MBTA Maintenance Crew Indicted | Providence News
Seven MBTA employees, part of the Red Line Maintenance team, face federal charges for falsifying inspection reports and stealing overtime — some even worked on personal cars during shifts. Surveillance caught them at a garage skipping duties, while supervisors allegedly knew and even helped by letting staff fix their own vehicles. Four were indicted earlier this year; three more were arrested last Friday and appeared in Boston court.
