- 0:01Speaker 1: The hold Arching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio HOD.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Aching the Killers.
- 0:07Speaker 3: There on the Hodarchy Big Show this Monday evening, Fellows,
- 0:11Speaker 3: Let's give out some advice.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Sixty nine.
- 0:19Speaker 4: At gmail dot com.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Get in touch with.
- 0:22Speaker 4: The Fellers sine at gmail dot com. It's a specific
- 0:28Speaker 4: segment we sit up where you can get in touch
- 0:30Speaker 4: to anonymous and you can ask questions, get advice, and
- 0:33Speaker 4: if we read it on the show, you get fifty
- 0:34Speaker 4: bucks with a reburger. Yeah, it's good stuff, Keezy, which
- 0:37Speaker 4: is lovely. This one here is from anonymous Fellers. Good Hey, guys,
- 0:42Speaker 4: could you please give me some advice. I've just moved
- 0:45Speaker 4: from the beautiful quiet suburbs of Nelson to Auckland for work.
- 0:49Speaker 4: I'm now living in an apartment in the CBD. My
- 0:52Speaker 4: partner and I have moved up with our dog and
- 0:55Speaker 4: our two cats are being brought up in a couple
- 0:56Speaker 4: of weeks time. The cats will have to be purely
- 1:00Speaker 4: inside cats and in all likelihood they're going to hate it.
- 1:03Speaker 4: Any tips for animals in a CBD apartment, Litter trays,
- 1:06Speaker 4: how to keep them entertained, toys et cetera. Do I
- 1:09Speaker 4: have to go and fetch them native birds now that
- 1:11Speaker 4: they can't bring them inside themselves? Cheers Anonymous.
- 1:15Speaker 3: It's a real dilemma, isn't it, Because of course Jizz
- 1:19Speaker 3: is in that situation my cat, because we used to
- 1:22Speaker 3: live out west. We had a massive backyard. It was
- 1:24Speaker 3: a great hunting ground for her. She's been bored shitless
- 1:27Speaker 3: ever since since she's given up.
- 1:29Speaker 5: Well, it's an interesting one, isn't it, because you're sort
- 1:31Speaker 5: of you're torn between your love for your pet, your cat,
- 1:37Speaker 5: and doing what's right for them. And obviously, doing what's
- 1:39Speaker 5: right for a cat is not having them locked up
- 1:41Speaker 5: inside a prison essentially for the rest of their lives.
- 1:44Speaker 5: That's like a punishment, yes, But selfishly, people always choose
- 1:48Speaker 5: their own happiness over the of their pets, and so
- 1:50Speaker 5: in this case, you're going to have a couple of
- 1:51Speaker 5: cats locked inside an apartment for another ten years or so.
- 1:54Speaker 5: They'll be absolutely miserable, but your feelings will be protected
- 1:57Speaker 5: because you need to pat them now and again, yeah, absolute,
- 2:02Speaker 5: So do you.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Think that the cat would prefer to be put down
- 2:04Speaker 4: and kept in a nice warmer party.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Tricks that they can't know? It's coming keezy.
- 2:09Speaker 6: They Yeah, that's true.
- 2:11Speaker 5: You've got to have one person distracting them over here,
- 2:15Speaker 5: and they tend to get a bees they can.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Because they I mean, jez is only a little little bugger. Yeah,
- 2:27Speaker 3: but you know she's we looked at some photos about
- 2:30Speaker 3: from when about six months ago, she's put on a.
- 2:33Speaker 6: Bit of weight.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Well, there's no exercise, that's at all.
- 2:37Speaker 6: I feel terrible about it.
- 2:39Speaker 4: And what are you feeding you though? You you know.
- 2:41Speaker 3: You lamb chops leftover spag bowl. She's she like me,
- 2:48Speaker 3: like likes the chip keys.
- 2:50Speaker 5: They love especially loves it. Yes, ice cream, lots and
- 2:55Speaker 5: lots of ice cream.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeh. I because that's the other thing.
- 2:58Speaker 4: You feel bad.
- 2:58Speaker 5: Because you're punishing them essentially, right, You got them locked up,
- 3:02Speaker 5: so you start feeding. The feed becomes the way that
- 3:04Speaker 5: food becomes the way that you show your love. Yes,
- 3:06Speaker 5: And then of course they become obese, and there's all
- 3:09Speaker 5: sorts of diseases and things. It's a it's a terrible cycle.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yeah, so a piece of work to sort of move
- 3:18Speaker 3: up to the CBD with two cats and a dog.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I mean. So this person's reached
- 3:24Speaker 4: out for advice and we're just going to give them
- 3:25Speaker 4: a spray on the radio.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Well as we should animal lovers on this show we
- 3:30Speaker 3: are there's a a sgrace.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Didn't you just make a shotgun noise in his mouth
- 3:33Speaker 4: just before?
- 3:34Speaker 6: What are you doing about that? Oh? Was it not?
- 3:36Speaker 2: No? No teeth?
- 3:38Speaker 4: Oh okay, sorry, magie. Look, I hope that helps. And
- 3:43Speaker 4: if anyone else out there needs advice, meet Petty Nips
- 3:46Speaker 4: sixty nine at gmail dot com get in touch, good
- 3:48Speaker 4: stuff mate.
- 3:49Speaker 1: The Whoiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Ho John Petty on The Hidukey Big Show Tuesday evening
- 3:55Speaker 4: with Keezy and Pugs. Hey, keasy men. I've got a
- 3:59Speaker 4: bit of a dilemma.
- 4:00Speaker 7: It's not a major, but I thought I would bring
- 4:01Speaker 7: it up with you as it's quite fresh.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Okay, it's sort of happening live as we speak. Firstly,
- 4:06Speaker 4: can I say thanks for coming to me about this.
- 4:08Speaker 4: You can come to me. I want you to know
- 4:09Speaker 4: you can come to me with anything.
- 4:10Speaker 7: I'm always coming to you, man, you are all the time.
- 4:13Speaker 4: But just keep doing it. Yeah, yeah, because it's entertaining.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Thanks, brother.
- 4:17Speaker 4: What's the latter still, Emma?
- 4:18Speaker 8: Man?
- 4:18Speaker 4: Okay, So catching up?
- 4:20Speaker 7: I think I said it earlier catching up with me
- 4:21Speaker 7: good mate for a biv Yes, and hopefully some Asian
- 4:25Speaker 7: eats some cheap food around the city. That's sort of
- 4:28Speaker 7: the criteria that we've gone for that we're pre selected.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Okay, and this mate, how far back we go and
- 4:33Speaker 4: how how long you known him?
- 4:34Speaker 7: About a decade? Okay, him at Universe Universally my best
- 4:38Speaker 7: mate from though that I met in those days.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Yeah, no, so he's not your best mate. I noticed
- 4:42Speaker 4: how you had to add a little specific disclaimer.
- 4:44Speaker 7: I think I just think there's a difference between you know,
- 4:46Speaker 7: your your original best mate that you have from way
- 4:49Speaker 7: back way, the UNI best mate, and then you have
- 4:51Speaker 7: the best mate that you meet at UNI.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Yeah right, Because life, whenever I'm asked who my best
- 4:57Speaker 4: mate is, it's always the same person. Yeah right, and
- 5:00Speaker 4: it's my wife. But then I also but all the man,
- 5:06Speaker 4: I feel like that my actual best mate lives down
- 5:10Speaker 4: in christ he's my best mate. And then if I
- 5:14Speaker 4: had a mate from UNI who I'm very con I
- 5:15Speaker 4: wouldn't say they were my best UNI mat. I just
- 5:17Speaker 4: say it's my mate from UNI.
- 5:18Speaker 7: I really love calling people my best mates, and I
- 5:20Speaker 7: think it's not to put anybody in a ranking system
- 5:23Speaker 7: or anything like that. It's more just like, yeah, like
- 5:25Speaker 7: you are one of the people that I consider my
- 5:27Speaker 7: closest friends.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just best in itself. There's usually one third
- 5:31Speaker 4: like this is the necessarily this is the very best pie.
- 5:34Speaker 4: The Pie Awards, Oh what, there's four others that kind
- 5:36Speaker 4: of takes away from that. That's how I feel about
- 5:38Speaker 4: the pie wall, the supreme, all the bit the supreme
- 5:40Speaker 4: would eyes man, Yeah, that's true. Pies are the bad exactly. Anyway,
- 5:43Speaker 4: we're so deep in the weeds we don't actually have
- 5:45Speaker 4: time for it now. Posts what, No, I'm joking.
- 5:47Speaker 7: Go basically, it's really we live in the same city,
- 5:51Speaker 7: but he's just sort of ways up north, and it's
- 5:53Speaker 7: quite hard for us to catch up, you know, different
- 5:55Speaker 7: social calendars things like that. You're going to make the
- 5:57Speaker 7: dates work and blah blah blah. So tonight tonight we
- 5:59Speaker 7: kept up. Now when we were messaging and we were talking,
- 6:03Speaker 7: you know, as though it was just you know, the
- 6:04Speaker 7: feelers going for.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Some kai, a couple of lads going for a feed,
- 6:08Speaker 4: a couple of.
- 6:08Speaker 7: Lads, maybe a beer, and we can really get into it,
- 6:10Speaker 7: you know, but literally, just now he's message. So I'm
- 6:14Speaker 7: meeting him after the show right just now, and he said,
- 6:18Speaker 7: are we bringing? Are we good to bring partners?
- 6:21Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 6:21Speaker 4: Right, So your partner's not coming. My partner was never coming.
- 6:24Speaker 7: She's made you just sort of looked away from the
- 6:31Speaker 7: carry on anyway. I've lost my train of thought. Now,
- 6:36Speaker 7: Oh no, she was never she was joining us. She's
- 6:40Speaker 7: made other plans because she knew that I was making
- 6:42Speaker 7: plans with because it's the lads dinner, that's right. So
- 6:45Speaker 7: I'm sort of I don't know, I don't really know,
- 6:48Speaker 7: like I what did you say? But also friends with
- 6:51Speaker 7: was partner and we go way back and we met
- 6:53Speaker 7: at the same time at UNI.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Everyone relates to this. Girls can relate to this.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Boys.
- 6:57Speaker 4: What did you say back to him?
- 6:58Speaker 7: So I responded to him and I said, he said
- 7:02Speaker 7: bringing the partners to right, And I said, oh, I'm
- 7:04Speaker 7: not bringing my partner, but always welcome.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Okay, So because she is, no, but you don't want
- 7:12Speaker 4: that to be the scenario. It's not because you don't
- 7:13Speaker 4: like it. It's because it's a lad's No, it's what
- 7:15Speaker 4: you were ready for. It's not that I wouldn't like it.
- 7:17Speaker 7: It's more just not what I expected or head in
- 7:19Speaker 7: my head or kind of planned.
- 7:21Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, yeah, so that was me. I would
- 7:23Speaker 4: have just said, I'm not bringing my partner full stop, right, Yeah,
- 7:28Speaker 4: it's heading that extra bit.
- 7:29Speaker 7: Well, this is the thing though, like in my head,
- 7:31Speaker 7: I am I would love to see her as well,
- 7:34Speaker 7: you know, I'd love to catch up with her. It's
- 7:36Speaker 7: just not really what I think we I think the
- 7:39Speaker 7: consensus is we both thought the same thing when we
- 7:41Speaker 7: made the plans, and now she's here.
- 7:43Speaker 4: What's the change? I reckon, She's gone, oh, what are
- 7:45Speaker 4: you doing tonight? He's like, I'm catching up with the posts.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Oh I don't know that. So now he's like, because
- 7:49Speaker 4: he's obviously left it last minute, he's gone, ah, I'll
- 7:52Speaker 4: see if you can come. I guess maybe it's just
- 7:55Speaker 4: a bit of a slack thing from him. So well,
- 7:57Speaker 4: what I do balls and has got I'd say, no,
- 7:59Speaker 4: my partner isn't coming full stop. Yeah, obviously he knows
- 8:03Speaker 4: she's always welcome or whatever. You don't need to say that.
- 8:05Speaker 4: But what he's going to take from that is cool,
- 8:07Speaker 4: she's now coming, so it's the three of you are
- 8:09Speaker 4: going right.
- 8:09Speaker 7: Also, that's fine, It's fine, he laugh reacted my message
- 8:13Speaker 7: where I said I'm not bringing my partner but always welcome.
- 8:15Speaker 4: He laughed, reacted that what the hell does that mean?
- 8:17Speaker 4: What is he on about? I don't know, man. You
- 8:19Speaker 4: guys just need to stop being around the bush and
- 8:20Speaker 4: just hook up.
- 8:21Speaker 8: Huh oh kid a mass hold mock. If you want
- 8:27Speaker 8: the chance to win all out on here competitions and
- 8:30Speaker 8: stuff and get amongst the live conversation, tune into the
- 8:35Speaker 8: Hodarchy Big Show four to seven week days on Radio
- 8:39Speaker 8: Hidarchy and I heard Radio.
- 8:42Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy. Tune
- 8:45Speaker 1: in week days at four on radio.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Can be big there on the Hodarchy Big Show this
- 8:50Speaker 3: Tuesday evening. The time is six thirty seven. And fellas,
- 8:54Speaker 3: something very curious is happening to Hoidy j And I'm
- 8:58Speaker 3: slightly baffled by it.
- 9:00Speaker 6: Out.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I know it's hard to believe, but every now and
- 9:02Speaker 3: then I battle with my weight. And when I say that,
- 9:08Speaker 3: I tend to get very busy heavy.
- 9:10Speaker 6: You do, uh?
- 9:12Speaker 3: And I run a heavy breast, kisy, very a very
- 9:16Speaker 3: heavy breast, but that curiously, I mean I'm running a
- 9:20Speaker 3: pretty hairy, heavy breast.
- 9:22Speaker 6: At the moment.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Breast I'm quite hereless. Actually, I don't have a lot
- 9:27Speaker 3: of hero on my chest.
- 9:28Speaker 4: Have you tried not wearing that corset just on my
- 9:32Speaker 4: just around my nipples, I get a nest cluster.
- 9:37Speaker 6: But anyway, so that's all. That's all gee.
- 9:40Speaker 3: And but something's happening to me which has never happened
- 9:43Speaker 3: to me before, and that is something's changing in my
- 9:46Speaker 3: lower half now. I think it's pretty well known that
- 9:51Speaker 3: old hoodie J doesn't have the most formidable pins, skinny
- 9:59Speaker 3: little bar stars and white as not much here on.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Those because you don't let them see the light of day.
- 10:07Speaker 6: I know I don't wear shorts.
- 10:10Speaker 3: But a curious thing has happened in the last sort
- 10:12Speaker 3: of and it's a serious three weeks where all of
- 10:16Speaker 3: my jeans are suddenly too tight. Right, that has never
- 10:20Speaker 3: happened to me before. And what's as a product of that.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Every day when I'm walking around the CBD, my fly
- 10:29Speaker 3: is gaping.
- 10:31Speaker 6: It's because my cheek, because you can't do it up.
- 10:34Speaker 3: My jeans are so tight that my fly just keeps
- 10:37Speaker 3: pulling open all the time.
- 10:40Speaker 6: Don't give me that look, Bogie.
- 10:42Speaker 3: I'm not trying to talk about the fact that I've
- 10:44Speaker 3: got a massive downstears.
- 10:46Speaker 4: All that you've started flashing at the CBD. That's more
- 10:49Speaker 4: where I was going with.
- 10:50Speaker 3: It, and I'm constantly walking along At the moment, I
- 10:52Speaker 3: got the bloody zips down again and it's just pulling
- 10:55Speaker 3: apart because my jeans are so tight I've got I'm
- 10:59Speaker 3: confused because I'm thinking, now, am I putting on weight
- 11:02Speaker 3: my lower half?
- 11:03Speaker 6: Here?
- 11:03Speaker 3: Am I putting on a winter pelt as a pug
- 11:07Speaker 3: sound called.
- 11:07Speaker 6: It in my lower half? Or is it because.
- 11:11Speaker 3: I'm covering thousands of kiss that actually my legs are
- 11:20Speaker 3: building up map forming a massive cluster of muscle.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Sure, how do you think muscles built out of it?
- 11:28Speaker 3: Chase just through you know, exercise and power and hot pop, yeah,
- 11:35Speaker 3: and protein.
- 11:36Speaker 4: You only do two of those four things, which is
- 11:38Speaker 4: the exercise and hot pot.
- 11:40Speaker 6: But I've never had that before.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Because these ses that I'm wearing now, right when I
- 11:43Speaker 3: first bought them, they were very comfortable.
- 11:45Speaker 6: Now they are like my booty is popping.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Your booty is popping, Jason, I'm carrying some keysy junk
- 11:52Speaker 3: in the back there, you know what I'm saying.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Caked up at the moment, and you've got a heavy
- 11:56Speaker 4: brist and have you thought, I don't know what the
- 12:01Speaker 4: explanation is. Have you thought about not wearing the skinniest
- 12:05Speaker 4: jeans on the market.
- 12:06Speaker 6: This is the thing.
- 12:07Speaker 3: I've got skinny jeans. I haven't worn them for over
- 12:09Speaker 3: a year because.
- 12:10Speaker 4: You know those you're wearing a skinny jeans.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Well, they're not really, they're just normal, geen, My skinny
- 12:15Speaker 3: jeans are really they're.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Sort of like leggings. I know what you mean.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Yes, just wear straight cut jeans.
- 12:20Speaker 5: Yeah, but regardless, these are the ones that have fit you,
- 12:22Speaker 5: and they've not been an issue, and now they are
- 12:25Speaker 5: an issue.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Now they are.
- 12:26Speaker 5: The pressure is either coming from down below. I don't
- 12:28Speaker 5: think you've gained muscle from walking. I don't think that's
- 12:31Speaker 5: ever happened before. So I think there's probably some pressure
- 12:35Speaker 5: coming from app and the pressure is coming downward. So
- 12:38Speaker 5: I think you've got to you probably, I don't know.
- 12:40Speaker 5: All I know is you've started wearing a big baggy
- 12:43Speaker 5: jersey the week you've changed your uniform, and maybe there's
- 12:45Speaker 5: a big paunch underneath. There a gap that is pressing
- 12:49Speaker 5: down on the on the belt, on the waist of
- 12:52Speaker 5: the jeans and applying pressure of that top. But and
- 12:54Speaker 5: it in there for also the fly underneath actually, which
- 12:59Speaker 5: is forcing it downward.
- 13:00Speaker 4: And the other thing I've noticed about you is you
- 13:01Speaker 4: at that age now you start just putting your gut
- 13:04Speaker 4: into your waistband.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Yeah, where a decision needs to be made.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Does the belt does the ways go underneath it or
- 13:10Speaker 5: do you put it up over the top so it
- 13:12Speaker 5: still sits close to the belly batom, which it always
- 13:14Speaker 5: used to do, But now it's a bit I'm having.
- 13:19Speaker 6: To pull it over the gut. I'm up rumming, Neples.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Well, that's the same. So just to clarify, you've got
- 13:23Speaker 4: your pants over your gut, You've got a fat ass,
- 13:26Speaker 4: and you've you've you're busied up as well.
- 13:28Speaker 6: Yeah, and I'm hung like a horse.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Wow.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Just the first three.
- 13:33Speaker 1: The whole aking Big Show with Mike and Key. Tune
- 13:36Speaker 1: in week days at four on Radio Hod.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Aching Jesus tell you what man, Old Cold Chisel. I mean,
- 13:46Speaker 3: it's one of those bands, you know, they just it
- 13:49Speaker 3: takes me back.
- 13:50Speaker 4: I guess I'm trying to take it back to nineteen
- 13:52Speaker 4: eighty with.
- 13:54Speaker 6: I mean, they're obviously.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Not back that far keasy for me, but yeah, but
- 13:58Speaker 3: I mean it's just the sort of song you're reminisced
- 14:01Speaker 3: to Choir Girl.
- 14:03Speaker 4: The lead single off their third studio album East Interesting,
- 14:06Speaker 4: isn't the songs that pop up in the goat count
- 14:08Speaker 4: don't really?
- 14:09Speaker 5: Because you think to yourself, Man, I can't imagine anybody
- 14:11Speaker 5: sitting in a computer, sitting down and voting for that.
- 14:14Speaker 5: But this is the thing, you know, because we're talking
- 14:17Speaker 5: earlier on Review Mirror was down at about seven hundred.
- 14:21Speaker 4: More people voted for Cold Chisel Choir Girl, yes, than
- 14:24Speaker 4: Review Mirror.
- 14:25Speaker 2: But this is the thing. A lot of people their
- 14:27Speaker 2: heyday was Choir Girl. You know they're standing round a pub.
- 14:30Speaker 5: You got your Stubby's on your single, it your jandles
- 14:33Speaker 5: on and you're just belting it out.
- 14:35Speaker 4: I don't mind even like a rap fellas. Yeah, what's
- 14:43Speaker 4: on the news with me? Kazy so old Mogi, that's me.
- 14:52Speaker 4: He was going on before about how he's worried about
- 14:54Speaker 4: his brain and perhaps like he's you're starting to lose
- 14:57Speaker 4: short term memory.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Without a word of a lie, I forgot what.
- 14:59Speaker 5: We're doing, break, But it's not unusual for us actually
- 15:03Speaker 5: to be fear, is it?
- 15:03Speaker 2: Jase?
- 15:04Speaker 6: And also you go not for you.
- 15:05Speaker 4: You got lost in the barnzy there, but you were
- 15:11Speaker 4: saying that, you know, you worry about your short term
- 15:13Speaker 4: memory due I found an article here which is going
- 15:17Speaker 4: to solve everything.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Okay, thank god.
- 15:19Speaker 4: It's basically a list of things that aids your brain
- 15:22Speaker 4: and things you can do to combat that. The number
- 15:24Speaker 4: one thing is too much screen time. And so the
- 15:28Speaker 4: number one thing is you're not deare fae. The number
- 15:30Speaker 4: one thing is too much screen time. But it's not
- 15:32Speaker 4: just watching a screen, right, it's watching stuff that your
- 15:36Speaker 4: brain doesn't have to do any work. So if you're
- 15:38Speaker 4: watching the documentary, if you're, for example, playing a video
- 15:42Speaker 4: game that could be quite tough, your brain is actually
- 15:44Speaker 4: functioning to solve the problems during that's the video game
- 15:51Speaker 4: sound effects. So if you're doing that, it's good. But
- 15:54Speaker 4: if you're just watching something like.
- 15:56Speaker 6: You know, just sense And I'm going to be honest.
- 16:01Speaker 3: I find myself when I'm on the phone being enraged
- 16:04Speaker 3: with myself sometimes or watching reels, yeah, and I'm like,
- 16:08Speaker 3: what am I doing? This is insane.
- 16:12Speaker 5: What's quite funny I find is if you commentate what
- 16:15Speaker 5: you're doing, commentate what the video is about and the
- 16:18Speaker 5: site you're watching.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Some idiot on the other side of the world. Do what. Yeah,
- 16:22Speaker 2: it's very odd.
- 16:22Speaker 6: Yeah, it's madness, it is.
- 16:25Speaker 4: The fix is to just work in things like documentaries
- 16:29Speaker 4: and things that make your brain consider and actually think,
- 16:33Speaker 4: question and solve problems and things like that.
- 16:36Speaker 6: Right, okay, good, good.
- 16:37Speaker 4: The next thing and this is for you, j Sitting
- 16:39Speaker 4: too much, mate.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Jason's never sat down in his life.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Sitting is the new smoking, it says here. So it's
- 16:52Speaker 4: basically the ill effects of prolonged and activity and activity
- 16:56Speaker 4: on the blood vessels.
- 17:00Speaker 2: An activity. What are we doing here?
- 17:02Speaker 6: Well, that's something that I don't suffer from. Keysy.
- 17:06Speaker 3: I find it very difficult to sit still for more
- 17:08Speaker 3: than a couple of minutes.
- 17:09Speaker 2: It's a sedentary lifestyle.
- 17:12Speaker 3: To avoid screens, sitting on your big cabes.
- 17:16Speaker 4: Which is fine, but just not all day, not all
- 17:19Speaker 4: date what you like? Retire, right, Jason? You sort of
- 17:23Speaker 4: do this. You sort of sit at home all day
- 17:24Speaker 4: watching sort of the window watching Samsung TV. Like, just
- 17:29Speaker 4: get up every now and then smoking or vapor.
- 17:37Speaker 2: What does it say though?
- 17:39Speaker 4: It says it's bad and just to wean yourself off
- 17:42Speaker 4: of all nicotine products entirely if you can.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Okay, you can't win them all.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Yeah, they can get stuffed on that.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Probably the same for this one too, Jason, too much perving. No,
- 17:55Speaker 4: I just added that one. And there's a little joke.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Too much sugar or sweetness?
- 17:59Speaker 2: All right there, Jason's on that. Well, you know, you
- 18:04Speaker 2: think about all the things that you're scoff.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I could probably skip the sugar and
- 18:11Speaker 3: the coffee.
- 18:12Speaker 5: But you can have your You're nearly forty minutes time
- 18:15Speaker 5: to get rid of the sugar in the coffee.
- 18:16Speaker 6: Come on, yeah, and but you know I don't. Oh yeah, no,
- 18:20Speaker 6: there's my peanut butter milkshakes.
- 18:22Speaker 4: How about this? Small changes can help, such as adding
- 18:25Speaker 4: fruit instead of sugar.
- 18:26Speaker 6: You see, just that just gets deep inside my goal.
- 18:30Speaker 4: We're having fruit.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Yeah, fruit, it's like saying to your kids. It's it's
- 18:37Speaker 3: like saying to your kids when they're hungry, well, go.
- 18:39Speaker 4: And look at the fruit bowl. The fruit water and
- 18:42Speaker 4: the tan curiates me. The last one is not being
- 18:45Speaker 4: socially engaged.
- 18:49Speaker 6: I'm engaged socially at all.
- 18:52Speaker 4: That's a bad thing.
- 18:53Speaker 5: Oh yeah, but so a lot of it's just aging,
- 18:56Speaker 5: isn't There's nothing you can do with it?
- 18:58Speaker 2: Well, that's right. Erin there's nothing you can do.
- 19:02Speaker 6: You can do this totally.
- 19:03Speaker 3: It's like you know, as you get older, these are
- 19:06Speaker 3: the things you love to do. Sit on your ass,
- 19:10Speaker 3: don't engage with anyone, have a dirry, watch a bit
- 19:14Speaker 3: of screen stuff and just go.
- 19:17Speaker 6: This is all geem good stuff.
- 19:19Speaker 4: Thanks no wise fellas. So it's gonna be okay.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The hold Chy Big Show with Jas, Mike and Kezy
