- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 0:02Speaker 1: the day. It's been a good day. Thank you everyone
- 0:06Speaker 1: who listens to us every morning. We certainly appreciate it.
- 0:09Speaker 1: We love you guys so much. Junior, year after your year,
- 0:13Speaker 1: year after year. Yes, fighting with us, right they do? Yes, Yes, sure.
- 0:18Speaker 2: So let may ask you something. You know you've got
- 0:21Speaker 2: to be sixty nine. But I just noticed something, man,
- 0:25Speaker 2: how do you maintain your integrity? With your integrity when
- 0:28Speaker 2: all your peers be talking about your colleagues, internet be
- 0:31Speaker 2: talking about you. How do you maintain your integrity even
- 0:34Speaker 2: when it's hard?
- 0:36Speaker 3: Well, them talking about me has nothing to do with
- 0:38Speaker 3: my integrity. See, my truth is my truth. What you
- 0:44Speaker 3: say about me has nothing to do with that. What
- 0:47Speaker 3: you print about me, the story you come up with me,
- 0:51Speaker 3: has nothing to do with that. My integrity is that
- 0:55Speaker 3: that's a story on online right now. Me and Marjorie
- 0:59Speaker 3: getting a That's the furthest thing from the truth. Me
- 1:02Speaker 3: and my girl good Man, Man, we still laugh, we
- 1:06Speaker 3: still walking, hold hands, we still go places together, we
- 1:10Speaker 3: still have dates. No, me and my girl good I
- 1:13Speaker 3: don't even care. It's so much on there about me, man,
- 1:17Speaker 3: that I could care less about because I don't feel
- 1:22Speaker 3: as though and I've gathered now I haven't always been
- 1:25Speaker 3: this way about the Internet, but I know the truth
- 1:29Speaker 3: about me. And now most people know what the Internet is.
- 1:35Speaker 3: Most people know what it is. Real people who got
- 1:40Speaker 3: real lives ain't studying that Internet. Now you got some
- 1:44Speaker 3: people that banking their whole existence on it. I know
- 1:47Speaker 3: he liked that. He make me sick. That's why I
- 1:49Speaker 3: can't stand him. You don't even know me. You don't
- 1:53Speaker 3: even know me, and you not being able to stand
- 1:57Speaker 3: me has no effect on me. And this can even
- 2:01Speaker 3: help that caller that we had earlier today. How does
- 2:05Speaker 3: she let stop letting every negative thing affect them? She
- 2:09Speaker 3: carries it over and over. No, man, I'm not gonna
- 2:13Speaker 3: allow you to do this to me. I do not
- 2:16Speaker 3: give a person permission to ruin my day. You don't
- 2:22Speaker 3: have the authority to dictate to me how I think
- 2:27Speaker 3: or feel. You know nothing about me. You don't even
- 2:31Speaker 3: know who I am. So how you gonna talk about
- 2:35Speaker 3: how I am? If you don't know who I am?
- 2:38Speaker 3: How you talking about how I am? That don't make
- 2:41Speaker 3: no sense. It don't make no sense. People stop giving
- 2:46Speaker 3: people permission. I've said this one hundred times. On this show,
- 2:52Speaker 3: Martin Luther King had a quote. He said, a man
- 2:55Speaker 3: can't ride your back unless you bend over, stand up,
- 2:59Speaker 3: straighten up. Stop allowing people to disrupt your peace. That's
- 3:08Speaker 3: a big part of it, man, Man, my piece is
- 3:12Speaker 3: important to me. Look, I got life coming at me,
- 3:16Speaker 3: just like everybody else. I got to deal with grief
- 3:22Speaker 3: from time to time. I got to deal with bad news.
- 3:26Speaker 3: I got to deal with family members that suffering through illnesses.
- 3:31Speaker 3: You know, I got things that disappoint me. You know,
- 3:36Speaker 3: I'm trying to help people in my life. I'm always
- 3:40Speaker 3: feel like I'm responsible for helping somebody. I got a
- 3:43Speaker 3: lot going on, and on top of all that, I'm
- 3:46Speaker 3: just trying to live my life. I don't have time
- 3:51Speaker 3: to allow people in my space to disrupt my peace.
- 3:56Speaker 3: You don't have that permission anymore. And as I approach
- 3:59Speaker 3: this new birthday, Lady's birthday, God will and I make it. Hey, man,
- 4:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna care even less, even less, And I'm gonna
- 4:09Speaker 3: tell y'all something. Man, that's a great place to be
- 4:11Speaker 3: in when you take concerted efforts and measures to stop
- 4:18Speaker 3: allowing people to disrupt your peace, When you make concerted
- 4:23Speaker 3: efforts and you take the measures to rid yourself of
- 4:27Speaker 3: people's opinion of you that don't even know you. Man,
- 4:33Speaker 3: you can start relaxing. Look, man, I'm on the internet
- 4:38Speaker 3: like everybody else. Because I scroll now, my feed is
- 4:40Speaker 3: flooded with the you know, inspirational quotes, stuff like that.
- 4:46Speaker 3: That's what comes up on my timeline, workout stuff. But
- 4:51Speaker 3: every now and then you'll be flipping through it. Here
- 4:53Speaker 3: comes some soon as I see it, I just go
- 4:58Speaker 3: right on past it. Because you didn't interview me for that.
- 5:04Speaker 3: You ain't interview men for me. Now, if you see
- 5:07Speaker 3: me on the interview and I'm directly talking on a
- 5:10Speaker 3: podcast like The Pivot or something like that, then go ahead.
- 5:14Speaker 3: That's what I said. If you don't see me on
- 5:18Speaker 3: an interview and you see my picture, my wife's picture,
- 5:23Speaker 3: something like that, you're wasting your time. We ain't okay that.
- 5:28Speaker 3: We ain't sign it. We ain't say that, man, Me
- 5:31Speaker 3: and my girl. Good Man, I'm good. And you know
- 5:36Speaker 3: why I'm good because I got a strong relationship with God.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I'm one of his favorites and I'm really and I
- 5:44Speaker 3: really need to tell you this. You got to be careful,
- 5:47Speaker 3: how you're handling me out there, be careful because I
- 5:49Speaker 3: ain't by myself. Now. I'm not gonna do nothing to you.
- 5:54Speaker 3: But what's that song on the internet everybody like? Now, God,
- 5:57Speaker 3: don't play about me. He really don't. He fighting battles.
- 6:03Speaker 3: I can't see. I've been living like that. Y'all. Go
- 6:08Speaker 3: on and enjoy your life in twenty twenty six. Stop
- 6:14Speaker 3: letting people disrupt your peace, and stop giving people permission
- 6:20Speaker 3: to pass judgment on you that you don't even know.
- 6:24Speaker 3: That's how I'm handling it. That's my twenty twenty I
- 6:27Speaker 3: feel good already. And Lord Willie, because I get old,
