Speaker 3: gonna get back on the apostle. Paul and his missionary journey,

Speaker 3: the church that was at Antioch, there was a certain prophetess,

Speaker 3: in teachers. There were certain prophets and teachers. Excuse me

Speaker 3: through the years say that they want their church to

Speaker 3: look like the first century church. I think they may

Speaker 3: be referring to this church not taking anything away from

Speaker 3: the church in Judea, because that's our mother church, right,

Speaker 3: that's the church that birthed all the other churches. But

Speaker 3: look at Antioch was a powerhouse. It was diversed, kind

Speaker 3: of like if you think of the United States of America,

Speaker 3: how we if we are true to our values and

Speaker 3: ideas in this country, this is a powerful nation. And

Speaker 3: if we truly unite, and we are so diversed in

Speaker 3: all the backgrounds. I mean, this is a picture of

Speaker 3: heaven and heaven every tongue, every nation, and every tribe

Speaker 3: will be represented. And this is God's heart. God's heart

Speaker 3: is not division. So let's take a look at unity

Speaker 3: and how it truly looks if we strive for this. Amen. Now,

Speaker 3: even though it was very diversed, there is only one spirit. Hallelujah.

Speaker 3: Now this verse is powerful, So let's break it down

Speaker 3: a little slower. Look at the leadership team. You got Barnabas,

Speaker 3: of us need it, especially leaders. Encourage your leader, encourage

Speaker 3: a former persecutor. These were the leaders in Antioch. This

Speaker 3: is what the church is supposed to look like. God

Speaker 3: be cookie cutters and just look like each other. He

Speaker 3: As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy

Speaker 3: the work to which I have called them. Hallelujah. Now,

Speaker 3: they weren't asking God for direction at this point. What

Speaker 3: they were doing was ministering to the Lord. Now that's

Speaker 3: an idea. It's almost like a game changer right here.

Speaker 3: When a lot of us endeavored to go into ministry,

Speaker 3: we think of, Okay, I want to start a church

Speaker 3: pastor of church. I want a huge church building. I

Speaker 3: want a huge church following. I want a lot of

Speaker 3: people in the church. I want the church to be

Speaker 3: able to sustain us financially. Do some things, make some

Speaker 3: financial moves. You want to be on TV and online podcasts,

Speaker 3: a lot of things you want to do, you know,

Speaker 3: even myself. And I'm not saying that these desires are bad.

Speaker 3: Of course, if I could reach everyone in this country,

Speaker 3: if I had a platform to do so, yes I

Speaker 3: would strive to do that. But look at how their

Speaker 3: attitude was, their ministry was to the Lord. They were

Speaker 3: fasting and praying. Have you ever really considered yourself ministering

Speaker 3: to the Lord. The root word ministry is servant. So

Speaker 3: there's a service that we are supposed to offer to

Speaker 3: the Lord before we can offer it to anyone else.

Speaker 3: If you become a good servant of the Lord, then

Speaker 3: you will be able to serve others. And look at

Speaker 3: some of their activities. They were fasting. Fasting is powerful

Speaker 3: and fasting is important, and that is one of the

Speaker 3: ways that we minister directly to the Lord. Worshiping, right,

Speaker 3: we need to be worshiping. Do you have times or

Speaker 3: you just get alone in your devotional time and just

Speaker 3: sing songs to the Lord. Sing worship songs. Aymen, just

Speaker 3: sing out to the Lord. Just get alone with him.

Speaker 3: These are things we could do to serve the Lord.

Speaker 3: Then direction came while they were serving, not while they
12:49
Speaker 3: were idle. They weren't sitting around watching Netflix talking about

Speaker 3: you know, what is the purpose for my life? Right?

Speaker 3: Got to reveal your plan to me. No, they were

Speaker 3: actively serving the Lord. Now this is huge. The Holy

Speaker 3: Spirit didn't speak during a business meeting, you know, they

Speaker 3: were not on zoom and he didn't speak during a

Speaker 3: debate or they were trying to argue about you know

Speaker 3: what was next? What should well, what are our next

Speaker 3: moves in the church? Right? He spoke during the worshiping

Speaker 3: and fasting, and noticed, guy says, the work which I

Speaker 3: have called him, the calling existed before they were sent out. Hey, man,

Speaker 3: a lot of us know that God wants to do

Speaker 3: great things in our lives. We got to get in alignment,

Speaker 3: We got to get in position. Your calling has already

Speaker 3: been established before the think about this, before God even

Speaker 3: created the heavens and the earth, before the foundation of

Speaker 3: the world, God called you. God called us to this work. Amen.

Speaker 3: We need to be diligent, We need to be fasting

Speaker 3: and praying. These are the major things. It didn't say

Speaker 3: Bible study, even though Bible study is important. They didn't

Speaker 3: say why they were preaching. They didn't say why they

Speaker 3: were doing events. Right, they were outreaching. It says they

Speaker 3: were worshiping and fasting, and they got that revelation. Amen.

Speaker 3: Now in verse three. Then having fasted and prayed and

Speaker 3: laid hands on them, they sent them out. Amen. So

Speaker 3: the church couldn't give barnabas and saw their calling. All

Speaker 3: they did was recognize the calling on their li lives,

Speaker 3: and a lot of it get it wrong. A lot

Speaker 3: of us get this wrong. We think it's up to

Speaker 3: the pastor to send us out. We think it's up

Speaker 3: to the pastor to ordain us. We think is up

Speaker 3: to the church members, maybe the church board or some

Speaker 3: type of school or institution or organization that will legitimize

Speaker 3: our ministry, and we have to be a commissioned by them.

Speaker 3: But the truth is it has to come from the

Speaker 3: Holy Spirit. It has to come from God himself that

Speaker 3: He has placed this in your life. And I know

Speaker 3: for a fact that his hot nation came from God

Speaker 3: because I wasn't even looking for a building or a club.

Speaker 3: If you know my testimony. We were out. We just

Speaker 3: wanted to minister in music in the club, fill in

Speaker 3: our laps. Hey man, the whole concept that home movement. Now,

Speaker 3: I got out out of alignment, and I will admit

Speaker 3: that to where things altered. But I'm back in alignment

Speaker 3: now and it's going to be even stronger and better

Speaker 3: and led by the Holy Spirit. Now where was I? Yes,

Speaker 3: God has to the Holy Spirit has to be the

Speaker 3: one that commissions us. What the church does is they

Speaker 3: recognize the work of God that has already been working

Speaker 3: in our lives. Hey man, it should be evident. People

Speaker 3: should be able to see God's hand on our lives

Speaker 3: and God working in and through us. As a matter

Speaker 3: of fact, if you don't see God, if you can't

Speaker 3: see God in them, then we can legitimately question whether

Speaker 3: it's God or not. We should see fruits, we should

Speaker 3: see evidence, we should see impact. Amen. Now there's also

Speaker 3: different seasons. There's times where God will strip things away.

Speaker 3: It doesn't mean that God didn't call us. So it's

Speaker 3: not for us to judge. It's just for us to

Speaker 3: pray for people and to examine their fruit. Amen. Because God,

Speaker 3: he did a great subtraction to my life. Amen. He

Speaker 3: will subtract and he will also add. Now, the laying

Speaker 3: on of hands was an act of agreement, not an

Speaker 3: act of authority transfer. This is just agreement in what

Speaker 3: the spirit was already doing. Amen. Now this is how

Speaker 3: missions should look like. This is how they should work.

Speaker 3: God calls the missionary or the ministry. Right leaders confirm

Speaker 3: that the calling of God is upon this, then the

Speaker 3: church supports it. The church needs to get behind it

Speaker 3: either financially, they need to pray and fast for them,

Speaker 3: and they need to get up and serve, and they

Speaker 3: need to get behind this movement and the Spirit sends

Speaker 3: the ministry out to fulfill the calling. Hey man, So

Speaker 3: there's no hype involved in it. There should be no manipulation.

Speaker 3: Nobody should twist your arm to go out and do

Speaker 3: a certain ministry or join a certain ministry. You should

Speaker 3: be led. The should be something in your heart that

Speaker 3: draws you to it. It's all about obedience. There should

Speaker 3: be an act of obedience. And as in His Hot Nation.

Speaker 3: You know, we have a board. We are five oh

Speaker 3: the members is that God drew them to this organization

Speaker 3: like you have the heart of God, like God showed

Speaker 3: His heart. His how Nation is a vision straight from Heaven.

Speaker 3: We're using the culture, we're using music to reach souls.

Speaker 3: And so that's why I feel there's no age limit

Speaker 3: years old, and your bars can convict, your bars can

Speaker 3: reach any heart, especially the youth right because they're they're

Speaker 3: the ones who are really impressionable. But if your bars

Speaker 3: are anointed and God is using you. This platform is

Speaker 3: for you, and man, it's not about making celebrities or superstar.

Speaker 3: It is about obedience. I pray that every person that

Speaker 3: joins this ministry that God first touched their heart. That's

Speaker 3: why I know, like even if a person, if it's

Speaker 3: in your heart to not be a part of it,

Speaker 3: or even to walk away from it, then that shows

Speaker 3: that it was not in your heart, or maybe for

Speaker 3: a season, is not time for you to be a

Speaker 3: part of it. Because this is a front line ministry.

Speaker 3: God did not call anyone to be in the background.

Speaker 3: God called us all to be on the front lines.

Speaker 3: We have to fight a demonic army. We have to

Speaker 3: fight a system in this world that is godless, and

Speaker 3: we have to fight ourselves. We have to master our

Speaker 3: own flesh, our own lives. Like this ain't no joke,

Speaker 3: it's not nothing to play with. And I wouldn't put

Speaker 3: somebody in the front lines that is not ready or prepared.

Speaker 3: Hey, man, it's spiritual. It's not just an organization to

Speaker 3: hire people or to get volunteers or to get donations. No,

Speaker 3: this is revival, and this is taking territory back from

Speaker 3: a demonic, wicked, foul being that wants to drag every

Speaker 3: soul to the pit of hell. These demons hate us soul.

Speaker 3: They want to destroy every part of our lives. And

Speaker 3: so this is training, this is education, this is equipting.

Speaker 3: There's a lot that goes along with this, and so

Speaker 3: my heart, my prayer is keep those away because the

Speaker 3: enemy is able to plant people as well. Now that

Speaker 3: I look back, I can clearly see that there is

Speaker 3: some plants by the enemy in the earlier stage of

Speaker 3: this ministry, this organization. And so now with wisdom and discernment,

Speaker 3: you know, my prayers that the Holy Spirit will pluck

Speaker 3: out the weeds, right, you know, take out every plant

Speaker 3: that my Father has not planted in this organization and

Speaker 3: in this movement. Because lives are at stake. That's why

Speaker 3: it's so hard for people to just share our content,

Speaker 3: you know, share our blog, you know, download the app,

Speaker 3: you know, do this and that and the other. There's

Speaker 3: some spiritual opposition. And so if you're in alignment and

Speaker 3: you really want to see this vision manifest in God

Speaker 3: to move in it, we need your support. We need

Speaker 3: your prayers. First of all, we need you to fast

Speaker 3: for this movement. We need you to ask God, what

Speaker 3: is the vision and what is your part to play

Speaker 3: in it? This could be a door for you to

Speaker 3: launch into what God has called you to do, right,

Speaker 3: because that's how God works. You work in somebody else's

Speaker 3: field before God gives you your own. And man, that's

Speaker 3: a biblical principle. You can look that up. And so

Speaker 3: this discipleship. God will use a certain ministry to raise

Speaker 3: you up. And you take the torch and you carry

Speaker 3: it while you raise up others. Amen, hallelujah. If we're

Speaker 3: able just to raise up one person and send them out,

Speaker 3: then I would praise God for that. And I'm thankful

Speaker 3: with prayer. Right before the movement, there was worship, there

Speaker 3: and there is sensitivity to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
