- 0:12Speaker 1: The Root's on fire!

- 0:18Speaker 2: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 2: Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the
- 0:29Speaker 2: entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 0:40Speaker 2: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Allen Root, the root, the root, the
- 1:01Speaker 1: root's on fire. The war zone begins. Let the war begin.
- 1:05Speaker 1: With Wayne on the Root, your Secretary of War. You're
- 1:08Speaker 1: now with the Wainstream Media, not the Mainstream Media. In
- 1:11Speaker 1: the Mecca of MAGA, the official podcast of the Gateway Pundit. 2.5
- 1:16Speaker 1: million unique daily readers. And we are now two hours
- 1:19Speaker 1: a day live on Patriot TV. I keep wanting to
- 1:23Speaker 1: say Liberty TV. Because every time I think of the
- 1:25Speaker 1: word Patriot, I think of liberty and I think of freedom.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So I get confused. But it's Patriot TV, which you
- 1:31Speaker 1: can find at Patriot.TV. Patriot.TV. Patriot.TV. Alright, so another, I
- 1:38Speaker 1: know I know, I say this every day, another incredibly
- 1:41Speaker 1: busy news day. Really busy, crazy news day. By the way,
- 1:46Speaker 1: I will not be here on Monday. I'm off for
- 1:48Speaker 1: the day on Monday. I'll be back on Tuesday. So
- 1:51Speaker 1: I want all my regular fans to know that. You'll
- 1:53Speaker 1: see Lee Elsie filling in for me on Monday. I
- 1:56Speaker 1: leave for an important trip on Sunday to Washington, D.C.
- 2:01Speaker 1: and I'll tell you all about it when I get
- 2:02Speaker 1: back on Tuesday. I should be here in time for
- 2:05Speaker 1: the show on Tuesday, missing only one show because I
- 2:08Speaker 1: arranged it so I'd fly to Washington on a Sunday.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So it worked out. So here's the deal. In a
- 2:15Speaker 1: busy news day, this has to be the number one story.
- 2:17Speaker 1: President Trump gave Hamas until 6 p.m. Sunday to decide
- 2:21Speaker 1: if they will accept the deal and release the hostages.
- 2:23Speaker 1: And moments ago, they agreed to release the hostages. But
- 2:26Speaker 1: with caveats, again, there's just no way to ever know
- 2:29Speaker 1: for sure with terrorist liars and frauds. like, you know,
- 2:35Speaker 1: crazed people like Hamas, whether or not what you hear
- 2:39Speaker 1: is the real truth. So they're very good at saying,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I agree and you have a deal. And then five
- 2:45Speaker 1: minutes later, they stab you in the back and say,
- 2:46Speaker 1: we don't have a deal. It appears we have a
- 2:49Speaker 1: deal and they're going to let the hostages go. We
- 2:50Speaker 1: just don't know yet the full details of the deal.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And there's still more of the deal to be negotiated.
- 2:56Speaker 1: They're not agreeing to every one of Trump's points. But
- 2:59Speaker 1: they did agree to release the hostages. We don't know
- 3:00Speaker 1: how soon they'll release them. Again, these are the devil
- 3:03Speaker 1: is in the details. But it just looks like Trump
- 3:06Speaker 1: has won a Nobel Peace Prize. Even if nothing else
- 3:09Speaker 1: happens but the hostages are released, then he's won a
- 3:12Speaker 1: Nobel Peace Prize with great negotiating skills again. And that
- 3:16Speaker 1: negotiating skill, you know, is something that I've got, too,
- 3:19Speaker 1: because we both grew up on the mean streets in
- 3:21Speaker 1: New York. And the only way to negotiate is to
- 3:23Speaker 1: put a gun to someone's head and say, I'm going
- 3:25Speaker 1: to blow your brains out. And then they give in.
- 3:28Speaker 1: And so that's what we did in World War II.
- 3:30Speaker 1: We dropped two atomic bombs on Japan. And from that
- 3:34Speaker 1: place of incredible strength, hey, we just killed 200,000 of
- 3:37Speaker 1: your citizens. And we'll drop five more and kill a
- 3:40Speaker 1: million of your citizens. Or you can give in now.
- 3:43Speaker 1: And all the terms of surrender are in our favor.
- 3:45Speaker 1: And they agreed. Okay? Because it's either that or millions
- 3:48Speaker 1: of people get killed. So that's what Trump did to Hamas. He,
- 3:52Speaker 1: the terms of surrender were all in favor of us
- 3:54Speaker 1: and Israel. And he told Hamas, you got a few
- 3:57Speaker 1: hours to say yes or no. And on Sunday at
- 4:00Speaker 1: six o'clock, we blow you to smithereens. That's the end
- 4:02Speaker 1: of Hamas. And so they said, yes, yes, but, cause
- 4:06Speaker 1: they always, you know, they're, I don't want to make any,
- 4:09Speaker 1: I don't want to cast any aspersions here and talk
- 4:10Speaker 1: about the fact that, uh, You can never believe one
- 4:13Speaker 1: word they say, but you can never believe one word
- 4:15Speaker 1: they say. So, so far, it looks good that we
- 4:19Speaker 1: might have peace in the Middle East, finally, and we
- 4:22Speaker 1: might have put Hamas in their place, and we might
- 4:25Speaker 1: have the hostages released, and we might have a Nobel
- 4:27Speaker 1: Prize for President Trump, but we'll see. The devil is
- 4:30Speaker 1: in the details. Hamas is ready to release all hostages
- 4:34Speaker 1: in major Trump deal breakthrough, is the headline. So we
- 4:37Speaker 1: shall see, but he did a great job, and, uh,
- 4:41Speaker 1: He put us in a place of victory here where
- 4:43Speaker 1: there really was nowhere for Hamas to go. And if
- 4:47Speaker 1: they turned him down, Israel was going to pound them
- 4:49Speaker 1: into submission and end Hamas forever. So Hamas made the
- 4:52Speaker 1: right decision, if in fact that is their decision. We'll see.
- 4:56Speaker 1: They lie about everything. Another big news. Supreme Court allows
- 5:00Speaker 1: Trump to end Biden era protection for hundreds of thousands
- 5:03Speaker 1: of Venezuelans and Katonji Brown Jackson fumes as usual. The U.S.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Supreme Court today allowed President Trump to end the Biden
- 5:11Speaker 1: era protections for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans. The decision
- 5:14Speaker 1: was six to three. All three liberal judges dissented. Justice
- 5:19Speaker 1: Katonji Brown Jackson, who is the dumbest Supreme Court justice
- 5:24Speaker 1: in the history of the Supreme Court and also doesn't
- 5:27Speaker 1: know how to define a woman, said, I cannot abide.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I cannot abide our repeated gratuitous and harmful interference with
- 5:37Speaker 1: cases pending in the lower courts. While lives hang in
- 5:40Speaker 1: the balance, I dissent. We once again use our equitable power,
- 5:45Speaker 1: but not our opinion writing capacity to allow this administration
- 5:49Speaker 1: to disrupt as many lives as possible as quickly as possible.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So this revokes legal temporary status. where I say temporary
- 5:58Speaker 1: legal status for up to 600,000 Venezuelan immigrants, meaning some
- 6:03Speaker 1: could ultimately be deported. The court granted an emergency request
- 6:06Speaker 1: filed by the Trump administration seeking to block a judge's
- 6:09Speaker 1: ruling that said Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem failed to
- 6:13Speaker 1: follow the correct process. in revoking this temporary protected status
- 6:17Speaker 1: for Venezuelans. It was a six to three conservative majority.
- 6:21Speaker 1: It's really quite amazing because they're all voting together as
- 6:24Speaker 1: a block for the first time ever and doing the
- 6:26Speaker 1: right thing again and again lately. We're winning everything. So
- 6:32Speaker 1: that's good news, really good news. Here's another judge's ruling,
- 6:35Speaker 1: another good one. Judge rules against sanctuary cities will not
- 6:40Speaker 1: stop Trump from cutting off federal funds. A federal judge
- 6:42Speaker 1: ruled against two sanctuary cities this week, ensuring President Trump
- 6:47Speaker 1: can move forward with blocking certain DOJ grants to such
- 6:50Speaker 1: jurisdictions that refuse to cooperate with ICE. I mean, that's great.
- 6:55Speaker 1: How could a president not be allowed to cut off funds?
- 6:57Speaker 1: He's the president of the United States. They're doing something
- 7:00Speaker 1: that we believe is illegal. Helping illegal immigrants is aiding
- 7:03Speaker 1: and abetting criminals. And Trump wants to cut off their money.
- 7:06Speaker 1: He's not bombing them. He's not the king. He's not
- 7:09Speaker 1: a military dictator. He's not killing anyone. He's just cutting
- 7:12Speaker 1: off their funding. They have a choice. You can either
- 7:15Speaker 1: go along with the law or you lose your funding.
- 7:17Speaker 1: If you choose to break the law, you're going to
- 7:19Speaker 1: lose your funding. I think he should arrest everyone involved. Personally,
- 7:23Speaker 1: I think that's the way to send the message along
- 7:24Speaker 1: with cutting off the funding. So he signed two executive
- 7:28Speaker 1: orders earlier this year, both designed to get sanctuary cities
- 7:31Speaker 1: to cooperate with ICE or risk losing certain federal funds.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And soon after Trump signed the executive orders, the sanctuary
- 7:40Speaker 1: cities of Chelsea and Somerville, Massachusetts, filed a lawsuit claiming
- 7:44Speaker 1: they would suffer irreparable harm if the orders took effect.
- 7:47Speaker 1: And on Thursday, Judge Nathaniel M. Gordon sided with the
- 7:52Speaker 1: Trump administration against the sanctuary cities. This court acknowledges the
- 7:58Speaker 1: nuances and complex relationships that characterize the administration of municipalities
- 8:04Speaker 1: and how they prioritize constituent services. For the foregoing reasons,
- 8:10Speaker 1: the plaintiff's motion for injunction against the defendants is denied.
- 8:14Speaker 1: The city still bears the burden of demonstrating to this
- 8:16Speaker 1: court how it is not just possible, but likely that
- 8:20Speaker 1: without relief they will suffer imminent and irreparable harm. Plaintiffs
- 8:24Speaker 1: have not done so. Rather than simply comply with federal
- 8:29Speaker 1: law and the Constitution, these cities have run to the
- 8:31Speaker 1: court to keep money flowing even as they go on
- 8:33Speaker 1: breaking the law. That's Dale Wilcox with the Federation for
- 8:37Speaker 1: American Immigration Reform. It's truly amazing. You don't have a
- 8:43Speaker 1: right to complain if you're told either obey the law
- 8:48Speaker 1: and you get to keep your money or break the
- 8:50Speaker 1: law and you lose your money. And these idiots choose
- 8:54Speaker 1: to try and do both. Break the law and keep
- 8:56Speaker 1: the money coming. You can't have it both ways. In
- 9:02Speaker 1: one of the most remarkable stories of the day, remarkable
- 9:05Speaker 1: for the stupidity of it, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is
- 9:09Speaker 1: blocked from using a bathroom at an Illinois government building
- 9:14Speaker 1: as the Governor Pritzker feud heats up. It occurred as
- 9:17Speaker 1: federal agents fired pepper balls at protesters outside the ICE facility.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So Kristi Noem, Secretary of DHS, Department of Homeland Security,
- 9:29Speaker 1: had to go to the bathroom. You know, I guess
- 9:31Speaker 1: she had to pee. And they said, sorry, you can't
- 9:33Speaker 1: come in. We're not letting you in. Can't come in
- 9:35Speaker 1: a federal building in Chicago. This is what you're dealing with.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Do you understand that? These are mentally ill people, really
- 9:43Speaker 1: are mentally ill people. Here's another example. And this is
- 9:47Speaker 1: in Chicago, too. They're all mentally ill in Chicago. Caught
- 9:50Speaker 1: on camera, a Chicago woman smeared dog poop on a
- 9:54Speaker 1: Tesla Cybertruck that had a pro-Trump rap. It was a Cybertruck.
- 10:00Speaker 1: owner visiting Chicago for a conference, and the Cybertrucks have
- 10:05Speaker 1: videos that run. So it captured a video of a
- 10:08Speaker 1: woman wiping dog feces on the vehicle, which features an
- 10:12Speaker 1: American flag rap with President Trump's signature in gold on
- 10:14Speaker 1: the tailgate. And Internet sleuths quickly identified the alleged perpetrator.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Let's see if they give her name. John Evans, a
- 10:25Speaker 1: visitor from Savannah, Georgia, parked his distinctive Tesla Cybertruck in
- 10:30Speaker 1: Chicago's North Alstead neighborhood on Wednesday. The vehicle, covered by
- 10:35Speaker 1: an American flag and Donald Trump's signature, caught the attention
- 10:38Speaker 1: of a passerby. Unbeknownst to the woman, the Cybertruck's multiple
- 10:41Speaker 1: cameras captured her in the act of wiping dog poop
- 10:45Speaker 1: on the tailgate, excuse me, on the vehicle. And when
- 10:49Speaker 1: Evans discovered the vandalism, posted image of the perpetrator on X.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Within a day, internet sleuths identified the woman in a
- 10:57Speaker 1: business she is allegedly associated with. As a result, the
- 11:00Speaker 1: business began receiving negative online reviews in response to her actions.
- 11:05Speaker 1: I'm guessing that the business will just either fire her
- 11:09Speaker 1: or go out of business very quickly. So I think, again,
- 11:12Speaker 1: make the decision. The smart one, use your noodle, fire
- 11:16Speaker 1: her ass. Got it? VRA is the sponsor of this show.

- 15:09Speaker 3: All right.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Wayne Allyn Root, hopefully my voice holds out. It's suffering
- 15:13Speaker 1: a little bit here because I just did my, you know,
- 15:14Speaker 1: it's Friday. All of you two Nana Fridays know I
- 15:18Speaker 1: first script and produce and pick out the stories and
- 15:22Speaker 1: then tape my America's Top Ten Countdown that airs tomorrow
- 15:25Speaker 1: at noon Eastern, 9 a.m. Pacific on Real America's Voice.
- 15:29Speaker 1: TV network, and it is an exhausting job. Believe me
- 15:32Speaker 1: when I tell you that Sean Hannity and all the
- 15:35Speaker 1: guys on Fox News and all the gals on Fox News,
- 15:37Speaker 1: Greg Gutfeld, Laura Ingram, you name it, Jesse Waters, they
- 15:41Speaker 1: all need 30 people to produce a show. I do
- 15:43Speaker 1: it by myself. Literally, it's one man army producing the show,
- 15:49Speaker 1: deciding what stories, picking them out. I had to go
- 15:52Speaker 1: through like 300 stories from this week that I had
- 15:54Speaker 1: chosen Monday through Friday and pick out like 25 to
- 15:56Speaker 1: 50 of them And the 50 have to be whittled
- 15:59Speaker 1: down to 10, and then you've got to put the
- 16:01Speaker 1: 10 in order, and then you've got to first write
- 16:03Speaker 1: the show. So it's exhausting, and everybody else has a
- 16:07Speaker 1: staff of 20 or 30, and I have a staff
- 16:09Speaker 1: of me as far as creating the show. So it's
- 16:12Speaker 1: just a brutal Friday. So my voice is a little
- 16:15Speaker 1: raw from the first show, but having said that, There's
- 16:19Speaker 1: lots of things in the news to talk about. First
- 16:20Speaker 1: of all, Ravens Super Bowl champion Arthur Jones, defensive tackle,
- 16:26Speaker 1: is dead at 39 years old, died suddenly. Where do
- 16:29Speaker 1: you hear that name? It just pops up in the
- 16:32Speaker 1: news 10 times a day. Famous people dying suddenly. Do
- 16:35Speaker 1: you have any idea what that represents as far as
- 16:38Speaker 1: the general population that you will never see them dying suddenly?
- 16:41Speaker 1: You'll never see their obituary? You never hear anything about
- 16:44Speaker 1: him because it's just a regular old Joe or Jane.
- 16:46Speaker 1: It's just a grandma, a grandpa, a father, a mother.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Or a child. Children are dying suddenly. People all over America.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I don't know his story. It could have been he
- 16:56Speaker 1: committed suicide. It could have been he took a drug overdose.
- 16:59Speaker 1: It could have been he made some idiotic mistake and
- 17:01Speaker 1: took the wrong drug. I don't know what he did.
- 17:03Speaker 1: But the odds are it's the COVID vaccine. The odds
- 17:07Speaker 1: are it's not a suicide. The odds are it wasn't
- 17:09Speaker 1: cancer overnight. The odds are it was a massive heart
- 17:12Speaker 1: attack or stroke from the COVID vaccine. And that's what's
- 17:15Speaker 1: been happening to people all over the United States and
- 17:17Speaker 1: all over the world. That's why you constantly see people
- 17:20Speaker 1: dying suddenly for the last four years since the vaccine.
- 17:25Speaker 1: And now you constantly see people dying of turbo cancer.
- 17:28Speaker 1: You know, turbo cancer is called turbo cancer for a reason.
- 17:31Speaker 1: It's like a regular car versus a turbocharged Porsche. What's
- 17:35Speaker 1: the difference? Turbocharge goes a lot faster. That's why they
- 17:38Speaker 1: call it turbo cancer. It goes really fast. You go
- 17:42Speaker 1: see the doctor. You're not quite feeling right. You're not
- 17:44Speaker 1: sure what the doctor is going to say. And the
- 17:45Speaker 1: doctor says, you've got about a week to live. You
- 17:48Speaker 1: have cancer all over your body and you'll be dead
- 17:51Speaker 1: in a week. And they are. And that's another thing
- 17:53Speaker 1: that this vaccine causes without any doubt or any question.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Matter of fact, you know what came out today? I
- 17:58Speaker 1: don't have it in front of me. I did not
- 18:00Speaker 1: download it, but I saw it in the corner of
- 18:02Speaker 1: my eye a little while ago. Some new study just
- 18:05Speaker 1: came out and definitively said that there are six childhood
- 18:09Speaker 1: vaccines that have a chemical in it that is known
- 18:12Speaker 1: to cause cancer. These are childhood vaccines. This isn't even
- 18:15Speaker 1: the COVID vaccine we're talking about. There are six different
- 18:18Speaker 1: childhood vaccines. If you give it to your child, there's
- 18:20Speaker 1: a chemical in the vaccine that is known to cause cancer.
- 18:26Speaker 1: So you wonder why the COVID vaccine is... is taking
- 18:30Speaker 1: its wrath out on millions and millions all around the world,
- 18:33Speaker 1: including right here in America. It's because the COVID vaccine

- 19:06Speaker 1: You know, the vaccines make sense. They're good. What's in them,
- 19:10Speaker 1: the chemicals they put in them, that's the problem. So
- 19:14Speaker 1: I was mentioning DHS Secretary Kristi Noem blocked from using

- 19:20Speaker 1: about as smart as Hamas fooling around with Trump and saying,
- 19:24Speaker 1: you got a deal, and then pulling it back a
- 19:26Speaker 1: little bit and saying, maybe you don't have a deal.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Trump is going to get even one way or another.
- 19:31Speaker 1: He's either going to make Gaza disappear, or in this case,

- 21:59Speaker 1: Mark Bruner, who's the founder and CEO of Lost Soldier
- 22:03Speaker 1: Oil and Gas. And I want to give you a
- 22:06Speaker 1: few highlights before I say hi to Mark. I'm going
- 22:08Speaker 1: to give you some highlights why I picked him out
- 22:11Speaker 1: of all the people on the earth in the energy business.
- 22:13Speaker 1: First of all, his background, second generation oil and gas legend.
- 22:18Speaker 1: His companies have created more than $ 15 billion in in
- 22:22Speaker 1: shareholder value, including his big hit, Ultra Petroleum, which he
- 22:27Speaker 1: started and went from $ 0. 15 to $ 200 a share in
- 22:32Speaker 1: nine years, and a $ 10, 000 investment grew to $ 13 million.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Anyone who invested.
- 22:38Speaker 1: $ 10, 000 made $ 13 million for each $ 10, 000 they invested, number
- 22:43Speaker 1: one performing stock on the planet for a decade. The
- 22:46Speaker 1: incredible story of his new project, Lost Soldier... and how
- 22:50Speaker 1: it came together. It took him 40 years to put
- 22:53Speaker 1: this 40-acre site together, virgin territory surrounded by massive gas production.
- 23:01Speaker 1: And it looks to be, at this point, the largest
- 23:03Speaker 1: gas discovery in Wyoming and the surrounding areas in.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Over four decades.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Could be bigger than the Permian Basin. Could be an
- 23:12Speaker 1: ocean of oil. And he's put together a talented story.
- 23:16Speaker 1: management team. And of course, huge drilling season is now approaching.
- 23:20Speaker 1: And of course, Trump has now making it easy to
- 23:24Speaker 1: drill again.
- 23:25Speaker 3: I like to say instead of.
- 23:27Speaker 1: MAGA, it's MEGA-GA-GA-GA, because it's make gas drilling great again.
- 23:32Speaker 3: MEGA-GA-GA-GA, make gas great again.
- 23:34Speaker 1: So without further ado, one of my heroes of the
- 23:37Speaker 1: energy world and the energy economy and getting rid of
- 23:40Speaker 1: inflation by drilling, baby, drilling, Mark Bruner with us, founder
- 23:45Speaker 1: and CEO of of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. The
- 23:49Speaker 1: website is lostsoldier.com. Take special note of that, lostsoldier.com, because
- 23:54Speaker 1: you're going to want to contact him after you hear
- 23:56Speaker 1: this interview, I'm betting. Lostsoldier.com. Let's bring Mark on and
- 24:00Speaker 1: let's talk about it, because this could be the biggest
- 24:03Speaker 1: home run of your career.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Mark Bruner, welcome to the show. How are you?
- 24:08Speaker 4: It's wonderful to see you, Wayne.
- 24:10Speaker 1: So you've put together, not found, but put together, pieced
- 24:15Speaker 1: together 40,000 acres.
- 24:17Speaker 3: It took you 40 years to do it.
- 24:19Speaker 1: And now you believe that this could be even bigger
- 24:23Speaker 1: and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
- 24:26Speaker 1: where a $ 10, 000 investment eventually grew to 13 million, each 10,000,
- 24:32Speaker 1: 13 million? How could this be bigger and better and
- 24:36Speaker 1: more special than that, Mark?
- 24:38Speaker 4: Well, I think the answer to that is that this
- 24:42Speaker 4: is a basin that has never been drilled. I mean,
- 24:45Speaker 4: we've known for 50 years where all the basins are,
- 24:49Speaker 4: and every single one of them have been drilled except
- 24:51Speaker 4: this one. And because there was a uranium mine out here,
- 24:56Speaker 4: and whenever Three Mile Island melted down, the– Burial Land
- 25:01Speaker 4: Management decided not to let anyone drill it until it
- 25:04Speaker 4: was reclamated. So three years ago, I got a call
- 25:07Speaker 4: because I did ultra, they wanted me to drill this.
- 25:10Speaker 4: And because they got the permit, the reclamation and the
- 25:13Speaker 4: mine was finished and we drilled it. And as they say,
- 25:16Speaker 4: the rest is history. It's certainly by far the biggest
- 25:19Speaker 4: thing I've ever found. And, you know, I'm not saying
- 25:23Speaker 4: it'll be, you know, 10,000 will go to 13 million.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I can tell you with great confidence that it's an
- 25:29Speaker 4: order of magnitude bigger than the Pinedale Anticline and Jonah
- 25:33Speaker 4: Field and Ultra Petroleum.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I can tell you that.
- 25:35Speaker 1: So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
- 25:39Speaker 1: average person at home would ask right now. My average
- 25:42Speaker 1: fan might ask right now. which is how do you
- 25:44Speaker 1: know this, Mark? Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't
- 25:48Speaker 1: been drilled because there's no oil and gas there. How
- 25:51Speaker 1: do you know it's going to be this big?
- 25:54Speaker 4: Well, we've already drilled basically a third of the way
- 25:57Speaker 4: down in the sedimentary section. And that's how we know
- 26:01Speaker 4: because we have logs and tests on the wells that
- 26:04Speaker 4: we drill so far. So we already know that there's
- 26:08Speaker 4: over-pressured gas zones, very much like a layer cake. And
- 26:12Speaker 4: because we have hundreds of miles of seismic and a
- 26:15Speaker 4: way to interpret that seismic called a synthetic, we can
- 26:20Speaker 4: see we've got enough room for up to 500 wells
- 26:23Speaker 4: that we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.
- 26:27Speaker 2: So.
- 26:28Speaker 4: It's very exciting. We know the gas is there. And
- 26:32Speaker 4: it's just a matter of drilling up this field. And
- 26:35Speaker 4: as they say, the rest will be history.
- 26:38Speaker 3: What are your plans for drilling this year, right now?
- 26:42Speaker 4: Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
- 26:44Speaker 4: year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
- 26:49Speaker 4: some of those zones are we think are going to
- 26:51Speaker 4: be very similar to a lost soldier field, which I
- 26:55Speaker 4: named my company after that's already produced over 400 million
- 26:58Speaker 4: barrels of oil. So we expect to be able to
- 27:02Speaker 4: test as many as another eight or nine zones below
- 27:06Speaker 4: what we've already found. If what we just already found
- 27:09Speaker 4: was 500 locations, we've got a giant field already. But
- 27:13Speaker 4: we actually think there's more potential even below us.
- 27:17Speaker 1: So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
- 27:21Speaker 1: you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
- 27:24Speaker 1: are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
- 27:27Speaker 1: data centers all over this country and all over the world.
- 27:31Speaker 1: You're planning a data center to be built right there
- 27:34Speaker 1: on your lost soldier property. Tell us about it.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Well, I think I just might mention, you know, besides me,
- 27:43Speaker 4: the gentleman by the name of Harold Hamm, that is
- 27:45Speaker 4: one of the most famous guys in the oil and
- 27:47Speaker 4: gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains,
- 27:50Speaker 4: just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to The Economist,
- 27:53Speaker 4: and got together with CEOs of large independents. And they
- 27:57Speaker 4: all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.
- 28:01Speaker 4: And it's my belief that this test case that we're
- 28:04Speaker 4: doing right now, being able to show economically with all
- 28:08Speaker 4: of the new science that has been developed, that we
- 28:11Speaker 4: will be able to open up a new business, the
- 28:14Speaker 4: deep overpressured gas business, that will be the source of
- 28:18Speaker 4: the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,
- 28:22Speaker 4: big gas production, no data centers.
- 28:25Speaker 3: It's that simple.
- 28:26Speaker 4: Now, coal might provide a little, but mostly it's going
- 28:29Speaker 4: to be natural gas.
- 28:31Speaker 1: You and I had a chance to have dinner in
- 28:33Speaker 1: Las Vegas live and in person. You and I had
- 28:35Speaker 1: a chance to really get to know each other last week,
- 28:37Speaker 1: and I had.
- 28:38Speaker 3: A fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
- 28:40Speaker 1: You're a nice guy. You're a gentleman. You're a class act.
- 28:43Speaker 1: I want to make sure everybody knows that. I was
- 28:45Speaker 1: so impressed. You talked about the fact that all the
- 28:49Speaker 1: pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on
- 28:53Speaker 1: around this area, and they're all headed for the place
- 28:56Speaker 1: where the most natural gas in America's used, California. So
- 29:01Speaker 1: you could spend decades piping natural gas to California. Do
- 29:05Speaker 1: I have that right?
- 29:07Speaker 4: You absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk
- 29:11Speaker 4: lines that go east and west to the east coast
- 29:13Speaker 4: and the west coast of California are about 50 miles
- 29:16Speaker 4: away at Womsetter. All we're doing right now is building
- 29:20Speaker 4: a pipeline, a five-mile pipeline, and we're going to be
- 29:23Speaker 4: drilling for the next 36 months. We expect to fill
- 29:26Speaker 4: that pipeline up with 15 to 20 wells, not 500s.
- 29:30Speaker 4: And then within five years, we expect to put a
- 29:34Speaker 4: 42 to a 46 inch line that would handle two
- 29:37Speaker 4: and a half to five BCF a day. And my
- 29:40Speaker 4: crystal ball says we'll be the biggest producer of natural
- 29:43Speaker 4: gas in California.
- 29:45Speaker 1: All right. And you expect to go public as well.
- 29:48Speaker 1: That's in your plans and fairly quickly, right? Next couple
- 29:51Speaker 1: of years, you expect to be a public company like
- 29:53Speaker 1: Ultra Petroleum.
- 29:55Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right. I think the key critical thing
- 29:58Speaker 4: is as soon as we fill that pipeline up and
- 30:00Speaker 4: we start building the 42 to the 46-inch line and
- 30:03Speaker 4: we know we're going to have that gas production, we're
- 30:06Speaker 4: going to get a wonderful valuation in terms of the
- 30:08Speaker 4: stock market. And so, Netherlands Suhl, who's the number one
- 30:13Speaker 4: energy company in the world that does valuations, is going
- 30:17Speaker 4: to do the work for us. Actually, my father was
- 30:20Speaker 4: their first client in the early 1950s for Texas Oil
- 30:23Speaker 4: and Gas.
- 30:24Speaker 2: So.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Fred Sewell's 97. He's still alive. They're going to do
- 30:28Speaker 4: the they're going to do the valuation and we're going
- 30:31Speaker 4: to get credit for wells we haven't even drilled whenever
- 30:34Speaker 4: we do that engineer report. So we expect it to
- 30:37Speaker 4: be a very big IPO.
- 30:40Speaker 1: This is kind of the grand finale of this. We're
- 30:42Speaker 1: a firework show, you know, give me the grand finale.
- 30:44Speaker 1: I got about a minute. How big can Lost Soldier
- 30:47Speaker 1: actually become, Mark Bruner?
- 30:51Speaker 4: Look, I mean, this is my opinion, okay? I can't
- 30:54Speaker 4: prove it yet, but I've been involved in the business
- 30:57Speaker 4: a long time. I think this is a 50-TCF gas field, okay?
- 31:01Speaker 4: A giant field is 3-TCF. That's what I think, okay?
- 31:05Speaker 4: Ultra was like 20-25. This is much bigger than Ultra,
- 31:08Speaker 4: in my opinion.
- 31:10Speaker 1: That's amazing. Ultra is the company that went public eventually,
- 31:14Speaker 1: and nobody can guarantee results.
- 31:16Speaker 3: But just to hear.
- 31:16Speaker 1: About Ultra, a $ 10, 000 investment turned into $ 13 million. Each $ 10, 000
- 31:21Speaker 1: you invested turned into $ 13 million at the peak of Ultra.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Just amazing. If you can come even close to it, Mark,
- 31:28Speaker 1: forget about equality or beating it. You've got yourself one
- 31:31Speaker 1: gigantic winner, just like that was the big winner for
- 31:34Speaker 1: a decade on Wall Street. This could be a big
- 31:36Speaker 1: winner for a decade on Wall Street again. So history
- 31:40Speaker 1: hopefully repeats with lost soldier oil and gas. And of course,
- 31:44Speaker 1: the tax shelter advantages of oil and gas are pretty cool, too.
- 31:47Speaker 1: The first year you get to write off somewhere in
- 31:50Speaker 1: the neighborhood of 65 to 70 percent of your investment
- 31:52Speaker 1: as a tax deduction. It's It's truly an unbelievable opportunity.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I wanted to bring you on to expose to everyone
- 31:58Speaker 1: one of the heroes of the energy industry moving forward
- 32:01Speaker 1: under Drill Baby Drill and Mega Gaga.
- 32:04Speaker 3: Make gas great again.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Mark Bruner.
- 32:08Speaker 3: The company is called Lost Soldier.
- 32:10Speaker 1: And it's part due of his Ultra Petroleum $ 15 billion hit.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Mark Bruner, the website is LostSoldier.com.
- 32:20Speaker 3: LostSoldier.com.

- 32:50Speaker 2: All right.
- 32:50Speaker 3: The website is LostSoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff.

- 33:01Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC.

- 33:33Speaker 1: Patriot Critical Minerals. Here's the raw truth. Our military dominance,
- 33:37Speaker 1: our economic strength, and even our freedom itself depends on
- 33:40Speaker 1: one critical metal most Americans have never heard of, tungsten.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's what hardens our tanks,
- 33:46Speaker 1: powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles, and puts steel
- 33:49Speaker 1: behind every round of ammunition. Here's the danger. China controls
- 33:53Speaker 1: 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production. If
- 33:56Speaker 1: China cuts us off, America's military power, economy, and independence
- 34:00Speaker 1: all hangs in the balance. Here's the good news. We
- 34:03Speaker 1: have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the most
- 34:06Speaker 1: advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of over 19
- 34:10Speaker 1: million tons. This is the kind of discovery that can
- 34:12Speaker 1: change the game enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten.
- 34:15Speaker 1: There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing

- 36:47Speaker 1: All right, way down the road. It's not a political
- 36:49Speaker 1: story per se, but it's certainly a big news story.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Sean Combs, Sean Diddy, as they call him, is sentenced
- 36:59Speaker 1: to more than four years in prison. He got four
- 37:01Speaker 1: years and I believe two months. And they do that
- 37:04Speaker 1: on purpose because he's already served a year and two months,
- 37:07Speaker 1: 14 months. So in other words, they'll take a year,
- 37:09Speaker 1: knock a year and two months off a sentence and
- 37:11Speaker 1: he will serve three years in prison. And for him,
- 37:14Speaker 1: that's no joke. Believe me, it's a short prison sentence.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I wish it could have been more. But it's still
- 37:19Speaker 1: three years in prison for a billionaire. It's kind of
- 37:22Speaker 1: what they wanted to do to Donald Trump. That's what
- 37:23Speaker 1: they would have liked to do to Trump.
- 37:25Speaker 3: 36 months.
- 37:27Speaker 1: 36 months. Multiply 36 times four weeks. And I don't know,
- 37:31Speaker 1: my math in my head is not good right now.
- 37:32Speaker 1: I'm exhausted. But it's about 130 weeks. So that's a
- 37:36Speaker 1: long time to mark off on a chalkboard. Can you
- 37:40Speaker 1: imagine your first week you marked the first seven and
- 37:42Speaker 1: you had 130 more to go? That's a long time
- 37:45Speaker 1: for Sean Diddy to spend in prison. So I guess
- 37:48Speaker 1: he got what he deserved, although it's a funny story.
- 37:50Speaker 1: It's a funny story. He's a horrible human being. That
- 37:53Speaker 1: much is sure. He treated women terribly. That much is sure.
- 37:57Speaker 1: He's a piece of garbage. That much is sure. But
- 38:00Speaker 1: on the other hand, did he really do anything illegal?
- 38:02Speaker 1: Because every one of the women they treated terrible. As
- 38:04Speaker 1: long as he gave them like $ 10, 000 each time they came,
- 38:07Speaker 1: he's like, they all called him up or text him
- 38:09Speaker 1: and said, I want more. I want more. I want more.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Bring 800 men. As long as you give me $ 100, 000,
- 38:14Speaker 1: I'll take them all on. So he treated them like garbage,
- 38:16Speaker 1: but they wanted to get paid for it. And they
- 38:18Speaker 1: didn't complain about it. I saw the text. Everyone saw them.
- 38:21Speaker 1: They were out. They were public. They not only didn't complain,
- 38:23Speaker 1: they asked for more as long as he paid them.
- 38:27Speaker 1: So they should all go to prison. The supposed victims
- 38:30Speaker 1: should go to prison for being morons. Greedy, hungry morons
- 38:34Speaker 1: who would do any disgusting act if you pay him
- 38:37Speaker 1: enough money. And he's a disgusting lowlife who paid them
- 38:40Speaker 1: to do those disgusting acts. So it's kind of, to me,
- 38:43Speaker 1: a situation where everybody is bad. Everybody is disgusting. Everybody
- 38:47Speaker 1: is immoral. But personally, he could have faced 11 years.
- 38:52Speaker 1: And what was the other thing? 11 years is what
- 38:54Speaker 1: the prosecutors were asking for. And the federal government was
- 38:57Speaker 1: saying that basically he should get seven years based on
- 39:01Speaker 1: what he did and what he was convicted of. And
- 39:03Speaker 1: the judge gave him four years and two months. So
- 39:06Speaker 1: it was a light sentence. And it should have been more,
- 39:08Speaker 1: in my opinion. But again, I don't see where the
- 39:12Speaker 1: victims are. All right. This is a great story. I
- 39:17Speaker 1: should have led off the whole show with it. The
- 39:19Speaker 1: mayor of Seattle has rejected locking up repeat criminals during
- 39:23Speaker 1: a tense debate. His name is... Bruce Harrell, and he's
- 39:28Speaker 1: running for re-election. against a progressive activist. I guess he
- 39:32Speaker 1: has to out-progress her. He rejected locking up repeat criminals,
- 39:36Speaker 1: and he said maybe they're just hungry. Repeat criminals. You understand? Look,
- 39:41Speaker 1: I understand bleeding heart liberals are morons and a-holes. I
- 39:44Speaker 1: understand that. But this goes far beyond that. If someone's
- 39:49Speaker 1: a repeat criminal, you put them away forever and crime
- 39:53Speaker 1: goes down dramatically. Sometimes you see in New York City,
- 39:56Speaker 1: my old hometown, I shouldn't even brag because they're all
- 39:59Speaker 1: morons there. They're all communist morons who've lost their mind.
- 40:02Speaker 1: mentally ill, mentally ranged, and mentally unstable. But you see
- 40:05Speaker 1: these criminals who have committed 300 crimes and they let
- 40:09Speaker 1: them keep walking the streets. They're a one-man crime wave.
- 40:13Speaker 1: So if you took the, you know, the hundred guys
- 40:16Speaker 1: who each have a hundred plus crimes and you just
- 40:19Speaker 1: took them and threw away the key, actually what you
- 40:21Speaker 1: should do is just kill them. Every one of them
- 40:23Speaker 1: should be dead. Hang them in the town square while
- 40:25Speaker 1: we all cheer. But Forget that. Just put him in prison.
- 40:29Speaker 1: You want to be nice? No death penalty in New York?
- 40:32Speaker 1: Just put him away for life with no chance of parole,
- 40:34Speaker 1: three strikes and you're out, let alone 100 strikes and
- 40:37Speaker 1: you're out, or 300 strikes and you're out. And there'd
- 40:40Speaker 1: be no more crime on the streets. Most crime is
- 40:43Speaker 1: committed by the same few people that do it again
- 40:45Speaker 1: and again and again. And these people are so liberal,
- 40:48Speaker 1: they can't even understand that. They won't even put someone
- 40:51Speaker 1: away who's committed multiple crimes. Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell, perfect
- 40:55Speaker 1: name for him.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Bruce.
- 40:57Speaker 1: Oh, Bruce. Said during a mayoral debate Thursday night. You
- 41:02Speaker 1: know exactly what I mean, Pitar. He has no desire
- 41:05Speaker 1: to put repeat criminal defenders in jail. And he doesn't
- 41:10Speaker 1: know how to answer the question on whether the city
- 41:12Speaker 1: is too lax on repeat offenders. So let me make
- 41:15Speaker 1: something very clear, he said. I was the one who
- 41:17Speaker 1: sponsored the ban the box legislation when everyone opposed it
- 41:21Speaker 1: because the criminal system has had a disparate impact on
- 41:25Speaker 1: black and brown communities. Let me lead with that, he said.
- 41:29Speaker 1: His ban the box proposal in 2013 prevented employers from
- 41:33Speaker 1: asking about an applicant's criminal history on job applications.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 41:39Speaker 1: When a person is committing six or seven crimes, I
- 41:42Speaker 1: don't know his or her story. Maybe they were abused
- 41:44Speaker 1: as a child. Maybe they're hungry. But my remedy is
- 41:48Speaker 1: to find their life story so we can see how
- 41:51Speaker 1: we can help.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Oh, boy.
- 41:54Speaker 1: I sentenced this guy's entire family to be mugged every
- 41:58Speaker 1: hour of the rest of their lives. What a moron.
- 42:01Speaker 1: What a complete moron. Let's see what he says when
- 42:04Speaker 1: his boyfriend gets raped. Let's see what he says when
- 42:08Speaker 1: his wife, who's probably a transgender man, gets raped. What
- 42:12Speaker 1: a moron. How do you even get people like this?
