- 2:34Yeah, it's been a crazy one all day.
- 2:36I can't stand, I really can't stand the traffic here in Long
- 2:41Island. And I say this all the time,
- 2:43347, it doesn't matter what time of day it is.
- 2:47It could be night, it could be morning, it could be midday.
- 2:51It is bumper to bumper traffic. There's road work at night time.
- 2:56They close off lanes so they could do road work on 347.
- 3:00It's so bad here in Long Island you cannot drive and everybody
- 3:05knows in on 347. If you ever been to Long Island,
- 3:08there's so many doctors offices. So all the older Long Islanders
- 3:14are on 347 during the daytime because I got to go to their
- 3:18doctor appointments. They're like in their 60s and
- 3:2070s. Now.
- 3:21I have said this, not taking shots at anybody when you turn
- 3:2465 years old. And I've, I've been saying this
- 3:29a long time. I've argued this.
- 3:30When you're 65, you live in New York.
- 3:33You should have to take the driver's test every five years
- 3:37after you're passed 65 because. How how long is your guys
- 3:41license valid for? Like the like when you get, is
- 3:44it five years, eight years? I think it's eight years.
- 3:46I think it's, I'm pretty sure I, I don't have my license in front
- 3:49of me, but I'm pretty sure it's eight years.
- 3:51And it depends because now they have enhanced licenses and now
- 3:55if you go on a plane, I don't know if anybody knows this now
- 3:59depending on where you're. Going.
- 4:01Yeah, You need a special ID. You can't go on planes now with
- 4:04just a driver's license or a passport.
- 4:06They want you to get an airport ID.
- 4:11And, and it's funny because I was just at the airport in Tampa
- 4:15and they wouldn't let Brittany's sister on the plane until they
- 4:20looked at her license and see and and wanted to check if it
- 4:23was real. So, and now they have these like
- 4:26these papers that they give you that you have to take home and
- 4:29you have to insert it every time.
- 4:32Now you fly from New York to Tampa in certain parts of the
- 4:35country and you need an airport ID.
- 4:38It's, I've never seen this before, but I think it was Trump
- 4:42ever since Trump came into office.
- 4:44That's something that Trump wants because he doesn't want
- 4:46aliens coming from different countries in different, you
- 4:49know, different places of the world and using fake IDs.
- 4:53I know, I know in Nebraska you're like your license is
- 4:59like, I think some states are different, but the real, the
- 5:02real ID as they call it is your driver's license.
- 5:05So but I've heard I got a buddy that just flew from Arizona to
- 5:09Nebraska and he just had a regular license and his his
- 5:14worked back and forth. So it might be state to state, I
- 5:17think I don't. Know yeah, well, I, I will say
- 5:19this it hasn't happened yet. They're not they're not pushing
- 5:23people out where you you have to get this ID.
- 5:26But it's going to happen soon because they were giving, they
- 5:29let her on the plane, but they said that she has to look into
- 5:33this. And they give you like this
- 5:34piece of paper that you have to take home.
- 5:36And within, I think in the next couple of months, you need this
- 5:39ID to fly. And what you do is you, you, you
- 5:43go online and you order this ID. You have to go through a certain
- 5:48airports. I, I forget what it is.
- 5:50And they give you a list of things that you have to do and
- 5:53you have to fill out this paperwork and send it in and
- 5:56they send you an ID. So every time you travel on a
- 5:59plane, you have this ID right next to your driver's license
- 6:03because they don't want illegal aliens coming into the country.
- 6:07And that was something that Trump was pushing.
- 6:09So I, I've never seen it before until recently.
- 6:12And they're going to start pushing it.
- 6:13So if you fly a light a lot, ladies and gentlemen, get ready
- 6:17because this is going to happen. I'm not lying to you.
- 6:21And when you start going to the airport, you're going to see
- 6:25that if you don't have an enhanced license, they're going
- 6:27to force you to get this specific ID from the airport.
- 6:31So I. Time frame that you have to get
- 6:34it in. I don't know because I know a
- 6:35lot of people fly. I'm going to look into it
- 6:37because I, I did, I did see it over the last few weeks because
- 6:43I flew twice and both times they were complaining about her ID
- 6:49and they said that they gave her a piece of paper and she said
- 6:51they said to look into this, make sure that you have this or
- 6:54get an enhanced license. They're not going to let you fly
- 6:57without it. So, and it's going to happen
- 6:59soon. So I I don't know.
- 7:01The DMV is already a disaster. Is there like there's no way
- 7:04like you have to get a whole new one or like so you have to like,
- 7:08can you just like so there's a thing.
- 7:10Mail it in though, whatever. So there's a thing called an
- 7:12enhanced license. There's a regular license and
- 7:14then there's an enhanced. I've had an enhanced license
- 7:17since they made it. And I think it, it came out like
- 7:207-8 years ago or maybe a little bit more than that 10 years ago.
- 7:24And what it does is you don't need your passport to go to
- 7:27different countries. Now, if if you go, if you want
- 7:30to go to England, if you have an enhanced license, you don't need
- 7:33your passport. You just need to show your
- 7:35license. Now.
- 7:37Airports do not. They don't accept regular
- 7:40license. What they're trying to do is
- 7:42either you get an enhanced license or you have to get a
- 7:45special ID to fly from one place to another.
- 7:49Now, I don't know when this is going to obviously go into
- 7:52effect, but when we were there, they took her off the line and
- 7:57she had to go and speak to a security before they let her put
- 8:01her bags through so she can get on the plane.
- 8:04It was, it was weird. I've never seen anything like
- 8:07it. And then you see a sign right
- 8:08there about an ID and I was like, what, what is this?
- 8:12And then they didn't look at mine.
- 8:14Brittany was using her passport, but they said something to her
- 8:17about her passport. So I don't know, it's weird.
- 8:21I've never seen anything like it.
- 8:23But it's definitely going to be in effect very, very soon.
- 8:25So for anybody that travels a lot, you're going to hear about
- 8:29that. In the first game of Monday
- 8:31Night Football doubleheader, this Lions team dominated the
- 8:36Buccaneers 24 to 9. Quarterback Baker Mayfield had
- 8:40his worst game of the season with only 228 passing yards, one
- 8:44touch down, 1 interception. Future Hall of Famer and wide
- 8:48receiver Mike Evans returned after missing the last three
- 8:52games, but suffered a broken collarbone early in the game and
- 8:57is expected to miss the rest of the regular season.
- 9:00He may be able to return during the playoffs.
- 9:03Hopefully he does because but it kills me as far as my team is
- 9:06concerned because I have him on one of my teams.
- 9:09Lions running back Jameer Gibbs went berserk against Normally X
- 9:15defenses, including the Buccaneers run defense, cashing
- 9:19them for 136 yards, 2 touchdowns on the ground while adding 82
- 9:25more yards on three catches through the air.
- 9:28Wide receiver Mr. Say Brown added 86 yards and a touchdown.
- 9:34Both the Lions and the Buccaneers are now five and two.
- 9:37The Seahawks beat the Texans 27 to 19, the second game of a
- 9:42doubleheader to also improve to 5:00 and 2:00.
- 9:45A late Texas score made it a made made the final score look
- 9:51closer than it really was as the Texans often struggled
- 9:55throughout the night. Texans wide receiver Nico
- 9:57Collins had four catches for 77 yards in the loss, but left the
- 10:01game early with a concussion and is unlikely to play in Week 8.
- 10:06The Seahawks rushing attack with Kenneth Walker and Zach
- 10:10Charbonnet combined for 115 rushing yards and two
- 10:14touchdowns. Wide receiver Jackson Smith
- 10:17Nijigba continued his breakout season, as Fish would call it,
- 10:23with another big game. 8 catches for 123 yards and a touchdown.
- 10:27He leads the NFL with 819 yards of the season in the second in
- 10:34in second place is Jamar Chase with 629 yards and 190 yards
- 10:41behind JSN. I know this is what he wants me
- 10:45to do. He wants me to give a shout out
- 10:48to Jackson Najigba. I'm not doing it.
- 10:52I am not doing it, ladies and gentlemen, because I'm going to
- 10:55give a shout out and I will get into the Buccaneers game.
- 10:57I'm going to give a shout out to the one guy the New York Jets
- 11:01should have kept and that's Sam Darnold.
- 11:04Yes, Sammy Baby, who had a great season last year with Minnesota.
- 11:09Minnesota decide, hey, you know what?
- 11:11We're going to go with the rookie.
- 11:12We're going to go with McCarthy. We think he's our future.
- 11:15They let Sam Darnold go to Seattle.
- 11:17He gets $100 million for three years.
- 11:20And you see what Sam Donald's doing right now with McDonald as
- 11:23a head coach. Najiba is a nice weapon, but
- 11:26that's really all the weapons they have.
- 11:29They don't, they got a good running game, but they don't
- 11:30have top and wide receivers, secondary wide receivers over
- 11:34there. They don't have guys like
- 11:36they've had over the years. So it it's pretty incredible
- 11:40that you know where he's going, but you can't stop it.
- 11:44And Sam Darnold and Najigba have this connection and you see it.
- 11:49Sam throws the ball and Najigba is not even there.
- 11:51And Najigba, he's always in the right place and he's always at
- 11:55the right place at the right time.
- 11:57You see the difference in what Sam Darnold brings to the table,
- 12:01the arm strength, the ability that he has inside and out of
- 12:04the pocket. And Sam is still young.
- 12:06He's 2728 years old. He's still in the prime of his
- 12:10career. Remember, he was the youngest
- 12:12quarterback drafted in NFL history when The Jets drafted
- 12:15him. He was 19 years old, 19.
- 12:18He wasn't even 20 years old when he was drafted by the New York
- 12:21Jets. I remember it.
- 12:22He wasn't 20 for a couple more weeks.
- 12:25I remember it and it sickened me when the The Jets decided to
- 12:29trade him for a second and fourth round pick and, and, and
- 12:34to see what Sam Darnold is doing now, now that he's developed
- 12:38sickens me. Because you look at the New York
- 12:40Jets right now, they're owing 7. And Sam Darnold and the Seattle
- 12:44Seahawks with barely any offensive weapons besides 2
- 12:48running backs and a wide receiver are five and two.
- 12:52And everybody wants to give the jigma all the credit in the
- 12:55world when the guy that's throwing the ball is putting it
- 12:58right in his numbers. It is incredible what Sam
- 13:02Darnold is doing right now. He's in the top five and almost
- 13:05top five, top 6IN almost every single statistic in the NFL
- 13:09right now. And guess what?
- 13:12He's not throwing interceptions. He's doing it in such a supreme
- 13:16way. It's unbelievable.
- 13:18And anybody that doesn't or still has a chance to bring in
- 13:22Sam Donald in fantasy, well, you better pick him up because I'm
- 13:26sure a lot of people are lined up or have grabbed him one way
- 13:29or another. It is incredible what Sam
- 13:31Donald, and that goes to Danny Dimes, the two New York
- 13:35quarterbacks. The two former New York
- 13:38quarterbacks are in the top ten in almost every single statistic
- 13:43right now in the NFL, which makes me sick.
- 13:48And if you're a giant fan or a Jet fan, it would make you throw
- 13:52the F up. And I'm throwing the F up right
- 13:55now. And I'll give you my F word if I
- 13:58could on this show, I'm not going to do it.
- 14:00Sometimes I do. I won't do it tonight.
- 14:02So and the Texans, the Texans have a good defense.
- 14:08Their offense, Nico Collins has been a shell of himself.
- 14:12The quarterback play and I'm not blaming, I'm not blaming their
- 14:16quarterback. I'm not blaming any.
- 14:18I still think he's one of the best young quarterbacks in the
- 14:21league. I think he's put in a really bad
- 14:23position this year. The offensive line, they decided
- 14:26to part ways with their tackle in the offseason, which is
- 14:30affected this game. Their their running game, which
- 14:32is affected their throwing game. You can see the difference,
- 14:36everybody, and I've You ask any GM right now, you ask any GM
- 14:40right now, what do you build first for a winning franchise?
- 14:45An offensive line? And what did this team have
- 14:48before they decided to part ways not with one, but two franchise
- 14:54offensive lineman? They won, they won.
- 15:00And Strout is a good quarterback, but this offensive
- 15:03line is not going to be able to hold it up and hold up.
- 15:07And I'm going to tell you this right now in the offseason,
- 15:09they're going to have to figure out not just the draft, finding
- 15:13veterans like Chicago did in the offseason on teams that are
- 15:17looking to move veteran players because they're trying to
- 15:20rebuild or make, you know, build their offensive lines younger
- 15:24because they have a franchise quarterback on helping CJ Stroud
- 15:28because they are not winning. And and I'm going to tell you
- 15:31this right now, as good as their coach is and their coach was, I
- 15:35think, coach of the year 2 years ago, he is on the hot seat at
- 15:39the end of the season. He will be on the hot seat for
- 15:43next year. Yeah.
- 15:45And it's crazy to say that, but that's how football is.
- 15:50You're here today and gone tomorrow.
- 15:53It is not the same football years of Tom Coughlin and Bill
- 15:57Belichick and Bill Parcells where they keep coaches.
- 16:01No, go ask The Jets. Go ask the Giants.
- 16:05It doesn't work like that. When you lose, you're gone.
- 16:09And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what's going to happen to the
- 16:12Texans. And I feel bad for CJ Stroud
- 16:14because he's in between it. As far as the Lions are
- 16:17concerned, the Lions are for real.
- 16:20I don't care what anybody says. I don't care who their coaching
- 16:24staff is, who their defensive coordinator is and their
- 16:27offensive coordinator. They still have Campbell.
- 16:30And as far as I'm concerned, this was the coach of the year.
- 16:33Campbell is the best coach, one of the top 2 coaches right now
- 16:38in the NFL. It doesn't matter what this team
- 16:43has on the sidelines when it comes to the coaching staff.
- 16:46When you have this man dancing and prancing around on the
- 16:48sidelines, flexing and doing the Hulkster with his with his hands
- 16:55during the game when he's scoring on the other team, again
- 16:59in the other team stadiums, I watch this guy.
- 17:02Don't forget him chewing gum like he wants to kill the gum.
- 17:06Chew the gum. I mean, he probably, he looks
- 17:08like he's about to eat a cow man.
- 17:10I mean. There should be a game show.
- 17:12Dan Campbell versus Pete Carroll, gumshoot.
- 17:14Former Giants tight end Dan Campbell.
- 17:16Yeah. We remember it wasn't that great
- 17:18with the Giants, by the way, but he.
- 17:20Started with the Giants. He was good.
- 17:21He was Shocky's backup. That was a good good two
- 17:23blocking a blocking tight end and.
- 17:25He was not a good tight end with the Giants.
- 17:28Jeremy Shocky. Jeremy Shocky was a beast, OK?
- 17:31That was that was my first house.
- 17:34He was the owner before me, yeah.
- 17:36Well, Jeremy is 1 of. Those walls could talk, boy let.
- 17:40Me tell you something about Jeremy Shockey and I met Jeremy
- 17:43Shockey twice. OK, That guy, he, all you got to
- 17:48do is say the wrong thing to him and he will snap.
- 17:51That man will snap. I've seen a, I've seen a fan go
- 17:56up to him and ask him for his autograph and spoke about his
- 18:00season with the Saints and attacked his, you know, him
- 18:04leaving the New York Giants. Dude, he, he didn't even want to
- 18:07sign the guy's autographs. He wanted to choke the guy.
- 18:10I remember it like it was yesterday.
- 18:11I'll never forget it. And Jeremy Shockey, I don't know
- 18:14him personally. I just know he's a head case and
- 18:17the guy's got a nasty, nasty personality.
- 18:20He could be mean so I I could see why a lot of the Giant
- 18:23players as Tiki Barber came out and said Jeremy Shockey was an
- 18:26ass. I've heard that Eli Manning came
- 18:29out in in a nice way and said he wasn't my cup of tea.
- 18:37I remember and. He's he's his own dude, that's
- 18:40for sure. Yeah, and and Tom Coughlin, I'll
- 18:43never forget what he said about Jeremy Shockey either.
- 18:47So I yeah, he's an interesting dude, I'm not going to lie.
- 18:50So I I've met a lot of ex athletes and I've built
- 18:54relationships with ex athletes. He was an interesting one.
- 18:58I didn't build a relationship with him, but I got a chance to
- 19:01see the good side of Jeremy and the bad side of him very
- 19:05quickly. Jamere Gibbs is one of the best
- 19:07running backs in the league when he's at the top of his game and
- 19:11this offensive line is playing at the top level of their game.
- 19:15I, I think this running game is as good as anybody's in
- 19:18football. I, I don't think anybody can
- 19:19compare to Dave Montgomery and Jamere Gibbs.
- 19:23They're a 12 attack, a guy that's speedy on the outside and
- 19:27a guy that'll beat you inside over and over and over again
- 19:30until he tires you out and then he opens up seams for Jamere
- 19:34Gibbs. This guy, why?
- 19:36Why they decided the Lions decided to draft this guy as
- 19:40early as they did is because of his explosiveness of what they
- 19:44saw him in college and what they believed that this offense could
- 19:47be with him in it. You can see it.
- 19:50And St. Brown is one of the most
- 19:53underrated wide receivers we've seen in the last 20 years.
- 19:59And I say 20 years because there's another guy that I
- 20:02thought was very underrated who should be in the Hall of Fame
- 20:05right now, and that's Andre Johnson.
- 20:07Andre Johnson was special, but everybody forgot about him
- 20:12because he played for the Texans.
- 20:14And Andre Johnson, what he did and how he did it at a such a
- 20:19high level with really nothing around him, OK, Nothing around
- 20:25him just tells you how special Andre Johnson was.
- 20:29And I think he was misappreciated when he played
- 20:33for the Texans. I think people forget how great
- 20:36of a player Andre Johnson was. So if you would ask me right
- 20:40now, not the. Hall of Famer, isn't he?
- 20:43Not yet, no. But he's been snubbed a lot.
- 20:45He's been stubbed. He should be Andre Johnson's
- 20:47Hall of Famer. Did he get it?
- 20:48Yeah. I'm trying to look up the year
- 20:50right now, but he's in the Hall of Fame.
- 20:51I don't even remember when he got inducted into the Hall of
- 20:53Fame. That shows.
- 20:53He's last year, 20 last year. Oh, he got last year.
- 20:56All right, so we got in last year.
- 20:57There you go. So it took him how long to get
- 20:59into the Hall of Fame? I just remember we must have
- 21:02talked about. It's the only reason I know all.
- 21:03Right, so I see. It tells you how much I forgot
- 21:05about it. But he did retire in 2016, 2020,
- 21:0916. He took so he had to wait a few
- 21:11years. Yeah, few.
- 21:12Years. What's like 3?
- 21:14Years. Five years after.
- 21:15He was 10 years. What's the rule in football?
- 21:17Five years after you retire, then it's you can get in.
- 21:20After that it took 9. Years you had to wait.
- 21:22It took him 9. Years.
- 21:24No, no, you know you have to. Everyone waits 5 and then your
- 21:27first ballot. I got it, but he took it.
- 21:29Took nine years for him to get into the Hall of Fame.
- 21:31You said last year, right? Nine years.
- 21:34He retired in 2016. Yes.
- 21:36So 2021 was the first year he was eligible.
- 21:39It took nine years, I understand, but it all right if
- 21:42five years after it took nine years.
- 21:44So it's been 9 years since he retired that he got in?
- 21:46That's right, technically. Nine years it took him to get
- 21:50into the Hall of Fame, this guy. He was great.
- 21:52He was great man. He had like, what Matt Schaub
- 21:55throwing to him. Dude, he had a horrible team.
- 21:58That team was horrible and you go you go back and look at the
- 22:02talent he had around them. How many Hall of Farmers did he
- 22:04have on that roster? Maybe 1 and his whole time
- 22:08playing and he was a Texan his whole career.
- 22:11He didn't jump shit like LeBron James did, which I'll get into a
- 22:15little bit later in the show. I, I honestly believe that Andre
- 22:19Johnson was misunderstood, misappreciated, and I that goes
- 22:24to Mike Evans. Mike Evans going down with a
- 22:26broken collarbone. This kills me.
- 22:29This hurts me and my fantasy league, but it hurts also a team
- 22:33embarking on a chance to win a Super Bowl this year.
- 22:36Baker Mayfield, who's playing on a in a high level on a high
- 22:40clip. And yeah, they have a good young
- 22:43wide receiver. They have Godwin hopefully if he
- 22:46could stay healthy and they got a great running game with a 2
- 22:49headed monster over there. I'm going to tell you this right
- 22:52now. Losing Mike Evans, if he doesn't
- 22:54come back at any point in the playoffs is a huge, huge loss.
- 23:00Ask Tom Brady. Tom Brady went to the Tampa Bay
- 23:05Buccaneers because of Mike Evans.
- 23:08I've heard him say it numerous amount of times on why he
- 23:12decided to go to the Buccaneers. Because we didn't come back in
- 23:15last year because he was hurt. Was it 13 or 14?
- 23:19Last think he was. Hurt, I think he was hurt week 7
- 23:21of last year and. He came back, he came back.
- 23:24He was up and down all season but he still put up now.
- 23:26He got that thousand yards the last game of the season to keep
- 23:29his streak going, but it was obviously not the same type of
- 23:32year that he's, you know, had most of his career.
- 23:34He still put up the numbers. Still pretty damn good though.
- 23:37He's special. And, and, and again, Brandon,
- 23:40Brandon Marshall, I came out and I said Brandon Marshall.
- 23:42If Brandon Marshall doesn't get into the all of him, Mike Evans
- 23:45is a borderline Hall of Famer. They're they're identical with
- 23:48the numbers. Mike Evans, his first ballot,
- 23:50dude, No first ballot. No, he's not.
- 23:52He has start. He has never had a season less
- 23:54than 1000 yards. Not in every year of his entire
- 23:57career either. And he has Super Bowl.
- 23:59Brandon Marshall for for 10 years.
- 24:01Brandon Marshall for I think 10 or 11 in a row, had 1000 or more
- 24:05yards in his in his career. No, no one's done it but Evans,
- 24:08I think. But as far as like, because I
- 24:10don't think Marshall maybe did his first couple years.
- 24:12Look at Brendan Marshall, bring it up, but bring up his numbers.
- 24:15I'm telling you right now. Side by side.
- 24:17Brendan Marshalls. The only thing that Mike Evans
- 24:20has more than Brendan Marshall right now is touchdowns.
- 24:22Brendan Marshall had 80 and I think Mike Evans has 100 and 109
- 24:28or something of that magnitude. I don't, I don't know, but Mike
- 24:31Evans also had Tom Brady throwing him the ball.
- 24:33OK. I mean Brendan Marshall, who had
- 24:35who? I mean Jay Cutler, Jay Cutler,
- 24:39Mr. Cutlass itself. I mean Cutlass.
- 24:42I used to call him Jay Cutlits because Smokey Jay because he
- 24:46was probably smoking Jays but before he got on.
- 24:48His favorite quarterback? Yeah.
- 24:50All right, you're going to like this one.
- 24:51Errol Evans already has better stats than Marshall had in his
- 24:54entire career. He has 500 more yards and 24
- 24:58more touchdowns. What does that mean?
- 25:00What does that mean? I'm talking about Brendan
- 25:03Marshall still being a Hall of Famer and and to say that.
- 25:06I know I'm saying that Mike Evans is going to be first
- 25:08ballot holes. I don't think so.
- 25:09I think there's a no debt. Tory Holt should be a first
- 25:12ballot. Hole same amount of same amount.
- 25:14Of holes, Tory Holt should be a first ballot Hall of Famer, and
- 25:18he's not OK, so don't do. You think though being on one
- 25:21team your whole career helps him though?
- 25:23I don't think so as. Opposed to Brandon Marshall.
- 25:25I don't think so. Who's been on?
- 25:26Like was on. Like Reggie Wayne should be a
- 25:28first ballot Hall of Famer. He wasn't.
- 25:31He wasn't. I, I guess, but like we're
- 25:34talking about Mike Evans, I, I think.
- 25:35He's here. We are talking about Mike down a
- 25:37lot. We're talking about him.
- 25:38We're talking about him. I so say Mike Evans, this is it.
- 25:42Say this is his last year with the injury now and these are his
- 25:45numbers. He has better numbers than.
- 25:47Brandon that's fine, but it's a different game when Brandon
- 25:50Marshall remember the game is opened up.
- 25:52It was a it's a different league now, different rules, different
- 25:55changes and he. Also, you're probably right
- 25:57about this. I need to know from Jabba, is
- 26:00that a new bag of popcorn or do you just have like a is that
- 26:04just like the deepest bag? You know what it is with Jabba?
- 26:07He loves his popcorn. I love my cheese doodoodles.
- 26:10I'm a cheese. Well, he knows that when we go
- 26:12back and forth, it's going to be get the popcorn ready, man, I
- 26:15get. The popcorn I'm all about.
- 26:16I got I just, I keep it right next to my desk now.
- 26:20He's got that Nebraska accent and keep it name and make digs.
- 26:23I don't. Have Jabba has to say it for for
- 26:25the next Daniel Jones debates? I.
- 26:28Listen, I'm waiting. I'm just, I'm straightforward,
- 26:31man. I, I'm going to tell you this,
- 26:33Mike Evans. Mike Evans is special, but so
- 26:36was Brandon Marshall and Brandon Marshall, it's Tori.
- 26:40Tori Holt should be in the Hall of Fame.
- 26:42Yeah, the fact that I don't. Disagree with all that.
- 26:45You know, I think Tory Hult gets knocked down because he was
- 26:48playing on that that loaded team with Isaac Bruce as well.
- 26:52You know, it took Bruce a while to get into the Hall of Fame
- 26:54too. But look, I don't disagree with
- 26:56you. I just think Mike Evans, what
- 26:58he's done in his career, he's never had a bad season in his.
- 27:00Entire Let me ask you a question.
- 27:01Was Mike Was Mike Evans ever the best wide receiver in the
- 27:04league? I think he might have been for a
- 27:06couple of seasons, but it was close.
- 27:08He was never the runaway best. I never remembered him as the
- 27:11best wide receiver in the. League he was.
- 27:13Was he ever less than top five though?
- 27:15For like 10 years, but he wasn't #1 and to, to be a first ballot
- 27:20Hall of Famer, you got to be Calvin Johnson was the best wide
- 27:24receiver 10 years straight, everybody said.
- 27:27You know why they they knocked him though?
- 27:29Because he didn't. He only played ten like 9 or 10
- 27:31years, right? They they, they, they took it
- 27:33against. That Detroit team was horrible.
- 27:36It was. And they were bad.
- 27:37You know, I don't blame him. Same thing as Barry Sanders.
- 27:40Go ahead, John. His fingers, they're like, yeah.
- 27:42Oh yeah, he got banged up. Like, like you know how Dion's
- 27:45feet are all like to the point where he's got like 7 toes left?
- 27:48Now Calvin Johnson's hand started looking like that and
- 27:51that's when you retire. You got enough money.
- 27:53He has a pretty profitable cannabis business going now.
- 27:56You see him on commercials all the time.
- 27:57Yes, he does. And you know, he's working.
- 27:59He was an awesome. Football player bigger than you
- 28:01think too. Yeah, Wasn't he like he had like
- 28:04when they did the sports science stuff, they started it when he
- 28:06was around and like he was just like a 99 and like that like
- 28:09that weird thing show you like the characteristics, just
- 28:13unbelievable, great at everything and he.
- 28:15Plays an option offense that show stop.
- 28:18I loved that show. I think the guy actually died,
- 28:22yeah. Did it?
- 28:23Yeah, he did. I think that's what.
- 28:26Happened and I think I'm a dickhead, Sorry.
- 28:28To know about. You know, he he he works with
- 28:32the cannabis organization with somebody that was supposed to be
- 28:35on our show running back that played for Miami.
- 28:37Speedy, could you guess who? Ricky Williams?
- 28:39Ricky Williams. That's right.
- 28:41What he actually runs a dispensary and a company with
- 28:46Ricky Williams. And Ricky Williams was supposed
- 28:48to come on our show and then backed out at the last minute
- 28:51because he wanted to make a little mucho dinero and he
- 28:56wanted us to buy into his, you know, whatever he was doing so.
- 29:01And then we had another guy that was a Co host of our show for
- 29:04three months and also loved his weed.
- 29:06That's true too. When we did it like that guy was
- 29:12must have been going through like $100 a weed every episode
- 29:16he was on and. His Shake Shack.
- 29:18Oh my God, Shake Shack driving, driving with his daughters in
- 29:23the car when he's smoking. I mean, on national, on our
- 29:27show, that's a national show. And he's smoking, getting high
- 29:31with his two daughters in the back seat.
- 29:36You know, it's a little buzz. Like that.
- 29:38Let's reach out to Sean. We'll see if he comes.
- 29:42No, because I'll tell you guys a quick story.
- 29:45If nobody knows the story, I might as well do it.
- 29:47I don't care. And I'll throw Sean under the
- 29:50bus and he's got a problem with me.
- 29:51Anytime he has a problem with me, he can call the show.
- 29:54Sean Smith, attack Speedy off air.
- 29:57He attacked him. And I'm not going to tell you
- 30:00what he said, but he attacked him and didn't like something
- 30:03that Speedy said to him. And it's Speedy, you know, says
- 30:06a lot of things that he doesn't sometimes understand in his
- 30:09wording. And Sean attacked him.
- 30:12And if people want to know why Sean and and honestly, it didn't
- 30:15work out, his job was just a better fit.
- 30:17And there's there's no doubt about that.
- 30:20Sean Smith said something to Speedy that I didn't like and I
- 30:25told him to go F himself and I told him don't talk to any of my
- 30:28guys like that. If you got a problem with any of
- 30:30my guys, you could talk to me on that.
- 30:32And he told me to go F myself. And he told me who the hell do
- 30:35you think you are? And I said, who the hell do you
- 30:37think you are? You you come on this show, you
- 30:40smoke, you don't you don't prepare, you don't do anything
- 30:43right. And you're going to come on this
- 30:44show and try to call any of us out on what we do when you don't
- 30:49even you don't even know how to be professional.
- 30:50So ladies and gentlemen, if you want to know what happened to
- 30:53Sean Smith, it was Sean Smith's own doing on why he's go longer
- 30:57with us and thank God he's not OK.
- 31:01That's all I'm going to say about.
- 31:02It's a while ago already. It was.
- 31:03Like a year and 1/2, thank God. I'm so happy that we found a new
- 31:07partner and a guy that has a little bit more understanding of
- 31:12respect and a little bit more of preparing instead of smoking
- 31:17weed and getting drunk whenever he wanted to.
- 31:20Drinking sizzurp as he calls it. Remember that he would.
- 31:26He would really do the show, like be in his car.
- 31:27Oh my. God, dude.
- 31:28Oh my God, dude. What?
- 31:30He did it. Was bad.
- 31:32Dude he did an interview in his shower.
- 31:34That's kind of cool though. That's.
- 31:36Kind of that's why that's why he got him on the show because he
- 31:38actually that actually wasn't that bad.
- 31:40Then he would like do like try to be on the show from like a
- 31:43girls basketball game in like a loud gym.
- 31:45It just dude he. Is it the first part of the
- 31:48interview in his bathroom that he was laying on his bed with
- 31:50his like Mac and cheese or something like that?
- 31:51Dude, that guy was out of his effing mind.
- 31:54He was just. Twisting something up constantly
- 31:56the whole show. He's probably twisting something
- 31:58in his ass after the show. I mean seriously, in the chicken
- 32:03that he eats. I mean, he was eating these big
- 32:06broth chicken wings I've never seen before in my life.
- 32:09It looked like he was cutting off.
- 32:11He was killing chickens in the back of his yard.
- 32:13I mean seriously, the guy was nuts.
- 32:16I'm sorry, If I ever seen Sean Smith in person, I'd tell him
- 32:19right to his face that's the truth.
- 32:22Where did where did you find this character?
- 32:23I didn't find him anything. We.
- 32:25Reached out to the NFL. Like any other guest we've
- 32:28reached out to, he came on. He came on actually I think a
- 32:31couple weeks after you did Jabba the first time.
- 32:33Dude, he was nuts and I loved his nuttiness because I, you
- 32:37know, I'm nutty, but he's a little out there with his takes.
- 32:41And I don't think he studied what he was saying because when
- 32:44he was talking about it, he went and he, he went around in a
- 32:48circle and then it was like trying to play pin the tail.
- 32:50The donkey, you know, he was, he always missed the tail.
- 32:56Anyways, our deuce of the day. The deuce of the day you log.
- 33:00Not a log. I don't have a log, but you
- 33:10know. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
- 33:11quickly, our deuce of the day goes to the gremlin himself.
- 33:15Yes, the one and only Travis Hunter, as everybody was
- 33:19praising him on his 100 yard day, his first 100 yard day and
- 33:25his first touchdown in his NFL career.
- 33:28We look back at it and they were down.
- 33:31What was it, 34 to nothing at one point or 35 to nothing?
- 33:36He had 35 yards going into the fourth quarter as I got text
- 33:40messages from Keith and everybody else that has this
- 33:44love fest for this moron. And this guy had 70 yards or 65
- 33:50yards in the fourth quarter. And you know what I could say
- 33:53about this? This guy is not only one of the
- 33:56most overrated players we've ever seen come out of a draft,
- 33:58it's the fact that after the game his girlfriend went on
- 34:02social media. Social media saying finally,
- 34:06yes, attacking her own husband. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, his
- 34:11own woman attacking Travis the Gremlin hunter.
- 34:16What is that smell? It smells like The Dirty dookie
- 34:19coming out of her ass when he's licking it.
- 34:22That's what it goes to. That's my deuce of the day.
- 34:25Once again to the one and only Travis the Gremlin Hunter.
- 34:30Now, ladies and gentlemen, fishes Play of the week.
- 34:33This is great about sports. You play to win the game.
- 34:36Hello. You play to win the game.
- 34:40Fishes Play of the wing. All right, guys, welcome back to
- 34:46Fish's Play of the Week. I got one.
- 34:48I already showed this highlight tonight because the play was so
- 34:51great. We're going to go and talk about
- 34:53it in greater detail. It is the Jameer Gibbs 78 yard
- 34:57touchdown run on seemingly a play where nobody touches him at
- 35:02all. And you guys are smart enough to
- 35:05know listening and watching along on us on the Internet,
- 35:09that doesn't happen in the NFL very often.
- 35:11So we got to take a look at what happened on the offensive line
- 35:14that allowed this guy who runs apparently 22 miles an hour,
- 35:17which is the fastest in the league, to do this.
- 35:19They have it circled here. I believe Troy Aikman was trying
- 35:22to break it down. He did a great job.
- 35:24That's Penny Sewell, the right tackle who's probably the best
- 35:26in the world, and the rookie Tate Ratlage from Georgia.
- 35:30Watch this combo block. It's one of the best combo
- 35:32blocks I've ever seen. It's unbelievable how they get
- 35:36up to linebacker on it. But there's a second part of
- 35:38this play that Troy didn't talk about that I want to show you as
- 35:41well. So here it is right off the bat.
- 35:44This is just inside zone left. Every school you've ever seen,
- 35:48even down to the the tiny mites, they run inside zone these days.
- 35:53All right, unless you're some Wing T school somewhere, this is
- 35:56what it is. That's 2 double teams.
- 35:58They're going to go for those two linebackers, except there's
- 36:00three linebackers for Tampa on this play.
- 36:03You're going to see all three of them get picked up right there
- 36:06and now there's literally nobody that can do anything about this
- 36:12lightning bolt of Jameer Gibbs right through the middle.
- 36:15That's unbelievable that that happened in the NFL against one
- 36:19of the best run defensively. Now here's the thing that's
- 36:21interesting. They show it but doesn't really
- 36:22talk about it. This is an old school wing T
- 36:25belly ISO type of run block. They bring the receiver in from
- 36:29out wide and they bring them inside the tackle and they send
- 36:32them up for the line backer. And now, I mean, let's see it.
- 36:36Let's face it, that's a holding penalty.
- 36:37They should have probably called the holding penalty on Raymond
- 36:39here. You can't have both hands behind
- 36:40your back. But also the NFL, you're not
- 36:42going to see everything here it is.
- 36:44There does definitely hold and it goes right by them.
- 36:48They pick up with it. Blocking scheme.
- 36:50That's from the ancient time of football with a modern play.
- 36:53That's the stuff the Lions have been doing for years, even
- 36:55without Ben Johnson. 78 yard touchdown for Gibbs is why it's
- 36:59vicious play of. The wee wee somebody's
- 37:04constipated tonight. You think that's Constipation?
- 37:11I just, it's just nasally Jewish voice, That's all it is.
- 37:13Oh, it's nasally Jewish. Jabba, do you have a nasally
- 37:16Jewish voice? Well, since I'm neither of
- 37:20those, no. Well, you're native Indian, so
- 37:25do you have a native native Indian voice instead of a Jewish
- 37:30nozzle voice? You just said Native Indian, you
- 37:33say Native American. Native, Obvious.
- 37:35I'm sorry. You know what I meant.
- 37:36I'm a little tired here. You know, it's very hard to
- 37:40entertain people for four hours when I am always doing
- 37:44something. I haven't slept in three days,
- 37:47guys. I've had two hours of sleep in
- 37:49three days. And this guy over here who I was
- 37:52talking to today, Fish tells me, well, why don't you take this?
- 37:55Why don't you take that? You want me to be a drug addict?
- 37:57That's what you want me to do. You want to.
- 37:59Send chugs of Nyquil and go to sleep.
- 38:01That's that's not. Helpful.
- 38:03How do you? Whoa, how do you only get 2
- 38:05hours of sleep? Two hours of sleep in three
- 38:07days, man. 3 days. I can't sleep, dude.
- 38:11My mind wanders my wander. My mind wanders.
- 38:15I don't know what it is. My wander.
- 38:17My mind wanders. It wanders the Elder Wand.
- 38:21Yes. I can't sleep.
- 38:23I try to go to sleep. I shut the lights off, shut the
- 38:25TV off. I'm just can't sleep.
- 38:28I roll over and I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing in
- 38:31there. I'm doing in my bed and I'm
- 38:34trying to get up. I, I sometimes go outside and
- 38:36walk a little bit to try to get myself, you know, my adrenaline,
- 38:40you know, to, you know, to get me tired.
- 38:42And I go back into the house, I drink some water, go to bed.
- 38:46Never happens. Well, walking around is going to
- 38:48wake you. Up.
- 38:48No, it doesn't. It doesn't.
- 38:50I'm trying to tie myself up. No, I'm trying to tire myself
- 38:52out. That's what I'm.
- 38:53Trying to but that you know, exercising wakes you up.
- 38:55That's why people do it like. Necessarily it doesn't do it for
- 38:58me, actually tires me out all right.
- 39:00So it, it, I try to tire myself out a little bit more.
- 39:04What? Do you think I do sometimes,
- 39:05Errol, what do you think? I try to yawn over and over and
- 39:09over again because yawning makes you kind of sleepy.
- 39:11If you can get yourself to yawn, you can kind of put yourself
- 39:16back to like a sleep. Are we really going to this if I
- 39:18can make myself for. Me.
- 39:20Sorry. Gotta go to sleep.
- 39:21This country listens to way Dumber medical advice than that,
- 39:24so I. Mean sure, now your cats and
- 39:27drugs are good, okay? Thank you Jabba, I also I go on
- 39:33YouTube and I get the sounds of stuff that puts you to sleep.
- 39:36White noise. Yeah, I try to do that.
- 39:38It doesn't work. I've tried everything.
- 39:41I even put all the speakers on different sides of my bed to
- 39:44make it surround sound so it puts me to sleep it doesn't
- 39:47like. Pure mood soundtrack.
- 39:49I don't know, I try everything. I've tried everything.
- 39:53Melatonin or nothing? I've tried, I've tried.
- 39:56So Brittany bought me these gummies, melatonin gummies and I
- 40:00take 4 of them. And it doesn't put me out what
- 40:03milligram? I don't know.
- 40:05I'll have to look at it. I'll tell you off if you're if
- 40:07you're telling me you can't do like. 40 dummies and just just
- 40:10get stuck. That's the other thing you could
- 40:15do. Then he couldn't.
- 40:15Talk for four hours a. 100% then he's just stuck.
- 40:19Not talking. Actually, Errol would find a way
- 40:21to talk. I would find a way to talk.
- 40:23I would definitely find. Him.
- 40:24No, he would. He would be like DiCaprio and
- 40:26Wolf of Wall Street. Might be more like Inception
- 40:31where he's talking in his head or something.
- 40:32Like he thinks he's talking, Yeah.

- 41:40We do have our friend Ovi Muhali returning former.
- 41:42Falcons OV. All Pro fullback.
- 41:45You know, why do you always say that?
- 41:47You know why? Why?
- 41:48Why do you always say that? Because you have to make sure
- 41:51that the first. Time.
- 41:52I'm sure that's what he wants you to say.
- 41:55He doesn't want to hear All Pro fall back.
- 41:58He's retired. Entrepreneur.
- 42:00Say it. All right, say it, entrepreneur.
- 42:03There you go. That's what he is.
- 42:04He's an entrepreneur. He's doing big things with life
- 42:07insurance. If you want your life insurance,
- 42:09you need any insurance, Go to Ovie Mihali.
- 42:11He's got a nice smile, wears nice suits, and as he his wife
- 42:16says, he looks sexy everywhere he goes.
- 42:18So Ovie Mihali, we're going to enjoy him on Wednesday.
- 42:20I'm sure I'm going to get him to buy into Stranger Things, which
- 42:24is coming out in a few weeks. Did November, right?
- 42:28Yeah, that's right. Yeah.
- 42:29Ready for that. So if you're a Stranger Things
- 42:32fan, which I am, Final episodes. I've been waiting five years for
- 42:38this guy. So.
- 42:39Since COVID. Yeah.
- 42:40All right. So me too.
- 42:42I I'm. I've been waiting for it
- 42:44finally. Is that how long it's been?
- 42:46It's been a long season. It's been.
- 42:47No, The last 2002, The last season, 20/2/2022.
- 42:52Yeah. But even then, before then, they
- 42:53were, they had the season already.
- 42:55Yeah. But yeah.
- 42:56Yeah. But I I started watching it in
- 42:582000 so 20/20/2022 I'm sorry. The girl started as a kid and
- 43:05now she's like, married to Bon Jovi's kid in real life.
- 43:08Yeah, she is like 27. She is, yeah.
- 43:12It's going to be fun to watch. And it's funny because they were
- 43:13talking about how the first time when she first was on the show,
- 43:16she was a little kid. So she ended up actually shaving
- 43:18her head. And I don't want to spoil
- 43:20anything, so I'm not going to, but I'm just saying she, what's
- 43:23it called? They asked her to shave her head
- 43:25again for the newer season and she said no, which, like you
- 43:28said, she's a 27 year old woman. I don't know who has like
- 43:31luscious hair like that and then just wants to shave it all over
- 43:33again. Jabba, you know, maybe Jabba
- 43:35would have done it. You know, he doesn't need to
- 43:37shave his head. He doesn't need to shave his
- 43:39head. I'm ready.
- 43:40I I don't know if Jabba would look like her.
- 43:42So I don't know if he would be a good, you know, good fill in for
- 43:45that. But Jabba, are you a Stranger
- 43:47Things fan? You know what I've never seen
- 43:50an. You should.
- 43:51You should. Start watching.
- 43:53That's pretty good. That is really good, yeah.
- 43:55How many seasons is there or right now?
- 43:57There will be a fifth, yeah. So. 5th and final Final one.
- 44:01There's a really cool scene in the fourth season that involves
- 44:05a classic Metallica song. Yes, I know exactly yes in.
- 44:09My opinion worth watching. Just master of puppets, baby.
- 44:12Master of puppets. It's would.
- 44:14You believe me if I told you I could play that song on?
- 44:16Guitar. Do you know I could play the
- 44:17drums double bass pedal to that song?
- 44:19So we got to make. I think the guitar is more
- 44:21impressive than anything Lars could do.
- 44:23Screw you, what are you talking about?
- 44:25Just saying. Kurt Hammond was great, OK, and
- 44:27so is James Hetfield. The grace of all.
- 44:29Time and what do you think Lars Aldridge is?
- 44:32Lars was cool. Dude, I am a Metallica Fanny.
- 44:36They're my favorite band. Do not get me.
- 44:38Started. I feel like this is a discussion
- 44:39for a DO. Not get me started about
- 44:42Metallica. I love how I.
- 44:44Love Metallica, but Lars was the weak link of Metallica.
- 44:48Oh, stop. First of all, the weak, the weak
- 44:52link, and the most. Talented.
- 44:53He had a double bass pedal, so that's what made it easy.
- 44:55So it's easy to play double bass pedal.
- 44:59No, it's not. But it's not like he was
- 45:00freaking like a great drummer out there, Yes.
- 45:03He was. What are you talking about?
- 45:07Stop, stop You who? Who's the one who put?
- 45:10The most people. Who's the one who put Metallica
- 45:12together? Who's the one who put?
- 45:14That and he was kind of a douchebag about Napster back in
- 45:16the day. He was and he had every right.
- 45:18People were stealing their music.
- 45:20He has every right. They were listening to them and
- 45:23becoming fans and then going and buying their stuff.
- 45:26Dude, they were they. Were stars before that?
- 45:30And, and first of all, what's your favorite?
- 45:31If you're such a Metallica fan, what's the best?
- 45:34What is the best album Metallica ever put out?
- 45:38Well, I would probably say ride the Lightning.
- 45:39No. No, you're wrong because it is
- 45:42right. No, it's not.
- 45:43The one before master of. Puppets.
- 45:45No, The Black Album was the best album.
- 45:48Most people will. Most sold album is the Black
- 45:51album. That's that's not the best album
- 45:53it it. Absolutely is the best.
- 45:56No, it's the best. It's.
- 45:57Definitely the most commercial. It is the best album.
- 46:00But I would say there are three albums better than that by
- 46:02mentality. Oh come on dude, The Black Album
- 46:05is the best album. The album that has one on, It's
- 46:08the best album. Oh, stop.
- 46:09All right, I'm done. I'm done.
- 46:11I'm done. He's got one, that's for damn
- 46:14sure. Anyways, that's it for a show,
- 46:16ladies and gentlemen. Now you heard my Metallica and
- 46:19if you want to hear anymore, well, I might be doing
- 46:22something. So I'll, I'll lead you to that
- 46:24way a little bit, you know, in the next couple of weeks.
- 46:27Anyways, that's it for a show. Goodnight.
- 46:29It's the worldwide sports radio network.
- 46:32Radio Network. Give me that chicken Curry.
