Father Charged After Child’s Critical Injuries
A father faces felony charges after his two-year-old suffered catastrophic injuries including a brain bleed, eye hemorrhage, and spinal fractures — injuries so severe doctors had to remove part of his skull to save his life. The child’s father, Kiran Netha Pasunuri, 44, was arrested and charged with intentional and negligent child abuse inflicting serious bodily harm. He’s held on a $200,000 bond and is set to appear in court Monday as authorities continue investigating how the trauma occurred.
