- 0:00Hi, I'm Jennifer.
- 0:02And I'm Cam.
- 0:02And you're listening to Coffee In The Park with Jennifer and Cam.
- 0:21Jennifer, it's going to be a white Christmas.
- 0:25It sure is.
- 0:26We had a lot of snow yesterday.
- 0:28The roads in beautiful downtown Acheson.
- 0:30Not so good.
- 0:30Not so good today.
- 0:31I don't know what's going on.
- 0:32I don't want to complain, because I don't want to sound like a complainer, but I don't think anybody's like plowed or sanded the roads yet.
- 0:41Why are you laughing?
- 0:42It's true.
- 0:43It is true.
- 0:43I know, we're a little nervous to say that, but we're just putting it out there.
- 0:47But anyway, yesterday we had, I don't know, like a lot of snow.
- 0:51I think they said between 15 to 20 centimeters.
- 0:54Centimeters, that's right.
- 0:56And today, it's sunny.
- 0:58For now.
- 0:59That's Alberta.
- 1:00The day, one day you have a blizzard, and the next day, it's sunny. However, tonight there's supposed to be more.
- 1:04Well, it's supposed to snow again tonight.
- 1:06But look how beautiful it is out there.
- 1:07It is now.
- 1:08Anyway, everybody, welcome to a very special edition of Coffee In The Park with Jennifer and Cam.
- 1:14And as always, we are coming to you live from The Wall Coffee Roasters in the heart of beautiful downtown Acheson.
- 1:22That's right.
- 1:23So if you hear some noises in the background, people talking, coffee machines whirring those kinds of things, kids screaming, but there's no kids screaming. It's very quiet here.
- 1:30It's very quiet here, and it's very quiet in Acheson.
- 1:33I know.
- 1:34Downtown Acheson is quiet.
- 1:35I think people are on vacation already.
- 1:38You know, here, I know people.
- 1:41I know why people are on vacation.
- 1:43Because today and yesterday, well, yesterday is understandable.
- 1:47I went through the Tim Hortons drive-thru, and there was no cars.
- 1:51Okay, in Acheson or in Edmonton?
- 1:52Well, that was Edmonton.
- 1:53Okay.
- 1:53Yeah.
- 1:54That's rare.
- 1:55But I went right through, like there was nobody in front of me.
- 1:58Like the people at the window actually wanted to talk.
- 2:00I didn't really want to talk, but there was no cars.
- 2:02So it was like they were bored because there was no cars.
- 2:04And didn't you go out shopping?
- 2:07I did yesterday.
- 2:07I went yesterday.
- 2:08I did.
- 2:09I went shopping.
- 2:10Well, I didn't go shopping, shopping.
- 2:12I went to the supermarket shopping.
- 2:14But you said even that was quiet.
- 2:15The ladies at the supermarket, the Italian Center, one of my favorite store.
- 2:19I thought I'd venture to the Italian Center, Teresa Spinelli.
- 2:22I love the Italian Center.
- 2:24And I walked in, and you could like shoot a cannon through there.
- 2:26There was nobody in there.
- 2:28And the nice Italian lady, nobody here.
- 2:30Where's everybody?
- 2:31And I'm like, it's the weather.
- 2:32It must be the weather.
- 2:33So, but it's just it was, yeah.
- 2:37I would really not like to go out this weekend.
- 2:40This is the last weekend before Christmas.
- 2:42That's right.
- 2:43If you go to the mall this weekend, you deserve a medal because it's going to be nuts.
- 2:49Everywhere.
- 2:50Everywhere.
- 2:51But the mall, the mall will be crazy.
- 2:53You have to, what you do is you go get your parking spot at 7 a.m.
- 2:57Hey, listen, go through Timmy's, get your coffee.
- 3:00Go to Tim's, get your coffee.
- 3:01Sit in the parking lot and wait.
- 3:02At 7 a.m.
- 3:03The stores open at 10.
- 3:05Yes.
- 3:05So three hours.
- 3:06Take a blanket and a pillow.
- 3:07It's when you hope you don't have to go to the bathroom.
- 3:08Exactly.
- 3:09But I think the mall, the mall itself is kind of open.
- 3:11You just can't get in the stores.
- 3:12You just can't go in the stores.
- 3:13But it's going to be, so if you haven't done your Christmas shopping yet, well, again, we're airing the, we're recording this pre- Pre-Christmas.
- 3:21So we're dropping this on New Year's Day.
- 3:23You will be listening to this, hopefully, sitting around New Year's Day.
- 3:27Right.
- 3:28So that's when we're, but it's because today we're doing something very special.
- 3:31We're doing some of the best ofs, I guess.
- 3:36It's a bit of a review for us.
- 3:38A review.
- 3:39Yeah.
- 3:39And to thank you, our amazing listeners.
- 3:42I know.
- 3:43Unbelievable.
- 3:44You know, we found out some amazing stats about our listenership.
- 3:49We sure did.
- 3:50Do you want to share some of those stats?
- 3:51Because they were pretty incredible, actually.
- 3:53Well, first of all, Cam, we found out the age demographic that listens to Coffee In The Park with Jennifer and Cam.
- 3:58This one surprised us.
- 3:59Yeah.
- 4:00Because I don't know why.
- 4:01I thought it was like 18 year olds, but I'm like way off.
- 4:04We're not cool.
- 4:05No, we're not cool.
- 4:07No, don't say that.
- 4:08We're just in a different...
- 4:10We're cool in a different demographic.
- 4:11Different demographic.
- 4:12We're different demographic cool.
- 4:15We're not cool with my 13 year old son, I'll tell you that.
- 4:16No, that's.
- 4:17No.
- 4:18So, our demographic is...
- 4:20Age 45 to 65 plus.
- 4:22Yeah, plus.
- 4:25Plus.
- 4:26We don't know how many pluses, but we know there's a lot of 45 to 65s, which is really great.
- 4:31I think that's fantastic.
- 4:32I think that's amazing.
- 4:32Yeah, because you and I both fit in that category.
- 4:35And like I said, I'll admit, I thought maybe, just maybe, we might have...
- 4:41I thought, but I guess not.
- 4:43I've lost my cool with the 18 year olds.
- 4:45I'm afraid so.
- 4:46Yeah.
- 4:47So anyway, our demographic is 45 to 65.
- 4:51And I'm excited about that.
- 4:52And that's fantastic.
- 4:54Thank you for listening to that.
- 4:55Over 15,000 plus listeners.
- 4:57Yes.
- 4:58Amazing.
- 4:58All over the world.
- 4:59All over the world.
- 5:00Everywhere.
- 5:00I still don't think we have any listeners in the Antarctic.
- 5:05Not that we know of.
- 5:06Is it Antarctic or Antarctica?
- 5:07I don't know, but we don't have any listeners there.
- 5:10No.
- 5:11No.
- 5:11And the majority of our listenership is in Canada.
- 5:14That's right.
- 5:15With a lot of them being...
- 5:16Well, yeah.
- 5:17And so, that's why we talk about Alberta a lot, because wherever you're listening to us, we are here in Acheson, Alberta, in Canada, and the heart of the winter wonderland is where we are.
- 5:31But yeah, so yeah, it's pretty fascinating how many cities in the world we have people listening to us.
- 5:36Over 400, or actually, I think even close to 500 plus cities now.
- 5:39500 cities.
- 5:40Pretty amazing.
- 5:42I think that's pretty incredible.
- 5:43I'm just always curious, how do these people find our podcast?
- 5:47And why do you choose to listen?
- 5:48Yeah, that's right.
- 5:50Last I read, there was 5 million podcasts.
- 5:53It's amazing how many podcasts are out there.
- 5:56And we're, this is, I think for us, around episode, I think Hannah said around 85 or something.
- 6:03Something like that.
- 6:04So, like, we've done a lot when you think about it.
- 6:0685 episodes, that's 85 weeks.
- 6:10I don't know, what does that translate to?
- 6:11Well, most podcasts don't last.
- 6:13No, they don't.
- 6:14They just don't.
- 6:15That's because people start, and they're all excited.
- 6:18Yeah, we know some of these.
- 6:19We won't name you.
- 6:20But they get all excited, and they start a podcast, and they do three, and then they get busy.
- 6:25It's a lot of work.
- 6:26Yeah, and they get busy, and they don't do it anymore for a while.
- 6:29And then they come back to it like two months later, but they wonder why people aren't really listening.
- 6:35No.
- 6:36Because you got to be consistent.
- 6:37And I think for us, I hope people know and trust us that we're going to be there every week.
- 6:42Every week.
- 6:43Every week we're there.
- 6:44Rain or shine or snow or that's all we have numbered is rain or shine or snow.
- 6:51Sometimes tornadoes.
- 6:52Yeah, but yeah.
- 6:53We might not be here for that.
- 6:55Not in Acheson.
- 6:55No.
- 6:56But Cam, I want to share, because I think this is so cool, and I wish other platforms did this.
- 7:01For those that listen on Spotify, Spotify comes out with a Spotify Wrapped.
- 7:06That's right.
- 7:07They did the whole thing on us.
- 7:08They did.
- 7:09And it was really cool to see some of those results.
- 7:11Well, tell us some of those results.
- 7:14So now this might not sound like a lot for some podcasters, but for us, this was a huge deal.
- 7:21Yeah.
- 7:22So we are the number one podcast, which means these people listen to every single episode and continue to listen to every single episode for 29 people.
- 7:33That's amazing.
- 7:33I know.
- 7:34That's incredible, actually.
- 7:35That really is.
- 7:36Every single episode.
- 7:38I can name some of those people.
- 7:40Some I have no idea.
- 7:41Right?
- 7:41We don't know.
- 7:42Yeah.
- 7:43If you're an every podcast episode listener, drop us a note on our website.
- 7:50Or on Spotify.
- 7:51Yeah, on Spotify.
- 7:52If you're listening to us, that's just Spotify.
- 7:53That's just Spotify.
- 7:54So we should tell people, because some people still think podcasts are on the radio.
- 8:00Yes, they're not.
- 8:00They're not.
- 8:01So the major platforms are Spotify, Apple.
- 8:06I'm an Apple girl.
- 8:07Me too.
- 8:07Yeah.
- 8:08Well, I'm not an Apple girl.
- 8:09I'm an Apple guy.
- 8:10Want to make that very clear.
- 8:14Is Buzzsprout?
- 8:15Well, Buzzsprout is our platform.
- 8:17Is our platform.
- 8:18So there's all these platforms.
- 8:20And plus, people can go to our Coffee In The Park website.
- 8:24And listen directly from there.
- 8:25Download and listen directly from there.
- 8:26That's right.
- 8:27So what you're telling us is just Spotify.
- 8:30Just Spotify figures.
- 8:31Unfortunately, Apple does not come out with something this cool, which, listen, Apple...
- 8:35We'd like to talk to Apple about that.
- 8:36I would, because why wouldn't you?
- 8:37Who's in charge over there now?
- 8:38I don't know.
- 8:39Tim Cook.
- 8:40But I hear he's stepping down.
- 8:41But anyway, Tim, if you're listening...
- 8:44Can you do this?
- 8:45If Spotify can figure this out.
- 8:47Tim might be one of the 29 consistent listeners.
- 8:50I doubt it.
- 8:51I do too, but just in case.
- 8:54See, this is it.
- 8:54You just don't know.
- 8:55I guess you just don't know, because we can't track that on Apple, so maybe he is.
- 8:58We can't.
- 8:58So that's why I'm saying, if you're one of the 29, let us know.
- 9:02And I would love to just get an email from Tim Cook, because I have some questions.
- 9:07The real one, not a fake one.
- 9:09No, don't pretend to be Tim Cook.
- 9:12We'll find you out.
- 9:13Anyway, okay.
- 9:14Okay, I've got some more stats.
- 9:15All right.
- 9:15Yeah, because this is to me amazing, Cam.
- 9:17Yeah.
- 9:18So on Spotify, we increased 100% of our followers this year.
- 9:23Wow.
- 9:24And 106% listeners.
- 9:27Wow.
- 9:29100% followers.
- 9:30Yeah.
- 9:30And 106% listeners.
- 9:32Yeah.
- 9:33I wasn't very good at math, so I don't really.
- 9:35This is just what Spotify is telling me.
- 9:37And we were named a 2025 rising star and a 2025 talked about show.
- 9:44Oh, come on.
- 9:45I'm serious.
- 9:46Are you serious?
- 9:47Yeah, we're like a rising star and a talked about show.
- 9:50Yeah.
- 9:51Wow.
- 9:51That's pretty great.
- 9:53No, that blows me away.
- 9:54Like, is it talked about show?
- 9:56Does that mean like people at parties and stuff are talking about?
- 9:59Hey, did you listen to Coffee In The Park this week?
- 10:01I think that's pretty cool.
- 10:02Okay, but listen. How often do we go anywhere anymore that people at least don't know who we are?
- 10:05No, that is true.
- 10:06At least in Edmonton.
- 10:08Maybe not other areas, but Edmonton.
- 10:10We're a little different than a lot of podcasts in there.
- 10:13We don't do video.
- 10:14No, we don't.
- 10:15We don't want to. No.
- 10:16We're happy what we're doing, but we do little videos sometimes.
- 10:20Not as many as I like.
- 10:21We should do more of those because they're fun.
- 10:23But anyways, but yeah, we get stopped, and people like say, hey, you're like on that podcast.
- 10:28I know.
- 10:29We're at an event and people introduce it.
- 10:31We introduce ourselves and they go, you're the people from the podcast.
- 10:33That's right.
- 10:35I know.
- 10:35I like that.
- 10:36It's kind of amazing.
- 10:37I know.
- 10:37I'm not letting it go to my head.
- 10:38I'm still trying to...
- 10:39Sometimes he is.
- 10:40No, sometimes he is.
- 10:44Listen.
- 10:45I'm kidding.
- 10:47It just bothers me when the chauffeur is not there when we're leaving, like if the driver's not there.
- 10:51Where's our security team?
- 10:52Exactly.
- 10:54Podcast has left the building.
- 10:55That's all I'm saying.
- 10:57It's a goal for 2026.
- 10:59It's a goal for 2026.
- 11:01We'll get security and a full-time driver.
- 11:05I'd like one of those blacked out SUVs.
- 11:06Yeah.
- 11:08I'd give it all up for a full-time chef, but that's I'm just saying.
- 11:13But anyway, we don't let it go to our head.
- 11:16Because actually, I'm humbled by that.
- 11:17I am too.
- 11:18The fact that people actually take the time to listen to us kind of blows me away.
- 11:22I know.
- 11:22Because we're like, who are we?
- 11:23Who are we?
- 11:24We're like in downtown Acheson.
- 11:27That's what we are.
- 11:28That's who we are.
- 11:30I think it's our guests.
- 11:31We have fantastic guests.
- 11:33We do.
- 11:33And I'm excited to talk about some of those amazing guests that we've had this past year, Cam.
- 11:37We've had some incredible guests.
- 11:39You know what?
- 11:39When we were looking at the list, I was kind of blown away.
- 11:41I know.
- 11:42I have the list in front of me right now, and I'm like, come on.
- 11:46So when we kind of went to a new format, and one of our first guests in the new format was Gene Principe. From hockey...
- 11:56Gene is amazing, sports net.
- 11:58Sports net, and does Edmonton hockey.
- 12:00And he's awesome.
- 12:03I love Gene.
- 12:03Gene's one of the most down-to-earth, nicest guys.
- 12:06Yeah, he was just incredible.
- 12:07I really like him.
- 12:08He was just awesome.
- 12:10And so kind to be our first guest on the new format of the podcast.
- 12:14That's right.
- 12:14So if you're ever watching an Oilers hockey game, Gene Principe will be on there, and he's amazing.
- 12:21And then we had Josh Classen, the weatherman.
- 12:25CTV Chief Meteorologist.
- 12:27Chief Meteorologist, Josh Classen, Meteorologist, and rapper.
- 12:31Yes.
- 12:32And he rapped.
- 12:33I know.
- 12:34He did.
- 12:34He did a little rapping.
- 12:34He sure did.
- 12:35That was amazing.
- 12:37And then, this was, I'm going to be honest, this was one of my all-time, all-time favorites.
- 12:43The guest was great.
- 12:44And then we went and we did a video, was Jesse Kraay from the Edmonton Corn Maze.
- 12:49Yes, the owner of, sorry, co-owner of the Corn Maze.
- 12:53And he talked all about corn mazes and how you do a corn maze.
- 12:56I learned a lot.
- 12:56No, there was.
- 12:57I was amazed.
- 12:58Like, I just thought you like cut paths in corn.
- 13:02I still don't like corn mazes.
- 13:03I'm sorry.
- 13:04But we went there, you and I, and we filmed some videos.
- 13:07We did, but I didn't go through the maze.
- 13:08You didn't.
- 13:09No, I didn't that day.
- 13:11I feel like it could be a true crime podcast.
- 13:13Like, you're going to get murdered in the corn maze.
- 13:15What happened to Jennifer in the corn maze?
- 13:17Check it out on the next edition of Coffee In The Park with Cam, because Jennifer's gone. Maybe.
- 13:23Anyways, all right.
- 13:24So and then we had Dave van Leeuwen from Ben's Meats.
- 13:29Ben's Meats, an Edmonton institution.
- 13:32An Edmonton institution.
- 13:33Now, Cam, he told us that Ben's Meats has been around when it was...
- 13:40In Jasper.
- 13:42On Jasper Ave.
- 13:43No, no, no.
- 13:43On Stony Plain.
- 13:44Yeah, Jasper townsite.
- 13:46It was in its own townsite.
- 13:47It wasn't part of Edmonton yet.
- 13:48No, it wasn't yet.
- 13:48It was little Jasper thingamadooie.
- 13:50And then it joined Edmonton.
- 13:51Yeah.
- 13:52Yeah.
- 13:52And he's awesome.
- 13:54I'm getting my turkey from them.
- 13:56You always get your turkey from them.
- 13:57Yeah.
- 13:57Getting my turkey for Christmas.
- 13:5824-pounder.
- 13:59Got to pick that up.
- 14:00And you know what?
- 14:01They moved to a beautiful new facility from Stony Plain Road to 184th Street.
- 14:06Is that where it is?
- 14:07I just go.
- 14:08I drive there.
- 14:08I never know the address.
- 14:09I just, my GPS just takes me there.
- 14:11Anyway, that's a great...
- 14:12And we ate there.
- 14:13We went and had a sandwich there.
- 14:14It was pretty good.
- 14:15It was good.
- 14:16Then we had Minister Nate Glubish, the rocker.
- 14:21He got really...
- 14:23It was the most excited I saw when he started talking about the rock band.
- 14:27I know.
- 14:28He's a pretty straight guy.
- 14:29He's a pretty level guy.
- 14:31But when he got talking about his rock band, it was like he let his hair down again.
- 14:35He did have long hair, but he cut it off.
- 14:36We kind of want...
- 14:37We didn't put that picture up.
- 14:38No, we were going to put that picture with him and long hair.
- 14:41But no, that...
- 14:42And so he was great.
- 14:43And then we had Dan Cote-Rosen from Flat Boy Burgers.
- 14:47Yes, and OEG.
- 14:49And OEG, Oilers Entertainment Group, Marketing guy.
- 14:52And he talked about how he started Flat Boy Burgers during COVID in his kitchen.
- 14:59And now, in my opinion, others may disagree, but in my opinion, best flat burger, best...
- 15:04What do you call it?
- 15:05Smash burger.
- 15:06Best smash burger you can get in the city of Edmonton.
- 15:08And I hear they're opening another one in Calgary.
- 15:10And this is pretty awesome.
- 15:11Dan's a great guy.
- 15:12Great guy.
- 15:13And he was a lot of fun.
- 15:14And we'll be interviewing...
- 15:17Next year, where they are, where Flat Boy Burgers is, is in...
- 15:22Shiddy's.
- 15:24Shiddy's.
- 15:25Well, part of Sea Change Brewery.
- 15:26Part of Sea Change Brewery.
- 15:27We're going to have the Sea Change Brewery people on.
- 15:29That'll be great, because that's a great story.
- 15:30Fascinating story.
- 15:31Yeah, fascinating.
- 15:32And then we had, we had radio, internet host extraordinaire, Ryan Jespersen.
- 15:40Who doesn't know Ryan Jespersen?
- 15:41Listen, yeah, he's everywhere.
- 15:42He's every...
- 15:43He's big. He is! He's like...
- 15:44He makes us look like a little, tiny goldfish in the ocean.
- 15:49And again, we're so thankful, Cam, that these people have said yes to being on our little podcast.
- 15:56Like, he's got thousands and thousands and thousands of listeners, and he took the time to come on our podcast. He sure did.
- 16:03And that was really...
- 16:03And he's great.
- 16:04He was great.
- 16:04He is a great guy.
- 16:05He was awesome.
- 16:06And then we had Dr.
- 16:06Randy Gregg.
- 16:07Yes.
- 16:07He was cool.
- 16:08Now, he made fun of Cam's height.
- 16:11Yeah, well, I can't help it that he's like 6'12, and I'm like 4'3.
- 16:15It was kind of funny.
- 16:16Yeah, whatever.
- 16:18But he was a great guest.
- 16:19Oh, yeah.
- 16:19Amazing story.
- 16:20And he's a real doctor, and an Oiler, and a Stanley Cup winner, and played on the Olympic team.
- 16:26That's right.
- 16:26Everything.
- 16:27And then we had, oh, okay, I'm just going to say it right now.
- 16:32I love all our guests.
- 16:33I love all our guests, but this was amazing.
- 16:37We talked to Geoff Cummer from West Edmonton Mall, the penguin.
- 16:43The marine life.
- 16:44The marine life guy.
- 16:45We went to the mall, and we did the show with Geoff.
- 16:49We did.
- 16:49And then we got to hang out with the penguin.
- 16:52Yes.
- 16:52Rocket.
- 16:53But tell everybody what that led to.
- 16:55Well, what that led to was last week here at Genics, the company I work for, I helped arrange the children's Christmas party, and we brought in the penguin for the kids! Did you know, listeners, that you can have the penguins come to you?
- 17:10They'll come.
- 17:11You got to...
- 17:11Well, only in Edmonton.
- 17:13Yes.
- 17:13Like if you live like in Tokyo, I don't think they're coming.
- 17:16Calgary, sorry you're out. No, Calgary, you're out.
- 17:17But yeah.
- 17:18So no, he brought two penguins with him last Sunday, and the kids got to hang out with the penguins.
- 17:24But we got to go to the mall and meet Rocket, and we were lucky.
- 17:30I was lucky.
- 17:31I don't think I was supposed to, but when we were at the mall, I actually petted Rocket.
- 17:35You're not really supposed to, because he wouldn't let the kids pet him when he's here.
- 17:39No, but we were allowed to. But we got to.
- 17:42That one still blows me away.
- 17:44That was just amazing.
- 17:45And then we had Azari...
- 17:49Aariz.
- 17:50Mawji.
- 17:50Mawji.
- 17:51Yes.
- 17:51Amazing kid.
- 17:5215 years old.
- 17:53How old?
- 17:5315.
- 17:54And he's doing this amazing fundraiser for cancer.
- 17:57The Ben Stelter School Fundraiser.
- 17:59And lately, they've just, I've seen, I've been following their social media.
- 18:02They're raising like big dollars for cancer.
- 18:06It's amazing.
- 18:07And he's an amazing kid.
- 18:09Smart, articulate.
- 18:11That was a great, great podcast.
- 18:12Our youngest podcast guest, at 15.
- 18:15Yup.
- 18:15And then we had, we had Jon Alexander.
- 18:20Alexander?
- 18:21Yes, Alexander.
- 18:22We, Canadian veteran from the Canadian Armed Forces for Remembrance Day.
- 18:25November 11th.
- 18:26For Remembrance Day.
- 18:27He served in Afghanistan.
- 18:28What a great story.
- 18:29Young guy, just brilliant.
- 18:31And served our country, and just really appreciated him and his story.
- 18:36And yeah, it was really great.
- 18:38Really, in case you're wondering what that is, that's the mop bucket going by.
- 18:43Because we've told you, we're live at the coffee shop.
- 18:46Like there's, one never knows what's going on, and that's the mop bucket.
- 18:50I don't think we've ever, I don't think in the history of the podcast, we've ever had the mop bucket go by.
- 18:56That's a first.
- 18:57We should have taken a photo.
- 18:57We should have taken a photo of the mop bucket.
- 19:00Seriously.
- 19:02Put it on the website.
- 19:03Hey, what's going on at the coffee shop?
- 19:05The mop bucket is going by.
- 19:09That's just the greatest.
- 19:11I love it.
- 19:11Anyways, okay.
- 19:15If you heard that, I'm not sure what that is.
- 19:17The chair moving.
- 19:18So now we have mop bucket, chairs moving, just like unbelievable.
- 19:23Oh, it's coming.
- 19:24It's on its way back.
- 19:28The mop bucket is returning.
- 19:30This is like, Brennan's waving as he walks.
- 19:34This is, that's it.
- 19:35We're taking a picture of the mop bucket and putting it on.
- 19:38I think we will.
- 19:38We will, because people don't believe us.
- 19:41Sounds like a train going by.
- 19:43Anyway, OK, then after Jon, oh, then we did our Pet Peeves 2.
- 19:47Pet Peeves Part 2.
- 19:48Part 2.
- 19:48Yeah, that was great.
- 19:49Yes.
- 19:50That was awesome.
- 19:51Where we talked about our Pet Peeves.
- 19:52Well, nobody returning their shopping cart at this time of year.
- 19:56I'm just going to say the other day I pulled into, I know this isn't our Pet Peeves show, but I pull, the other literally the other day I pulled into a stall at Costco, wheeled into it and had to hit the binder breaks because somebody left the cart.
- 20:09That's what I'm saying.
- 20:11People, just put the cart back.
- 20:13I know it takes an extra 37 seconds.
- 20:17Get your steps in. Get your steps! Just do it.
- 20:18It's, it's, I know.
- 20:20I know.
- 20:21Anyway, OK, then after, oh, then we had Jordan Baker from the Edmonton Stingers.
- 20:25Yes.
- 20:25Now that guy was tall.
- 20:27He's a basketball player.
- 20:28Is he taller than Randy Gregg?
- 20:29Oh, I think so.
- 20:30I don't know.
- 20:31Yeah, no, I don't know. Their about the same height.
- 20:32I know.
- 20:33All I know is I had to look up. 6'8?
- 20:34Yeah.
- 20:35Way up.
- 20:36Friendly giant.
- 20:37Way up.
- 20:38And he was cool.
- 20:38He was a cool guy.
- 20:40Then we had an amazing guest.
- 20:42Absolutely amazing.
- 20:44This guy was unbelievable.
- 20:45He's a legend in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and that was Mark Connolly.
- 20:51Oh, the golden voice of radio.
- 20:53He was amazing.
- 20:55And he did radio, and he did...
- 20:57The Olympics, Cam The Olympics.
- 20:59He called, what did he, 12 Olympics.
- 21:0112 Olympics.
- 21:02Cycling.
- 21:02Cycling and sledding.
- 21:03All the sledding.
- 21:04Cycling and sledding.
- 21:05Yes.
- 21:06Oh, look, there's little Scotty Ray over there.
- 21:08Just came in.
- 21:09That's Michael, who owns the coffee shop.
- 21:11Scotty Ray is his little daughter.
- 21:13And Brooksie, his son and grandpa all just came in.
- 21:17Here they go.
- 21:18Hi, Brooksie.
- 21:18Oh, Brooksie.
- 21:19Good to see you, buddy.
- 21:20He's waving at us.
- 21:22Again.
- 21:22Okay, he's got little glasses, and he's the cutest little guy.
- 21:24He's the cutest, Brooksie.
- 21:25Son of, like, Michael Wall.
- 21:27Son of Michael Wall, owner of Wall Coffee Roasters.
- 21:30And see, today's just a laid back show.
- 21:33There's just lots going on in the coffee shop that sometimes we don't normally talk.
- 21:37We should do a show just on the life of the coffee shop. Oh boy! That would be...
- 21:40What a show that would be.
- 21:41That would be quite...
- 21:42Okay.
- 21:43Then after Mark Connolly, we had Lori Patrick from Adeara.
- 21:46Oh, Lori, you know, Cam, you and I are so passionate about not-for-profits, and these guests have all been great, but Lori's story just touched my heart.
- 21:59The work that Adeara does for women, in recovery, who get to keep their children with them during their recovery period, one of the very, very few places that allow children to be with the women in recovery.
- 22:13And Lori's story in itself was amazing, and she was funny, and yet the work she does is absolutely incredible.
- 22:22Wonderful person.
- 22:23Yeah.
- 22:23And I think some of you, I bet, after that show, reached out, maybe helped Adeara a little bit.
- 22:28Thank you for doing that.
- 22:29That was kind of cool.
- 22:30And then our last guest, the last one we've had is Chef Shane Chartrand.
- 22:36Yes.
- 22:37Yeah.
- 22:37And he was awesome.
- 22:38That was an unexpected twist.
- 22:41He was the chef on Top Chef Canada.
- 22:43Top Chef Canada, a couple of times.
- 22:45Yes.
- 22:46Once as a judge and as a contestant.
- 22:47Once as a judge and then as a contestant, and then another show after that.
- 22:50I think Iron Chef.
- 22:51Iron Chef.
- 22:52And then he traveled all over the world, being a chef.
- 22:55All over the world. He went all over.
- 22:56He is very passionate about cooking indigenous cuisine.
- 23:00He was amazing.
- 23:01He was.
- 23:01And to hear his story and where he's come from and what he's doing and his passion for food.
- 23:07Oh, so passionate for food.
- 23:09So looking back on these guests, it's pretty incredible.
- 23:14Pretty incredible.
- 23:15We've had, this is how I've been putting it lately.
- 23:18We've had some famous and not so famous.
- 23:21And they all, no matter what, they all have amazing stories.
- 23:24Because that is the point of this podcast, is everybody has a story.
- 23:28Right.
- 23:28The story behind the story.
- 23:29We always say that.
- 23:30That's what it's about.
- 23:31And this past year has been absolutely incredible.
- 23:36And we've been able to meet, we've been able to meet great people.
- 23:39We've been able to do great things, like going to the corn maze, like going to West Edmonton Mall.
- 23:45Like those are all cool things that we got to do.
- 23:48And then we do our little videos every now and then, and that's kind of cool.
- 23:51And so it's pretty amazing.
- 23:53It is.
- 23:54And we, people wonder, and I have people, do you do this?
- 23:57They know we don't do it in a studio.
- 23:58We do it in a coffee shop.
- 24:00And we set this up every time.
- 24:02Every week we do this, we come in and set up all the recording stuff.
- 24:05And Michael and the staff here, they're nice enough to let us do this.
- 24:08Shout out to the staff at the Wall Coffee Roasters.
- 24:10Shout out to the staff at the Wall Coffee Roasters.
- 24:13Even though they bring their bucket by, in the middle, the on air sign is on.
- 24:18That's all I'm saying is, we purposely have an on air sign, folks.
- 24:22You've probably seen it in our picture.
- 24:23So people know we're actually recording.
- 24:26And I don't know what it was.
- 24:28Obviously a flood or an emergency of some...
- 24:31Don't say that about the coffee shop.
- 24:33No, we don't want a flood at the coffee shop.
- 24:35Somebody tipped over their latte or something, and it was a floor emergency.
- 24:40Yes.
- 24:40And so, yeah, just say, but they're amazing.
- 24:43And they're very generous to us.
- 24:44They put up with us every week.
- 24:47We reserve the table.
- 24:49Well, we got in a little trouble.
- 24:50I got in trouble today because the last two reservations we didn't fulfill.
- 24:55And so, like, we have to work on that.
- 24:59We'll have, in our next production meeting, that will be a topic of conversation.
- 25:03Do you know who else we should thank?
- 25:04Who?
- 25:04Hannah.
- 25:05Hannah, our producer.
- 25:08Hannah.
- 25:09Hannah Banana from Havana.
- 25:11She's not from Havana, but I call her that.
- 25:13She's awesome.
- 25:15She keeps us on track.
- 25:17She does all the...
- 25:18People don't think...
- 25:19I think people think we just come here, sit down, and people show up.
- 25:23Oh, look, there's Mark Connolly.
- 25:24Come over here and be on our show.
- 25:26Or there's Ryan Jesperson.
- 25:27Come be on our show. Oh my gosh.
- 25:29That's not how it works.
- 25:29If she wasn't coordinating our calendars, I don't know where we'd be.
- 25:33I'll tell you where we'd be.
- 25:36We wouldn't have a podcast, because especially me.
- 25:39You're good.
- 25:40You're really good.
- 25:42I reach out to people, and I invite them to be a guest, and they say yes, and I forget to tell you.
- 25:47Cam and I have had a little chat about this, and I've taken guest privileges away from him.
- 25:52He's not allowed to reach out anymore.
- 25:53Because I go on binges.
- 25:55I send like 30 letters, just boom, out to everybody.
- 25:58It's too much.
- 25:58And like 25 say yes, and I forget to tell you.
- 26:00I know.
- 26:01It doesn't go well.
- 26:02No, it doesn't go well.
- 26:03And so Hannah does an amazing job for us, and we really appreciate her.
- 26:09Yes, we do.
- 26:09And again, we honestly, we have a weekly, you and I have a weekly production meeting, where we talk about the podcast and all facets of the podcast.
- 26:19And that brings me to, I think, our next topic, which we wouldn't be able to do what we do without these people, and that's our sponsors.
- 26:28100%.
- 26:29We have sponsors.
- 26:30We have two wonderful, amazing sponsors.
- 26:33Our first one, Wing Snob.
- 26:35Wing Snob.
- 26:35Mike Chadi.
- 26:37I hope you're, I'm going to phone Mike and tell him to listen to this, because I'm giving him a shout out.
- 26:41Mike Chadi from Wingsnob.
- 26:43Amazing.
- 26:44You know, Cam, he has believed in us from day one.
- 26:46Day one.
- 26:47He's been our biggest supporter.
- 26:48Do you remember when we went, he was our guest way back in the early days.
- 26:53Yes.
- 26:54I like being able to say in the early days of the podcast.
- 26:57In the early days of the podcast.
- 26:59In the early days of the podcast.
- 27:01He was one of our, I think like our third guest.
- 27:03Yeah, I think so.
- 27:04Anyway, remember, remember when we asked Mike, would you want to sponsor us?
- 27:08He didn't.
- 27:09He didn't hesitate.
- 27:09He didn't blink an eye.
- 27:10He just, absolutely.
- 27:12And so he came on board and with Wing Snob, his amazing franchise of wings.
- 27:20Because they're fresh, never frozen, Cam.
- 27:21Fresh, never frozen.
- 27:2316 flavors, 4 rubs, 10 stores in the city of Edmonton.
- 27:28One in Calgary now.
- 27:28One in Calgary.
- 27:30And I hear one's opening up, I think in Grand Prairie.
- 27:32I've heard that.
- 27:32And so Wingsnob is absolutely amazing.
- 27:35And we also do our special segment every month, Flavor Of The Month.
- 27:39Flavor Of The Month is great.
- 27:40With Mike.
- 27:41Yes.
- 27:41He's amazing.
- 27:42He is.
- 27:42So, you know, without Wing Snob, Mike, you just, thanks man for being there.
- 27:47And you're always asking.
- 27:49If we're doing an event, can I bring wings?
- 27:52Absolutely.
- 27:53Yes, you can.
- 27:54Absolutely.
- 27:55Cause they're the best.
- 27:57We are serious when we say these are the best wings you will ever have.
- 28:00I was out at someone's house the other night, and we had pizza and wings from Wing Snob.
- 28:07And they phoned me ahead of time and said, what are your favorite flavors?
- 28:10I said, I like the mango habanero.
- 28:13I like the buffalo.
- 28:14I like the parmesan.
- 28:16And I forget what the other one.
- 28:17I got four choice.
- 28:18I forget what the other one.
- 28:19Anyway, amazing.
- 28:21But you said pizza.
- 28:22They don't have pizza at Wing Snob.
- 28:23No, no.
- 28:24They went to another pizza place.
- 28:25Let's clarify this.
- 28:26That's right.
- 28:27They don't go into Wing Snob.
- 28:28And say, where's the pizza?
- 28:29But I will say this.
- 28:30I didn't really eat the pizza, but I ate the wings.
- 28:32Oh, how can you not?
- 28:33Amazing.
- 28:34And then I dip them in that parmesan dip.
- 28:36And I'm telling you folks, it's like dying and going to heaven for a few minutes.
- 28:40They're the best wings you'll ever have.
- 28:41Absolutely.
- 28:42Unbelievable.
- 28:43And we encourage you to check them out at www.wingsnob.ca.
- 28:48That's right.
- 28:49And there's some new things coming up for Wing Snob in the new year.
- 28:53I probably shouldn't say them, but it's kind of exciting.
- 28:56And Mike, thanks.
- 28:58Thank you.
- 28:59Awesome.
- 28:59And then we have some other great sponsors.
- 29:03These two individuals have also been, Cam, some of our biggest supporters.
- 29:08From day one.
- 29:09From day one.
- 29:10From day one, they've been there for us.
- 29:12Jan and Don over at Mprint.
- 29:15That's right.
- 29:16Mprint.
- 29:17Yes.
- 29:17Not Imprint.
- 29:19Mprint.
- 29:20Sign and Print Solutions here in Acheson.
- 29:22Yeah.
- 29:22Amazing people.
- 29:23And again, they were like on board right away.
- 29:25Like just were there.
- 29:26And honestly, we're not kidding when we talk about them being quality, professional, high caliber printers that anybody can use and access.
- 29:36From business cards, right?
- 29:38I was in their shop the other day, and the stuff they're printing is incredible.
- 29:42The booklets, the calendars, the manuals.
- 29:47And then I went into the, they took me into the back, into the warehouse space, and Don was wrapping like a mini school bus.
- 29:55Wow.
- 29:55Amazing.
- 29:57Listen, can we talk about, can we talk about, Cam and I exchanged Christmas gifts.
- 30:01Can we talk about the gift he got me?
- 30:03Because I want to post this picture.
- 30:05I want to post this picture to our social media channel.
- 30:10So tell them what Mprint did.
- 30:13Mprint.
- 30:13Well, so I like to get Jennifer something, you know, she, so, well, I'll save this for a little, in a few minutes, but you know, she's, she's the co-host and does an amazing job.
- 30:24So I was looking around, what, what do you get the woman who has everything?
- 30:27Like she pretty much does.
- 30:28Like she, you know, she has a jet, she has a boat, she has all those kinds of things.
- 30:32Let's start that rumour.
- 30:32Yeah, let's start that rumour.
- 30:34She does have a boat.
- 30:34Listen, Porsche dealerships, if you want to give me a Porsche, I'm happy to drive that around.
- 30:38Ryan Jespersen gets a Mercedes.
- 30:41We want, anyway.
- 30:42So I thought, and then I thought, okay.
- 30:45I was looking at it, I thought, okay, what best represents Jennifer for the podcast?
- 30:51That's just what it is.
- 30:52And so I got her a Jennifer bobble head.
- 30:57A Jennifer Coffee In The Park bobble head.
- 31:00He did.
- 31:01I did.
- 31:02So yeah, we'll post picture.
- 31:04There's one of me too.
- 31:05It's so funny.
- 31:05Mine, I don't know what to say about mine.
- 31:08Jennifer's looks like her.
- 31:11And her head, like, just, if you shake her, her head is just like going.
- 31:15Normally, and I had them arrange the head, because this is normally, I'll say something to Jennifer, and she'll look at me and go, no.
- 31:21And so, that's how the head works.
- 31:23It goes, no.
- 31:24Very rarely does it go, yes.
- 31:25It mostly goes, no.
- 31:27And so, anyway, I got her, and she's wearing a Coffee In The Park shirt.
- 31:30I know.
- 31:30It's great.
- 31:31It's amazing.
- 31:32And so, yeah.
- 31:33And Mprint did that.
- 31:34I phoned Jan.
- 31:35I said, Jan, here's what I need.
- 31:37Jan said, I don't know.
- 31:38I don't know.
- 31:39I don't know where.
- 31:40Sometimes Jan must look at us and go, whoa.
- 31:41I know.
- 31:42Well, I think she said, okay, and then she hung up.
- 31:46And so, then I had to send the picture of you, and then every week I would text her and I go, any luck on the bobble head?
- 31:55And it took quite a while for a response usually, but it was no.
- 32:00And so, then one day she said, I think I found it.
- 32:03And then she called me last week, because we've exchanged gifts already, because Christmas is short, you're leaving and I'm off.
- 32:10And she said, come over to the shop.
- 32:12So I drove over there and she says, come into my office and there it was.
- 32:17And it was you.
- 32:18It's a mini you.
- 32:20It's mini.
- 32:21It's like mini Jennifer, not, shaking your head at me.
- 32:25I like, no, no.
- 32:26It's like mini Jennifer.
- 32:28It's awesome.
- 32:28And Mprint did that.
- 32:29They did.
- 32:30And they also did my Christmas gift for you, which I have to pick up.
- 32:34That's right.
- 32:35And now we'll post that as well.
- 32:36Right, the mug.
- 32:38Now, listen.
- 32:39Yeah.
- 32:40I was a little concerned about Cam and not drinking enough water.
- 32:45Let's not get into the health issues here, but lately I've been told I'm not drinking enough water.
- 32:51I drink, actually, I drink on the average.
- 32:54I drink, just saying, Donald Trump drinks 10 cans, apparently 10 cans of Diet Coke a day.
- 33:01That can't be good for you.
- 33:02No, I drink on the average six to eight cans of Bubly.
- 33:06This is also my concern.
- 33:08Like the soda water, Bubly.
- 33:10Yeah.
- 33:11Michael Buble, if you're listening, if you're one of the 29, I'm just saying.
- 33:15If you're one of the 29, yes.
- 33:17But I drink a lot of Bubly, but apparently it's not doing it.
- 33:22I need to drink water.
- 33:23Actual water.
- 33:23So I got him a Yeti water bottle.
- 33:25A Yeti water bottle.
- 33:26Yes.
- 33:27It engraved our logo.
- 33:28Our logo on it.
- 33:29It looks awesome.
- 33:30It does.
- 33:31It's amazing.
- 33:32Yeah.
- 33:32And I'm going to have water.
- 33:33Again, from Jan and Don.
- 33:36So they do stuff like this, like amazing.
- 33:39And I have to say, I'm not, I think Jan gets mad because I'm kind of a last-minute kind of guy.
- 33:47I phone her like, could you have this in two days?
- 33:49And she's like, oh, brother.
- 33:50Yeah.
- 33:51But they do.
- 33:52They're amazing.
- 33:54So yeah, they're really, and I love my gift.
- 33:56I love it.
- 33:56I absolutely love it.
- 33:59Truth is, I actually haven't seen my gift yet.
- 34:01I gotta go get that.
- 34:01You gotta go pick that up.
- 34:03But anyway, the bobble heads are, can I just say about the bobble heads?
- 34:07They're not cheap.
- 34:08Like they're not cheap plastic. I know.
- 34:10No, no, no.
- 34:10I don't know what they're made of.
- 34:12They're like really good.
- 34:13I know.
- 34:14Yeah.
- 34:14Anyway.
- 34:15So yeah, thank you, Mprint for being there.
- 34:18Check them out.
- 34:18At www.mprint.ca.
- 34:22Yeah, amazing.
- 34:25And folks, it's been an amazing year with the podcast.
- 34:30I gotta say, it's one of the highlights of my life.
- 34:32Yeah.
- 34:33It really is.
- 34:33Every Tuesday is great.
- 34:35And I'm just gonna say this, cause she deserves it.
- 34:37So Jennifer and I, we both have real jobs, daytime jobs.
- 34:42This is not a real job.
- 34:43Listen, if you want to fund Coffee In The Park.
- 34:48Well, yeah, if you want to be a sponsor, yeah, absolutely.
- 34:51Then maybe this could be a real job.
- 34:53No, we're always looking for brought to you bys, and we'd love to.
- 34:59So yeah, reach out, 15,000 people hear your message, and maybe more.
- 35:04It's growing.
- 35:05And so yeah, you know, whatever you sell, well, I'm not going to say whatever you sell, but you know.
- 35:10You and I still have to believe in the product.
- 35:12Yeah, like we believe in Wing Snob.
- 35:14And we believe in Mprint.
- 35:15Yeah, like I eat wings and I use Mprint.
- 35:18That's right.
- 35:18So like, that's really awesome.
- 35:20But you know, just give us a call, give us a shout out on our website there, and you can leave us a comment.
- 35:26But these are not our real jobs.
- 35:29We take time every week to do this.
- 35:31And I would not do this if I did not have my co-host, if I didn't have Jennifer.
- 35:39I wouldn't do this.
- 35:41Because the best part of this is doing this with you, and it's awesome.
- 35:45No, I agree.
- 35:46And we don't always agree.
- 35:47Oh, no, we don't.
- 35:49People ask, do you fight? Yes we do.
- 35:50We should do a show on that.
- 35:53We should start recording our fights.
- 35:55That would be hilarious.
- 35:56That would be funny.
- 35:57We don't always agree.
- 35:58We don't always agree.
- 35:59And it's been a process, but we're learning the process.
- 36:08And you are.
- 36:08You're great.
- 36:09You keep me on track in more ways than one, both on air and off air.
- 36:15You keep me on track.
- 36:16And without you, I could not do this.
- 36:19And you are amazing.
- 36:20And to me, you and I say, and folks, I'm saying this sincerely, you are the lifeblood and the heartbeat of this podcast.
- 36:28Well, thank you.
- 36:29Thank you for doing this.
- 36:31Well, because if you haven't heard the story when we started this podcast, I said he's an idiot.
- 36:36She called me an idiot.
- 36:37Yeah.
- 36:38And it wasn't going to happen.
- 36:39So there could have been very realistically, there never could have been a coffee in the park.
- 36:45You're not wrong.
- 36:45But she gave in to the idiot.
- 36:47I did.
- 36:48And I'm happy I did.
- 36:49Yeah.
- 36:50And because of her, it's what it is today.
- 36:54So, Cam, I can't wait.
- 36:56We've got some.
- 36:59I'm just so excited for some of our upcoming guests for 2026.
- 37:03Now, we're not going to let the cat out of the bag.
- 37:05No, we're not.
- 37:05Because we want you to tune in.
- 37:07Yeah.
- 37:07Yeah.
- 37:07But we have amazing guests.
- 37:092026 is going to be a banger year.
- 37:10I think we're out doing ourselves in 2026.
- 37:12I agree.
- 37:14I, the only one we're not going to get, and I'll just say it because I know we're not going to get, is I don't think we're going to get the elephant trainer at the zoo.
- 37:23We talked about controversy.
- 37:25It's too much controversy there.
- 37:29But we got a penguin, which was pretty cool.
- 37:31I know.
- 37:31But anyway, we got great guests coming.
- 37:34We do.
- 37:34And now that we've put it out to people like Tim Cook and Michael Buble, if they're listening, they can just phone.
- 37:44Do they ever?
- 37:45We have a phone.
- 37:46We have a Coffee In The Park phone.
- 37:48One, the entire time, we thought it was my bright idea.
- 37:53We need a phone.
- 37:54People will phone us, so we've had like one phone.
- 37:56I think it was me phoning the phone.
- 38:00Nobody phones.
- 38:00Nobody.
- 38:01But we do have an email.
- 38:02Yes, we do.
- 38:04And that is...
- 38:04It's all on our website.
- 38:05Yeah, it's all on our website.
- 38:06So check out the website if you have it at coffeeinthepark.com.
- 38:10Yeah.
- 38:11And so, yeah.
- 38:13So anyway, thanks for tuning in today and for listening to sort of a year in review.
- 38:19But most of all, thanks for listening.
- 38:21Thanks for being loyal supporters and listening.
- 38:23Whether you've listened to one episode or whether you've listened to them all, Cam and I greatly appreciate your support.
- 38:30We do.
- 38:31And you know what?
- 38:32Like we say, tell your friends, tell your neighbors, tell your coworkers, tell your enemies, because you never know.
- 38:39You tell somebody you don't like to listen.
- 38:41And then before you know it, they become a friend.
- 38:42Yeah, like they're like thanking you for for recommending the podcast.
- 38:46Right.
- 38:47And if you don't have any friends, just tell, make one, just so you can tell them about the, it's New Year's.
- 38:53Just go out and go sit somewhere and have a drink.
- 38:55And the guy next to you say, look, have you ever, have you ever listened to Coffee In The Park with Jennifer and Cam?
- 39:01That's right.
- 39:01Like it's a great conversation starter.
- 39:03I agree.
- 39:04And if you're, I don't know, you're single and looking to meet a girl or something, it's a great conversation.
- 39:10I'm just saying, I'm just, we're not a dating service.
- 39:12I'm just saying that, but we're not.
- 39:15We're not getting into that.
- 39:17But there could be money in that road.
- 39:20That's not a road.
- 39:21No, we're not.
- 39:22Maybe that's a guest we should have.
- 39:23That'd be a really cool guest to have, somebody who runs an online dating service.
- 39:28And if there is a guest that you think has a great story, absolutely.
- 39:33Send us a comment on the website.
- 39:34Yeah.
- 39:35Or maybe you have a great story.
- 39:37That's right.
- 39:38Like, hey, you know, we're, like I say, the famous, the not so famous, it's all about the story behind the story.
- 39:45That's right.
- 39:45And everybody has a story.
- 39:48If you're sitting there right now saying, I don't have a story, you know, you do have a story.
- 39:52The fact that you say you don't have a story is part of the story.
- 39:55You do have one.
- 39:56You sit with us for a coffee.
- 39:58Come, come take me and Jennifer for a coffee at the Wall Coffee Roaster.
- 40:01We'll get the story out of you.
- 40:02That's right.
- 40:03Anyway, folks, happy New Year.
- 40:06Happy New Year.
- 40:07I hope you had a good Christmas.
- 40:09Well, for us, Christmas is coming up still.
- 40:11It is.
- 40:11Yeah.
- 40:12And again, Porsche, if you're listening.
- 40:14Porsche, if you're listening.
- 40:15Cam and I will each take one.
- 40:16Or do you want a different vehicle?
- 40:17Well, I'm good with a Porsche.
- 40:19Range Rovers are nice, too.
- 40:20But Porsches are a little slick in the winter in the city.
- 40:23We'll drive it in the summer.
- 40:24Yeah, we'll drive.
- 40:25It'll be our summer car.
- 40:27Yeah.
- 40:27Yeah.
- 40:28And so then we need like somebody like Range Rover for the winter.
- 40:32But we're not, like I say, we're humble.
- 40:34We're very humble people.
- 40:37Again, thanks for listening, everyone.
- 40:38And we'll see you in the new year.
- 40:39Wherever you get your podcasts or at www.coffeeinthepark.com.
- 40:44You can download it there.
- 40:45Thanks, everybody.
- 40:46See you next time.
