- Yoel Bakas: I'm heading to Acro this week. I'm not going for the keynotes as much as I'm going for the conversations happening around them. The conversations that I'm having with administrators right now are very different from what usually shows up on the agenda. It's not about one rule change, it's about the collision. Capital plans that no longer match the reimbursement reality. AI investments creating liability because workflow and regulatory ownership weren't designed first. And margin pressure that's starting to look systemic, not seasonal. That's what I'll be listening for all this week. If you're in Orlando and thinking through similar questions, I'd be happy to compare notes.
