Texas Judge Sentences Sex Trafficker to 30 Years | Texas News
A Texas federal judge has sentenced Andres Serrano Portillo, aka “Andro,” to 30 years in prison for luring a 16-year-old into sex trafficking, holding her captive, and subjecting her to repeated abuse. He’ll also face 10 years of supervised release and strict sex offender restrictions. Five co-conspirators have already been sentenced, and authorities credit a multi-agency task force for the takedown. Portillo is now awaiting transfer to federal prison to begin his sentence.
