0:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the social group podcast.
0:03
[SPEAKER_01]: My name is David Chanson.
0:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm here with Mary J. Blanche.
0:07
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
0:38
[SPEAKER_01]: You facilitated an incredible conversation.
0:42
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you saying that because I'm your business partner in friend?
0:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
0:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
0:48
[SPEAKER_01]: No, you didn't really, really good.
0:53
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I did not expect you to really, really good, but it was just really good.
0:57
[SPEAKER_01]: It was just really, really good.
0:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Kept the conversation flowing and not everybody can do that.
1:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Panels are tough.
1:05
[SPEAKER_01]: People don't know that.
1:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, panels are tough.
1:08
[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, I received so much great feedback.
1:11
[SPEAKER_00]: from that panel.
1:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Before going on stage, I spoke to everybody on the panel and said, I want to make sure we give actual, practical, technical steps.
1:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Not, you know, motivation and all the things, largely because that was like the narrative floating around.
1:33
[SPEAKER_00]: And I know that anytime you
1:38
[SPEAKER_00]: But panels are hard, not only are panels hard, but panels are hard when you have 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 outstanding individuals that could have commanded that 40 minute time slot.
1:51
[SPEAKER_00]: all on their own and so you're giving people 60 seconds or 90 seconds to answer a question and get these thoughts out in a way that impacts the audience, panels are tough and keeping it balanced too.
2:07
[SPEAKER_01]: have someone that talks a lot more than the other somebody that isn't.
2:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe they're not as detailed in their answer.
2:15
[SPEAKER_01]: You've got to keep going back to them sometimes because you've got to like get more out of them and then you're still trying to teach the people.
2:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's a skill set.
2:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And you know what's crazy for a podcast on it?
2:30
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not big on panels at all, like period.
2:32
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't like to be on them.
2:34
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm better.
2:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I like to moderate the panel.
2:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't mind that, but I don't like to be on a panel.
2:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
2:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I like being on panels, but for programming, I don't like putting panels together.
2:48
[SPEAKER_01]: The only reason why we put panels together for my customer is the amount of speakers that need to be highlighted and get their perspective, but it's not really
3:00
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not really the best way to teach something.
3:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's why you have to be really strategic with the questions that you ask, right?
3:07
[SPEAKER_00]: You get, when you're really trying to be strategic about getting information out there, you're asking less questions, but more impactful and relatable or relevant questions.
3:19
[SPEAKER_00]: There are sometimes, if you're not really skilled at the art of interviewing,
3:28
[SPEAKER_00]: panels will just be shooting out all the questions, right?
3:31
[SPEAKER_00]: They're not listening to what this last speaker just said and picking up a piece of that
3:37
[SPEAKER_00]: And say, no, okay, now Dave, let's take that deeper.
3:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Or now Halani, let's take that deeper, right?
3:43
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, you gave your answer onto the next question.
3:46
[SPEAKER_00]: And when you moderate that way, you don't really get a full circle response.
3:50
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure, for sure.
3:52
[SPEAKER_01]: And in terms of like the difference between key note and panels, like you had to ask questions, and I had to ask questions about it for associated a panel too.
4:02
[SPEAKER_01]: We have to ask a bunch of questions
4:05
[SPEAKER_01]: that may or may not be super related to each other because we're giving people information right from different perspectives which is cool.
4:13
[SPEAKER_01]: But when you're on stage and it's just a key note, you'll be able to teach a more linear way.
4:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
4:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's how you get this result.
4:20
[SPEAKER_01]: you do this and then this and then this and I could take the steps and apply that because I one person putting together a format or a teaching.
4:30
[SPEAKER_01]: It's almost like how confused with students be if every classroom had four teachers.
4:37
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like I can't teach something.
4:39
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I do love, I love being on panels and I love facilitating panels.
4:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know it's good to give the audience different perspectives on the same conversation, like we had a facilitated with Keith Lee, Ace metaphor and Chris saying.
4:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Ace and Chris had very different philosophies on how to build a brand.
5:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Very different philosophies.
5:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Chris is more organic.
5:09
[SPEAKER_01]: We do it organic and this is how we grow it.
5:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Ace is like we pay to play.
5:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Pay to get the attention.
5:16
[SPEAKER_01]: So you can kind of almost feel the tension between those two and the answers.
5:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So and then as a facilitator after like let people know there's not an answer.
5:27
[SPEAKER_01]: There's like there's a bunch of different ways to do something and the good thing is we're displaying it that way which is really really good for panels.
5:34
[SPEAKER_01]: But when we look at all of the, um, and pretty much every year, when we look at the survey from podcast summit, we always ask people what were the top three sessions and what were the bottom three sessions.
5:47
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's top three, it's never a panel or a fireside chat.
5:52
[SPEAKER_01]: In the bottom three, there's always the panels in the fireside chat, not that it's valuable, but it's like this was the least valuable thing.
6:01
[SPEAKER_00]: yeah, probably the least impactful.
6:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I was happy to get a lot of great feedback people who said that they left with instruction.
6:10
[SPEAKER_00]: But that was my instruction to my panelists, right?
6:13
[SPEAKER_00]: You and Jamaal King and Halani, but it was also the instruction to the audience.
6:20
[SPEAKER_00]: We want you to leave today not just with motivation, but we want you to leave not only with just insight, we want you to leave
6:28
[SPEAKER_00]: This was actually my first time being so intentional about how I asked these questions to your point.
6:36
[SPEAKER_00]: And in a keynote, we normally are telling a story that's leading up and building up to a final answer, right, or a final result, or a framework, or something.
6:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm thinking, well, how do we get this with these three different people very similarly?
6:50
[SPEAKER_00]: So where do we start?
6:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Take us back to where you were.
6:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, wish your first move, wish your next move.
6:55
[SPEAKER_00]: On Monday, if this happens, what's the next move?
6:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And so people have like, I wanted to, I wanted to ask the questions from the audience's perspective.
7:06
[SPEAKER_00]: I have to go to work on Monday.
7:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I only have $1,000.
7:09
[SPEAKER_00]: I only have 15 hours.
7:11
[SPEAKER_00]: What do I actually do?
7:15
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think prepping the panelist was a good move because they understood what I needed to get from them.
7:22
[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes when you skip that step, this is the reason that I don't love being on panels as much because you mentioned like with Keith and Ace, it became, you could feel the tension.
7:32
[SPEAKER_01]: What is an ace in Chris?
7:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, ace in Chris, okay, ace in Chris, you could feel the tension.
7:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes being on a panel,
7:42
[SPEAKER_00]: when you have people who operate their business so differently, it becomes the battle of the best answer.
7:49
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure, you feel attacked.
7:51
[SPEAKER_01]: And you say something, it's catchy to it.
7:53
[SPEAKER_01]: You feel the need to say, okay, but one more thing, because you got to clean up, not clean up, but like defend what you see.
7:59
[SPEAKER_00]: You have your feeling like you're in, you're defending, we're all successful up here.
8:06
[SPEAKER_00]: We've all done a thing, but
8:08
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes, and I didn't see your panel, so I don't know what happened.
8:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't you see who I'll handle?
8:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I was trying to find where we were supposed to be for the panel for our panel, right?
8:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't mean what friends like this, you know what I mean?
8:20
[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't know where to go, so I was trying to find our panel and I was there on time for your panel, but they were running a little late.
8:27
[SPEAKER_00]: So then nobody notified me when you actually went on.
8:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, sometimes what ends up happening is,
8:37
[SPEAKER_00]: you get one person who will out talk the rest to prove their point because they got a stand on it and it feels like to the other person like, well, no, after they got that out, hold on, let me do one more thing and one more thing and it's no real beef up here, right?
8:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just I've got to look good.
8:55
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't leave me looking like that to the audience.
8:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for sure.
9:00
[SPEAKER_01]: These are the things that people don't think about.
9:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So like even like as I'm on the panel, so the cool thing is, I think we're really, really good.
9:08
[SPEAKER_01]: We are really, really weird, okay?
9:10
[SPEAKER_01]: We can't be good because we think the same way.
9:14
[SPEAKER_01]: We were having the conversation, the same instruction you gave me was the same instruction I gave the other guests and I was like one time a pre-conversation.
9:22
[SPEAKER_01]: and I told them all, try to talk informulous.
9:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you can give an answer, but try to like break your answer into, so for me, what I did was this, this, in this.
9:35
[SPEAKER_01]: So the reason I did this, this, in this is because, you know what I'm like, try to talk in terms of like a formula because we have to teach.
9:42
[SPEAKER_01]: And people don't really, they don't think of it like that.
9:46
[SPEAKER_01]: They're thinking about like, okay, let me just write down a bunch of questions.
9:49
[SPEAKER_01]: and ask the questions instead of I'm facilitating the room and you're really like when you're hosting you're really the one delivering the information in the way that you need to deliver it through them.
10:04
[SPEAKER_01]: People don't see it that way.
10:05
[SPEAKER_01]: There's asking questions but I just wanted to tell you it was just phenomenal.
10:10
[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely phenomenal.
10:12
[SPEAKER_01]: That great feedback.
10:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I do like that after
10:18
[SPEAKER_01]: For me what I saw was the tone drastically changed When it comes to the sentiment of social media.
10:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah first it was oh, you know I teach you No, oh, it's just a party.
10:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's just celebrities better now and then my time on at the end Oh my gosh black excellence.
10:37
[SPEAKER_01]: We got a really support these guys and better than I'm like all right Well, I'm glad it happened that way.
10:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but this is what I don't like about social media people people
10:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone backs the most popular narrative.
10:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
10:54
[SPEAKER_01]: You back the most popular narrative.
10:57
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to go against the popular narrative because people will start to attack you.
11:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So even if you went to a best best and let's say you had a good time three years ago, and you're like, man, it was cool.
11:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, maybe it wasn't the best thing for years to wait, but it was cool.
11:14
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, you know, it was cool how to get time off for like a waste of my time, a waste of my money.
11:18
[SPEAKER_01]: If you hear someone else say, you're on vessels with skin, through, through, through, through money, you'll be liable to say, yeah, he was on money.
11:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, man, I, I, I wasn't really feeling it like that.
11:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's it out because I want to, I want to, I want to be on the bandwagon of the popular opinion, which I think is just terrible and corny and y'all need to get some,
11:38
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm looking at three pages that I know was going hard against Invest Fest and I can't say that anybody's tone changed.
11:49
[SPEAKER_00]: What I can say is that everybody got quiet.
11:53
[SPEAKER_00]: So there was a lot of pre-empting their audience to expect Invest Fest to fit their narratives, Scammers and no information, no investments.
12:04
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just a big party for Black entrepreneurs in Atlanta.
12:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I went to those pages and I don't see one post-invest vest post-may since so you can't post anything Because now you're gonna look like a hater after the people who actually attended our reporting everything They got from the experience.
12:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, social media social media.
12:26
[SPEAKER_00]: I think I think in in people's defense
12:30
[SPEAKER_00]: It's just fun to have something to talk about sometimes.
12:33
[SPEAKER_00]: It's fun to be a part of a conversation, no matter how ridiculous the conversation is sometimes, people just that might have been the highlight of their day.
12:42
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a fact.
12:44
[SPEAKER_01]: We had some really good conversations.
12:45
[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, after and best fest, we cornered Chris Sane and his wife.
12:53
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I want to.
12:55
[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, y'all, what are you going back?
12:57
[SPEAKER_01]: Monday, let's go to dinner tonight.
12:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Tonight, I know that you've been here all day.
13:02
[SPEAKER_00]: I know, I know you've been on your feet taking pictures, giving hugs and kiss and babies, but tonight.
13:07
[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
13:08
[SPEAKER_00]: We want to, we want to take you to dinner.
13:11
[SPEAKER_01]: hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in one vertical on Patreon.
13:18
[SPEAKER_01]: And because of what we are looking to do, and because of what we are expecting you all to do, okay, and joining our Patreon, we will have that really, really soon for our new show.
13:31
[SPEAKER_01]: We sat down and we were both really, really inspired.
13:36
[SPEAKER_01]: One thing he said, and I don't
13:40
[SPEAKER_01]: One thing you said was, don't let one community affect another community or don't let one pricing of a community affect a price point of another community because there's two different communities.
14:01
[SPEAKER_01]: So we were having it back and forth like, you know, we
14:05
[SPEAKER_01]: past social proof circle which we teach entrepreneurship and we are on on a regular basis and we're thinking, okay, well, this relationship show where it's more so entertainment and more of the relationship part, well, how do those work together or separately and what I got from and I love to hear your perspective, what I got from it is they're just different.
14:25
[SPEAKER_00]: They're too totally different.
14:26
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to have to totally different groups of people in these communities.
14:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, there'll be that middle space like if you could think about circles overlapping.
14:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Did I do that right?
14:40
[SPEAKER_00]: This little part right here?
14:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Put your down.
14:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, you guys, if you could imagine circles overlapping,
14:52
[SPEAKER_00]: That little piece right there, no, no, just describe it, please, because this is, just describe, just describe, just describe it, just describe it, just describe it, you get on my nerves robot.
14:58
[SPEAKER_01]: No, because you know, people are comments, absolutely love you and adore you.
14:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so, uh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry
15:11
[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, we'll have one community that's going this way, one community that's going this way, but there will be that pool of people who kind of trickle down from both that cross over.
15:21
[SPEAKER_00]: So what I mean by that is.
15:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Social proof circle is a community for entrepreneurs, right?
15:28
[SPEAKER_00]: These aren't people who are looking to come and have conversations about relationships and love and all the things.
15:33
[SPEAKER_00]: And then our new community that will be for the selection process, group of people are looking for relationships conversations and entertainment.
15:44
[SPEAKER_00]: But there will be some people in social proof circle who wants to hear that too, and they'll have to go over to that community.
15:50
[SPEAKER_00]: There will be some people in the selection process.
15:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Patreon that are actual entrepreneurs and the beauty is they there will be some people who join the selection process community
16:02
[SPEAKER_00]: and have no idea that we had social proof circle.
16:04
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure.
16:05
[SPEAKER_00]: And so they'll feed each other, but we treat them very separately.
16:08
[SPEAKER_00]: They're very, very different brands.
16:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
16:12
[SPEAKER_01]: That was just an anxiety that I had because I'm thinking of, and maybe I'm thinking so small of like, there's a small group of people that rock with us, right?
16:24
[SPEAKER_01]: But if we expect, there's millions of people in the world and they are going to be hundreds of thousands of people
16:30
[SPEAKER_01]: that love us for different things.
16:33
[SPEAKER_01]: And what was encouraging, too, is Joe Button just dropped a true crime podcast.
16:40
[SPEAKER_01]: He's known for music, which, okay, let me get to start out.
16:42
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I'll, I want to get your, I think.
16:47
[SPEAKER_01]: So we talk entrepreneurship and business and we've been doing that for a very, very long time.
16:56
[SPEAKER_01]: In this season, we're moving into the relationship side of an entrepreneur.
17:01
[SPEAKER_01]: But we don't really talk about the entrepreneurial side.
17:04
[SPEAKER_01]: We just talk about the relationship side.
17:05
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like almost like brand identity shift.
17:13
[SPEAKER_01]: And that really worried me for a while.
17:16
[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
17:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I understand how brands work and identity is very important to how people see you.
17:23
[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't want confusing narratives about who you are.
17:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
17:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but when I saw Joe, he's, you know, predominantly in some music, but now he's going into the true crime and he will take that over or someone like a Jamie Fox, who, well, that's exactly what I'm thinking.
17:41
[SPEAKER_01]: comedian, he's like, he's a comedian.
17:44
[SPEAKER_01]: He is an artist, musically, excels in everything, actor, he just, he's involved in a bunch of stuff, but his brand is, I love Jamie Fox.
17:58
[SPEAKER_01]: I've been, I've been given up people information that that is not necessarily a good thing because brand identity is very important and I still stand on that.
18:10
[SPEAKER_01]: especially when you haven't gotten people to trust you for one brand.
18:14
[SPEAKER_01]: You haven't built one thing in excellence.
18:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Especially so.
18:17
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think once you operate at a high level, it's a safer route to say, okay, I can go do something else, and it won't be brand-confusion and I'm switching.
18:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to get your thoughts on that.
18:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, um, I like that we are sticking to our realm of
18:34
[SPEAKER_00]: speaking to entrepreneurs, right?
18:36
[SPEAKER_00]: So the truth of the matter is we're here to shoot an ad, and we can talk all about how we've made multiple seven figures.
18:43
[SPEAKER_01]: We have.
18:43
[SPEAKER_00]: We can talk all about how we've helped other people make multiple seven figures.
18:47
[SPEAKER_00]: We can talk about how we can give thousands of people in a room to talk about entrepreneurship.
18:52
[SPEAKER_00]: We can talk about how we create viral moments all the time.
18:55
[SPEAKER_00]: We could do all those things if we were sitting here to create an ad in the regular format.
19:00
[SPEAKER_00]: But the truth of the matter is, we just wanted to invite you into our circle.
19:04
[SPEAKER_01]: while when you want to be in a circle of people with proven success and other people that in this circle that can really help elevate your game.
19:10
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not only about the coaches, it's about the community, but we have them both.
19:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Next level.
19:16
[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the thing.
19:17
[SPEAKER_00]: We have an opportunity that we're extending to you right now.
19:19
[SPEAKER_00]: We're inviting you into our circle because I know you're tired of complaining that you don't have anybody to talk to.
19:26
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you were tired of complaining about being the smartest person in your room.
19:30
[SPEAKER_00]: And I know you're really sick of not having anybody to bounce ideas off of.
19:34
[SPEAKER_00]: We can fix that.
19:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Fix it.
19:36
[SPEAKER_01]: We can fix it.
19:37
[SPEAKER_01]: You can't fix it on your own, stop coaching, you need a coach, that can coach you to see how you're playing on the field.
19:42
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're going to invite you to stop delaying, stop procrastinating, and be a part of a community that cares about you, and can get you to that next level, okay?
19:53
[SPEAKER_01]: You delayed long enough, and make a comment below.
19:56
[SPEAKER_01]: If you are a procrastinator, historically, but today you're about to take action, click the link right now, join Donnie and I.
20:03
[SPEAKER_01]: And help you.
20:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Social food circle.
20:09
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't believe that so when I started posting content for the new show, I said, okay, what ended up happening was I'm reading the comments or people were saying, oh wow, she's a female Kevin Samuels.
20:28
[SPEAKER_00]: or donnie's a relationship coach now, and I am neither of those things, certainly not a female Kevin Samuel's, right?
20:36
[SPEAKER_00]: There was one episode where I was given a young lady advice and I'm asking questions and what people don't understand is that we're asking questions.
20:42
[SPEAKER_00]: not to just get very surface level answers, but I'm always going to follow up with why.
20:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you think you need that?
20:48
[SPEAKER_00]: What made you attracted to that, right?
20:50
[SPEAKER_00]: And the world sees it as pushback when we see it as clarification.
20:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get clear on what those things mean.
20:59
[SPEAKER_00]: So when I first started posting the content after maybe the third video I said, oh wait, people think I'm a relationship coach.
21:05
[SPEAKER_00]: They think I'm trying to be a really abnormal business coach, right?
21:09
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think ultimately our brands are evolving.
21:12
[SPEAKER_00]: We can we can be both things.
21:15
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't I don't have a desire to be a relationship coach, but we are media figures where people in media
21:23
[SPEAKER_00]: what we're actually doing right now is building a media company.
21:26
[SPEAKER_00]: We're building a media company.
21:28
[SPEAKER_00]: These aren't even all of the ideas.
21:30
[SPEAKER_00]: I would love to have a true crime show.
21:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Like love, that's the only TV I watch.
21:35
[SPEAKER_00]: That in Christmas movies, okay?
21:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I would love to watch or have a true crime show.
21:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Am I going to be Donnie the one to be detective then?
21:43
[SPEAKER_00]: No, we're building a media company around ideas that we're actually interested in.
21:49
[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think that we 1,000% are thinking too small when we say, I'm a business coach or I'm a podcast coach.
21:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Dave, we are so much more than that.
21:58
[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
21:59
[SPEAKER_00]: But what I do love about what we've done so far is that we have built a name and a reputation and the no-like trust factor in an area.
22:11
[SPEAKER_00]: Before I was a business coach, I did talk about relationships.
22:14
[SPEAKER_00]: That was my start on social media.
22:15
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I began building a following behind.
22:19
[SPEAKER_00]: talking about dating specifically.
22:20
[SPEAKER_00]: I would take people and talk about like my dating experiences.
22:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Before I even knew that I was doing it, I was just like on Facebook venting, talking about my my dating experiences and sharing dating stories and then people started the message me and say, hey, don't tell my name, but share my dating story.
22:37
[SPEAKER_00]: And so that started to become a thing.
22:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, okay, so if you guys have a dating story that you want me to anonymously share, I'll do it, right?
22:43
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll share it.
22:44
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did that.
22:45
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the space that I started in.
22:47
[SPEAKER_00]: And because we start, like, you know, God says, he'll illuminate the path, not like you're not you've been still in doing nothing.
22:55
[SPEAKER_00]: I took a step and tried a thing and that led me to the type of exposure where I got to meet different people.
23:03
[SPEAKER_00]: But at that time, I didn't know how to monetize that.
23:05
[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't even trying to, if I'm being totally honest.
23:08
[SPEAKER_00]: And I discovered business.
23:10
[SPEAKER_00]: not because I became a business coach, but because I started building a business, well I know how to monetize building a business.
23:17
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually selling a product, I'm selling clothes, I'm selling stuff, and now people are coming to me for that.
23:24
[SPEAKER_00]: You're building popularity and authority in expertise in these individual spaces.
23:30
[SPEAKER_00]: I get people who say to me, don't you've lived a million lives?
23:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Because I've sold houses.
23:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I've sold cars.
23:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I've owned a cleaning company.
23:38
[SPEAKER_00]: I had a luxury concierge service, like real estate, clothing stores, all the things, because I keep trying stuff, but I believe that that history
23:49
[SPEAKER_00]: is what makes me qualified to be who I am today.
23:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I do want to say that I kept trying things and was successful at them.
23:58
[SPEAKER_00]: The relationship aspect early in the day, I was never trying to make a business.
24:02
[SPEAKER_00]: It was just fun conversation.
24:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
24:05
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's important to lock in.
24:08
[SPEAKER_01]: So my biggest fear is that our clients that see us, they're like, oh, Dave and Danny, don't it?
24:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to do multiple stuff.
24:19
[SPEAKER_01]: nearly impossible for someone who does it, especially if you don't got a team, you don't have the experience of lifting up two brands at the same time.
24:28
[SPEAKER_01]: It is challenging.
24:30
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, we have a team and we have the experience and it's still challenging.
24:35
[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, we've got money to like hire and
24:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh, something out the gate though, it's because even with the team and the tools and all the things, we are still the talent.
24:47
[SPEAKER_00]: We still have to show up and record selection process.
24:51
[SPEAKER_00]: We right now, the people are still reaching out to me and reaching out to you to get schedule.
24:55
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still coordinating calendars.
24:57
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still coordinating production schedules.
24:59
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still having to figure out what the best questions are.
25:03
[SPEAKER_00]: We still have to manage the team who's responsible for post in the content.
25:06
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still responding to comments.
25:08
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still posting the content on our social media pages.
25:11
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still reviewing clips and saying, yep, this one is cool, this one is not.
25:15
[SPEAKER_00]: We're still very present, but at the same time, we have social proof circle, our community for entrepreneurs, where we still have to show up on Mondays and Tuesdays and Fridays, and we actually have to use our voice inside those communities to actually
25:28
[SPEAKER_00]: mentor.
25:28
[SPEAKER_00]: But beyond that, we have to look at numbers.
25:30
[SPEAKER_00]: We have to do projections.
25:31
[SPEAKER_00]: We're about to start doing webinars.
25:33
[SPEAKER_00]: We're writing webinars right now.
25:34
[SPEAKER_00]: We're approving graphics right now.
25:37
[SPEAKER_00]: We're doing all the things right now.
25:38
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not you.
25:39
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't delegate everything away and think, oh, I'll just delegate everything.
25:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Therefore, it runs like, clockwork, you're still involved.
25:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Very much involved.
25:48
[SPEAKER_00]: We just brought on a project manager to help us get these things kind of together.
25:53
[SPEAKER_00]: And the project manager doesn't have a job to do unless we're providing that person with deliverable.
25:58
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure, 100%.
25:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I just think about, I just think of somebody for the show.
26:03
[SPEAKER_01]: which remind me, and I don't think we talked to the audience about this for selection process.
26:11
[SPEAKER_01]: She's a good, somebody they were coming to me.
26:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, we initially, and this is about growth and as you go, you won't have it perfect.
26:23
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've never started something and ended up succeeding in the same way I started because it's going to evolve.
26:32
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're interviewing singles and I started thinking like for one.
26:40
[SPEAKER_01]: and everyone's single is Donnie, you are the best on earth.
26:43
[SPEAKER_01]: You're just so, so good at it.
26:46
[SPEAKER_01]: And I brought was Donnie like, yo, I think I want to interview the marries.
26:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Can we put marry people and single people in the same community and build the business from both sides?
27:02
[SPEAKER_01]: And Donnie, when I tell you, I did my first episode with a gentleman that's married.
27:10
[SPEAKER_01]: It was so good.
27:13
[SPEAKER_01]: It was so good.
27:15
[SPEAKER_01]: I like that lane.
27:15
[SPEAKER_00]: You like it.
27:17
[SPEAKER_01]: I love it actually.
27:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I love it.
27:19
[SPEAKER_00]: Am I sure you're good at that?
27:22
[SPEAKER_00]: You're married.
27:23
[SPEAKER_00]: So it makes sense to talk to Mary people.
27:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Even though I saw a lane with you with single people because you are married.
27:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
27:29
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're able to say, ah, I'm married.
27:32
[SPEAKER_00]: This is what it takes.
27:33
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
27:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm able to as a single person saying, hmm, I see why you think that way and trust me, it doesn't work.
27:39
[SPEAKER_00]: I used to think like that, it's not going to work.
27:42
[SPEAKER_00]: But with a married angle number one, I think you're going to be great just because you're an interviewer period.
27:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you're the type of interviewer that can talk about, and you can talk about dirt.
27:52
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and it's going to work.
27:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to work.
27:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, tell me why this granular right here, but also our audience demanded it on every single episode.
28:04
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw comments that said, you should talk to Mary people, not necessarily you specifically, but you guys should talk to Mary people.
28:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Our audience demanded a thing.
28:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, we put
28:18
[SPEAKER_00]: What do we just say?
28:19
[SPEAKER_00]: How many episodes are on the actual?
28:21
[SPEAKER_00]: 10 episodes on the channel.
28:22
[SPEAKER_00]: But we've put out about 17 episodes total before and that means that we've been doing this now for about two, two and a half months.
28:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Before we said, there's a lane here that we can also incorporate for the married people.
28:38
[SPEAKER_00]: So we have selection process, single selection process, married.
28:41
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a lane, but there's audience feedback that supports.
28:47
[SPEAKER_00]: there's someone qualified to interview and talk to these married people.
28:51
[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the thing, we're not looking to be coaches.
28:54
[SPEAKER_00]: David and I are really great at interviewing because we are sincerely curious.
28:58
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure, 100%.
28:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I like to explain both of our interview style.
29:05
[SPEAKER_00]: And I could use so many words, but when I think about it, it's like, we're like that four-year-old toddler.
29:13
[SPEAKER_00]: What do they constantly do?
29:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to know.
29:15
[SPEAKER_00]: I just, I just, why?
29:16
[SPEAKER_00]: No, I mean, but why?
29:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Huh, okay, but why?
29:20
[SPEAKER_00]: And you give them a response.
29:22
[SPEAKER_00]: And you can see their little heads just kind of like pondering on the idea their eyes are rolling around and they're like Okay, I'm trying to process it and then you move on to a different conversation.
29:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Come on honey sit down dinners already Yeah, but wait mommy daddy.
29:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Wait.
29:36
[SPEAKER_00]: Why you had said this why and
29:38
[SPEAKER_00]: hours can go by in the day and they don't forget what you said.
29:42
[SPEAKER_00]: So then we are listening to what you said in the third minute of the interview.
29:46
[SPEAKER_00]: In the minute 33, something contradicts.
29:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Hold up.
29:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't let that slide.
29:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Like a four-year-old Tyler is not going to let it slide.
29:53
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to ask why?
29:55
[SPEAKER_00]: and we're going to confirm and clarify.
29:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what makes what we do so magical.
30:01
[SPEAKER_01]: 100% and what's cool is, as I only did one so far, but I'm interviewing the married for the single.
30:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I, it's a deep dive in who you are when you relate to someone, especially people that are dating now and maybe you don't want to get to that Mary step, but I think this conversation was just so well-rounded for people that other people out of Mary, because I mean, shoot, I'm sitting there like, oh wait, there's a lot of things I need to improve, so I think this will 100% help my own marriage, because I get to see a
30:38
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a mirror of man, you are excellent in your area of a husbandry, right?
30:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know all the things, but what I'm gathering is, dang, there's some areas that you're good at and it reminds me of what I, you know, this was so crazy.
30:55
[SPEAKER_01]: So one of the things, so the gentleman that we had on, married for 27 years,
31:03
[SPEAKER_01]: divorce for five, and now he's been married for seven again, interesting conversation.
31:10
[SPEAKER_01]: My question is, at what point did you realize this isn't going to work?
31:16
[SPEAKER_01]: He said year 12, 12 years together with this person that he loves and he realizes,
31:22
[SPEAKER_01]: And I, okay, like, give me the point that you knew this would happen.
31:25
[SPEAKER_01]: So I said there and there in the hospital her dad was like in the hospital for some major surgery.
31:32
[SPEAKER_01]: So he sees her walk out of the hospital room from her dad and she's bawling crying and he kind of embraces her and says,
31:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, everything's gonna be okay.
31:43
[SPEAKER_01]: It's gonna be a simple surgery.
31:44
[SPEAKER_01]: They're gonna, you know, get through it.
31:46
[SPEAKER_01]: Everything gonna be okay tomorrow She said that's not it.
31:49
[SPEAKER_01]: And she's like crying her eyes out and he said, okay What else is going on?
31:53
[SPEAKER_01]: What did you say?
31:53
[SPEAKER_01]: He's thinking she told him he's like they told her he bought a diet or something like that He's like, you know what happened?
32:01
[SPEAKER_01]: She says My dad told me he loves me He's like, okay, that's cool
32:09
[SPEAKER_01]: He's never told me that.
32:10
[SPEAKER_01]: It was the first time she's hearing her dad say, he loves her, but the question was, at what point did you realize it was over?
32:21
[SPEAKER_01]: And he starts telling this story of what happened.
32:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And he said a couple of days goes by and he realizes that she's never told me she loves me without me saying it first.
32:35
[SPEAKER_01]: One of the things that triggered him was he realizes she never initiates I love you.
32:41
[SPEAKER_01]: It's always I love you.
32:42
[SPEAKER_01]: I love you too.
32:44
[SPEAKER_01]: I love you too.
32:46
[SPEAKER_01]: And he starts watching it for a while and he just.
32:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I went home immediately.
32:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Try and roll a phrase to anything.
32:54
[SPEAKER_01]: I love you.
32:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Did you know that?
32:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I love it because I can see maybe I'm not the initiator of the, I love you.
33:02
[SPEAKER_01]: And then it starts making more sense, young pages here.
33:09
[SPEAKER_01]: The initiation of, you know what I mean?
33:15
[SPEAKER_01]: She sometimes may feel that I'm not attracted to her because I'm not the person that pours out my feelings on my heart first.
33:30
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe I say this is just an amazing conversation because it was such a mirror and now I'm just looking for really cool people up at Mary for a long time and have a perspective.
33:39
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's also what I love so much, and yes, that's also what I love so much about the singles conversations.
33:46
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's why they're so good for me because I've seen even in the comments.
33:53
[SPEAKER_00]: There's so many comments of people who say we've got episodes with thousands of comments.
33:58
[SPEAKER_00]: and we get so many married people in these single people's or these single interview comments that say, hey, I'm married, but I just learned something about myself.
34:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm married, but I need to do this differently.
34:10
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm married and yuck.
34:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But even sometimes as I am sitting in these conversations, I am getting clear.
34:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Like as somebody who is prepared to, you know, date and do all the things you're looking at this and you're like, you should be, this should be a mirror to yourself.
34:27
[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't just entertainment.
34:29
[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes people say some really funny things, but we didn't create it necessarily to just be entertainment.
34:36
[SPEAKER_00]: We created it because we wanted to do a deep dive on why.
34:41
[SPEAKER_00]: successful and ambitious people think the way they do about partnership and sometimes I'm sitting there Dave and I'm like, I get how ridiculous this time.
34:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, right?
34:57
[SPEAKER_00]: From both the men and the women, sometimes it's like, oh, I like that.
35:03
[SPEAKER_00]: I could do that.
35:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Like it would make me feel good to also do that and show up that way.
35:08
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a young lady that I interviewed a couple of days ago.
35:11
[SPEAKER_00]: This episode will be out soon.
35:14
[SPEAKER_00]: And she is practicing celibacy until marriage.
35:19
[SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, hey, I'm dating men right now that are ages 35 to 45 years old.
35:25
[SPEAKER_00]: I like an ambitious man, I like a leader, I like a man who's sure about himself, but when I asked her what her non-negotiables were, she said that my non-negotiables are that they are Christian and desire marriage, the end.
35:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Those are the only areas that she's not willing to bend on.
35:44
[SPEAKER_00]: But then I also discovered that they also need to be open to being celibate or not even open to, that's her rule, right?
35:51
[SPEAKER_00]: That's her rule.
35:52
[SPEAKER_00]: And so then my question becomes like while those things are great, and it's almost sad that this has to be my question.
35:59
[SPEAKER_00]: Because it should be beautiful that you meet somebody and you guys are abstaining from sex until you're married and all the things.
36:06
[SPEAKER_00]: But my question is now like, okay, age 35 to 45, she doesn't have a job type or an income requirement but a leader in assertive management.
36:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Strongman, she said based on the,
36:16
[SPEAKER_00]: societal definitions and alpha male.
36:18
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like in that age group with those kind of traits Is that man waiting until marriage?
36:25
[SPEAKER_00]: She said listen, I understand that it's significantly reduces my pool.
36:31
[SPEAKER_00]: I do and I am okay with that and I said I love that for me
36:37
[SPEAKER_00]: No, and I do, like I love someone, whether whether that's your boundary or you have a different boundary.
36:43
[SPEAKER_00]: I love seeing these women and these men have boundaries that they are not willing to be flexible on.
36:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Those kind of boundaries that makes sense.
36:52
[SPEAKER_00]: He has to be a Christian.
36:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Makes sense to me.
36:55
[SPEAKER_00]: He has to wait until marriage.
36:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Makes sense to me.
36:59
[SPEAKER_00]: He has to, what was the other thing that she said?
37:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Has to be a Christian?
37:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, he has to be a marriage, mind it.
37:05
[SPEAKER_00]: These are all things that make sense to me, and what I'm also learning is that I've interviewed some people who say I should never have dated him.
37:13
[SPEAKER_00]: He was never marriage minded in the beginning.
37:15
[SPEAKER_00]: So I think about that episode, and then this young lady's episode, and I'm like, oh, if they could see each other's conversation, it would be confirmation to her that her boundaries are valid.
37:24
[SPEAKER_00]: but it will be as information for her that I need to stand on some boundaries and I just love what we're doing with the show.
37:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
37:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I just realize one of the major differences between people who succeed and people who don't is the way that we talk about what we're doing.
37:42
[SPEAKER_01]: You can feel that there's a passion like we're enjoying this journey.
37:46
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not like a product
37:51
[SPEAKER_01]: I think the true determination of how you grow externally in your business is how much that business grows you internally, and I was still in T-shirts, the whole sleep is for suckers thing.
38:01
[SPEAKER_01]: It became an identity for me.
38:06
[SPEAKER_01]: It challenged me.
38:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I started to get invigorated when someone would say no because I'm like, oh, now I need to ask questions of why you said no.
38:15
[SPEAKER_01]: And
38:16
[SPEAKER_01]: How do I get a yes next time?
38:18
[SPEAKER_01]: How do I grow through this process in most people who have a product or service or to call themselves an entrepreneur?
38:26
[SPEAKER_01]: It's only about the transaction, the transaction, and how much money they see they can make and all the stuff they want externally, but there's no internal change through the process of building this business.
38:38
[SPEAKER_01]: The fact, most people can't talk with,
38:42
[SPEAKER_01]: This type of passion about something that they're building, and that's why they quit.
38:46
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why they're so frustrated.
38:48
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why they're doing something else every single week because it's such an external decision.
38:53
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not an internal growth mechanism for themselves.
38:56
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's why we continue to win.
38:58
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why we continue to win.
39:00
[SPEAKER_00]: I just also had a thought about your concern that you had about
39:08
[SPEAKER_00]: us not being seen in a particular light now that we're doing this new show that's completely different.
39:13
[SPEAKER_00]: We're building multiple businesses, Dave.
39:18
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I just thought about Tyler Perry.
39:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you remember when Tyler Perry was doing his stage plays and even his earlier movies and he's
39:30
[SPEAKER_00]: playing all of the stereotypical black angles of this grandmother or this woman, right?
39:36
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I forget the name of the movie, but he gets this serious role, and he's a husband in this role.
39:44
[SPEAKER_00]: He's playing a man who's wearing suits, and he's a husband.
39:48
[SPEAKER_00]: And everybody was like, ah, I can't take him seriously.
39:50
[SPEAKER_00]: I can't take him seriously.
39:51
[SPEAKER_00]: And then he does another role where he's showing up as a man.
39:55
[SPEAKER_00]: And he's a businessman and a powerful man.
39:57
[SPEAKER_00]: And a husband.
39:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And now we're like in it, kind of like, huh?
40:01
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going down this trajectory of like, okay, I can kind of see it.
40:05
[SPEAKER_00]: We saw Tyler Perry as this screenwriter who wrote these plays, who did these, but now he's a movie,
40:16
[SPEAKER_00]: icon, like I don't know that we call Tyler Perry a movie star, but he does star in his own movies.
40:23
[SPEAKER_00]: We call Tyler Perry a casting genius, a writing genius, an idea genius.
40:28
[SPEAKER_00]: But if Tyler put out a cohort and said, I'm going to teach.
40:35
[SPEAKER_00]: anybody who's interested in media had to produce their own screenplays and movies, we all see him as a businessman.
40:42
[SPEAKER_00]: When Tyler gets on panels and speaking engagements and things, we're not looking at Tyler Perry as Medea.
40:49
[SPEAKER_00]: We're looking at Tyler Perry, the genius.
40:54
[SPEAKER_00]: He's doing all the things.
40:55
[SPEAKER_00]: He's doing everything that he wants to do his hand is in different ventures and investments.
41:00
[SPEAKER_00]: He's partnered in things that we don't even know about and it's not creating any brand identity, but before Tyler Perry could write these movies, he was Medea.
41:09
[SPEAKER_00]: first before he could write these these different kinds of movies and these sitcoms that focus on different angles he was Medea first.
41:17
[SPEAKER_00]: You mentioned Jamie Fox, Jamie went from playing Wanda to Ray Charles.
41:24
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
41:24
[SPEAKER_00]: And now
41:26
[SPEAKER_00]: we look at him like the traffic that experience like he's a person that whatever Jamie gives us, we're going to take it.
41:33
[SPEAKER_00]: If he's coming out playing in a movie, we're showing up to watch it.
41:36
[SPEAKER_00]: If he's got a new record coming out, we're showing up for it.
41:38
[SPEAKER_00]: If he's doing a new comedy special, we're showing up for it all three very different things.
41:44
[SPEAKER_00]: But we're showing up for it.
41:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but he did.
41:47
[SPEAKER_01]: He walks in excellence and everything he does.
41:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's the key and that's the difference.
41:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Because as like Tyler Perry went hard with Medea, and became a household name, and then he goes to do something else like, I think that's where entrepreneurs get it twisted.
42:05
[SPEAKER_01]: They're looking at the example of someone who does multiple things.
42:09
[SPEAKER_01]: But typically that thing that they did,
42:11
[SPEAKER_01]: they killed it and that gives you all license to go do another thing.
42:15
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm really excited about the future of you know what we're building here and I mean yeah I'm just I'm just excited so we're shaping the the Patreon to give the best experience and we want to see it from the perspective of what can we offer to where 50,000 people will be a part of it.
42:39
[SPEAKER_01]: What is an offering that we can't 50,000 people apart?
42:42
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to go through Patreon.
42:44
[SPEAKER_01]: You see people at 40, 30, 20, 100,000 patrons.
42:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
42:52
[SPEAKER_01]: People at a lot of those, you've never even heard the name, but they have built their following kind of people.
42:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's less about Patreon and more about the network that we're building because we could build this on anything.
43:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I've been asking a lot of people about the whole Patreon experience and how they feel about it and it's mixed reviews.
43:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Very mixed review.
43:10
[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't I don't want you guys to be expecting a Patreon.
43:13
[SPEAKER_00]: We're not and we got to stop saying that.
43:14
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to do major on it.
43:16
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
43:16
[SPEAKER_00]: We're leading people to a place that we're not even sure about yet.
43:19
[SPEAKER_00]: We're building the network community.
43:22
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what this is.
43:23
[SPEAKER_00]: The network community where you'll be able to see our shows, our behind the scenes, our new shows and angles that we're taking on each show that's not going to be.
43:33
[SPEAKER_00]: public facing, we're also telling what the idea of not putting this new show on YouTube at all, and it just goes straight to TV, or straight to the network in the community, and that's the only place you get it, but you get the clips online.
43:48
[SPEAKER_00]: We've got so many examples of what we could do.
43:53
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be spending the next couple of days just finalizing what we will do.
43:57
[SPEAKER_01]: We've got options.
43:58
[SPEAKER_01]: So, family, we are looking forward to joining our Patreon, just thought, I mean, not Patreon, yeah, I'm coming in.
44:06
[SPEAKER_00]: And even if we choose Patreon as the platform, they're not joining our Patreon.
44:12
[SPEAKER_00]: When we say that, we're just promoting Patreon.
44:15
[SPEAKER_00]: They're joining whatever network community we do.
44:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Whatever network community.
44:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Are you all gonna be a part of our network community?
44:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
44:24
