Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Blurred Political Line (9/28/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:01
Speaker 1: So tonight on this episode, what we're going to talk
• 0:03
Speaker 1: about is Tara Palmieri and her appearance on The Hill recently,
• 0:09
Speaker 1: where Hills TV, excuse me, where she appeared on a
• 0:13
Speaker 1: morning program to talk about her hosting the podcast Broken
• 0:18
Speaker 1: about Jeffrey Epstein. And if you have not listened to
• 0:22
Speaker 1: Broken yet, I highly suggest you do.
• 0:24
Speaker 2: It's one of the.
• 0:25
Speaker 1: Very few podcasts related to this topic That I actually
• 0:29
Speaker 1: listen to as well. And Tara Palmieri has been fantastic.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: Not just in this podcast.
• 0:36
  Speaker 2: But throughout.
• 0:37
Speaker 1: And what she says here is very important. And I
• 0:40
Speaker 1: really hope people take it to heart. I mean it's
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: one thing for.
• 0:44
  Speaker 2: You know me.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Your favorite resident moron. To tell you about this stuff.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: But it's another thing. When you have someone like Tara
• 0:51
Speaker 1: Palmieri telling you. About how this is two way traffic.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: How this is both sides of the aisle. And it's.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: I came into this whole entire thing thinking one way,
• 1:02
Speaker 1: and the evidence has completely changed my opinion about the
• 1:05
Speaker 1: players on the stage. There is no doubt that people
• 1:10
Speaker 1: on both sides of the aisle participated in making sure
• 1:14
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were operating in a
• 1:20
Speaker 1: smooth and unchecked manner. They didn't do it themselves, folks, okay?
• 1:27
Speaker 1: and it wasn't just the Republicans, and it wasn't just
• 1:30
Speaker 1: the Democrats. It was the scumbags on both sides.
• 1:36
Speaker 2: What do you think? These people really hate each other?
• 1:38
Speaker 1: When the doors close, they're having drinks, and they're drinking
• 1:42
Speaker 1: their Cristal, and they're laughing and swimming through their money
• 1:45
Speaker 1: like Scrooge McDuck. While you and me are busy hating
• 1:51
Speaker 1: on the QAnon poster, or the so-called communist poster, It's
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: so stupid.
• 1:57
Speaker 2: It is so dumb, okay?
• 1:59
Speaker 1: And it's obvious that they're trying to manipulate the Jeffrey
• 2:03
Speaker 1: Epstein case to make it just another cudgel to smack
• 2:06
Speaker 1: you around with politically. Another divisive issue. I even see
• 2:11
Speaker 1: people running around talking about, oh, save our children, some
• 2:14
Speaker 1: right-wing conspiracy. How can saving kids be a right-wing conspiracy?
• 2:19
Speaker 1: Get out of your echo chamber and think for yourself
• 2:23
Speaker 1: for a little while, please. And on the other side,
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know how many times I have
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: to hear.
• 2:29
Speaker 2: About Tom Hanks is arrested. And no, he's not. No,
• 2:33
Speaker 2: that literally that's not happening. OK, sorry.
• 2:35
Speaker 1: That is not occurring right now. Can we deal in reality, please?
• 2:38
Speaker 1: And can we all understand that the people we're talking about,
• 2:43
Speaker 1: these politicians, if they have an R or a D
• 2:46
Speaker 1: next to their name, it does not matter. You do
• 2:49
Speaker 1: not matter. All that matters is them increasing their power.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: All that matters is their status being increased. And all
• 2:58
Speaker 1: that matters is they win their next election. And if
• 3:02
Speaker 1: they can get there by having the Pitchfork people and
• 3:05
Speaker 1: the Torch people hate each other and fight in the streets,
• 3:09
Speaker 1: that is exactly what they'll do. And we keep falling
• 3:12
Speaker 1: for it over and over and over again. And that
• 3:15
Speaker 1: is why, my friends, you never see me wade into
• 3:18
Speaker 1: any of that bullshit nonsense on places such as Twitter.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: I don't want any part of it. In fact, I
• 3:24
Speaker 1: will not have any part of it. I won't be
• 3:26
Speaker 1: goaded into it. And I will not ever respond to
• 3:29
Speaker 1: your nonsense. Zero chance. I'm here for one reason and
• 3:37
Speaker 1: one reason only. I'm not here peddling you any books.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: I don't have nothing to sell you. All I'm here
• 3:44
Speaker 1: for is to keep on talking about this case on
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: a daily basis.
• 3:49
Speaker 2: At least once a day. Mostly twice.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: But I don't, you know, people have funky motivations, right?
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: And that's cool.
• 3:58
  Speaker 2: Do you.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: But me personally, I'm here for one reason and one
• 4:02
Speaker 1: reason only. And that most certainly is not to make
• 4:05
Speaker 1: any political points. Not during, not with this case. That's
• 4:10
Speaker 1: not what this case is about. And anybody who is
• 4:13
Speaker 1: making this a political cudgel to slap their opponents around with,
• 4:20
Speaker 1: I don't trust. And that goes for both sides of
• 4:23
Speaker 1: the aisle, folks. If every word out of your mouth
• 4:26
Speaker 1: is about, oh, the Republicans are involved with Epstein and
• 4:29
Speaker 1: they're the ones who did it, well, you're probably in
• 4:33
Speaker 1: an echo chamber and you probably should take a step
• 4:36
Speaker 1: back from that confirmation bias buffet that you're getting fat on.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: And the same goes.
• 4:45
Speaker 2: For the other side. It has become.
• 4:50
Speaker 1: Noise, folks. That's all it is, is noise. He said,
• 4:54
Speaker 1: she said, whataboutism. Thankfully, there's somebody like Tara Palmieri who
• 5:00
Speaker 1: understands the stakes and understands that this is two-way traffic
• 5:05
Speaker 1: coming down both lanes, both sides of the aisle. Our
• 5:11
Speaker 1: article today is from the National Post and the author
• 5:14
  Speaker 1: is Chris Arnold.
• 5:16
  Speaker 2: Headline?
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Epstein podcast host elites on both sides of the aisle
• 5:21
Speaker 1: now squirming over revelations. This article was authored by Chris Arnold.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: Investigative journalist Tara Palmieri says there are people on both
• 5:32
Speaker 1: sides of the political spectrum in the U.S. with whom
• 5:35
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was affiliated. High profile figures across the aisle
• 5:40
Speaker 1: who are now scrambling to limit the fallout surrounding the
• 5:43
Speaker 1: dead pedophile. And that doesn't just mean current politician, folks. Remember,
• 5:50
Speaker 1: this has been going on for decades. So there are
• 5:53
Speaker 1: people who were in office previously who were more than
• 5:57
Speaker 1: likely caught up with Jeffrey Epstein, right? We know that
• 6:00
Speaker 1: he was visiting the White House when Bill Clinton was
• 6:02
Speaker 1: in office. Who else was he hanging around with? We
• 6:04
Speaker 1: know he was hanging out with Doug Band. So again,
• 6:08
Speaker 1: it's not just current politicians. And sometimes I think that
• 6:12
Speaker 1: we get too caught up in the moment of the
• 6:14
Speaker 1: current Donnybrook going on politically, and we don't think about
• 6:20
Speaker 1: the other people who helped lay this groundwork. And I
• 6:23
Speaker 1: think it's important to remember that this has went on
• 6:26
Speaker 1: for decades, okay? So there are a lot of people
• 6:30
Speaker 1: on both sides of the aisle that are caught up
• 6:32
Speaker 1: in this shit. Paul Mary, the new host of the
• 6:37
Speaker 1: podcast Broken Seeking Justice, appeared on Hill's TV morning program, Rising,
• 6:42
Speaker 1: and during which she discussed the alleged connections Epstein had
• 6:45
Speaker 1: with Republicans and Democrats alike. Hey, look, folks, it's all
• 6:49
Speaker 1: about the truth, right? At least for me, that's what
• 6:52
Speaker 1: I want. At the end of the day, I want
• 6:53
Speaker 1: to get to the bottom of this. And I want
• 6:55
Speaker 1: the people who were involved in facilitating this to face
• 6:59
Speaker 1: repercussions the same way that you or I would. That's
• 7:02
Speaker 1: not too much to ask, is it? In recent days,
• 7:08
Speaker 1: it has been reported by the Daily Beast that Bill Clinton,
• 7:12
Speaker 1: Epstein's ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, and others sat for an exclusive L.A.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: meal in 2014, well after Epstein had been accused by
• 7:21
Speaker 1: at least one woman. Maxwell herself is now awaiting trial
• 7:25
Speaker 1: for enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and perjury.
• 7:30
Speaker 1: Epstein killed himself, allegedly, in a Manhattan jail cell last
• 7:33
Speaker 1: year before he could be tried for sex trafficking. And
• 7:37
Speaker 1: we covered that story, obviously, the Bill Clinton and Ghislaine
• 7:41
Speaker 1: Maxwell dinner. Of all the people in Los Angeles, Ghislaine
• 7:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell gets that nod. She's the one that gets the
• 7:48
Speaker 1: head bob and, hey, yeah, come over to our table
• 7:50
Speaker 1: and have dinner with us. If that doesn't make you
• 7:53
Speaker 1: want to ask questions, I don't know what will. If
• 7:55
Speaker 1: that doesn't make you want to dig deeper to find
• 7:57
Speaker 1: out what the real story is, I don't know what will.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: Clinton says he knew nothing at any point about Epstein's crimes,
• 8:10
Speaker 1: that he was never at Epstein's private property in the
• 8:12
  Speaker 1: Virgin Islands.
• 8:14
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's bullshit, okay? Point blank, period.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: And if you aren't questioning why Bill Clinton is lying
• 8:23
Speaker 1: about all of this, you might be one of those
• 8:27
Speaker 1: people that we were just talking about who has no
• 8:30
Speaker 1: business getting involved in cases like this with their stupid tribalism.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: Because Bill Clinton is up to his ears in this shit, folks.
• 8:40
Speaker 1: Up to his ears in it from the very beginning.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's been visiting him since he was in the
• 8:46
Speaker 1: White House. Let that sink in for a minute, okay? However,
• 8:53
Speaker 1: court records from a defamation lawsuit between Maxwell and alleged
• 8:58
Speaker 1: Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts appear to indicate that Clinton flew
• 9:02
Speaker 1: to Epstein's island on a helicopter, Forbes has reported. Maxwell
• 9:07
Speaker 1: was an attendee at the wedding of Chelsea Clinton in 2010.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: And we all know that Maxwell ferried people on helicopters, right?
• 9:15
Speaker 1: She had her helicopter's pilot license. Another lie Mr. Dershey
• 9:20
Speaker 1: Dersh likes to run with. Ghislaine was flying a helicopter
• 9:25
Speaker 1: and bringing people around. Shut up, Alan Dershowitz, okay? Shut
• 9:29
Speaker 1: your yap. However, Palmieri said it's not just Democrats who
• 9:34
Speaker 1: are in damage limitation mode.
• 9:36
  Speaker 2: Yeah, you think?
• 9:37
Speaker 1: What about all of these other Republicans that haven't been
• 9:40
Speaker 1: named yet that probably had business dealings with this man?
• 9:44
Speaker 1: What about the other people who were in charge when
• 9:48
Speaker 1: this guy got this deal? What, we're not going to
• 9:51
Speaker 1: talk about Mukasey? That's a name not enough people bring up, folks.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: And he was the acting attorney general when this deal
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: was signed.
• 10:00
  Speaker 2: Off on.
• 10:00
  Speaker 1: I think that's a huge deal. And I think if
• 10:03
Speaker 1: we're going to go after Acosta, and we should, we
• 10:06
Speaker 1: should also be going after Mukasey and asking him hard
• 10:10
Speaker 1: questions as well. Republicans were banking on the fact that
• 10:16
Speaker 1: Democrats weren't going to ask about Epstein because of their
• 10:19
Speaker 1: connection with Bill Clinton, she said on the podcast. And
• 10:22
Speaker 1: the Democrats would say he has connections with President Trump.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: It's on both sides of the aisle and it hits
• 10:29
Speaker 1: all structures of society. And that's why you don't see
• 10:32
Speaker 1: either campaign going hard in the paint on it, right?
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Both sides have ties. And if people on the right
• 10:38
Speaker 1: want to think that Donald Trump doesn't have ties to
• 10:41
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, you're crazy. You're naive. And you as well
• 10:46
Speaker 1: are in an echo chamber. And you as well are
• 10:49
Speaker 1: eating at the buffet of confirmation bias, unfortunately. At a
• 10:56
Speaker 1: certain point, she said, I think these people start to
• 10:59
Speaker 1: think they're untouchable and they kind of are. And that's
• 11:02
Speaker 1: really the crux of the situation, right? That's why we're here.
• 11:05
Speaker 1: These sons of bitches acted with impunity for decades and
• 11:10
Speaker 1: nobody stepped up to stop them. None of these dudes
• 11:13
Speaker 1: who walked into Jeffrey Epstein's house and saw all these pictures.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: None of these FBI agents. None of these prosecutors. And
• 11:22
Speaker 1: none of these presidents. And now, all these years later,
• 11:28
Speaker 1: Epstein is dead and Ghislaine Maxwell is rotting in a
• 11:32
Speaker 1: prison cell. but no other co-conspirators have yet to be arrested.
• 11:41
Speaker 1: There are several photos of Trump and Epstein together from
• 11:44
Speaker 1: the 1990s and early 2000s. Trump denies ever having a
• 11:48
Speaker 1: personal relationship with Epstein, despite saying in a 2002 New
• 11:53
Speaker 1: York Magazine feature about the dead financier, pedophile, that they had,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: by that point, long known each other. And I don't know,
• 12:01
Speaker 1: Trump just needs to stop lying about this. It's the
• 12:02
Speaker 1: same shit with Bill Clinton. It's the same coin, same
• 12:07
Speaker 1: side of a different coin.
• 12:08
  Speaker 2: Here, basically, right?
• 12:09
Speaker 1: Enough is enough already. Why don't you people just admit
• 12:12
Speaker 1: you had a relationship with this guy? If I was Trump,
• 12:16
Speaker 1: I would say, look, yeah, I had a relationship with
• 12:18
Speaker 1: him and explain my relationship. But no, none of them
• 12:22
Speaker 1: do that. Instead, they use... The marathon defense, right? Let's
• 12:28
Speaker 1: run as far away from this for as long as
• 12:30
Speaker 1: we can until we gas out. And Trump is no different.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: He has done the same thing. He's a lot of
• 12:39
Speaker 1: fun to be with, Trump said of Epstein at the time.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: It is even said that he likes beautiful women as
• 12:44
Speaker 1: much as I do. And many of them are on
• 12:46
Speaker 1: the younger side. No doubt about it. Jeffrey enjoys his
• 12:49
Speaker 1: social life. And look, it makes me sick, okay? It
• 12:55
Speaker 1: makes me sick. The fact that Bill Clinton is having
• 13:00
Speaker 1: dinner with Ghislaine Maxwell after we know what Jeffrey Epstein is,
• 13:06
Speaker 1: the fact that Donald Trump is wishing her well after
• 13:10
Speaker 1: we know what Jeffrey Epstein and she is, is just
• 13:15
Speaker 1: so disturbing and disgusting that I almost don't have words
• 13:20
Speaker 1: for it folks this is the best we can do
• 13:23
Speaker 1: as leaders and don't get me started on Biden another
• 13:26
Speaker 1: guy that's being credibly accused by Tara Reid what everybody's
• 13:29
Speaker 1: just gonna forget Tara Reid's allegations like she doesn't matter
• 13:33
Speaker 1: that's a bunch of horseshit too my friends Palmieri a
• 13:40
Speaker 1: former White House correspondent is now hosting the second season
• 13:44
Speaker 1: of Broken Seeking Justice which which focuses on those around
• 13:47
Speaker 1: Epstein who are still alive, including the survivors of alleged
• 13:51
Speaker 1: sexual assault and his former associates. I think this story
• 13:56
Speaker 1: needs to pivot and be completely focused on these survivors
• 13:59
Speaker 1: and justice. And I hope after the election, whichever way
• 14:03
Speaker 1: it goes, because let's be real, folks. We have no
• 14:06
Speaker 1: control over that shit.
• 14:10
Speaker 2: Our votes matter. Our votes count. Yeah, I don't believe it,
• 14:13
Speaker 2: all right? I don't believe it.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: The bureaucracy, these people, these bureaucrats, these unnamed bureaucrats that
• 14:19
Speaker 1: are in these three-letter organizations, CIA, FBI, NSA, they're the
• 14:24
Speaker 1: real power brokers. And we have no say about them, right?
• 14:27
Speaker 1: We don't even know who they are.
• 14:29
Speaker 2: These are the people that I'm worried about.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: The presidents come and go. They are what they are.
• 14:36
Speaker 1: It's the people that are there for 25, 35 years
• 14:37
Speaker 1: that I truly fear. Palmieri says she cares more about
• 14:45
Speaker 1: this story than any other she's covered in her career.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: I felt like the Jeffrey Epstein story is a reflection
• 14:51
Speaker 1: of our society, how we treat victims, Palmieri said, what
• 14:55
Speaker 1: people can get away with if they have enough money,
• 14:57
Speaker 1: enough power, and enough connections. And she's 100% right. That's
• 15:02
Speaker 1: what this case is about, folks.
• 15:04
  Speaker 2: Please remember that.
• 15:05
Speaker 1: At least, you know, in my opinion, and I know, look,
• 15:08
Speaker 1: we all have our opinions, right? My opinion is We'll
• 15:10
Speaker 1: get you a cup of coffee with a buck 50
• 15:13
Speaker 1: down at the local corner store. But in my opinion,
• 15:16
Speaker 1: we should be focusing on these survivors and getting them justice,
• 15:19
Speaker 1: not trying to score political points. And I hope with,
• 15:24
Speaker 1: I hope that after the election that we can focus
• 15:26
Speaker 1: on that more. And I hope the focus is more
• 15:29
Speaker 1: turned to justice in this case and not trying to
• 15:32
Speaker 1: politicize it at every turn. If you'd like to contact me,

• 15:59
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles.
• 16:04
  Speaker 2: Yesterday.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: There was an event at the White House, but not
• 16:08
Speaker 1: for the survivors. Not for the ones who were trafficked
• 16:11
Speaker 1: as children. Not for the ones who were passed around
• 16:14
Speaker 1: like currency among the powerful. Not for the ones who
• 16:17
Speaker 1: were threatened, silenced, discarded, and left to rebuild their lives
• 16:20
Speaker 1: while their abusers slept soundly in penthouses and private estates. No,
• 16:26
Speaker 1: the ones who deserved that stage weren't given a single
• 16:29
Speaker 1: damn seat. Instead, they rolled out the red carpet for influencers.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: People with no stake in the fight. people who never
• 16:37
Speaker 1: lost a night of sleep over what Epstein did, people
• 16:40
Speaker 1: who have never once dared to speak about the depths
• 16:42
Speaker 1: of this horror, because to them.
• 16:44
  Speaker 2: It isn't real.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: It's just another headline, another passing controversy, another moment to
• 16:49
Speaker 1: be milked for relevance before moving on. And yet, there
• 16:53
Speaker 1: they stood, smiling, posing, collecting clout, in a place that
• 16:57
Speaker 1: should have belonged to those who suffered. If anyone had
• 17:01
Speaker 1: a right to be there, it was the survivors. The
• 17:03
Speaker 1: ones who fought to bring Epstein down when the world
• 17:05
Speaker 1: told them to shut up and move on. The ones
• 17:08
Speaker 1: who had their reputations dragged through the mud, who were ignored, dismissed,
• 17:12
Speaker 1: and threatened for daring to tell the truth. The ones
• 17:16
Speaker 1: who wake up every day knowing that their abusers, Epstein's clients,
• 17:20
Speaker 1: the men who kept his operation running, are still out there, protected, untouchable.
• 17:25
Speaker 1: But they weren't invited. Because this was never about justice.
• 17:29
Speaker 1: Justice would mean naming names. Justice would mean unsealing files.
• 17:34
Speaker 1: Justice would mean dragging every single person who participated in
• 17:37
Speaker 1: Epstein's crimes into the light and making them answer for
• 17:40
Speaker 1: what they did. But that's not what happened, is it? Instead,
• 17:45
Speaker 1: we got a performance, a carefully curated illusion of accountability.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: And who better to play the part than a group
• 17:51
Speaker 1: of people who will never ask the hard questions, who
• 17:54
Speaker 1: will never demand real answers, who will gladly parrot the
• 17:57
Speaker 1: same distractions the rest of the world has been fed,
• 18:00
Speaker 1: like The List. Everyone talks about Epstein's client list like
• 18:04
Speaker 1: it's some holy grail of truth just waiting to be revealed.
• 18:07
Speaker 1: Like one day we'll open up some file and every
• 18:10
Speaker 1: name will be laid bare. And that will be the
• 18:12
  Speaker 1: moment everything changes.
• 18:14
Speaker 2: But that's the lie. That's the point. There is no list.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: Not the way people think. If there were, it would
• 18:21
Speaker 1: have come out a long time ago. If there were
• 18:24
Speaker 1: a real, definitive, all-encompassing list of men who participated in
• 18:27
Speaker 1: Epstein's crimes, those files would have been burned, erased, buried
• 18:31
Speaker 1: so deep No one could ever find them. And even
• 18:34
Speaker 1: if the scraps still exist, they'll never see the light
• 18:37
Speaker 1: of day. Because the people in those files aren't just rich.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: They aren't just famous. They're the ones who decide what
• 18:44
Speaker 1: gets released and what disappears forever. So instead, we're fed misdirection.
• 18:50
Speaker 1: Talk about the list, they say. Wait for the list.
• 18:53
Speaker 1: Keep your eyes on this never-ending promise that the truth
• 18:56
Speaker 1: is coming. That someone somewhere is going to do something.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: But no one ever does. Because that's the game. People
• 19:03
Speaker 1: keep waiting for a revelation that will never come. And
• 19:06
Speaker 1: they'll stop looking at the truth that already sits in
• 19:09
  Speaker 1: plain sight.
• 19:10
Speaker 2: And the truth is this. These people don't need a
• 19:13
Speaker 2: list to be known.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: We already know who they are. We know the circles
• 19:17
Speaker 1: Epstein ran in. We know the powerful men who surrounded him.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: We know their flights, their donations, their favors. We know
• 19:24
Speaker 1: that his operation was protected by men in government, finance, entertainment, intelligence.
• 19:30
Speaker 2: Men whose names don't need.
• 19:31
Speaker 1: To be revealed because they've always been right in front
• 19:34
Speaker 1: of us. And yet, nothing happens. Because to act would
• 19:38
Speaker 1: be to admit complicity. To truly investigate this, to tear
• 19:42
Speaker 1: it down to the roots, would mean acknowledging that Epstein
• 19:45
Speaker 1: wasn't an anomaly. He wasn't some freak accident, some one-off monster.
• 19:50
Speaker 1: who somehow slipped through the cracks. He was a function
• 19:52
Speaker 1: of the system, a tool, a service provider for the
• 19:55
Speaker 1: rich and untouchable. That's why the survivors weren't there. Because
• 20:00
Speaker 1: if they were, they would have forced the world to listen.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: They would have stood in that room, and they would
• 20:05
Speaker 1: have said the one thing that no one in power
• 20:07
  Speaker 1: wants to hear.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: This isn't over. Because it isn't.
• 20:12
Speaker 1: And that should terrify you. Because if they can erase
• 20:15
Speaker 1: the survivors this easily, if they can pretend they never existed,
• 20:19
Speaker 1: if they can replace them with smiling influencers and staged applause,
• 20:23
Speaker 1: then what else have they erased? What other horrors have
• 20:26
Speaker 1: been buried? How many more names should have been known?
• 20:29
Speaker 1: How many more predators were protected? How many more powerful
• 20:33
Speaker 1: men are still out there walking free, knowing that they'll
• 20:36
Speaker 1: never be held accountable, because the same silence that protected them,
• 20:39
Speaker 1: then is protecting them now. And more importantly, how many
• 20:44
Speaker 1: are still doing it, right now. Because if you think
• 20:47
Speaker 1: that Epstein was the end of this story, if you
• 20:49
Speaker 1: think his death was the conclusion, if you think that
• 20:52
Speaker 1: with him gone, the world is somehow cleaner, safer, you
• 20:56
Speaker 1: haven't been paying attention.
• 20:58
Speaker 2: Epstein was one piece of a machine.
• 21:00
Speaker 1: A machine that still runs, a machine that has been
• 21:03
Speaker 1: running for longer than any of us would like to admit.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: And if we keep letting them erase the survivors, if
• 21:08
Speaker 1: we keep letting them replace real justice with photo ops
• 21:11
Speaker 1: and PR stunts, then this will happen again. It will
• 21:14
Speaker 1: keep happening. It never stopped. And I refuse to be
• 21:18
Speaker 1: part of the circus. I've covered this case for six years.
• 21:22
Speaker 1: I've watched the media cycle twist it, distort it, water
• 21:25
Speaker 1: it down, and ultimately discard it when it was no
• 21:28
Speaker 1: longer convenient. I've watched people in power dodge every real question.
• 21:32
Speaker 1: I've watched enablers walk away untouched.
• 21:35
  Speaker 2: But not here.
• 21:36
Speaker 1: Not on this podcast. I will not be silent. I
• 21:40
Speaker 1: will continue to demand accountability. I will continue to ask
• 21:43
Speaker 1: the questions no one else wants to ask. And together,
• 21:46
Speaker 1: we will not let the powerful rewrite history just because
• 21:49
Speaker 1: they can. Because if no one else is going to
• 21:51
Speaker 1: fight for the truth, we will. No matter what. Today's
• 21:57
Speaker 1: article is from the Daily Mail and the headline. AG
• 22:00
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi releases Jeffrey Epstein files in long-awaited document dump.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: After warning the files, we're pretty sick. Yeah, okay, sure.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: What you released, that was pretty sick. Stop the gaslighting,
• 22:13
Speaker 1: stop the BSing, and let's get down to it. This
• 22:16
Speaker 1: article was authored by Stephen M.
• 22:18
  Speaker 2: Lepore.
• 22:20
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi began phase one of releasing the long-awaited mysterious
• 22:24
Speaker 1: files related to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein Thursday evening. The
• 22:29
Speaker 1: first wave of documents have largely been circulating in the
• 22:32
Speaker 1: public domain for years. And so far are yet to
• 22:36
Speaker 1: include any new bombshells. Just like I told you they wouldn't.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: Now I want you to remember all the people that
• 22:42
Speaker 1: were out here telling you about lists and all this
• 22:44
Speaker 1: bullshit to get you pumped up. And then I want
• 22:47
Speaker 1: you to understand that those are the people you cannot trust.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: I mean, how many times are you going to let
• 22:52
Speaker 1: people dog walk you? How many times are you going
• 22:54
Speaker 1: to put your faith in these liars who don't care?
• 22:57
Speaker 2: Because let me be very clear. All those people that.
• 23:00
Speaker 1: Were up there with their little stupid smiling faces and
• 23:03
Speaker 1: their dumb little binders, they don't give a damn about
• 23:06
Speaker 1: justice and they sure don't give a damn about Jeffrey
• 23:08
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors. All of those folks that were there have
• 23:11
Speaker 1: gigantic platforms. How many of them have spent their time
• 23:14
Speaker 1: using their platforms to demand justice? Well, they're doing it
• 23:18
Speaker 1: now because it's convenient and they feel like it moves
• 23:20
Speaker 1: the needle. But where was everybody at when this wasn't
• 23:23
Speaker 1: safe to do? Where was everybody at when we were
• 23:26
Speaker 1: under fire? So please, save the theatrics for other people
• 23:30
Speaker 1: who don't know what the hell's going on. Because everybody
• 23:32
Speaker 1: that's following this story, everybody that's listening to this podcast, well,
• 23:37
Speaker 1: we all know the truth.
• 23:39
Speaker 2: What you're going to see, hopefully.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: Tomorrow, is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names,
• 23:42
Speaker 1: a lot of information, Bondi previewed on Fox on Wednesday.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: Literally none of that occurred. But it's pretty sick what
• 23:49
Speaker 1: that man did, along with his co-defendant, referring to Glenn Maxwell.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: The officially declassified material include flight logs, Epstein's infamous contact book,
• 24:00
Speaker 1: an evidence list, and a masseuse list in 10 different
• 24:02
Speaker 1: links posted to the Department of Justice's website. The contact list,
• 24:07
Speaker 1: which has previously circulated in various forms, shows redacted information
• 24:12
Speaker 1: for dozens of the Hollywood political and fashion elites and
• 24:16
Speaker 1: was purportedly compiled by Epstein and his longtime confidant, Maxwell.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: Personal contact information was redacted throughout the list. So no transparency.
• 24:25
Speaker 1: Keep that in mind. What they did yesterday was throw
• 24:28
Speaker 1: a little bit of red meat to people to try
• 24:31
Speaker 1: and stave off people demanding real justice and real transparency.
• 24:36
Speaker 1: But the only problem for them is this. People are
• 24:39
Speaker 1: tired of the bullshit.
• 24:41
  Speaker 2: This isn't new.
• 24:43
Speaker 1: This isn't a story that's breaking right now that you
• 24:46
Speaker 1: can't really talk about because there's all kinds of wheels
• 24:49
Speaker 1: in motion. We're talking about a dead man here. So
• 24:52
Speaker 1: why are these national security secrets? Folks, nothing about this
• 24:56
Speaker 1: is normal. Not one single thing about this is how
• 24:59
Speaker 1: these things are supposed to occur. Names that were in
• 25:02
Speaker 1: the address book include Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, actor Alec Baldwin,
• 25:06
Speaker 1: Ethel Kennedy, Andrew Cuomo, Naomi Campbell, and Courtney Love. Courtney
• 25:11
Speaker 1: Love has some stories about Prince Andrew. She says that
• 25:14
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was trying to creep with her. I mean,
• 25:16
Speaker 1: can you imagine that scenario? Prince Andrew hitting you up
• 25:19
Speaker 1: talking about, hey, can I come over and Netflix and chill?
• 25:22
Speaker 1: Talk about straight disgust. Both Harvey and Bob Weinstein, the
• 25:27
Speaker 1: late Senator Ted Kennedy, actor Ralph Fiennes, Alan Dershowitz, John Kerry,
• 25:31
Speaker 1: Dustin Hoffman, Donald Trump's late first wife Ivana, and daughter
• 25:36
Speaker 1: Ivanka Trump are included among the contacts. The president himself
• 25:40
Speaker 1: is not listed. Well, he's actually in the black book.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: We just went through the black book, and there's no
• 25:46
Speaker 1: doubt that Donald Trump has like 14 listings in the
• 25:48
Speaker 1: black book. Now again, just to reiterate, just because you're
• 25:51
Speaker 1: in that black book doesn't mean that you were taking
• 25:53
Speaker 1: part in Jeffrey Epstein's abuse. But there's no doubt that
• 25:56
Speaker 1: every single person who was part of the New York
• 25:59
Speaker 1: upper crust was breaking bread with Jeffrey Epstein. The Justice
• 26:03
Speaker 1: Department posted the files on its website late Thursday, along
• 26:07
Speaker 1: with a note explaining their significance. The first phase of
• 26:11
Speaker 1: declassified files largely contains documents that have been previously leaked
• 26:15
Speaker 1: but never released in a formal capacity by the U.S.
• 26:18
  Speaker 2: Government.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: And in some cases, the documents that they released were
• 26:22
Speaker 1: even more redacted than the ones that we already had
• 26:25
Speaker 1: in our possession. An evidence list included the document dump
• 26:28
Speaker 1: shows entries for more than 150 items, including nude images,
• 26:33
Speaker 1: massage tables, sex toys, and other items. All that stuff
• 26:37
Speaker 1: that was from the Ghislaine Maxwell trial.
• 26:39
  Speaker 2: All of that.
• 26:41
Speaker 1: There wasn't any indication whether the list was from Epstein's case,
• 26:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell's case, or some other investigation.
• 26:47
  Speaker 2: They all dovetail.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: But every one of those items that was just mentioned
• 26:50
Speaker 1: was used as evidence against Ghislaine Maxwell during her trial.
• 26:55
Speaker 1: The DOJ said it was making the documents public to
• 26:58
Speaker 1: show its commitment to transparency. Bondi angrily suggested in a
• 27:02
Speaker 1: Thursday letter to FBI Director Kash Patel that more records
• 27:06
Speaker 1: were recently discovered. She ordered the FBI to hand over
• 27:09
Speaker 1: the full and complete Epstein files to her by Friday morning.
• 27:13
Speaker 1: and directed Patel to conduct an immediate investigation into why
• 27:17
Speaker 1: her order to the FBI to turn over all documents
• 27:19
Speaker 1: was not followed. Trump, who was in office when Epstein
• 27:23
Speaker 1: was arrested, suggested while campaigning last year that he'd seek
• 27:26
Speaker 1: to open up the government's files. Well, that would be nice, huh?
• 27:30
Speaker 1: But instead, I have a feeling we're just going to
• 27:31
Speaker 1: get dog-walked. Pedophile billionaire Epstein took his own life in
• 27:35
Speaker 1: jail on August 10, 2019, awaiting trial for sex trafficking
• 27:39
Speaker 1: in and other heinous crimes, allegedly. Notice he wasn't charged
• 27:42
Speaker 1: with RICO though, right?
• 27:44
  Speaker 2: I wonder why.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: Has nothing to do with the fact that he was,
• 27:47
Speaker 1: you know, being run by the government, right?
• 27:50
  Speaker 2: Right?
• 27:52
Speaker 1: The well-connected financier in Maxwell kept a circle of friends
• 27:55
Speaker 1: from fellow billionaires to politicians like Trump and Clinton and
• 27:59
Speaker 1: entertainment icons. Maxwell herself is the daughter of the late
• 28:04
Speaker 1: British media tycoon Robert Maxwell, who once owned the New
• 28:08
Speaker 1: York Daily News. Epstein flew numerous well-heeled friends to his
• 28:11
Speaker 1: private Caribbean island, Little St. James, where some of them
• 28:15
Speaker 1: sexually abused children. Many Americans have been waiting for the
• 28:19
Speaker 1: lengthy FBI investigation files to be released publicly after Trump
• 28:23
Speaker 1: promised to do so. Over the years, thousands of pages
• 28:28
Speaker 1: of records have been released through lawsuits, Epstein's criminal dockets,
• 28:31
Speaker 1: public disclosures, and Freedom of Information Act requests. In January 2024,
• 28:37
Speaker 1: a court unsealed a trove of documents that had been
• 28:41
Speaker 1: collected as evidence in a lawsuit filed by Epstein victim
• 28:45
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. The unorthodox move followed other Trump administration efforts
• 28:50
Speaker 1: to empower fringe social media figures and highly partisan outlets
• 28:55
Speaker 1: that enthusiastically support him at the expense of critical mainstream media.
• 29:00
  Speaker 2: Oh, please.
• 29:02
Speaker 1: Look, I don't have a problem with the mainstream media
• 29:04
Speaker 1: getting slapped. They didn't do anything when it comes to
• 29:06
Speaker 1: Epstein either. My problem is making a big farce of
• 29:09
Speaker 1: this by turning it into a clout session for a
• 29:11
Speaker 1: bunch of social media influencers.
• 29:15
Speaker 2: I mean, come on.
• 29:16
Speaker 1: Did nobody think that the optics were going to be terrible,
• 29:18
Speaker 1: especially when the dump didn't even deliver? White House Press
• 29:22
Speaker 1: Secretary Carolyn Leavitt this week announced her office would pick
• 29:25
Speaker 1: the outlets in the rotating press pool instead of the
• 29:28
Speaker 1: White House Correspondents Association. Sure enough, Fringe right-wing influencers were
• 29:33
Speaker 1: almost immediately included in the outlets given the closest access
• 29:37
Speaker 1: to the president. Sounds like sour grapes from Delhi, Mexico.
• 29:40
Speaker 1: Jessica Reed Krause, Rogan O'Hanley, Liz Wheeler, Shaya Raichik from
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Libs of TikTok, Jack, whatever the hell his last name,
• 29:49
Speaker 1: plus a bi-check or whatever the hell, and Mike Cernovich
• 29:52
Speaker 1: were given binders of the files. Literally none of them
• 29:55
Speaker 1: have any idea about this story. Have any of them
• 29:58
Speaker 1: taken the time to platform anyone? Have they taken the
• 30:01
Speaker 1: time to even dig deep into this story to let
• 30:03
Speaker 1: their listeners know what the deal is? We all know
• 30:07
Speaker 1: the answer. And the answer is, this is nothing more
• 30:09
Speaker 1: than something to monetize for these people. What they think
• 30:12
Speaker 1: is they're going to get themselves a political moment here
• 30:15
Speaker 1: where they're going to be able to bring the cudgel
• 30:16
Speaker 1: down on their enemies. That's what they're hoping for. But
• 30:19
Speaker 1: their photo op is coming at the expense of the survivors.
• 30:22
Speaker 1: I hope they understand that. Unfortunately, I don't think they care.
• 30:27
Speaker 1: Today at a briefing room in the White House, I
• 30:29
Speaker 1: was handed a binder with the first release of the
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Epstein files by Attorney General Pam Bondi herself, Krause wrote.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: Only 15 binders were printed, given to 15 independent journalists,
• 30:39
Speaker 1: now included in a growing press pool, where influencers like
• 30:43
Speaker 1: myself will be granted equal access to the President and
• 30:46
  Speaker 1: the White House.
• 30:47
Speaker 2: Proof that a powerful shift is happening.
• 30:49
Speaker 1: Trump walked in and told us we are the most
• 30:51
Speaker 1: trusted media now, and that he counts our efforts as
• 30:55
Speaker 1: the reason he won. Under his term, independent journalism will
• 30:58
Speaker 1: be briefed the same as legacy outlets are. Our inclusion
• 31:02
Speaker 1: has officially broken their monopoly over the White House access.
• 31:06
Speaker 1: The era of controlled narratives is over. The truth belongs
• 31:09
Speaker 1: to the people. Thank you, Trump, for recognizing our hard
• 31:12
Speaker 1: work and taking us in.
• 31:13
  Speaker 2: Holy bootlicking.
• 31:15
Speaker 1: Wow. How can you call yourself independent journalism or independent
• 31:20
Speaker 1: journalist while at the same time being in the seat
• 31:22
Speaker 1: of power, pitching a narrative that's been carefully curated by
• 31:26
  Speaker 1: the administration.
• 31:27
Speaker 2: I mean, for real?
• 31:29
Speaker 1: The fact that people continue to follow along with people
• 31:32
Speaker 1: like this is just crazy to me, and I honestly
• 31:34
Speaker 1: can't believe anybody would believe this BS that's being pitched
• 31:38
Speaker 1: by these so-called independent journalists. Pro-Trump lawmakers were up in
• 31:42
Speaker 1: arms on Thursday over how the files were first released.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: Representative Ana Paulina Luna said, who was leading the House
• 31:49
Speaker 1: Oversight Committee's task force on the declassification of federal secrets,
• 31:54
Speaker 1: was furious that her panel was not able to review
• 31:57
Speaker 1: the files before they were turned over to a handful
• 31:59
Speaker 1: of media personalities. So basically, the Trump administration doesn't think
• 32:03
Speaker 1: that much of what the congresswoman has going on here
• 32:07
Speaker 1: because they just leapfrogged them and went directly to the influencers?
• 32:11
Speaker 2: Not really a great look.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: The first release comes as the GOP presses the Justice
• 32:17
Speaker 1: Department to increase transparency and publish previously classified records and
• 32:22
Speaker 1: federal secrets, including the Epstein files. Bondi said on Thursday
• 32:27
Speaker 1: that there will be absolutely new criminal charges brought against
• 32:31
Speaker 1: individuals revealed to be involved in the scandal, or it's
• 32:33
  Speaker 1: a cover-up.
• 32:35
Speaker 2: Oh, I'd love to see that. I would love to
• 32:37
Speaker 2: see that. But I have my doubts.
• 32:41
Speaker 1: Now, if Pam Bondi brings new charges against people, and
• 32:44
Speaker 1: brings Epstein's co-conspirators... To justice, I'll be the first one
• 32:48
Speaker 1: here giving her a high five. President Trump signed an
• 32:53
Speaker 1: executive order last month calling on agencies to create plans
• 32:56
Speaker 1: to release and distribute top-secret documents, including on Epstein, as
• 33:00
Speaker 1: well as the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, his
• 33:04
Speaker 1: brother Robert F. Kennedy, and civil rights leader Martin Luther
• 33:07
Speaker 1: King Jr. On Wednesday, Luna said that she heard back
• 33:11
Speaker 1: from the DOJ on.
• 33:12
Speaker 2: A slew of the files.
• 33:14
Speaker 1: My office just received a formal response from the DOJ
• 33:16
Speaker 1: on the Jeffrey Epstein, JFK, MLK, and RFK files, wrote
• 33:21
Speaker 1: the leader of the House Oversight Committee's task force on
• 33:24
Speaker 1: the declassification of federal secrets. Luna also sent letters to Bondi,
• 33:30
Speaker 1: Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz,
• 33:35
Speaker 1: and White House Counsel David Warrington, giving a Thursday deadline
• 33:38
Speaker 1: requesting a briefing on plans for release of the documents.
• 33:43
Speaker 1: Sentiment was widely shared online that Epstein's death was made
• 33:46
Speaker 1: to look like a suicide, but what was actually a
• 33:49
Speaker 1: murder meant to prevent him from revealing his client list
• 33:52
Speaker 1: or co-conspirators in the sex ring. Now look guys, enough
• 33:56
Speaker 1: with the list. That is nothing but a misdirection. I
• 33:59
Speaker 1: don't know how many times I had to tell you that.
• 34:02
Speaker 1: Maybe people will start listening now. Epstein's death was ruled
• 34:05
Speaker 1: by the medical examiner as a suicide by hanging. which
• 34:08
Speaker 1: is absolute BS. And another thing that Pam Bondi can
• 34:11
Speaker 1: look into right now without any other help is what
• 34:14
Speaker 1: happened to Jeffrey Epstein in that jail. We need a
• 34:18
Speaker 1: new OIG investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's death. And there's no
• 34:22
Speaker 1: reason that Pam Bondi doesn't do that right now. And
• 34:25
Speaker 1: if she doesn't do that, well, my concern about her ability.
• 34:29
Speaker 2: Here will continue to grow.
• 34:32
Speaker 1: But lawyers for Epstein have disputed the ruling as public
• 34:34
Speaker 1: skepticism over his death grew in recent years, resulting in
• 34:38
Speaker 1: numerous conspiracy theories. The possibility of pursuing criminal charges died
• 34:43
Speaker 1: along with Epstein, so a judge dismissed his case on
• 34:46
Speaker 1: August 29, 2019, less than three weeks after he was
• 34:50
Speaker 1: found hanging in his jail cell. British socialite Maxwell had
• 34:54
Speaker 1: decades-long association with Epstein and was convicted in 2021 on
• 34:58
Speaker 1: federal charges for sex trafficking after she recruited young girls
• 35:02
Speaker 1: for the ring as well as child sex abuse and prostitution.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: Notice they didn't hit her with Rico though, right? And
• 35:08
Speaker 1: what did I tell you at the time? They don't
• 35:11
Speaker 1: hit their assets with Rico. It's not something that the
• 35:13
Speaker 1: government does. And there's no doubt about it, especially after
• 35:18
Speaker 1: the conversation I had yesterday that I'm going to share
• 35:21
Speaker 1: with you later. I have zero doubt that Jeffrey Epstein
• 35:24
Speaker 1: was an intelligence asset. Her procurement for Epstein included bringing
• 35:30
Speaker 1: into the folds of the conspiracy a 14-year-old girl. Epstein
• 35:34
Speaker 1: had a private jet that he logged 600 flying hours
• 35:37
Speaker 1: on each year, usually with guests on board, as part
• 35:40
Speaker 1: of the manifest. The Boeing 727 was nicknamed the Lolita
• 35:45
Speaker 1: Express by locals in the Virgin Islands because of its
• 35:47
Speaker 1: frequent arrivals, allegedly, with young girls on board. Lolita has
• 35:52
Speaker 1: multiple meanings, including a term for a young girl. Epstein's
• 35:56
Speaker 1: private island, called Little St. James, is in the United
• 35:59
Speaker 1: States Virgin Islands, southeast of St.
• 36:01
  Speaker 2: Thomas.
• 36:02
Speaker 1: He owned it from 1998 until his death in 2019. Alright,
• 36:06
Speaker 1: so if you haven't figured it out yet, I thought
• 36:08
Speaker 1: yesterday was an absolute farce and an absolute embarrassment and
• 36:12
Speaker 1: black eye for the DOJ. And I really hope they
• 36:16
Speaker 1: do a better job moving forward. But one thing you
• 36:18
Speaker 1: can count on, like usual, is we're going to be
• 36:20
Speaker 1: here calling balls and strikes for what they are. And
• 36:23
Speaker 1: we'll continue to do that as this shit show continues
• 36:26
Speaker 1: to evolve. But as far as this one, that's going
• 36:29
Speaker 1: to do it. If you'd like to contact me, you
• 36:31
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.

• 36:51
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 36:53
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. What has become undeniable, no longer arguable, no
• 36:59
Speaker 1: longer speculative, is that Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell did
• 37:03
Speaker 1: not operate in isolation. The evidentiary record, now visible to
• 37:08
Speaker 1: the public, confirms what serious observers have known for years.
• 37:12
Speaker 1: that this was a coordinated criminal enterprise with multiple layers
• 37:16
Speaker 1: of participation. The idea that two people alone could sustain
• 37:21
Speaker 1: a transnational sex trafficking operation for decades defies logic. No
• 37:26
Speaker 1: complex system of abuse survives without facilitators, fixers, protectors, and enablers.
• 37:33
Speaker 1: Epstein's longevity was not accidental, it was engineered. The infrastructure
• 37:38
Speaker 1: surrounding him existed to absorb risk and redirect scrutiny. And
• 37:42
Speaker 1: that infrastructure functioned exactly as designed. And it worked for
• 37:47
Speaker 1: an astonishingly long time. The Department of Justice has always
• 37:52
Speaker 1: framed Epstein as an anomaly, a grotesque outlier who slipped
• 37:55
Speaker 1: through the cracks. Now that framing collapses the moment one
• 37:59
Speaker 1: examines how consistently institutions bent around them. Banks ignored red flags,
• 38:05
Speaker 1: prosecutors deferred accountability, and intermediaries managed logistics that Epstein himself
• 38:11
Speaker 1: could not. We're not talking about negligence operating in a vacuum.
• 38:15
Speaker 1: It was systemic accommodation. Patterns repeated across jurisdictions, administrations, and agencies.
• 38:24
Speaker 1: The same name surfaced again and again in filings, depositions,
• 38:27
Speaker 1: and testimony. Yet accountability remained surgically limited, and as you
• 38:32
Speaker 1: all know, that is not how justice normally behaves. The
• 38:35
Speaker 1: concept of Epstein as a lone predator was never persuasive
• 38:38
Speaker 1: to anyone familiar with organized crime dynamics. His operation mirrored
• 38:44
Speaker 1: the structure of insulated criminal enterprise, where visibility decreases the
• 38:48
Speaker 1: closer one gets to power. Firewalls were constructed through shell companies, intermediaries,
• 38:54
Speaker 1: and compartmentalized roles. Each layer created plausible deniability for the
• 38:59
Speaker 1: one above it. In traditional criminal prosecutions, such architecture invites
• 39:05
Speaker 1: conspiracy charges. When patterns of facilitation emerge, investigators follow the
• 39:10
Speaker 1: chain upward and outward. That is precisely how RICO statutes
• 39:15
Speaker 1: were designed to function. You don't need every participant to
• 39:18
Speaker 1: commit the predicate offense to establish liability. You need proof
• 39:22
Speaker 1: of knowing participation in the enterprise. By that standard, Epstein's
• 39:27
Speaker 1: case is an anomaly bordering on absurdity. The absence of
• 39:31
Speaker 1: expansive conspiracy charges demands an explanation.
• 39:35
  Speaker 2: And guess what?
• 39:36
Speaker 1: Silence is not an explanation. And Ghislaine Maxwell's conviction didn't
• 39:41
Speaker 1: resolve the problem, it highlighted it. Her trial was narrow
• 39:45
Speaker 1: by design, constrained in scope, and deliberately insulated from broader exposure.
• 39:50
Speaker 1: Key questions were excluded, names were avoided, and institutional relationships
• 39:54
Speaker 1: were treated as irrelevant context. That was not an accident
• 39:59
Speaker 1: of courtroom management. Prosecutors make strategic choices about what stories
• 40:04
Speaker 1: they're willing to tell. In this case, the story was
• 40:07
Speaker 1: truncated to prevent collateral consequence. The public was offered a
• 40:11
Speaker 1: scapegoat narrative instead of a structural one. And what makes
• 40:15
Speaker 1: the current moment different is not the existence of co-conspirators,
• 40:19
Speaker 1: it's the visibility of proof. Emails, logs, financial records, and
• 40:23
Speaker 1: sworn testimony now exist in plain view. The public no
• 40:28
Speaker 1: longer has to infer, it can read. The myth of
• 40:30
Speaker 1: ignorance has collapsed under the weight of documentation. These are
• 40:36
Speaker 1: not rumors passed through tabloid filters. They're receipts introduced under
• 40:40
Speaker 1: penalty of perjury. Once evidence crosses that threshold... Institutional credibility
• 40:45
Speaker 1: becomes fragile. The DOJ now faces a dilemma of its
• 40:50
Speaker 1: own making. It can acknowledge that prior charging decisions were incomplete,
• 40:54
Speaker 1: or it can attempt to reframe reality retroactively. Neither option
• 40:59
Speaker 1: is comfortable. Acknowledgement invites questions about why accountability was delayed.
• 41:05
Speaker 1: Reframing invites accusations of bad faith. And the longer the
• 41:10
Speaker 1: delay persists, the more suspicious the silence becomes. Justice delayed
• 41:15
Speaker 1: is not merely justice denied. It is evidence of resistance.
• 41:19
Speaker 1: Institutions do not remain passive when innocent. Now, I think
• 41:25
Speaker 1: it's critical to understand that Epstein's protection was not ideological
• 41:29
Speaker 1: or partisan. It transcended administrations and political alignments. His survival
• 41:35
Speaker 1: depended on continuity, not loyalty to any single faction. And
• 41:39
Speaker 1: that continuity suggests bureaucratic inertia reinforced by mutual risk exposure.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: Once too many people know too much, exposure becomes a
• 41:48
Speaker 1: shared threat. At that point, protection becomes self-preservation. That's how
• 41:54
Speaker 1: the system rots without anyone issuing explicit orders. Now the
• 41:58
Speaker 1: financial dimension alone dismantles loan actor theory. Epstein's money moved
• 42:04
Speaker 1: through regulated institutions that are legally obligated to detect abuse.
• 42:09
Speaker 1: Those institutions did not merely fail, They rationalized. Compliance mechanisms
• 42:15
Speaker 1: were overridden, exceptions were granted, and scrutiny softened. That requires
• 42:20
Speaker 1: human decisions, not algorithmic error. Decisions imply discretion. Discretion implies responsibility.
• 42:28
Speaker 1: And responsibility should imply culpability. Because the logistics of Epstein's
• 42:35
Speaker 1: trafficking operation also demand scrutiny. Transportation, scheduling, recruitment, and housing
• 42:41
Speaker 1: do not self-organize. These are operational tasks requiring coordination and trust.
• 42:47
Speaker 1: Individuals perform these roles repeatedly over long periods. Some were paid,
• 42:53
Speaker 1: some were protected, and some were rewarded with proximity to power.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: None of that occurred accidentally. Criminal enterprises persist because participation
• 43:04
Speaker 1: is incentivized. That incentive structure deserves exposure. So what the
• 43:10
Speaker 1: public is now grappling with is not merely criminality, but hierarchy. Listen,
• 43:15
Speaker 1: lone predators hide. Epstein flaunted access. He was visible because
• 43:20
Speaker 1: visibility protected him. When scrutiny approached, it was redirected downward
• 43:25
Speaker 1: or outward. This is classic decoy behavior. And decoys exist
• 43:29
Speaker 1: to protect something more valuable behind them. And one of
• 43:32
Speaker 1: the biggest slaps in the face is the failure to
• 43:35
Speaker 1: pursue a comprehensive conspiracy investigation because it has consequences. beyond
• 43:40
Speaker 1: this case. It signals to future offenders that complexity itself
• 43:44
Speaker 1: can be a shield. It teaches institutions that partial accountability
• 43:48
Speaker 1: is sufficient to preserve legitimacy. The law is supposed to
• 43:52
Speaker 1: deter sophistication, not reward it. When complexity becomes armor, the
• 43:57
Speaker 1: system has inverted its purpose. That inversion cannot be ignored indefinitely. Look,
• 44:03
Speaker 1: public trust is not eroded by prosecution. It's eroded by
• 44:06
Speaker 1: restraint masquerading as prudence. The DOJ's credibility depends not on caution,
• 44:13
Speaker 1: but on consistency. When ordinary defendants face expansive conspiracy charges
• 44:18
Speaker 1: for far less, selective minimalism becomes conspicuous. Discretion is only
• 44:24
Speaker 1: defensible when it's evenly applied. In the Epstein case, it
• 44:28
Speaker 1: plainly was not. And disparity invites scrutiny. Calls for a
• 44:33
Speaker 1: true investigation, again, are not calls for vengeance. They're demands
• 44:37
Speaker 1: for coherence. The existing narrative does not explain the facts
• 44:42
Speaker 1: on the record. That gap is where suspicion thrives. Institutions
• 44:46
Speaker 1: add value, legitimacy, close gaps with transparency, not platitudes. A
• 44:52
Speaker 1: full accounting would not weaken the system, it would restore it.
• 44:56
Speaker 1: Avoidance does the opposite. Avoidance signals fear. There's no plausible
• 45:02
Speaker 1: argument that all responsible parties are dead, unreachable, or unknowable.
• 45:06
Speaker 2: Names exist. Roles exist. Evidence exists.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: What does not exist is prosecutorial will commensurate with the
• 45:14
Speaker 1: scale of the crime, and that discrepancy is now visible
• 45:17
Speaker 1: to the public. And once visibility reaches that level, narratives
• 45:22
Speaker 1: collapse quickly. Control over perception is no longer centralized. And
• 45:27
Speaker 1: I think the comparison to organized crime is not rhetorical flourish.
• 45:32
Speaker 1: I think it's structurally accurate. Epstein's operation met every functional
• 45:36
Speaker 1: criterion of a criminal enterprise. It generated profit, maintained hierarchy,
• 45:41
Speaker 1: enforced silence, and neutralized threats. The absence of RICO charges
• 45:46
Speaker 1: is therefore not merely curious, it's aberrational. Legal tools exist
• 45:52
Speaker 1: precisely for this kind of case. Their non-use is in
• 45:55
Speaker 1: itself a data point. And I truly believe that what
• 45:59
Speaker 1: happens next will define institutional credibility for a generation. Either
• 46:04
Speaker 1: the DOJ confronts the full scope of the Epstein enterprise,
• 46:08
Speaker 1: or it confirms the belief that that power determines prosecutorial boundaries.
• 46:13
Speaker 1: The public has already moved past denial. It's now evaluating response.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: And delay will be interpreted as defiance, not deliberation. Institutions
• 46:24
Speaker 1: rarely recover from that perception. And what do we always
• 46:27
Speaker 1: say about history? Well, it's unforgiving, especially to systems that
• 46:31
Speaker 1: protect themselves at the expense of truth. Records outlast press conferences.
• 46:36
Speaker 1: Filings outlast your narratives. The Epstein case will be studied,
• 46:41
Speaker 1: not for its horror alone, but for what it revealed
• 46:44
Speaker 1: about institutional behavior under stress. The question is no longer
• 46:48
Speaker 1: whether co-conspirators existed, the question is whether accountability will ever
• 46:53
Speaker 1: match reality. And if it does not, the verdict will
• 46:57
Speaker 1: be rendered anyway, by history, not by the courts. Because
• 47:02
Speaker 1: the record already exists, and at this point it's no
• 47:05
Speaker 1: longer awaiting permission to matter. Every name left untouched, every
• 47:10
Speaker 1: charge never filed, every obvious co-conspirator waved away becomes part
• 47:14
Speaker 1: of the indictment whether prosecutors like it or not. This
• 47:18
  Speaker 1: isn't a mystery anymore, it's a choice. And choices leave
• 47:22
Speaker 1: fingerprints just as clearly as crimes do. If no real
• 47:26
Speaker 1: reckoning comes, the conclusion will be unavoidable. The system did
• 47:30
Speaker 1: not fail Epstein, it protected him. And that realization doesn't
• 47:35
Speaker 1: fade with time, it metastasizes. Because once the public understands
• 47:40
Speaker 1: that justice stopped, not for the lack of evidence, but
• 47:43
Speaker 1: for the lack of courage, the illusion is gone forever.
• 47:46
Speaker 1: And no amount of silence, spin, or procedural bullshit will
• 47:50
Speaker 1: ever put it back. All of the information that goes
