we don't.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Get into that. She says, I'm not spending money so
- 19:21Speaker 3: that you can be a superhero. Sounds like she.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Claims that he said he'd pay her back all of
- 19:29Speaker 4: the money for the equipment when he starts making money
- 19:32Speaker 4: with the photographer business. He was not making money. He
- 19:35Speaker 4: was spending too much time being a superhero. And Judge
- 19:40Speaker 4: Jerry is ready to got to pay.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Her the money.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Like she's getting everything right, right, Judge Jerry's not crazy, right.
- 19:50Speaker 4: Just just but I just want to break this down
- 19:52Speaker 4: for you once again. It is five thousand dollars for
- 19:55Speaker 4: gifts and for equipment that she has paid for. Do
- 19:58Speaker 4: you think that he's getting all of that you? I
- 20:00Speaker 4: think he's getting some of that. Does she have receipts
- 20:02Speaker 4: for everything she gives him?
- 20:04Speaker 3: Receipts for the gifts? Yes, does she have receipts for
- 20:06Speaker 3: the equipment? I don't know.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I think, I mean, I guess you give her just
- 20:12Speaker 2: the equipment and a gifts a gift, but I don't know.
- 20:15Speaker 3: I feel like she should get everything. This guy's kind
- 20:17Speaker 3: of the worst judge. Jerry says that you can't get
- 20:22Speaker 3: money for gifts. A gift. Oh, that's when he follows
- 20:25Speaker 3: the law, got it. Gifts is a gift.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Now, if we're talking like an engagement ring that different story,
- 20:30Speaker 4: that's a conditional.
- 20:32Speaker 3: He's very on the law here.
- 20:34Speaker 4: He says, she helped you with your business and equipment
- 20:41Speaker 4: with the understanding that you would do your job. You
- 20:43Speaker 4: didn't do your job, and so and also she did
- 20:47Speaker 4: it understanding that it would be mutual benef mutually beneficial
- 20:51Speaker 4: because you'd get to spend more time together instead you're
- 20:53Speaker 4: out there being a superhero. So you have to give
- 20:56Speaker 4: her twelve hundred dollars, which is the amount of money
- 20:58Speaker 4: for the Equipment's happy about that? Captain Haitian says, well,
- 21:02Speaker 4: I'm sorry, I'm busy saving hose fade to Black.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Fade to Black Boy, There's just Jerry. Everybody sometimes the
- 21:11Speaker 3: way you would there you go, we did, everybody.
