- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. When Jeffrey Epstein was first arrested in twenty nineteen,
- 0:09one of the most shocking bits of information to come
- 0:11out of that arrest was that Zoro Ranch was never rated,
- 0:16And while people like us were demanding answers as to
- 0:19why Zoro Ranch was never rated, the legacy media was
- 0:22way too busy calling people conspiracy theorists to really dive
- 0:27into what was going on in New Mexico. And one
- 0:29of the main reasons for that is that Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:33was very well connected inside of the state and that
- 0:36protection went all the way up to the governor's house.
- 0:40And we're not talking about pickyune little allegations here. We're
- 0:43talking about serious allegations. We're talking about Virginia Roberts saying
- 0:49that Bill Richardson, who was the governor of the state,
- 0:53rapedor But the legacy media they couldn't be bothered by
- 0:57that at the time because it would have provided a
- 1:00unition to the other side. So instead of doing the
- 1:02right thing and exposing this for what it was, they
- 1:06hardly ever talked about it. They didn't talk about the
- 1:09King family, They didn't talk about the relationships that Jeffrey
- 1:13Epstein built in the state of New Mexico and how
- 1:17that led directly to Jeffrey Epstein being able to get
- 1:20away with what he got away with. And there still
- 1:22has not been any kind of reckoning. And that's why
- 1:27when Biden had Bill Richardson working with him to get
- 1:30Britney Griner home from Russia, I called that a bad
- 1:34idea as well, like, what are we doing right now?
- 1:37What kind of message are we trying to send to people?
- 1:40And what I find really gross is that this same
- 1:42legacy media who largely ignored Virginia when she was alive,
- 1:47all of a sudden they believe everything she said. Now,
- 1:51if they would have had that same approach back in
- 1:53twenty nineteen, things would have been a lot different. But instead,
- 1:58the legacy media chose to continue to protect the powerful
- 2:01and ignore the disgusting truth that was staring them directly
- 2:05in the face. Well, now the state of New Mexico
- 2:09has a new investigation that they kicked off, and they're
- 2:12starting to ask questions about Epstein's links to the powerful
- 2:16people within the state, and not only that, but who
- 2:20protected him, who was taking his money, who was visiting
- 2:23with him, who was spending time with him. All of
- 2:26that has to be looked at, and hopefully that's what
- 2:29this investigation is going to do. Today's article is from
- 2:33Reuter's and the headline as New Mexico investigates questions are
- 2:38raised about Epstein's links to the powerful. This article was
- 2:44authored by Andrew Hay As police for the first time
- 2:48search Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch for evidence of any
- 2:52abuse he may have committed at the Old West theme
- 2:55tied away, attention has focused on the powerful former politicians
- 2:59in the state who continued to meet and receive campaign
- 3:02donations from Epstein long after he became a registered sex offender. Yeo,
- 3:08I'm old enough to remember a time in this country
- 3:10when that alone would have had you looking for a
- 3:13new gig. You certainly would have been in public office,
- 3:17that's for damn sure. But I guess in this quote
- 3:19unquote new and improved country we live in, it's all good.
- 3:22And unfortunately that's what happens when cult of personality becomes
- 3:26more important than protecting the most vulnerable. Epstein's relationship with
- 3:32the state Democratic Party leaders, uh oh, people aren't going
- 3:35to want to hear this, but I've been telling you,
- 3:37including two former governors and a state attorney general, and
- 3:41the institutional failings that may have allowed the convicted sex
- 3:44offender to perpetrate abuse at the ranch or under investigation
- 3:49by a New Mexico state truth Commission, the first of
- 3:52its kind in the country, and I hope it's not
- 3:55the last, because we can't rely on the federal government
- 3:58to do the right thing here. I think that's relatively
- 4:01obvious to anyone paying attention at this point, and I
- 4:04think anybody that's relying on the federal government to step
- 4:08in and give us the information needed is kidding themselves.
- 4:12And so I hope that more states take a proactive
- 4:15approach and look into these matters for themselves, and if
- 4:20any crimes were committed at the state level, those crimes
- 4:23should be prosecuted. Right Zoro Ranch, where Epstein spent about
- 4:27two months a year, was alleged to be a hub
- 4:30and his sex trafficking of children that stretch between the
- 4:33US Virgin Islands, New York, and Florida. According to a
- 4:37twenty twenty letter from the New Mexico Attorney General's office
- 4:41and numerous documents, among the millions recently released by the
- 4:45US Department of Justice. Notice how they don't talk about France,
- 4:49or the UK or these other countries Epstein was operating in.
- 4:54It wasn't just America. This was an international trafficking operation.
- 5:00I'll take it a step further, not just trafficking, but
- 5:04a transnational criminal organization in general, whether it's money laundering,
- 5:09wire fraud, human trafficking, or hell drugs. As we've seen,
- 5:15Jeffrey Epstein had his disgusting hands in plenty of pies.
- 5:18So let's not be naive and think there's any crimes
- 5:21at this comebag wasn't interested in committing. Epstein spent relatively
- 5:27little to establish himself as a major funding force in
- 5:30democratic run New Mexico. He donated just over one hundred
- 5:34and sixty thousand dollars across five races between two thousand
- 5:37and two and twenty fourteen, according to interviews and a
- 5:41review of campaign finance records. He was often the biggest
- 5:45outside donor to campaigns, including after his first sex offender
- 5:50conviction in two thousand and eight. This is not new information.
- 5:54This is exactly what we've been telling you for years,
- 5:58and they ignored it. They called does conspiracy theorists. They
- 6:02said that we were right wingers all because we were
- 6:06exposing what was going on in New Mexico. And I
- 6:09remember when this was all cracking off, people on the
- 6:12left were like, come on, you're unfairly targeting Bill Richardson.
- 6:15This is all about, you know, moving the narrative, this
- 6:18is about blaming the Democrats. But really it was just
- 6:22about following the evidence. And now the same is true
- 6:26about what's going on currently. I'm just following the evidence
- 6:29wherever it takes me. And if that leads to your
- 6:32favorite politician, that sounds like a you and your favorite
- 6:35politician problem, not a me problem. But the legacy media
- 6:40they refused to report on it. They had much better
- 6:43things to do, folks, much better things like to divide
- 6:46the populace. Reuters did not find any evidence that Epstein
- 6:51received anything in return for his donations. Oh, nothing in return. Nothing,
- 6:55because we all know that's how Epstein operated, right, A
- 6:58guy that you know was just altruistic, like I always say,
- 7:02didn't want anything in return. He was just doing it
- 7:04because you know, that's how he rolls. Epstein ties with
- 7:08the late former Governor Bill Richardson have been well reported.
- 7:12The state's former top law enforcement agent, Gary King, also
- 7:16had contact with Epstein after he was convicted of felony
- 7:20sex crimes, including meeting him in twenty ten. Epstein donated
- 7:24to dozens of US politicians, but nearly all of them
- 7:27cut ties with them after the Florida conviction. Well, not
- 7:31the people in New Mexico and not Stacy Plaskett. And
- 7:34that's the uncomfortable truth that these Democratic lawmakers in Congress
- 7:38have to grapple with. It wasn't just the other side
- 7:41of the aisle. And this is the point that people
- 7:44who really know this story have been trying to make
- 7:47for half a decade now, little more than half a decade,
- 7:51and it's fallen on deaf hears. But now that Reuters
- 7:55is reporting it, maybe people will listen once you know
- 7:59what's happened. Tontinue to take campaign contributions is reprehensible. US
- 8:03Congresswoman Theresa Legger Fernandez said on the sidelines of a
- 8:08March at Zora Ranch protest when asked about the relationship
- 8:11between Epstein and Richardson and King. King's campaign returned to
- 8:16the donation in twenty fourteen. Not one comment yet or
- 8:21one statement about the allegations made against Bill Richardson by
- 8:25Virginia Roberts. So if you're going to report what you
- 8:28saw in the Epstein files about Donald Trump, then you
- 8:31most certainly have to report what has been said about
- 8:35Bill Richardson. And also George Mitchell. Let's not forget him.
- 8:41So as you can see, folks, this is a gigantic
- 8:44shit sandwich, and we're all taken a bite. It doesn't
- 8:46matter what side of the isle you're on. King's campaign
- 8:51returned to donation in twenty fourteen. Leger Fernandez, who represents
- 8:57the High Plains area thirty miles south of this capitalist
- 9:00Santa Fe, is among those questioning why federal, state, and
- 9:05local law enforcement never investigated complaints of sexual abuse at
- 9:09the ranch, and why federal authorities told state investigators to
- 9:13drop a child sex trafficking probe in twenty nineteen but
- 9:17never searched or seize the ranch before it's twenty twenty three. Sell, Well,
- 9:23you'll say it's a coincidence, and I'll say it's by design.
- 9:28They didn't want that place rated. They didn't want all
- 9:31these ties to all these local politicians in New Mexico
- 9:35to be revealed, so they had to protect them, right,
- 9:39got to make sure you protect the political class. Who
- 9:42cares if girls were raped? Who cares if people were harmed?
- 9:45Not our business. We're just law enforcement. King seventy one
- 9:49said he never visited Epstein's ranch and never asked the
- 9:52late finance here for campaign donations. After his Florida conviction,
- 9:57I personally told mister Epstein that the campaign would not
- 10:00accept contributions from him as a result of his admitted
- 10:04criminal activity. King, new Mexico's attorney general from two thousand
- 10:08and seven to twenty fifteen, said in a statement in
- 10:12a response to Reuter's questions about campaign letters seeking donations
- 10:15from Epstein included in the DJ files, King said he
- 10:21had no knowledge that the letters were sent to Epstein,
- 10:24and they appeared to be pro forma mailings to past donors.
- 10:27Always an excuse. Right can never own up to it.
- 10:32And that's one of the things that I find so
- 10:33disgusting about the whole thing. These people have lied for
- 10:37years about what happened about their relationships, and now that
- 10:40they're being outed, they continue to double down on those lies.
- 10:45I mean, traditionally speaking, when you find yourself in a hole,
- 10:49you usually want to stop digging right, But I guess
- 10:51you'd have to feel some shame for that, and these people,
- 10:54they don't feel any shame whatsoever, And the only regret
- 10:57they feel is the regret for being outed as someone
- 11:01hanging out with Epstein. In nineteen ninety three, Epstein bought
- 11:05seventy five hundred acres of land from three times New
- 11:08Mexico Governor Bruce King and other members of his powerful
- 11:12New Mexico political family. According to county records, Gary King,
- 11:17who is Bruce King's son, was one of the parties
- 11:19to the sale. In his statement to Reuters, the younger
- 11:23King said that Epstein paid around three point seventy five
- 11:26million for the land, a fair market value at the
- 11:29time based on New Mexico University research. Bruce King died
- 11:34in two thousand and nine. Epstein proceeded to build what
- 11:38became known locally as the Victoria's Secret Ranch for the
- 11:41lingerie models rumored to go there. Three local people told Reuters, Yo,
- 11:47why didn't Reuters go there back into twenty nineteen twenty
- 11:51twenty like I did all these years later? Now you're
- 11:54trying to hold people accountable when evidence is gone, memories
- 11:58are forgotten, people have died, but sure welcome to the party.
- 12:01Pal a master networker, Epstein invited scientists, politicians, billionaires, and
- 12:07Hollywood celebrities to the Ranch, where some commented on the
- 12:10girls emails in the Epstein File show. In two thousand
- 12:14and six, Epstein donated fifteen thousand dollars to the campaign
- 12:18of Gary King. King told Reuters he did not return
- 12:21the money, as in two thousand and six he was
- 12:24not aware of any reports of wrongdoing by Epstein. No,
- 12:28none at all, no reports whatsoever. Nobody had any idea.
- 12:33What are you crazy? He wouldcall, meeting Epstein only once
- 12:37in twenty ten at Santa Fe restaurant Jinja, where they
- 12:41drank tea and Epstein expressed his condolences. After King's father died,
- 12:46a two thousand and nine email to Epstein said al
- 12:49Zoro Ranch staff would attend Bruce King's funeral service. King,
- 12:53who trained as a chemist, said at their meeting they
- 12:56briefly discussed Epstein's interaction with the Santa Fe Institute, an
- 13:00influential scientific foundation, and who the hell knows what they're
- 13:04up to. They wanted nothing to do with your boy.
- 13:08I got thrown off that campus so fast when I
- 13:10was there. It wasn't even funny. It was like they
- 13:12knew I was coming, which they probably did, considering I
- 13:15went to Epstein's ranch first, so they probably were aware
- 13:19that I was in town and I was coming, and
- 13:21when I showed up, they were right there to fucking
- 13:24toss me. Nobody wanted to talk, not one single word.
- 13:29When King ran for governor in twenty fourteen, Epstein donated
- 13:33thirty five thousand, six hundred dollars to the campaign, the
- 13:37largest outside donation. Record show. King returned the twenty fourteen
- 13:42funds to Ebstein's companies three days after they were reported
- 13:46in the press on September ninth of that year. Record
- 13:49show around the same time, Epstein arranged to September eighth
- 13:53jet charter for King to attend to campaign breakfast in Washington,
- 13:58According to emails in the DOJ Epstein files, King's campaign
- 14:02paid for the flight, according to state records. OH, I
- 14:06have questions about that. What we see on paper and
- 14:09what officially occurred two very different things. Just keep that
- 14:14in mind. If I had known of mister Epstein's involvement
- 14:18at the time, I would have asked my staff to
- 14:20use another charter company to conduct the flight, said King,
- 14:24who's retired from politics and now the president of a
- 14:27charity called get this New Mexico Children's Foundation. All these
- 14:32people are degenerates. This guy was living off of Jeffrey
- 14:37Epstein's large esse and now he's running a New Mexico
- 14:40children's foundation. Boy, they love to just throw it right
- 14:43in your face, don't they. The New Mexico Department of
- 14:48Justice declined to comment. A document in the Epstein files
- 14:51shows FBI agents visited the New Mexico ranch in February
- 14:55two thousand and seven, when King was in charge of
- 14:58New Mexico Law Enforce Horseman, and questioned manager Bryce Gordon
- 15:02about Messus's Epstein flew in or hired locally. Reuters was
- 15:08not able to contact Gordon. King said the US Justice
- 15:11Department never informed his office of any investigation involving Epstein
- 15:16or his associates. Well, that's because it was killed by
- 15:19Philippe and Mukaesy, not alex Acosta. Do you think alex
- 15:24Acosta has the ability to kill the investigation all the
- 15:28way in New Mexico or do you think that came
- 15:30from Maine Justice. Reuters found no evidence King had knowledge
- 15:36of a federal probe into Epstein at that time. Santa
- 15:39Fe Police Deputy Chief Ben Valdez said in a statement
- 15:43his department had no record of any report concerning Epstein.
- 15:47The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office, in whose jurisdiction the
- 15:50ranch is located, said it was looking into any allegations
- 15:53it may have received regarding Epstein. New Mexico State Police
- 15:57did not respond to a request for comment. New Mexico
- 16:01Attorney General Raul Torres reopened the state's Epstein investigation in February.
- 16:07The US Department of Justice and FBI declined to comment. Well,
- 16:11of course they did. They're having their work checked right now, right,
- 16:15that's what's going on. The state doesn't trust the federal government,
- 16:19so they have their own investigation that's cracking off. Is
- 16:22it going to lead anywhere? I don't know. But much
- 16:24more confident in them actually investigating things here than I
- 16:28am with the DOJ, because the DOJ has shown us
- 16:31and told us they have no desire here. There's no
- 16:34more investigation to be had, and you should move on.
- 16:37But thankfully, the people in New Mexico don't seem to
- 16:40be ready to move on, And I don't think you
- 16:43folks are either, so, like usual, we'll keep the flags
- 16:47of discontent waving as we continue our journey through the
- 16:50muck looking for that clarity. All the information that goes
