- 0:11Speaker 1: What do you want it to be like? How do
- 0:12Speaker 1: you want it to feel?
- 0:14Speaker 2: Every day you come home.
- 0:16Speaker 1: What do you want to feel like? Oh, look, there's
- 0:18Speaker 1: that basement that still looks like total crap. Or, oh, look,
- 0:22Speaker 1: there I go, relaxing in my beautiful basement.
- 0:25Speaker 2: What's the plan?
- 0:26Speaker 1: Every time you walk into the kitchen, is it, oh, great,
- 0:28Speaker 1: here's the kitchen where I don't have enough space for
- 0:31Speaker 1: everything I have because I like to cook for my family,
- 0:33Speaker 1: or is it, man, I can reach everything. I can
- 0:35Speaker 1: grab everything. We are having such a good time. What's
- 0:40Speaker 1: the plan for your life? Because it's not about your home.
- 0:43Speaker 1: It's not about resale value. Yeah, sure, that's all going
- 0:46Speaker 1: to go up with Biller because they do such incredible work,

- 1:34Speaker 2: The popcorn moment. Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go.
- 1:38Speaker 1: It's the story you need to hear to believe. Then
- 1:42Speaker 1: grab your popcorn because there is more. Let's talk Ilhan Omar.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm going to say again for the people in the
- 1:51Speaker 1: cheap seats that Ilhan Omar is innocent until proven guilty.
- 1:59Speaker 2: But Ilhan Omar has got problems.
- 2:02Speaker 1: And there have been investigations going on since the Biden administration.
- 2:08Speaker 2: There has been a raid.
- 2:10Speaker 1: On her home in D.C. Conversations about campaign finance impropriety.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Conversations about whether or not she married her brother to
- 2:21Speaker 1: allow him to stay in the country. And as we
- 2:24Speaker 1: saw yesterday, conversations regarding whether or not she's in the
- 2:34Speaker 1: country legally. And whether or not she is using her
- 2:40Speaker 1: own name when coming into the country, it gets very confusing. Now,
- 2:47Speaker 1: this stuff can morph and this stuff can change. But yesterday,
- 2:52Speaker 1: as we noted, Ilhan Omar came out of hiding. She
- 2:56Speaker 1: has not been heard from.
- 3:00Speaker 2: For over a week.
- 3:02Speaker 1: And she came out of hiding to say, Trump is
- 3:06Speaker 1: after me.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Send me money.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Hi, everyone. I'm here.
- 3:10Speaker 4: I just wanted to say thank you so.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Much for the support to.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Everyone who sent a note of support for everyone who
- 3:19Speaker 4: sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars. That goes a
- 3:23Speaker 4: long way as we fight Trump and. his administration for
- 3:30Speaker 4: trying to intimidate me and so many people right before
- 3:35Speaker 4: the midterm elections.
- 3:38Speaker 1: This investigation started under the Biden administration. No one is
- 3:42Speaker 1: trying to intimidate Ilhan Omar.
- 3:44Speaker 2: It's a lie.
- 3:47Speaker 1: But she made it weirder because she decided, I guess,
- 3:50Speaker 1: that she had to come out of hiding and now
- 3:54Speaker 1: do interviews. She had to answer questions. it did not
- 4:00Speaker 1: go well. She picked the friendliest news outlet humanly possible.
- 4:06Speaker 1: She picked MS Now and she picked Chris Hayes. Chris
- 4:11Speaker 1: Hayes is the guy who goes to bed every night
- 4:14Speaker 1: when he's not standing at the door, at the window
- 4:17Speaker 1: crying during COVID. He stands, he gets to bed every
- 4:21Speaker 1: night in the warmth of his cozy sweater and dreams
- 4:24Speaker 1: of being Rachel Maddow. This is part of that conversation
- 4:31Speaker 1: that Ilhan Omar.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Had, right?
- 4:35Speaker 1: They've now moved on to whatever representations your father made
- 4:40Speaker 1: in his naturalization process about you.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Is that your understanding?
- 4:45Speaker 3: But it's also very convenient because my dad is no
- 4:47Speaker 3: longer alive. Right. So it's another thing they can drag
- 4:53Speaker 3: on forever.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Right, because there's no.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Because the person who signed the paperwork and did it
- 5:00Speaker 1: all is no longer here to answer the charges.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Right. Even though they have the papers that he signed.
- 5:08Speaker 1: If you look at her, right, maybe you're somebody who's
- 5:10Speaker 1: a body language person.
- 5:13Speaker 2: It's the smiling. It's very Zoran Mamdani. It comes across awkwardly.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It comes across like, hey, maybe I could just like
- 5:23Speaker 1: make it seem conspiratorial. Hmm.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Hmm.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Huh.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And Chris Hayes is not interested in actually asking questions.
- 5:31Speaker 1: He can't put his own politics aside. He he's guiding
- 5:37Speaker 1: her through it. OK, this is what you want me
- 5:39Speaker 1: to say. These are the things I'll say. It's it's
- 5:41Speaker 1: not it's not well done.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Right.
- 5:43Speaker 3: And and like the people who knocked on my door
- 5:47Speaker 3: searching for papers literally have his papers. They they are
- 5:53Speaker 3: the ones who processed us to come to the United States. Right.
- 5:57Speaker 2: OK, none of that means anything. Did you did you lie?
- 6:01Speaker 2: Did your dad lie?
- 6:02Speaker 1: We already know that he's got connections to some very
- 6:06Speaker 1: violent people back in Somalia. But this is the part
- 6:10Speaker 1: that everybody's talking about. Now, they're quoting it improperly. I
- 6:13Speaker 1: want you to hear it in full right here about
- 6:17Speaker 1: whether or not you married your brother.
- 6:19Speaker 3: It started with the Somali blog that I don't know
- 6:24Speaker 3: if it still exists, but somebody put in there that,
- 6:27Speaker 3: you know, that he had to have been my brother
- 6:29Speaker 3: or something to that effect. And right-wing conspiracy theorists in
- 6:36Speaker 3: Minneapolis got a hold of it, and they just kind
- 6:38Speaker 3: of went and, like, found random people who were like,
- 6:41Speaker 3: she introduced us, you know, she introduced him to us
- 6:45Speaker 3: and said he was her brother, which is... you know, insane.
- 6:50Speaker 3: I mean, I don't, I don't know those people that
- 6:52Speaker 3: they talk about.
- 6:54Speaker 1: He was not, you were not related to him at all.
- 6:57Speaker 2: There's not some weird kernel of truth.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Not to my knowledge.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Not to my knowledge. Now the question wasn't asked, did
- 7:08Speaker 1: you marry your brother? The question was asked, are you
- 7:11Speaker 1: in any way related to him? And her response is
- 7:14Speaker 1: not to my knowledge.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Between you, me, and the.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Lamppost, not to my knowledge is enough for me to
- 7:23Speaker 1: say she's guilty. She's innocent until proven guilty in a court.
- 7:28Speaker 1: In the court of public opinion, she married her brother
- 7:31Speaker 1: to keep him in the country or possibly keep herself
- 7:33Speaker 1: in the country, and she may have very well lied
- 7:36Speaker 1: about her own name. Not to my knowledge, that's not
- 7:42Speaker 1: how people talk. That's not what people say. Oh gosh,
- 7:46Speaker 1: is that bad? She didn't say, not to my knowledge,
- 7:50Speaker 1: did you marry your brother? The question was asked, are
- 7:53Speaker 1: you in any way related to him? And she said,
- 7:55Speaker 1: not to my knowledge. Fantastic. Yeah, I think she's guilty.
