The Allison Inquiry opened September 8, 2026 on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, as Conservative MP Dean Allison convened an independent, citizen-organized hearing so Canadian lawmakers could listen to people reporting COVID-19 vaccine injuries and loss. More than 1,400 Canadians applied to testify; a smaller group of selected witnesses began sharing sworn personal stories after opening remarks, with U.S. Senator Ron Johnson among those who spoke.
