• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's going on as Romeo. We talked a little bit
• 0:01
  Speaker 1: about Las Vegas.
• 0:03
Speaker 2: I guess the attendance is down, might because of the prices,
• 0:06
Speaker 2: might because the Raiders came to town.
• 0:07
Speaker 1: We'll find out about that.
• 0:08
Speaker 2: We talked about collectibles. Is it weird to collect toys
• 0:12
Speaker 2: or figurines or something like that? I think collectible. The
• 0:15
Speaker 2: business of collectibles has changed over the years. And of course,
• 0:18
Speaker 2: being single today, how do you feel about that? Let
• 0:20
Speaker 2: you sent me a text message said, hey, rom I
• 0:22
Speaker 2: got a situation here. So I've been messaging a girl
• 0:24
Speaker 2: on Instagram and it seems like we.
• 0:26
Speaker 1: Hit it off sorta.
• 0:27
Speaker 2: We fluttered back and forth and we talked about meeting
• 0:29
Speaker 2: up on a date. But she's a business owner, owns
• 0:31
Speaker 2: her own nail place. She's always working, never has time.
• 0:35
Speaker 2: I really want to take this woman out.
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: I should?
• 0:37
Speaker 2: Should I just pay for an appointment slot just to
• 0:40
Speaker 2: see this woman? I man, you know, think four two five, four,
• 0:48
Speaker 2: seven to seven. I know it sounds great and it
• 0:52
  Speaker 2: really does.
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: Oh, it's a movie. It's a movie scene.
• 0:55
Speaker 2: You paid for the slot, you got the you got
• 0:57
Speaker 2: your girl, right, That shows how much you really want
• 0:59
Speaker 2: to go out with her. Well, she's still too busy
• 1:02
Speaker 2: to go out with you? And what does that say
• 1:06
Speaker 2: already four two five four or seven to seven? Hey, roam,
• 1:09
Speaker 2: you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to date somebody
• 1:11
Speaker 2: when it comes to dating. They should want to go
• 1:14
Speaker 2: out with you just as much as you want to
• 1:16
Speaker 2: go out with them. Yeah, you're right, dating should not.
• 1:21
Speaker 2: You should not have to jump through a bunch of
• 1:23
Speaker 2: hoops to get to date. To go on a date
• 1:25
Speaker 2: with somebody, if they're attracted to you, and you know,
• 1:30
Speaker 2: for however they determine who they're going to date, they
• 1:33
Speaker 2: should want that just as much as you do. And
• 1:36
Speaker 2: that's where you guys think dating should be hard. It
• 1:38
Speaker 2: shouldn't be should be easy. The guys send me a
• 1:41
Speaker 2: text message which is interesting. He says, Hey, room, I
• 1:43
Speaker 2: got a situation. So I've been messaging a girl on
• 1:46
Speaker 2: Instagram and it seems like we hit it off sorta.
• 1:49
Speaker 2: We flirt back and forth. We talk about meeting up
• 1:51
Speaker 2: on a date. But she's a business owner, owns their
• 1:54
Speaker 2: own nail tech place, so she's always working and never
• 1:56
Speaker 2: has time. I really want to go out with this woman.
• 1:59
Speaker 2: Should I just pay for one of her appointment slots?
• 2:02
Speaker 1: Now? Seeing the more I start.
• 2:04
Speaker 2: Thinking about this, and especially since what that guy just
• 2:06
Speaker 2: said was or whoever texted me said, dating shouldn't be hard.
• 2:12
Speaker 2: Getting a date shouldn't be hard. If somebody wants to
• 2:17
Speaker 2: go out with you, they'll go out with you. If
• 2:20
Speaker 2: they're making you jump through hoops, there's a reason for that.
• 2:22
Speaker 2: Do you really want that in your life? I mean,
• 2:26
Speaker 2: dating should be the.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: Easiest part of the relationship.
• 2:30
Speaker 2: You're both into each other, or you're into someone, he
• 2:33
Speaker 2: she should be into you, and they should want to
• 2:36
Speaker 2: go out on a date with you. Now, if the
• 2:38
Speaker 2: date doesn't work out, that's different. Okay, maybe you're not compatible,
• 2:41
Speaker 2: maybe you're not. But just the first initiating, the first
• 2:45
Speaker 2: part of initiating something to where it gets to, hey,
• 2:49
Speaker 2: let's go out on a date. If they got to
• 2:51
Speaker 2: make you jump through hoops, regardless of the reason, then
• 2:57
Speaker 2: they don't really want to date you. People will find
• 2:59
Speaker 2: a way. If they like somebody, they will find a
• 3:02
Speaker 2: way to see them.
• 3:05
Speaker 1: That's just human nature already.
• 3:06
Speaker 2: Four two, five, four, seven seven Romeo's Paulina. And to
• 3:10
Speaker 2: be honest with you, going out going about it, this
• 3:13
Speaker 2: man shouldn't bother. There's no one in this world that
• 3:17
Speaker 2: is too busy. Everyone has time. It's just a matter
• 3:20
Speaker 2: of importance that person wants to make time for. Honestly,
• 3:23
Speaker 2: paying for the time slot just to see the woman
• 3:26
Speaker 2: will probably make him seem desperate.
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: That's you make a.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: Great point, Paulina, and I agree with that. Everybody has time. Okay,
• 3:35
Speaker 2: everybody makes time. It's funny we used to Uh, it's
• 3:42
Speaker 2: funny that Paulina says that because you guys know, Joey
• 3:45
Speaker 2: Porter used to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Factor Sun
• 3:47
Speaker 2: plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Joey told me years ago
• 3:50
Speaker 2: he goes whenever anybody tells you. And this was when,
• 3:54
Speaker 2: you know, at the time, Joey was a Super Bowl athlete,
• 3:57
Speaker 2: one's you know, just all star, all pro everything, right,
• 4:00
Speaker 2: And he told me, whenever an athlete tells you to
• 4:05
Speaker 2: call their agent, that just means they don't want to
• 4:08
Speaker 2: talk to you. Because it doesn't matter how busy, it
• 4:10
Speaker 2: doesn't matter who you are. You have enough time to
• 4:13
Speaker 2: talk to who you want to talk to. You have
• 4:16
Speaker 2: enough time to You have enough time, especially if you're
• 4:19
Speaker 2: in your own business, to make time to go out
• 4:21
Speaker 2: on a date if that's what you really want. So
• 4:23
Speaker 2: Pauline is not wrong about that already four two, five,
• 4:26
Speaker 2: four or seven is something I don't know. I will
• 4:28
Speaker 2: say this about the desperate part. That could go either way.
• 4:32
Speaker 2: You can look desperate or you can look extremely romantic.
• 4:35
Speaker 2: But even if you do look extremely romantic, does that
• 4:38
Speaker 2: mean all of a sudden she's gonna make time to
• 4:40
Speaker 2: date you? And then what does that say if you
• 4:42
Speaker 2: get into a relationship with her, You know already four two, five,
• 4:47
Speaker 2: four seven to seven year olds, she's probably married.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: Maybe ribe be right, Hey Romeo, good morning.
• 4:56
Speaker 3: First of all, Secondly, there's a couple of things wrong
• 4:59
Speaker 3: with his whole situation that you are.
• 5:02
Speaker 4: Currently discussing right now.
• 5:05
Speaker 3: The first one is he met her through Instagram.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: Well, no, that's how people meet nowadays. That's that's not
• 5:12
Speaker 1: as big a problem as you think.
• 5:13
Speaker 3: But okay, well I feel like I feel like it's
• 5:16
  Speaker 3: it's a problem that we're not we're all overlooking. Yeah,
• 5:19
Speaker 3: that's how people meet nowadays, but that's also how people
• 5:22
Speaker 3: get catfish. That might not be a check. If he
• 5:24
Speaker 3: hasn't met her and they've only been talking, that might
• 5:26
Speaker 3: just be somebody else who knows who's going to be
• 5:28
Speaker 3: That's one Secondly, if he's paying for her time, that's
• 5:32
Speaker 3: just an escort. Well, is he paid for an appointment
• 5:39
Speaker 3: to hang out with there? Regardless of the nails, he's
• 5:42
Speaker 3: hanging out with her, he's paying for that hour or whatever.
• 5:45
Speaker 3: That's an escort. Bro a medicure from it, that's an escort.
• 5:50
Speaker 3: I there's a ton of things wrong with that. It
• 5:53
  Speaker 3: already started wrong.
• 5:55
  Speaker 5: People.
• 5:55
Speaker 3: If you want to meet somebody, talk to them, meet them,
• 5:59
Speaker 3: say hello, be interactive, Go to the grocery store. Hey,
• 6:03
Speaker 3: you know what, go where moms hang out? Target? You
• 6:06
Speaker 3: know another single mom's right there?
• 6:08
Speaker 5: Dude, do you find one?
• 6:10
  Speaker 3: All right, especially.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: Cause single moms are the easiest prey. Huh all right?
• 6:20
Speaker 1: You know, Oh my god.
• 6:25
Speaker 2: Anyway, to be clear, nobody says he's gonna pay for
• 6:30
Speaker 2: her time. He might just put a dinner together, go
• 6:32
Speaker 2: show up, you know, get the time slot. But no
• 6:35
Speaker 2: one says she's she's gonna charge him. She might find
• 6:38
Speaker 2: a romantic We don't know. I'm just saying that the time,
• 6:42
Speaker 2: the time is the major factor there. Not When somebody
• 6:45
Speaker 2: tells you they don't have enough time to go out
• 6:47
Speaker 2: on a date with you, then I think that means
• 6:50
Speaker 2: they don't really want to go out with you? Or
• 6:54
Speaker 2: why would you want to date somebody who doesn't have
• 6:56
Speaker 2: time for you? In the best part, best part of
• 6:59
Speaker 2: the relationship, the dating.
• 7:01
Speaker 1: The guy sent me a.
• 7:01
Speaker 2: Text message which I think is interesting and says, Hey,
• 7:04
Speaker 2: rom I got a situation here. So I've been messaging
• 7:06
Speaker 2: this girl on Instagram and it seems like we hit
• 7:08
Speaker 2: it all sort of. We full her back and forth.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: We talk about meeting up on a date. But she's
• 7:12
Speaker 2: business owner, owns her own nail's place, She's always working
• 7:16
Speaker 2: and never has time. I really want to take her out,
• 7:18
Speaker 2: But should I pay for one of her appointments just
• 7:20
  Speaker 2: to see now?
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: I don't think you should.
• 7:22
Speaker 2: But I'm the more I read it over and over
• 7:26
Speaker 2: again is the more I.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: Think people make time when they want to be good morning,
• 7:32
Speaker 1: How what's going on?
• 7:33
  Speaker 3: Hey?
• 7:34
Speaker 6: Good morning from Hey?
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: What's up?
• 7:36
  Speaker 5: So?
• 7:37
Speaker 7: I get how everybody's you know, talking bad about this lady.
• 7:41
Speaker 8: But maybe she's just started her business.
• 7:45
Speaker 6: She doesn't have time, Okay.
• 7:49
Speaker 7: Like you know, let's say you know less it is
• 7:52
Speaker 7: not established business. Let's just say let's give it the
• 7:55
Speaker 7: benefits thought and let's say, you know, she just art
• 7:57
Speaker 7: her business like he should give her some time, because honestly,
• 8:00
Speaker 7: with me and my husband when we first met, it's
• 8:03
Speaker 7: some people get two or three. We need to ask
• 8:05
Speaker 7: me now after he asked for my number, you know,
• 8:08
Speaker 7: because he was working to the job, but he's still
• 8:10
  Speaker 7: asked my number.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: And now, let me ask you this question. Let me
• 8:14
Speaker 1: ask you this question.
• 8:15
Speaker 2: Was there any point when you were dating that your
• 8:18
Speaker 2: husband had to be at work and didn't care and
• 8:21
Speaker 2: stayed out late with you?
• 8:23
  Speaker 6: That's true?
• 8:24
Speaker 2: He is okay, all right, thanks for calling, and he
• 8:27
Speaker 2: was looking Yeah, okay, thanks for calling.
• 8:31
Speaker 7: If you have a business, so you know, could you
• 8:34
Speaker 7: take up responsibilities that normal people wouldn't.
• 8:36
  Speaker 9: I don't.
• 8:37
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but you have that, and.
• 8:39
Speaker 7: I mean she should make time and she wants to
• 8:41
Speaker 7: put mostly I mean, I just want to be a
• 8:42
Speaker 7: little optimistic, but honestly, it sounds more like she doesn't
• 8:46
Speaker 7: want to know I with him.
• 8:47
Speaker 8: But in case it is a brand new business, he
• 8:49
Speaker 8: should give her time.
• 8:50
Speaker 7: But if you can established, it's an established business.
• 8:53
Speaker 6: Yeah, dude, you gotta walk away.
• 8:55
Speaker 2: So check it out. Hey, rom I got a situation.
• 8:58
Speaker 2: So I've been uh mess Geen. This girl on Instagram
• 9:01
Speaker 2: seems like we hit it off sort of, we flirt
• 9:03
Speaker 2: back and forth. But she owns a business. It's a
• 9:05
Speaker 2: nail salon or a nail tech place. She always working.
• 9:09
Speaker 2: She says she didn't have time. Should should I reserve
• 9:12
Speaker 2: a spot to see her? No, you shouldn't. All right, Hey, rollan,
• 9:19
Speaker 2: that girl doesn't want to go on a date with him.
• 9:21
Speaker 2: He should know he should not have to pay for
• 9:23
Speaker 2: the time for her to go on a date with
• 9:24
Speaker 2: the dude. Well, here's what you're saying. He's saying, pay
• 9:28
Speaker 2: for the time. We're assuming that she would make him
• 9:31
  Speaker 2: pay for it.
• 9:31
Speaker 1: But you never know. You show up a dinner.
• 9:33
Speaker 2: It's kind of a romantic idea, you know, some sort
• 9:36
Speaker 2: of movie, you know, movie scene idea. We're all take
• 9:39
Speaker 2: your dinner, all reserve a spot. I'll go to her work,
• 9:42
Speaker 2: I'll bring her dinner. Hi, nice to see you, you know,
• 9:46
Speaker 2: but you never that can go either way. There's no
• 9:50
Speaker 2: way she doesn't have a few hours to spare it.
• 9:52
Speaker 2: Even if she is a business over, the reality is
• 9:54
Speaker 2: she just doesn't want to date it.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: And that's what I'm kind of thinking. Good morning, help,
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: it's going on.
• 10:00
Speaker 8: Hey, I'm calling about the making time things.
• 10:04
Speaker 6: Yeah, I agree, with you.
• 10:08
Speaker 8: If a person like you or they're feeling you, they're
• 10:10
Speaker 8: gonna make time, whether it's fifteen minutes to go grab
• 10:14
Speaker 8: coffee at Starbus or hey.
• 10:17
Speaker 10: Let's just meet up somewhere and say hi, I agree.
• 10:21
Speaker 11: All right or not?
• 10:23
Speaker 8: Yeah, you know, and life, you gotta have somebody, even
• 10:27
  Speaker 8: if you're creeping.
• 10:28
Speaker 2: Around or somebody or something, you gotta have something going on.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree. All right, thanks for colling. I appreciate it.
• 10:38
Speaker 11: You walking, all right?
• 10:40
  Speaker 1: I mean, I remember, I remember I used to work.
• 10:45
Speaker 2: I used to do a radio show before I moved
• 10:47
Speaker 2: to Bakersfield, and I worked from.
• 10:51
Speaker 1: Two Oh what was my shift?
• 10:53
  Speaker 9: It was?
• 10:54
Speaker 2: It was, uh two to six. I worked at two
• 10:58
Speaker 2: am till six am in the morning.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: Was that my first shift?
• 11:02
Speaker 2: I think that was my first shift or was it? Yeah,
• 11:04
Speaker 2: it was two am to six am. And this girl
• 11:08
Speaker 2: I went to college with at the time, because I
• 11:10
Speaker 2: was still in college, she wanted to go out with me,
• 11:13
Speaker 2: and she wouldn't make time, you know, whether it was
• 11:18
Speaker 2: at ten o'clock at night or midnight, because I had
• 11:21
Speaker 2: to be at work at two and I you know,
• 11:23
Speaker 2: I slept during the day, and I also went to college,
• 11:25
Speaker 2: so I had school. So no, someone will make time
• 11:29
Speaker 2: for you if they want to date you. Now, whether
• 11:32
Speaker 2: the dating works out or not, that's a whole different story.
• 11:34
Speaker 2: But they will make time for you at least to
• 11:37
Speaker 2: see what's gonna happen if they really want tom So, guys,
• 11:41
Speaker 2: Father's Day's coming. It's coming on the What is it
• 11:44
Speaker 2: the next Sunday, the twentieth? I think nineteenth point maybe
• 11:48
Speaker 2: the twenty first of June. I don't remember which day.
• 11:51
Speaker 2: Thursday the eighteenth, we're gonna be at the Boulevard. Okay,
• 11:53
Speaker 2: it's gonna be the Dad Olympics. We do it every year.
• 11:56
Speaker 2: This year we're gonna known at the Boulevard. We got
• 11:58
Speaker 2: four competitions between dads and kids.
• 12:01
Speaker 1: Okay, so this out works.
• 12:02
Speaker 2: Guys, Dad, you bring your kid and you're gonna compete
• 12:07
Speaker 2: in bowling, laser tag, ski ball, and the ropes course
• 12:11
Speaker 2: that they have up there. Okay, if you've ever been
• 12:13
Speaker 2: to the Boulevard, it's a great place to go hang out.
• 12:16
Speaker 2: Now we're gonna do it on Thursday morning, right. I
• 12:19
Speaker 2: think the winner gets from the bulkyard. I think you
• 12:23
Speaker 2: get a barbecue. Top three winners score prize packs including
• 12:29
Speaker 2: gift certificates from Mecan Nutrition from Fresco Mexican Grill from
• 12:34
Speaker 2: Fresco Meat, Mexican meat market, current oil change, and we've
• 12:38
Speaker 2: got a few other things.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: I think in there.
• 12:40
Speaker 2: I think the grand prize though, his dad's gonna win
• 12:42
Speaker 2: a brand new grill, if I remember. I'm trying to
• 12:44
Speaker 2: read the copy points, but I can't see because the
• 12:46
Speaker 2: printer kind of faded out a little bit. But I
• 12:48
Speaker 2: believe that's what it is. In fact, hold on, I
• 12:50
Speaker 2: think I have it on my phone. Okay, So just
• 12:54
Speaker 2: so you know, this is how it's gonna go down.
• 12:57
Speaker 1: All here, here we go.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: Let me look at the prizes here, pull them up
• 13:00
Speaker 2: real quick. Yeah, so first place gets a barbecue from
• 13:03
Speaker 2: the bulkyard. Second place gonna get a cutting board, drip
• 13:08
Speaker 2: tray container, lid a. Third place gonna get a box
• 13:13
Speaker 2: of rubs and seasonings, along with one hundred dollars gift cards,
• 13:17
Speaker 2: fifty dollars gift cards, twenty five dollars gift cards for
• 13:20
Speaker 2: Mecca Fresco Mexican Grill. We got gift cards for I
• 13:24
Speaker 2: think thirty dollars gift cards. Then we got the meat market,
• 13:29
Speaker 2: so you're gonna get one hundred dollars gift card for first,
• 13:31
Speaker 2: fifty dollars gift card for second, twenty five dollars gift
• 13:33
Speaker 2: card for third. So that gives you guys, can go
• 13:36
Speaker 2: get your meat for that Dad's day barbecuing that you're
• 13:39
Speaker 2: gonna do with your new grill. Then we've got current
• 13:42
Speaker 2: Oil Change's gonna hook you up with one hundred and
• 13:44
Speaker 2: fifty dollars coins good towards oil changes and or services.
• 13:48
Speaker 2: And then some twenty dollars coins good towards oils, oil
• 13:51
Speaker 2: changes services. I think all stuff dads need, right, all right,
• 13:55
Speaker 2: So here's the deal. Um, we gotta get twenty dad
• 14:01
Speaker 2: and with their kids. So I need twenty dads. I
• 14:04
Speaker 2: gotta get twenty dads over the next one today, this
• 14:07
Speaker 2: week and next week. So by Wednesday, what are we
• 14:10
Speaker 2: next seven days? What do we toose next seven or
• 14:12
Speaker 2: eight days? I gotta get twenty dads to compete in
• 14:15
Speaker 2: the Dad Olympics. And like I said, it's gonna be
• 14:18
Speaker 2: a great time. We're gonna do it with the boulevard.

Speaker 2: You bring your kid. You and your kid are on
• 14:21
Speaker 2: a team. Now remember last year the dad who won,
• 14:25
Speaker 2: Actually I think his kid was young, right, I think
• 14:29
Speaker 2: his kid was really young, and I don't know how
• 14:31
Speaker 2: much the kid participated. I think he actually carried his
• 14:34
Speaker 2: kid to victory. It was actually pretty funny, to be
• 14:37
Speaker 2: honest with you. But so it doesn't matter how old
• 14:40
  Speaker 2: your child is.
• 14:41
  Speaker 1: You know, we're we're.
• 14:43
Speaker 2: Not making it difficult, but I think your kid does
• 14:48
Speaker 2: have to be under eight It does have to be
• 14:50
  Speaker 2: under eighteen.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: Let me put it like that, your kid has to
• 14:52
  Speaker 1: be under eighteen.
• 14:53
Speaker 2: Because I don't want some dads showing up with his
• 14:56
Speaker 2: forty five year old kid who was a D one
• 14:58
Speaker 2: athlete and they're gonna go dominate everybody. Now, it's got your
• 15:00
Speaker 2: kids got to be under eighteen. Okay, already four two, five, four, seven, seven,
• 15:05
Speaker 2: But we do got to get some dads. I gotta

• 15:49
Speaker 1: How old a kid you're gonna bring with you?
• 15:52
Speaker 3: Well, I have six kids, so I can pick from
• 15:54
Speaker 3: me to any of them.
• 15:57
Speaker 5: I already won the Dad Olympics.
• 16:00
  Speaker 1: What's up?
• 16:02
Speaker 5: I think I already won the Yeah, I think so too.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: You got six kids?

• 16:18
Speaker 2: come down and we're gonna go four events and you're
• 16:21
Speaker 2: in all right. I'll love me a second, all right, already,
• 16:24
Speaker 2: fourteen to five, four, seven to seventh. Like I said,
• 16:26
Speaker 2: I gotta get some of you dads to compete in
• 16:28
  Speaker 2: the Dad Olympics.
• 16:29
Speaker 1: You want to give it a shot.
• 16:30
Speaker 2: I need twenty dads over the next seven days because
• 16:33
Speaker 2: we're doing it on the eighteenth. That's next Thursday. Yeah, boulevard.
• 16:37
Speaker 2: Got a winner's gonna take home brand new barbecue, some
• 16:41
Speaker 2: uh some and a bunch of gift certificates. But I'll
• 16:43
Speaker 2: explain that all to you. If you're down, you're holding
• 16:46
Speaker 2: for Dad's a fourteen to five four, seven to seven?
• 16:48
Speaker 1: Hey, Ruben, what up in?
• 16:51
  Speaker 9: Hey?
• 16:52
Speaker 5: Out of my two kids, that said about one that twelve,
• 16:54
Speaker 5: So put me on. I want to be I want
• 16:58
Speaker 5: to be a part of it.
• 16:58
Speaker 1: You can be a part of it. Ruin. Absolutely.
• 17:02
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 17:02
Speaker 2: So we're gonna do it on Thursday. We're gonna do
• 17:04
Speaker 2: it June eighteenth, over the Boulevard.
• 17:06
Speaker 1: Now, I believe it's gonna be at seven thirty, but
• 17:08
Speaker 1: I'll have to call you and let you know when
• 17:10
Speaker 1: it when because I don't have that information in front
• 17:12
Speaker 1: of me. But I think it's at seventh thirty.
• 17:14
Speaker 5: What were you saying? Where the price is room?
• 17:16
Speaker 2: We're giving away a barbecue, We're giving away some gift
• 17:19
Speaker 2: cards to Mecca and the meat Market, Fresco Mexican meat
• 17:24
Speaker 2: Market and the Fresco Mexican restaurant, and we got some
• 17:30
Speaker 2: oil current oil. We're gonna do with oil changes and things,
• 17:34
Speaker 2: you know, all that stuff.
• 17:35
Speaker 5: Yeah, and last year, wasn't it Art that won it?
• 17:39
  Speaker 1: Did Art win?
• 17:40
  Speaker 5: I bet r won it?
• 17:42
Speaker 1: Now Art didn't win, did he?
• 17:43
Speaker 5: But all the guys I remember, all the dad the
• 17:45
Speaker 5: ones that did win. The kid were young. They were like, yeah,
• 17:48
Speaker 5: the dad thing like ten years old.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: Maybe I think the dad that won last year did
• 17:53
Speaker 1: Maybe Art did win it.
• 17:55
Speaker 5: No, I don't remember was first or second? Because remember
• 17:58
Speaker 5: they were taking that the flush shot.
• 18:00
  Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't remember, honestly. Now now you're I don't know.
• 18:04
  Speaker 2: I can't remember.
• 18:05
Speaker 1: Now give the call, let us know, all right, all right,
• 18:09
  Speaker 1: so you're in?
• 18:10
Speaker 5: All right? All right? All right? Hold on? What how
• 18:15
Speaker 5: do I turn that? Following the Olympics, the dad Olympics.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: All you gotta do is tell me your name. What's
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: your name?
• 18:22
  Speaker 11: Sean?
• 18:22
Speaker 1: All right, Sean? You and who you gonna bring your
• 18:24
Speaker 1: son and your daughter?
• 18:26
Speaker 5: Is it be my eight year old son? Okay?
• 18:28
Speaker 2: Okay, all right, Well you guys are in, Sean hold
• 18:31
Speaker 2: on the second, okay, all right?
• 18:32
  Speaker 5: Sure.
• 18:33
Speaker 1: So I was talking about Las Vegas. I made a
• 18:35
Speaker 1: joke about the reason Las Vegas has gone downhill. Some
• 18:38
Speaker 1: friends of mine were there.
• 18:39
Speaker 2: Over the past week and they said there was nobody there, right,
• 18:41
Speaker 2: So I said, yeah, because the Raiders came to town
• 18:44
Speaker 2: and that's why they ruined the city.
• 18:46
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to be there. Good morning, what's going on?
• 18:48
  Speaker 9: Hey?
• 18:48
  Speaker 5: What's up?
• 18:49
  Speaker 7: What?
• 18:50
  Speaker 9: Man?
• 18:50
Speaker 5: Hey, you're talking about that Vegas stuff?
• 18:52
Speaker 11: Yeah, you know, I got I got a friend that
• 18:55
Speaker 11: his sister in law plans a lot of the VAP
• 18:57
Speaker 11: parties for the big casinos.
• 18:58
Speaker 5: Okay, all right, she said.
• 19:00
  Speaker 9: Yeah.
• 19:00
Speaker 5: She said with the Raider Raider fans going over there,
• 19:03
Speaker 5: that people don't want to go any more room because
• 19:05
Speaker 5: when win or lose, they act like fools no matter what,
• 19:09
Speaker 5: especially when they're drinking, she said. And then at the
• 19:11
Speaker 5: casinos they want to hang out at the penny machine
• 19:13
Speaker 5: and get freeing drinks all day.
• 19:15
Speaker 1: Oh no, that was just a joke. The Raider fans
• 19:18
  Speaker 1: didn't room.
• 19:20
Speaker 5: I'm telling you, I'm telling you exactly what you told me.
• 19:23
Speaker 5: I'm keeping it real with you, she said. She said,
• 19:25
Speaker 5: a lot of other teams don't want to go because
• 19:27
Speaker 5: when are loose, they're they're talking crap to them when
• 19:29
Speaker 5: they're drinking, and the casinos are starting drama, so a
• 19:32
Speaker 5: lot of people don't want to go. I'll put it
• 19:35
Speaker 5: to like this room, and everybody hear me loud and clear.
• 19:37
Speaker 5: Within a year, they'll be kicked out of Vegas, just
• 19:40
Speaker 5: like everywhere else they've been kicked out of. Okay, I'm
• 19:44
Speaker 5: telling you, I'm calling watching.
• 19:47
Speaker 1: I gotta go. You don't know what you talking about.
• 19:49
Speaker 5: Get here. You messed with business? Yeah, you gotta go.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with the Raiders. Uh, it
• 19:57
Speaker 1: has nothing to do with uh with the Raiders being
• 20:01
  Speaker 1: there going on.
• 20:03
Speaker 4: Brown knows Ruben Dum bumped his head.
• 20:07
Speaker 6: Why is that he them bumped his head? You know,
• 20:10
  Speaker 6: If anything, us.
• 20:11
Speaker 12: Raiders are the ones that live Yolo, and we we're
• 20:15
Speaker 12: the ones out there spending money.
• 20:17
Speaker 6: These other teams are broke, they're choose, they don't.
• 20:20
Speaker 9: Take their you know, going on vacations. But I think
• 20:23
Speaker 9: it's the price of living that's gone out, you know, groceries, gas, food,
• 20:28
Speaker 9: so people don't have that extra money.
• 20:31
Speaker 4: But us as Raiders, we still we're like, you.
• 20:33
Speaker 9: Know what, who cares about the brand? We're still gonna
• 20:35
Speaker 9: go out to Vegas and straight money.
• 20:37
Speaker 4: So it ain't us, Okay, it's anything.
• 20:40
Speaker 12: It's cowgirls, it's these other Steeler fans, it's these other
• 20:43
  Speaker 12: cheap chief teams.
• 20:48
Speaker 6: Has nothing to do with the Raiders. I'll tell you
• 20:49
  Speaker 6: that right now.
• 20:52
  Speaker 1: It's hilarious. All right later, Yeah, I don't, it doesn't.
• 20:58
Speaker 1: It really doesn't have anything to do with the Raiders.
• 21:01
Speaker 5: You guys know that.
• 21:01
Speaker 1: It's just I think, and I'm not even sure if Vegas.
• 21:04
Speaker 1: I never know what story is true.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: Like I said, the story I got with some friends
• 21:09
Speaker 2: of mine where they're talking about it how empty it was.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: So I never know what story is true, because you
• 21:14
Speaker 1: got it, Vegas is not People.
• 21:16
Speaker 2: Are not not going to Vegas, right, I mean that
• 21:18
Speaker 2: can't be true. Hey, Roam, I was in Vegas Friday
• 21:22
Speaker 2: through Monday. Saturday was pretty packed. Sunday I didn't see
• 21:27
Speaker 2: that many people, but a lot of people go home
• 21:29
Speaker 2: on Sunday, at least where I was at.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that's true. I mean, let's be honest.
• 21:33
Speaker 2: There was one hundred and two three degree one hundred
• 21:37
Speaker 2: and two hundred and three with twenty five mile out
• 21:39
Speaker 2: mile power wind, so maybe people weren't outside. But the
• 21:43
Speaker 2: Bellaggio was packed, Caesar's shops were packed, but at least where,
• 21:48
Speaker 2: but at least where I was, it was, Oh, it
• 21:50
  Speaker 2: was packed.
• 21:51
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 21:51
Speaker 2: Maybe you're right. I'm just going off what the information
• 21:54
Speaker 2: I got. And I thought it was funny because I
• 22:00
Speaker 2: thought it was funny because yeah, Raiders come to town
• 22:02
Speaker 2: and Vegas goes to hell.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: But no, I think it's just pricing.
• 22:07
Speaker 2: I think if they're losing money, it's because it just
• 22:11
Speaker 2: cost too much to go.
• 22:12
Speaker 1: They're just nickeling timing you every way they can.
• 22:15
Speaker 5: Hey, what's up wrong, Hey, Ruben. Hey, it's like you said, Bro,
• 22:19
Speaker 5: you let them Raider fans talk and they sound like
• 22:21
Speaker 5: dumb asses. But you know what, Bro, Di, But you know,
• 22:24
  Speaker 5: you know, and I know there ain't a they aren't
• 22:26
Speaker 5: a shirt club or casino that it's a EVP and
• 22:29
Speaker 5: there's only a few Raider fans that really got jobs.
• 22:32
Speaker 5: And like Big Boy, he's spending his money over there,
• 22:34
Speaker 5: you know what I mean? You know what kind of
• 22:36
Speaker 5: vacationion big Boy take?
• 22:38
  Speaker 11: Yeah?
• 22:38
Speaker 5: Yeah, there isn't any Raider fans going over to be
• 22:41
Speaker 5: any money. Yes, Raider David, I'm sorry, Bro, they don't
• 22:43
Speaker 5: accept BBP at the casino, so they'll be wasting our
• 22:48
Speaker 5: time hearing you're dumb ass talk.
• 22:50
Speaker 1: All right, Rubin, So you really believe?
• 22:53
Speaker 2: So what you're saying is, you know someone who says
• 22:55
Speaker 2: Raider fans are the reason that Vegas is people don't
• 22:59
Speaker 2: want to go to Vegae.
• 23:00
Speaker 5: Yeah, she's I play room. She said. They act like clowns.
• 23:03
Speaker 5: Like they act straight up like clowns and and win
• 23:05
Speaker 5: or lose as did. They have a couple of beers
• 23:07
Speaker 5: in their system. They're acting like fool They wanted to,
• 23:10
Speaker 5: you know, bully somebody because they won, or they're crying
• 23:12
Speaker 5: because somebody they got beat. No, they're never happy, rome
• 23:15
Speaker 5: You know what I mean. I mean, look at Rador
• 23:17
  Speaker 5: day he happy?
• 23:18
Speaker 2: Well, okay, all right, I mean I don't know, man,
• 23:26
Speaker 2: it would be it's hard to believe. But hey, to
• 23:28
Speaker 2: be fair, Vegas did start going to hell when the
• 23:31
Speaker 2: Raiders team when the Raiders got there.
• 23:33
Speaker 1: So what'd you send me here? Text me?
• 23:36
Speaker 2: Called me for two, five, four, seven to seven. Hey, Romeo,
• 23:40
Speaker 2: beneath this guy for about a month. I went to
• 23:44
Speaker 2: his house for the first time yesterday and he had
• 23:47
Speaker 2: a room with just video games and figurines of different
• 23:51
Speaker 2: characters from video games and oh and cartoons.
• 23:55
Speaker 1: Okay, is that weird?
• 23:59
Speaker 2: Is that weird that he collects video games or collects
• 24:03
Speaker 2: figurines or characters or cartoons and video games.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: Now, I don't think that's weird. How old is he?
• 24:08
  Speaker 2: I mean, I think there's a lot of I think
• 24:11
Speaker 2: there's a that collectible market is pretty pretty good right now,
• 24:15
Speaker 2: right I see people in front of this. It seems
• 24:18
Speaker 2: like every time I drive by Barnes and Nobles at
• 24:20
Speaker 2: three o'clock in the morning or four in the morning,
• 24:23
  Speaker 2: there's a line there when I come to work. I
• 24:25
  Speaker 2: don't know what they're waiting for. I'm guessing it's some
• 24:28
Speaker 2: sort of either Pokemon or some sort of video game
• 24:31
Speaker 2: or collectible or something. Right, there might be some money
• 24:35
  Speaker 2: in it, so I don't know if that's h Yeah,
• 24:39
  Speaker 2: I don't know if that's weird or not. A grown
• 24:40
Speaker 2: man collecting those things. I don't think it's weird. I mean,
• 24:43
Speaker 2: at least he has a house, you know, he's not
• 24:45
Speaker 2: living with his mom. He has money to buy that stuff.
• 24:48
Speaker 2: I mean, it could be worse. Instead of buying toys,
• 24:51
Speaker 2: he could be buying cocaine and hookers. I mean, I mean,
• 24:53
Speaker 2: I think there's a lot of other weird things out there,
• 24:57
Speaker 2: or red flags out there as opposed to it, room
• 25:00
  Speaker 2: full of collectibles. I don't but I don't know. I'm
• 25:04
Speaker 2: not in that world, so I don't know. Do you
• 25:08
Speaker 2: feel weird about it? I mean, I don't know why.
• 25:11
Speaker 2: Why Why would it be weird? Let me ask you
• 25:13
Speaker 2: that question, why would you think it's weird? Already four two,
• 25:18
Speaker 2: five four or seven to seven says hey Rome? Lady
• 25:22
Speaker 2: sent me, says hey Rome. I've been naming this guy
• 25:25
Speaker 2: for about a month. Went out there, went over to
• 25:27
Speaker 2: his house for the first time yesterday, and he had
• 25:29
Speaker 2: a room with video games, figuringes of different characters from
• 25:32
  Speaker 2: games and cartoons.
• 25:34
  Speaker 1: Is that weird?
• 25:37
  Speaker 9: No?
• 25:37
  Speaker 4: I mean.
• 25:40
Speaker 1: He had a house, He has his own house. How
• 25:42
Speaker 1: can that be weird? I mean, I don't know. Did
• 25:46
Speaker 1: you have costumes too? To dress up? And I don't
• 25:48
Speaker 1: know people are into that stuff. I just I don't
• 25:50
Speaker 1: know how. I really don't know what to tell you.
• 25:54
Speaker 1: I mean, that's what they're into. Some people are into.
• 25:57
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 25:57
Speaker 2: Guys have hobbies, you know, cars, golf, figurines, and video games.
• 26:02
Speaker 2: I mean, and I'll say this, Areadie four two pop
• 26:07
Speaker 2: four or a seven to seven Romeo? That guy with
• 26:10
Speaker 2: the collectibles? Sounds like the guy from the Forty Year
• 26:12
Speaker 2: Old Virgin. Well, when that movie came out, I think
• 26:16
Speaker 2: that was that's a great analogy. But video games, cartoons,
• 26:23
Speaker 2: they're not They're they're not what they used to be
• 26:26
Speaker 2: when you were a kid. Okay, collectibles are valuable. Video
• 26:33
Speaker 2: games are such a predominant part of society and have
• 26:37
Speaker 2: come so far over the years. I just don't think
• 26:40
Speaker 2: you can discount their value and how people get into them.
• 26:45
Speaker 2: Unlike back in the day, only nerds play video games,
• 26:47
Speaker 2: or only nerds collect comic books or car I don't
• 26:50
Speaker 2: think that's the same. I think people have changed a
• 26:51
Speaker 2: lot over the decades, and these things. If these collectibles,
• 26:56
Speaker 2: whether it be a game, a cartoon, figure or a
• 26:59
Speaker 2: character I'm a video game or a cartoon, they're valuable now.
• 27:04
  Speaker 1: So now they're collectibles now. I don't.
• 27:08
Speaker 2: If you think it's weird, then it's weird. The question
• 27:12
Speaker 2: is how deep in the rabbit hole is he he
• 27:15
Speaker 2: has a room full of collectibles?
• 27:16
  Speaker 5: Is that weird?
• 27:18
  Speaker 8: Uh?
• 27:19
Speaker 1: What if it was sports memorabilia? Would that be weird?
• 27:22
Speaker 2: Before two, five, four or seven to seven, I got this, Hey, Roam,
• 27:25
Speaker 2: I've been dating this guy for about a month. I
• 27:27
Speaker 2: went over to his house for the first time yesterday
• 27:29
Speaker 2: and he had a room with video games, figurines, different
• 27:33
Speaker 2: characters from games and cartoons.
• 27:34
  Speaker 1: Is that weird?
• 27:35
  Speaker 3: I know, I just.
• 27:39
Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, is he an awkward dude?
• 27:44
Speaker 1: I mean, obviously he must not be.
• 27:45
Speaker 2: An awkward dude if you've been dating him for a
• 27:47
Speaker 2: month and that hasn't turned you off.
• 27:50
Speaker 1: So you think a room full of collectibles is going
• 27:54
Speaker 1: to turn you off?
• 27:55
  Speaker 4: I just.
• 27:58
Speaker 1: I find it hard to believe.
• 27:59
Speaker 2: Only be because I just see that this collectible game,
• 28:04
Speaker 2: so to speak, is big business. It's big money, whether
• 28:07
Speaker 2: it be trading cards, whether it be uh, I don't
• 28:10
Speaker 2: even know whatever these silly things are, collectible figurines, or
• 28:14
Speaker 2: whether it be video games, or whether it be sports memorabilia,
• 28:18
Speaker 2: whether it be Jordan's, whether it be Jerseys, whether I mean,
• 28:22
Speaker 2: whatever it may be.
• 28:24
Speaker 1: There is a market for collectible items.
• 28:29
Speaker 2: Games, cartoons, comic books have been so much an important
• 28:34
Speaker 2: part of the fabric of society nowadays that I don't
• 28:38
Speaker 2: think it's weird. Now I don't know anything about it
• 28:43
Speaker 2: because I don't know anybody that collects or does that,
• 28:46
Speaker 2: So I don't really know anything about that. But I
• 28:51
Speaker 2: know guys that collect Jordan's, I know guys that collect shoes.
• 28:54
Speaker 2: Are they any different?
• 28:55
  Speaker 11: Now?
• 28:56
Speaker 1: Maybe they are? I don't know already four two, five,
• 28:59
Speaker 1: fours seven? What did you send me here? Hey Romeo?
• 29:07
Speaker 2: For the lady that's tripping over her new boyfriend having
• 29:09
Speaker 2: all kinds of video games to collectible things, depending how
• 29:13
Speaker 2: old the video games are, boss are very oh or
• 29:17
Speaker 2: they're very valuable. Same thing with Pokemon. She sees it
• 29:22
Speaker 2: as a kid with his toys, but in reality it's
• 29:25
  Speaker 2: an investment and a collector's hobby, a hobby's trust, especially
• 29:31
Speaker 2: if it's vintage video games. Older video games, they go
• 29:34
Speaker 2: for a lot of money room. So if she wants
• 29:37
Speaker 2: to be set for life, tell her to get with him.
• 29:41
  Speaker 2: Like I said, I mean, I know there's a market
• 29:44
Speaker 2: for collectibles, all sorts of collectibles. Before, I mean, back
• 29:48
Speaker 2: in the day, kind of an old school thought was
• 29:51
Speaker 2: it was just baseball cards, football cards, jerseys, maybe you know, boxing,
• 29:57
Speaker 2: sports memorabilia. But I think society has branched out to
• 30:03
Speaker 2: be so much bigger with with video games and with
• 30:07
Speaker 2: cartoons and with these these other things that have become
• 30:12
Speaker 2: a relevant part of society.
• 30:15
Speaker 1: Hey, another thing wrong.
• 30:16
Speaker 2: I can see it being weird if the guy plays
• 30:18
Speaker 2: with the toys and cross dresses like you were saying,
• 30:21
  Speaker 2: But I doubt that's what's going on. I'm pretty sure
• 30:24
Speaker 2: not even him or anybody else is allowed to touch
• 30:27
Speaker 2: these collectibles from someone who collects toys and stuff like that.
• 30:31
Speaker 2: He does it as an investment. That's what I would
• 30:35
Speaker 2: guess too. I would probably say it's not weird. I mean,
• 30:39
Speaker 2: he's just trying to, you know, investing in something already
• 30:43
Speaker 2: four two five, four or seven to seven.
• 30:46
Speaker 11: Hey rubt, Hey, you know how we do that collector
• 30:49
Speaker 11: con every Augus with my buddy out there at the
• 30:51
  Speaker 11: Rubble Bank.
• 30:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you know.
• 30:53
Speaker 11: I ran into a couple of friends and they're like,
• 30:55
Speaker 11: what are you doing here? And I'm like, well, making
• 30:57
Speaker 11: money and they're like making money. Yeah, this is all
• 30:59
Speaker 11: this out money right here, I said him. I hit
• 31:02
Speaker 11: the yard sales and all that, find them old toys,
• 31:05
Speaker 11: I said, dude. And I'm telling you get I bought
• 31:07
Speaker 11: toys room for like a dollar and turned around and
• 31:09
Speaker 11: sell them for two hundred dollars.
• 31:10
  Speaker 5: It's a little transformer.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: Oh wow, yeah, you know what I mean.
• 31:14
Speaker 5: And that's like so homegirl, you don't know what you
• 31:16
Speaker 5: did to do found a little gold.
• 31:18
Speaker 11: Mine, like that's that's investment. You know, it's better than
• 31:20
Speaker 11: going to the bar and spending all your money on beer.
• 31:23
Speaker 11: You ain't getting that money back.
• 31:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, I know it's not everybody.
• 31:25
Speaker 5: Somebody's collectibles. I'm telling you, bro.
• 31:27
Speaker 11: That's why these girls got me a They got me
• 31:30
Speaker 11: at that game stop at midnight, waiting for their Pokemon
• 31:32
Speaker 11: cards all. I mean, hey, I tell them, as long
• 31:35
Speaker 11: as they make money, I got you.
• 31:37
Speaker 5: Okay, you know you look at hey room.
• 31:40
Speaker 11: Look at my wife with the Starbucks cups. She'd be
• 31:42
Speaker 11: bawling on them because Rome, I say, twenty five dollars,
• 31:44
Speaker 11: she turned around selling cups for one hundred, two hundred dollars.
• 31:47
  Speaker 1: Okay, I said there's a market.
• 31:49
Speaker 5: Okay, there's a rucking for us.
• 31:52
  Speaker 11: So I don't think there's anything weird about it. I
• 31:53
Speaker 11: think she's more weird because she's tripping on it.
• 31:56
Speaker 2: Oh maybe she's just trying to figure it out because
• 31:58
Speaker 2: it's not her scene and she's never seen it before.
• 32:00
Speaker 11: I mean yeah, so like, hey, but like that other
• 32:03
Speaker 11: guy called rom if, he's all drifting up in all
• 32:04
Speaker 11: these little things, and you know what I mean, but
• 32:06
Speaker 11: I mean each Easter their own.
• 32:08
Speaker 5: I mean, everybody likes something different.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I know, she's just the might just
• 32:14
Speaker 1: try to figure it out.
• 32:14
Speaker 2: She might not know that this adult collectible market for
• 32:18
Speaker 2: these toys is as well as uh, you know, a
• 32:21
Speaker 2: very lucrative, very lucrative already fourteen seven to seven.
• 32:26
Speaker 6: Well, you know, I think it's a definite red flag.
• 32:29
Speaker 4: She's setting herself up for heartache.
• 32:32
Speaker 6: You know, they don't make men like they used to.
• 32:36
  Speaker 3: Them.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: We make men like they used to.
• 32:39
Speaker 12: For example, my day, we collected Chucks and Porno mags.
• 32:45
Speaker 12: Now all they do is play Fortnite and Pokemon. Okay,
• 32:51
Speaker 12: so you know, and you can tell a lot from
• 32:54
  Speaker 12: his haircut.
• 32:54
Speaker 4: If he's just anchored, walk away, click, if it's here,
• 33:00
Speaker 4: slick back, she's probably a hard worker, all right, all.
• 33:05
Speaker 1: Right, all right. I will say this though, when she
• 33:09
Speaker 1: says I went to his house, So he owns a house.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: That's one thing. The other thing is.
• 33:20
Speaker 2: Just by I'm just kind of reading between the lines here.
• 33:24
Speaker 2: He has his own home with his own room for
• 33:27
  Speaker 2: his collectibles, which.
• 33:28
Speaker 1: Means she can afford it. So I don't know. I
• 33:33
Speaker 1: don't know if Rader Dave's right, Hey, you have and
• 33:35
  Speaker 1: cheese fan.
• 33:36
Speaker 2: These guys are catching uh, these guys catching Pokemon cars.
• 33:40
Speaker 2: Tell these guys, instead of catching Pokemon, go catch some ladies.
• 33:44
Speaker 1: I think that, and.
• 33:48
Speaker 2: I don't know, Okay, I'm just gonna tell you right now.
• 33:51
Speaker 2: I don't know any adult men who collect Pokemon, who
• 33:57
Speaker 2: collect whatever these cartoon or or Pokemon figurines, or video
• 34:02
Speaker 2: game figurines or whatever. I don't know anybody who does that.
• 34:05
Speaker 2: But I will tell you this. I think you guys
• 34:10
Speaker 2: are giving them a bad rap right now. I think
• 34:14
Speaker 2: the guys that are collecting this, these types of things,
• 34:18
Speaker 2: these collectibles, these figurines, these characters from games and cartoons,
• 34:22
Speaker 2: are no different than any of these guys collecting shoes
• 34:26
Speaker 2: or collecting sports memorabilia. The collectible game has just branched
• 34:32
Speaker 2: out into other avenues away from sports. Doesn't make them weird,
• 34:38
Speaker 2: I don't think, all right, A four to two, pout
• 34:40
Speaker 2: four seven to seven?
• 34:42
Speaker 1: Would you send me here?
• 34:43
Speaker 2: Hey, good morning, Romeo, it's Paulina. Oh hey, Paulina, how
• 34:46
  Speaker 2: are you.
• 34:47
  Speaker 1: I'm doing good?
• 34:48
Speaker 2: Hey, rome These collectibles they get pricey, Like in our home,
• 34:52
Speaker 2: our husband has a room sorely for Legos. Yeah, exactly
• 34:56
Speaker 2: like Legos. Legos would be considered a kid's toy. But
• 34:59
Speaker 2: they can call to hundreds of dollars for these Lego sets.
• 35:02
  Speaker 1: Hundreds.
• 35:05
Speaker 2: From my understanding, he's been collecting him since he was thirteen,
• 35:08
Speaker 2: and now he's continued to collect them.
• 35:10
Speaker 1: It's become a hobby. And Romeo get this. Our husband's back.
• 35:14
Speaker 2: Our husband back in November bought two Lego Star Wars sets,
• 35:17
Speaker 2: worth a thousand dollars each.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: Jo, Wow, I didn't realize ever that much.
• 35:21
Speaker 2: One to build and one to sell later in the
• 35:23
Speaker 2: future when it retires, he says. So, no, it's not
• 35:28
Speaker 2: weird that grown men have that hobby because if you
• 35:30
Speaker 2: can afford it, you can afford it.
• 35:33
  Speaker 1: And that's what I think.
• 35:34
Speaker 2: I just think we're so used to this idea of
• 35:37
Speaker 2: collectibles being sports memorabilia. That's the only thing that's really
• 35:41
Speaker 2: but I think there's just so much more out there now. Yo,
• 35:45
Speaker 2: Roam tell him to grow up and invest in the
• 35:47
Speaker 2: stock market. Okay, Raider Daves said, nunchucks. Yeah, Raider Dave's
• 35:55
Speaker 2: an idiot. Hey, it's funny how all these men are
• 35:59
Speaker 2: pressed because other men are using or using other collectibles
• 36:03
Speaker 2: that's not in their interest and.
• 36:05
Speaker 1: Say that they don't make men like oh they used to.
• 36:09
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry, we're not dead. But oh, I don't know
• 36:15
Speaker 1: what that says. I just think that the opportunity.
• 36:21
Speaker 2: For collectibles has just changed, or the opportunity to make
• 36:25
Speaker 2: money off collectibles has changed, because the collectible market is
• 36:28
Speaker 2: different than what it used to be. You know, it's
• 36:32
Speaker 2: not just sports, million more meatabilious, not just baseball cards.
• 36:36
Speaker 2: There's so much more out there that people collect. Nah, Bra,
• 36:40
Speaker 2: this is what happened. She went over to his house
• 36:43
Speaker 2: and the sex was no good, so she's looking for
• 36:46
Speaker 2: a reason to stop talking to him. It's not more
• 36:49
Speaker 2: weird than females the other year spending all their money
• 36:54
Speaker 2: on those la booboo stuffed animals.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: Oh maybe maybe that's what it is. I just don't
• 37:02
  Speaker 1: think it's weird.
• 37:02
Speaker 2: I think the collectible market has broadened out so wide
• 37:07
  Speaker 2: in society.
• 37:07
Speaker 1: That people know how to make money off of now,
• 37:10
Speaker 1: and they do. All right, what did you send me here?
• 37:14
  Speaker 5: Four?
• 37:15
Speaker 2: Two five, four seven to seven year Rome. I have
• 37:18
Speaker 2: a cousin who manages an an industrial an industrial equipment company.
• 37:24
Speaker 1: He's married with three kids. He's very handy.
• 37:27
Speaker 2: Construction wise, but also very smart and knowledgeable, can do
• 37:32
Speaker 2: tech jobs as well. He collects Pokemon, figurines, bobbleheads, et cetera.
• 37:38
Speaker 1: Just like you said, it's a hobby.
• 37:42
Speaker 2: It's a hobby, and most likely you have to have
• 37:45
Speaker 2: money because it can be an expensive hobby, so there's
• 37:48
Speaker 2: not always something weird about it.
• 37:51
Speaker 1: And as you said, they cry if they're.
• 37:54
Speaker 2: Hooked on women and drinking, but have a healthy hobby
• 37:58
Speaker 2: and they still aren't happy. Also, the guy that said
• 38:02
Speaker 2: his whyfe made more money off Starbucks cups, I know
• 38:07
Speaker 2: made more money off Starbucks cups. I know they also
• 38:09
Speaker 2: lost a ton of money. It was a trend and
• 38:12
Speaker 2: now they're trying to sell them for five to ten
• 38:15
Speaker 2: bucks on offer upow. I mean, when you dabble in collectibles,
• 38:21
Speaker 2: sometimes you win, sometimes.
• 38:22
Speaker 1: You lose, right. I just think it's the idea of
• 38:27
Speaker 1: what is What are those.
• 38:31
Speaker 2: I don't know how collectible they are, how if there's
• 38:33
Speaker 2: a market for him? Those big head things are those
• 38:35
  Speaker 2: big headed binkerds, I don't know what they're called. I
• 38:38
Speaker 2: can picture them, but I don't know if they're still
• 38:39
Speaker 2: popular or not. But you gotta strike while the iron
• 38:42
Speaker 2: is hot when it comes to collectibles, you got to
• 38:44
Speaker 2: get in and out, get your money, get your money
• 38:47
Speaker 2: out before the trend passes. So I just think the
• 38:50
Speaker 2: market's so much bigger than it used to be when
• 38:53
Speaker 2: it comes to collectibles. And some of you out there
• 38:55
Speaker 2: who don't know anything about it, who don't know the game,
• 39:00
Speaker 2: we'll sit there and make fun of it because oh,
• 39:03
  Speaker 2: it's children's toys, or oh it's something that a real
• 39:06
Speaker 2: man shouldn't be collecting, when maybe it's more about money
• 39:10
Speaker 2: than it is about collecting. They just know what kind
• 39:14
Speaker 2: of you know, what to get into? What's trending? Well,
• 39:17
  Speaker 2: I don't just I know there's it's just there's always
• 39:20
Speaker 2: something trending now. There's always something trending now to buy
• 39:23
Speaker 2: and sell. And it's not just sports memorabilia anymore.
• 39:28
  Speaker 1: It's a lot. It's a lot bigger than that.
• 39:30
Speaker 6: It's just behavior that's making our country soft.
• 39:33
  Speaker 1: What behavior?
• 39:34
Speaker 4: You know, it's collectibles.
• 39:35
Speaker 12: What happens to hobbies like fishing, going duck country?
• 39:39
Speaker 1: People still go fishing, They still But are you talking?
• 39:41
Speaker 1: You're an idiot. You really are an idiot to say
• 39:45
Speaker 1: something like that. That's just not that's just you. But
• 39:48
  Speaker 1: if they're but if they're collecting Jordan's that's okay.
• 39:52
Speaker 12: Not even I'm just saying, you know, like when the
• 39:54
Speaker 12: they were talking about this draft, do you think people
• 39:56
Speaker 12: are gonna enlist in the draft if they're collecting Pokemon?
• 39:59
Speaker 1: What kind of stupid are you?
• 40:00
  Speaker 3: Right?
• 40:00
  Speaker 5: Or day?
• 40:01
Speaker 1: If you just really are just on a tangent that
• 40:03
Speaker 1: has nothing to do with what we're talking about.
• 40:05
Speaker 5: I'm speaking of for the real men.
• 40:07
Speaker 1: You think you're a real man.
• 40:09
Speaker 5: I'm a real man, you know.
• 40:10
Speaker 1: Okay, I still have real men hobbies.
• 40:13
Speaker 9: Before you know, we're all gonna be shopping at the
• 40:16
Speaker 9: yard Shields thinking we've got a good deal.
• 40:19
Speaker 1: Okay, I can't. Good morning Dom. What's going on?
• 40:25
  Speaker 11: Rob?
• 40:26
  Speaker 4: What?
• 40:26
  Speaker 9: Rob?
• 40:28
  Speaker 8: Hey?
• 40:28
Speaker 10: I think that's kind of cool because never I say
• 40:31
Speaker 10: something from my era back in the day, like I
• 40:34
Speaker 10: like to buy it, you know, I'm putting aside from
• 40:36
Speaker 10: my young one, so that way he gets older he
• 40:38
Speaker 10: can hiter all that, you know, like the exhibits that.
• 40:41
Speaker 5: The parents and stuff we do.
• 40:43
Speaker 10: Yeah, making something back in my time like hey man, Transformer,
• 40:47
Speaker 10: you know, Thundercanda, Like you don't take to put.
• 40:49
Speaker 1: It in a side for okay, all right, Rob? Yeah,
• 40:53
  Speaker 1: I just I don't.
• 40:55
Speaker 2: I I just think the collectible market is a multi
• 40:59
Speaker 2: million dollar industry, billion dollar industry, And if you don't
• 41:04
Speaker 2: understand it, it doesn't mean it's wrong. You know, it
• 41:08
Speaker 2: doesn't mean it's not cool. It doesn't mean that, as
• 41:10
Speaker 2: Raider Dave would say, a bunch of weak ass men
• 41:14
  Speaker 2: are collecting stuff.
• 41:15
Speaker 1: I don't see it that way.
• 41:17
Speaker 2: Hey, roam, Hey, I know a lot of guys who
• 41:20
Speaker 2: collect laboo boo's talking about.
• 41:22
Speaker 1: I need them for my girlfriend. Yeah right, I don't
• 41:25
Speaker 1: even know what a laboo boo is?
• 41:28
Speaker 5: What is that? Hey?
• 41:31
Speaker 1: You have a chief fan.
• 41:32
Speaker 2: I'm a streamer, stream for one or two by Skins
• 41:38
Speaker 2: or guns in video games. I make money off subscribers,
• 41:42
Speaker 2: but it's not much. But it's a hobby of mine.
• 41:47
  Speaker 1: Okay.
• 41:48
Speaker 2: I think in Bakersfield we have quite a few streamers, right,
• 41:51
Speaker 2: I think we have some really legitimate Uh.
• 41:54
  Speaker 1: I think there's some.
• 41:57
Speaker 2: I think I believe there are a few successful streamers,
• 42:01
Speaker 2: are streamers or influences or whatever.
• 42:05
Speaker 1: I think we got a couple of success, really successful
• 42:07
Speaker 1: ones in Bakersfield. To be honest with you, I don't
• 42:09
Speaker 1: know who they are. I've just heard what's wrong Seahawk gluey.
• 42:12
Speaker 6: What a blue am I college twenty nine? No, damn man,
• 42:19
Speaker 6: It's all right, Lou.
• 42:20
Speaker 1: You can just go buy the tickets.
• 42:23
Speaker 6: Yeah, but I got to hit good on my Pokemon
• 42:26
Speaker 6: car collection so I could buy the tickets.
• 42:30
Speaker 1: You have a Pokemon card collection, Yes, I do.
• 42:33
Speaker 6: I collect them all room.
• 42:35
Speaker 2: Okay, okay, Well, Raider Daves says, you're not a real
• 42:38
Speaker 2: man and you're the problem with this country.
• 42:40
Speaker 6: Oh wow, I know I heard him say that. I
• 42:43
Speaker 6: was like that guy, he's not a man at all,
• 42:45
Speaker 6: you know what I mean. I've heard a lot of
• 42:47
  Speaker 6: stuff about him.
• 42:49
  Speaker 3: Went on.
• 42:50
Speaker 5: Yeah, So for me.
• 42:52
Speaker 6: Collecting Pokemon cards, I think it's it's fair.
• 42:55
Speaker 8: You know what I mean.
• 42:57
  Speaker 1: I don't have a problem with it. I think the
• 42:58
Speaker 1: collectable market is big business.
• 43:01
Speaker 6: It is big business. I'm trying to get there so
• 43:04
Speaker 6: I could either win some tickets or.
• 43:07
Speaker 5: Buy them, you know what I mean, like everybody else.
• 43:12
Speaker 1: All right, lot, get out of here.
• 43:14
Speaker 2: There you go, Sea Hawk Lou, he's not a real
• 43:16
Speaker 2: man because he's in the collectible market.
• 43:19
Speaker 1: According to Raider Dave.
• 43:20
Speaker 2: Let's talk about fun facts that you know, any tidbits information?
• 43:24
Speaker 1: I don't know. Do you do you have any do
• 43:26
Speaker 1: you know any thirty four, two five, four or seven
• 43:29
Speaker 1: to seven? What's going on?
• 43:32
Speaker 6: A fun fact is Raider Dave is a real local
• 43:35
Speaker 6: celebrity compared to these knockoff entertainers.
• 43:39
Speaker 2: I knew it was either gonna be you, Ruben or
• 43:42
Speaker 2: Seahawk Lou that we're gonna call with some stupid That's fine.
• 43:46
Speaker 1: I was questioning should I do this? Should I talk
• 43:48
  Speaker 1: about fun facts?
• 43:49
Speaker 2: Because this person I ran into really was telling me
• 43:52
Speaker 2: they like to have some fun facts to talk about things.
• 43:54
Speaker 1: And I was really wondering if I should have this conversation.
• 43:57
Speaker 1: And this is why I was not going to do it.
• 44:00
Speaker 12: You know, you know where to David is a celebrity,
• 44:02
Speaker 12: I'd figure, okay, knock off entertainers.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: Okay, all right, all right, fact.
• 44:11
Speaker 2: That's what I knew that these idiots were gonna call
• 44:14
Speaker 2: with with with just straight straight stupidity, stupidity right already?
• 44:18
Speaker 1: Four two four seven seven.
• 44:22
Speaker 2: You got any fun facts, just stupid tidbits of information
• 44:26
Speaker 2: that you that you talk about, or that you bring up,
• 44:28
Speaker 2: or that you just know everybody should know something right
• 44:32
Speaker 2: it Romeo sharks they're older than trees. Sharks have been
• 44:36
Speaker 2: swimming on Earth. For over four hundred million years. Nice,
• 44:42
Speaker 2: Well how long have trees been around?
• 44:46
Speaker 1: See what I mean? Fun facts?
• 44:50
Speaker 6: I have a bump back, man, I always like to
• 44:52
Speaker 6: do it at a random time.
• 44:54
Speaker 1: What is it, loot?
• 44:55
Speaker 6: It's impossible to hum while you hold your nose.
• 45:00
Speaker 1: It's impossible to hum while you Okay.
• 45:05
Speaker 6: Everybody in the room starts doing it and they try
• 45:07
Speaker 6: to prove you wrong. It's impossible.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: Impossible to hum while you hold your nose.
• 45:14
Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, so I thought you were going to try it.
• 45:17
Speaker 1: No, I'm not that stupid.
• 45:23
Speaker 2: Read something from yesterday and I just caught it because
• 45:26
Speaker 2: the guy sent me a text message about being single.
• 45:29
Speaker 2: This is what he sent me, says yo, rom I
• 45:31
Speaker 2: get it, the whole situation about being alone. I've been
• 45:34
Speaker 2: single for just over three years. I feel I'm a catch.
• 45:37
Speaker 2: I have a great career, great personality, a few side
• 45:39
Speaker 2: hustles that will save women money on herself and kids
• 45:43
Speaker 2: in different ways. But what's wrong with me is self confidence.
• 45:46
Speaker 2: I consider myself attractive and colored eyes. But women carry
• 45:52
Speaker 2: themselves at a way too high of a standard. Where
• 45:55
Speaker 2: a three is acting like an eight because of her
• 45:57
Speaker 2: snapchat filters or when or when they are an actual
• 46:02
Speaker 2: eight or over. They want they want that bum with
• 46:06
Speaker 2: the future because he's all at the gym. Single is hard, Romeo,
• 46:11
Speaker 2: but I managed to know how to deal with emotions
• 46:14
Speaker 2: and be happy alone.
• 46:15
  Speaker 5: Now.
• 46:16
Speaker 2: Okay, so when the guy sent me this, I heard
• 46:19
Speaker 2: snapchat and thought, well, you're looking for women on Snapchat.
• 46:21
Speaker 1: Because then he sent me another text.
• 46:24
Speaker 2: And he says, hey, Rome, you couldn't have been more
• 46:27
Speaker 2: wrong about my current situation.
• 46:28
Speaker 1: I don't look for women on Snapchat, okay.
• 46:30
Speaker 2: And that's when I realized, Okay, what you're saying is
• 46:33
Speaker 2: because of social media and filters, these women take pictures
• 46:37
Speaker 2: of themselves and make themselves feel like they're better looking
• 46:42
  Speaker 2: than they are.
• 46:43
  Speaker 1: Okay.
• 46:44
Speaker 2: Back in the day, we had a place called glamour Shots.
• 46:46
Speaker 2: Glamour Shots did the same thing, but in real life. Okay,
• 46:51
Speaker 2: so let's see what else he says, I'm not looking
• 46:54
Speaker 2: for young and dumb. And that's the other thing I
• 46:56
Speaker 2: said about him, because when you talk about these women
• 47:00
Speaker 2: who think they're so hot because they use a filter
• 47:02
Speaker 2: and they go on Snapchat, that's young, that's twenties, that's
• 47:07
Speaker 2: early thirties. Right now, here's the thing that you got
• 47:10
Speaker 2: to understand women in their early thirties to forties to
• 47:18
Speaker 2: fifties whatever. Most of those women at this point in
• 47:22
Speaker 2: their lives after the thirties have dated and are done
• 47:26
Speaker 2: with these dumb meatheads who care more about their protein
• 47:29
Speaker 2: than their women. Okay, so they're now looking for somebody
• 47:31
Speaker 2: who wants to take care, not take care of them,
• 47:34
Speaker 2: but care about them.
• 47:36
Speaker 1: Okay. They want somebody who wants to be with them.
• 47:40
Speaker 1: So the problem when somebody when he says it's hard
• 47:43
Speaker 1: being single is uh, well, let me.
• 47:46
Speaker 2: Finish this first. It says young and dumb. You don't
• 47:48
Speaker 2: know my life situation, so you can't assume and nothing
• 47:51
Speaker 2: has nothing. What I love about your show is as
• 47:53
Speaker 2: long as the guest is being honest. You're a very
• 47:57
Speaker 2: honest person and will give an honest response and make sense.
• 48:00
Speaker 2: Even though you weren't correct about the situation I did,
• 48:03
Speaker 2: it did spark some thoughts that never crossed my mind.
• 48:07
Speaker 1: Appreciate you roman have agreement.
• 48:09
Speaker 2: Okay, so you're right, I assumed because you were talking
• 48:12
  Speaker 2: about snapchat.
• 48:13
Speaker 1: You were looking for women on Snapchat. And one of
• 48:16
Speaker 1: the worst things that.
• 48:19
Speaker 2: One of the worst things that happened to the dating
• 48:21
Speaker 2: scene was dating apps because you're always looking for the
• 48:25
Speaker 2: next one. Okay, it's like going on TikTok. You're always
• 48:30
Speaker 2: to swipe into the next, swipe into the next. Sometimes
• 48:32
Speaker 2: before you even finish watching one TikTok, you're swipingto the next.
• 48:35
  Speaker 5: Right.
• 48:35
Speaker 1: That's the same thing you do with dating apps.
• 48:37
Speaker 2: So you need a more limited amount of women to
• 48:40
Speaker 2: choose from, and then you would be better off. Dating
• 48:45
Speaker 2: is not hard at all. Being single is not hard
• 48:47
Speaker 2: at all. All you gotta do is go out and
• 48:51
Speaker 2: realize what's out there. Because women today, there are women
• 48:55
Speaker 2: out there today that are so much hotter in their
• 49:00
Speaker 2: thirties and forties because they work out, because of health,
• 49:04
Speaker 2: because of exercise, because of you know, doctors, because of everything,
• 49:09
Speaker 2: just because you know, we live a different lifestyle than
• 49:11
Speaker 2: we did thirty years ago. So you just got to
• 49:15
Speaker 2: go out looking for the right thing. And you're talking
• 49:19
Speaker 2: about all these women want meatheads. Well, the meatheads. The
• 49:22
Speaker 2: meat heads phase out of your life at about thirty thirty.
• 49:25
Speaker 2: After thirty, meatheads start to phase out of women's lives
• 49:28
Speaker 2: because they know there's more out there and they don't
• 49:30
Speaker 2: want some dumb ass living off them and borrowing their
• 49:32
Speaker 2: car when they got to go to the gym because
• 49:34
Speaker 2: these fools spend more money on protein than they do
• 49:36
Speaker 2: on getting a job.
• 49:37
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. So you gotta understand the
• 49:41
Speaker 1: dating scene and where you lie into it, Okay, and
• 49:48
Speaker 1: being single is not hard at all.
• 49:51
Speaker 2: You guys make it so hard because you don't know
• 49:54
Speaker 2: how to do anything, go out meet people.
• 49:58
Speaker 1: There are lots of women out there just waiting.
• 50:01
Speaker 2: For some guy to come along with a job and
• 50:03
Speaker 2: a career and a personality and wanting to have fun
• 50:07
  Speaker 2: with it.
• 50:08
  Speaker 1: Is that simple.
• 50:09
Speaker 2: So a guy texting me he was talking about being singles,
• 50:12
Speaker 2: being singles hard today because women. One of his arguments
• 50:16
Speaker 2: was that women today are on Snapchat and they use
• 50:20
Speaker 2: these filters and they think they're better than they are.
• 50:25
Speaker 2: First of all, women have been doing that forever, and
• 50:29
Speaker 2: women have been doing it too, Okay, but women have
• 50:32
Speaker 2: been doing it forever. It's called makeup, it's called push
• 50:34
Speaker 2: up bras, it's called clothing, it's called blamer shows, and
• 50:37
Speaker 2: women have been doing that forever. Nothing has fundamentally changed
• 50:40
Speaker 2: other than that everything's moved from the real life onto
• 50:44
Speaker 2: the internet now. So being single is only hard because
• 50:49
Speaker 2: of you. And once you figure it out. You know,
• 50:54
Speaker 2: you can have as many women as you want.
• 50:56
  Speaker 1: Okay.
• 50:57
Speaker 2: Then his other argument was, then you go to these women,
• 51:00
Speaker 2: all they want is meatheads. That is true at a
• 51:04
Speaker 2: certain age. But and we had this conversation. We had
• 51:10
Speaker 2: a conversation about women saying it was hard, Oh, I
• 51:12
  Speaker 2: can't find a man. I can't find hi man. Well,
• 51:15
Speaker 2: when you're young, you should choot for the stars. Oh,
• 51:19
  Speaker 2: he's gonna make over a million dollars a year, he's
• 51:20
Speaker 2: gonna have a six pack.
• 51:21
Speaker 1: Ab he's gonna be a you know whatever, a great dad,
• 51:24
  Speaker 1: a great husband.
• 51:24
Speaker 2: Well, then you meet reality, and you find out these
• 51:28
Speaker 2: guys and these egos and their insecurities, and they care
• 51:31
Speaker 2: more about themselves and want to look better than you,
• 51:34
Speaker 2: so they don't care much about you.
• 51:35
Speaker 1: Then you start to realize, Hey, there's these guys out there.
• 51:38
Speaker 2: They got these jobs and the names on their shirts,
• 51:40
Speaker 2: and they go to work every day and they drink
• 51:42
Speaker 2: a little bit of beer.
• 51:43
Speaker 1: Yeah, they got a little bit of a beer belly.
• 51:44
Speaker 1: But guess what, he wants to hang.
• 51:46
Speaker 2: Out with me on Friday and Saturday and Sunday and
• 51:48
Speaker 2: every day he doesn't. He doesn't want to just go
• 51:51
Speaker 2: to the gym and drink protein.
• 51:53
Speaker 1: He wants to be with me.
• 51:55
Speaker 2: He's okay with going shopping, He's okay with whatever I
• 51:58
Speaker 2: want to do because he wants to be with me.
• 51:59
Speaker 2: Then you start realize, Okay, the problem is with being
• 52:05
Speaker 2: single today is you guys don't understand that already four
• 52:09
Speaker 2: two five, four or seven to seven. There are tons
• 52:11
Speaker 2: of women out there, you guys, tons of women out there,
• 52:14
Speaker 2: hundreds thousands, millions of women out there that wants some
• 52:18
Speaker 2: guy that wants that wants a guy that wants to
• 52:22
Speaker 2: be with them. And they don't care if you're a
• 52:24
Speaker 2: little overweight, they don't care if they just care that
• 52:27
Speaker 2: you have a job and you treat them right and
• 52:30
Speaker 2: they're smoking hot because well, they like to look good.
• 52:34
Speaker 1: And you guys don't understand that. And the other thing
• 52:38
Speaker 1: is you don't realize.
• 52:42
Speaker 2: Is that you're going to the wrong places to find
• 52:44
Speaker 2: these women. They're they're out in public doing public things.
• 52:50
Speaker 2: How about having a conversation with somebody. I could tell
• 52:54
Speaker 2: you a hundred stories about hanging out with my buddies
• 52:58
Speaker 2: who are all married, and women just flocking because not
• 53:03
Speaker 2: even trying, because you're just not having a good time,
• 53:06
Speaker 2: and women like to have a good time, and you
• 53:09
Speaker 2: can go to a bar and you can be sitting
• 53:11
Speaker 2: there with your friends just laughing and joking, and guess what,
• 53:15
Speaker 2: the women are all looking at you like, well, wait
• 53:18
Speaker 2: a second, why are they having so much fun and
• 53:20
Speaker 2: we're not. What do they have that we don't? Oh,
• 53:23
Speaker 2: that's right, they have them. So you guys don't understand
• 53:27
Speaker 2: that being single is hard because it's on you. You
• 53:34
Speaker 2: don't know how to have fun. You don't know how
• 53:36
Speaker 2: to talk to somebody already four two five four seven
• 53:40
Speaker 2: to seven year rom that guy who texted you about
• 53:43
Speaker 2: being single being Hardy's right. All these women out here
• 53:46
Speaker 2: think they're better than they are. Women have always thought
• 53:50
Speaker 2: they were better than they are. A Snapchat filter has
• 53:54
Speaker 2: nothing to do with it. You guys just don't know
• 53:59
Speaker 2: how to talk to women. Get off your damn phone,
• 54:04
  Speaker 2: alrighty four.
• 54:05
Speaker 1: Two five four seven to seven. So being single today, right,
• 54:08
Speaker 1: it's being single today hard.
• 54:10
Speaker 2: I somebody was trying to tell me that it's hard
• 54:12
Speaker 2: because women think they're better than they are based on
• 54:15
Speaker 2: you know, social media and filters.
• 54:16
Speaker 1: And things like that.
• 54:17
Speaker 2: So they think they're hotter than they are, and then
• 54:20
Speaker 2: they all want meat heads, you know, these idiots at
• 54:23
Speaker 2: the gym, when the reality is that's not the reality.
• 54:26
Speaker 2: That might be a reality in a section of Hollywood
• 54:29
Speaker 2: or a section of la but that's not the reality
• 54:32
Speaker 2: in most of the world. Okay, women know how attractive
• 54:36
Speaker 2: they are. Women have been trying to look better, you know, forever,
• 54:43
Speaker 2: with makeups and push up bras and and spandex and
• 54:46
  Speaker 2: skims and.
• 54:47
Speaker 1: Whatever they use now today.
• 54:49
Speaker 2: So there's nothing new, nothing's change from the female standpoint
• 54:53
Speaker 2: of trying to look hotter than you actually are. And
• 54:58
Speaker 2: then he goes on to say that all the hot
• 54:59
Speaker 2: girls just want these meatheads, you know, these gym rats,
• 55:02
Speaker 2: and that's not true.
• 55:02
Speaker 1: Either women fundamentally hot or not.
• 55:07
Speaker 2: Well, somebody who's going to take care of them, somebody
• 55:09
Speaker 2: who's going to be on their side, somebody who wants
• 55:11
Speaker 2: to be with them. That's fundamentally the world has not
• 55:14
Speaker 2: changed between men and women. Okay, and being singles hard
• 55:19
Speaker 2: because you guys don't know how to deal with it.
• 55:21
Speaker 2: You guys don't know how to talk to people. That's
• 55:24
Speaker 2: the problem. It's hard.
• 55:26
Speaker 1: You make it hard.
• 55:27
Speaker 2: The female gender is not making it hard for you
• 55:29
Speaker 2: as a man to be single. Okay, you are making
• 55:32
Speaker 2: it hard because you don't know what to do? All right,
• 55:36
Speaker 2: all right a four two, five four or seven to
• 55:39
Speaker 2: seven yo rome. Seems like these newly single older guys
• 55:43
Speaker 2: are having a hard time because the older women are
• 55:45
Speaker 2: going for younger guys nowadays.
• 55:47
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 55:48
Speaker 2: I could be wrong. No, you're right, but that's nothing new.
• 55:51
Speaker 2: The majority of older women are not going for younger guys.
• 55:57
Speaker 2: Some of them are because they're going through a whole
• 56:00
Speaker 2: phase again what you'll fade out, But most older women
• 56:06
Speaker 2: are still looking for someone within their age who they're
• 56:08
Speaker 2: compatible with, who knows how to treat a woman, who
• 56:11
Speaker 2: knows how to who can walk side by side with
• 56:14
Speaker 2: me in single today? How complicated is it? I think
• 56:17
Speaker 2: it's really simple, But God was telling me it's hard.
• 56:20
Speaker 2: His reasoning is logical, but his reasoning has also been
• 56:26
Speaker 2: going on for decades. It's nothing new. Good morning that
• 56:28
  Speaker 2: what's going on?
• 56:29
  Speaker 4: Okay?
• 56:29
Speaker 8: I don't I really don't know where you get these men?
• 56:32
Speaker 8: I I've flabbergast it. Okay, has not changed. The standards
• 56:39
Speaker 8: have changed. That's the only difference, Just like your every
• 56:42
  Speaker 8: style changes.
• 56:43
Speaker 6: Maybe this person has a.
• 56:45
Speaker 8: Problem getting girls because maybe he's.
• 56:47
Speaker 6: Just a straight able.
• 56:49
Speaker 8: You know, maybe he's just looking for somebody. I don't know,
• 56:56
Speaker 8: Maybe maybe he's just looking for the wrong kind of
• 56:59
Speaker 8: partner because he thinks he's better looking than the women here.
• 57:02
Speaker 1: Well, I will tell you this.
• 57:04
Speaker 2: He did say he does have a problem with self confidence,
• 57:06
Speaker 2: but that he thinks he's pretty attractive and he thinks
• 57:09
Speaker 2: he's you know, got a job and all this other stuff.
• 57:11
Speaker 8: So now I'm a female and I'm not going to
• 57:14
Speaker 8: put anyone on black.
• 57:15
Speaker 6: I'm gonna say this.
• 57:16
Speaker 8: When men say they have a lack of confidence, it's
• 57:19
Speaker 8: not their beauty is the under their underwear. So that
• 57:24
Speaker 8: to me sounds like a personal problem. You know, like
• 57:28
Speaker 8: you said, women have done all of that and then
• 57:31
Speaker 8: some throughout the years, wasn't an Instagram or Snapchat or
• 57:35
Speaker 8: anything to catch you back.
• 57:36
Speaker 6: That's the problem is a filter gets over it.
• 57:39
Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm sure his mom has a filter.
• 57:41
Speaker 6: His sister, what have you.
• 57:43
Speaker 8: The problem is is with an attitude like that, brother,
• 57:46
Speaker 8: you will be singled forever, and you're probably a Cowboys fan,
• 57:51
Speaker 8: you know, and you're probably hanging out in the rock
• 57:53
Speaker 8: because no one is gonna go downtown anymore. To what
• 57:58
Speaker 8: is an I and all those places from downtown Bakersfield.
• 58:01
Speaker 8: No one is there unless you're eighteen twenty one, that
• 58:04
Speaker 8: kind of stuff. So I mean, you have to check
• 58:07
Speaker 8: the age because generally he's not all there. Women are
• 58:11
Speaker 8: not asking for much but attention, loyalty, and respect.
• 58:15
  Speaker 1: Absolutely young girls.
• 58:17
Speaker 8: Are asking for money, trips and you know, shoppings free.
• 58:22
  Speaker 6: There's a big difference.
• 58:23
  Speaker 5: I'm with you.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: I totally agree with what you're saying. I'm glad you called.
• 58:26
  Speaker 5: Thank you.
• 58:27
Speaker 1: Oh you have a good right you too, But she's
• 58:29
  Speaker 1: absolutely right.
• 58:30
Speaker 2: And I want to go back to I want to
• 58:33
Speaker 2: go back to what this person said right here about
• 58:36
Speaker 2: these newly single guys not being able, these newly single
• 58:40
Speaker 2: older guys. Here's the thing that you got to look at.
• 58:44
Speaker 2: The world breaks down pretty simply. There have always been
• 58:48
Speaker 2: a group where do you think the term cougar came from?
• 58:50
Speaker 2: There have always been a group of women that have
• 58:53
Speaker 2: gone after younger guys. Okay, always, it's always existed. Now
• 58:57
Speaker 2: that percentage of women may have gone up a little bit,
• 59:02
Speaker 2: but not to the extent that these newly older single
• 59:05
  Speaker 2: guys can't get.
• 59:06
Speaker 1: You know, good women. And here's what you are also missing.
• 59:11
Speaker 2: Once a woman has been done dirty enough. You know,
• 59:14
Speaker 2: has dated a bunch of frogs for through her twenties
• 59:17
Speaker 2: into her thirties, and now she's got you know, now
• 59:20
Speaker 2: she's making a little bit of money. Now she wants
• 59:22
Speaker 2: she's tired and understands that she doesn't need to put
• 59:25
Speaker 2: up with some jackass who wants to you know, have
• 59:27
Speaker 2: big muscles instead of take her out to dinner, or
• 59:30
Speaker 2: somebody that has to borrow her car because she's the working.
• 59:34
Speaker 1: Woman in the household, or you know, they start to realize.
• 59:38
Speaker 2: That I need a guy that wants me. I need
• 59:39
Speaker 2: a guy that's gonna, you know, show me some respect.
• 59:43
Speaker 2: And that's where the newly single older guy comes in. Okay,
• 59:47
Speaker 2: So you want to know why a lot of these
• 59:49
Speaker 2: newly single older guys are dating these thirty somethings, is
• 59:52
Speaker 2: because it's you know, the perfect storm. He's newly single,
• 59:58
Speaker 2: he's looking for something that it's hot and ready to go.
• 1:00:01
Speaker 2: She is looking for someone who's a little more stable
• 1:00:05
Speaker 2: than the guy she's been dating. And now you got it,
• 1:00:08
Speaker 2: you know already four two five, four or seven to seven.
• 1:00:11
Speaker 2: So there's a lot of working parts when it comes
• 1:00:14
Speaker 2: to the single scene in the world today. But it's
• 1:00:17
Speaker 2: not that complicated. It's actually pretty simple already. Four two five, four,
• 1:00:22
Speaker 2: seven to seven. Let's talk a little bit about being
• 1:00:24
Speaker 2: single today, because the guy was telling me that being single.
• 1:00:27
  Speaker 1: Today was hard.
• 1:00:27
Speaker 2: He's having a hard time with it, right, And his
• 1:00:30
Speaker 2: logic was, with these snapchat filters and filters on phones,
• 1:00:36
Speaker 2: that women think they're better looking than they are. Okay,
• 1:00:41
Speaker 2: just to put that in a perspective, women have been
• 1:00:44
Speaker 2: doing that forever. Okay, back in the day before a
• 1:00:49
Speaker 2: snapchat filter, before a.
• 1:00:53
Speaker 1: Dating app. Man, you had to go out on a
• 1:00:55
  Speaker 1: Friday night.
• 1:00:57
Speaker 2: Guess what the makeup they were putting on their best
• 1:01:00
Speaker 2: They were tipping and nipping, tucking, doing whatever they to
• 1:01:03
Speaker 2: look attractive. Okay, so nothing has changed, you know, nothing
• 1:01:10
Speaker 2: has changed. Guys were putting on their best outfits, you know,
• 1:01:14
Speaker 2: cashing their paychecks, making sure they had a wat of
• 1:01:16
Speaker 2: cash to flash, and they.
• 1:01:17
  Speaker 1: Were going out.
• 1:01:18
Speaker 2: Nothing has changed from that perspective, other than you do
• 1:01:23
Speaker 2: it online in the comfort of your own home.
• 1:01:25
Speaker 1: Doown you don't actually have to go out and work anymore.
• 1:01:27
Speaker 2: The problem is, if you're having a hard time being single,
• 1:01:30
Speaker 2: it's because you're sitting at your house on your phone.
• 1:01:33
Speaker 1: You need to be out and about.
• 1:01:34
Speaker 2: People still go out, people still interact with each other
• 1:01:40
Speaker 2: already four two, five, four or seven seven.
• 1:01:42
Speaker 1: The other thing was they said, well, these women.
• 1:01:45
Speaker 2: They want these guys who are all in shape. Well,
• 1:01:50
Speaker 2: women have wanted in shape guys forever. But then they
• 1:01:53
Speaker 2: realized that those dumb asses have nothing to offer. And
• 1:01:55
Speaker 2: then they go find a guy who's got a job okay,
• 1:01:57
Speaker 2: and cares more about a relationship and a career than
• 1:02:00
  Speaker 2: he does about.
• 1:02:01
Speaker 1: You know, the gym six hours a day.
• 1:02:03
Speaker 2: That's nothing's new, nothing has changed already four two, five,
• 1:02:08
Speaker 2: four or seven to seven.
• 1:02:09
  Speaker 1: Your roam.
• 1:02:10
Speaker 2: Have a conversation, talk to get to know the woman,
• 1:02:12
Speaker 2: not just the looks. Try doing more than texting exactly. Yo, Rome,
• 1:02:18
Speaker 2: I started dating a girl for about a month and
• 1:02:20
Speaker 2: just started staying the night at her house. Only problem
• 1:02:23
Speaker 2: is her kids keep coming into the room in the
• 1:02:26
Speaker 2: middle of the night. At first I brushed it off,
• 1:02:29
Speaker 2: but yesterday I told her I was going home for
• 1:02:32
Speaker 2: the remainder of the night. She felt some type of
• 1:02:34
Speaker 2: way before me, her kids age five and three, always
• 1:02:38
Speaker 2: slept in her bed, but once she got once she
• 1:02:41
Speaker 2: met me, she says she's been training them to sleep
• 1:02:44
Speaker 2: in their own rooms.
• 1:02:45
Speaker 1: And I'm am I wrong for not wanting to sleep
• 1:02:48
Speaker 1: with her and her two kids.
• 1:02:50
Speaker 2: No, you're not, But you're wrong for not giving her
• 1:02:54
Speaker 2: enough time to change the situation in her house.
• 1:02:59
  Speaker 1: It's a new situation.
• 1:03:01
Speaker 2: She needs a little bit of time to to to
• 1:03:04
Speaker 2: to change her kids' habits because now her habits have changed.
• 1:03:09
Speaker 2: So no, you're not wrong for that, but you're wrong
• 1:03:12
Speaker 2: for not being more supportive already four two.
• 1:03:14
Speaker 1: Four seven to seven. So being single today, man, it's
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: so easy. You guys are so ridiculous.
• 1:03:21
Speaker 2: If you think it's hard, you guys are making it
• 1:03:24
Speaker 2: hard on yourself, because fundamentally, men and women have changed.
• 1:03:27
Speaker 1: I have not changed.
• 1:03:29
Speaker 11: In the morning, every morning morning ninety four point one
