- 1:11Speaker 4: I hope everyone had an easy fast on this young boy.
- 1:16Speaker 4: We fast.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Sunset to sunset?
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah, sunset to sunset.
- 1:22Speaker 1: That's not that bad.
- 1:23Speaker 4: That's our day. That's a Jewish day. It starts at sunset.
- 1:27Speaker 5: That's your unit of measurement? The sun?
- 1:31Speaker 4: Yeah, we don't... The day in.
- 1:33Speaker 5: I don't have a joke. I'm curious.
- 1:35Speaker 4: No, I'm telling you. An American day starts at midnight, right?
- 1:39Speaker 4: Ours starts at sundown. So it's not the same.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Sunrise is when the day starts.
- 1:45Speaker 5: They're night people. It starts at sundown.
- 1:48Speaker 4: Well, all of our holiday stuff is sundown to sundown.
- 1:52Speaker 4: So like Yom Kippur, we start fasting at sundown, and
- 1:54Speaker 4: we break fast at the next sundown.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Official Dingo Weekly stance. Jews are vampires.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Something like that.
- 2:02Speaker 5: Back to you, Marjorie Taylor Greene in the studio.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Either way. Our days don't start at a fixed time.
- 2:11Speaker 4: It's all based on the sun.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Interesting. Yeah.
- 2:18Speaker 4: And by hour, I mean the Hebrew calendar, which is
- 2:21Speaker 4: like pushing 6,000 years old. What year is it? It
- 2:26Speaker 4: was a new year. Rosh Hashanah is the new year.
- 2:28Speaker 5: How can it be 6,000 years old if the Earth
- 2:30Speaker 5: is only 2,000 years old because of Jesus?
- 2:33Speaker 4: I said pushing. It's not there yet. It is the
- 2:36Speaker 4: year 5787.
- 2:37Speaker 5: We're not even there yet.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Happy New Year.
- 2:40Speaker 1: That's not true, though.
- 2:42Speaker 4: That's the Hebrew calendar.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Because of Jesus. Tell him, Ted.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Well, a lot of stuff happened before both of those
- 2:50Speaker 1: fairy tales.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Explain to him why the Earth and history... is because
- 2:56Speaker 5: of Jesus, and you should thank him.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Well, no.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Tell me, Dad.
- 3:08Speaker 5: Tell me.
- 3:09Speaker 1: No. No.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Well, L'shanah Tovah. Happy New Year. 5787.
- 3:18Speaker 5: We made it.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Another one around the sun, or however we measure years.
- 3:22Speaker 5: Party like it's 5787. It doesn't roll off the tongue.
- 3:27Speaker 4: It rolls. You can roll it.
- 3:30Speaker 1: That's probably why you had a headache today, though. Because
- 3:32Speaker 1: you were hungry.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Because you were trying to do the math.
- 3:35Speaker 4: You didn't eat anything? Yeah, because I was trying to
- 3:37Speaker 4: do math, and I was like, oh, I can't do math.
- 3:39Speaker 4: It's headache-inducing.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Are you allowed to drink water?
- 3:43Speaker 4: You cannot drink water.
- 3:44Speaker 5: No water?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Like, full fast?
- 3:47Speaker 4: Nothing. Don't put nothing in my mouth. That's weird. That's weird.
- 3:57Speaker 5: I thought water was okay.
- 3:59Speaker 4: I'm atoning for my sins. No water, no food, no drink.
- 4:02Speaker 1: That's not good for your body.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Don't even brush my teeth. Is that gross? It is
- 4:08Speaker 4: what it is.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Weird.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Can't wear leather. How's that one? No leather.
- 4:14Speaker 5: Is it leather or leather shoes?
- 4:16Speaker 4: No leather. No leather anything. No belt, no shoes, nothing.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Don't even think about a jacket.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Speaking of jacking it, you can't Do that.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Sinner. Isn't that when you just start to sin over?
- 4:33Speaker 1: You gotta wait till sunset. It's a day of atonement.
- 4:36Speaker 4: You sin at sundown.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Sunset.
- 4:39Speaker 1: What if you sin on Yom Kippur?
- 4:43Speaker 5: Does it get absolved?
- 4:45Speaker 4: You just atone. You keep atoning. I don't know, man.
- 4:47Speaker 1: As long as you get it done before sunset.
- 4:49Speaker 5: It's like the purge.
- 4:50Speaker 1: You're safe.
- 4:52Speaker 4: If you... Sin on Yom Kippur.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Let's see.
- 4:56Speaker 4: I don't know. No one's ever asked me that. Carries
- 4:59Speaker 4: different consequences depending on whether the transgression is against God
- 5:03Speaker 4: or another person. What if it's just against yourself? What's
- 5:06Speaker 4: the sin against God? The Holy Day itself provides a
- 5:10Speaker 4: unique opportunity for divine cleansing.
- 5:12Speaker 5: Hey, see? Sin and cleanse. We have a unique opportunity here. Whoa, Ted. Jesus.
- 5:22Speaker 4: All right, sins against God. Yom Kippur is designed to
- 5:25Speaker 4: atone for sins committed between a person and God if
- 5:28Speaker 4: you engage in sincere repentance. Committing intentional prohibition specific to
- 5:33Speaker 4: the day itself, such as deliberately eating or drinking or
- 5:36Speaker 4: doing prohibited labor, violates the core biblical mandate of the holiday.
- 5:41Speaker 4: In traditional Jewish law, intentional eating on Yom Kippur incurs
- 5:43Speaker 4: a spiritual penalty known as karet, premature spiritual excision or
- 5:49Speaker 4: cutting off from the spiritual community. while accidental violations require
- 5:52Speaker 4: a sin offering in temple times.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So if you accidentally eat something, you're fine.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Accidents are okay. Just can't eat on purpose.
- 6:01Speaker 5: You're not supposed to be eating anything.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Now, this is.
- 6:04Speaker 5: I accidentally had waffles. Whoopsies.
- 6:09Speaker 4: No, we don't accidentally do that. I mean, sometimes, like, oh,
- 6:12Speaker 4: let's say you brush your teeth and some water went
- 6:15Speaker 4: down your throat or something. That's an accident. You forgot, like, oh,
- 6:19Speaker 4: I shouldn't have done that, and I'm sure that was
- 6:21Speaker 4: an accident, but like eating a whole whatever.
- 6:24Speaker 5: I had my eyes closed all day and I ate everything,
- 6:28Speaker 5: but I didn't know the sun was up yet because
- 6:31Speaker 5: my eyes were closed.
- 6:33Speaker 4: There's other kinds of sins here. There's sins against another person.
- 6:36Speaker 4: Yom Kippur does not automatically forgive wrongs committed against other
- 6:41Speaker 4: human beings, such as gossip, theft, or hurt feelings. Those
- 6:48Speaker 4: are your examples. Not like murder, okay?
- 6:52Speaker 5: Well, murder hurts their feelings a lot.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Hurts someone's feelings. I don't know if it hurts their feelings.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Their feelings don't exist anymore, I don't think.
- 7:01Speaker 5: So it's fine.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Well, I didn't say that. You're hurting the feelings of
- 7:06Speaker 4: their loved ones, so that's a sin against their loved ones.
- 7:10Speaker 4: fasting and praying on the holiday will not erase interpersonal
- 7:14Speaker 4: harm until you personally approach the victim, apologize, make restitution,
- 7:18Speaker 4: and secure their forgiveness.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Sorry I murdered you.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Yeah, right? If you murder someone in Yom Kippur, how
- 7:26Speaker 4: do you repent for that?
- 7:27Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 7:29Speaker 4: You can't apologize to them.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I don't know the rules.
- 7:33Speaker 4: I guess they're loved ones, you said.
- 7:34Speaker 5: We're trying to learn the rules.
- 7:37Speaker 4: I'm trying to learn. I don't know. I need a rabbi.
- 7:40Speaker 1: You don't have one?
- 7:42Speaker 4: I mean, I need to discuss with my rabbi.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Can you call one?
- 7:47Speaker 4: Right now?
- 7:48Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah, get him on the pod.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Honestly, I probably could, but I'm not going to do that.
- 7:56Speaker 5: Oh, all right. I guess it's not important to you.
- 7:59Speaker 4: No, this is not that important, but we'll figure it out.
- 8:02Speaker 4: I'll get with my rabbi and we'll iron out the
- 8:05Speaker 4: details of the levels of sins on Yom Kippur and
- 8:09Speaker 4: how we atone for them. But it sounds like minor ones.
- 8:14Speaker 1: It's like such a to-do.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Yeah. The minor sins feels like I can just kind
- 8:21Speaker 4: of keep cleansing myself. Keep atoning. San Antone. San Antone.
- 8:27Speaker 5: San Antone. Yeah.
- 8:29Speaker 4: Yom Kippur. It's the best time to do it.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Just max out.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Well, I mean, just max out throughout the year. You
- 8:37Speaker 4: get every year. You get a clean slate.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Yeah, but then get all the rest of the ones
- 8:42Speaker 1: you missed. You just, like, get them all in.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Man, I should have been Jewish. Just religion of sinning.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Well, I mean, you don't have to sin. This is
- 8:52Speaker 4: just our way of doing it.
- 8:53Speaker 5: No, I've made up my mind.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Aren't Catholics or Christians or whatever you are, you can
- 8:58Speaker 4: just go and talk to a priest.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Oh, that's so lame.
- 9:01Speaker 4: You just say, hey.
- 9:02Speaker 5: He's going to, like, get handsy.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yeah, you go talk to the priest. You tell him.
- 9:09Speaker 4: What you did. He diddles you a little bit and
- 9:12Speaker 4: then you do.
- 9:13Speaker 5: It's never a little bit. It's just never a little bit.
- 9:17Speaker 5: He lingers.
- 9:18Speaker 4: That was the lingering, huh?
- 9:20Speaker 1: And then you go and you say 10 Hail Marys
- 9:23Speaker 1: and five Our Fathers.
- 9:24Speaker 4: I don't even know about Our Fathers. Is Our Fathers
- 9:27Speaker 4: now too?
- 9:28Speaker 5: Yeah, but it's basically fellatio.
- 9:31Speaker 4: I thought you just got to have a catch with
- 9:33Speaker 4: the priest with the football. Throw a few Hail Marys
- 9:35Speaker 4: and call it a day. I don't understand religion.
- 9:38Speaker 5: He's always pitching.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Sick of catching sounded fun to me.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Because priests molest children they do that you get it
- 9:49Speaker 5: really do they do that a lot all the time
- 9:52Speaker 5: and they try and cover it up it's awesome it's.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Really weird there's not really much accountability either they just
- 9:57Speaker 1: kind of like move the guy to a different.
- 10:00Speaker 5: State you have to go to a different church now buddy.
- 10:03Speaker 4: You got too diddly in this town you got to
- 10:06Speaker 4: go to the next town over.
- 10:07Speaker 5: With a bunch of fresh beautiful kids you haven't got
- 10:11Speaker 5: your fingers in don't say that how's that for a
- 10:14Speaker 5: punishment huh.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Kids don't why would you say those words in that
- 10:18Speaker 4: order How do you like that, buddy? I like it
- 10:21Speaker 4: a lot. Thank you very much, sir. If God wills it. Inshallah.
- 10:28Speaker 5: Inshallah.
- 10:32Speaker 4: What the fuck?
- 10:33Speaker 5: I think we covered all of them now.
- 10:35Speaker 4: That should do it. Big three, at least.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I wish they would go away. All three of them.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Jesus Christ.
- 10:45Speaker 5: Speaking of Jews, I got exciting news.
- 10:48Speaker 4: All three of them. Not just the Jews.
- 10:51Speaker 3: No.
- 10:51Speaker 5: This is actually good news.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Not the people.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I like the people.
- 10:55Speaker 4: The tad wants to go away.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Just the religions. It's dumb.
- 11:00Speaker 4: The tad wants to get rid of all the Jews.
- 11:02Speaker 1: It's 2026. Why are we still believing 2026?
- 11:06Speaker 5: Have Jews.
- 11:07Speaker 1: 2026. It's ridiculous.
- 11:10Speaker 5: They're still around.
- 11:14Speaker 1: What were you saying, Dingo? You got some good news.
- 11:17Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. The Jew news? It is, kind of.
- 11:22Speaker 4: I love good Jew news.
- 11:24Speaker 5: They redid the crosswalk by my place.
- 11:29Speaker 4: The Jews?
- 11:31Speaker 5: No, maybe. Whoever's in charge. They put in a new
- 11:35Speaker 5: crosswalk with the buttons. We had a button. You press
- 11:40Speaker 5: the button and wait for the crosswalk and it's like, wait. wait, wait, wait, wait.
- 11:45Speaker 5: And it just keeps saying it. Yeah. We got a
- 11:47Speaker 5: new voice and I swear to God, you press the
- 11:52Speaker 5: button and he's like, please wait. And then the light changes.
- 11:59Speaker 5: He's like, you may now cross main street. It's an old,
- 12:05Speaker 5: it's an old Jewish guy. I have to get a
- 12:07Speaker 5: recording of it next time.
- 12:09Speaker 4: You have to, what?
- 12:11Speaker 5: That's insane.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Who did that?
- 12:13Speaker 5: I was halfway home when I realized I should have
- 12:15Speaker 5: recorded that.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Who's programming these things?
- 12:17Speaker 5: It's New York. We have the largest Jewish population outside
- 12:21Speaker 5: of Israel.
- 12:21Speaker 4: You need to wait, please.
- 12:24Speaker 5: It was awesome.
- 12:25Speaker 4: You can go now.
- 12:27Speaker 5: Please wait for the sign to change. Oh, my God.
- 12:32Speaker 4: I guess that's good Jew news. We finally have crosswalk representation.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Yeah. Only in New York. Yeah.
- 12:44Speaker 5: And it is the one by the bagel place, so.
- 12:47Speaker 1: I mean, obviously. Makes sense.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Yeah. I feel more at home.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Well, where do we start in non-Jew news?
- 13:00Speaker 5: Start? I thought we were done. How long was that?
- 13:03Speaker 4: He wants to start non-Jew news?
- 13:05Speaker 1: Like, what?
- 13:05Speaker 4: What other news is there?
- 13:06Speaker 5: It's Yom Kippur, Dad.
- 13:08Speaker 4: Yeah, it's Yom Kippur. Like, God, have a heart.
- 13:11Speaker 5: Do you remember? the 21st night of september and it
- 13:17Speaker 5: was also yom kippur.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Some classic bar mitzvah music love it.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Uh jake and logan paul paid a visit to the
- 13:30Speaker 1: pentagon why pray tell yeah please pray tell i don't
- 13:37Speaker 1: really know why because uh I don't know, Pete Hegseth
- 13:42Speaker 1: says that they.
- 13:42Speaker 5: The YouTube streamers?
- 13:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:44Speaker 4: I saw the picture, but I didn't get it, nor
- 13:46Speaker 4: did I click on it. I didn't care enough, but
- 13:49Speaker 4: I didn't understand it. I still want to know why. Well,
- 13:53Speaker 4: want to know is.
- 13:54Speaker 5: I assume because Jake got beat up so bad by
- 13:57Speaker 5: a black guy that he's racist now.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, that was so funny. I think his face
- 14:01Speaker 4: was all like... It was hilarious.
- 14:05Speaker 5: Couldn't have happened to a worse guy. I think.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Pete Hegseth said that they exemplify the warrior ethos. What?
- 14:15Speaker 1: They're like, they're men.
- 14:18Speaker 5: Are they?
- 14:20Speaker 1: Real men.
- 14:20Speaker 5: The guy got beat up by guys that were 20
- 14:24Speaker 5: years retired, and when he finally fought somebody that wasn't,
- 14:27Speaker 5: he got the shit beat out of him and quit
- 14:29Speaker 5: the sport entirely.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yeah, he got his face broken pretty good.
- 14:33Speaker 5: That actually does line up with the whole idea of
- 14:35Speaker 5: MAGA masculinity, actually. Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 4: That's a mega man right there. Getting your fucking shit rocked.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Pick on weaker people until somebody stronger fights back and
- 14:45Speaker 5: then take my ball and go home.
- 14:49Speaker 1: They got to tour the Pentagon and then they gave
- 14:52Speaker 1: a little speech to the troops.
- 14:56Speaker 5: Bro, you gotta lock in. And we brought you all
- 14:58Speaker 5: some prime energy to help you do that.
- 15:02Speaker 1: From what I read, it wasn't like a speech about like,
- 15:06Speaker 1: it was like Marketing stunt?
- 15:09Speaker 4: Sales pitch?
- 15:10Speaker 1: It was like propping them up, like, you guys are great,
- 15:13Speaker 1: but they didn't say anything stupid. It was fine. But
- 15:17Speaker 1: then afterwards, Jake.
- 15:19Speaker 5: Paul, just the fact that they were speaking to me
- 15:22Speaker 5: would piss me off.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Supposed to be some USO show? Are they like entertainment?
- 15:27Speaker 4: Are they actually giving a pep talk? What's the point?
- 15:31Speaker 5: Show us your dick!
- 15:33Speaker 1: I don't know what the point was. Afterwards, though, Jake
- 15:37Speaker 1: Paul said the Second Amendment no longer serves its original purpose.
- 15:42Speaker 4: No fucking shit.
- 15:43Speaker 1: The right to bear arms was intended to give civilians
- 15:46Speaker 1: the ability to resist tyrannical government. He claimed weapons such
- 15:51Speaker 1: as pistols and shotguns would be ineffective against technologies. Now,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I think we need to amend the Constitution, and I
- 16:01Speaker 1: think that we should be allowed to have rocket launchers.
- 16:05Speaker 1: God damn it.
- 16:06Speaker 4: No, you went in the wrong direction. Like, are you
- 16:09Speaker 4: really going to fight against the government with violence, with
- 16:12Speaker 4: physical force? No, no amount of weaponry is going to
- 16:16Speaker 4: get you to best the full might of the U
- 16:19Speaker 4: S military.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Look, let me play devil's advocate. Cause I get it.
- 16:23Speaker 5: When that was written, it was like muskets on both sides.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Sure.
- 16:27Speaker 5: Yeah. Fine.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Different times.
- 16:30Speaker 5: But I don't think the answer is, for any question
- 16:34Speaker 5: ever asked would be more rocket launchers. No.
- 16:38Speaker 1: What about drone EMPs or for civilians?
- 16:43Speaker 5: No.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Helicopter weapons.
- 16:46Speaker 4: No, absolutely not.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Are you kidding me?
- 16:48Speaker 4: If civilians are shooting helicopters out of the sky, what
- 16:52Speaker 4: in the world?
- 16:53Speaker 5: I think it'd be a lot easier to just hold
- 16:55Speaker 5: politicians accountable.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 16:58Speaker 5: In my opinion, but who's going to do that? I'm
- 17:01Speaker 5: not like a, rocket launcher scientist or nothing.
- 17:04Speaker 4: No i've never been a rocket launcher launcher scientist but
- 17:09Speaker 4: like jesus christ it's just the wrong direction like there's
- 17:13Speaker 4: no way that we can fight the military with pistols
- 17:17Speaker 4: we need bigger weapons to fight the military like why
- 17:20Speaker 4: are you trying to fight the military harder right now
- 17:23Speaker 4: didn't you get invited to the pentagon to talk about
- 17:25Speaker 4: military stuff with the military yeah go military we need to.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Fight you harder I'm pretty sure it's probably for when
- 17:32Speaker 1: the Democrats win again.
- 17:34Speaker 5: If I don't have an Apache helicopter, is this even
- 17:37Speaker 5: fucking America?
- 17:38Speaker 1: If Democrats win again, we're just going to shoot rocket launchers.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I have drones and shit.
- 17:45Speaker 4: I don't get it.
- 17:47Speaker 5: I can't afford a drone army. I'm just putting that
- 17:50Speaker 5: out there. I'm trying to pay off my Sonata.
- 17:53Speaker 1: I can't afford a drone, let alone many drones.
- 17:58Speaker 5: The drones I get at, like, Target aren't going to
- 18:01Speaker 5: carry weapons.
- 18:03Speaker 1: No.
- 18:05Speaker 4: I don't think they legally can.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Like an M-80, maybe.
- 18:08Speaker 5: They physically can't. Yeah.
- 18:10Speaker 1: You could modify it, probably.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Roman candle.
- 18:14Speaker 4: That could be fun.
- 18:17Speaker 5: As soon as it goes off, it sounds like it's
- 18:19Speaker 5: just spiraling backwards.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Just in circles. Well, good thing they were there.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Speaking of the military, you know that dumb arch that
- 18:35Speaker 1: he wants to put up?
- 18:36Speaker 5: McDonald's?
- 18:38Speaker 1: The Golden Arch. The Triumphal Arch.
- 18:41Speaker 5: That's under the ballroom.
- 18:43Speaker 1: That he wants to put by the Arlington Cemetery.
- 18:46Speaker 5: Yeah, I know the one.
- 18:47Speaker 1: He wants it to have snipers and also drones.
- 18:53Speaker 4: I feel like I'm just repeating myself. Just loaded inside
- 18:57Speaker 4: of it. So we can launch drones.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Oh, it's hollow. Well, yeah. A drone garage.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And snipers.
- 19:06Speaker 5: Snipers. Inside or they're just on it?
- 19:09Speaker 1: Both, probably.
- 19:10Speaker 4: So full military arch. This is not just a decorative arch.
- 19:14Speaker 4: This is a functional military arsenal.
- 19:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Of an arch. Yeah. For some reason.
- 19:23Speaker 5: You know, I've been joking, but I would much rather
- 19:26Speaker 5: him actually put a mcdonald's underneath the white house than this.
- 19:29Speaker 4: Yeah that sounds more worthwhile create some jobs feed some
- 19:34Speaker 4: people i.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Mean what about the snipers does anyone even think of
- 19:37Speaker 1: the snipers they need.
- 19:39Speaker 5: Jobs they gotta eat where's the mcdonald's.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Who are they sniping that's the question who are they
- 19:46Speaker 1: sniping That's what I want to know.
- 19:48Speaker 4: It feels like you're preparing for something.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:53Speaker 5: Right.
- 19:54Speaker 1: What? I don't know. Probably the uprising that's going to
- 19:59Speaker 1: happen when he loses and refuses to leave office again.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Yeah, it's going to say fucking reruns, man.
- 20:07Speaker 1: So there's that. which is weird.
- 20:12Speaker 4: It is weird.
- 20:13Speaker 5: It's a weird thing to do.
- 20:14Speaker 1: It's a weird thing to do.
- 20:16Speaker 4: You know, I just think it's weird that he's focuses
- 20:19Speaker 4: on all these vanity projects. And I've already said this before,
- 20:22Speaker 4: but like focus on things that matter. Like that's, he's
- 20:25Speaker 4: putting his entire focus. I'm just, I'm thinking like 90%
- 20:29Speaker 4: of his time on vanity projects, like things that absolutely
- 20:33Speaker 4: don't matter at all in the grand scheme of anything.
- 20:36Speaker 5: Right.
- 20:37Speaker 4: You're worried about an arch? You're worried about a ballroom?
- 20:40Speaker 4: You're worried about a fountain?
- 20:42Speaker 1: He said something like, of all of the 59 most
- 20:48Speaker 1: developed capital cities, were they only one without an arch?
- 20:52Speaker 1: I didn't fact check that, but I think that's not true.
- 20:55Speaker 4: I think that that's irrelevant. Who cares?
- 20:59Speaker 5: What if it's true? I care. What's the question?
- 21:02Speaker 1: He said there are 59 capital cities... And the most
- 21:06Speaker 1: developed countries all have a triumphal arch. We're the only
- 21:11Speaker 1: ones that don't have a triumphal arch.
- 21:14Speaker 4: What if that was true? What if that were true?
- 21:17Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I don't care. Like, who cares? So fucking what? You
- 21:23Speaker 4: know how many people are dying out there because you
- 21:26Speaker 4: stripped away their health care?
- 21:27Speaker 1: Yeah, a lot.
- 21:29Speaker 4: You know how many kids are starving because you cut
- 21:32Speaker 4: their parents' SNAP benefits?
- 21:34Speaker 1: Quite a few, I'm sure.
- 21:36Speaker 3: A lot.
- 21:36Speaker 4: A fucking lot. And you're worried about vanity projects.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Like, who cares?
- 21:41Speaker 4: Who cares if we're the only nation in the world
- 21:43Speaker 4: who doesn't have an arch? I hope we are. Because
- 21:46Speaker 4: who fucking cares what a waste of money that is?
- 21:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:50Speaker 4: Fix the country. Stop doing projects that also can get
- 21:54Speaker 4: torn down at any time. So fucking stupid.
- 21:58Speaker 5: Out of all the 59 capital cities in the most
- 22:00Speaker 5: developed countries, how many of them have a triumphal arch?
- 22:04Speaker 5: All of them except one. according to specific statements made
- 22:08Speaker 5: by U.S. President Donald Trump.
- 22:14Speaker 4: What about reality?
- 22:16Speaker 5: But also, again, who cares? Context behind the number, the claim, blah, blah, blah.
- 22:19Speaker 5: The reality check. While major global capitalists like Paris, Rome, London,
- 22:24Speaker 5: and New Delhi... famously showcased triumphal arches, architectural historians note
- 22:28Speaker 5: that the exact 59 top cities benchmark is an arbitrary
- 22:32Speaker 5: rhetorical figure used by this administration to emphasize that Washington, D.C.
- 22:36Speaker 5: is an outlier among Western superpowers. An actual number, there
- 22:41Speaker 5: is no official list because the premise of the claim
- 22:44Speaker 5: is structurally flawed. If we evaluate the world's most developed
- 22:48Speaker 5: capital cities, the reality is that dozens of them do
- 22:50Speaker 5: not have a triumphal arch. blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Examples, Tokyo, Japan, Ottawa, Canada, Canberra, Australia, Wellington,
- 22:58Speaker 5: New Zealand, Bern, Switzerland, Oslo, Norway, Stockholm, Sweden, Helsinki, Finland, Copenhagen, Denmark, Reykjavik, Iceland, Dublin, Ireland,
- 23:05Speaker 5: et cetera.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Et cetera.
- 23:08Speaker 3: No.
- 23:09Speaker 4: So an obvious lie and one that doesn't matter.
- 23:12Speaker 5: And I would say those are pretty significant cities. Yeah.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Definitely.
- 23:18Speaker 4: And none of it matters anyways. It's just like, you're
- 23:20Speaker 4: lying to do something that doesn't matter. And just like,
- 23:23Speaker 4: even if.
- 23:24Speaker 5: That were the case, I just wanted to recreationally poke
- 23:28Speaker 5: holes in his argument.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Of course. It just proves again that he's a fucking liar.
- 23:32Speaker 4: It's like, he lies about stupid shit, like dumb things
- 23:36Speaker 4: that are easily fact checkable.
- 23:38Speaker 5: Well, to be fair, he didn't lie. There are 59
- 23:42Speaker 5: cities or 58 cities with arches. He's just an idiot. Okay.
- 23:47Speaker 4: We're not the only one, though. He lied about us
- 23:49Speaker 4: being the only one. The only developed capital city without
- 23:53Speaker 4: an arch.
- 23:54Speaker 5: He said out of the 59 cities that I picked arbitrarily,
- 23:58Speaker 5: 58 of them had arches. Okay. Sure. He's not lying.
- 24:05Speaker 4: He's just saying words that mean nothing.
- 24:10Speaker 5: Yeah, that.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 24:13Speaker 4: It's stupid.
- 24:15Speaker 5: I just want to be factually accurate.
- 24:16Speaker 4: No, I just want healthcare. I just don't care about
- 24:20Speaker 4: any of this.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Well, you're getting a drone garage sniper arch.
- 24:24Speaker 4: I don't want a drone garage sniper arch.
- 24:27Speaker 5: Well, you're gonna get it. And you're gonna say, thank you, sir.
- 24:31Speaker 5: May I please have another?
- 24:33Speaker 1: Where else can we put snipers?
- 24:34Speaker 5: And he's gonna say, no. Quiet, piggy. Ugh.
- 24:41Speaker 1: But you're not going to hear them because there's no
- 24:43Speaker 1: press pool.
- 24:47Speaker 5: What an idiot.
- 24:48Speaker 1: What an idiot. Did you hear about that, Robbie?
- 24:52Speaker 4: Yeah, I did hear about that.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Banned CNN, MSNBC, and Politico, and then CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC,
- 25:01Speaker 1: and surprisingly, Fox News all banded together and said, we're
- 25:06Speaker 1: not coming here. You have no press. You have no
- 25:10Speaker 1: TV press anymore. So now he's giving speeches to just
- 25:14Speaker 1: the people that are there.
- 25:15Speaker 5: No microphones.
- 25:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I appreciate that Fox News stepped up and was like,
- 25:21Speaker 4: you know what?
- 25:22Speaker 1: No.
- 25:23Speaker 4: We're all doing this together. If you're going to take
- 25:26Speaker 4: away access to these three, then we're all not doing it.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Rats know when to jump off a sinking ship.
- 25:34Speaker 4: I think, yeah.
- 25:35Speaker 5: What a fucking idiot.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I think they also recognize that this can easily be
- 25:41Speaker 4: turned around on them because they're obviously on the other
- 25:44Speaker 4: end of the spectrum where the Democrats take over in
- 25:48Speaker 4: 2028 or 2029, rather, whatever. And they do the same
- 25:52Speaker 4: thing to them. Like, it's that easy. So if they're
- 25:55Speaker 4: just like, whoa, this isn't cool, then they can turn
- 25:58Speaker 4: back and be like, look, see, we were we were
- 26:00Speaker 4: cool back then.
- 26:01Speaker 5: No, don't do it to us.
- 26:03Speaker 4: But at the same time, no one should be doing
- 26:05Speaker 4: it to any of them because what the fuck? That's
- 26:07Speaker 4: just shitty, shitty behavior for someone who's supposed to be
- 26:11Speaker 4: a transparent leader of the free world.
- 26:13Speaker 5: That's a great reminder that they don't take over until 2029.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Because you always forget how wild those couple months are
- 26:19Speaker 5: going to be between. Yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Yeah, shit's going to be crazy.
- 26:23Speaker 5: Them trying to squeeze every last thing in.
- 26:26Speaker 4: January 20th, 2029. That is the official start date of
- 26:30Speaker 4: the next administration. Assuming that Vance doesn't take over because
- 26:36Speaker 4: McClot happens or something. But even then, I think technically
- 26:42Speaker 4: his next administration would start on that date.
- 26:44Speaker 5: Even just this year, the 2026 midterms, those couple months
- 26:49Speaker 5: before they get sworn in.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 26:52Speaker 5: Could get a little dicey.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Gonna get a little dicey.
- 26:56Speaker 5: You get a little hairy.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean... People are already getting replaced, and they're
- 27:01Speaker 4: still in their position until they actually get replaced. Look
- 27:05Speaker 4: at Thomas Massey going around just naming Epstein abusers and
- 27:11Speaker 4: putting articles of impeachment out for Pete Hegseth. He's just
- 27:14Speaker 4: going out with a bang. He's like, I don't give
- 27:16Speaker 4: a fuck. You kick me out, then fuck it.
- 27:19Speaker 1: I'm still here. Yeah, he put the articles of impeachment,
- 27:21Speaker 1: and Mike Johnson was like, well, I guess it's vacation
- 27:23Speaker 1: time again.
- 27:25Speaker 4: What a pussy.
- 27:26Speaker 1: We'll be back after the elections.
- 27:29Speaker 4: And he does that when he knows it's like a
- 27:31Speaker 4: popular thing, too. He's like, oh, this might not vote
- 27:34Speaker 4: in our favor. Let's just call. Oh, yeah.
- 27:36Speaker 1: It's always when he knows it's going to be like
- 27:39Speaker 1: almost unanimous decision because.
- 27:41Speaker 4: The Republicans don't like Hegseth either. They think he's an
- 27:44Speaker 4: idiot like the ones the ones in charge of the Senate,
- 27:48Speaker 4: the ones that actually like have a say in this.
- 27:52Speaker 4: They're not happy. They're not happy with what's happening because
- 27:55Speaker 4: MAGA is making their entire Republican Party look like a
- 27:58Speaker 4: fucking joke. So they're just like, they see what's happening
- 28:01Speaker 4: with this administration and yeah, they're on the same team.
- 28:04Speaker 4: So they kind of have to roll with a lot
- 28:06Speaker 4: of it, but they see what's happening and they're like,
- 28:08Speaker 4: I hate what's happening. I hate that Pete Hegseth is
- 28:11Speaker 4: fucking doing this. I hate that Trump is doing all
- 28:14Speaker 4: this shit when he should be focusing on the people.
- 28:18Speaker 5: And they want it done now while they can still
- 28:20Speaker 5: pretty much pick who's going to replace him because soon
- 28:24Speaker 5: it's going to be a little more difficult.
- 28:26Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's kind of a popular thing that Massey
- 28:30Speaker 4: would be taking forth. And I get why Mike Johnson
- 28:33Speaker 4: wouldn't want them to vote on that, because they would
- 28:35Speaker 4: vote on that, not in the way that he would
- 28:37Speaker 4: want them to. So, it's all just stupid. Can't get
- 28:43Speaker 4: anything done. Wait until after the midterms. We'll see what happens.
- 28:47Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Well, we will see. I'm going to be pissed if
- 28:52Speaker 1: nothing happens.
- 28:54Speaker 5: I'm going to be pissed if it's just everybody better
- 28:56Speaker 5: get out there and vote.
- 28:57Speaker 1: It's time to work across the aisle. Put our, put
- 29:01Speaker 1: past behind us.
- 29:02Speaker 5: It's like, no, I don't want to see all this
- 29:04Speaker 5: bullshit online about how we need to vote. And then
- 29:07Speaker 5: everyone just sits at home because it's a pain in
- 29:09Speaker 5: the ass. Cause it's probably going to be a pain
- 29:11Speaker 5: in the ass for a lot of people this year.
- 29:13Speaker 5: I also restrictions and all their bullshit they're trying to pull. Yeah.
- 29:19Speaker 1: I check, I check my voter registration once a week
- 29:22Speaker 1: now just to make sure.
- 29:24Speaker 5: Good call. It's so gross that we have to do that. Yeah, literally.
- 29:27Speaker 1: I mean, I feel pretty safe here.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Yeah, Illinois is good about it. I'm not too concerned
- 29:33Speaker 4: about Illinois.
- 29:34Speaker 5: Yeah, New York's good too, but I like to peek
- 29:37Speaker 5: every once in a while.
- 29:39Speaker 4: No, for sure. If you're not in a good state
- 29:42Speaker 4: that actually cares about their citizens, you should be checking regularly. God,
- 29:47Speaker 4: what was I going to say?
- 29:50Speaker 5: Happy Yom Kippur?
- 29:52Speaker 4: No.
- 29:53Speaker 5: We covered that. Oh, I remember.
- 29:55Speaker 4: I will say that if the Democrats do take over
- 29:58Speaker 4: after the midterms, I also don't want to just see
- 30:01Speaker 4: impeachment hearing after impeachment hearing or whatever the fuck. Can
- 30:04Speaker 4: we just do things?
- 30:06Speaker 5: No.
- 30:07Speaker 1: No, no. I want to see impeachment hearings. Fine.
- 30:11Speaker 5: Do one.
- 30:12Speaker 1: I want to see fucking scorched earth.
- 30:14Speaker 5: I want to see.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Do one.
- 30:18Speaker 5: Chest to waters. Do one. And then we need to
- 30:21Speaker 5: pass some fucking legislation. Cause things are out of control.
- 30:24Speaker 4: That matters so much fucking more. And you don't have
- 30:28Speaker 4: a super majority in Senate. So he's not getting convicted.
- 30:31Speaker 4: He's not getting removed from office. So that's just not
- 30:33Speaker 4: going to happen. So it's going to end up being
- 30:35Speaker 4: the same thing again, just a waste of time, a
- 30:37Speaker 4: whole spectacle for no fucking reason. And then let's say
- 30:40Speaker 4: that he does get removed, which again, he's not going to,
- 30:43Speaker 4: but let's say that he does. Then we got Vance
- 30:45Speaker 4: in there for a partial term, which means he's fully
- 30:49Speaker 4: eligible for two more full terms and, And he's probably
- 30:53Speaker 4: more dangerous than Trump because he can actually get things
- 30:56Speaker 4: done and not just get things done, but he can
- 30:59Speaker 4: start drifting away from Trump's like craziness, start fixing the
- 31:04Speaker 4: obvious problems. Like the obvious, there's so many obvious problems.
- 31:08Speaker 4: He can easily just start like getting out of this
- 31:10Speaker 4: Iran shit and, and all that. Like, He can start
- 31:13Speaker 4: making things better just by doing the opposite of what
- 31:16Speaker 4: Trump is doing. And he'll be seen as popular because
- 31:19Speaker 4: it's so easy to fix everything that Trump is doing
- 31:22Speaker 4: because he's just a monster ruining the economy, ruining everything
- 31:26Speaker 4: by taking such drastic actions.
- 31:28Speaker 5: With 100% executive order. So it's so easily reversed.
- 31:32Speaker 4: It's so easily reversed.
- 31:33Speaker 5: Exactly.
- 31:34Speaker 4: None of it has been created as legislation. It's not law.
- 31:38Speaker 4: It's all just a stroke of a pen, easily reversed, undone.
- 31:41Speaker 4: No problem. So he reverses everything that Trump has done wrong.
- 31:46Speaker 4: Super easy to do. It looks good on him, potentially
- 31:49Speaker 4: reelected and then could have two more terms. Like that's
- 31:53Speaker 4: not good. Then everyone forgets the horrid things that MAGA
- 31:58Speaker 4: really was up until that point. Like, no, it's, it's
- 32:02Speaker 4: not a good outlook. Anyone could be better than Trump, anyone,
- 32:06Speaker 4: but you can't just forget what MAGA has done to
- 32:09Speaker 4: this country.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Never forget.
- 32:12Speaker 4: And that's, that's what would happen. You get a half
- 32:16Speaker 4: competent Republican in office and everyone forgets what MAGA did.
- 32:21Speaker 4: Cause it's easy to just undo all of Trump's misgivings.
- 32:25Speaker 4: Not all of them.
- 32:26Speaker 5: It seems like a good contingency plan for them.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:29Speaker 4: And I mean, there's, there are a lot of global
- 32:32Speaker 4: relationships that are broken and bridges that need to be rebuilt. And,
- 32:36Speaker 4: I mean, inflation really doesn't come back down. I mean,
- 32:40Speaker 4: and not inflation. The rate of inflation goes up, but
- 32:43Speaker 4: I'm saying like the prices of things, they don't come
- 32:45Speaker 4: back down. Once they're up, they're up. So you can't
- 32:48Speaker 4: reverse that. That's something that he broke and that's not
- 32:52Speaker 4: getting fixed. Not without serious incentives to lower prices in
- 32:56Speaker 4: certain industries. But regardless, you can undo a lot of
- 33:01Speaker 4: what he's done and it can look very favorable. And that's,
- 33:06Speaker 4: Not good. It's not good for this country. It's not
- 33:08Speaker 4: good to forget all the horrible things that this party
- 33:11Speaker 4: allowed to happen.
- 33:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Speaking of expensive shit, have you heard of surveillance pricing?
- 33:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I fucking hate that.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Oh, I hate that. I just watched a thing about it,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and I did notice last time I was at Walmart
- 33:28Speaker 1: the little metal plate on the bottom of the cart.
- 33:33Speaker 1: And what that is, it's like a tracking device. and
- 33:39Speaker 1: it's fucked up what they're doing. Like, say you go
- 33:45Speaker 1: grab ground beef, right? You put it in the cart.
- 33:48Speaker 1: The cart knows that the ground beef is in there,
- 33:52Speaker 1: and then you go grab a can of Manwich. You're
- 33:54Speaker 1: going to make Sloppy Joes. Now it knows that you
- 33:58Speaker 1: need buns, and it's going to adjust the price of buns.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Because you don't have a choice but to buy those buns.
- 34:07Speaker 1: So if it's, boom, bump up the price 20 cents
- 34:10Speaker 1: for those buns, the fuck are you going to do
- 34:12Speaker 1: about it? You need the buns. What are you going
- 34:15Speaker 1: to do?
- 34:16Speaker 4: It's even worse than that because they're doing it on
- 34:19Speaker 4: an individual basis, what you're getting at. But what they're
- 34:22Speaker 4: getting at is they're going to just start removing price
- 34:25Speaker 4: tags from the shelves entirely. You're going to be putting
- 34:28Speaker 4: stuff in your cart and checking out in your cart
- 34:30Speaker 4: through your phone.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Well, yeah. They put the little digital tag up now
- 34:36Speaker 1: where it's like it could change in real time.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Well, it can change in real time for everyone during
- 34:41Speaker 4: peak hours or something like that. But it can change
- 34:44Speaker 4: on an individual basis. So someone that's shopping literally right
- 34:48Speaker 4: next to you has a different price on their phone
- 34:51Speaker 4: than what's on your phone. And you're checking out in
- 34:53Speaker 4: your cart. So you don't see the price difference, but
- 34:55Speaker 4: they know. Based on maybe information about yourself, like your
- 34:59Speaker 4: income and other factors about you because they buy all
- 35:04Speaker 4: this data about you.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Even if you don't have your phone, even if you're like,
- 35:07Speaker 1: I don't bring my phone into the grocery store anymore
- 35:10Speaker 1: because I don't want them to track that. They track
- 35:13Speaker 1: it anyway in the cart. You go buy tuna, they
- 35:15Speaker 1: adjust the price of mayonnaise. It knows what's in your
- 35:19Speaker 1: cart and it knows where you're going to go next.
- 35:22Speaker 5: Yep.
- 35:22Speaker 1: That's some fucking fucked up shit.
- 35:25Speaker 4: This is late-stage capitalism for you. We made it.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I don't like it. Yeah.
- 35:32Speaker 5: You gotta split up into two grocery lists. Unrelated items
- 35:37Speaker 5: on each list. Somebody else gets one list, you get
- 35:40Speaker 5: the other. You gotta outsmart these fuckers.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Yeah, that would be the way to combat.
- 35:48Speaker 4: It's like so much extra effort, though, and I gotta.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Make multiple trips.
- 35:51Speaker 5: It is, but I'm going down swinging. Fuck them. Yeah.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Fuck them. That's why I had so many goddamn kids.
- 36:00Speaker 5: You each get a cart and a credit card. It's
- 36:04Speaker 5: not bad.
- 36:05Speaker 4: They each have their list. Stick to the list. Don't
- 36:08Speaker 4: get the inflated things.
- 36:10Speaker 5: But if it is a guessing, you get milk, pickles,
- 36:13Speaker 5: dog food, toilet paper.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:15Speaker 4: You got to stagger their shopping trips though, because if
- 36:17Speaker 4: you're shopping at the same time, like they're going to
- 36:20Speaker 4: change the price of the bread. Or the buns by
- 36:23Speaker 4: the time the other kid picked up the meat and
- 36:25Speaker 4: the manwich. So, stagger the shopping trips.
- 36:29Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 36:29Speaker 4: I don't know how it's all going to work.
- 36:32Speaker 1: That's why I shop at my small, locally owned grocery chain.
- 36:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:39Speaker 4: I'm not going to because it's just convenience.
- 36:42Speaker 1: It's right down the street. It's very convenient.
- 36:44Speaker 4: Well, convenient for you. I don't have one of those.
- 36:46Speaker 4: I got a convenient big box pub. I was going
- 36:51Speaker 4: to say Publix. It's Publix. I got a Publix up
- 36:54Speaker 4: here in Illinois.
- 36:55Speaker 1: You got the Jewel. Whatever.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Call it whatever you want. It's not small.
- 37:01Speaker 5: I'm still going to Costco.
- 37:03Speaker 4: Yeah, we've been thinking about doing Costco. Our Costco isn't
- 37:07Speaker 4: that close to us, but we're bulk buyers. With the
- 37:11Speaker 4: beef and bulk pricing, it could be worth it.
- 37:15Speaker 5: It is. It was nice. We were like 40 minutes
- 37:18Speaker 5: away from my son's football game the other day. And
- 37:20Speaker 5: they had a new Costco a couple miles down. We're like,
- 37:24Speaker 5: we got to go to the new Costco.
- 37:25Speaker 4: Got to.
- 37:26Speaker 5: See what that Costco's like. They have different stuff than
- 37:28Speaker 5: my Costco.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Wow.
- 37:31Speaker 5: I'm wondering what I'm missing out on.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Nice.
- 37:34Speaker 4: You got good stuff?
- 37:35Speaker 5: I thought I had good stuff. They have good stuff, too.
- 37:38Speaker 5: It's different stuff. Wow. I'm mapping out all the Costcos
- 37:41Speaker 5: within an hour of me.
- 37:43Speaker 4: I figured they all had mostly the same stuff.
- 37:45Speaker 5: That's what I figured. I found these peanut butter and
- 37:49Speaker 5: jelly bars.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Peanut butter jelly bars. Whoa.
- 37:53Speaker 5: It's like peanut butter and then like actual jelly on top.
- 37:56Speaker 5: It's nice. That is jelly. Jelly on top. And it's
- 38:00Speaker 5: like real jelly. Like it's, you got to be careful
- 38:02Speaker 5: eating it. It can get a little messy, but it's delicious.
- 38:05Speaker 4: It's delicious. So it's worth it.
- 38:07Speaker 5: They didn't have those in my Costco. No. Wow.
- 38:11Speaker 4: All right.
- 38:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:13Speaker 4: Why don't I get a Costco membership? I hear it's
- 38:15Speaker 4: pretty reasonable.
- 38:15Speaker 5: It's like what?
- 38:16Speaker 4: 60 bucks or something a year. Nothing crazy.
- 38:19Speaker 5: Like nothing.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Yeah. It's, You get the credit card, and then you
- 38:23Speaker 1: get the rebates.
- 38:25Speaker 5: That's with the executive membership.
- 38:29Speaker 1: Well, yeah, I have the executive membership.
- 38:31Speaker 5: I had it the first couple years, and we didn't
- 38:34Speaker 5: go there nearly as much. But now that the kids
- 38:36Speaker 5: are bigger, we're there all the time.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And you know, with your executive membership, you can go
- 38:43Speaker 1: to Costco a half hour before it opens.
- 38:46Speaker 5: Is it 30 minutes or 60 minutes?
- 38:48Speaker 1: It might be an hour.
- 38:50Speaker 5: I think it's a full hour.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Is it a full hour? You can go.
- 38:54Speaker 5: Before the general public.
- 38:56Speaker 1: You're in. No lines. No crowds.
- 38:59Speaker 5: And they don't have the pricing that you were talking about.
- 39:03Speaker 1: They don't have surveillance pricing.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Surveillance pricing.
- 39:07Speaker 4: Love that.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Only bummer part about going early is they don't have samples.
- 39:12Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 39:13Speaker 5: I know what I like. And what I like is
- 39:16Speaker 5: that hot dog at the end.
- 39:18Speaker 1: I like the samples because I often it's like something
- 39:21Speaker 1: I wouldn't even think of. And I try it. I'm like, damn,
- 39:24Speaker 1: that was good.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Sold.
- 39:25Speaker 1: And the kids are like, yeah, that was really good.
- 39:27Speaker 1: I'm like, will you eat this? I'd eat that. Hell yeah.
- 39:31Speaker 5: Yeah, but they say that, and then they don't.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Yeah, that happens a lot.
- 39:35Speaker 4: When I was a kid, we were a Sam's Club family.
- 39:37Speaker 4: Same shit. And I would eat those samples as a kid,
- 39:41Speaker 4: and I'd be like, mom, get this.
- 39:43Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 39:44Speaker 4: I mean, it's the same idea. They had samples. It
- 39:46Speaker 4: was a big box store, and they had samples.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 39:51Speaker 4: They would have samples. I would eat the samples. I'd
- 39:53Speaker 4: be like, Mom, you got to get this. And I
- 39:54Speaker 4: would eat that shit. The samples sold us. And I
- 39:57Speaker 4: would eat it. I don't know about your kids. I
- 40:00Speaker 4: was a good kid.
- 40:01Speaker 1: I was a good eater.
- 40:03Speaker 4: I mean, especially as you got young teenagers, as your
- 40:06Speaker 4: boys get bigger.
- 40:08Speaker 5: Yeah, they're kind of just inhaling whatever. So I don't
- 40:12Speaker 5: need samples.
- 40:13Speaker 4: I'm just saying samples. They let me know what's good.
- 40:17Speaker 4: They got good stuff I don't know about.
- 40:19Speaker 5: That's true.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Yeah, they do a good job. Speaking of inhaling anything,
- 40:24Speaker 1: let me find, I don't know the congressperson's name. She
- 40:28Speaker 1: was just, oh, here, here. Brooke Rollins. She just did
- 40:32Speaker 1: an interview. She's not a congressperson. She's the Secretary of Agriculture.
- 40:40Speaker 1: She just was on the Benny, what's his douche show?
- 40:47Speaker 1: Benny Johnson?
- 40:48Speaker 5: Benny Johnson?
- 40:49Speaker 1: There, that guy, that douchebag. And she was talking about how,
- 40:53Speaker 1: you know, yeah, beef is expensive, right? If beef is
- 40:56Speaker 1: too expensive, just eat chicken. There's other great sources of
- 41:01Speaker 1: protein that's not beef.
- 41:04Speaker 5: I guess.
- 41:04Speaker 1: How long until they start telling us to eat crickets
- 41:10Speaker 1: or some sort of bug protein paste?
- 41:14Speaker 4: Republicans aren't going to say to eat bugs. They're just
- 41:18Speaker 4: going to be like, I'm happy to pay more. They
- 41:21Speaker 4: just spend high prices as a good thing.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Not many people know, but crickets have a higher protein
- 41:29Speaker 1: per pound than a side of beef. How long until
- 41:32Speaker 1: that happens?
- 41:33Speaker 5: That's true, though. I'll give them that. They're just going
- 41:37Speaker 5: to go vegetarian because they won't go bugs. They're going
- 41:39Speaker 5: to be like, it's actually much better for you to
- 41:41Speaker 5: go meatless four nights a week.
- 41:44Speaker 4: Would you rather Iran had a nuke? I'm going to
- 41:47Speaker 4: eat no meat. It's all just weird mental gymnastics.
- 41:54Speaker 5: Joe Biden has significant stake in meat companies. Is that
- 41:58Speaker 5: what you want to support?
- 42:00Speaker 4: The number of times I hear a question about this
- 42:03Speaker 4: administration and the response starts with, well, Joe Biden.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Well, Joe Biden.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Well, Joe Biden. Like what? That wasn't the question.
- 42:13Speaker 5: Joe Biden doesn't know where he is right now. Leave
- 42:15Speaker 5: him alone.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Literally, this is almost two years in. Almost two years
- 42:21Speaker 4: into this administration and well Joe Biden?
- 42:24Speaker 1: Come on.
- 42:25Speaker 4: You can't well Joe Biden. We're past that. They're still
- 42:28Speaker 4: well Obama-ing.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I know. That was ten years ago.
- 42:31Speaker 4: They're blaming current things on Biden.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Come on.
- 42:33Speaker 5: Come on.
- 42:42Speaker 4: I just recall Biden handing you a pretty nice economy.
- 42:47Speaker 4: Considering what it went through, yeah.
- 42:52Speaker 5: It was decent.
- 42:53Speaker 4: Pretty solid, great recovery.
- 42:55Speaker 1: They like to completely ignore the fact that there was
- 43:00Speaker 1: a global pandemic and a complete shutdown of the supply chain.
- 43:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know how that always gets glossed over.
- 43:07Speaker 1: And that we recovered better than any country in the world.
- 43:11Speaker 5: And it's still somehow worse than that now. And that's
- 43:15Speaker 5: their bellwether. There's no pandemic and it's terrible. And they're like, well,
- 43:18Speaker 5: Joe Biden was pretty bad, too.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Well, Joe Biden. Well, and they always tell his peak
- 43:23Speaker 4: pandemic prices of everything. Like, yeah, in the middle of
- 43:27Speaker 4: a global pandemic, things weren't great. But how did he
- 43:30Speaker 4: hand it off when Trump came into office? How was everything?
- 43:34Speaker 4: Was it a lot worse or a lot better than
- 43:35Speaker 4: right now?
- 43:36Speaker 1: Well, gas was higher under Joe Biden. Well, he just
- 43:39Speaker 1: hit record prices. breaking prices that it's never been to
- 43:44Speaker 1: before so how where's your.
- 43:46Speaker 5: Logic without a global pandemic without.
- 43:49Speaker 4: A global pandemic it's just crazy you know but well
- 43:53Speaker 4: joe biden so two years later.
- 43:56Speaker 5: What a joke we are yeah oh yeah i'm hitting
- 44:00Speaker 5: it again what an idiot oh what a what an
- 44:06Speaker 5: idiot i played it twice because it's because they deserve it.
- 44:11Speaker 4: He's a double idiot. Yeah. Cold shit.
- 44:17Speaker 5: And where do we even go?
- 44:19Speaker 1: Where do we even go from here?
- 44:21Speaker 5: Down.
- 44:22Speaker 4: One would think that there's nowhere to go but up
- 44:25Speaker 4: at this point, but I bet we can go a
- 44:27Speaker 4: little bit further down.
- 44:28Speaker 1: Oh, we can go lower.
- 44:29Speaker 5: There's a lot beneath us.
- 44:31Speaker 4: We can go lower.
- 44:33Speaker 1: We haven't hit rock bottom yet.
- 44:36Speaker 5: No, but this is bad enough. We'll get there. No,
- 44:40Speaker 5: I hope not. We'll get there.
- 44:42Speaker 4: Don't you worry. We'll get there.
- 44:45Speaker 5: I'm afraid you're right. Yeah, listen.
- 44:47Speaker 4: Here's a headline I saw just the other day. FCC
- 44:52Speaker 4: lets Paramount sell 49.5% equity stake to Saudi Arabia, UAE,
- 45:01Speaker 4: and Qatar. Almost 50% of Paramount? They're letting the FCC
- 45:05Speaker 4: sell almost 50% of Paramount.
- 45:06Speaker 5: The owner of.
- 45:10Speaker 4: CBS to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
- 45:14Speaker 1: What's happening? And the merger just went through. They just
- 45:19Speaker 1: approved it.
- 45:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:21Speaker 4: And now they're going to sell half of it to
- 45:24Speaker 4: foreign countries who do not have our best interests in mind,
- 45:28Speaker 4: I would say.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Probably fine.
- 45:32Speaker 5: I wouldn't worry about it.
- 45:33Speaker 4: It's like a major news organization.
- 45:36Speaker 1: It's a lot of major news organizations.
- 45:38Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Cause after the merger, they own CNN, HBO, uh, even
- 45:46Speaker 1: have the daily show.
- 45:47Speaker 7: God.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Yep.
- 45:49Speaker 5: They got, they got, they got the daily.
- 45:51Speaker 4: Show last week tonight with John Oliver. Yeah. It's HBO.
- 45:56Speaker 5: You know what? They're not going to touch those.
- 45:58Speaker 4: They're not going to touch them, but I don't think
- 46:01Speaker 4: Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar should own half of them.
- 46:05Speaker 5: No agreed. No, they're going to let them go to
- 46:08Speaker 5: keep credibility.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it would be a really horrible move to... Especially, like,
- 46:14Speaker 1: John Oliver won, what, like, 14 Emmys in a row? Yeah,
- 46:16Speaker 1: he's crushing it. And it's really, like... For, like, a
- 46:20Speaker 1: weekly news show, it's hands down the best.
- 46:23Speaker 7: Mm-hmm.
- 46:24Speaker 4: I mean, they go after a specific story with rigor.
- 46:29Speaker 1: And he's the type of guy that if they start
- 46:32Speaker 1: fucking with him, he's not going to hold back.
- 46:35Speaker 4: Yeah, he's fun like that.
- 46:36Speaker 5: No, he won't.
- 46:38Speaker 3: And.
- 46:39Speaker 1: he'll tell the story that gets him fired.
- 46:42Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Happily. And it, it, it won't do them any, any good.
- 46:48Speaker 4: Like, yeah, I'm not, I'm not too concerned about the
- 46:51Speaker 4: direction of some of these shows. It's just more the
- 46:55Speaker 4: conflict that's there. I, this should be American owned, especially
- 47:00Speaker 4: the news stations. We should not have foreign governments owning
- 47:06Speaker 4: half of our news stations. That's crazy.
- 47:09Speaker 1: It is pretty crazy.
- 47:10Speaker 5: What a reasonable take.
- 47:13Speaker 4: You know, it's my thought. I don't like it. I
- 47:17Speaker 4: don't like it.
- 47:18Speaker 1: I don't either.
- 47:19Speaker 4: How do you think that's going to influence the news?
- 47:23Speaker 4: Saudi Arabia has half a say in CBS's reporting. How
- 47:27Speaker 4: does that influence their reporting? Maybe not immediately, but over time.
- 47:32Speaker 5: They're going to slow roll it in.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 47:35Speaker 5: Keep everything pretty much the same. A little news story
- 47:39Speaker 5: here and there in their favor. Before you know it,
- 47:42Speaker 5: we're going to be frogs in the pot.
- 47:44Speaker 1: It's obviously how they're going to convince us to accept
- 47:49Speaker 1: Shakira Law.
- 47:50Speaker 4: Shakira Law. I mean, those hips don't lie.
- 47:56Speaker 5: They really don't. We're transparent. No lies.
- 48:02Speaker 4: We're so cooked. We're cooked, aren't we?
- 48:06Speaker 5: I mean.
- 48:07Speaker 1: Look on the bright side. When it all crumbles and
- 48:11Speaker 1: it all falls apart, we actually have the chance to
- 48:15Speaker 1: build something better than what we had.
- 48:19Speaker 4: That doesn't feel like a bright side kind of thing. Like, listen,
- 48:24Speaker 4: once the world ends, then we can rebuild.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Yeah, the world's not going to end.
- 48:28Speaker 4: Yeah, but the way you just said that. Once everything
- 48:33Speaker 4: breaks and then everything is destroyed and nothing is anymore
- 48:38Speaker 4: and then we can build it back the way we
- 48:41Speaker 4: want it.
- 48:42Speaker 1: That's fine. Just the United States.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Listen, I don't much care about Europe falling apart. I'm
- 48:50Speaker 4: talking about the United States right now.
- 48:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and we're going to be fine.
- 48:55Speaker 5: Everything's fine.
- 48:56Speaker 1: Everything's fine.
- 48:57Speaker 4: Listen, when democracy dies, we can rebuild.
- 49:00Speaker 1: We're going to be okay. We'll figure it out. We
- 49:04Speaker 1: just need to just let it die.
- 49:07Speaker 4: You said that again. That's what I'm talking about. You
- 49:11Speaker 4: said the thing. Just let it die.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 4: I don't think that's like look at the bright side
- 49:17Speaker 4: type thing. if we just let it die what.
- 49:22Speaker 1: I certainly don't want to go back to business as
- 49:26Speaker 1: usual because that wasn't working either.
- 49:29Speaker 4: No i think we need to have some critical conversations
- 49:32Speaker 4: as a nation and yeah rebuild but we don't have
- 49:36Speaker 4: to start from zero.
- 49:39Speaker 1: Built back better.
- 49:41Speaker 4: All right, Biden. We tried that. Now look. Look where
- 49:47Speaker 4: we are.
- 49:48Speaker 5: Yeah, thanks, Obama.
- 49:49Speaker 1: You know, he did a good job of doing that, though.
- 49:53Speaker 1: You know, it's whatever. It's going to suck for a while.
- 49:58Speaker 4: It's been sucking for a while. It's going to get worse.
- 50:02Speaker 4: Any better anytime soon.
- 50:04Speaker 1: It's going to get worse. It's going to suck. For
- 50:08Speaker 1: at least two more years.
- 50:11Speaker 4: At least.
- 50:12Speaker 1: But then we fix it right. How?
- 50:16Speaker 4: How, Tad? How do we fix it?
- 50:18Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 50:19Speaker 5: You're president. Day one.
- 50:21Speaker 1: What are you doing?
- 50:23Speaker 4: What are you focusing on? Where do we even start?
- 50:28Speaker 1: Education.
- 50:28Speaker 5: I'm not fucking party. Are you kidding me? I just
- 50:31Speaker 5: won the presidency. But day two, I'm getting shit done.
- 50:35Speaker 5: Day two, though.
- 50:37Speaker 4: Day one, shit face. Day two, shit done.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Education, healthcare.
- 50:41Speaker 5: That's a lot for a day. Tax reform. Really?
- 50:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:50Speaker 5: I'm going to spend at least two weeks undoing a
- 50:53Speaker 5: lot of the shit before I.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Well, yeah, you got to undo a lot of shit,
- 50:56Speaker 1: but realistically, I'm starting there.
- 50:59Speaker 4: It's a problem, though, because that's exactly what they did
- 51:04Speaker 4: when they came in. They undid anything that had Biden's
- 51:07Speaker 4: name on it, whether good or bad. They didn't care
- 51:10Speaker 4: to look. They didn't care to rank or prioritize.
- 51:15Speaker 5: Not everything. I'm going to look through it and see
- 51:17Speaker 5: if I can find some shit to keep.
- 51:19Speaker 4: Listen, I'm sure that some things.
- 51:21Speaker 1: There was some shit that got kept that he just
- 51:24Speaker 1: put his name on it once it finalized. It was like, well,
- 51:30Speaker 1: that happened because of the infrastructure act. The chips and
- 51:36Speaker 1: science act that happened because of that yeah but then
- 51:39Speaker 1: he's like look what i've look what i did and
- 51:41Speaker 1: it's like no you didn't do that yeah i.
- 51:44Speaker 5: Mean honestly day one first pen stroke undo the tariffs
- 51:49Speaker 5: oh absolutely.
- 51:50Speaker 4: Yeah undo the tariffs and finish building the east wing
- 51:53Speaker 4: back to its former glory.
- 51:56Speaker 5: Not even that can wait i can live in a
- 51:58Speaker 5: shitty house i've done it before Yeah, literally.
- 52:01Speaker 4: That doesn't matter at all. Literally, don't even continue construction
- 52:04Speaker 4: at all. Just stop it the whole time until I'm gone.
- 52:06Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 52:06Speaker 5: I want to create jobs, so whoever's working on it,
- 52:09Speaker 5: keep working on it. But, you know, we're not doing
- 52:12Speaker 5: that gay ballroom.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not making it a ballroom. I'm making it
- 52:15Speaker 1: a horticulture museum.
- 52:17Speaker 2: Nope.
- 52:18Speaker 4: Also, no.
- 52:18Speaker 5: What the hell? Yeah.
- 52:20Speaker 4: A museum?
- 52:21Speaker 1: Open to the public.
- 52:23Speaker 5: No, just make it an office.
- 52:24Speaker 1: I definitely don't.
- 52:24Speaker 5: Want a crazy-ass public in my house.
- 52:27Speaker 4: You don't need that. Just make it an office building like.
- 52:29Speaker 1: It was before. No horticulture museum.
- 52:32Speaker 4: The white house should just be offices. Like there's nothing.
- 52:35Speaker 1: No, it wasn't an office before.
- 52:38Speaker 4: It was, it was, it was the, uh, first lady's office.
- 52:42Speaker 4: It was the office of the first lady.
- 52:43Speaker 1: The office was there.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:45Speaker 1: But wasn't, yes. I already have like a dining room.
- 52:48Speaker 4: What the fuck did I just say?
- 52:52Speaker 5: My wife can share my office with me. It's fine.
- 52:56Speaker 5: She doesn't need her own office.
- 52:58Speaker 4: Uh, Regardless of what was in there, it doesn't need
- 53:01Speaker 4: to be a ballroom. It doesn't need to be a focus.
- 53:03Speaker 4: I regret even bringing it up. Let's go back to
- 53:06Speaker 4: healthcare and education. Keep the McDonald's.
- 53:11Speaker 5: If it's already down there, it can stay. That's fair.
- 53:16Speaker 1: They serve human meat. Maybe.
- 53:19Speaker 4: But all I'm saying is don't go through willy-nilly just
- 53:23Speaker 4: cutting everything because Trump's name was on it.
- 53:26Speaker 5: Like, I'll go through it. I'm not a narcissistic idiot
- 53:29Speaker 5: like the last guy.
- 53:32Speaker 4: I'm sure that there's something good in there. There's got
- 53:35Speaker 4: to be something.
- 53:38Speaker 1: I'm for sure filling the cabinet with smart people that
- 53:43Speaker 1: actually know what they're doing in their field of study.
- 53:48Speaker 1: In the position they belong in. That's happening.
- 53:53Speaker 4: For sure.
- 53:54Speaker 5: I'm trying to reestablish NAFTA.
- 53:57Speaker 4: Oh, fun.
- 53:58Speaker 5: That was a Trump thing that I liked. Yeah. And
- 54:02Speaker 5: then he came in and was like, who's the idiot
- 54:04Speaker 5: that made this?
- 54:04Speaker 1: Who's the idiot that signed this deal? It was a
- 54:08Speaker 1: bad deal. This is your deal, dude.
- 54:10Speaker 5: It was such a weird day for me. I really
- 54:12Speaker 5: didn't want him to do away with it, but I
- 54:14Speaker 5: also really liked him calling himself an idiot.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:18Speaker 5: I don't know how to feel.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Mixed feelings.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:22Speaker 5: I want NAFTA back. Tariff's gone. And then we can
- 54:25Speaker 5: start combing through some other stuff.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Yeah. Education.
- 54:30Speaker 4: What are you going to do to education? From the
- 54:33Speaker 4: national government, federal government, how do you impact education?
- 54:38Speaker 5: Give Linda McMahon whatever she needs.
- 54:43Speaker 1: I mean, give teachers a raise.
- 54:46Speaker 4: You don't pay teachers.
- 54:47Speaker 1: I'm going to sign an executive order that teachers need
- 54:51Speaker 1: a raise.
- 54:52Speaker 4: You need to fund that because teachers get paid by
- 54:55Speaker 4: the taxpayers of the counties that are the districts that
- 54:59Speaker 4: they teach in.
- 54:59Speaker 5: Fine.
- 55:01Speaker 1: I'm going to raise the corporate tax and state of
- 55:04Speaker 1: wealth tax and that's going to pay for the teacher's
- 55:07Speaker 1: raise and free breakfast and lunch at schools.
- 55:11Speaker 5: You know what would solve the teacher's raise problem is
- 55:14Speaker 5: putting a blanket cap on the percentage of school property
- 55:19Speaker 5: taxes that could go to the Board of Education salary. Okay,
- 55:24Speaker 5: there we go. Small change that you could probably sneak
- 55:27Speaker 5: in there that would do the most good.
- 55:29Speaker 4: Now we're talking. That's what I want to hear. Because
- 55:33Speaker 4: you can't just say, teachers, y'all get a raise. That's
- 55:36Speaker 4: not practical. Dingo for Congress is not a meme. We're
- 55:40Speaker 4: getting in there. I'm saying, I'll write you in. Whatever
- 55:44Speaker 4: it takes.
- 55:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it makes sense, right? Yeah.
- 55:49Speaker 4: I feel like And I know that obviously I say
- 55:53Speaker 4: healthcare every time, but I feel like we could actually
- 55:55Speaker 4: figure out healthcare. I feel like we get everyone in
- 55:58Speaker 4: a room.
- 55:59Speaker 1: We look at all the other, many countries have figured
- 56:02Speaker 1: it out.
- 56:03Speaker 4: We get rid of all of the insurance companies through like,
- 56:07Speaker 4: you don't need that.
- 56:09Speaker 5: Are any of them? If you want, no, but we
- 56:11Speaker 5: could copy the best one that they have so far
- 56:13Speaker 5: and work off it.
- 56:15Speaker 4: You can keep private insurance. If you want that additionally
- 56:18Speaker 4: to cover other things, things like elective type deals but
- 56:23Speaker 4: that's something we could do that's something that can actually
- 56:25Speaker 4: be done we don't need to pay insurance companies it's
- 56:29Speaker 4: just like all there's so much money there's so much
- 56:31Speaker 4: money being sucked out of people's health through health insurance
- 56:36Speaker 4: and they're not getting any benefit out of it.
- 56:38Speaker 1: I mean i'm sure there's a statistic out there how
- 56:41Speaker 1: many homeless people are homeless because of medical debt.
- 56:45Speaker 4: Yeah like so it's just like it it's not even
- 56:48Speaker 4: about the, the funds aren't there. We have to increase revenue.
- 56:54Speaker 4: It's like the funds are there. They, we don't have
- 56:56Speaker 4: to increase anything. We need to reallocate where they're going.
- 56:58Speaker 4: They shouldn't be going to insurance companies. They should be
- 57:00Speaker 4: going directly to the hospitals or doctors or whatever, whatever
- 57:05Speaker 4: the system is. That's been working in all these other
- 57:07Speaker 4: developed nations. Like just reallocate the funds. The funds are there.
- 57:11Speaker 4: We'll end up saving money in the end. You'll spend less.
- 57:15Speaker 5: Let me just interject. Please real quick. Um, There's no
- 57:20Speaker 5: national single national census tracking the exact percentage, but regional
- 57:25Speaker 5: and targeted studies show that about one third, 33% of
- 57:30Speaker 5: people that are homeless became homeless solely because of medical debt.
- 57:34Speaker 4: See, that's, that's crazy.
- 57:36Speaker 5: One out of every three of them.
- 57:38Speaker 1: That's insane.
- 57:39Speaker 4: Way too many. That doesn't have to happen. That's something
- 57:42Speaker 4: that we can actually fix. Like when you fix one
- 57:45Speaker 4: issue and it, Impacts positively another issue. So we fix
- 57:50Speaker 4: medical debt. We fix health insurance, which shouldn't exist. And
- 57:54Speaker 4: we nationalize healthcare that starts to affect positively homelessness.
- 58:01Speaker 5: Like one third, 33%. That's crazy.
- 58:05Speaker 4: That's so crazy.
- 58:07Speaker 5: Not just medical debt combined with, you know, a pretty
- 58:11Speaker 5: bad crack problem. It's just medical debt.
- 58:14Speaker 1: Yeah. That's really sad. That just ruined my night.
- 58:18Speaker 4: It's a roll of the dice. Like, you don't know
- 58:20Speaker 4: what could happen. Like, you get cancer. Like, that's not
- 58:22Speaker 4: your fault. And now your life is over.
- 58:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:26Speaker 1: Literally and figuratively. You beat cancer, but good luck living
- 58:30Speaker 1: on the street for the rest of your life.
- 58:32Speaker 5: You beat cancer. Maybe next time you'll think twice about that, huh?
- 58:36Speaker 4: Yeah, literally. Like, that's the attitude that a lot on
- 58:39Speaker 4: the right go into this is like, why should I
- 58:42Speaker 4: pay for their cancer recovery treatments? They should have thought
- 58:45Speaker 4: about that before. getting cancer? Before they got cancer.
- 58:49Speaker 5: I just, no. I feel like, no. I've seen more
- 58:54Speaker 5: than one story of couples getting divorced because one of
- 58:59Speaker 5: them got really sick and they didn't want the other
- 59:01Speaker 5: one saddled with their medical debt. Yeah.
- 59:04Speaker 4: Or like they got a legal divorce, not an actual
- 59:07Speaker 4: relationship divorce.
- 59:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:09Speaker 4: The paper just because otherwise you're going to ruin me
- 59:13Speaker 4: financially because that's crazy. That's crazy. We live in a
- 59:15Speaker 4: country where that's even an option. That shouldn't happen. That
- 59:19Speaker 4: should never happen. I shouldn't have to divorce you so
- 59:22Speaker 4: I don't get saddled with your medical debt from your
- 59:25Speaker 4: life ending potentially illness.
- 59:28Speaker 5: So if you're against universal healthcare, you're also against the
- 59:31Speaker 5: sanctity of marriage.
- 59:33Speaker 4: Yeah. It's encouraging divorce.
- 59:36Speaker 5: It is godless heathens.
- 59:39Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 59:40Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 59:42Speaker 4: It's encouraging divorce. It is increasing homelessness. And no, you
- 59:47Speaker 4: want to pay a insurer. Why, why you ride for
- 59:51Speaker 4: insurance companies? It's like, this isn't coming out of the
- 59:55Speaker 4: taxpayer's pocket. Not really. I mean, it is and it isn't.
- 59:58Speaker 4: It's already coming out. It's just going to insurance companies.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: Just let it go to a different place and then
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: everyone can be happy. Yeah. And we can help the
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: homeless problem that you claim to want to help.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: It's an almost obvious fix. And it's just weird that
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: so many people ride for the insurance companies.
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: I don't get it.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: I don't get it. And I feel like that's something
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: that should be handled. Because it has a positive impact
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: in multiple areas.
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: Help people.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: That's what government should do.
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: Help people.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Help us. Please. Don't laugh.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: What were you talking about?
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Happy Yom Kippur.
- 1:00:43Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: So happy.
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: You don't get to pick and choose what you hear
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: of in the news. Same channel, different hands. We're just
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: pieces of their plans. Now you only see the veil
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: When the truth is for sale.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Don't get used to the same old voice Who's at
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: the door? Sorry, y'all, this ain't our station anymore Don't
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: make the scene, won't make this public Don't sound no alarm,
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: we try to do this the easy way Didn't mean
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: nobody harm, just made me bleed, you dry And hope
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: you didn't know this It's nothing personal, our business.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: And don't act like you don't.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: Know this Now the water's getting hot Don't pretend it's
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: what it's not Keep it tuned right here.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Turn the dial up slow.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Reality don't matter.
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: You still watch the damn show.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: Same channel, different hands.
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: We're just pieces of that plan. Nobody has a problem
- 1:01:59Speaker 7: with the people that.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Imagine all the opportunities this will bring when you let
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: the foreign nations come.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: And pull the strings.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: We sow the noise and we'll keep you quiet. America
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: will let it slide right by and nobody will riot.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Don't press back.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: We know just what you need, especially when half of
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: y'all can't even read.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Maybe some will think differently that this is obscene.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Good luck stopping us with a population glued to the screen.
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: Good luck stopping us with a population glued to the screen.
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: You don't get to pick and choose what you hear
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: of in the news. Same channel, different hands. We're just
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: pieces of their plans.
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: A cog in the machine. And who's behind the screen?
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: Now you only see the veil.
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: When the truth is for sale.
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Two billion dollar wealth fund. Donald Trump's real estate deals
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: are done. The money's green and we're all having fun.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: Who controls the information? There's already one.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: You don't get to pick and choose.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: What you hear of in the news. Same channel, different hands.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: We're just pieces of their plans. A cog in the machine.
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: And who's behind the screen?
