- 5:30Speaker 1: course and going to San Diego with his beautiful wife.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Like you have a rock star of a husband and
- 5:36Speaker 2: he's letting you have a little walk in money when
- 5:38Speaker 2: he sells the dick. But as you do tune into
- 5:41Speaker 2: this episode, you just we all realize that whatever the

- 5:55Speaker 1: and we just have this show to eventually just ultimately
- 5:59Speaker 1: vent the cloud Yeah. A goom beret had a great

- 6:20Speaker 3: We are an ultimate happiness. So happy. I'm having so
- 6:23Speaker 3: much fun. I'm having so much fun. Did you see
- 6:29Speaker 3: deep fact there? Did you get married too?

- 6:34Speaker 8: He's so.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Your life is over? Yay?
- 6:45Speaker 1: Are the comments moments to where we are just in
- 6:47Speaker 1: the garage over a few olip blood lights. Yeah, women,
- 6:52Speaker 1: nobody else can hear us. We're just we're in the
- 6:54Speaker 1: We're in the garage right now, cracking it open all life.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Boy, what I do?
- 7:00Speaker 2: Jill U saw the video and I hadn't listened to
- 7:03Speaker 2: the episode yet, and I go, I please tell your
- 7:07Speaker 2: cousin Janey to go listen to the episode because I
- 7:10Speaker 2: did a full on like I cushioned that.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's danger of clips. Yeah, I cushioned that. The
- 7:17Speaker 3: hand up on me.
- 7:18Speaker 5: I knew when I was making I was like, this
- 7:20Speaker 5: is probably going to you did nothing rostirr up something.
- 7:23Speaker 5: But it's it was a It was a long part
- 7:25Speaker 5: of the episode. It's hard to get it down. Yeah,
- 7:27Speaker 5: a minute forty five. I had to make sure the
- 7:28Speaker 5: key parts.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Are you made the right choice, dude for the numbies, Yeah,
- 7:32Speaker 2: thank you.
- 7:33Speaker 3: That that clip is to games on the internet. Man,
- 7:36Speaker 3: It is game to game on the internet, and we
- 7:38Speaker 3: play that game here for the deaths.
- 7:40Speaker 1: We play the game. And when you get Mama bear
- 7:42Speaker 1: to bite, that's it's going to open up the doors
- 7:45Speaker 1: for all the games to be. That's when you get
- 7:47Speaker 1: your popcorn with your valid on the beach.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Just get us. Old Jill's in the comments. Oh, Jill's
- 7:51Speaker 3: up a.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Couple of comments, and she bit, she bit told me
- 7:56Speaker 2: we're laying in bed, she said. She comes in through
- 8:01Speaker 2: the bathroom and I had heard the clip playing in
- 8:03Speaker 2: the bathroom. She comes into that after she goes, you
- 8:06Speaker 2: got all these pt sixers on my case. So guess
- 8:09Speaker 2: what you get to do? You get to go let
- 8:12Speaker 2: the dogs in from the time, go feed up. It's
- 8:15Speaker 2: a babe, whoa bet six loves get babe?
- 8:18Speaker 3: What are you talking about? What are we talking about? Yeah,
- 8:21Speaker 3: it's a lot of love. It's all out of love. Man.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Half way that that's bottlecross. Also, thank you, thank you,
- 8:28Speaker 2: thank you. Yeah, how is Florida?
- 8:31Speaker 3: Dude? Wonderful? It looked really fun. Something that they don't.
- 8:39Speaker 3: I don't think it's talked enough about or or it's
- 8:44Speaker 3: a warning.
- 8:46Speaker 1: It's a warning that I don't feel gets talked about
- 8:48Speaker 1: until you're just in it, because there's so many other
- 8:50Speaker 1: warnings out there to get ready for.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Dad warning, Yeah, dad warning, even mo morning, My mornings too,
- 8:56Speaker 2: like this is this woose ways because now we're getting
- 8:58Speaker 2: into the.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I don't know how a lot of the dads are.
- 9:01Speaker 3: I grew up.
- 9:02Speaker 1: My dad drove the car. Yeah, my dad drove everywhere.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Mom was just a passenger. She'd have the map quest,
- 9:07Speaker 1: she'd be doing all the point guard and everything else.
- 9:10Speaker 1: We call him roadkill Bill. He just be in the
- 9:13Speaker 1: driver's seat. He just being be in the driver's seat,
- 9:18Speaker 1: speeding anywhere whatever. Roadkill Bill. My wife also likes to
- 9:25Speaker 1: she likes to switch. Well, she might take half the drive.
- 9:28Speaker 3: I take that. I take the majority of the drive,
- 9:29Speaker 3: but she drives a good chunk. Yeah yeah, yeah. But
- 9:32Speaker 3: now I'm realizing that there's a game within the game.
- 9:36Speaker 3: When you're in the car again. Scott's Zillah. You all
- 9:40Speaker 3: know scott Zilla.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Ruth's an A plus traveler right now, like Ru's patience,
- 9:46Speaker 1: she Scott scott Zilla, she's a different beast. We all know,
- 9:51Speaker 1: we've all I tell stories every week about Scotty Joe Lee.
- 9:55Speaker 1: But when you're in the passenger seat, you are the
- 9:58Speaker 1: point guard, you are the the artist, you are the
- 10:03Speaker 1: what's the little band guy?
- 10:04Speaker 3: That little wait is a conductor.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Conductor, a conductor. You're the conductor of the whole ship.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And what they don't tell you when you're road tripping
- 10:16Speaker 1: and dad's got you got a young one right now,
- 10:18Speaker 1: you got a young one. But when they start hitting
- 10:21Speaker 1: that like Scott Zilla is around eighteen nineteen months, what
- 10:24Speaker 1: is it tomorrow? Ask people listening to as people are looking,
- 10:29Speaker 1: Rue is four three two, Scott he is eleven twelve, Okay,
- 10:33Speaker 1: in a couple of days, a couple of days, a
- 10:34Speaker 1: couple of days will be.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Will be Scotty will be nineteen months. I know y'all
- 10:38Speaker 3: saw that, Yeah, y'all saw that. That's good ship.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Now when Scarlett gets a little bit older, yeah, and
- 10:45Speaker 1: they can be a little chaotic in the back seat.
- 10:48Speaker 1: What they don't tell you is how many times are
- 10:49Speaker 1: gonna be unbuckling your seatbelt, turning around and going in
- 10:52Speaker 1: the back seat to fix whatever it is. Scott Ziel's
- 10:55Speaker 1: got her little Lama. She loves to put her Lama.
- 10:57Speaker 1: She loves to try to put Lama the tail of life.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Mamma the stuffy in her toes. I just try to
- 11:03Speaker 1: put it in her toes. Then it falls to the ground.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Then then it's mama, Mama that she can't say the l's.
- 11:09Speaker 1: She can't do the l's yet. But mama, mama, okay,
- 11:12Speaker 1: I'll get Lama sweeter.
- 11:13Speaker 3: You have to hold it.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Does it again? Banket, banket. She wants blanket on. As
- 11:17Speaker 1: I try to put blanket on her, She's got her
- 11:19Speaker 1: feet up in the air. I'm like, you gotta put
- 11:20Speaker 1: your feet down, because she gott he puts your feet down.
- 11:24Speaker 3: I put it in. She gets comfy.
- 11:25Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, company up, it's naptime. It's snaptime, hoping
- 11:27Speaker 1: that they fall asleep on the seven hour drive, but
- 11:31Speaker 1: Scotti ends up battling with the blanket, gets met at
- 11:34Speaker 1: the blanket. She wants a blanket, or she puts Lama
- 11:37Speaker 1: under the blanket. Lama disappears. Oh where she starts panicking
- 11:41Speaker 1: and mess with the blanket. Gotta get Lama. Here's Lama,
- 11:44Speaker 1: banket bacon. Okay, put your legs down, stuffer in the blanket.
- 11:48Speaker 3: You have to stay put. Will are you even looking?
- 11:51Speaker 3: Are you watching after her?
- 11:53Speaker 8: No?
- 11:53Speaker 3: I will, wife, he knows, she knows the game. She's
- 11:56Speaker 3: in a while.
- 11:57Speaker 1: I'm driving and I'm like, I try to sneak it
- 11:59Speaker 1: in the air pot or headphones to try to listen
- 12:01Speaker 1: to a podcast or something while the chaos is going on,
- 12:04Speaker 1: because we got a kids podcast that goes on and
- 12:06Speaker 1: we play their music whatever it is.
- 12:08Speaker 3: But it's chaos in the back seat when you got
- 12:11Speaker 3: two little ones. And so for any parents out there
- 12:14Speaker 3: that have young ones right now scarlet is how many months?
- 12:17Speaker 3: Eleven eleven months, But when they get to where they
- 12:20Speaker 3: can use their hands and legs eat certain things, it
- 12:23Speaker 3: is chaos in the back seat.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And people just need to be ready for that. When
- 12:27Speaker 1: you go on a road trip, you got to be
- 12:28Speaker 1: ready for three thousand unbucklings.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Turning around and point Garden in the back seat and
- 12:33Speaker 2: she's facing forward now, correct, she's facing forward now. See
- 12:38Speaker 2: that's what I still have working for me is Scarlet's
- 12:43Speaker 2: still facing backwards, but I am soon to be in
- 12:46Speaker 2: that exactly.
- 12:47Speaker 3: But you'll have the couple.
- 12:48Speaker 1: You'll have a couple moments where they might drop whatever
- 12:50Speaker 1: it is off to the side. Oh yeah, but yeah,
- 12:53Speaker 1: when they get forward facing, and Scotty wants a lot
- 12:56Speaker 1: of that, wants to be able to do a lot
- 12:57Speaker 1: of the things that Rue does. Seeing reading a book,
- 13:01Speaker 1: I gotta get Scottie books so I can pretend that
- 13:03Speaker 1: she's reading, but the book she's not. The coordination just
- 13:07Speaker 1: isn't there yet. Yeah, to where she's turning the pages.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The book might fall over. She wants the book, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: they always.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Drop them in the door, oh farthest away from you
- 13:17Speaker 2: every time, or underneath their butts, So then you really
- 13:21Speaker 2: have to get there and you're reaching up underneath them.
- 13:24Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, free times. So you're you're sitting there and
- 13:28Speaker 3: it's always the You might just have the moment where
- 13:31Speaker 3: you're like, all right, then you hear something again, place
- 13:34Speaker 3: it down. You're in a piss pour mood. It is
- 13:38Speaker 3: your phone or book whatever you're trying to do. Unbuckle
- 13:41Speaker 3: and you're just you're climbing in the back seat like
- 13:44Speaker 3: she's climbing in the back seat all the way over
- 13:48Speaker 3: and it's just but I'll tell you what, did you
- 13:52Speaker 3: have so much fun?
- 13:53Speaker 1: We loved vacation. Oh good, vacation good or something. There's
- 14:00Speaker 1: something about sitting on the beach and always go I
- 14:03Speaker 1: grew up I was more of a lake guy. Yeah, yeah,
- 14:05Speaker 1: I'm coming around to being a beach guy. But there's
- 14:09Speaker 1: something about just sitting on the chair. It was a
- 14:12Speaker 1: hot eighty seven degrees. Wind was blowing, so you don't
- 14:16Speaker 1: really know how hot it is, and you're just watching
- 14:19Speaker 1: your kiddos out. You're cracking a cold lollipop. You feel
- 14:23Speaker 1: the contrast and the cold in your hand while you're
- 14:27Speaker 1: in the nice weather, and you look out the little
- 14:29Speaker 1: scott Zilla in this beautiful hole that I dug her.
- 14:32Speaker 1: She's playing by herself. You see Rue with Uncle Wyatt
- 14:36Speaker 1: out in the ocean, like White's picking her up, jumping
- 14:39Speaker 1: her over waves, and you're just captivated by the scene.
- 14:42Speaker 1: You look over at your wife, and my wife, she's
- 14:44Speaker 1: reading her books. She's on her kindle reading a book.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Lolan OPA's out there playing. Opah's out there boogie boarding
- 14:50Speaker 1: on the waves. Ooh okay, Opah. Lola's playing with Scottie,
- 14:55Speaker 1: and you're just having a moment while you sip on
- 14:57Speaker 1: that crispapple lollipop, looking at the scene and be like, Yo,
- 15:02Speaker 1: this is awesome. All the chaos that does ensue, Yes, vacation,
- 15:06Speaker 1: because it is chaos. Like you get done with the beach.
- 15:09Speaker 1: There sand all over you, scott Zilla zero. She wants
- 15:12Speaker 1: all the sand. Yeah, you're getting them in the showers
- 15:15Speaker 1: to get the sand off. You feel the little sand
- 15:18Speaker 1: pebbles like in your feet at night when you lay
- 15:20Speaker 1: in bed. And yes, it's a little annoying. I know
- 15:22Speaker 1: what annoys my wife. But there's also part of you that, Yo,
- 15:25Speaker 1: we're on a vacation at the beach, Scottie. You're hoping
- 15:29Speaker 1: that she stays down in the pack and play because
- 15:31Speaker 1: it's just a new environment. We got a packed in
- 15:33Speaker 1: a closet. Yeah, Rue, I'm having Rue. We're allowing Rue
- 15:38Speaker 1: to stay up later at night to tell stories, to
- 15:40Speaker 1: talk about her, the dreams that she has, the good dreams,
- 15:43Speaker 1: the bad dreams, the bad guys that she encounters. Yeah,
- 15:46Speaker 1: we're teaching her how to play uno. Okay, yeah, bro.
- 15:50Speaker 1: And it's like, uh, it was awesome.
- 15:53Speaker 3: It was a plus when I called you, or rather, no,
- 15:57Speaker 3: I did call you.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I sim for the name of a restaurant and the
- 16:02Speaker 2: name of the restaurant was Answer, And so I got
- 16:05Speaker 2: a text from Will that said answer exclamation point. And
- 16:09Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, my boss has called me
- 16:12Speaker 2: on the weekend. What this has to be an emergency.
- 16:14Speaker 2: He's on vacation, That's what he's calls too. What's the
- 16:17Speaker 2: name of that restaurant where you you hooked me and
- 16:19Speaker 2: jill ope with the meal? You just go answer? And
- 16:23Speaker 2: I'm like, he's never talked to me like that before. Overtime, Like,
- 16:27Speaker 2: this is not good.
- 16:29Speaker 3: I call you.
- 16:29Speaker 2: You have the Chillis voice. Ever, I'm like, what what's up?
- 16:33Speaker 2: You're like, oh man, we're stargazing. Yeah, we're just out here.
- 16:37Speaker 1: We were outside on the deck and Rue Lola was
- 16:42Speaker 1: telling Rue about I think it's Venus and Jupiter. How
- 16:44Speaker 1: Venus and Jupiter was standing out bright. Yeah on those nights.
- 16:47Speaker 1: So Rug's running inside that I want that. I'm gonna
- 16:50Speaker 1: come come out here. I want to show you the planet.
- 16:51Speaker 1: It's the planets. She's pointed, Venus and Jupiter. We're just
- 16:54Speaker 1: out on the back deck.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I could hear the magic literally through the phone as
- 16:59Speaker 2: I can year here go that's a bright one, Dad,
- 17:02Speaker 2: that's a really bright one.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Yeah, far off.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and well I forget we were talking shop about something,
- 17:08Speaker 2: but You're like, I do have to go, and I
- 17:10Speaker 2: was like, I want you to go.
- 17:12Speaker 3: That sounds incredible.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yeah, And we're like a thousand steps away from the sands,
- 17:16Speaker 1: so you just in the distance you hear the ocean.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Dude. It was incredible.
- 17:21Speaker 1: And we got my dad because Lolan Opah, they went
- 17:24Speaker 1: with us before my dad came in for like a
- 17:27Speaker 1: weekend before.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Because we usually go for like several days. Yeah.
- 17:30Speaker 1: This was our fourth year in a row going to
- 17:32Speaker 1: thirty a yeah. Yeah, and this year we had Lolanopa
- 17:35Speaker 1: the whole time. My dad and Stephanie and Wyatt showed
- 17:39Speaker 1: up on Thursday, so they got to spend a three
- 17:41Speaker 1: day weekend with us. And it was one of those
- 17:44Speaker 1: things because I was telling Whyatt, that's so sick, because
- 17:47Speaker 1: we were making every morning we'd make breakfast. We'd go
- 17:49Speaker 1: out to the publics that's close by, gather all the ingredients.
- 17:52Speaker 1: That way we have breakfast, breakfast food for the next morning. Yeah,
- 17:55Speaker 1: we're making breakfast. OPA's got the coffee brewing. Oh beautiful outside,
- 18:01Speaker 1: and I'm sitting there with Wyatt, like, bro, this is awesome, awesome,
- 18:06Speaker 1: And I was like, I just want you to know
- 18:08Speaker 1: we're gonna do. We want to do this every year
- 18:12Speaker 1: with you guys, Like I don't want it to be you.
- 18:15Speaker 1: You know you're looking right now. You see your nieces
- 18:16Speaker 1: kind of running around. You hear their little feet they're playing,
- 18:20Speaker 1: and I'm like, I want this to be a thing
- 18:22Speaker 1: because we didn't do family vacations growing up. We did,
- 18:25Speaker 1: we were we were in travel sports, so vacation for
- 18:28Speaker 1: us was sports, which I loved, but we just never
- 18:31Speaker 1: did like.
- 18:31Speaker 3: A family vacation.
- 18:32Speaker 1: And I was just telling Wyatt like, dude, just think
- 18:34Speaker 1: annually if we get this thing going to where you
- 18:38Speaker 1: and Cody, you guys have kiddos one day and we're
- 18:41Speaker 1: just getting this house and we bring it's just we
- 18:43Speaker 1: got the families together and they can look forward to it.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I was like, the reason we do this every year
- 18:48Speaker 1: is we want Rue. It was Rue before Scotti, but
- 18:50Speaker 1: we want Rue and now Scotti to just think that
- 18:54Speaker 1: every summer.
- 18:55Speaker 3: We go to the beach for a vacation.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Yes, they know, they know the local restaurants we go
- 19:00Speaker 1: to the beaches, we try and hit up yes, and
- 19:03Speaker 1: they're just excited every year. So we're one day when
- 19:05Speaker 1: they're older, they're teenagers, and they're gonna want to be
- 19:07Speaker 1: like they're going to begging mom and dad to like
- 19:10Speaker 1: bring a friend or to do all the things.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Yes, they you just know that we go.
- 19:14Speaker 1: The Compon family goes on a beach vacation every year
- 19:18Speaker 1: to thirty eight. Bro, So much magic is going to
- 19:22Speaker 1: come from that of me growing up having the blessing
- 19:29Speaker 1: of my grandparents.
- 19:30Speaker 2: They lived there, as I've said, in Greaton Beach, So
- 19:34Speaker 2: visiting grandma's house was a vacation and we stayed at
- 19:38Speaker 2: Grandma's house like it was always a blast. Yeah, but
- 19:42Speaker 2: just what that turned into. Unfortunately, both grandparents passed away
- 19:46Speaker 2: pretty young. My grandfather had Parkinson's and then my grandmother
- 19:51Speaker 2: had a nervous system type thing that she passed away
- 19:54Speaker 2: pretty young.
- 19:55Speaker 3: And so we had the house for a couple of years.
- 19:57Speaker 2: But when we have the house for a couple of years,
- 20:01Speaker 2: we were then able to be like, oh, okay, well
- 20:03Speaker 2: we got some empty bedrooms. Now, Sherman, do you want
- 20:07Speaker 2: to bring one friend? Do you want to bring two friends?
- 20:11Speaker 2: Bro shout out Zach Gleeson shout out James Place, shout
- 20:14Speaker 2: out in Julie and Jill shout out tcc all Like, so, dude,
- 20:20Speaker 2: I still have texts back and forth with those guys.
- 20:23Speaker 2: We're in our thirties, dude. Do you remember when we
- 20:26Speaker 2: got the bikes out that one night and we snuck out?
- 20:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and we took the bikes all the way down
- 20:31Speaker 2: to Santa Rosa and your parents had no idea. Oh
- 20:35Speaker 2: my gosh, dude, just all the little memories that were
- 20:39Speaker 2: like made there from childhood, childhood to like you know,
- 20:45Speaker 2: kind of like your early adulthood of like fifteen sixteen seventeen.
- 20:49Speaker 2: I was learning how to drive down there. My parents
- 20:53Speaker 2: would let me get because the roads back then were like,
- 20:57Speaker 2: I mean, it's just, dude, so many little members.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's all I was just.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I was telling Wyat when we were having that conversation,
- 21:05Speaker 1: I'm like, that's just that's what we should look.
- 21:07Speaker 3: To try and build the fact that you have brothers too. Yeah,
- 21:11Speaker 3: I know, does Charloe have she has a brother? Yeah? Okay,
- 21:14Speaker 3: she has one brother? Was he there as well? He
- 21:16Speaker 3: was not? Okay? Cool? Cool?
- 21:17Speaker 2: Cool? Golly can I run something by you also with
- 21:21Speaker 2: the driving the drive in the driving portion.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, run it by me.
- 21:27Speaker 2: I want y'all to tell me what y'all think of
- 21:29Speaker 2: this plan. Slash the dad's to tell me if this
- 21:33Speaker 2: is a good plan. My dad when we would drive
- 21:36Speaker 2: used to do the turtle shell. Do you know what
- 21:39Speaker 2: the turtleshell is on top of the car, the little
- 21:41Speaker 2: storage stand, real nerdy looking.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Yeah. I think I'm gonna go turtleshll.
- 21:48Speaker 2: So that we can leave the back open as much
- 21:51Speaker 2: as possible, so that that extra bucket seat is available
- 21:56Speaker 2: for the co pilot to chill back there, so it's
- 21:59Speaker 2: a little easier to mess with scarscar when she needs
- 22:03Speaker 2: messing with.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I think that is a great idea, okay, because there
- 22:07Speaker 1: are times where it's like you want to just get
- 22:09Speaker 1: back there, yeah, and just be back there for all
- 22:12Speaker 1: these moments where they drop something or they just need
- 22:14Speaker 1: your attention. I think that is a great idea. Matter
- 22:17Speaker 1: of fact, I'm might have to as my wife's listening,
- 22:20Speaker 1: like hopefully she's getting a like, hey, let's let's look
- 22:23Speaker 1: into this turtle.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Show, because that's a dude, it's a great idea.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I'm telling you. They will tell you don't understand how
- 22:29Speaker 1: many times you have to unbuckle and go in the back.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, the ones.
- 22:33Speaker 2: And the only thing that's in the back of my
- 22:35Speaker 2: mind that I didn't know if you had experience with
- 22:38Speaker 2: is I know sometimes on road trips, if you sit
- 22:40Speaker 2: back there with the kid, it almost makes it worse
- 22:43Speaker 2: because now you're within reaching distance, like you're not up
- 22:47Speaker 2: there anymore.
- 22:47Speaker 3: You're like right here. And maybe some people have some
- 22:52Speaker 3: horror stories with that and they're like.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Hey, don't don't sit back there with the kids, YadA YadA,
- 22:58Speaker 2: or maybe they tell us that where we're on the
- 23:00Speaker 2: right track.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's all it's all a puzzle, it's
- 23:04Speaker 1: all it's all game. We're all trying to figure out.
- 23:06Speaker 1: It's more of just like going to because this is
- 23:08Speaker 1: like people can I feel like when all those hard
- 23:11Speaker 1: times are happening when you're traveling, like those are the
- 23:13Speaker 1: moments where you start to deter yourself from like saying
- 23:16Speaker 1: the comment like we're not doing it this way again,
- 23:18Speaker 1: We're not gonna be making this kind of trip again. Yeah,
- 23:20Speaker 1: Like it fizzles up in my brain all the time,
- 23:23Speaker 1: like when we're gonna go to Italy and Argentina.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, Italy.
- 23:28Speaker 1: And I'm thinking, sweet, like what evidence? What more evidence
- 23:33Speaker 1: do we need? Like Scott Scotty is just gonna be
- 23:35Speaker 1: She's gonna be tough just the.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Way it is.
- 23:39Speaker 1: And in my head, if I was alone and I
- 23:42Speaker 1: didn't have my wife, like I wouldn't go to a
- 23:44Speaker 1: lot of places. What shout on my wife? Because she
- 23:47Speaker 1: gets us moving, she gets us traveling for it, dude. Yeah,
- 23:51Speaker 1: she's built for it.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Yeah. If we are too, yeah, we just talk ourselves
- 23:56Speaker 3: out of it. Yes, I fully I understand where you're
- 24:00Speaker 3: coming from with that. Jill.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Jill is the get her done half of our relationship
- 24:07Speaker 2: as far as like getting us from point A to
- 24:10Speaker 2: point B and being prepared.
- 24:13Speaker 3: However, I do have my dad type thoughts of like.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Hey, maybe we should do the Turtle Show, maybe we
- 24:19Speaker 2: should do this, like I put my input in there.
- 24:22Speaker 2: But she's definitely like I packed her diapers and I
- 24:25Speaker 2: already like, are we're going down in July?
- 24:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 24:29Speaker 2: And she's like I already found this red stop and
- 24:31Speaker 2: it has a park, and it has an ice cream
- 24:33Speaker 2: shop and it's just north of Tuscan, USA, and we're
- 24:35Speaker 2: gonna be going through Birmingham and da da da da da.
- 24:38Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, so you hey, come on, Jim, great planning.
- 24:45Speaker 3: I love that. Yeah, that's where I see it too.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Did you just see my U picture of my ladder
- 24:54Speaker 2: with my tools for BT ficks?
- 24:57Speaker 3: I got eaten alive? Guy? What happened? I bought a
- 25:02Speaker 3: three step ladder?
- 25:04Speaker 2: I think it was like eighty bucks at home depot
- 25:08Speaker 2: and I got so many comments on.
- 25:11Speaker 3: That thing, and a dude, I don't even want to
- 25:14Speaker 3: know how much you spell on that ladder? Dad? What
- 25:18Speaker 3: were they upset about? You know you gelt gone now
- 25:20Speaker 3: on Facebook marketplace? Dude? Is that is that brand new ladder? Ohly, shit, buddy,
- 25:28Speaker 3: what are you doing? BT budget man? BT budget? But
- 25:32Speaker 3: also I'm like, I didn't. I didn't realize that it
- 25:35Speaker 3: was such a cardinal's sin, just like an indoor step ladder.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Yeah, well, like you know those A frame ladders, they
- 25:42Speaker 2: are like your typical like a painter would get up
- 25:45Speaker 2: there and there's like six steps, big little baby version
- 25:48Speaker 2: of that. So it's like a step ladder had a
- 25:51Speaker 2: baby with a typical A frame okay, a frame B frame.
- 25:55Speaker 2: I can I can picture Lizy frame, but uh do.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I just loved how pt fix got in the comments
- 26:03Speaker 2: on there, one of them. I had my laser leveler,
- 26:06Speaker 2: I have my stud finder, I had my hammer, and
- 26:09Speaker 2: I was like, I was so geeked out.
- 26:11Speaker 3: I was like, I'm gonna impress pt fix with this picture.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I'm about to drop a banger. I'm about to drop
- 26:16Speaker 2: a baby hype. What comment all that to hang some curtains? Sherman,
- 26:24Speaker 2: what's you doing?
- 26:25Speaker 3: Man?
- 26:27Speaker 2: Is that a framing hammer? You don't need a framing
- 26:30Speaker 2: hammer for blah blah blah, which I get. I got
- 26:33Speaker 2: a lot to learn. I wasn't sitting there getting mad
- 26:36Speaker 2: at all. Chase Daniels said, don't fall.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Chase Daniels did say don't fall, no, which that's very
- 26:42Speaker 3: nice of him.
- 26:43Speaker 2: It did occur to me when I was in at
- 26:45Speaker 2: the top of the ladder and I'm working on the curtains,
- 26:48Speaker 2: and I truly thought to myself, Chase Daniels just responded
- 26:52Speaker 2: to one of my personal life tweets. That's kind of crazy.
- 26:57Speaker 3: That's fun. Yeah, when you think about it like that.
- 27:00Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like Chase Daniel, Yeah, it's like that's crazy.
- 27:05Speaker 6: Another guy comment and said how come the studt fighter
- 27:06Speaker 6: is not going off right now?
- 27:09Speaker 3: Joke? That was not that joke. Okay, there was love
- 27:14Speaker 3: out there, uh d Michelle our boy? Yeah? Which is
- 27:19Speaker 3: that where that picture came from? Which? Which the picture
- 27:23Speaker 3: that you sent me of this? My face? Yeo? Us?
- 27:27Speaker 3: That Hill in uh Bobby King of the Hill, Bobby Hill. Yeah,
- 27:32Speaker 3: Bobby Hill got a little mullet. It looks. It looks
- 27:36Speaker 3: like you, bro, what's my face?
- 27:38Speaker 2: And Bobby and it looks and it looks I mean, yeah,
- 27:42Speaker 2: and you sent me that with no and we'll send
- 27:46Speaker 2: you this chef so everybody can see. You send me
- 27:48Speaker 2: that no context. And I look at it for a
- 27:51Speaker 2: hot second, I just go, well, that looks a lot
- 27:55Speaker 2: like me.
- 27:55Speaker 3: I'm like, is this me?
- 27:57Speaker 2: Before studying it, and then three days later, I'm checking
- 28:01Speaker 2: my dms on Twitter because Alex dms me a lot
- 28:03Speaker 2: of goofy stuff.
- 28:05Speaker 3: He's the man, he's got the meme, he's got memes
- 28:07Speaker 3: on means.
- 28:07Speaker 2: He's got memes on means. And so I see the picture,
- 28:10Speaker 2: I go, how did I not put those two and
- 28:13Speaker 2: two together that he was the creator of that. You know,
- 28:17Speaker 2: he's the artist man. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, But it
- 28:21Speaker 2: was a good weekend.
- 28:22Speaker 3: It was a good weekend. It was a good weekend.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's good for everyone too, Like it's not like everything
- 28:27Speaker 1: has to and I know people know this, but just
- 28:29Speaker 1: having somewhere you vacate too, Like what I think is
- 28:31Speaker 1: cool about it, what I'm hoping.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Like I was telling Whyatt's build something that we all
- 28:35Speaker 3: come back here every year.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I was like to the point where I was even
- 28:39Speaker 1: telling White, I'm like, even when we can't do it
- 28:42Speaker 1: anymore we're old, or we die and it's gone, Like
- 28:45Speaker 1: having the thought that hopefully creates something that your kids
- 28:48Speaker 1: want to fight to continue to do, and then they
- 28:50Speaker 1: raise their kids to teach them this is what we
- 28:53Speaker 1: do as a family every year. We then it becomes generational.
- 28:56Speaker 1: I'm like, not that we're breaking a generational curse off,
- 28:58Speaker 1: but I was telling White, I was like, you know,
- 28:59Speaker 1: we didn't do any family vacations growing up. I know
- 29:01Speaker 1: this is new for you guys. They at one point
- 29:04Speaker 1: they weren't going to come until Friday. My dad and
- 29:06Speaker 1: White and I'm on the phone kind of give my
- 29:08Speaker 1: dad an ear full because I'm like, Dad, this We've
- 29:11Speaker 1: had this plan forever, dude, forever, Like why didn't you
- 29:14Speaker 1: take Pto back when it was booked because he had
- 29:17Speaker 1: something going on at work. Like, that's why we plan
- 29:20Speaker 1: this months in advance. We wouldn't have got this house
- 29:24Speaker 1: if I knew you weren't going to come until Friday,
- 29:27Speaker 1: and if we weren't going to come until Friday, we
- 29:29Speaker 1: would have just booked a regular we get to where
- 29:30Speaker 1: Cody could come, because Cody was on his honeymoon, so
- 29:33Speaker 1: where we could have everybody in the family come. I
- 29:36Speaker 1: was like, this just worked out because Whyatt now had
- 29:38Speaker 1: football coach in North County. He had football until like
- 29:41Speaker 1: Thursday morning, but this was the only like longer weekend
- 29:44Speaker 1: that White could have it. I'm telling White, Yeah, you
- 29:45Speaker 1: better get your ass there sooner than Friday, because we've
- 29:48Speaker 1: got it booked for Wednesday through Sunday, and we want
- 29:51Speaker 1: everybody there.
- 29:52Speaker 3: We want everybody showing up.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Because I was telling my dad, I was like, Dad,
- 29:55Speaker 1: it's always my side that has like this last minute
- 29:59Speaker 1: change or we're not gonna make it, or we're not
- 30:01Speaker 1: gonna come, or Cody comes in and out the same day,
- 30:04Speaker 1: or they just drive up the same day and then
- 30:05Speaker 1: leave that same day versus staying at the house. And
- 30:08Speaker 1: I'm like, it's always our side and that I'm exaggerating
- 30:11Speaker 1: that a little bit. But when I was like, give
- 30:13Speaker 1: it across that when Yeah, when I'm getting on the
- 30:17Speaker 1: phone talking about Hey, Debt, I am frustrated that you're
- 30:19Speaker 1: telling me this was Friday. I thought this entire time,
- 30:23Speaker 1: you're gonna be here either Wednesday or Thursday. Because I
- 30:25Speaker 1: hit him and White up. If you guys want to
- 30:27Speaker 1: cut the driving half, they ended up flying down. You
- 30:30Speaker 1: guys want to cut the drive and a half, you
- 30:31Speaker 1: can come and stay at the house on Tuesday in
- 30:33Speaker 1: Nashville and stop in Nashville.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Oh, we might.
- 30:36Speaker 8: You know.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure out when I'm coming. Still, I'm like, okay,
- 30:38Speaker 1: so Thursday could be the latest. I'm under the assumption
- 30:41Speaker 1: that's Thursday.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Yeah. Then the night before my old man tells me
- 30:44Speaker 3: he's not gonna come until Friday. I'm like I had to.
- 30:47Speaker 3: I had to walk into the.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Other roomans yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, because the dude. It's tough, Coral,
- 30:53Speaker 2: getting everybody in the family unders like uh, and just
- 30:56Speaker 2: trying to get everybody aligned on hey, here's what we're
- 30:59Speaker 2: trying to do year and then starting new traditions is difficult, dude. Yeah,
- 31:03Speaker 2: that's not an easy task. Yeah, and once there is
- 31:07Speaker 2: buy in, like year after year, it will build and
- 31:11Speaker 2: you'll have more buy in from one brother than the
- 31:14Speaker 2: other and one brother's kids are gonna love the beach
- 31:17Speaker 2: more than the other brothers kids.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Or yeah, these kids are gonna want to do softball
- 31:21Speaker 3: summer camp and not go to the beach.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Right right, There's gonna be all types of things.
- 31:27Speaker 1: There's gonna be moving targets, there's gonna be our family
- 31:29Speaker 1: can align on being intentional once a year.
- 31:33Speaker 3: All there has to be is the core of it all.
- 31:36Speaker 3: That's all there has to be.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Because again the Fourth of July thing that I brought
- 31:40Speaker 2: up with the traditions, the Taber's always hosted for Fourth
- 31:44Speaker 2: of July, and the invite was always open to the youngs.
- 31:47Speaker 3: My parents, we didn't go every Fourth of July, but
- 31:51Speaker 3: we went to damn near ten of them. Yeah, you know,
- 31:54Speaker 3: we went to a lot of them. Yeah, speak on
- 31:57Speaker 3: what you're building too.
- 31:57Speaker 9: Well.
- 31:57Speaker 6: We were a family that went to the same exact
- 32:00Speaker 6: beach every year growing up, and my mom did too.
- 32:03Speaker 6: So just to prepare, you're doing a good job of
- 32:04Speaker 6: balancing it. But there were in my like twelve to
- 32:07Speaker 6: fourteen fifteen where I was like, hey, Mom, there's other
- 32:10Speaker 6: beaches out there. So I mentally prepare yourself for the
- 32:13Speaker 6: kids to be like, hey, Dad, like thirty A's not Italy,
- 32:16Speaker 6: like you could go somewhere else. Because I look back
- 32:19Speaker 6: on that now and I'm like, thank God, my mom
- 32:21Speaker 6: is like the only beach I want to go to,
- 32:22Speaker 6: because we'll go to like beaches and Kat and I
- 32:24Speaker 6: are talking about doing trips and I'm like, ah, that
- 32:26Speaker 6: corner store hot Dog is kind of like my childhood. Though.
- 32:28Speaker 3: We gotta get back in the mill.
- 32:30Speaker 6: The other had same restaurants, same little bar, same band
- 32:34Speaker 6: that's been playing at the Pierce I as a kid,
- 32:36Speaker 6: dude with long hair. I know them crazy, but they're
- 32:39Speaker 6: going to fight back, keep pushing, keep pushing until they're
- 32:43Speaker 6: there because they'll thank you.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Later for Yeah, Like Sweetheart, Kilman's on the corner in Rosemary,
- 32:47Speaker 1: come on, we go after dinner every year. Every day
- 32:51Speaker 1: we run around in the park. You don't want to
- 32:53Speaker 1: run around in the park.
- 32:54Speaker 3: She's fifteen. I don't want to run around in.
- 32:57Speaker 2: The fucking Hey, And that happened big time with my dad.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Too of taking this hunting dude around twelve, like I
- 33:05Speaker 2: really started poopooing it and being like, I want to
- 33:07Speaker 2: be in town so I can hang out with my friends.
- 33:10Speaker 3: Yeah, we're doing football.
- 33:12Speaker 2: And then fast forward to when I turned, you know,
- 33:14Speaker 2: twenty three, twenty four, and I'm like, what was I thinking?
- 33:18Speaker 1: Now?
- 33:18Speaker 3: All I want to do is go hunting with my dad.
- 33:21Speaker 3: That's all I want to do. Now. They'll come back around.
- 33:24Speaker 2: They'll come back around, Shooter, Let me pick you up, dad,
- 33:30Speaker 2: My friends are here. Stop when you are a flyer,
- 33:33Speaker 2: you Chili, It's like, Dad, you know what to pick
- 33:35Speaker 2: you up.
- 33:36Speaker 3: He's just twenty years old. Let me pick you up.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Come on, let me see I still pick you up.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I had a callback here which warmed
- 33:43Speaker 1: my heart on Spotify. This is from a Husker Ryan
- 33:47Speaker 1: eighty eight Willie see good reminder on the last After
- 33:51Speaker 1: my eight year old son's coach pitch baseball games, we
- 33:54Speaker 1: usually pull in the garage past normal bedtime and he says, Dad,
- 33:58Speaker 1: can you carry me in? I usually say no, you're
- 34:02Speaker 1: a big boy, you can walk.
- 34:03Speaker 3: But you got me thinking.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Sometimes it's okay to embrace it because you never know
- 34:07Speaker 1: when it will be the last time GBR.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Damn fires me up.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Because there are moments too, like again, now it wasn't
- 34:13Speaker 1: a long walk, but there are times where you're like
- 34:15Speaker 1: carry You're carrying all the stuff from the beach and
- 34:18Speaker 1: it's just a straight shot to where we were staying
- 34:22Speaker 1: and Karen Scotty carrying all this stuff. A lot of
- 34:24Speaker 1: just a lot of things going on. Just a hey, ruver,
- 34:27Speaker 1: you can walk a little bit, like you know, yeah,
- 34:29Speaker 1: a big girl.
- 34:30Speaker 3: You're a big girl. You can walk, And I like,
- 34:31Speaker 3: think about that stuff.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, where you do just pick her up
- 34:36Speaker 1: and you do just like hey, rest your head on
- 34:37Speaker 1: Dad's shoulder. Then there are a couple of times when
- 34:39Speaker 1: I'm like, hey, you can walk because you're a big girl,
- 34:41Speaker 1: because you want to teach him. I listen, I ain't
- 34:42Speaker 1: carrying your ass all the time. But that comment eight
- 34:45Speaker 1: years old, dad, can you carry me? And I'm with him,
- 34:48Speaker 1: Hey you're a big boy. I'm raising a man. How
- 34:52Speaker 1: you going to be in thirty years not the next
- 34:53Speaker 1: thirty seconds, like you can walk your ass inside, But
- 34:57Speaker 1: just having that moment like you know what, I Am
- 34:59Speaker 1: going to pick your ass up, bro.
- 35:02Speaker 2: I did have a moment too. Over this we already
- 35:07Speaker 2: talked about on the show. We did not have to
- 35:08Speaker 2: talk about it again. We talked about how you need
- 35:10Speaker 2: to see.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Father of the Bride.
- 35:12Speaker 2: I watched Father of the Bride Part two, first time
- 35:15Speaker 2: watching it since having daughter. Scarlet balled during the basketball scene.
- 35:21Speaker 2: For anybody that has seen Father the Bride Part two,
- 35:26Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 35:27Speaker 1: APR, Charles has never seen Wow bother the Bride. Bro
- 35:32Speaker 1: y'allre gonna ball your eye almost got mad at her
- 35:35Speaker 1: when she said I said. Shirman looked at me and said,
- 35:38Speaker 1: I bet you. Charles watched it like a hundred times,
- 35:40Speaker 1: So why haven't you watched it?
- 35:42Speaker 3: I don't know. I just haven't watched it, sorry, Sherman. Yeah.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Geez one, last, APR, how did we go through a
- 35:53Speaker 2: one year anniversary shode without a single Dan.
- 35:57Speaker 3: Gable quote the system my brain?
- 36:01Speaker 4: Man?
- 36:04Speaker 1: Because there's somebody here saying this is Matt mccubrey. Oh yeah, congrats, gens.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Could you buy a chance to do a year one
- 36:14Speaker 1: reunion recap of the best moments in your favorite stories.
- 36:19Speaker 3: We'll get on it for your two, We'll get on
- 36:21Speaker 3: it for you.
- 36:21Speaker 2: We'll get on it for year two because we didn't
- 36:23Speaker 2: even talk about Chef's turkey. We didn't even talk about
- 36:28Speaker 2: the Skittles flavor of ollipop that Chip called in about.
- 36:33Speaker 3: Yeah, man, and I think all the dads understand, like
- 36:37Speaker 3: it is a lot of just dad brain. Yeah.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Around the pod we can, as we all know, we
- 36:42Speaker 1: can do a much better job of structuring not only
- 36:45Speaker 1: our lives but this podcast.
- 36:48Speaker 3: We're well aware.
- 36:50Speaker 5: I would say that we're at a little, guess a
- 36:53Speaker 5: weird luxury where we've had so many great moments on
- 36:56Speaker 5: this pod it's hard to even there's just so many,
- 36:59Speaker 5: it's hard to like grap that brain.
- 37:00Speaker 3: That's excuse, Yes, that's exactly I'm trying to Not a
- 37:04Speaker 3: bad excuse to have though, not a bad one. Not
- 37:06Speaker 3: a bad one to have though. I like where your
- 37:09Speaker 3: head's at. Chef operating.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Yeah, speaking of brains operating.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Oh you want some Creatine gummies?
- 37:18Speaker 5: Yes?
- 37:18Speaker 3: This is from Create. No free shoutouts to Create, by
- 37:21Speaker 3: the way, Can I do love their gummies?
- 37:23Speaker 2: Can I ask you a question about Create? Because I
- 37:26Speaker 2: saw you munch in on Create in the office. Obviously
- 37:30Speaker 2: it's got the creatine.
- 37:31Speaker 3: I do it every day.
- 37:33Speaker 2: I saw the mental focus aspect I want to know
- 37:36Speaker 2: more about that that piqued my interest, so this would
- 37:40Speaker 2: be better to google.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Okay, However, a lot of cognitive benefits with creatine monohydrate.
- 37:50Speaker 3: In this right here comes in a gummy form, so
- 37:51Speaker 3: it's flavors.
- 37:52Speaker 1: So I like, I like a little taste. Like sometimes
- 37:54Speaker 1: I'll just go straight straight powder, straight powder. H Rip
- 37:59Speaker 1: a chase, sure, rip a chaser after. Yeah, but what
- 38:03Speaker 1: I like about these gummies is they have all different
- 38:06Speaker 1: kinds of flavors because we have a bunch on the
- 38:07Speaker 1: other side.
- 38:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Yeah, and this is not a they should be a
- 38:11Speaker 3: sponsor to the podcast. Let me hey, let me see
- 38:13Speaker 3: some of that.
- 38:14Speaker 1: But so you do three gummies, you get about five
- 38:18Speaker 1: grams of creatine monohydrate.
- 38:19Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's only like five sugar. But they taste good.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Sau sit there just.
- 38:24Speaker 2: Mid throughout the day before I think about myself back,
- 38:28Speaker 2: you know, when I'm feeling a little I'm feeling a
- 38:29Speaker 2: little foggy in the brain, which is often Yeah, but
- 38:31Speaker 2: if I see those gummy man, let me let me
- 38:33Speaker 2: pop some in before you and Taylor started whipping these
- 38:36Speaker 2: around yourselves. Yeah, I didn't realize that create I only
- 38:41Speaker 2: thought of creatine as like the powder supplement that I
- 38:44Speaker 2: would use in high school and college when I was.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Lifting bro I've been on creatine since like middle school,
- 38:50Speaker 1: and there's a lot of research hitting mainstream now about
- 38:54Speaker 1: creatine upwards of like, you know, taking more than five
- 38:58Speaker 1: grams a day, because usually you do, like when I
- 39:00Speaker 1: was young in football, it would be loading phase, so
- 39:03Speaker 1: you do creating and you'd do about twenty grams for
- 39:06Speaker 1: a week straight, yes, and then you taper off and
- 39:08Speaker 1: just do five grams for basically eternity. But now there's
- 39:10Speaker 1: a lot of studies coming out on creating model hydrate
- 39:13Speaker 1: with a lot of cognitive benefits, even for like kids,
- 39:16Speaker 1: Like I'm starting to try and dive into research like
- 39:18Speaker 1: how early you can get them on crete because you
- 39:20Speaker 1: don't want to. I don't know, Like, I don't know
- 39:22Speaker 1: how early I can start, Like roue could Ru like
- 39:25Speaker 1: knowing the flavors like that sour Rapp's, Yeah, there's a
- 39:28Speaker 1: lot of flavors that they have.
- 39:30Speaker 3: And then I think to myself, like, could Rue take
- 39:32Speaker 3: one gummy? You know what I mean? I don't know
- 39:34Speaker 3: what side like apparently there's it's making me think of
- 39:38Speaker 3: a what was it? Walk hard?
- 39:41Speaker 1: No side effects no side effects, but creatine's like, you know,
- 39:47Speaker 1: I've been on it for a long time, but there's
- 39:48Speaker 1: a lot of stuff coming to where it's more mainstream
- 39:50Speaker 1: that it's just like the real deal. It's very good
- 39:52Speaker 1: to be on daily for everybody for cognitive benefica. It
- 39:55Speaker 1: did not realize that muscle atp energy that it creates
- 40:00Speaker 1: and you're in yourselves feel mustle and everything else for endurance,
- 40:02Speaker 1: all that kind of stuff for performance. But as far
- 40:05Speaker 1: as brain, there's stuff coming out on it study wise
- 40:08Speaker 1: for brain cognition.
- 40:12Speaker 3: You know what I mean, man, just as that every
- 40:14Speaker 3: dad needs. Cause, dude, we are getting forgetful.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Speaking of let the back door open of my house
- 40:21Speaker 2: yesterday all day, dude, I'm talking. I left my house
- 40:27Speaker 2: yesterday with our back door completely open, sliding door. Guess
- 40:32Speaker 2: who came to the rescue. Jill, Hot neighbor, Hot neighbor,
- 40:37Speaker 2: cool neighbor. Man.
- 40:39Speaker 3: Shout out Blake, Dude, shout out Blake.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Text you Jill, and I said, hey, just want to
- 40:43Speaker 2: make sure your back door's wide open.
- 40:45Speaker 10: I didn't.
- 40:45Speaker 3: I didn't see your cars. I said, well that was
- 40:49Speaker 3: not planned, Blake.
- 40:50Speaker 2: That was a great point, and thank you for keeping
- 40:52Speaker 2: your eyes open on the forgetful note.
- 40:56Speaker 3: I have a dad loss and I'm going to pivot
- 40:59Speaker 3: it to a mom law. I'm putting this.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Oh no, so you know how we've been. We've been
- 41:06Speaker 1: ripping the gummies for memory. Yeah, but we were at
- 41:10Speaker 1: the beach. I took my ring off and put it
- 41:12Speaker 1: in a little baggy baggy that Charlee told me to
- 41:15Speaker 1: put it in. Maybe I put it in the wrong bag.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Either way, I put it in a bag. You put
- 41:18Speaker 1: it in the stake. Yeah, So I was without. I
- 41:20Speaker 1: was without the ring in the ocean because I didn't
- 41:21Speaker 1: want to lose in the ocell I next day, She's
- 41:25Speaker 1: asked me where my ring is and I'm like, I
- 41:27Speaker 1: think it's in the it's in the it's in your bag.
- 41:29Speaker 1: I put it in the bag. She's like, it's not
- 41:31Speaker 1: in there. I gave it to you, and I was like, no,
- 41:34Speaker 1: you didn't. You did not give it to me. She goes,
- 41:37Speaker 1: I gave it to you and told you to put
- 41:38Speaker 1: it on. I was like, and I can get taken
- 41:41Speaker 1: advantage of because I'm forgetful and I can't trust.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Myself as a dad, as a man.
- 41:47Speaker 1: Yeah, And so I just came on to her sweetheart,
- 41:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest, I don't remember any of that. Like,
- 41:57Speaker 1: I don't remember you giving me the ring and having
- 42:00Speaker 1: me put it on. She said, well, I give it
- 42:03Speaker 1: to you out of the back, and I was like,
- 42:04Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you didn't. Are you sure it's not
- 42:05Speaker 1: in that back? She's like, I checked a little the
- 42:07Speaker 1: little bag.
- 42:07Speaker 3: It's not in there. And I'm like, it'll pop up somewhere.
- 42:11Speaker 3: It'll pop up.
- 42:11Speaker 1: But I'm in my own head second guessing myself, yeah,
- 42:15Speaker 1: being like, damn, did I lose the ring? And I
- 42:17Speaker 1: because I kind of don't remember, but I also don't
- 42:20Speaker 1: remember shit a lot of the time, so maybe it
- 42:22Speaker 1: is my fault.
- 42:22Speaker 3: You start like beating yourself up.
- 42:24Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 3: She finds the ring in a different back. She's like, oh,
- 42:26Speaker 3: it was in this other little back.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I told you, and never really got an apology
- 42:32Speaker 1: until I kind of forced it on her.
- 42:34Speaker 3: I was like, hey, you kinda you were wrong.
- 42:38Speaker 1: You were you were totally wrong about telling me that
- 42:40Speaker 1: you gave me the ring that didn't happen.
- 42:43Speaker 3: Yeah, you took advantage of a guy. You took advantage
- 42:50Speaker 3: of a man who what's the bed and has assist
- 42:52Speaker 3: in his brain. You took advantage of me. He took
- 42:54Speaker 3: advantage of them. It made me feel like I lost
- 42:57Speaker 3: the ring. Now, how do you feel? Tell me how
- 43:03Speaker 3: you feel about that? How do I feel?
- 43:05Speaker 5: No?
- 43:05Speaker 3: I was talking to truth. Okay, okay.
- 43:07Speaker 1: Once once you hit the double question, I was like, okay,
- 43:09Speaker 1: I thought at first it was the big part. Then
- 43:11Speaker 1: when you said it the second time, oh.
- 43:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I will, I will. How mad are you and
- 43:16Speaker 3: you would have been on lost wedding ring gang?
- 43:18Speaker 7: I am?
- 43:18Speaker 3: Currently I need to get a rubber ring. Rubber rings
- 43:21Speaker 3: are good because even when you lose those, you they
- 43:23Speaker 3: come and packs they come and everything. Yes, I was
- 43:25Speaker 3: rocking a zip time because even when I thought I
- 43:28Speaker 3: lost this one, I'm like, you know, we'll be able
- 43:30Speaker 3: to get another one, Like it's all good.
- 43:31Speaker 1: I feel like my wife or I won't paint brush
- 43:34Speaker 1: overall women. But my wife is very like, uh, what
- 43:39Speaker 1: are those things called?
- 43:40Speaker 3: Beautiful? Wonderful? Thank you? It's the one that I gave you.
- 43:44Speaker 3: It's this that. As a matter of fact, this is
- 43:46Speaker 3: the second one. I've lost one before.
- 43:48Speaker 1: But when I when she's hit me about losing another one,
- 43:50Speaker 1: I'm thinking, dude, it's it's not like she you're losing
- 43:52Speaker 1: your wedding ring. Like that's a different animal. Money went
- 43:55Speaker 1: into that ring, you know, I'm not saying money didn't
- 43:57Speaker 1: go into this ring, but this is we can replace
- 43:59Speaker 1: this fairly east. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know the local
- 44:01Speaker 1: spot that we can go to.
- 44:02Speaker 2: You're you're talking nostalgic, yes, and it's very attached.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Yeah, the material things of like I got you this
- 44:10Speaker 3: or this is the one from our wedding day.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, this was actually and this is the second
- 44:15Speaker 2: thing because I've lost in the ocean and so when
- 44:19Speaker 2: I was taking it out, I'm like, hey boy, move,
- 44:21Speaker 2: I'm out in there.
- 44:22Speaker 3: I'm out hitting the waves with Rue.
- 44:24Speaker 1: We're playing Saving We're playing Saving Private Ryan because the
- 44:27Speaker 1: waves were crashing.
- 44:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm always I'm rolling around in the waves.
- 44:31Speaker 7: You know.
- 44:31Speaker 3: It's like really intense, all right, Rue, help save yourself.
- 44:34Speaker 3: Save yourself.
- 44:35Speaker 1: She's trying to drag me out of the water. But
- 44:37Speaker 1: I'm like I'm feeling it. I'm like I should probably
- 44:39Speaker 1: take this off. What a big brain move by Willie
- 44:41Speaker 1: C to come over and be a sweetheart. I'm gonna
- 44:43Speaker 1: take the ring off? Wor should I put it?
- 44:45Speaker 11: Rue?
- 44:46Speaker 3: Good behind the backing? What do we do now, sir?
- 44:51Speaker 2: And then you're gonna put the helmet on a little
- 44:53Speaker 2: Blood's good. Come out it getting frustrated.
- 44:56Speaker 3: I'm trying. I'm trying. You gotta get out, sweetheart. I'm
- 44:59Speaker 3: just playing around, like get the bag of Lord. We
- 45:03Speaker 3: gotta blow a hole through that Nazi lie.
- 45:06Speaker 12: What are you doing?
- 45:07Speaker 3: I said, no, no, you gotta go save yourself of
- 45:11Speaker 3: trying to pick you up. I get you gotta get off.
- 45:13Speaker 3: I need havy suppressive fire robe. What are you doing
- 45:18Speaker 3: watching your thirty six year old Bosco big boy move?
- 45:21Speaker 3: I took my ring off before. I'm playing the waiters
- 45:23Speaker 3: with my daughter. It's great because I learn, Because I learned.
- 45:28Speaker 3: That is a bit. That's not no way laughing about it.
- 45:30Speaker 3: That's a big boy move. That's a big boy move.
- 45:34Speaker 2: You're looking at a guy that is aware of the
- 45:36Speaker 2: wedding green because he lost it during his move. Cause
- 45:39Speaker 2: he even make a big boy move. Yeah, you didn't go, hey,
- 45:42Speaker 2: I might lose this ring during my move. And guess
- 45:44Speaker 2: what I'm gonna do next time I have a move.
- 45:46Speaker 2: It's going in a baggie, going in a little bag
- 45:49Speaker 2: that your wife knows about. Yeah, but he did the
- 45:51Speaker 2: second time. Whenever I took it off, I'm glad we
- 45:53Speaker 2: found it. Then I say, hey, I'm taking this off again.
- 45:56Speaker 1: You make sure we'll go by your story whenever I
- 45:59Speaker 1: do need to or whenever you do get it back
- 46:01Speaker 1: out of the bag, you just say, well, here's your ring.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Put it on right in front of me, right now,
- 46:04Speaker 2: here's the ring. Here's the ring that you gave me
- 46:06Speaker 2: and told me to put it in the bag.
- 46:07Speaker 3: I'm giving it to you.
- 46:08Speaker 10: Put it on.
- 46:08Speaker 3: Take a video, yeah, take a video.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Get whatever insurance you need, because I can't have you
- 46:13Speaker 1: beat me down when I'm forgetful and I don't know
- 46:15Speaker 1: and I'm just gonna trust that.
- 46:17Speaker 3: Oh I guess I lost this ring. Now that's a
- 46:19Speaker 3: Taylor Lauwan big boy move.
- 46:21Speaker 2: A lot of people were calling him out for losing
- 46:23Speaker 2: computer chargers around the office. What is his new tactic?
- 46:27Speaker 2: Whenever he uses a charger, he takes a video of
- 46:31Speaker 2: him receiving charger from someone.
- 46:33Speaker 3: He did it one time. Let's go down, big boy
- 46:39Speaker 3: boy move.
- 46:41Speaker 2: I had a dad lost. I lost my cool. I
- 46:45Speaker 2: love losing your cool stories because it happens all the time.
- 46:48Speaker 2: I lost my cool and it was not good.
- 46:52Speaker 3: I didn't. I didn't take it out on Jill.
- 46:55Speaker 2: I just.
- 46:57Speaker 3: I got up in the middle of the night.
- 46:58Speaker 2: This was actually when she told me to go let
- 47:01Speaker 2: the dogs in, now that I think about it, and
- 47:03Speaker 2: turn off our fireplace after she was reading the comments
- 47:07Speaker 2: online of God naturally And I'm walking back and as
- 47:12Speaker 2: I go to go turn off the fireplace, there's a
- 47:17Speaker 2: little acrylic magazine holder that is on the floor, brand new.
- 47:23Speaker 2: Never seen that thing before, It's never been right there
- 47:26Speaker 2: by the chair where it was.
- 47:29Speaker 3: Step on it.
- 47:30Speaker 2: For those that don't know, I rolled my ankle really
- 47:32Speaker 2: bad at the office last week. Did not swell, so
- 47:35Speaker 2: it wasn't a full on spring, but it was one
- 47:38Speaker 2: of those where you kind of feel it pop like
- 47:40Speaker 2: six different ways, and you look at it and it's
- 47:42Speaker 2: not swelling up, and you're like.
- 47:44Speaker 3: Okay, we were kind of playing with fire.
- 47:48Speaker 2: I step on this little magazine holder and my body
- 47:54Speaker 2: knew if I put my left foot down that thing's
- 47:57Speaker 2: going and so I literally just timber fall over hard
- 48:05Speaker 2: on the floor, like hardest I have fallen since playing
- 48:09Speaker 2: sports in high school. If like a true like head whiplash,
- 48:13Speaker 2: hands like hit, I'm in pure darkness. I have no
- 48:16Speaker 2: idea why I stepped on How old are you?
- 48:20Speaker 3: This was on Sunday? Oh oh yeah, yeah thirty three. Yeah.
- 48:24Speaker 1: When you get on the other side of thirty you fall.
- 48:26Speaker 1: It's a different type of physicality, bro, Like I fell hard.
- 48:31Speaker 2: And I first off checked the ankle, and I'm like,
- 48:35Speaker 2: thank god, I didn't put the ankle down, because you know,
- 48:38Speaker 2: when you just structurally, you're like it's still a little
- 48:40Speaker 2: sore even a week later, Like I need to be
- 48:43Speaker 2: ginger on this thing.
- 48:45Speaker 3: So I instantly checked that. I'm like, I'm good. And
- 48:47Speaker 3: then I went into pissoff dad mood like I never have.
- 48:50Speaker 3: I go, what the fuck is this fucking thing? I stood?
- 48:53Speaker 3: Don't God damn, and like chunked it, chunked it. Ah,
- 49:01Speaker 3: you fuckedy, you fucked the little magazine deal. I fucked
- 49:05Speaker 3: it up, chunked it. Dogs go ballistic, just like, honey,
- 49:10Speaker 3: what honey, what's happening. I'm like, I dumped on the magazine.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Hold her, Who the fuck reads magazines at twenty twenty six.
- 49:19Speaker 3: I didn't put the magazine there, Honey. This is not
- 49:22Speaker 3: my fault. You don't need to blame this. I'm not
- 49:25Speaker 3: blaming on you. What the fuck do we have a
- 49:28Speaker 3: magazine thing? I was pissed. She was being so sweet
- 49:32Speaker 3: to me. Dude, I was so embarrassed by my behavior.
- 49:35Speaker 3: She can till to get back in the room. Get
- 49:38Speaker 3: back in bet you don't want to see this. I'm
- 49:40Speaker 3: handling it. It's already handled. I took care of it.
- 49:48Speaker 2: I should have grabbed that magazine older and just put
- 49:50Speaker 2: it in the trash. And she gave me ibuprofen. She
- 49:54Speaker 2: gave me a bag of eyes to put on my ankle.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Didn't even need it.
- 49:57Speaker 3: You did not need it. Here that a part of YEA.
- 50:00Speaker 2: I was too embarrassed to say anything rolling your ankle
- 50:05Speaker 2: and swelling. He didn't even roll it, is what I'm saying.
- 50:09Speaker 2: Like I rolled it earlier in the week. In that moment,
- 50:11Speaker 2: I didn't even roll it. I'm just like holding it.
- 50:13Speaker 2: So she's like, do you need ice?
- 50:15Speaker 3: Do you need ice? And I'm just kind of your.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Popping ivy broken and having an ice bag on your
- 50:20Speaker 1: ankle and you didn't even roll your ankle.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Because I was too proud to admit that I really
- 50:28Speaker 2: wasn't as hurt as she thought I was.
- 50:30Speaker 1: You just had to make it more of a scene
- 50:32Speaker 1: because you lost your cool. Yeah, we need to get
- 50:35Speaker 1: on Amazon and just order him of one of those
- 50:37Speaker 1: ankle braces.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Or one of those boots.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah and start walking around the house with it.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh sure. He well, he didn't do anything wrong.
- 50:48Speaker 3: He just fellet What happened to Shari? He fell? But
- 50:53Speaker 3: how did he fall? He fell? Dude? Do you not
- 50:55Speaker 3: hear it's the first time he rolled his ankle? How
- 50:57Speaker 3: did he roll it?
- 50:57Speaker 1: I mean, he didn't really roll it, but he rolled it,
- 50:59Speaker 1: which didn't kind of fall it didn't. It stayed straight.
- 51:02Speaker 1: He just fell down.
- 51:03Speaker 3: Did he sprain it? No, dude, he fell. He's wearing
- 51:07Speaker 3: a boot. Leave the guy alone. That's funny picturing you
- 51:10Speaker 3: on the couch right now, just with the.
- 51:14Speaker 2: A sour frozen bag of peas sorowest attitude of all time,
- 51:20Speaker 2: like not admitting defeat.
- 51:22Speaker 6: I think this is your first dad, loss of this
- 51:24Speaker 6: capacity that hasn't occurred in an airport.
- 51:27Speaker 3: So there's a silver lining.
- 51:30Speaker 2: There is a silver lining. At least it stayed within
- 51:33Speaker 2: the confines of our home.
- 51:35Speaker 3: That is true. No old ladies looked at you.
- 51:37Speaker 2: No one saw me puke in a terminal and then
- 51:41Speaker 2: snot rocket Some vomit out of my nest.
- 51:43Speaker 1: His first dad loss. It just has nothing to do
- 51:47Speaker 1: with anybody else, Like you didn't mess up anything. There
- 51:51Speaker 1: was no domino effect of your dad loss like with
- 51:53Speaker 1: Scarlet or Carhill, had nothing to do with wifey hahing.
- 51:56Speaker 2: I'm a lucky man that Scarlett didn't wake up she
- 51:59Speaker 2: had just been put down.
- 52:01Speaker 3: You're lucky man that you didn't like break your hip.
- 52:04Speaker 3: Also that I mean, you're you're a survivor. I am
- 52:07Speaker 3: a survivor.
- 52:09Speaker 2: Matter of fact, you should go to the doctor just
- 52:11Speaker 2: to get a slip that says you're cleared to go.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Is it cool if I take off the rest of today.
- 52:16Speaker 1: You should go to the doctor and get a slip
- 52:17Speaker 1: that says you should kind of stay off your feet
- 52:19Speaker 1: for a few days and then just bring it to Jill.
- 52:21Speaker 2: Like I just I know you want me to do
- 52:24Speaker 2: these things around the house. Doc says, like you know,
- 52:26Speaker 2: and he's he's said. He was saying something about like
- 52:29Speaker 2: any type of thing that's like decorative that you put
- 52:31Speaker 2: on the ground. He's about concussion, like no no magazine
- 52:36Speaker 2: holders that are like a cryllic.
- 52:38Speaker 3: He said something about that. I don't know what you
- 52:41Speaker 3: need to start playing.
- 52:42Speaker 1: And you're just sitting in the doctor's office. Well you
- 52:44Speaker 1: think it could be doc man checking your vitals? Like,
- 52:47Speaker 1: everything's good? Blood pressure is a little high? Yeah, well
- 52:49Speaker 1: what do you think it is?
- 52:51Speaker 3: Checked?
- 52:52Speaker 1: You checked my ankle structurally? Everything looks fine here, like
- 52:55Speaker 1: I know, you kind of rolled your ankle. You might
- 52:57Speaker 1: have just gotten some the pops you're here and was
- 53:00Speaker 1: probably just some gas inside the bones.
- 53:02Speaker 3: Well, do do it again where you did? Do the
- 53:05Speaker 3: poke it again? And well you asked me if it
- 53:07Speaker 3: hurt already? Did you said it?
- 53:09Speaker 7: Then?
- 53:09Speaker 9: Her?
- 53:09Speaker 3: Do it again? Doc? Yeah? Okay, so okay that did
- 53:13Speaker 3: or So what do I got you feel this?
- 53:15Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 53:15Speaker 3: I don't feel nothing. Yeah, Hey, everything looks good. You're
- 53:20Speaker 3: good to go.
- 53:22Speaker 1: How long do you think I how soon you think
- 53:24Speaker 1: I could start being a father again? What do you
- 53:26Speaker 1: mean you can walk out of here right now? Don't
- 53:28Speaker 1: think you're hearing me, Doc? How many days do I
- 53:31Speaker 1: need to have on the couch? Don't picking up what
- 53:33Speaker 1: I'm saying? Shoot me straight?
- 53:35Speaker 3: How long do I got? Doc? How many years did
- 53:40Speaker 3: it take off me? Doc? You start walking out the
- 53:42Speaker 3: door before? Could you just write me something that I
- 53:45Speaker 3: could show my wife? Just put a couple of days
- 53:48Speaker 3: in there and just make it all caps. Do all caps,
- 53:52Speaker 3: and do some exclamation points to let it know this
- 53:55Speaker 3: is serious.
- 53:56Speaker 2: Doc, she's riding my ass. But yeah, dude, I lost
- 54:02Speaker 2: my pool. I was being an absolute bozo for no reason,
- 54:07Speaker 2: no reason, where you think it came from. Honestly, we
- 54:12Speaker 2: went out on uh Saturday.
- 54:14Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you had a little day.
- 54:16Speaker 2: We had a day, dude day, drinking day, day, drinking day.
- 54:19Speaker 2: That was our first time doing that since Scarlett.
- 54:22Speaker 1: And uh yeah, because I saw Mom and Dad, you
- 54:25Speaker 1: guys got an uber, got an uber there, and you
- 54:27Speaker 1: guys are going out to have fun, have fun.
- 54:30Speaker 2: We got and we got ripped up, like in a
- 54:33Speaker 2: good way, like we had fun. And uh, you know,
- 54:37Speaker 2: I was just a tired boy on Sunday manual labor,
- 54:41Speaker 2: do e manual labor around the house and just said, Hey,
- 54:45Speaker 2: you know what, I'm gonna be just a sour boy
- 54:48Speaker 2: in this moment.
- 54:49Speaker 3: I'm tired, I'm having to let the dogs in. Woe
- 54:53Speaker 3: is me.
- 54:55Speaker 2: Just having a moment, having a moment, But I got
- 54:57Speaker 2: I gotta lock it up. I can't be having those dude.
- 55:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:01Speaker 1: On that note, make sure you are subscribed to this channel,
- 55:04Speaker 1: please to follow Spotify Apple.
- 55:07Speaker 2: On that note, do we want to kick it over
- 55:09Speaker 2: to something positive with a little crack of cold one
- 55:11Speaker 2: real quick?
- 55:12Speaker 5: Can I just say huge scc ST six win this
- 55:16Speaker 5: weekend on Friday for me, Ryan and matting.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Better. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we had a big win on Friday.
- 55:27Speaker 5: Me, Matt and Ryan's convinced Taylor to come out with
- 55:31Speaker 5: all the fellas Friday night after the pool day to

- 55:37Speaker 3: It was a we were shocked. He actually he actually bit.
- 55:40Speaker 5: It came out. We had a great time. Everything went
- 55:45Speaker 5: decently according to planning. You guys painted the down red
- 55:48Speaker 5: Chef house. How is that Uber ride back? How was
- 55:52Speaker 5: that he stayed at his house?
- 55:54Speaker 3: I did? He offered. He was like, hey, I wed
- 55:57Speaker 3: to the ubers.
- 55:58Speaker 5: It was CMA weekend, so the Uber home was like
- 56:01Speaker 5: one hundred and thirty dollars and Taylor I was just like,
- 56:04Speaker 5: I didn't eve mention it. Taylor's like, by the way,
- 56:05Speaker 5: you have a place to stay at the Luwan household.
- 56:08Speaker 5: He has a guest house and in the little cabin.
- 56:11Speaker 5: It's a cool cabin too, it's a sick cabin. The
- 56:14Speaker 5: Uber ride was something I caught myself. I was like, hey,
- 56:18Speaker 5: it's been late at night. Taylor was very kind the
- 56:20Speaker 5: whole night. He was buying everyone bud lights, and I
- 56:25Speaker 5: realized the night had gotten really late and Jack wasn't
- 56:28Speaker 5: making a lot of sense. So I said, Taylor, I
- 56:32Speaker 5: know it'm making no sense. I'm going to shut up now.
- 56:34Speaker 5: At Taylor started laughing.
- 56:36Speaker 3: Jeff had even Jeff was mumbling, usually.
- 56:41Speaker 5: That's terrifying around your boss, but Taylor was. Taylor was
- 56:46Speaker 5: egging it on at the bar. So it makes you
- 56:49Speaker 5: feel a lot more comfortable day after where you go. Oh,
- 56:52Speaker 5: at least I wasn't you know, my gosh, nightmare scenario
- 56:55Speaker 5: pretty much in any other profession, unless your boss is
- 56:57Speaker 5: Taylor the one.
- 56:59Speaker 2: He told me that you're a national treasure if that
- 57:02Speaker 2: makes you feel any type of way. Not that exactly,
- 57:05Speaker 2: I don't remember the exact wording, but we were on
- 57:07Speaker 2: the bus after we recorded bus and he was talking
- 57:10Speaker 2: about how much he loves.
- 57:11Speaker 5: You, so I love him. I think he killed it,
- 57:14Speaker 5: but I had a shout out. It was really Matt
- 57:15Speaker 5: and Ryan that got him out. I just sat around. Well,
- 57:19Speaker 5: they they were the ones that did the heavy lifting
- 57:21Speaker 5: so shout.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Out to him.

- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Dude, I'm literally wringing my hands right now just thinking
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: about that.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: I brought my camp Snap down to the beach to
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: a lot of videos. Did you get like, have you
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: put any of that stuff out yet?
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: No?

- 1:01:30Speaker 1: but what do you have to say? And then we
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: were kind of going back and forth. I'm like, you
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: just never know, sweetheart, I gotta record your your dad.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: You never know when his last breath is going to be.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: Just laughing, well, just having fun. We have fun on

- 1:01:48Speaker 2: he almost died on Sunday, my crack of Coldwyn goes
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: to Taylor's pool party. It was another example of the
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: benefits of taking your kids out of the house early,
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: and often a lot of parents don't do that. That
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: is totally fun on this podcast. We are not telling
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: anybody how they should, how they shouldn't.
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: We win experts.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: We're just saying that I took you took your kids
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: out early, and often you talked about how beneficial that was,
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: getting them out of the house, getting used to being
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: a dad out and about I've done the same for
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: a new listeners to the show. We've taken Scarlet to
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: a hockey game, college football game, graduation ceremony, all this
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: stuff within like her first year of life and has
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: made days like Taylor's pool party that much easier. Dude,
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: where I'm just operating. Went to work until probably like
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: one p fifteen ish, go to pick up Scarlet.
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: Jill did a great job.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: We you know, prepped the night before, got extra formula,
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: got extra bottles, made, got her swimsuit, Dad Hack Slash
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: survival kit, a swim bag that's kind of waterproof so
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: it doesn't.
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: Get that smell going when you throw the swimsuit in there. Yep.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: And swim diapers. I didn't even know swim diapers existed, dude.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: Yeah. Man, that's a game changer. It's just like a
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: little sleeve too, Just so easy. Yep.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: And then you wash it if it gets some poopy
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: or some pea on it, and it's bing bang boom,
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: you're done. And I show up there all of busting.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: All of our interns are out ripping around. Want to
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: shout out Coop specifically, want to shout out Jared and McKenzie.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: Tons of people were lending a helping hand to Scarlet
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: as I was operating and ripping around. It was an
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: absolute blast, dude. It's fun to be able to do
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: those events but also bring my kid, yeah, and not
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: feel like there's pressure and there's some added stress to it.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: Dude.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I also, I really need to shout out Taylan Luwan
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: and Lindsay. Oh my gosh, were they so helpful with Scarlet?
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: And Taylan literally came up to me during the event
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: and said, go have fun, go hang out with the
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: g I'm like, I'm having fun. She was like, let
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: me hold Scarlet. You go get in the pool, go swim,
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: because it was before Jill had gotten there.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: Yeah, and dude, that just means so much, Like it takes.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: A parent to know how much that means to a
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: parent to be able to be like, let me, hey,
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: let me hold Scarlett. I want to hold Scarlet, right,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: I want to hold her. You go have fun, go
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: get go get a bod Li like, go get a
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: neutral you know, like that's awesome. So shout out thank
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: you Lindsay and Taylor for helping with Scarlett as well.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that, and into like u for new
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: parents when you routinely do those things because your first
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: few times. So if you're somebody who doesn't take your
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: kid out around a lot of stuff and then you
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: do for the first time, there is like that anxiety
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: that kicks into where the first moment of friction you
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: think like, okay, do we need to do we need
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: to think about getting out of here soon. Yeah, But
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: once it feels like routine, those friction moments that come up,
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: you just you just know in your mind like this
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: will be something to work through, It'll be all good.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: We need to get whether it's a bottle or a snack,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: or take her over here and sit in the shade,
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: or put.
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: It out for a nap.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: You just know how to operate a lot better and
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: a lot smoother when you are routinely getting out of
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: the house.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: Ye, all into things that you might otherwise think about.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Oh, let's not do this, because we have to have
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: the structure and the routine at the house that they
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: know of, Yes, that they know about.
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: And you're so right of like the progression of fatherhood
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: of things that start off as a mountain. After a
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: couple of times where it's a mountain, it turns into
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: a hill. After a couple of times as a hill,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: it's now just a hurdle. Yeah, it's easy and even
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: for the kid as well.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: Yes, because they're they're in a completely different world or
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: a completely different environment outside of structured routine. But sooner
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: or later they'll figure out like, Okay, we might be
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: out and about and I still do these things. I'm
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: making this up Like in their little baby brain or
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: in their little toddler brainth Yes, they get used to
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: being out and about.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: And having to operate on their own when you're out about.
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: Instead of swallowing my pride and being angry about forgetting
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: to bring the portable water heater, being like tailor Lindsey,
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: you all have a water heater, Hey, we don't, but
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: we can boil some water put in as Stanley and
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: then you can just put the bottle in that, right, Yeah, yes,
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: that would work perfectly, Thank you so much. And they
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: go and make it and Scarlett takes her whole bah
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: bah and it's like, yeah, before dude, that we would
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: have had a ten minute segment on that, Yeah, on
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: this podcast with me.
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: Yeah, you can't forget the blah blah blah. Are you're
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: gonna die? Yeah? But yeah, it was a good day.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: It was a matter of fact, I have an extra
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: crack of one. My wife hit me with like a
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: deeper thought because she went out doing a seashell hunting
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: with Rue ooh. At one window of time when we
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: were on the beach and she we were laying in
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: bed and she was talking to me and she was like,
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: I was thinking about something earlier, like when we were
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: going out in seashell hunting. Rue is fascinated by any
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: seashell that she sees, any of them, Whereas she's like,
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: I'm thinking in my head, I want to find like
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: the bigger, cooler ones and kind of show her, Oh,
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: look at this one, and about how us as adults,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: like how we've just we've created what our value system
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: is in our brains overtime as we've grown up and
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: getting to witness like the innocence and wonder that ru has.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: That it didn't matter the size of the shell whatsoever.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: It's just the fact that she found a seashell and
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: it was the coolest thing in the world, and it
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: just had her thinking about how overtime, how she's like
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: sitting there looking like I'm trying to find the bigger
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: and better one. But then I look at Rue and
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: see how much fun she's having. That's almost like that
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: that doesn't matter. Let's just find seashells.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: Even the broken, shattered ones are beautiful to her. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: because some of them can have a story.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: And she's like, I just think at Ruined, it's like
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: you you want your little one to have that innocence
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: and sense of wonder as long as they possibly can,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: And why you know, why teacher or put whatever I'm
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: thinking my head on her now, like, oh, that's not
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: a good one. You want to find these big ones
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: and in their mind, okay, the little the little shitty
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: ones there, they're of no value to her anymore. Yeah,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: she's not on the lookout for any of those. She's like, no,
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: I need to I need to be on her level.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: Just think anyone we find is like we've just cured cancer. Yes,
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: it's a beautiful mindset to of. Like how much a
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: high five means to Scottie. Yeah, we just taught Scarlett
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: high five, by the way, within the last few days
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: she's learned that.
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: And how fun is that? Crazy?
- 1:08:59Speaker 6: What?
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: How stoked I am getting over a high five? I
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: give y'all.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: We dap each other up five million times on a
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: workday and don't even think about it. And like the
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: little giggle and face that scott Zilla makes when she
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: gives you a real hard I find, Yeah, like that
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: means the world to them. It's dude, it's really cool
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: to be able to like look through the lens of
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: a child.
- 1:09:22Speaker 12: Yeah, I have a dad hack, the dad hack as well,
- 1:09:28Speaker 12: and we can rip through some of our and I
- 1:09:30Speaker 12: have do you have a crack a cole one, you want.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: To start with kracker cole one since we just did
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: cracker cale one. Since we're on it.
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: I have one here from Josh Harper via email six
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: and one the dad's at gmail dot com. Boys Josh
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: from Eureka writing in to talk about a dad win recently.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Our baby girl Tatum has been in the nick u
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: since she was born on May ninth, and things have
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: been have gone as good as they can to this
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: point as she is off any supplementary oxygen and now
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: in an open air crip. My krack of coal one
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: is that Wifey has been starting to breastfeed with her,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: but today I got to give her the first bottle feed.
- 1:10:07Speaker 9: Uh.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: She is already changing so much and it blows my mind.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: But wife and I are already or my wife and
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: I are ready to take on the trenches when she
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: can hopefully come home soon. Josh shout out, dude, crack.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: A call on, Josh, talk about that silver lining and
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: positive attitude.
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: Dude, just taking it all on.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: Yeah, and I'm glad everything has gone as smoothly as
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: possible because it's uh, there's a lot of fear, like
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: when they're like, oh, they have to go into the
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: nick you and you kind of go back and visit
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: them more. You're trying to do skin the skin, but
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: they have to be part of the routine of the
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: nick you and they can't go home yet because Rude
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: didn't get to go home for like five or six
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: days and around like around five days maybe, and.
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: Charle I'm sure sure, correct me if I'm wrong, but
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: it was.
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: Around rus and nick you for around a week because
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: she got the uh she swallowed the Yeah, yeah, like.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: The poop basically, yeah, like the poop beenner lungs. Yeah,
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: but you have a picture of is that this is
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: a different one. That's a different one. Yeah, this one,
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: I got one right here. Danny McGuire writes in says,
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: I'm Danny thirty four from Yorkshire, England, proudest dad with
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: a thirteen year old boy and an eight month old girl.
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: The age difference is crazy, but it's the best. As
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: the oldest got easy. We started from level zero again.
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: Trench warfare has resumed. Double crack a cold one for you,
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: Crack a couple, as it's come to be known.
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: In my house.
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: This past weekend, my thirteen year old was at his
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: presentation for winning his league in football, and we're talking
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: European football.
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: What does that mean soccer?
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: Gotch, you got you gotcha.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: They went unbeaten all season and won the league. And
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: also the league Cup. League Cup is kind of like
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: a World Series or Super Bowl for soccer, okay, and
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: then later taking on the hardware. Then later that evening,
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: my eighth month old fully looked at me dead in
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: the eyes and interacted with me for the first time.
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: That's a magical moment.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: We were doing the how big is Sophia and then
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: we would put our hands up and we'd say so big,
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: and she normally just looks at me with the blank expression,
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: but not this time. This time she looked at me
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: in my mind and she went, hell, yeah, dad's doing
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: his thing.
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: Let's roll.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: And as I asked how big she was, her arms
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: raised so high and she had the biggest smile on
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: her face.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: So I whisked up, whist her up and put her on.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: And put on our song choosing Texas by Ella Langley
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: and had a little dance all around the house.
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: What a weekend.
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: Keep up the good work, guys, PT six out Hairy
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: thirteen Sophia eight months.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: Let's go ain't nothing like the How big is Sophia?
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: Like for Scottie? How big is Scottie? And they just
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: have a massive smile on the face and they put
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: up their hands what au oh big? And they still
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: lay cup acy sun ay yeah man yeah man.
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: Soccer is a British slang term, so we took it
- 1:13:23Speaker 6: from them anyways, bastards.
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: This is from hollow one on Discord. We have a
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: Discord channel, Discord Discord.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: My three year old had his dancer sitle today and man,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: it was so awesome. Also he had all the girls
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: wanting to give him hugs. Players gotta play there. My
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: man is a little bow tie on Let's Go shout
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: out hollow one on Discord.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: Shankor cracking a cold one to a week at the
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: beach with my wife and three kids. Hope you other
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: Sikos are having a blessed Sunday. He even showed his
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: lollipop that he was holding up in the picture. Thank you, Shane,
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: Dad Axe, Dad Axe. I got one to here from
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: Hunting Kolby seven on YouTube. In the YouTube comments, don't
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: forget to leave comments, pt.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Fit dad hack Oh my five year old girl is
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: way more eager to brush her teeth. If I tell
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: her I'll do push ups for as long as she
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: brushes her teeth. It pushes both of us to go longer,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: because neither of us want to quit first. Dad always
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: graciously loses, of course.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: Wait, that's gene. That is bro getting in a ripping
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: a set and getting them to think like, oh, this
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: is a fun game. I brush my teeth.
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: I'm winning the kid. Yeah, I'm gonna go so long now,
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: which is what the parent wants. Yes, you're like, all right,
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: come on, brush?
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: Who wrote that? Hunting Kobe hunting Kolby? Dude? That is
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: a really really like that's a genius dad act.
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: Yeah, nice pt fit dad. Yeah, I have a dad
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: hack that This comes from Jack Rupy. Jack writes in
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: from Alito, Texas, Go Bearcats.
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: You put in parentheses for sure, Thank you. Jack.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: I'm a dad of two, a four year old daughter,
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: Remy and an almost two year old son.
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: Jack the Third aka Jack Jack.
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: The stories will tells are always relatable since our kids
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: are basically the same age. Y'all been taking talking a
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: lot lately about back time dad hacks with babies and toddlers.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: So I figure i'd share one. Jack Jack has turned
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: into an absolute psycho in the bath. He splashes a
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: non stop loves every second of it, and telling him
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: to stop is a complete waste of breath. Jack Jack
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: is the same age as Scott Zilla. His daughter remy
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: same age as Rue. Okay, I recently figured out a
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: perfect solution. I've got the dual layer shower curtains, close
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: both of them, and throw the decorative fancy curtain over
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: your back while you're sitting next to the tub. You
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: can still see your kid the whole time, but you're
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: not getting absolutely soaked from the splash zone. Hope this
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: helps any dad's out there dealing with crazy splashers. Also
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: wanted to give a shout out to my best friend
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: and best man, Steve, who's only a few weeks away
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: from welcoming his first baby. He's about to become a
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: girl dad and I'm pumped for him to officially join
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: the dad club. He also got me onto the pod,
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: so shout out to him for that as well. Keep
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: up the great workfellows.
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: Jack.
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: Ps, I've got my second daddy daughter dance on June tenth.
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: Wife has a college dancer. Wife was a college dancer,
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: so I need to execute. Wish me luck and good
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: luck to the rest of the daddy daughter dancers out there.
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: Steve Jack, but his boy Steve put him on the show.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Okay, shout out Jack and that Daddy Dodor dance is
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: happening as you're listening to the SODE today.
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, Yeah, where's Jack? Good luck?
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: I have one here from the PT six community, Josh Boyd.
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: The rehab center sign was walking outside of my gym
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: pop a Team six style and looked up.
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: Was like a sign from the heavens. Can't wait to
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: go home and explain to.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: The wife how four out of four doctors agree shockwave
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: is therapy.
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: Do you want me to be at my best?
- 1:17:27Speaker 7: Babe?
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: Go get your therapy boys, and please take out the
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: damn trash. Josh Boyd via email.
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: Now hold on here a little sign, little billboard the
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: rehab center, Chiropractors caring for health, come in for shockwave therapy.
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: Shockwave therapy, Hey, chef, make sure Yeah, let's get that image.
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: We'll connect after this set. I need the dts on
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: that play. What's that place called the rehab center?
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: Okay? Cool? Cool c N t R.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: E okay, chef, Okay, yeah, we need to I need
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: some more info on that, okay seven two four five

- 1:24:50Speaker 9: at work this morning. I get a call. I get
- 1:24:54Speaker 9: a call from the old lady.
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: No.
- 1:24:56Speaker 9: I answered, whatever, got the air pods in?
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: And uh?
- 1:25:01Speaker 9: She says, Hey, what are the plans this weekend? I said,
- 1:25:03Speaker 9: I don't know. I haven't made any and she scoffs
- 1:25:07Speaker 9: at me a little bit and I'm wondering why, you
- 1:25:10Speaker 9: know whatever, God conversation continues tells her what she's gonna
- 1:25:14Speaker 9: do for the day. All right, that's cool. I jump
- 1:25:16Speaker 9: off the phone with her. I'm like, what's the problem here, buddy.
- 1:25:23Speaker 9: I look at my calendar, Birthday Sunday, the old ladies.
- 1:25:28Speaker 12: Yeah, God knows what.
- 1:25:31Speaker 9: I'm gonna do. God knows what I'm gonna do, but
- 1:25:35Speaker 9: I'm gonna give him my best shot here. Hopefully I
- 1:25:38Speaker 9: can make it out of the mud by Sunday. That's
- 1:25:41Speaker 9: see what we can do.
- 1:25:43Speaker 8: All right, fellas, you have a great day.
- 1:25:45Speaker 3: Case, buddy, God speed.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: Man forgot his wife's birthday depending on when he called in,
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: Depending on when he called in.
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: That's an easy fix, dude.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: What was the conversation with his wife toward the scoff?
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: Happened because I couldn't hear? So what's the plan this weekend?
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I don't know what do you have any plans this weekend?
- 1:26:07Speaker 3: She scoffs. Oh, see he's got he's in the zone,
- 1:26:12Speaker 3: is what he's in. He's good.
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: Yeah, he's good, because now I think she could have
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: even taken it that way of Oh, he's going to
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: keep it a secret what we're doing this weekend. He's
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: got something that he's playing it like he doesn't know
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: it's my birthday.
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: You're good. Yeah, once you get.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: That realization, you never tell the significant other that you've forgotten.
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: But I love that he told us. Yeah, oh, tell
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: us anything you want, but just ride out the secret. Yeah.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: He honestly, he probably knows it now but didn't know
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: it then. He played it perfectly perfect.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: He's good. Emails. Emails, email emails, email, I got one
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: here from Joe Bridges. Oh, Joe, guys, Happy freaking birthday.
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: Boys.
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: Been a busy week and only gotten to listen to
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: bits and pieces of the show so far. Just with life,
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: listening to Will talk about thinking about those last times
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: man that hit an introduction. I'm older than most of
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: the BT sixers. I'm forty six. I've never been able
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: to experience everything about dadhood. I married my wife when
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: we were in our thirties. She had a three year
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: old son and her she had a three year old
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: son her and never.
- 1:27:36Speaker 3: I've never been able to experience it. Her and I
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: have never been able to experience pregnancy on our own.
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: There you go, so through her. I have a son
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: I see as my own.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: But you guys know, eight years ago one of my
- 1:27:49Speaker 1: wife's cousins was going through some stuff and we have
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: helped raise her daughter for the last eight years. She
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: calls us mom and dad, but knows that we aren't
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: mom and dad. A side note, the mom and her
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: new husband are kicking life and recovery At recovery.
- 1:28:03Speaker 3: The mom and her new husband are kicking life, kicking
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: life's ass and recovery and it's amazing.
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: Okay, kicking kicking life and recovery's ass, and it's amazing.
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: I've actually ordered him some strong dads raising strong daughters.
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: But for Father's Day.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: My son is now seventeen, and when I met him,
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: he was three. He was born with cystic fibrosis. The
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: first years of our lives were full of doctor's appointments, treatments,
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: and hospital stays. A new drug came out almost six
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: years ago, giving him almost new life.
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: Praise the man above. He is going into a senior
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: year while he has been the reason for almost all
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: my gray hair, and he's given me more, and he's
- 1:28:43Speaker 3: given me more.
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: What the f are you thinking? Moments than we want
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: to think about? These lasts are starting to hit so hard.
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: Next week on June ninth, that's actually today, as I
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: read this email, he goes for his senior pictures I'm
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: watching him grow up and just hope to set the
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: example he needs. My wife and I have been really
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: soaking in the last we almost we know almost every
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: moment we have with him are some of the last.
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: While we are watching the chapter close and new and
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: new ones open. There are a lot of hold back
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: to tears.
- 1:29:15Speaker 3: Moments now, and I know the next few months will
- 1:29:18Speaker 3: be full of them.
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: The eight year old girl, she is full of sass
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: in life. Me and her have a bond that my
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: wife tells me she's jealous of. These are those nights
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: and days, like Will said, when bedtime snuggles and bad
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: time she wants. In bad time, she wants my wife,
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: and man, it blows, but Will she is eight years old.
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: She still looks up to me and puts her arms
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: out and wants me to holding carrier. I have a
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: shoulder that two weeks ago I was told I needed
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: to replace. If I can push it to fifty, she
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: knows it hurts me. But boys, if those arms go out,
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: I'm going to hold her as long as she will
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: let me when she is out of our house. When
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: she is at our house, if she sneaks in her
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: I don't tell her no. But last night her and
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: I were going to gymnastics and I was just watching
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: and seeing how much he is growing. I know these
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: days won't be here many more years. Soak it all
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: in boys, being a lope. I was driving when Will
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: read that, and I left so hard I had to
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: pull over and wipe my tears.
- 1:30:15Speaker 3: Played hugs and kisses.
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: Boys, shut bro your face whenever you realize Penelope, oh Penelope,
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: Well you.
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: Did follow up?
- 1:30:26Speaker 6: So you guys are doing and they said, Penalope just
- 1:30:29Speaker 6: like cool as a cucumber. Bro, it's guys, I love you.
- 1:30:34Speaker 3: I know I love you when I say oh, ship
- 1:30:39Speaker 3: so focused on nailing it being a lope, and no
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: part of me wanted to put you through that either.
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: But it struck me like a lightning bolt when it
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: struck me, and I went, oh no, I got a
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: good one here from Alex Evans. Alex, you have some
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: big news to announced. So this is the segment where
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: Alex is going to play some really fun for his friends.

- 1:31:14Speaker 2: dedicated listeners since then. This podcast has been very influential
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: and helping him raise his nineteen month old son from
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: learning to embrace the suck good to being intentional and
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: enjoying all the small moments with his son. He says,

- 1:32:05Speaker 2: after quite a few shockwave rides. We are now twenty
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: weeks into this pregnancy and I've kept it completely secret
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: from them. We were going to surprise them upon arrival,
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: but I thought who better to tell them that we
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: are expecting our second child Thispooctober other than Sherm and
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: old Jocko Willie. They get into town on Friday, June twelfth,
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: which is also the day of our anatomy scan where
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: we are going to find out the gender. We're very
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: excited to grow our family of three to four. Will
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: any advice as we prepare for child number two? Did
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: you guys do anything special to celebrate just the three
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: of you before Scott's will arrived. My wife and I
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: are so thankful for all that you guys do for

- 1:33:21Speaker 1: just like take her out to lunch, like we would
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: just do things knowing that these are the last moments
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: we're gonna be just a family of three. Yeah, and
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: we're just like soaking in the moments, not like overplaying
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: it like all over there's gonna be four. You're gonna
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: kind of go down the totem pole a little bit, Yeah,
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: but just enjoying taking her out to lunch, taking her
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: out to eat, doing things to where char was very

- 1:33:49Speaker 2: and just stuff to where it's like it's just this pack,
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: this pack of three is now going to be four. Yeah,
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: and y'are celebrating together. Yeah, And there's a part there's
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: a part of them. I don't know about the wife,
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: maybe maybe the dad, But for me.
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: I'm like, when Scotty was coming, there's a part of
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: me that wondered, like, am I going to be able
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: to love number two as much as I love and
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: am obsessed with number one?
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: Dude? I spoiler alert, you absolutely can. Yes. And I
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: was also a guy before having kids.
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: I got listen to Dion Sanders have fun with it
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: but like ranking their children, and I saw like I'm
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: going to rank my children. And charl even asked me
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: not too long ago, like hey, I feel like you
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: really you really dig Scotty, like who's your favorite right now?
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: And I was like, honestly, I don't know, Like it
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: it's changes just all the time, just depending on who's
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: in the better mood, like who's more embracing dad because
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: Scotty and I have we have our own little thing
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: where she loves running the house. Whenever I get home,
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: she runs up to me.
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: She goes over. I've said the routine thing.
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: Where she's like shoes, shoes, put the shoes down, and
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: then she looks up at me and she's like ready
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: and ready means she wants to go play.
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: Ready, set go. Where she goes and like stands up
- 1:35:03Speaker 3: against the wall. We both stand up against the wall
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: and they're ready set go, and we just run to
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: the house. But you very much like going and have
- 1:35:13Speaker 3: a number two.
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: My thoughts going into number two was am I going
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: to be obsessed with number two the way I was
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: currently with number one?
- 1:35:20Speaker 3: Yeah? And you absolutely are, because.
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: You was just like I even had the same thought
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: with Rue coming in when we had just Waffle. Do
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: you know how Waffle's like slid down the totem pole.
- 1:35:32Speaker 3: Oh, she had the bomb.
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: But obviously they're like, you know, I got this cute
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: little English bulldog Waffle, and I beg, you know you're
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: gonna be dead as number one forever like this. You
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: know Ceruleine that comes in like I don't know her
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: like Waffle, I'm gonna love you for you're always going
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: to be number one, Yeah, Waffle immediately just down to
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: the bottom. Yeah, because you're it feels so corny to explain,
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: but your heart just like it just expands and you
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: find room for all that extra obsession and love to
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: come in happy, seamlessly with number two.
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: I'm excited for that because that's a that's a thought
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: that has hit me a lot.
- 1:36:06Speaker 3: Not that there's no two comment or anything like oh
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: are you announcing right now too? No no no, no, no,
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: no no no no, we got the graphic ready.
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:36:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that is a thought because scarlets your entire world.
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: Ru's entire world, and you're obsessed with them like the
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: first and everything else, and then when the second one comes,
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: you're gonna have this thought too as a parent of
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: you know, you're you're going through the second time, so
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: it's not hitting the same way like Rus first was
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: also my first, yes, also Charles first, all of our
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: first together. So it seemed like always these heightened moments
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: of how big is rude? This big and you're like,
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: oh my god, and to where you have to I
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: would have to remind myself that Scotty is experiencing all
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: of her first as well, and I need to have
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: that same level of excitement versus like knowing what it
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: already feels like, what already happens, because then I think,
- 1:36:55Speaker 1: this is how the second child gets created the whole.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: It's the second child, or it's the middle child seat
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: second child syndrome. Oh, the oldest is the favorite. I'm
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: like this, you can see how it takes place. It
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: happens because you've already hit your first reps with the oldest. Yeah,
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: and they're always hitting there. The first one is always
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: going to be hitting their first. You're always going to
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: be experiencing your first with their first altogether, and the
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: second one kind of observes that from afar, So you
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: got to come correct when they're going through all of
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: their big moments. Like we're getting Scottie in gymnastics for
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: the first time. Charles like, do we need to get
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: Scotty in gymnastics? Scotty's like we need to get her
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: in gymnastics. I'm ready for that, and I think it
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: hits like, yeah, we can.
- 1:37:33Speaker 3: Put her in gymnastics, or we don't need to. It
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: kind of doesn't matter.
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: It's like I catch myself in those thoughts being like, oh, absolutely,
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: like she needs to go have her experiences with going
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: to gymnastics the.
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: First time, and we you know, you act all excited
- 1:37:46Speaker 3: all the things that she does.
- 1:37:48Speaker 2: And just the little differences of what I saw from
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: your instagram of like ru is doing dances on the
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: beach with her mom. Yeah, she's running and skipping and
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: jumping in is like this little girl now and then
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: hard cut to Scott Zilla Onesie holding bucket and shovel
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: and standing over you like she's watching you in your
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: bed and you have some heavy wraps. God, and they
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: they are in two totally different.
- 1:38:22Speaker 3: Hey, that pick went hard? What song that I put
- 1:38:26Speaker 3: behind it? I forgot? It was so funny though, dude,
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: it all it was Hey U O E n O.
- 1:38:35Speaker 2: And all it was missing was the explicit music sticker
- 1:38:39Speaker 2: like at the bottom of the photo. Truly was just
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: standing there pig tails.
- 1:38:45Speaker 5: Just what.
- 1:38:48Speaker 3: We gotta get into the hole and it beat. Yeah,
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: we're taking the beat from the Nazis. We do have
- 1:38:58Speaker 3: to wrap? Yes, yes, I have a lesson? Did it Okay?
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: This one comes from Benjamin Franklin because we're coming up
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: on two hundred and fifty years.
- 1:39:12Speaker 3: Early.
- 1:39:13Speaker 2: This is a very famous one, and I understand it's
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: a very famous one, and everybody's probably heard this. Early
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy,
- 1:39:22Speaker 2: and wise.
- 1:39:23Speaker 3: And there are no truer words than when you have kiddos.
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: The days where I am going to bed late, waking
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: up late, it's like it's I am actively choosing to
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: kick myself in the balls to start my day, Like
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: I'm actively choosing to be like, Hey, you know what,
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: let's start today down twenty one points and see if
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: we come back and win.
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: Well said, amen, Let's just do it.
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: I'm even thinking this morning, slept in probably thirty minutes
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: later than I should in just thirty minutes makes you
- 1:39:56Speaker 1: feel like you're just a little bit behind.
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: Yes, I truly I got intoday like decent time, decent time.
- 1:40:05Speaker 3: But I really wanted to get in today like twenty
- 1:40:07Speaker 3: minutes earlier. And I was scrolling when I was pooping. Yeah,
- 1:40:12Speaker 3: I was scrolling when I.
- 1:40:13Speaker 2: Was pooping this morning, And just that little time right
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: there when I was scrolling, I could have easily been showering,
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: getting you know, getting my stuff on. Jill, and I
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: have really we're like now kind of waking up to
- 1:40:27Speaker 2: the same alarm, which is so weird for us, her
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: being a nurse and me having my schedule. Now she
- 1:40:33Speaker 2: is more of like a nine to five schedule, and
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: that's been huge too.
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: But just getting to.
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: Bed early, dude, like that in the game, broh, that's
- 1:40:43Speaker 1: the game, like, because we more on average get in
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: bed probably around eleven.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: Oh really.
- 1:40:52Speaker 1: Really yeah, because my alarm goes for it starts at
- 1:40:56Speaker 1: like five forty.
- 1:40:57Speaker 3: Yeah, but then I'll snooze a couple of times and
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: she doing that and I know, like when I am
- 1:41:02Speaker 3: working out and kind of rushing, yeah, to get everything
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: ready to go by probably like a seven fifteen, seven
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: to twenty mark. Yeah, dog, if I just go to
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: bed at a much better hour, wake up smooth at
- 1:41:15Speaker 3: five thirty instead of sitting there looking at the eleven
- 1:41:18Speaker 3: o'clock eleven thirty, tikes, like, okay, let me give myself
- 1:41:20Speaker 3: some cushion five forty five forty five, five fifty.
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: But I I'm being dead serious, like this isn't like, oh, Sherman,
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: Sherman's such a fan of Will in their best buddies,
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: blah blah blah. The fact that you go to bed
- 1:41:34Speaker 2: at eleven o'clock and you're getting up at five forty.
- 1:41:37Speaker 3: Good on you. Yeah, but it's awesome. I don't know
- 1:41:40Speaker 3: how you're doing that. I really don't because it's a
- 1:41:43Speaker 3: lot of it, a.
- 1:41:44Speaker 8: Lot of that.
- 1:41:45Speaker 6: I'm in bed normally, like on a on a correct night,
- 1:41:48Speaker 6: nine thirty ten and I'm up at five.
- 1:41:50Speaker 3: I'm laughing. That's beautiful. It's it's perfect.
- 1:41:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I like the eleven in there. I'm laughing because
- 1:41:56Speaker 6: do you guys remember that one week we were accountabill
- 1:41:58Speaker 6: of buddies.
- 1:41:59Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, life.
- 1:42:01Speaker 6: All I'm saying is maybe we need a little nighttime
- 1:42:04Speaker 6: account Yeah, well, are you in your pj's yet?
- 1:42:08Speaker 3: Just check it in? Yeah.
- 1:42:10Speaker 1: Man, there's all these little hay check in and there's
- 1:42:13Speaker 1: all these little iterations because your bedtime routine could take
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: about twenty minutes depending on what you do. Like I
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: like to brush the teeth, I like to do the
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: water flosser, I like to do there's no free shoutouts
- 1:42:23Speaker 1: to Wild Roman, so he'll bloom. Since sent me a
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: couple of care packages with their skincare routine. I like
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: they had a little skin care.
- 1:42:29Speaker 8: A little bit.
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: You look, but now I've been hitting it.
- 1:42:32Speaker 1: When I get done with bedtime, I'll just go right
- 1:42:34Speaker 1: to the bathroom and hit my full night time routine
- 1:42:36Speaker 1: because if I brush my teeth, I know I'm not
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: gonna snack in the pantry. Yeah, so try to cut
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: off my eating around seven seven thirty. So when I
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: get down from bedtime, hit my bedtime routine that way,
- 1:42:46Speaker 1: whatever show I watch, I'm already in my PJ. I'm
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: already in my shorts and T shirt. Yeah, dude, then
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: I just go take off the shirt and getting bad
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: because I've already hit everything. Yeah, but it's like just
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: setting yourself up for success like later in the day.
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: But dude, and the reason like I will still wake
- 1:43:01Speaker 1: up is because I know if I don't work out,
- 1:43:04Speaker 1: if I stay up late and I don't work out
- 1:43:06Speaker 1: and I'm trying to cram everything in and I don't
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: exercise and I sit all day, I do all this bullshit.
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: I just I get in like an internal cranky mood
- 1:43:15Speaker 1: with myself. Myself. Talk gets very violent towards myself, very violent.
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: I get mad because what's something you.
- 1:43:24Speaker 3: Say to yourself? If you don't by being asking, I like,
- 1:43:28Speaker 3: what do you say? Just like call myself a pussy
- 1:43:31Speaker 3: or any anytime, I'll call myself a fat puss, Like
- 1:43:34Speaker 3: you canna eat that piece of candie? I know you
- 1:43:38Speaker 3: are you a little fat fucking you say that to yourself? Yeah,
- 1:43:42Speaker 3: because I know like you.
- 1:43:45Speaker 1: You just know whenever I'm feeling impatient at home in
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: the back half of the day, whenever I'm trying to
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: find moments to fucking scroll instead of be present or engage,
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: I just know into like in my brain, I know
- 1:43:58Speaker 1: it's my doing. Like when I'm I'm being impatient, I'm like,
- 1:44:01Speaker 1: I know, it's because you didn't get your candy ass
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: up to work out in the morning.
- 1:44:05Speaker 3: Like that's it.
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: Why didn't you get up to work out in the morning,
- 1:44:07Speaker 1: because you stayed up until fucking midnight bingeing a show.
- 1:44:11Speaker 3: We're just fucking around. Yeah, I know what you mean.
- 1:44:15Speaker 2: I just love your self talk is very funny to me.
- 1:44:19Speaker 2: I have self talk too, but you self talking yourself
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: like a football coach makes me laugh. Yeah, Yeah, that's funny.
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: Get your fucking shit together, yeah, because we all know,
- 1:44:30Speaker 1: no one's coming. It's my favorite thing. Nobody's coming to
- 1:44:33Speaker 1: save you. It's my favorite fucking thing. Nobody's coming to
- 1:44:35Speaker 1: save you.
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: What are you doing? Your little piece of shit hate Willie.
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: And I'll just tell myself. Go ahead, jump up and
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: down in front of the mirror. See the little flub
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: on your side.
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: Fucking yeah, you're not where you want to be because
- 1:44:48Speaker 2: you're you haven't gotten so sick and tired of being
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: sick and tired yet, you haven't got to that point.
- 1:44:57Speaker 3: Hey, we'll take out the trash. Yeah, take out the
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: tan trash man. We'll subscribe. Be good to yourself.
