Today's calendar challenge is in conjunction with our theme for this month, Explore Freedom. Let August invite you to loosen your grip, widen your horizons, and welcome the openness that comes from trying new ways. This month, find just enough joy by releasing what boxes you in. Old routines, limiting beliefs or expectations, and giving yourself permission to follow feelings of freedom. So today, follow freedom in the mind. Explore a topic you're curious about. Get some new knowledge in your world. Learn something new, share something new just because it feels good to enhance your wisdom. It feels good to learn. It feels good. To be joyful in learning and to be joyful in life. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
