Latest / Vanity Farah with Chris Farah / 90 Day Fiancé Season 12 Episode 1 “In My Getting Married Era” Part 1
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, Welcome back to Vanity Farrah. My name is
- 0:05Speaker 1: Chris Farrah, and a new day has dawn. It is
- 0:11Speaker 1: the premiere episode of ninety Day Fiance period What is
- 0:16Speaker 1: kidding actually? Colon Season twelve, Episode one, in My Getting
- 0:22Speaker 1: Married era. Gosh, Influenzer culture has really seeped a whole
- 0:30Speaker 1: lingo into our vocab, you know, and that's to be expected. However,
- 0:37Speaker 1: I wonder how they're going to continue their themed titles.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Is it going to be like in my Getting engaged era,
- 0:46Speaker 1: in my getting to know you time, in my getting divorced?
- 0:50Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure. I mean, I can't always be
- 0:52Speaker 1: in my something era? Right or can it be? You
- 0:54Speaker 1: tell me? Oh, you guys, this was a great episode.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's obviously all new people, which is what I don't
- 1:04Speaker 1: think there's anything else in God's Earth that we care
- 1:06Speaker 1: more about than having like new blood. We begin a
- 1:11Speaker 1: new season of ninety Day Fiance Colon. It's season twelve,
- 1:16Speaker 1: it's episode one. It's in My Getting married era. Well,
- 1:24Speaker 1: you know, here's the thing. I think that's a little
- 1:28Speaker 1: bit ahead of ourselves. This is more of our in
- 1:32Speaker 1: my getting my loved one safely from the plane to
- 1:37Speaker 1: my house era, and then we still have ninety days
- 1:39Speaker 1: before we actually get into the married era. You know
- 1:41Speaker 1: what I'm saying, I think you do, because are all
- 1:44Speaker 1: these couples going to make it down the aisle? You
- 1:47Speaker 1: know why? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. However, listen,
- 1:51Speaker 1: I'm hoping for the best, and so are you, because
- 1:53Speaker 1: we have love in our hearts and we want everyone
- 1:56Speaker 1: to feel joy and happiness. But at the same time,
- 1:59Speaker 1: we need, you know, people to make smart decisions about
- 2:02Speaker 1: their lives, and so do we. So you know, we're
- 2:05Speaker 1: going to have some cautious trepidation. So I wonder how
- 2:08Speaker 1: they're going to continue the titles. Is it always going
- 2:11Speaker 1: to be in My something something era? I'll tell you
- 2:16Speaker 1: this could have been called in my getting drunk and
- 2:18Speaker 1: wanting to make out with people era, and that would
- 2:21Speaker 1: have been an appropriate title. And here's the thing. I
- 2:25Speaker 1: think we've all well I don't want to speak for everyone,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but I think that people listening to this podcast can relate.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I love getting you know, a stranger's lips on mine,
- 2:37Speaker 1: especially if we've been like, you know, flirting hardcore and
- 2:40Speaker 1: there's like some sexual cam and if there's alcohol involved.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Surely I will fall into like you know, many ellips.
- 2:45Speaker 1: But let's start, however, with our girl Marissa. Now, Marissa
- 2:51Speaker 1: is forty five, she's from Pennsylvania, and she certainly is
- 3:00Speaker 1: a reality star. So even though these are all brand
- 3:03Speaker 1: new couples, and I'm incredibly thankful about that, Marissa is
- 3:07Speaker 1: no stranger to TLC and she's no stranger to me.
- 3:11Speaker 1: She is the CEO of Kleinfeld, which is the location
- 3:16Speaker 1: of Say Yes to the Dress, and she is dating
- 3:23Speaker 1: someone named Edward and he's from the dr So we
- 3:26Speaker 1: are going to get into this now. We first see
- 3:29Speaker 1: Marissa and she is put together, honey, dressed to the nines.
- 3:34Speaker 1: She's wearing Valentino shoes. She's carrying like an LVY, you know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: two tone checkered shopping tote, and she is introducing us
- 3:43Speaker 1: to her life. Of course, as I said, she is
- 3:47Speaker 1: a business executive in the bridal world, Honey, she works
- 3:51Speaker 1: directly with Panina Tornay, the Panina Tornay. I love Panina
- 3:57Speaker 1: Torney's name. It's you know, rolls off my lip. I
- 4:01Speaker 1: have never been a bride. I've definitely been a bridesmaid,
- 4:07Speaker 1: and it's unfortunate that I haven't been able to try
- 4:10Speaker 1: on wedding dresses and sow, I surely don't know everything
- 4:13Speaker 1: about the world of bridal fashion, which is how you
- 4:17Speaker 1: say fashion, but I never hear of Panina Torney outside
- 4:22Speaker 1: of Kleinfelds. And I did a little scoopy scoop divity
- 4:27Speaker 1: dive into Kleinfelds because I know knew I was going
- 4:31Speaker 1: to talk about it on the show. And I also
- 4:32Speaker 1: am the kind of eighthd person is once they talk
- 4:35Speaker 1: about something and I don't know exactly, I had to
- 4:36Speaker 1: like pause and then do a deep dive. So Panina
- 4:40Speaker 1: Tournay is the exclusive designer, like of Clinfeld's. They definitely
- 4:44Speaker 1: probably have other designers, but somehow there's like some collab
- 4:48Speaker 1: or partnership with her, and I just I want to
- 4:51Speaker 1: know exactly why, Okay, because Clinfelds is a huge ass
- 4:58Speaker 1: door and they have a lot of people, and I guess,
- 5:00Speaker 1: you know, back in the day, people used to talk
- 5:04Speaker 1: about like Vera Wang wedding dresses, and I, like, you know,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I was always into Eli Sobs wedding dresses or Remacra's
- 5:14Speaker 1: wedding dresses. Both of those are like Lebanese designers, but
- 5:16Speaker 1: they're also like known for their you know, wedding fashion,
- 5:20Speaker 1: but like Eli Sab also has other things as well.
- 5:23Speaker 1: But Panina Tornay, I just you know, exists only in
- 5:26Speaker 1: say yes to the dress, and certainly they said yes
- 5:29Speaker 1: to Panina Tournay and all of Panina Tournay's dresses to
- 5:33Speaker 1: me on the show, we're just always kind of like
- 5:37Speaker 1: slutty dresses, like you know, corset bone in corset, no
- 5:45Speaker 1: under piece that like you know, shields one's body skin
- 5:51Speaker 1: from the white lace. Like it's always they're a little slutty,
- 5:55Speaker 1: you know, which is fine. You know, it's kind of
- 5:57Speaker 1: like she feels like she would be the premium near
- 6:00Speaker 1: preferred designer for anyone on Rock of Love. God, all
- 6:04Speaker 1: of my references are just so old it's fine. Okay.
- 6:08Speaker 1: So back to Klinfeld's why bring this up? Is one
- 6:11Speaker 1: of the things she comes in and says is that
- 6:12Speaker 1: she has forty one appointments there there's four lux appointments
- 6:16Speaker 1: in three platinums. So I was like, what what does
- 6:18Speaker 1: that mean? Don't worry, I looked it up. Okay, ready
- 6:22Speaker 1: for this. There are the following levels of Clinfeld appointments
- 6:28Speaker 1: you can have and all so if you book a
- 6:32Speaker 1: point if you book something there, I think you only
- 6:35Speaker 1: get ninety minutes, which is an hour and a half.
- 6:37Speaker 1: But if you want to upgrade and pay for your
- 6:42Speaker 1: time there, you get more time and you can bring
- 6:45Speaker 1: in more people and they give you some like cheese tray.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So let's talk about it. So a three hour lux
- 6:52Speaker 1: appointment this is for up to five guests, is two
- 6:56Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars. You get one hundred and eighty minutes,
- 6:59Speaker 1: which is a fancy way of saying three hours, and
- 7:02Speaker 1: you get this is what it says, Elevated experience for
- 7:06Speaker 1: up to five guests, ten percent off your head piece, veil,
- 7:08Speaker 1: and accessories. Okay, so that's seems like that should be
- 7:12Speaker 1: like what it is like at normal places. I think
- 7:14Speaker 1: that you get like however time you need. I'm not
- 7:16Speaker 1: quite sure. Again, never been a bride, so sad for me.
- 7:20Speaker 1: One tiny violin. So after that you can bump it
- 7:25Speaker 1: up to platinum. Platinum also only gives you one hundred
- 7:28Speaker 1: and eighty minutes. Like that that's what they want to
- 7:30Speaker 1: give you. That's it. But this is for five hundred dollars,
- 7:34Speaker 1: again up to five guests, and so what you get
- 7:37Speaker 1: with this one is all the things from the first thing,
- 7:41Speaker 1: but then you also get champagne, bottle service and light
- 7:44Speaker 1: bites from Murray's Cheese. Now Murray's Cheese is like a
- 7:48Speaker 1: New York institution, and they had a Black Friday sale.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So one time I just bought a bunch of cheese
- 7:54Speaker 1: from them, and then like you know, had it shift
- 7:55Speaker 1: from New York. And this was stupid of me because
- 7:59Speaker 1: I could not eat all that all that cheese and
- 8:01Speaker 1: like I had to throw a lot of it away
- 8:03Speaker 1: went bad. Anyway, what a riveting story, No wonder why,
- 8:08Speaker 1: I mean, how has no one put a ring on
- 8:10Speaker 1: this anyway? Okay, so that's lux platinum. Then after platinum
- 8:17Speaker 1: is gold, which I thought was interesting because usually gold
- 8:19Speaker 1: is below platinum like in other people's hierarchy. But I've
- 8:24Speaker 1: always thought that gold was better than platinum. Okay, So
- 8:30Speaker 1: the gold one you can only get Thursday, Friday, afternoons
- 8:33Speaker 1: and Mondays, so you can't get over the weekend and
- 8:36Speaker 1: other ones you can, which makes no sense. This is
- 8:38Speaker 1: seven hundred and fifty dollars and this is up to
- 8:41Speaker 1: eight guests again only one hundred and eighty minutes, and
- 8:45Speaker 1: you get all the things, plus you get a personal
- 8:49Speaker 1: like accessory stylist, and you get the exclusive access to
- 8:55Speaker 1: the clin Field salon for you and up to eight guests.
- 8:58Speaker 1: So that's that. Then it moves on after gold is
- 9:01Speaker 1: Pearl Pearls available Sundays. It's seven hundred and fifty and
- 9:06Speaker 1: you get to enjoy the downstairs Bridle Lounge with up
- 9:09Speaker 1: to this is up to ten guests, and then you
- 9:12Speaker 1: get that Murray's cheese and this champagne, and you get
- 9:15Speaker 1: an exclusive Kleinfeld gift for the bride to be. Now
- 9:19Speaker 1: you could also pay diamond and that's one thousand dollars.
- 9:24Speaker 1: This is just for your time there. This is okay,
- 9:28Speaker 1: fifteen guests enjoy the entire Kleinfeld showroom to yourself. You
- 9:34Speaker 1: get the cheese, you get the Kleinfeld gift, you get
- 9:38Speaker 1: ten percent off your head piece and veil accessories, and
- 9:41Speaker 1: then my babes, you can also have a private appointment
- 9:46Speaker 1: with the Panina Tornee for one thousand dollars. You get
- 9:52Speaker 1: fifteen guests and this is you know, based upon her availability. God,
- 10:00Speaker 1: I think that, okay, listen, it's a once in a
- 10:03Speaker 1: lifetime or opportunity to get married, or for some women
- 10:06Speaker 1: more than that including my mom, including my dad. Both
- 10:09Speaker 1: both parents got married multiple times. Me never, So I
- 10:15Speaker 1: get that, like you'd want to make it a big day.
- 10:17Speaker 1: And you know if you have just like a bunch
- 10:19Speaker 1: of people and you live somewhere, or you know you're
- 10:22Speaker 1: going to go to fly to New York just for
- 10:23Speaker 1: this appointment. I mean, I guess a thousand dollars is
- 10:27Speaker 1: what some people pay for, like a family afore at Disneyland,
- 10:30Speaker 1: and maybe a bridal salon is kind of like someone's
- 10:33Speaker 1: Disneyland where you just get to play princess if you will,
- 10:37Speaker 1: like one does a Disneyland and just a bunch of
- 10:39Speaker 1: white dresses. I'm fascinated by this. Obviously, I've talked about
- 10:45Speaker 1: it for like nine minutes. I haven't really even talked
- 10:46Speaker 1: about Marissa that much. I'm okay, okay, so anyway, but
- 10:50Speaker 1: that's all you need to know, and that was probably
- 10:52Speaker 1: more than you wanted. So she's divorced with her two boys,
- 10:55Speaker 1: and she went to the dr and she met Edward.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I don't even if I said his name yet. That's
- 10:59Speaker 1: on me. I got really obsessed with the Clinfield part. Edward,
- 11:02Speaker 1: you know, works at a hotel. He's like a very
- 11:04Speaker 1: fun hotel person and persona probably does some like activity things.
- 11:11Speaker 1: And she met him and she was like, he made
- 11:14Speaker 1: me feel like the hottest piece. Just he had me
- 11:18Speaker 1: dripping and he made me feel like he was like
- 11:20Speaker 1: hungry for me in my body. Okay, that's not what
- 11:22Speaker 1: she says, but that's what she says. Then she like
- 11:25Speaker 1: talks to him, she loses touch, and then she decides
- 11:27Speaker 1: to go to Putakana and then she texts him at
- 11:29Speaker 1: the Blue and he's like, oh my god, it's you.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I've thought about you. I couldn't find you. And it's
- 11:35Speaker 1: like you couldn't find her. She's like arguably like mildly famous.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I mean, you know I'm saying she's anyway, just that's weird, right,
- 11:45Speaker 1: I Mean, she's on a whole ass TV show. You
- 11:47Speaker 1: know that she's been having an Instagram. You could just
- 11:50Speaker 1: message Clinfeld. You could be like, hey, can you get
- 11:53Speaker 1: this message to Marissa. I hooked up with her in
- 11:55Speaker 1: the dr I like to do so again, you know,
- 11:57Speaker 1: God bless. So she goes to work and she's telling
- 12:03Speaker 1: all of Edward's business to all her employees and all
- 12:06Speaker 1: the employees of Kleinfeld. Okay, a lot of them are blonde.
- 12:11Speaker 1: But if they're not blonde and they're like fair skinned,
- 12:14Speaker 1: they have spray tan. They all tan, and a lot
- 12:16Speaker 1: of them get like what looks like some veneers put in.
- 12:20Speaker 1: So that's what you have to do if you want
- 12:22Speaker 1: to work at Leinfeld's. If you're not going to be
- 12:24Speaker 1: a bride and you're not gonna be a bridesmaid and
- 12:25Speaker 1: you want to be a bridal employee, get a tan.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Get veneers. Maybe only the top row is what it's
- 12:31Speaker 1: necessary there. They don't look at the bottom. You tell me,
- 12:34Speaker 1: so she's like, he would hate for me to tell
- 12:36Speaker 1: you this, but we're like, no, then don't do it.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I feel like one mother thing. I'm so sorry, Adhd.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Is there a thing now where the producers are like hey,
- 12:47Speaker 1: especially to the women, because like, maybe it's not as
- 12:50Speaker 1: looked down upon if you can talk about your partner's genitals.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Remember when Emma was like it's small or we had sex. Like,
- 12:58Speaker 1: I feel like the same thing where it's like, Marissa,
- 12:59Speaker 1: do you want you want me in the show? One
- 13:00Speaker 1: thing I got to do is talk about is a
- 13:02Speaker 1: dick that's prerequisite to being on the show. She's like, okay,
- 13:07Speaker 1: so then she like you know, tells them that Edward
- 13:11Speaker 1: decided to get an adult circumcision, and she said that
- 13:17Speaker 1: it's because he wanted to come to America and like
- 13:20Speaker 1: feel a part of this culture and that if he
- 13:23Speaker 1: went to the gym, like people wouldn't be like look
- 13:25Speaker 1: at that, you know, caterpillar d. You know, I'm not
- 13:29Speaker 1: quite sure. So it's interesting when when I realized that
- 13:39Speaker 1: men have insecurities about their body, like I know they do,
- 13:45Speaker 1: and okay, I mean I obviously know they do, but like,
- 13:49Speaker 1: you know, some men are insecure about their hairline, and
- 13:51Speaker 1: some men are insecure about you know, like whatever a
- 13:54Speaker 1: pop ellie. But yeah, like he was insecure about its
- 13:58Speaker 1: d he decided to get surgery. And you know, this
- 14:04Speaker 1: is a man that, like God bless, hasn't, as she said,
- 14:08Speaker 1: stayed at a hotel before, hasn't like flown a flight before.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So with whatever money he had, he was like, it's
- 14:16Speaker 1: incredibly important that I take off this piece of skin.
- 14:21Speaker 1: And I also thought that was interesting because like, how
- 14:25Speaker 1: what happens in men's locker rooms? Are people staring at
- 14:29Speaker 1: each other's dicks that much? I don't think they are.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I mean, I again, am I an expert in like
- 14:36Speaker 1: Dick staring in a men's locker room like unfortunately, no.
- 14:39Speaker 1: But here's the thing. So, I guess if we were
- 14:46Speaker 1: talking stereotypically, you were supposed to believe that women judge
- 14:53Speaker 1: other women's bodies, right, Like that's what we're supposed to believe.
- 14:57Speaker 1: But I'm gonna tell you this, at every weight of mine,
- 15:00Speaker 1: I have never had a problem getting completely naked in
- 15:05Speaker 1: an environment when I'm allowed to, which is like a
- 15:08Speaker 1: women's locker room. If I'm at a gym naked, If
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm in a gym's hot tub, I'm naked. If I
- 15:14Speaker 1: go to a spa, I'm naked. If it's like Burke
- 15:17Speaker 1: Williams or it's a Korean spa, my ass at any
- 15:21Speaker 1: rate is but fucking naked. I, for some reason, have
- 15:27Speaker 1: never cared like I certainly wish I could change some
- 15:31Speaker 1: things about my body, you know, for sure and now
- 15:35Speaker 1: and then. And it always feels like it's more so
- 15:38Speaker 1: for me though, because even if I was like, oh,
- 15:42Speaker 1: or you know, it's more so what I would like
- 15:44Speaker 1: to change my body so that I fit into different
- 15:48Speaker 1: outfits easier, if that makes sense, Like maybe if I had,
- 15:52Speaker 1: you know, like you know, a flat or stomach. I could,
- 15:55Speaker 1: you know, I don't know where skirts that are tighter
- 16:01Speaker 1: or like maybe show middrift more. Maybe if I had
- 16:05Speaker 1: a breast lift, I could wear things without a bra
- 16:07Speaker 1: Like that's one that's more so when I want, you know,
- 16:10Speaker 1: to change my body. But for some reason, in the
- 16:14Speaker 1: act of getting naked in front of women or men,
- 16:16Speaker 1: like men I'm going to hook up with or whatever,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and women then I'm just gonna, like, you know, be
- 16:18Speaker 1: in an environment with I just don't care. And I
- 16:22Speaker 1: feel like men don't care that much. I can see
- 16:31Speaker 1: someone really having like a small ass D and then
- 16:34Speaker 1: being like I wish I had a bigger D. And
- 16:35Speaker 1: so when I go into a locker room and I
- 16:37Speaker 1: whip it out, men are like, WHOA, can't mess with
- 16:40Speaker 1: him and his big D. But circumcision, I don't think
- 16:44Speaker 1: necessarily like changes the length of it. It just makes
- 16:50Speaker 1: it more sensitive. But he never talked about it being
- 16:52Speaker 1: more sensitive and wanting that. All she said is that
- 16:55Speaker 1: he would be at a men's locker room and other
- 16:58Speaker 1: men would appreciate ate the look of it more a
- 17:02Speaker 1: little sus you tell me, Okay, So she tells this
- 17:08Speaker 1: horrible story how after his surgery, you know, like in
- 17:11Speaker 1: the morning he got morning would and then like his
- 17:13Speaker 1: stitches got pulled. And then I thought that was weird
- 17:16Speaker 1: because I was like, what doctor doesn't know that some
- 17:18Speaker 1: guys get hard in the morning, and then I might
- 17:20Speaker 1: he might have to, like, you know, be a little
- 17:22Speaker 1: loose with that with those stitches. How tight was that?
- 17:24Speaker 1: It feels like is this when you get like a
- 17:26Speaker 1: facelift and it's like too tight at first? Is it?
- 17:28Speaker 1: Are you going to grow into it? Hu ya u y.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So she also says some other things that are weird,
- 17:33Speaker 1: like she's like, guys, I don't want to think that
- 17:38Speaker 1: my problems are bigger than his. It's just that my
- 17:41Speaker 1: problems are more important and bigger than his. Like I'm
- 17:44Speaker 1: running Kleinfeld's and he just is helping hotel guests, so
- 17:47Speaker 1: he'll be like, oh, I had an annoying hotel guest,
- 17:50Speaker 1: and I'll be like, shut the fuck up, I'm talking
- 17:52Speaker 1: about my life. It's like, never a good sign to
- 17:59Speaker 1: me when someone isn't empathetic or doesn't see themselves as
- 18:04Speaker 1: like somewhat equal with their loved one or their lover
- 18:10Speaker 1: I guess also at some point just maturity wise, we
- 18:17Speaker 1: all have to understand that everyone's lives are important to them,
- 18:21Speaker 1: and to try and judge someone as being less or
- 18:26Speaker 1: more than you or you are more than them, Like,
- 18:31Speaker 1: that's a shitty thing to do. His problems are bigger
- 18:34Speaker 1: than yours, just by the pure fact that if you,
- 18:37Speaker 1: if you think that you have so much money and
- 18:39Speaker 1: you have so much financial security, then why wouldn't his
- 18:42Speaker 1: problems be more than yours? To me, it couldn't doesn't
- 18:46Speaker 1: have to be about money. But it's like she obviously
- 18:50Speaker 1: makes a lot of money, so it's like, how bad
- 18:52Speaker 1: are your problems? Oh, you had an annoying guest. It's
- 18:55Speaker 1: not gonna let You're not gonna be like, well, if
- 18:56Speaker 1: I lose that one guest, I might get fired from
- 18:59Speaker 1: the company I'm CEO at No So gross, Okay. So
- 19:05Speaker 1: then she's also like, well, Edward just has had a
- 19:08Speaker 1: different experience than me. And then she goes on to say, like,
- 19:10Speaker 1: I said that he's never stayed at a hotel or
- 19:12Speaker 1: flown a plane, and so both these statements in her
- 19:16Speaker 1: mind like makes her more worldly, you know, more experienced,
- 19:23Speaker 1: and like someone casts him in a light where she
- 19:28Speaker 1: I think like looks down on him. And here's like
- 19:34Speaker 1: real truth. If you are someone who knows you're going
- 19:38Speaker 1: to look down at on someone for like not being
- 19:42Speaker 1: able to you know, not having the same socio economic
- 19:45Speaker 1: level than you, or not having the access to the
- 19:49Speaker 1: same experiences that you've had, or you know, like if
- 19:52Speaker 1: you could do it for anything. I'm not going to
- 19:53Speaker 1: say socio economic, just that, Like, if you are someone
- 19:55Speaker 1: who's like, I have my masters, and you know this
- 19:59Speaker 1: person is graduated high school. If that's the way you think,
- 20:03Speaker 1: then you can't be with someone who just graduated high
- 20:06Speaker 1: school because in the back of your mind, every time
- 20:09Speaker 1: they make a comment about something that you don't agree with,
- 20:13Speaker 1: your mind will just be like, well that person now
- 20:14Speaker 1: is lad doesn't go to high school. They should be
- 20:16Speaker 1: listening to me, I have my PhD in philosophy, or
- 20:19Speaker 1: what are the butt fuck you do? You know? I
- 20:23Speaker 1: understand that people like put people into boxes and live
- 20:27Speaker 1: a life where they try and make themselves feel good
- 20:30Speaker 1: by their own accomplishments or whatnot. But if that is
- 20:33Speaker 1: the case for you, then try and date someone who
- 20:37Speaker 1: you think at least is on your level so you're equal,
- 20:41Speaker 1: so you don't like resent them or make them resent
- 20:44Speaker 1: you for your shitty attitude. That's my two cents anyway.
- 20:50Speaker 1: So here's the other thing. She's like one of So
- 20:53Speaker 1: he calls her, right and they talk and she's like,
- 20:56Speaker 1: are you ready to come with your you know, circumcised
- 20:58Speaker 1: d And she's like yeah, yeah, you know, God bless.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And then she's like, okay, well, what are you worried about?
- 21:04Speaker 1: And he's like, I'm really worried about your husband. So
- 21:06Speaker 1: her husband's name is Michael. We get a picture of Michael.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Michael's hot. Also, she looks vastly different in all of
- 21:13Speaker 1: her pictures. I mean, God bless. She's like, you know,
- 21:17Speaker 1: gone through some aesthetic changes, which is to be expected.
- 21:22Speaker 1: But in the picture that I'm showing, like she has
- 21:24Speaker 1: you know, definitely less top lip than before and godless,
- 21:30Speaker 1: so yeah, you know, godless, she can do whatever she wants.
- 21:34Speaker 1: I'm just saying he took some off his dick and
- 21:38Speaker 1: then she added some to her lips. Okay, Well here's
- 21:40Speaker 1: the thing. So he's like, yeah, I'm worried that Michael
- 21:44Speaker 1: will think that I'm trying to like impede on his
- 21:48Speaker 1: relationship with the children. And the way she describes her
- 21:52Speaker 1: hot ex Michael is like, well, yeah, he can get
- 21:56Speaker 1: a little aggressive and might be upset, and I want
- 21:58Speaker 1: to be like why. She kind of mentions that there
- 22:02Speaker 1: might be a resentment even though they have a good
- 22:04Speaker 1: co parenting relationship, And I'm like, well, why is your
- 22:08Speaker 1: ex Michael at the ripe age of who knows, I'm
- 22:10Speaker 1: guessing forty something, doesn't have the emotional maturity to not
- 22:14Speaker 1: take out his meanness or aggression on some lovely gentleman
- 22:20Speaker 1: who's just here to make his ex wife happy. Seems like,
- 22:25Speaker 1: I mean, Edward's so lovely. He's like I just have
- 22:28Speaker 1: to show, you know, Michael and Cole and Derek your sons,
- 22:33Speaker 1: like how much I love them, and like have that
- 22:36Speaker 1: shine through and then I'm not going to try and
- 22:37Speaker 1: take the place of their dad. And she's like yeah,
- 22:40Speaker 1: of course. She doesn't say like, yeah, of course you wouldn't.
- 22:42Speaker 1: You have such a great heart, and Michael will see that.
- 22:44Speaker 1: She's like, well, it could be a problem. I want
- 22:47Speaker 1: to be like, okay, well does Michael date anyone? And
- 22:50Speaker 1: have you treated his girlfriends after you with butt fuckery
- 22:55Speaker 1: and shame? You know, like what is it? Okay? So,
- 22:58Speaker 1: because I almost feel like maybe she has. I'm not
- 23:00Speaker 1: quite sure it's like if you, because I feel like
- 23:02Speaker 1: that kind of a toxic relationship of an ex where
- 23:04Speaker 1: you consider your ex to like be mean to your
- 23:07Speaker 1: new people. It's like if you had shown his lovers
- 23:12Speaker 1: after you grace and like patience and elegance. I'm assuming
- 23:17Speaker 1: that he would have had to see your example and
- 23:20Speaker 1: be like, I can't do that too, Marissa. You know,
- 23:23Speaker 1: but she's real quick to be like, he's weird, he's upset. Okay,
- 23:29Speaker 1: So anyway, let's move on. Now, we're gonna move on
- 23:32Speaker 1: to Mallory. Thus begins some of the Alabamas. Malory is
- 23:39Speaker 1: from Athens, Alabama, and then she describes herself as being
- 23:45Speaker 1: a basic white bitch. And when we meet her, she's
- 23:48Speaker 1: in Turkey. Now she is with Rash and I think
- 23:55Speaker 1: his name is Raschit, and she can't say that, so
- 23:57Speaker 1: she does says Rash. And when we first see her,
- 23:59Speaker 1: she's in a taxi in Turkey and she's putting on
- 24:03Speaker 1: a maclip like a lippencil, I could tell. And the
- 24:06Speaker 1: taxi driver asks her where she's from, and she's America.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And then he's like, well, you know, I think, he
- 24:11Speaker 1: says what country, but I think he meant what state,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and then she says Alabama and he goes like this,
- 24:16Speaker 1: oh yeah, as if he has tread on Alabama soil before,
- 24:23Speaker 1: or at least driven an Obama person or two, and
- 24:26Speaker 1: it did not leave a good impression in his mind.
- 24:29Speaker 1: So she's like, I'm a redneck. We ride bulls and
- 24:34Speaker 1: drink and shoot and NASCAR. That's my thing. And she's like,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I'm at rash and he's hot af he is a
- 24:43Speaker 1: boat captain. So this is like the third season in
- 24:46Speaker 1: a row where we get someone who works on a boat.
- 24:48Speaker 1: We had Johnny, we had Joshua, you know, we have like, yeah,
- 24:52Speaker 1: we have a captain. My captain. Again, there's a lot
- 24:56Speaker 1: of seafare and pirate folk. You know, is there something
- 24:59Speaker 1: hot about well dudes on boats? Here's another thing about
- 25:02Speaker 1: me to ask. I get seasick, like wildly seasick. I
- 25:06Speaker 1: can't be on boats. And you're like, well, you know,
- 25:10Speaker 1: a cruise, and I'm like, I don't really like cruises.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I don't really like cruises. I don't like being stuck
- 25:16Speaker 1: in one place and having the same food over and
- 25:18Speaker 1: over again, and like even I just plus all the
- 25:22Speaker 1: Hannah virus going around. I mean, you know, I just
- 25:25Speaker 1: cruises have never been my thing, and even though I'm Pisces,
- 25:29Speaker 1: I very much like to like witness the ocean from
- 25:31Speaker 1: afar or be in the ocean myself as a little
- 25:35Speaker 1: fishy for like a moment. But really laying by the
- 25:38Speaker 1: beach or laying on the beach is ideal. And if
- 25:40Speaker 1: it's a pool, god even God bless even better. So
- 25:45Speaker 1: Rash is very int her. He's like, for me, she
- 25:47Speaker 1: is good. He says, I don't like skin at first,
- 25:54Speaker 1: and we're like, what is what does that mean? You
- 25:56Speaker 1: don't like skin? And then the producer's like, no, you
- 25:58Speaker 1: mean you don't like skin. He's like, right, I don't
- 25:59Speaker 1: like skinny. So we get a moment where we talk
- 26:05Speaker 1: about her body. She's like, to me, like a normal,
- 26:09Speaker 1: average sized person, you know. So but we, I guess,
- 26:12Speaker 1: are talking about her body in such a way. So
- 26:15Speaker 1: we get the story that she was in Greece with
- 26:18Speaker 1: her friends, and then as one does, they just get
- 26:22Speaker 1: on tender, you know, and they just start swiping. So
- 26:25Speaker 1: I got I guess I have to do that. I yeah,
- 26:32Speaker 1: I know I've said this before, but this is like
- 26:35Speaker 1: so many people that do this. I think I have
- 26:37Speaker 1: to travel and then get on a dating app. And
- 26:40Speaker 1: when I'm traveling, that's what I have to do. Okay,
- 26:43Speaker 1: how am I going to get to Clinfelts. I want
- 26:44Speaker 1: to say yes to address. I'm just kidding, but I
- 26:46Speaker 1: do want to make a joke. So that's why if
- 26:47Speaker 1: I don't get married every in my life, that's fine. Okay.
- 26:50Speaker 1: So they meet, you know, Goblass. Then she has a
- 26:52Speaker 1: video of her being like, I want a date with
- 26:55Speaker 1: someone and who French braided my hair? That's very sweet,
- 27:00Speaker 1: also interesting, But then I guess, you know, there's a
- 27:05Speaker 1: whole thing with ropes and not making when you're a
- 27:08Speaker 1: maritime person. Right, He's just good at braiden braiding things.
- 27:15Speaker 1: French braiding is hard. I've never been able to French braid.
- 27:18Speaker 1: But one time I went to Palm Springs with a
- 27:21Speaker 1: group of my friends and one of my lovely friends, Jesse, like,
- 27:25Speaker 1: French braided my hair, and I remember it being one
- 27:27Speaker 1: of the most relaxing things ever. Anyway, so she meets
- 27:32Speaker 1: up with him because she's going to go to Turkey
- 27:33Speaker 1: and bring him back with her. And she gets to
- 27:37Speaker 1: the boat Honey, and she wears this outfit, which is
- 27:40Speaker 1: a full cowboy outfit that means cowboy boots, cowboy hat,
- 27:43Speaker 1: the hat. Both of these things seem wild to me
- 27:46Speaker 1: a because when you're on a boat, it can again
- 27:49Speaker 1: not that I've been on so many, but like it
- 27:51Speaker 1: can get a little windy on them, you know, sees,
- 27:54Speaker 1: and so hats are usually a little awkward because it's
- 27:57Speaker 1: like going to fly off. Second thing is there's a
- 28:00Speaker 1: whole thing with boat shoes, Like you can't have hard
- 28:03Speaker 1: soled shoes right, like they fuck up the boat or something.
- 28:10Speaker 1: I mean, you know, I think so, But like cowboy
- 28:13Speaker 1: boots just seem a little like harsh and a heel
- 28:16Speaker 1: for that boat. So he's like, I'll tell you what
- 28:19Speaker 1: I've always wanted to do, the Titanic thing from Titanic.
- 28:22Speaker 1: And they're like, oh, if this was only twenty years ago,
- 28:25Speaker 1: so this would be like somewhat relevant. Do you even
- 28:27Speaker 1: know about Titanic? He you know, I'm like, were you
- 28:28Speaker 1: alive for Titanic? He also is like, I'm going to
- 28:32Speaker 1: miss the sea. I'm going to miss my family. And
- 28:35Speaker 1: she's like, don't worry, I didn't tell you anything about Athens, Alabama.
- 28:42Speaker 1: And he's like well, I do know some things like
- 28:45Speaker 1: they don't like Muslim and they don't like other countries.
- 28:48Speaker 1: And she's like, oh, well, then check and check. I
- 28:50Speaker 1: guess I did tell you. I guess I have to
- 28:51Speaker 1: tell you. She's She goes on to say, you know,
- 28:53Speaker 1: she hasn't prepared him enough for what Alabama is going
- 28:57Speaker 1: to be. And she then says, I have very conservative
- 29:01Speaker 1: friends that and there are some that are super into
- 29:06Speaker 1: the deportations. Why is this hard because she had earlier
- 29:17Speaker 1: told him when he asked what rednecks are, She's like, well,
- 29:20Speaker 1: rednecks are people who like shooting a NASCAR And he's like,
- 29:24Speaker 1: well do they you know, like people like other people
- 29:27Speaker 1: like me? And she's like, you know, there are good
- 29:30Speaker 1: rednecks and there are bad rednecks, just like there are
- 29:33Speaker 1: good people and bad people in every country. And let
- 29:38Speaker 1: me just say this, so remember when there was like
- 29:40Speaker 1: a Jeff Fox really like you might be a redneck
- 29:42Speaker 1: if kind of jokes a also be I have no
- 29:45Speaker 1: other like that's just remember that. I have nothing to
- 29:47Speaker 1: say about that except remember that. And then the b
- 29:50Speaker 1: thing was rednecks were like people who would just like
- 29:54Speaker 1: have burnt back of their necks right, because they're like
- 29:58Speaker 1: outside or like that was an interesting nickname because sometimes
- 30:04Speaker 1: I think of rednecks is like people that have mullets,
- 30:06Speaker 1: and then I would think that that hair in the
- 30:08Speaker 1: back would cover their neck and there wouldn't get red anyway,
- 30:12Speaker 1: deep dies into redneckism. I don't know a lot about it,
- 30:15Speaker 1: can you tell? But she has no problem being like
- 30:20Speaker 1: I have a lot of I have friends that don't
- 30:23Speaker 1: believe in the deportations, so and I have friends that
- 30:25Speaker 1: do believe in the deportations. That was a weird amazing
- 30:27Speaker 1: that I have friends that want the deportations to happen,
- 30:30Speaker 1: which means, you know, kicking people out of the country
- 30:33Speaker 1: means ice. Shit. If you think that ice is bad
- 30:43Speaker 1: and you feel like what's happening to people is crazy
- 30:47Speaker 1: when they're just being stolen from their lives and taken
- 30:50Speaker 1: away and put in who knows where, then I would
- 30:55Speaker 1: assume that you'd be like, I do know some rednecks
- 30:58Speaker 1: in my life that I, you know, have to deal
- 31:03Speaker 1: with that believe in that. But she definitely calls them friends.
- 31:06Speaker 1: That was a weird way of me saying that she
- 31:10Speaker 1: calls her friends that believe in deportations. The way she
- 31:14Speaker 1: said it as her friends. She could have said, I
- 31:16Speaker 1: do know some people you would have to deal with
- 31:18Speaker 1: them like aunts and uncles. I don't know. But no,
- 31:21Speaker 1: she has friends. And if she has friends that feel
- 31:25Speaker 1: that way, then I feel like she does she feels
- 31:29Speaker 1: that way. Maybe she's like, well, you're gonna come here
- 31:32Speaker 1: legally because I'll be married to you. I mean, I
- 31:34Speaker 1: don't know what she thinks. Yesh, Okay, Let's move on
- 31:40Speaker 1: to another Bama girl. This is Ayisha. So when we
- 31:45Speaker 1: meet her, she's like, I'm Pentecostal, and what that means
- 31:50Speaker 1: is we believe everything in the Bible, Like there's still miracles.
- 31:54Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, there's so okay. Fundamental as Christians are
- 31:58Speaker 1: one thing, and then Pentecostal people are obviously fundamentalist. There
- 32:03Speaker 1: are so many crazy ass things in the Bible that
- 32:06Speaker 1: I'm like, you don't believe everything in the Bible because
- 32:08Speaker 1: then you'd be like, oh, I can't touch anyone when
- 32:10Speaker 1: I'm on my period. I have to like go out
- 32:14Speaker 1: of the house. There's a bunch of crazy ass things, right,
- 32:19Speaker 1: So sometimes I'm like, do you only mean the New Testament,
- 32:24Speaker 1: because that's only half the Bible. If you believe everything
- 32:27Speaker 1: in the New Testament. That's only half the Bible, so
- 32:29Speaker 1: you don't believe everything in the Bible. Also, the New
- 32:31Speaker 1: Testament is the one where revelations comes. Anyway, this is
- 32:37Speaker 1: really okay. I mean I really hate to like just
- 32:39Speaker 1: shit on someone's religion, I really do. But this is
- 32:42Speaker 1: a hard ass watch. Oh so many things she says.
- 32:47Speaker 1: You're just like, oh, my god, a because she's not
- 32:52Speaker 1: the only person that's Pentecostal. There's many people in this world.
- 32:55Speaker 1: So I'm fearful that someone who's listening right now be like, Chris,
- 32:58Speaker 1: how dare you talk about my church? And I'll be like, oh,
- 33:02Speaker 1: let's talk about it, because I understand the pitfalls of
- 33:06Speaker 1: the religion I was raised in. It's called Catholicism, and
- 33:08Speaker 1: it's like my you know, I talk about it, but
- 33:11Speaker 1: I'm not standing by everything my Catholic church says. I
- 33:14Speaker 1: rarely go to church, you know, I go to church
- 33:18Speaker 1: with my family, and I prefer to go to like
- 33:22Speaker 1: my like Arabic ethnic church. Then I do like a
- 33:25Speaker 1: Western Roman church because I was raised Lebanese Catholic, and
- 33:30Speaker 1: you know, some of that Maronite Melchite stuff feels almost
- 33:34Speaker 1: like part of my culture, and I don't get to
- 33:36Speaker 1: experience all of my Lebanese culture all the time. In
- 33:38Speaker 1: church is one of the ways I can do it,
- 33:41Speaker 1: besides like going to a restaurant, like I'm in California.
- 33:44Speaker 1: So unless I'm going to a restaurant or going to church,
- 33:46Speaker 1: then I'm only experiencing my culture like at a convention
- 33:49Speaker 1: or like at someone's wedding, obviously not mine. We've talked
- 33:57Speaker 1: about that anyway. So she says that she speaks in
- 34:01Speaker 1: tongues and her tongue is doing this. Okay, why is
- 34:09Speaker 1: that interesting? She's like, I speak a heavenly language that
- 34:13Speaker 1: God understands, but the devil doesn't. Okay. A language usually
- 34:21Speaker 1: has like different phonetic sounds to signify the different concepts,
- 34:26Speaker 1: the different ideas, the different words, the different parts of
- 34:29Speaker 1: words that you're saying to get your concept across. Like
- 34:33Speaker 1: if all the sound you're making is well, then like
- 34:37Speaker 1: God is listening to the actual words you're saying. He's
- 34:39Speaker 1: just listening to that sound. If I want to say
- 34:43Speaker 1: I am hungry, there's different sounds on that. I'm not
- 34:46Speaker 1: going ba ba ba bah. You're not going, oh she's hungry.
- 34:49Speaker 1: I'm saying I am hungry, and then if I'm saying
- 34:53Speaker 1: it in Spanish, I'm like thing go ambre, and if
- 34:55Speaker 1: I'm saying it in Arabic, I'm saying najahani, And all
- 34:57Speaker 1: those sounds sound different. You know, you're here the I,
- 35:01Speaker 1: you know, I on a well, I guess you don't
- 35:05Speaker 1: hear the yo, but it's you know, the yo, tango
- 35:07Speaker 1: ombre and it's like, you know, tego obviously it's you know,
- 35:09Speaker 1: there's a conjugation. So all of those, like just that
- 35:13Speaker 1: simple phrase I am hungry has like so many sounds
- 35:17Speaker 1: in it. Depending on whatever language it is, you can
- 35:19Speaker 1: hear the different sounds. It's not just one. So just
- 35:24Speaker 1: I don't mean to be like a Henry Higgins about it.
- 35:26Speaker 1: And that's like maybe the second my fair lady reference
- 35:29Speaker 1: I've made, But it's just that's one thing. She also
- 35:34Speaker 1: says this story, She's like, I knew I had a gift.
- 35:37Speaker 1: That's what Pentecostal people believe. We all think a the Bible,
- 35:40Speaker 1: everything in the bible's real, and God gifts gives everyone
- 35:42Speaker 1: a gift, and he certainly gave me a gift. Chris Farah,
- 35:44Speaker 1: the gift of gab and she gave Ayishaid this gift.
- 35:48Speaker 1: She's like when I was twelve, I was in a
- 35:51Speaker 1: store and God said, the next song you hear is
- 35:57Speaker 1: going to be and sync. And she listened and the
- 36:04Speaker 1: song stopped of whatever it was, and the next song
- 36:07Speaker 1: was in sync. Now she's thirty eight, so when she's twelve,
- 36:13Speaker 1: I can do math. She's in the height of in sync,
- 36:16Speaker 1: being in like the biggest band in the world. So
- 36:21Speaker 1: I remember like when pop, when Dirty Pop came out.
- 36:25Speaker 1: When Dirty Pop came out, Dirty Pop like it was
- 36:28Speaker 1: on the radio all the time. It's a number one hit. Also,
- 36:32Speaker 1: we still all listen to the radio like it was
- 36:34Speaker 1: like Kiss FM if you're in you know, California or whatever,
- 36:37Speaker 1: like they would play in sing songs all the time.
- 36:41Speaker 1: So it isn't like God was like Aisha, you're in
- 36:46Speaker 1: a TJ Max, the next song is going to be
- 36:55Speaker 1: Frank Sinatra's That's Life or something that you know, it's
- 36:59Speaker 1: still a bit guess song, but isn't on the radio
- 37:02Speaker 1: all the time. Isn't like, well that I can't believe
- 37:04Speaker 1: it's That's Life, you know, Like that would come on
- 37:06Speaker 1: you'd be like, oh, that's crazy. That'd be crazy to me.
- 37:09Speaker 1: But you can't like just be like the next song
- 37:13Speaker 1: is going to be the number one song in the country.
- 37:17Speaker 1: What a miracle? Yes, right, okay, Now I'm gonna give
- 37:25Speaker 1: her some you I'm gonna tell her right now that
- 37:26Speaker 1: she's cute. She wears a lot of cute ass outfits.
- 37:29Speaker 1: When we see her in the church, she's wearing this
- 37:32Speaker 1: like modest black number in these like white billowy sleeves.
- 37:35Speaker 1: It's cute as fuck. And she, you know, is very
- 37:37Speaker 1: much like God is going to bring me my husband
- 37:41Speaker 1: to God is giving me the gift of my husband.
- 37:43Speaker 1: And she really, you know, wants to know where that
- 37:45Speaker 1: husband is because you pray to God, you know, God,
- 37:48Speaker 1: where the hell's my husband? And God was like, well,
- 37:52Speaker 1: he's not around you. And so she did what they
- 37:55Speaker 1: all do, honey. She got it that app and she
- 37:57Speaker 1: started swiping and that's when she met Maxwell. And we
- 38:02Speaker 1: see a picture of Maxwell and he's handsome. Now, I
- 38:07Speaker 1: am not African, I'm not African American, and I'm not
- 38:10Speaker 1: Black American, so I feel a little cringey to say
- 38:13Speaker 1: what I'm seeing next because I feel like he looks
- 38:15Speaker 1: like someone and I don't love it. When other people
- 38:17Speaker 1: are like this person looks like this one of a
- 38:18Speaker 1: different race, because you know, like what if I'm the
- 38:21Speaker 1: most ignorant person in the world and they don't look alike.
- 38:23Speaker 1: So someone has to tell me, especially if you are
- 38:26Speaker 1: one of the three you know ethnicities I just said before,
- 38:30Speaker 1: if you feel like Maxwell sort of looks like Matilda
- 38:34Speaker 1: of Matilda and Niles, Like they both have these dimples,
- 38:38Speaker 1: they both have these like beautiful eyes, they have like
- 38:42Speaker 1: full cheeks. They look so similar. I'm like, is Maxwell
- 38:45Speaker 1: Matilda's brother? Okay, that's what I would need you to,
- 38:50Speaker 1: like tell me if I'm right or wrong. And I
- 38:53Speaker 1: really want you to tell me if I'm right or wrong.
- 38:55Speaker 1: So she's like I met Maxwell. He's twenty eight, and
- 38:58Speaker 1: we are both the exact same person. We both love
- 39:01Speaker 1: the Lord, business and family, and I'm kind of like, oh,
- 39:08Speaker 1: you like God, money and your family, Like, wow, how
- 39:12Speaker 1: did you find someone that shares those crazy, very specific
- 39:20Speaker 1: hard to find things. I would have rather you be
- 39:25Speaker 1: like he loves oil paintings, the writings of Emily Dickinson
- 39:31Speaker 1: and season one of British The Office, you know, something
- 39:35Speaker 1: where'd be like a little specific, you know, but that's
- 39:37Speaker 1: not what happens, Okay, then she very much is like
- 39:42Speaker 1: and one time Maxwell was hitting out with his best friend,
- 39:46Speaker 1: and his best friend was like, can you hook my
- 39:49Speaker 1: best friend up with your best friend? And so I did.
- 39:51Speaker 1: I hooked up my best friend with his best friend.
- 39:52Speaker 1: And then we all went to Nigeria. And then one
- 39:55Speaker 1: night his best friend just pop the question of my
- 39:58Speaker 1: best friend and then Maxwell was like shit, And then
- 40:00Speaker 1: the next night he popped the question to me. Now
- 40:04Speaker 1: when she gets engaged, she's also wearing an adorable outfits
- 40:07Speaker 1: like a smocked blue off the shoulder dress. She really
- 40:10Speaker 1: dresses cute. And one other thing is that she lives
- 40:17Speaker 1: in a gorgeous, big ass estate. Like I don't know
- 40:22Speaker 1: what's happening at this Pentecostal church. I don't know if
- 40:25Speaker 1: this is from the church donations. I don't know who
- 40:27Speaker 1: you know this is like parents' money, or if this
- 40:29Speaker 1: is her money or what her side business is she
- 40:31Speaker 1: because even when she says she loves you know, she's
- 40:34Speaker 1: about that business. I want to be like what one
- 40:38Speaker 1: the talking in church? Prophet one that is like the
- 40:43Speaker 1: other thing I don't mean to like hang my mighty
- 40:45Speaker 1: had at Leshn Cathalism, like there's not anything, because there's
- 40:47Speaker 1: definitely a lot of Catholic priests that are like shitty
- 40:49Speaker 1: and shady as fucking like over the years, like truly
- 40:52Speaker 1: like horrible people, and there's a lot of like past
- 40:58Speaker 1: popes like, you know, I'm cessed with the Borgias whatever.
- 41:01Speaker 1: They're like definitely were like flaunting their wealth. But at
- 41:04Speaker 1: least in the modern day Catholic church, like, if you
- 41:06Speaker 1: are a priest, you're not like living a life of luxury.
- 41:09Speaker 1: And that, I guess is comforting to me because you know,
- 41:17Speaker 1: there's I guess, billionaires and millionaires everywhere. But I don't
- 41:20Speaker 1: want to think that I'm making someone rich when they're
- 41:23Speaker 1: also saying they're like the hand of God. Anyway, I
- 41:27Speaker 1: don't know where to get that money from. But that
- 41:28Speaker 1: house is gorgeous, as Maxwell now she owns. She's like,
- 41:31Speaker 1: that's the house she owns. Whatever. So this whole thing
- 41:33Speaker 1: is about whether Maxwell's a scammer. Okay, it's like, is
- 41:35Speaker 1: Maxwell's scammer? She's like a lot of people my life thinks, so,
- 41:38Speaker 1: especially now that his best friend is like, you know,
- 41:40Speaker 1: married and my best friend and at the same time,
- 41:42Speaker 1: goubla she's like, you know, so into I have got
- 41:46Speaker 1: in my side so nothing can harm me. And it
- 41:52Speaker 1: kind of like goes back to that thing where it's
- 41:53Speaker 1: like life happens to people regardless, like the old adage
- 42:02Speaker 1: of like two football teams praying to God, you know,
- 42:05Speaker 1: please let me win the game. God's not going to
- 42:06Speaker 1: make you both win. You know. Trials and tribulations happen
- 42:13Speaker 1: to everyone, you know, God, fear and folk, you know,
- 42:16Speaker 1: and the idea that like you're always going to have
- 42:20Speaker 1: everything go your way because God loves you, like what
- 42:23Speaker 1: happens If things don't go your way, then you're just
- 42:25Speaker 1: forced to believe that God doesn't like you. And I
- 42:27Speaker 1: think that there is a lot of like crisis of
- 42:29Speaker 1: faith for people that hang their hat on being loved
- 42:33Speaker 1: by God, because then if they feel like their life
- 42:36Speaker 1: is going to shit, then they're like, oh, God has
- 42:39Speaker 1: forsaken me. Why Why has God forsaken me? And it's
- 42:46Speaker 1: interesting like the personal accountability, their personal responsibility one has
- 42:50Speaker 1: for their life and like what they do. You know,
- 42:52Speaker 1: It's just it's hard because then if you think that
- 42:56Speaker 1: God wants you to do something, then you might not
- 43:02Speaker 1: be super realistic about it because you've already decided that
- 43:10Speaker 1: it's going to happen for you with no roadblocks. Right now.
- 43:16Speaker 1: I'm in a phase of my life where nothing is
- 43:18Speaker 1: coming easy. So but I still think God loves me.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I just think that, you know, God's busy and God
- 43:23Speaker 1: wants me to learn lessons, I guess or God, you know,
- 43:25Speaker 1: like is like, well, I do love you, but you
- 43:27Speaker 1: got to get this shit together, you know, by yourself,
- 43:31Speaker 1: like you know whatever. So it's just interesting. So we
- 43:36Speaker 1: get this like crazy ass story where she's like, okay,
- 43:43Speaker 1: he is. He is in the embassy and he is
- 43:50Speaker 1: going to get the approval of them to come to America.
- 43:57Speaker 1: And what happens is he walks from the embassy, he
- 44:03Speaker 1: has his interview. This is what she says. He comes
- 44:07Speaker 1: out and he texts her a picture. I'm gonna put
- 44:11Speaker 1: it up. That is what looks like a half cut
- 44:18Speaker 1: post it note with typed lettering that says your visa
- 44:22Speaker 1: has been approved. Period. We will contact you when it
- 44:28Speaker 1: is ready to pick up. Period. Do not make any
- 44:30Speaker 1: travel plan or buy a ticket until you get the
- 44:34Speaker 1: visa period. If you have any questions, please email us
- 44:37Speaker 1: at in an email address. It doesn't look legit. Also
- 44:45Speaker 1: you would say travel plans. There's a that's awkward the
- 44:50Speaker 1: way that it's written. But what happened was he had
- 44:55Speaker 1: come out of the embassy after his interview, supposedly, and
- 44:58Speaker 1: his friend, the one that's getting married to her friend,
- 45:00Speaker 1: had gone in. You know, they have to like bring
- 45:02Speaker 1: pictures to be like, well this is real or whatever,
- 45:04Speaker 1: and so the friend shows the same interviewer pictures of
- 45:08Speaker 1: him his fiance, you know, and Ayisha and Maxwell because
- 45:12Speaker 1: they're all best friends, and the interviewers like, this is
- 45:15Speaker 1: fucking fishy. So this is the story. And so then
- 45:19Speaker 1: he's like, hey, security guard, get that Maxwell, who's still
- 45:22Speaker 1: standing outside of the embassy to come back in. Maxwell's
- 45:26Speaker 1: on the phone with Ayisha being like baby, I just
- 45:28Speaker 1: got it, and he's like, what you want me to
- 45:30Speaker 1: come back in the embassy. So it's like baby, the
- 45:31Speaker 1: colored back. So he goes in the embassy and the
- 45:33Speaker 1: embassy's like you know what, no, you take that right back,
- 45:37Speaker 1: snatch no. And then he supposedly started yelling at them
- 45:42Speaker 1: and was like fuck you, and they were like, okay,
- 45:44Speaker 1: you know what, now your band And then he has
- 45:49Speaker 1: this letter that she looks at, which looks very legit.
- 45:53Speaker 1: I mean not, I mean again, just more legit. It's
- 45:56Speaker 1: like an actual piece of paper. The writing is completely different.
- 46:00Speaker 1: There's a seal on it and it says your visa
- 46:02Speaker 1: has been refused under Section two two one g the
- 46:05Speaker 1: United States Immigration and Nationality Act. Okay, whatever, and goes
- 46:09Speaker 1: on to say the petition is to be returned. And
- 46:15Speaker 1: then he's like, yeah, and I'm banned, and she loses
- 46:18Speaker 1: her goddamn mind because she's like, I'm sorry, nope, because
- 46:22Speaker 1: God said so. So you go back in and tell
- 46:25Speaker 1: him about God, tell him what God said, and somehow
- 46:29Speaker 1: he does like he does, and then they reverse the ban.
- 46:35Speaker 1: But then he's like, well they reverse the band, so
- 46:37Speaker 1: I can come back in, but I can't do the
- 46:40Speaker 1: K one visa, and now we have to do the
- 46:44Speaker 1: spousal visa, which means, of course that she has to
- 46:48Speaker 1: marry him, and that's how he's going to get to America.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Now we know that life, because that's basically what happened
- 46:55Speaker 1: with Angela and Michael, except Michael had gone through years
- 47:01Speaker 1: and years of this shit until she finally went back
- 47:03Speaker 1: day at Ilago's travel in and got married to him.
- 47:06Speaker 1: And the rest is a beautiful, happy ending just kidding
- 47:09Speaker 1: their already divorced, but interesting, So this surely seems I
- 47:17Speaker 1: mean the Susses. Sussis the shadiest, shadiest, the shadiest of
- 47:20Speaker 1: the sus That's how I should say, that doesn't look good.
- 47:24Speaker 1: And then you know the way she's like, I just
- 47:27Speaker 1: she can't even rep her mind around it. And truly
- 47:29Speaker 1: we get that part because we're like, it's laughable. But
- 47:32Speaker 1: she's like, I don't understand how the devil snuck in
- 47:36Speaker 1: and made this happen. Well, babe, I mean, are you
- 47:42Speaker 1: calling Maxwell the devil? That is their storyline? Now? We
- 47:50Speaker 1: had seen from the previews that she's going to go
- 47:52Speaker 1: to Nigeria, and now we know why. It's because she
- 47:56Speaker 1: feels like the only way to bring Maxwell to America
- 47:59Speaker 1: is because she has to marry him in Nigeria and
- 48:01Speaker 1: get on that spousal visa. Oh my god, this doesn't
- 48:06Speaker 1: seem good, Like it just doesn't seem promising. I want
- 48:11Speaker 1: better for her because she seems really cute, but she's
- 48:14Speaker 1: also seemingly willfully ignorant. And there's a certain like blindness
- 48:22Speaker 1: if you are so heavily indoctrinated in any religion, but
- 48:29Speaker 1: this one is, you know, a Pentecostal one with the
- 48:32Speaker 1: speaking of the tongues. I'm waiting for her, like, do
- 48:35Speaker 1: you play with snakes? Are you a snake charmer? Is
- 48:37Speaker 1: that kind of a thing too, where you like think
- 48:39Speaker 1: the snake's not gonna bite you. Thank you guys so
- 48:41Speaker 1: much for listening to part one. This is such a
- 48:43Speaker 1: long episode that I split it into two. Go ahead
- 48:46Speaker 1: and listen to part two, which should be on the
- 48:48Speaker 1: RSS feed soon. Thank you guys so much. Bye.
