Ja’Bril Rawls is heating up the preseason spotlight after landing a Bednarik Award watch list nod — a major honor for Florida State’s standout defensive back. Despite a shortened 2023 season due to injury, Rawls delivered elite play as a starter, including a historic 11-tackle, interception performance vs. Virginia. His career stats already show promise: 58 tackles, 3 pass breakups, and a fumble recovery.
