  being proud of, you know we talk about our highest self and our future self and these are such

  beautiful spiritual concepts but they can at times alienate us from being in all of ourselves

  right now, you know you are holding conflict differently than anyone you've ever seen in your

  life, you've never seen your family hold the kinds of conversations you're holding, you've never

  seen anyone around you, be such an embodiment of the possibility of healing, of loving,

  of moving with softness, you are showing up for your inner child, you are making them so proud of

  you, they would be so in awe of you if they met you today, they would ask you so many questions

  about you in your life and you've become the exact safe space that they needed most,

  that is what it means to be the kind of cycle breaker, to be the kind of alchemist that you are,

  you are alchemizing so many wounds, traumas, stories, you are reminding yourself of truths that

  you've never seen before, it's not like you're following someone else's roadmap, you are the roadmap,

  writer, I see myself as a speaker and I'm showing up as that, even when I'm getting no applause,

  I'm showing up as a singer, I'm posting my music, I'm posting this video even though I feel

  uncomfortable, I'm climbing cringe mountain, I'm allowing myself to be witnessed or however you feel

  proud of yourself for showing up, I just want to be in deep reverence of you,

  you know when you are in a moment with nature where you are present,

  where you know the cosmos will never be this exact way ever again,

  where you look at the horizon and the colors of orange and blue and purple,

  maybe the sun is glistening on the surface of the ocean and the waters are softly moving and you

  feel wow, even though I'm carrying different forms of grief and loss even though I'm suffering

  in different ways as is the human condition, there is so much beauty in the world,

  there is so much beauty to behold, even though it can feel like we're going through as a collective,

  there are so many dark times being lived, so many deeply painful systems that I hope are breaking

  down or crumbling so that a new paradigm can rise, I know it can feel like despair once to win,

  but there are these moments where we get to behold the magnificence of this human experience,

  the beauty of a song, the beauty of a sunset, and just as that sunset comes together and it feels
• 7:53
  so abundant and divine and sacred, you are that, if you just take a snapshot energetically of

  where you are today, of the kinds of ways you are moving through your life, the kinds of ways you

  are alchemizing pain into purpose, your mess into your message, your wounds into your wisdom,

  the way you are becoming, the sacred, reparenting that the collective seeks through you,

  through you honoring the ways that you wish people had showed up for you, you are becoming that

  for the collective, you are innovating, you are creating, you are birthing, offerings and possibilities,

  you are in your creative power and so many people in this life get to the end of their life never having

  known, that feeling that you know today, so can you be in awe of who you are just as you are,

  can you dial up, you know like the volume, can you dial up the volume of how much or pride, joy,

  enoughness you can hold in your body, because we know in these times we could always be doing more,

  we know that the voice of what we haven't done can sometimes feel louder than the chorus of all

  that we have been, and so it is an act of rebellion, an act of love,

  to recognize, to look at and see majesty and magic in who you already are,

  what you've already created, what you are birthing right now, to find abundance in that,

  you are a big dreamer, what does that mean, that means you will always have more dreams,

  even when you reach that stage or stadium you're dreaming of, you will dream of more,

  not to say you won't enjoy and revel in that moment, but you have come here to continually live

  a grander vision for your life, you are an expression of the divine, you are an expression of the

  infinite, so there's no moment where your expansive imagination will not continue to expand,

  so what does that mean, it means you are that, in a sense you are on the stadium,

  there's a way that you are experiencing reality, there's something you are creating right now,

  there's something you are embodying right now that was once simply a dream, you dreamed of this,

  you dreamed of the work that you get to do now, you dreamed of the people and the conversations

  you get to have now, you dreamed of the exact moment you are living now, so you are in the stadium,

  so learning to be in awe of this stadium moment is only going to support you in holding all the

  stadiums that your soul will expand into, what you are embodying today is what you envisioned

  before, so let's thank every version of you who came before, who got you to this point,

  let's thank all the ancestors who survived, who had hope, even in the midst of despair, even in the

  midst of catastrophe trauma, of catastrophe of trauma of oppression, they had hope,

  and you are not here on accident, you are not here by accident, and you are honoring the purpose

  that you are and that you have by the way that you are living, so take a moment to celebrate

  who you are being, what you are embodying today, take a moment to leave a comment, I am so proud

  arrival, so when we have the level of consciousness that can recognize, oh my word, all that I'm calling

  in is a different manifestation of all that I'm already living, because I am currently a manifestation

  of all that I previously called in for myself and all the collective called in through me,

  so if I'm not proud of myself now, who's to say that when I get to that imaginary moment,

  when my book is in my hand or when my music is listened to by all the people I long for it to be

  listened to or when my words are shared between friends, who's to say I'm going to be proud of

  myself then, I need to become the version of myself who can recognize my own magic, the collective

  magic, the divine magic pulsating through me, so I invite you to write yourself a love letter,

  dear and your lovely name, and state all the reasons why you are so proud of yourself,

  why you are an awe of yourself, all the reasons why you as you are today in a sense are your
• 13:36
  highest self, holding the paradox that yes, you always will dream of more, you will always dream

  of more, that's your nature, you're a dreamer and we dream of you and we dream through you,

  so we thank you, that's what I also want to say, the collective thanks you for the work that you
• 13:56
  are doing, because you may be writing your book or creating your podcast or you may be
• 14:05
  channeling messages, even to yourself, you may be nourishing your spiritual wisdom,

  and there's so much you are doing that is invisible that no one will ever know that is allowing
• 14:17
  you to show up in the way that you are today, and we thank you for the work that you are doing,

  we thank you for the cycles you are breaking, we thank you for the fact that you want more,

  more love, more freedom, and you're allowing that desire to expand us through you, because the more

  you step into what you feel called to, the more we feel permission through you, the more we see

  possibility through you, so you are doing so much for us, even in invisible ways that we don't even see,

  the collective is growing and healing through your work, and it is not going unnoticed,

  it is felt by the people around you, they feel how your energy has shifted, they feel the return

  within you, returning to your own magic, returning to your bliss, returning to softness,

  returning to rest, just take a moment to be here, to honor the sunset of your being that is so

  cosmically divine and aligned, to honor the ways you are aligning your life to the exact values

  the people you love, the messages you're sending, the love you're sharing, to honor the quiet and

  private acts of heroism, acts of courage, acts of love, to honor all that you already are,

  something we all long for in this life is to feel seen, something we all long for is to feel that we

  matter and we're valued by the people around us, and so sometimes, although we cannot

  carry this burden on our own, sometimes the invitation is to see ourselves first,

  to see and recognize our own magic, our own magnificence, a song that I'm going to invite you to

  listen to is called Proud of Me by Beautiful Chorus, I love Beautiful Chorus' music, so affirming

  and uplifting, and this song really is about being proud of yourself, and it's a song that I

  listen to very often, to remind myself that I get to feel proud of myself, I get to not put off the

  moment where I'm in awe of who I am, of what I've created, of what I'm creating, and I can be in

  process and still be in reverence, I don't have to arrive at a certain moment in my career when

  my life, in a sense I'm already there, all timelines are accessible to us in this moment,

  and so you get to be truly in awe of yourself now, truly in awe of what you're capable of

  creating in your life, and creating includes standards for how people treat you, creating includes
• 17:17
  beliefs, for what you get to believe is possible for you and through you, creating includes

  friendships and relationships you're building, communities you're a part of, you get to feel so
• 17:28
  in awe of who you are as you are today, and not allow yourself or your future self to be this
• 17:34
  image of perfection that always feels like it's held over you as a better version of you.

  We are absorbing these spiritual lessons in a time in an era of self-improvement, and we know
• 17:48
  that that project is never complete, so can we be the completion? Can we say, you know what today?

  I'm choosing to celebrate myself as though I am in my Grammy moment, whatever that looks like for you.

  Today I'm choosing to write a list of all the ways that I am so proud of who I've become,

  I'm so proud and so grateful of all the ways I've been supported, we're never acting alone,

  and I'm so in awe of the life force that chooses me each day, and that is chosen me for a reason.

  And we know that as we give ourselves this love, love has a very infectious quality,

  it has no choice but to radiate through us, as we give ourselves this energy of love and this proud

  parent energy, as we reparent ourselves, finding this sacred enoughness, finding this beauty and

  this magnificence of our own spirit, we become that type of parent to everyone around us.

  We celebrate our friends as they win, we celebrate our family, we celebrate the people around us,

  our community, because we've learned how to celebrate ourselves.

  So know that this form of self-love, it's also so that it can ripple out into collective love,

  and Bell Hook speaks about this in communion, that the purpose of self-love is not purely only to love

  ourselves, although that is critical, but it is to become sources of love in the way we commune,

  but we cannot truly and deeply love each other, as we already know, without being committed to the

  project of loving ourselves, and we are our most intimate witness, there's things you've seen

  yourself hold, carry and move through, that no one else has. There's moments where you've seen how

  you would have reacted in the past and how you're reacting now, that no one else necessarily sees,

  so you are your most intimate and deep witness, and can you be committed to being such a loving

  witness, such a celebratory witness of who you are, a witness who is devoted to acknowledgement,

  isn't it so wonderful to say, wow, I'm so in awe of you, for the way you just reacted to what

  your parents just said to you. Five years ago, you wouldn't have done that, and I also

  I know who you were five years ago, they were exactly who they needed to be in that time,

  for me to be who I am now, it's all divine, and like life, we're always stretching towards the

  sun, so we're always expanding, seeking more life, more expansion, and know that we are all

  seeking to expand, grow and heal through you, through your perspective, through what you see and

  what you've seen, and so the more you celebrate yourself as you are, the more you begin to think, huh?

  because I know I'm the kind of creative parent, the kind of witness who's going to really acknowledge
