Good morning, everybody. It is officially stink bug season. Is anybody else plagued by this? Just curious. I had just put on a hoodie that I haven't put on. In probably a year at least, I go to put it on and stink bugs just come flying out of this thing. And I'm like, fucking awesome. At least three. I think there's like at least three of Anyway, hope you had a fantastic Tuesday. mine was spent running around doing some celebration for one of the kiddos and we did all the celebratory things. So we did we did that. If you saw my latest social media post, you will see that I had gone ahead and did some more work on my pipe pond project on the homestead. And I hope to have that particular portion of that project finished out before the end of the week. Hopefully. Now, it only works with the time frame I'm given and I, you know, it's just things never go one hundred percent according to plan. If it would have went according to plan, I would already have that thing buried. So yeah, things don't always go according to plan. But I spent yesterday moving the pipe into the channel that was dug out for it to go in. And I went ahead and started backfilling it. And it's, you know, when when talk about backfilling these things, it's not just push some dirt over, it's fine. Like, no, no, no, no. You have to make sure you have clean fill dirt on this on this pipe and not not like big rocks, because the rocks in the dirt can press, the more weight, then you have a rock forced against it. a point on a rock or a rock itself creates a a pressure point and then boom, snaps the pipe. So you gotta kinda be cautious with that first layer. Once you get a couple feet of dirt on it though, you start dropping big rocks and shit, it really don't matter. Now the right way to do this would have been to encase the pipe in gravel first, all right, 'cause gravel dissipates the weight and dis dissipates what the pipe is being forced to endure. but in all honesty and all reality, it's Gravel in this situation, being that I'm trying to stop and prevent water from flowing around the pipe, would not have helped. So there's there's that. Anyway, trying to think what else I did. Pretty much pissed away, you know, pissed away on that for most of the day yesterday. for dinner yesterday, we went to chicken salad chick. And if you've never had a chicken salad chick meal or food item before, it's definitely worth it. My go-to there, I'm quickly finding, is the chicken Plablano soup. Along with the grape salad. And then some sort of one of their chickens, one of their chicken salads. They're good. It is it doesn't quite follow the blood type based diet entirely. However, it doesn't violate it too heavily either. Long and the short, I don't I'm not sick or hurting when I leave there. Just, you know, the long and the short. And I I I am worried about my future self though, because It seems like as time rolls on here, my stomach just gets more and more sensitive to different things. And I'm worried when I'm older, it's gonna be like the only thing you can have is prune juice and toast. And that's gonna be an exciting life full of prune juice and toast. Speaking of prune juice and toast, what's up, Scooter? How are you doing over there, producer scooter? He's just staring at me. I guess he didn't like my prune juice and toast comment. Producer Scooter's here with me in the studio, just on the other side of me, a thousand miles away. And yeah. been a been a good eventful morning thus far. Kids are off doing their thing, doing where they need, gone where they need to go. My wife has a massage appointment this morning. So hopefully she gets a happy ending out of it. You know, one can only hope. Makes my life a little easier. And as you're listening to this, I will probably be down in the woods playing with my pipe. Yes. My goal today is is to finish getting that thing covered and buried. That is my goal for the day. And there's there's a couple reasons. the the main reason is that, I I need to access the property. So this has to get done quick. This is this is totally cut off all my access. Something else that happened that was interesting yesterday. a gentleman for the Forest Service called me the day before yesterday and said, Hey man, you filled out this paperwork. Have you had an assessment done on your property yet? And I said, No. I called all the licensed contractors that were supposed to come out to do the assessment. I left voicemails. Some called back, some didn't. Some said they were busy. Some said call this guy. And lo and behold, nobody showed up. I've totally forgot I even signed up for it. So basically, due to the damage from Hurricane Helene, the state was offering timber loss compensation. So if you have a bunch of damage under your property, trees down, et cetera, whatever, they were coming in and they were compensating. Okay. And not shit tons of money, but you know, a little bit of money here and there. And the long and short was I thought that, hey, you know, even if I can get some diesel fuel out of out of this just to compensate for the fuel I've been burning in machines cleaning stuff up from the the hurricane, that'd be great. They came out, they did the assessment, they said, you just don't have enough to qualify, just not enough damage. Now mind you, I've been working on getting everything cleaned up for over a year now. So I mean, before started this cleaning process, I probably did have that much damage. Well, what are you gonna do? he did tell me about another program that I might look into. We shall see. It doesn't do the cleanup, but it is mainly for a forest fire prevention. So you could still see a lot of down trees and foliage on our land. This program might come in and do a little bit of work to help mitigate and prevent wildfires, which would help me out tremendously in the event we start getting wildfires again. Anyway, we'll be back right after these messages. Can't get enough of Jester Dooms? Check out his other show, It's Doomsday Podcast, available on all podcast platforms. That's It's Doomsday Podcast. Back to the show. Ladies and or gentlemans, welcome in to the Doom Daily Show. Welcome back. I'm your host, Jester Dooms. Join me is the lovely talented producer Scooter. Yes. Yes. Make sure to like, share, and subscribe to the show if you haven't already. All right. This is not something I would typically get into on this show. I would typically get to this on my other show. But we're going to talk about it on the Doom Daily show because again, I cover the news stories I want to cover. Okay. If you don't like it, you can get the fuck out. Get out. Go. Go listen to another show. Okay. So here we go. Pentagon preparing US military bases to operate off-grid for 90 days, spokesman says. By Owen Evans on the Epic Times, the Pentagon is planning for its major military installations across the United States to be able to be to operate off-grid for at least 90 days without relying on civilian power grids, external fuel or water supplies. Its chief spokesman confirmed on October twenty fifth. Pentagon chief spokesman Sean Parnell confirmed reporting on the issue published by Fox News Digital on October twenty-fifth. In quotes, Fortress is strategic deterrence and action, ensuring our defense defenses are hardened and proactive and ready, Parnell said in an ex post sharing the article out on october twenty fifth. Fortress stands for Federal Operations for Resilience, Troop Resources, Energy Supply, and Survivability. Parnell said he created Fortress America because we can no longer rely on two oceans to protect us. All right. Let me let me let me pause. In quotes, because we can no longer rely on two oceans to protect us. Do you know what that means? That statement implies the only reason we're safe is because we're distant from foreign nations that want to do damage or harm to this country, its infrastructure, or its citizens. Okay. Now, all right. Now that we got that particular portion out of the way and you understand it, I I do want you to think about something for a second. Military bases around the around the nation are stockpiled with things like MREs, bottled water, weapons, generators, backup generators, they're meant to keep going in the event of a disaster. However, they're not meant to keep going long term. Short disaster till infrastructure is restored, supply chains come back online, etc. Now, if you listen to my other show, Old Dooms tells you, you know, if you're new to this, Prepare yourself for 90 days. If you're new to the prepper sphere, have 90 day supplies. That's your that's your minimum. You want to prep and be prepared for 90 days. Okay. That's what you want. Some people go above and beyond based on their belief systems. My belief system is that if anything truly catastrophic happens, truly, truly catastrophic, out of control situation, the most, the max time frame, the max. I would think that it's gonna take to get the nation back online in the event of the worst catastrophe we could see would be five years. Okay. Now you might say, Dims, five years is a long time. You blinking five years is gone. Think about where you were and what you were doing five years ago. And you'd be like, damn, that really doesn't seem that long ago. No, it doesn't, does it? It doesn't. So I'm not gonna get into really the the nitty gritty, nitty gritty of why I feel this way. Like I'm not go going to get into it, but I just wanted to point that out. That they specifically mention 90 days. Okay. All right. The outdated assumption of the two oceans protect us reflects the threats we face, he said. The outdated assumption no longer reflects the threats we face, he said. President Donald Trump and Secretary Pete Hegseth understand this and have already paved the way with Golden Dome and a renewed focus on Western Hemisphere, including Greenland and Panama. In quotes, all of it reflects a fundamental shift in how we defend America. War has evolved, the threats have evolved, and our defenses must evolve with them. Now, preparing military bases to survive infrastructure failure, in my humble opinion, is not defensive. That's offensive, right? Because if a military base is still properly functioning, you can provide offense, right? So To me, a defensive tactic for a military base would be, hey, we're putting more bunkers underground. Hey, we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna put taller fences with an extra set of razor wire around here. Hey, we need to increase foot patrols. Hey, we need to increase rove vehicles around the outside of the perimeter. Th those would be defensive tactics. Getting this getting your bases to function in the event of this the of the power grid going down or the water shuts down that flows into the base. I mean, that's kind of That's strategic, but it's strategic on the offensive side because you could still function, my opinion. Anyway, so according to the Fox report, the 90-day standard includes access to electricity, water, fuel, communications, and other essential services needed to sustain military operations. Jesus. I wish I would have taken I wish I would have fucking took the time to read the next paragraph and I could have skipped everything I just said. it's almost like I know a thing or two because I've seen a thing or two. We'll be right back after these messages. Need a break from reality? Well sometimes I do too, and the place I go to take that break is the Beans and Weenie Show. You can find the link at linktree.com backslash BWD crew. The Beans and Weenie Show where chaos and common sense wage war and you get a front row seat. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the Doom Daily Show. Make sure to like, share, and subscribe. I'm still your host, Jester Dooms. It said the strategy is anticipating major disruptions to the global supply chains, the supply of the military with weapons, equipment, and critical materials, and involves preparing Americans, America's civilian manufacturing sector to support wartime mobilization. Okay, let's let's analyze that. The civilian infrastructure. sector that supports wartime mobilization that can break down into many different facets, like an unreal amount of jobs, supplies, I I mean everything. If you're thinking in your head that it's just the the the you know, the firearms manufacturers or the the the weapons manufacturers, the guys that make the bullets and stuff, right? Those guys. Like no no no no no no no. Wartime supplies can be everything from textiles to auto parts to auto manufacturing, everything. you you take a soldier and you place him in the middle of a desert. Okay, he's yes, he's gonna need a rifle, he's gonna need a sidearm, he's going to need a ballistic helmet, he's going to need camo, he's going to need MREs, he's going to need water, he's going to need communications, he's going to need a vehicle, he's gonna need a partner that's gonna need all the same things. Like the list goes on and on and on. Of what we need for these soldiers to function. And then when you put this on a massive scale, I don't know, something the size of the US fucking military, you're talking an abundance of supplies and needs and goods. It's it's limitless. It's absolutely insane. So when they're talking about this particular, you know, this particular infrastructure, you have to ask yourself, what the fuck do they see coming? Like what What happened? What red flag popped up? And they were like, mm-mm, it's time we let the American people know we're about to get ready. Okay. And then this is funny. In quotes, we don't want to rely on standard civilian municipal infrastructure to run our national defense. We just simply can't. It's an intolerable risk, Parnell told Fox News. Power is combat now. Without electricity, you lose communications, water, logistics, assembly lines, and just basic. Military compound structures. The launch of Fortress was announced on September 30th by Hegseth during his state of the force, State of the Force ad address at the Marine Corps base Quantico. In that speech, Hegseth said he was making key U.S. military installations and other critical supplies and infrastructure more resilient to disruption. So I'm I'm going to tell you guys something. I used to work for a company. Not gonna, I'm not gonna mention who or or who they were. But one of the better details for this company was infrastructure protection. And you wouldn't believe how much money is going into infrastructure protection already. Things like water treatment facilities, power grids, things like this, they are they are guarded now, and they have been for years. This is not secret information. anyway, moving on. we are building we are building long overdue strategic reserves deep enough to fight through disruption, he said. We're hardening every installation on American soil against cyber intrusion, sabotage, and drones. The military has already taken steps to develop small nuclear reactors to generate power at military bases independent of local energy grids. So think about that. And while you're thinking about that, be right back after these messages. Hey, producer Scooter here. First off, thank you for downloading and participating in the wide world of Jester Doo. I'm your host, Jester Dooms. Okay, so we're not the only ones. UK preparing for war catastrophe. Across the Atlantic, the British are also ramping up efforts to get their population prepared for conflict or catastrophe. British Defense Secretary West Streeting said the country must be ready for war in 1,000 days after the government advised citizens to stock up on essential supplies. Now, see, this is what I have a problem with in this country. Okay. We have demonized doomsday preppers like we're a bunch of conspiracy theorists, nutballs. And this country over there that we make fun of and shit is like, nah, citizens get essential supplies now, start stocking up. Okay. writing in the telegraph over the weekend, streeting warned the UK's UK's enemies could be ready to launch an attack on the UK by 2030. I'm not gonna get that's Conspiracy, but if you guys know them and you listen to my other show, you know why that number sticks the fuck out. Our adversaries' willing willingness to harm us is not new, he wrote. What has changed is their capacity. By twenty thirty, their forces, strength, and war economy could put them in a position to attack. That gives you a little over one thousand days to complete our mission to be ready with our allies to fight and win. Streeting said the danger may not come through conventional military action, warning that hybrid war tactics such as disrupting technology or disinformation campaigns also pose a threat. All Brits are also being urged to stock nine liters of bottled water and three days' worth of food to ensure that they can survive in the event of weather, cyber, or other critical emergency. Parents with babies are advised to keep a supply of essential products while all households are urged to have blankets, cash. A first aid kit, a flashlight with batteries, and a wind up FM radio. Okay. Again, this is not a topic that I would cover on the Doom Daily show. It's just not. Okay. It's not. But the writing is on the wall that something is coming. Okay. It's it's out there. It's way fucking, it's way too quiet. All right. And I do think shit's shit's gonna pop off. Now, the reason why. I find 2030 to be very ominous. And I wasn't going to get into it, but I guess we will. So we don't have enough time left on today's show to do it, but I will just give you the brief summary of what this is. So back in the 90s, there was a little something released called the Sustainable Energy Plan, which was eventually coined Agenda 21, which eventually was renamed to Agenda 2030. All right. And this document was I I can't remember how many pages. It was like 300 pages. I c I can't remember, but it was available at and it might still be available on the UN's website. So this is a plan not just within the United States, but with many world leaders, you know, the United Nations. And basically it it really It really breaks down where we're heading in our future. And I haven't read through the document in a long time. So I don't want to recite things improperly because I can't recite it verbatim. but there's a lot of things in this document that are very, very ominous. Okay. And in order to make the things happen that they want to happen within these documents, you kind of gotta have catastrophes and lessen the population and things like that to do it. Just to put it kind of loosely. Okay. So your conspiracy nuts who seem to always be right. Have theorized that there would be a catalyst and you know, there would be a great war, there would be a World War III type situation that would decimate all the nations, and it would come into agreement that it's time to launch the lovely so-named sustainable energy plan. and that when we come out of this, you'll have three nations primarily that lead the world. so all these little independent countries and stuff will just they'd be gone. And I could be wrong about the the initial name being the sustainable energy plan. It that it may have been something else then got coined that later. So I apologize if that information is incorrect. And if I would have known this was going to be listed in that article and if I was if I knew I was going to be talking about it, like 'cause I didn't really want to get into it, I I would have went ahead and And pulled some of these ominous quotes from the document. It's very scary to think, though, that we're doing this. The UK is over here doing their part and getting themselves hardened and getting their citizens up and ready for something that's coming. I would encourage you to do your own research into these topics. And I would encourage you to go with what makes you feel comfortable in the realm as being being. Prepared, self-sufficient, etc. Listen, there's countries out there and there's world leaders out there that if they had the technology, the money, and the missiles to reach American soil, they'd be launching those suckers every day. So don't, don't discount that we don't have enemies out there because we do. Don't discount that there's people that want to do harm to you just because you're American. There are. So much so to where Americans have been urged. recently to not go to certain parts of the world because Americans are being targeted and killed. And we knew that since the the conflict with Hormuz happened in the Straits. So Iran flat out stated like we're gonna kill Americans if we see There's a lot of crazy things going on in this world. But the Doom the Doom Daily show does not scratch the surface of it. It really doesn't. I don't have the time. I don't have the time to get into everything that we do. We would have to do a much longer show every day to really start scratching the surface of Everything that's reported every day and everything that's happening. And that's, I said, I don't I don't cover all this crazy shit just because it's too much. I just cover the things I find interesting in the moment and that's what we talk about. That's all. But yeah. I don't I don't know. It makes me it makes me rethink my strategy because I, if I got a hundred, if I got a thousand days here to get my ducks in a row, go through supplies, check dates on things, it's like, hmm. what should I be replacing? What should I be stocking up on? what do I know? What don't I have that I might need? And then also you think to yourself the 90 day thing. And remember, there's a big difference if something happens in the winter versus happening in the summer. you could live without AC. You can't live without heat. so that's something to put into perspective. And that's something that people mo like typical people, like regular your your average Joe, doesn't think about that. Your survivability factor in the winter goes way, way down. Grid goes down, you got electric heat, you froze. it's it's that simple. So keep an eye on this, guys. Keep an eye on this, keep an eye on what's going on in the media. Definitely, definitely if shit hits the fan, I'm going to producer Scooter's house. He said he's got a room for me in the basement or something, so that's where I'm going. He's got the meats stocked up. He's got the meats. Anyway, we'll be back here tomorrow for another exciting episode of the Doom Daily Show. Guys, if you would make sure to like, share, and subscribe to the show. Leave a five star review wherever you're listening. And we will catch you guys back here. Jester wants to thank you for listening to the Doom Daily Show. Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe.
