- 0:00Speaker 1: Stirring the pot, one morning at a time. Welcome to
- 0:05Speaker 1: the Alabama Show. You good? Yeah, are you good?
- 0:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Yeah? Can this be it?
- 0:21Speaker 2: Yeah, good morning.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Okay.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Okay. I came in, I was like, we got to
- 0:25Speaker 1: be fast. I got to run to the restroom. It's
- 0:27Speaker 1: a long drive from where I live in the middle
- 0:29Speaker 1: of nowhere to work.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Yes, correct.
- 0:31Speaker 1: That is, it is a distance. I love our job.
- 0:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We got some bad neighbors. We're talking about that at 8. Yeah,
- 0:41Speaker 1: we are. What the hell headlines, crazy things people are
- 0:43Speaker 1: doing in the news, 6.15, 8.50. More people passed away yesterday.
- 0:47Speaker 1: What the hell is going on? It's an eclipse. It's
- 0:49Speaker 1: a full moon. It's been a week. I did say,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I told my Starbucks barista this morning, I said, it's
- 0:55Speaker 1: a full moon. Be careful. Your customers may be crazy today.
- 0:58Speaker 1: She goes... Our first customer ordered 20 drinks. I went, oh,
- 1:02Speaker 1: my God.
- 1:03Speaker 4: Already?
- 1:04Speaker 1: I was like, for what? She goes, she works at
- 1:07Speaker 1: Orange Theory, and she bought everybody pumpkin spice lattes.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Oh, my gosh. That's rough.
- 1:14Speaker 1: That was funny.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Anyway.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16Speaker 1: All that's on the way. We're going to end this
- 1:18Speaker 1: now because I got to go.
- 1:19Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:20Speaker 1: All right. Stop. It's What the Hell Headlines. What the
- 1:23Speaker 1: hell are you talking about?
- 1:25Speaker 5: On the Alabama show.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Police are asking the public to help them find a
- 1:30Speaker 1: suspect who picked $ 30 off the ground at a Walmart. What?
- 1:35Speaker 4: Do they not have anything else better to do with
- 1:38Speaker 4: their time?
- 1:39Speaker 1: Police in Georgia took to Facebook for help identifying a
- 1:41Speaker 1: suspect who found $ 30 on the ground at Walmart and
- 1:44Speaker 1: did not return it. Would you have returned the $ 30?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Why would you return $ 30?
- 1:47Speaker 4: I mean, you're finding a Walmart.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Anyway, the guy later did return the money and the
- 1:52Speaker 1: victim did not press charges. But here's their police chief
- 1:56Speaker 1: talking about it.
- 1:57Speaker 6: We don't pick and choose. You know, if something is reported,
- 2:00Speaker 6: it's no different than shoplifting. The store wants us to
- 2:03Speaker 6: put out the information.
- 2:04Speaker 4: We put out the information. And somebody may.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Say, well, it's just $ 30.
- 2:09Speaker 6: But if you've ever been in a situation that that's
- 2:11Speaker 6: all you had left and then somebody took it from you,
- 2:16Speaker 6: that will put you in a bad spot.
- 2:18Speaker 1: If you're in Georgia and you steal $ 30, you go
- 2:21Speaker 1: into jail.
- 2:21Speaker 5: Bye-bye.
- 2:22Speaker 1: What the hell?
- 2:24Speaker 5: Super easy trivia with The Alabama Show.
- 2:28Speaker 1: 833-501-BAMA is the number to call the show to play.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Good morning. Who's this?
- 2:32Speaker 7: Good morning.
- 2:33Speaker 1: This is April. April, good morning. What are you doing today?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Heck yeah. What convenience store? Let's shout it out. Let's
- 2:43Speaker 1: all come see you. Oh, Tiger Mart in Clinton. Heck yes.
- 2:50Speaker 1: How far are you from Peach Park? I need to
- 2:52Speaker 1: come get some peaches, too. Or do you have peaches?
- 2:55Speaker 1: Probably about 10 minutes. Oh, that's great. I think Peach
- 2:59Speaker 1: Park has some right now. What does everybody get at
- 3:02Speaker 1: Tiger Mart? Like, what's the big thing? Probably the beer.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Thank you. That's a perfect trip. Beer and peaches. I'm in.
- 3:10Speaker 2: And we have a liquor store.
- 3:11Speaker 4: We have a liquor store, too.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Yes.
- 3:14Speaker 1: We'll get some tequila, some peaches. It'll be a great day.
- 3:19Speaker 1: That's right. April, you want to play super easy trivia
- 3:22Speaker 1: for these tickets to rock the South?
- 3:24Speaker 2: Sure.
- 3:24Speaker 3: All right.
- 3:24Speaker 1: We're going to do it. Are you smarter than producer
- 3:26Speaker 1: Blake style today? So I'll ask the question. Use your
- 3:30Speaker 1: name as your buzzer. So like if you know the answer,
- 3:32Speaker 1: say April real fast and then say the answer because
- 3:35Speaker 1: producer Blake is going to say his name and the
- 3:37Speaker 1: answer as fast as he can. So you got to
- 3:39Speaker 1: beat him. Okay. All right. Question number one. What is
- 3:43Speaker 1: the name of the cowboy in Toy Story? Producer Blake. April,
- 3:47Speaker 1: say it.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Woody.
- 3:48Speaker 7: Woody.
- 3:48Speaker 1: April. Say the answer right when you say your name.
- 3:51Speaker 1: You don't got to wait for my permission. That one
- 3:53Speaker 1: goes to April because producer Blake cheated.
- 3:56Speaker 4: How did I cheat?
- 3:57Speaker 1: Okay, next one. How many days are in a year?
- 4:00Speaker 4: Producer Blake.
- 4:01Speaker 3: April.
- 4:01Speaker 1: April. 365. Gotcha.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 4:04Speaker 1: All right, last one for the win. What is the
- 4:07Speaker 1: name of the red fruit often used in ketchup?
- 4:10Speaker 4: Producer Blake. April.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I heard April say it before you by like a millisecond.
- 4:17Speaker 7: Okay.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Congratulations, April. You won Super Easy Trivia. And now we're
- 4:31Speaker 1: going to come see you at Tiger Martin Clanton today.
- 4:34Speaker 2: All right.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Sounds good.
- 4:35Speaker 6: Come see me.
- 4:36Speaker 5: It's three things you need to know with the Alabama Show.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Just when we thought we had made it through the
- 4:41Speaker 1: heat wave.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Nope.
- 4:42Speaker 1: We're going to have hot weather again next week. It's
- 4:44Speaker 1: going to be in the mid to upper 90s with
- 4:47Speaker 1: heat index values in the triple digits. So next week,
- 4:50Speaker 1: make sure you stay hydrated. Check on your friends that
- 4:53Speaker 1: might be sensitive to the heat and look out for
- 4:55Speaker 1: signs of like a heat stroke. Also, we're going to
- 4:59Speaker 1: have some thunderstorms in the next couple of days, but
- 5:01Speaker 1: next week we'll be watching the heat again. Dolly has
- 5:04Speaker 1: a last surprise for fans. She has an unreleased song
- 5:07Speaker 1: called My Place in History. It's locked in a box
- 5:10Speaker 1: at Dollywood's Dream More Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and
- 5:14Speaker 1: it's going to stay closed until January 19th, 2046, 20
- 5:18Speaker 1: years from now, on what would have been her 100th birthday.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Her wish was for the song to be heard by
- 5:24Speaker 1: future generations instead of immediately after she passed, and she
- 5:28Speaker 1: wrote it in 2015. So we've got to wait 20
- 5:31Speaker 1: years and we get a new Dolly song. Also, rest
- 5:34Speaker 1: in peace to Tim Curry. He passed away. You know
- 5:37Speaker 1: Tim Curry from Rocky Horror Picture Show, It, and Clue.
- 5:41Speaker 4: Yeah, he was in a lot of stuff.
- 5:44Speaker 1: A lot of stuff. He was. He passed away at
- 5:46Speaker 1: 80 years old at his home in Los Angeles. He
- 5:49Speaker 1: had a major stroke in 2012 where he had to
- 5:51Speaker 1: learn how to speak again. And there's interviews that I've
- 5:53Speaker 1: seen all over social media yesterday where he's talking about death.
- 5:57Speaker 1: And he said he goes, I hope to earn it
- 5:59Speaker 1: one day. Like, I will welcome it when it comes. Like,
- 6:02Speaker 1: he was not afraid at all. Anyway, we were thinking
- 6:05Speaker 1: about Tim Curry's friends and family. And that is three
- 6:08Speaker 1: things you need to know more at the Alabama show
- 6:11Speaker 1: dot com.
- 6:12Speaker 5: The Alabama Show on demand, free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 6:16Speaker 1: My little cousin ruined what I was going to give
- 6:18Speaker 1: her baby for her birthday this weekend.
- 6:20Speaker 4: How does she ruin a gift that you plan to get?
- 6:23Speaker 1: I'll tell you. By the way, thanks for listening to
- 6:25Speaker 1: The Alabama Show. I'm Alabama with producer Blake. You know,
- 6:29Speaker 1: I always talk about my little cousin Hannah, who is
- 6:31Speaker 1: the voice of what the hell headlines. What the hell?
- 6:34Speaker 1: Her baby turns two this weekend.
- 6:36Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:38Speaker 1: Things are a little tight.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Okay, yeah.
- 6:41Speaker 1: So I got a free sample off the TikTok shop.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Yes, you do. Yes, okay.
- 6:45Speaker 1: It was shoes. They were really cute shoes for her baby.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Okay, yeah.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And Hannah was like, honestly, I don't want any more
- 6:53Speaker 1: clutter around the house. She's going to get so many gifts.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I was like, girl, I got these. I ordered them
- 6:59Speaker 1: only for her. What do you want me to do
- 7:00Speaker 1: with them? And she won't let me give them to
- 7:03Speaker 1: her now. She's like, meh, I don't like them. So
- 7:07Speaker 1: now what do I get this kid? And I'm going
- 7:08Speaker 1: to show you these shoes. They're super cool.
- 7:10Speaker 2: They're little pastel.
- 7:12Speaker 4: They got little wings on them.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I know. They're little pastel sandals that would be great
- 7:16Speaker 1: for a two-year-old girl.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Yeah, they look like they can go in the water
- 7:19Speaker 4: and fly. I love that.
- 7:21Speaker 1: And you know what's so messed up? She goes, I
- 7:23Speaker 1: don't want shoes. That'll be too much clutter in my house.
- 7:26Speaker 1: But you know what her baby daddy did?
- 7:28Speaker 5: What?
- 7:28Speaker 1: Instead of renting a giant bounce house slide, he bought
- 7:32Speaker 1: it because it would cost as much. Where are you
- 7:34Speaker 1: going to store that?
- 7:35Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what? I'm with you. That's outrageous. Why
- 7:38Speaker 4: are you going to get a freaking bounce house?
- 7:41Speaker 1: And then she went to the thrift store and bought
- 7:42Speaker 1: her an inflatable unicorn.
- 7:44Speaker 4: What are these people?
- 7:46Speaker 3: Okay, look, I was on their side at the beginning,
- 7:48Speaker 3: but now I'm kind of fed up with you here.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I got her something practical, and she's like, no, it's
- 7:52Speaker 1: too much clutter.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Shoes are like two inches.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I know.
- 7:57Speaker 4: And then those are like 40 at least.
- 7:59Speaker 1: They're going to have to have a whole storage shed
- 8:01Speaker 1: for that.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Oh, that's irritating. I'm with you. That's that's crazy.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Also, my grandmother, this party's on Saturday. And so I'm
- 8:09Speaker 1: excited because I love Ida. She's like my whole world,
- 8:12Speaker 1: this baby. But my grandmother's like, oh, yeah, we got
- 8:15Speaker 1: a giant inflatable water slide. So bring a bathing suit.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I was like, I don't think it's appropriate for adults
- 8:20Speaker 1: to go down the water slide with toddlers.
- 8:23Speaker 4: You don't have to go down there with them. You wait. Look,
- 8:29Speaker 4: if I would.
- 8:30Speaker 1: We know you would.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I'm just saying, you got to make the best of it.
- 8:34Speaker 3: You only live one life on this earth, so might
- 8:36Speaker 3: as well.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Okay. Call the show. What do you get a two-year-old?
- 8:42Speaker 1: Because I really don't think they care. They're not going
- 8:44Speaker 1: to remember. 833-501-BAMA is the number. That's 833-501-2262.
- 8:51Speaker 5: The Alabama Show on demand. Free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 8:55Speaker 1: By the way, we are on TikTok Live if you
- 8:57Speaker 1: want to go follow Alabama Radio because you can see
- 9:01Speaker 1: kind of how unhinged we get behind the scenes. It
- 9:03Speaker 1: gets bad. People in the chat, though, are saying not
- 9:06Speaker 1: to even get anything because two-year-olds aren't going to notice
- 9:09Speaker 1: and they have so much stuff anyway.
- 9:11Speaker 4: I agree fully with that.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I can't do that. I cannot show up empty-handed.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Look, I think for the most part, it doesn't really matter.
- 9:20Speaker 2: They're not going to remember it.
- 9:21Speaker 1: She won't know, but I'll know.
- 9:23Speaker 4: That is true. I think in your situation, you do
- 9:25Speaker 4: it out of spite. But in usual, it doesn't matter.
- 9:28Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I'm talking about Ida, the baby. I know. You want
- 9:31Speaker 1: me to take the present out of spite because her
- 9:33Speaker 1: mother doesn't want.
- 9:34Speaker 3: But I think for usual, two-year-olds will not remember the gifts.
- 9:37Speaker 1: They don't care. If you're a parent, call the show.
- 9:39Speaker 1: 833-501-BAMA is the number. I do think it's crazy, like
- 9:43Speaker 1: one-year-olds that have these big elaborate parties where parents spend
- 9:46Speaker 1: thousands of dollars. I'm like, your kid's never going to
- 9:48Speaker 1: remember that.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't get it.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Call the show. 833-501-2262. It's three things you need to
- 9:53Speaker 1: know with the Alabama Show. Auburn University just opened a
- 10:01Speaker 1: $ 224 million STEM and agriculture complex, which is its largest
- 10:06Speaker 1: research construction project ever. It is a 265,000 square foot hub.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It just opened its doors after three years of construction.
- 10:14Speaker 1: So if you have kids that are going to Auburn
- 10:16Speaker 1: and they have majors like horticulture or agricultural science or
- 10:19Speaker 1: anything along those lines, they'll have classes in the new complex.
- 10:22Speaker 1: So ask them about it. The blood moon happens tonight.
- 10:25Speaker 1: It's a full moon. It's going to pass almost completely
- 10:28Speaker 1: into Earth's shadow. It's not a total eclipse, but it
- 10:30Speaker 1: will be about 96 percent. So you can see most
- 10:33Speaker 1: of the moon turn dark or see if you see
- 10:36Speaker 1: it turn like the reddish or copper color. I think
- 10:38Speaker 1: it's so cool when the moon turns that color and
- 10:40Speaker 1: you won't need special equipment to see it. It'll peak
- 10:43Speaker 1: tonight at around 11, 12 p.m. But I would go
- 10:46Speaker 1: outside and start looking at it at like around 1030
- 10:48Speaker 1: because then you can watch it as it goes and
- 10:51Speaker 1: it'll be super cool. ChatGPT can now send text for you.
- 10:56Speaker 4: How does it send text?
- 10:57Speaker 1: So there's an Apple Messages plug-in allowing people to connect
- 11:01Speaker 1: their text with the chatbot, and it will organize and
- 11:04Speaker 1: analyze your messages. You can tell ChatGPT how to text
- 11:08Speaker 1: your friends. The thing I do like that it does,
- 11:11Speaker 1: if you are in one of those group chats and
- 11:13Speaker 1: you know how people sometimes will send 100 messages while
- 11:16Speaker 1: you're asleep and then you wake up and go, I'm
- 11:17Speaker 1: not reading all of that. You can get chat GPT
- 11:20Speaker 1: to summarize it for you and then respond. And then
- 11:23Speaker 1: you can be like, use a light but firm tone.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Like if you're arguing with somebody.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Oh, I like that.
- 11:28Speaker 1: That's actually really cool.
- 11:29Speaker 7: I know.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I do like the group chat feature because, man, we've
- 11:32Speaker 1: got a group chat going at work and I have it. Boss,
- 11:36Speaker 1: if you're listening, I have the group chat. You started
- 11:38Speaker 1: with us muted. And then I get so mad when
- 11:40Speaker 1: I wake up at four in the morning and there's
- 11:42Speaker 1: a hundred texts. I'm like, I ain't reading none of this.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Put it in an email. That's a good email. That's
- 11:47Speaker 1: three things you need to know. More at TheAlabamaShow.com.
- 11:52Speaker 5: The Alabama Show on demand.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 11:57Speaker 1: 833-501-BAMA is the number to call the show if you
- 11:59Speaker 1: have good news. Kelsey, good morning. Do you have good news?
- 12:03Speaker 7: Yes.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Okay, what's your good news?
- 12:05Speaker 7: My first baby turns one tomorrow.
- 12:08Speaker 3: Oh.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Okay, tell me about the birthday party, because are you
- 12:14Speaker 1: going to have a big birthday party? What are you
- 12:15Speaker 1: going to do?
- 12:16Speaker 7: So we're doing Curious George themed because Curious George is
- 12:19Speaker 7: his favorite. Like when he hears the same song come on,
- 12:24Speaker 7: he will run and sit on the floor and watch
- 12:26Speaker 7: the TV. And so we're doing a Curious George, and
- 12:29Speaker 7: he is one curious monkey. Okay.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Are you going to dress him up like a monkey?
- 12:35Speaker 7: Well, I got a custom t-shirt made with Curious George
- 12:38Speaker 7: floating away on it.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Cute. Well, congratulations. We're so excited. What advice would you
- 12:44Speaker 1: give to any parents who have a one-year-old right now? Ugh.
- 12:48Speaker 7: Lord have mercy. I guess my word of advice would
- 12:54Speaker 7: be take in the small moments because time is such
- 12:57Speaker 7: a thief. And I feel like I had him yesterday
- 13:01Speaker 7: and I've had him a whole 365 days.
- 13:03Speaker 1: It's crazy, isn't it? It's insane. I love that. Kelsey,
- 13:07Speaker 1: thank you for sharing.
- 13:09Speaker 5: The Alabama Show, on demand, free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Producer Blake's the old man that's yelling at people, get
- 13:15Speaker 1: off my property.
- 13:16Speaker 3: I haven't started yelling yet, but I'm getting close.
- 13:20Speaker 1: By the way, thank you for listening to The Alabama Show.
- 13:23Speaker 1: I'm Alabama with Producer Blake. Producer Blake just told me
- 13:25Speaker 1: his problem. And this is so funny to me.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It gets on my last nerve.
- 13:30Speaker 1: What's happening?
- 13:31Speaker 4: So I live by myself now, right, in this nice house.
- 13:35Speaker 3: And I park my car in the yard every day.
- 13:39Speaker 3: And when I get out, there's a lady that's always
- 13:41Speaker 3: walking by with her dog.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Every day.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Big dog, little dog, what kind of dog? It's a
- 13:46Speaker 1: pretty big dog.
- 13:47Speaker 4: It's not huge, but it's big.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:50Speaker 4: And it always stops in my yard.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:52Speaker 4: And lets it go.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Your yard you're renting.
- 13:55Speaker 4: It doesn't matter. It's where I live. And this dog
- 13:59Speaker 4: lets it go in front of my car. Every dang day.
- 14:03Speaker 4: But the worst part is, the lady sits there and
- 14:05Speaker 4: looks at me and doesn't say, hey. Doesn't say anything
- 14:08Speaker 4: about it.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Just stares at me with her sunglasses on like she's
- 14:11Speaker 3: too cool for school.
- 14:12Speaker 1: While her dog's going number two in front of your car.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Yes, the dog is squatted.
- 14:17Speaker 3: She's sitting there looking at me with no smile on
- 14:18Speaker 3: her face.
- 14:19Speaker 1: In the driveway?
- 14:20Speaker 4: No, in the yard. Like, in my yard right in
- 14:22Speaker 4: front of my car.
- 14:23Speaker 1: How in front of your car? Like, to the side
- 14:25Speaker 1: where you have to get on the door? Like, have
- 14:28Speaker 1: you stepped in it?
- 14:29Speaker 3: No, I've driven over it twice by accident because I
- 14:32Speaker 3: forget that it's there.
- 14:33Speaker 1: And then your car smells like it?
- 14:35Speaker 3: Yes. And so now I've got to go get it
- 14:39Speaker 3: re-washed again because the dog won't stop and the lady just.
- 14:43Speaker 4: Stares at me.
- 14:44Speaker 1: All you have to do is spray off your tire, buddy.
- 14:47Speaker 3: I know that, but whenever you drive, it goes up
- 14:50Speaker 3: on the bottom of the car because it spins because
- 14:54Speaker 3: I'm getting out of grass when I drive out.
- 14:56Speaker 1: If you lived in the country where I lived and
- 14:58Speaker 1: you complained about this to my redneck neighbors, they would
- 15:01Speaker 1: laugh at you. This is some bougie problems. Oh, somebody's
- 15:05Speaker 1: dog's crapping in my yard. Tell me about it when
- 15:08Speaker 1: your chickens are walking over to your neighbor's yard pooping everywhere.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Fun fact, I don't have chickens and I don't live
- 15:15Speaker 3: near people with chickens.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I know. You need to move to the country. This
- 15:19Speaker 1: is the stupidest problem I've ever heard. No, it's not.
- 15:22Speaker 4: It's not the dog that I'm upset with. When it rains,
- 15:24Speaker 4: it'll wash away.
- 15:25Speaker 3: I'm upset with the lady for letting it happen and
- 15:27Speaker 3: not cleaning it up.
- 15:28Speaker 4: That's her dang dog in my yard.
- 15:30Speaker 1: You act like we live in a neighborhood with a HOA.
- 15:33Speaker 1: I've been to your neighborhood. There ain't no HOA there.
- 15:36Speaker 4: It's courtesy. It's called common courtesy. You just be a
- 15:39Speaker 4: good person.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I think you need to chill more.
- 15:41Speaker 4: I think you need to chill.
- 15:43Speaker 3: I think this lady needs to chill, and I think
- 15:45Speaker 3: that dog needs to chill.
- 15:48Speaker 1: 833-501-BAMA is the number. What do you think? 833-501-2262. The
- 15:52Speaker 1: Alabama Show on demand.
- 15:56Speaker 5: Free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 15:59Speaker 1: 833-501-BAMA is the number to call the show. Good morning, Matt.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Would you be mad if somebody's dog was going in
- 16:04Speaker 1: your yard?
- 16:05Speaker 2: Oh, absolutely.
- 16:06Speaker 7: Really?
- 16:07Speaker 2: I'd get a shovel and throw it over in their yard.
- 16:11Speaker 4: That's a good way to do it.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Okay, that's pretty funny. See, I have, like, all the
- 16:15Speaker 1: neighborhood dogs come and crap in my yard. I don't care.
- 16:18Speaker 1: My dogs are crapping there, too. That's because you're crazy.
- 16:19Speaker 4: There's a difference.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I'm not crazy.
- 16:21Speaker 4: For animals.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I live in a neighborhood, and they let their
- 16:27Speaker 2: dogs out while I'm not there, but I get them
- 16:29Speaker 2: on my cameras. I got some cameras, and they just
- 16:32Speaker 2: make their self at home, more or less. It looks
- 16:35Speaker 2: like a grown man went out there and took a dump.
- 16:40Speaker 1: No, it is.
- 16:41Speaker 2: It's just basic common courtesy, you know. Keep your dogs
- 16:45Speaker 2: up and put them out in the backyard or something
- 16:48Speaker 2: inside the fence. Am I being unreasonable?
- 16:50Speaker 1: No, that's not. I agree. Like, I've gotten into it
- 16:53Speaker 1: with my neighbors when their dogs come into my yard
- 16:56Speaker 1: because their dogs will come into my yard and kill
- 16:58Speaker 1: my chickens. And I'm like, why can you not keep
- 17:00Speaker 1: your dogs in your yard? So, I mean, that's reasonable.
- 17:03Speaker 1: But if the dog poops there, I don't care about
- 17:05Speaker 1: the poop.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, I just, you run over it with
- 17:08Speaker 2: the lawnmower if you're out there cutting grass and stepping
- 17:12Speaker 2: in it.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's deer season. Deer's coming in the yard. There's deer
- 17:16Speaker 1: pellets laying around, so.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Well, deer and raccoons, I don't, it's just, they can
- 17:22Speaker 2: control it, but it's just, like I said, just basic
- 17:25Speaker 2: common courtesy.
- 17:27Speaker 5: You're listening to The Alabama Show On Demand.
- 17:30Speaker 1: If one of your friends asked you to describe the
- 17:33Speaker 1: show in one word today, what would it be? Oh,
- 17:36Speaker 1: my gosh. Chaos. Yeah, yes, I'll go chaos. Yeah, that's
- 17:43Speaker 1: a good one. Anyway, we're done. Anything you missed, you
- 17:45Speaker 1: can download the free iHeartRadio app and look up the
- 17:48Speaker 1: Alabama show on demand. We'll be back tomorrow morning, but
