- 3:09Speaker 2: a reminder, what day is it? It's Friday. Stay if
- 3:13Speaker 2: you want to dance or if you just want to

- 3:18Speaker 2: Miles Smith and it's on your show. It's Friday. Happy
- 3:22Speaker 2: Friday to you. You know, I was very confused when
- 3:25Speaker 2: I walked into studio because someone looked at me and said, oh,
- 3:29Speaker 2: you're so summary, And I'm like, what do you mean?
- 3:33Speaker 2: Who said that? No, there were there were two people
- 3:35Speaker 2: as I walked in the bold and was like, oh,
- 3:37Speaker 2: so summary today. You know, I live in the North.
- 3:40Speaker 2: It's summer in the North at the moment. Right, we're
- 3:43Speaker 2: in green Point where it does winter.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Yes, well, I mean where you stay is it's closer
- 3:47Speaker 4: to the sun.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Of course, it is a fact, right, dabun vol is
- 3:51Speaker 2: essentially right next to next to the sun. Don't get
- 3:54Speaker 2: me started on Paul Paul's in the sun. Paul is, yeah,
- 3:58Speaker 2: it's really just sure. But you know what, it's so weird, man,
- 4:04Speaker 2: I drove into this winter. It was it was so
- 4:07Speaker 2: like summary. Yeah, anyway, but you know, when I walk
- 4:11Speaker 2: into studio, it's always Antarctica, no matter what.
- 4:14Speaker 3: So I'm about to see you sho.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna shiver. Plus, the whole studio smells like
- 4:21Speaker 2: an Asian restaurant.
- 4:22Speaker 3: I wonder why that is.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I have no idea why it smells like broth and
- 4:25Speaker 2: chicken shouting at you, I have the shoe fet Sonny.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Literally are you are you eating something?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Literally?
- 4:34Speaker 2: How are you eating?
- 4:34Speaker 3: I'm drinking bone broth?
- 4:37Speaker 2: Are you drinking bone broth? Are there pieces in there?
- 4:41Speaker 2: Not of bone, no, but of chicken? So that means
- 4:43Speaker 2: you're eating bone broth.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Well, I'm just have the broth for that.
- 4:47Speaker 2: How do you How do you describe that? If you
- 4:49Speaker 2: have a broth and pieces?
- 4:51Speaker 3: That's crazy?
- 4:51Speaker 2: Like I know, I don't mean to curve boy, what
- 4:54Speaker 2: do you say? I'm now I.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Am a broth, just like Paul is the sun.
- 4:58Speaker 2: So I just want to know what are you gonna?
- 5:00Speaker 2: You're drinking it or you eating it?
- 5:02Speaker 4: Whatever they do in Asia. That's what I'm doing. You
- 5:04Speaker 4: are because you know that it's back. You know they
- 5:07Speaker 4: go yeah, because that's how you're supposed to get the
- 5:10Speaker 4: whole experience.
- 5:11Speaker 3: That's what I'm doing.
- 5:11Speaker 2: So I guess that's drinking that's actually a compliment if
- 5:14Speaker 2: you do that. Yes, in Western culture is like, oh,
- 5:17Speaker 2: that's so disgusting, but actually that's so good. And even
- 5:20Speaker 2: bulching is complimentary in some Nope, no, no, no, no, don't
- 5:23Speaker 2: don't not here, okay, not here, But you scared because
- 5:31Speaker 2: we've heard your bulches before in the quieter these corridors,
- 5:36Speaker 2: especially when you just started, you know what I'm saying. Sure,
- 5:39Speaker 2: So that beautiful broth and rom in Japan a place
- 5:42Speaker 2: where bars have opened for people who want to quit
- 5:46Speaker 2: their jobs. What, Yeah, Japan is making headlines right for
- 5:52Speaker 2: something fantastic. Okay, Japan has open bars right for people
- 5:57Speaker 2: who want to quit their jobs. So essentially, you walk
- 6:01Speaker 2: into this themed restaurant or bar, and these bars are
- 6:04Speaker 2: designed specifically for people who are thinking about just kind
- 6:07Speaker 2: of leaving, and they offer free drinks and a safe
- 6:10Speaker 2: placed event after the burnout out their work, et cetera.
- 6:13Speaker 2: So they're doing that. Japan is also, according to Pietrice
- 6:17Speaker 2: and what he's given me in my hand here, invented
- 6:19Speaker 2: a washing machine for humans. A company Japan has unveiled
- 6:22Speaker 2: something straight out of a sci fi spa. It's called
- 6:25Speaker 2: the Future Human washing Machine. It's basically a giant pod
- 6:27Speaker 2: that washes and dries you in fifteen minutes. So a
- 6:30Speaker 2: bath what dries you as well? So it's like that.
- 6:34Speaker 4: But we've established that if you're fully submerged in water,
- 6:36Speaker 4: you're not really wet.
- 6:37Speaker 2: So yeah, a bath, well, water can't be wet, but
- 6:41Speaker 2: you can be wet. Remember that's what a scientist say.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Another scientists said that recovered that before. There's a new
- 6:48Speaker 2: app that only lets smart people join. Not sure you
- 6:51Speaker 2: heard this. A new social network called clockout. It's blowing
- 6:54Speaker 2: up across the US, Canada and the UK. It is
- 6:56Speaker 2: causing absolute chaos because it only accepts people it considers
- 6:59Speaker 2: smart enough to join. Now, imagine Instagram had that setting.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Look I was how many how many users would Instagram have.
- 7:10Speaker 4: I'm at a point in my life where I believe
- 7:12Speaker 4: that social media should only be for those who exercise
- 7:14Speaker 4: critical thinking.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Sure, I mean, can you just imagine if they're But
- 7:19Speaker 2: I do think I still think that there should be
- 7:21Speaker 2: a little bit of a test, yes, prior to to
- 7:24Speaker 2: getting onto a social media platform. And that test is
- 7:27Speaker 2: about I think that they should test your empathy levels
- 7:29Speaker 2: and see if you are somebody who can post something
- 7:32Speaker 2: and if it doesn't matter to you, then they'll let's say,
- 7:35Speaker 2: maybe not this time, right exactly.
- 7:38Speaker 4: All simply put just a note of accountability, like hey,
- 7:44Speaker 4: are you sure you want to post that?
- 7:46Speaker 2: That'd be nice, right that that would be very good?
- 7:49Speaker 2: Or another little sort of layer to it, though, is
- 7:52Speaker 2: that just to make sure that you know when people
- 7:55Speaker 2: actually do the you know, the posting, et cetera, that
- 7:59Speaker 2: they kind of know that like the full effects of it,
- 8:03Speaker 2: Like it gives you a little scenario and then like
- 8:05Speaker 2: an AI pops up and say like, I just saw
- 8:07Speaker 2: your comment and it hurt my feelings and then take
- 8:09Speaker 2: it from there. Also, it should block people that cover
- 8:12Speaker 2: terrible comments worth That's just my opinion, right, yeah, right,
- 8:18Speaker 2: you know what I mean, That's what I feel like
- 8:19Speaker 2: that should be the blocks.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Also, if you're going to post something that's crazy and
- 8:23Speaker 4: maybe needs a trigger warning, then you have to go
- 8:25Speaker 4: through that whole tedious capture situation to check if you're
- 8:30Speaker 4: exactly not a robot exactly Okay, this is good.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Yeah. I feel like that the social media is layers.
- 8:35Speaker 2: It does in the just so you know exactly what's up,
- 8:38Speaker 2: Like just that'd be lovely. I think it'll be a
- 8:41Speaker 2: lot a lot more safer, and it'll be a lot
- 8:43Speaker 2: more useful, and it would shine a light on talents.
- 8:47Speaker 2: It would shine a light on the light in humans,
- 8:51Speaker 2: as opposed to the button bashing fake account darkness that
- 8:55Speaker 2: people wield. You know, when people have several fake accounts
- 8:59Speaker 2: just so they can comment without any sort of yeah.
- 9:02Speaker 4: You know, that's kind of x y'are you know what
- 9:05Speaker 4: I'm saying every days?
- 9:07Speaker 2: But thank you very much for allowing me to share
- 9:09Speaker 2: that with you. The studio is still smiling like an
- 9:12Speaker 2: Asian restaurant to let you know. But I'm going to
- 9:14Speaker 2: continue and tell you how is your wellness journey going?
- 9:16Speaker 2: Are you also drinking bone broth? And what keeps you accountable?
- 9:20Speaker 2: Is it the bone broth that you have already made
- 9:22Speaker 2: in the refrigerators it's sitting there. Do you have a
- 9:24Speaker 2: before picture on your fridge or in front of the
- 9:27Speaker 2: snack cupboard like where whatever it is, whatever unique idea
- 9:30Speaker 2: you've had to keep yourself accountable to crush your goals,
- 9:33Speaker 2: I'd love to know what that is. Just message click
- 9:35Speaker 2: zero two nine four five zero nine four zero It's
- 9:38Speaker 2: the cool pallace of dreams on your show The flash
- 9:41Speaker 2: Drive KUFL ninety four point five. In the next couple
- 9:43Speaker 2: of minutes, I will be giving you a little update
- 9:45Speaker 2: on a little well it's actually a big competition next
- 9:48Speaker 2: week and let me just tell you without spoiling too much,
- 9:51Speaker 2: you could stand a chance of winning five thousand bucks
- 9:54Speaker 2: and that actually will roll over if you don't figure
- 9:57Speaker 2: it out on the day. Now, what is it? That's
- 9:59Speaker 2: the big question. I'll let you know very very soon
- 10:02Speaker 2: in a brand new competition coming to the flash Drive
- 10:05Speaker 2: as well as KFAIR Mornings next week. Onto some traffic
- 10:07Speaker 2: details with Cassidy Jade Nicholson and she'll be joined by Bob.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Now who's Bob? I know you? Maybe ask Bob is
- 10:14Speaker 2: where South African shop pay and send? It's Simony V
- 10:18Speaker 2: and Jays something. It is called Escape. Next week, as
- 10:22Speaker 2: promised on the flash Drive and KFM ninety four point five,
- 10:25Speaker 2: we have a task for you. Can you identify a
- 10:30Speaker 2: sound that could get you closer to five thousand rand?
- 10:38Speaker 3: Wow?
- 10:39Speaker 2: Hey yeah, yeah, sorry man. I decided to hold it
- 10:41Speaker 2: there because I just I love when I get a
- 10:43Speaker 2: chance to give you money. Man, It's the best feeling
- 10:45Speaker 2: ever when you you grab the cash and you enjoy
- 10:48Speaker 2: it and you spend it on yourself. It's a really
- 10:50Speaker 2: it's almost an obsession of mine, and I want you
- 10:52Speaker 2: to be a part of this. So the thing is,
- 10:57Speaker 2: how good are you it identifying sounds? That's the thing
- 11:03Speaker 2: I mean for you. You know, you know it sounds right.
- 11:05Speaker 4: Yeah, I think I'm pretty good.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 11:09Speaker 3: What's hm?
- 11:10Speaker 4: Hmm?
- 11:11Speaker 2: No, So I mean if i'll okay, let's see if
- 11:15Speaker 2: you're going to rock this one. So this sounds next
- 11:17Speaker 2: week it's pretty much gonna be like this. Yeah, okay,
- 11:28Speaker 2: I've got to what what do you think that was?
- 11:30Speaker 3: Okay, it's either the beginning.
- 11:33Speaker 2: I need a decisive I'm giving you two, don't give
- 11:35Speaker 2: you two. I'm giving you so this is a competition
- 11:37Speaker 2: for next week. You can't give me two answers, So
- 11:40Speaker 2: pretend that you are a listener for phoenixs Okay.
- 11:42Speaker 3: It sounds like coins dropping when you've paid for your parking.
- 11:48Speaker 3: That's all popcorn.
- 11:50Speaker 2: So you still gave me the two. You can't give
- 11:52Speaker 2: me two. Don't give me two. I want one. Choose one.
- 11:58Speaker 3: Popcorn?
- 12:00Speaker 2: Okay, thank you incorrect?
- 12:02Speaker 4: Ha ah was it the first option?
- 12:08Speaker 2: Yeah? Just a slot machine dropping coins? Yeah? Oh my gosh,
- 12:12Speaker 2: I was right. Yeah, you're incorrect though with popcorn, so
- 12:16Speaker 2: you lose and then the five thousand and I would
- 12:18Speaker 2: roll over to the next day. That's how it would work.
- 12:20Speaker 2: So I'm glad that you gave me the incorrect example
- 12:23Speaker 2: because it shows you that this could be an accumulative prize.
- 12:26Speaker 2: So what will happen is think about casinos sounds because
- 12:30Speaker 2: we're going to drop one of those for you. It'll
- 12:33Speaker 2: either be on K for mornings and the flash drive
- 12:35Speaker 2: and all you have to do is listen in, get
- 12:37Speaker 2: a call from us if if you're spot on your win.
- 12:40Speaker 2: If you're not, we roll over to the next days.
- 12:42Speaker 2: As simple as that. So there is a share of
- 12:44Speaker 2: fifty thousand rand every single day next week that mystery
- 12:47Speaker 2: sound will play. Remember the numbers. You're a two nine
- 12:50Speaker 2: four five zero nine four zero. Keyword will be sun Bet.
- 12:54Speaker 2: That's one word and need a name an ID number
- 12:57Speaker 2: when you have your guess and you could be a
- 12:59Speaker 2: winner if no one gets it right. As mentioned, we
- 13:01Speaker 2: roll over. Stakes get higher on a daily basis. Almost
- 13:04Speaker 2: the sounds of sun Bet on the flash drive with me,
- 13:08Speaker 2: Carl Weisti and Cassidy Jade Nicholson and again on Kfair
- 13:11Speaker 2: Mornings with Darren Sherlin and Sibbs. Sun Bet Experienced Sun
- 13:16Speaker 2: International Teas, c's and more at primediaplus dot com. It's
- 13:21Speaker 2: going to be one of the most incredible experiences of
- 13:23Speaker 2: your life next week, just letting you know, so if
- 13:26Speaker 2: you want to be part of that, remember to take
- 13:28Speaker 2: the number and listen out to both shows for a
- 13:31Speaker 2: chance to be a fantastic winner. I am looking forward
- 13:35Speaker 2: to making you that winner that'll be next week on
- 13:37Speaker 2: the flash Drive and of course Kfair Mornings. Good luck
- 13:40Speaker 2: to you. It's a Lividian, so easy to fall in
- 13:47Speaker 2: love with the flash Drive and KFM ninety four point five,
- 13:50Speaker 2: it's very easy to fall in love with you as well.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Thanks for being yet till seven o'clock. We are sitting
- 13:55Speaker 2: on these seats to make sure you are thoroughly entertained.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Grandmaster Redd is going to kick up a party at
- 14:00Speaker 2: about six o'clock Flashword in its spot as well, and
- 14:02Speaker 2: then I have a word with you that is inspired
- 14:05Speaker 2: by one of our clicks winners this week, and I
- 14:07Speaker 2: would love just to wrap up the week to get
- 14:10Speaker 2: some idea as to what you think, especially thinking forward
- 14:13Speaker 2: to ten years that version of you that sits ten
- 14:16Speaker 2: years away. I have some questions for them, Pras Michelle
- 14:22Speaker 2: and maya ghetto superstar. This is your show flash Drive
- 14:25Speaker 2: KFM ninety four point five. And I did tell you
- 14:27Speaker 2: that I was inspired this week by a caller for
- 14:32Speaker 2: a clicks competition. The name was Catherine or Katarina as
- 14:35Speaker 2: I called it on the Dame and remember what she said.
- 14:37Speaker 2: It was a powerful set of words and I needed
- 14:39Speaker 2: to bring this to your table. If you forgot what
- 14:41Speaker 2: she said, this is a Hello Katarina, Hello Ca and Cassidy.
- 14:45Speaker 2: How do you keep yourself accountable? I think any tips, tricks,
- 14:47Speaker 2: hacks that you've added to your life to really get
- 14:49Speaker 2: the wildness journey sorted straight and narrow.
- 14:52Speaker 5: I always think about my future self, So ten twenty
- 14:55Speaker 5: years from now, what would she thank me for? And it's, honestly,
- 14:58Speaker 5: it's choosing to be my body every day, eating feud
- 15:01Speaker 5: that actually feels me, and staying consistent even when I
- 15:04Speaker 5: don't feel like it inspired.
- 15:08Speaker 2: So essentially, Catherine is keeping herself accountable, doing things that
- 15:14Speaker 2: will make herself proud right in ten years. So in
- 15:17Speaker 2: ten years you can look back and say that Catherine
- 15:19Speaker 2: was dope that Catherine knew what was up every day,
- 15:22Speaker 2: the standards principles, the wildness behaviors. Yes, thank you so much.
- 15:28Speaker 2: All right now, upon having a conversation with producer Piatrice
- 15:34Speaker 2: as well as Jody, mister west is in the building, Okay,
- 15:39Speaker 2: we had a conversation and we realize that not only
- 15:41Speaker 2: can we keep ourselves accountable, but we can also be
- 15:44Speaker 2: quite aware of what we have right now and what
- 15:47Speaker 2: we've done right now and what we've faced right now.
- 15:51Speaker 2: So here's the thing. In ten years time, Cassidy, what
- 15:58Speaker 2: would be something that you would be warning yourself about
- 16:03Speaker 2: if you could essentially have their conversation with it, that
- 16:08Speaker 2: it was you but ten years older, like looking back,
- 16:11Speaker 2: you know, and that oh my word, I'm glad that
- 16:14Speaker 2: Cassidy ten years younger warned me about this. Thank you
- 16:18Speaker 2: so much. I know it sounds strange, but it's about
- 16:21Speaker 2: a look back, you know, but also look forward. So
- 16:24Speaker 2: there's a thing that your ten year old self will
- 16:26Speaker 2: thank you for warning them about. What would it be? Okay, Well,
- 16:30Speaker 2: now the thing is, I know this questions up your alley,
- 16:32Speaker 2: so please compartmentalize and give me at least like maybe
- 16:35Speaker 2: one of the eighteenth that you're thinking about. You see
- 16:38Speaker 2: what I'm talking about.
- 16:40Speaker 4: I have to I knew one's a little bit more
- 16:42Speaker 4: like inspirational and one's a little bit more like surface.
- 16:46Speaker 3: So the surface one.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yes, give me the mister min one.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Okay, I read my.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Ten year self would say, Cassidy, put the salt miniga
- 16:55Speaker 4: chips down. You don't need to eat that many tomatoes.
- 16:59Speaker 4: You have an obsession with sour things. You're ruining your
- 17:04Speaker 4: stomach lining, stop it. This is why you got acid
- 17:07Speaker 4: reflex when you turn thirty.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Stop.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Why are you putting both something vinegar in the tomato
- 17:14Speaker 4: with colic?
- 17:15Speaker 2: It sounds really that sounds very good in Italian, and
- 17:18Speaker 2: it's what's wrong with what's wrong with that?
- 17:20Speaker 3: I love? I love acidic food. I love salt and vinegar.
- 17:24Speaker 4: And it's like my mouth is literally you do my
- 17:27Speaker 4: mouth is watering so much right now?
- 17:30Speaker 2: So you like ascetic food? Can I start calling you Acidy?
- 17:37Speaker 4: You're gonna have to give people context when around.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Crying. Oh sorry, okay, cool, good to know. Good to know.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I have an unhealthy obsession with staff.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Perfect, Thank you so much, this is great, all right, warnings. Okay,
- 18:07Speaker 2: so you're gonna warn I know it's kind of weird,
- 18:09Speaker 2: but I think it's it's it's cool. So so you
- 18:12Speaker 2: basically went ahead to the ten year old solf and
- 18:15Speaker 2: turn around to you right now, and that person warned you.
- 18:17Speaker 2: But something you're doing right now, Okay, that's a good.
- 18:19Speaker 2: That's a good. I think we'll leave it in that
- 18:22Speaker 2: type of setting. Okay, okay, that's very good. I know
- 18:25Speaker 2: you're gonna give the inspiration one first. Oh, I think
- 18:28Speaker 2: the ten year old self would tell me, please stretch
- 18:32Speaker 2: your feet. So, okay, hear me out right, I used
- 18:38Speaker 2: to have cough problems. Okay, all right, and before you
- 18:41Speaker 2: do a workout of any sort, no one tells you
- 18:43Speaker 2: to stretch your feet your actual feet. You know, you
- 18:46Speaker 2: have these tendons under your feet that run down.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Will do just rolling your foot on a golf.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Wall, And that's the type of thing that I think,
- 18:53Speaker 2: you know, the ten year olds, I would say, like,
- 18:54Speaker 2: you know, just just if you don't, you're gonna get
- 18:57Speaker 2: cough problems for the rest of your life, dude, So
- 18:59Speaker 2: just just do the feed thing. Stretch your feet, all right.
- 19:03Speaker 2: What's the inspirational one that you want to drop in?
- 19:05Speaker 4: The inspirational one which I think a lot of people
- 19:07Speaker 4: will relate to. Yes, Cassidy, puts your phone down, you
- 19:12Speaker 4: put on a movie, watch the movie.
- 19:13Speaker 3: You don't need to watch the movie with your phone
- 19:16Speaker 3: in front of you.
- 19:17Speaker 4: You're missing out on actual quality time here with people
- 19:21Speaker 4: that exist in real life in four K they're live
- 19:24Speaker 4: and in concerts.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Hold your phone down.
- 19:27Speaker 2: I honestly, in the words of Cardi b I'm glad
- 19:31Speaker 2: you brung it up. Do you know that Cassidy will
- 19:34Speaker 2: sit in a meeting, was a laptop open, a phone open?
- 19:39Speaker 2: If she has any other device pad also the iPad open?
- 19:43Speaker 2: And Beatrice is trying his best to brief but you
- 19:46Speaker 2: have three screens. You look like that guy in the
- 19:48Speaker 2: Newkza in the Matrix. He's trying to jack us in.
- 19:51Speaker 2: I'm just so informed, I know. But you can miss
- 19:55Speaker 2: a couple of things, because perhaps it's not you missing
- 19:58Speaker 2: the world. The world can get a chance to miss you.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Cute.
- 20:02Speaker 2: You're welcome, lady E. That's right. That was my ten
- 20:05Speaker 2: year old self talking. You know, not ten year olds,
- 20:07Speaker 2: but myself in ten years talk me. I just realized
- 20:09Speaker 2: I'll be fifty in ten years. WHOA, yeah, I know,
- 20:14Speaker 2: that's so cool. I just realized in ten years, I'll
- 20:16Speaker 2: be fifty fifty year old. WAISTI turning back and saying,
- 20:19Speaker 2: y'are dude. There's so many things that i'd warn that
- 20:24Speaker 2: that guy about. Oh my word, it'd be just I think, maybe,
- 20:31Speaker 2: like in terms of the coffee machine that I have
- 20:33Speaker 2: in my house, as opposed to like I think sometimes
- 20:37Speaker 2: I'll leave home where I could have made myself a
- 20:40Speaker 2: coffee to go buy coffee. I know, and I do
- 20:43Speaker 2: have a traveled mug that I accealed and it keeps
- 20:47Speaker 2: it warm, and I've got those things the same. But
- 20:49Speaker 2: now so I think maybe I would say, if you
- 20:52Speaker 2: want to save a lot of money and then put
- 20:54Speaker 2: it into your like your company or into investments, then
- 20:58Speaker 2: if you're trying to reconcile some cash, perhaps look at
- 21:00Speaker 2: some of the spending, one of which is the coffee's
- 21:03Speaker 2: brother setting. You know, we could have been in a
- 21:06Speaker 2: in a flat by now you know, an apartment that
- 21:08Speaker 2: could have been there for us right in cpoint.
- 21:12Speaker 3: You know, that's how much you buying coffee is.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Well, if you look at yours, it could be the
- 21:18Speaker 2: same as well. You never know, it's coffee and teas
- 21:21Speaker 2: and broths and stuff. You know, you can make that
- 21:22Speaker 2: stuff at home. You can make a lot of things
- 21:25Speaker 2: at home.
- 21:25Speaker 3: But then who's going to scroll.
- 21:28Speaker 2: You see lots of lessons here. I'm glad. I'm glad.
- 21:31Speaker 2: We could sit down. I have this moment. I really am.
- 21:35Speaker 2: I'm glad, and I hope you feel inspired and also
- 21:37Speaker 2: aware of your own context right now, the things that
- 21:40Speaker 2: you should be warning yourself about because now you can
- 21:42Speaker 2: actually take action and ten years don't have to pass
- 21:45Speaker 2: you by.
- 21:45Speaker 3: They don't.
- 21:46Speaker 2: So drop the phone, make the broth at home and.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Just one tomatoes, fine, yeah.
- 21:54Speaker 2: But make sure you balance that with some good, other
- 21:57Speaker 2: healthy things like fiber and leafy green veg That's just
- 22:01Speaker 2: a nice way to block the acidity in your body,
- 22:04Speaker 2: is niafy green vege?
- 22:05Speaker 3: What about a tomato heavy salad.
- 22:08Speaker 2: That's still giving acidy? So I think add some greens.
- 22:15Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm talking about. There
- 22:17Speaker 2: we go, love it. Thank you man, I'm inspired. I
- 22:20Speaker 2: hope you are too. And you know what, if you're
- 22:21Speaker 2: on a place where you can do the same practice,
- 22:24Speaker 2: do it. You'll get a contextual awareness where you are
- 22:28Speaker 2: right now, and then you won't have to wait until
- 22:30Speaker 2: ten years to make those changes. It'll happen today. A
- 22:32Speaker 2: message brought to you inspired by Catherine, presented by the
- 22:36Speaker 2: flash drive Mikasa See the world. You should You should
- 22:42Speaker 2: see the world. That's speed because that's exactly what I
- 22:45Speaker 2: have for you on the flash driving k from ninety
- 22:47Speaker 2: four point five, a sunset picnic experience for four people,
- 22:49Speaker 2: followed by light Art twenty twenty six. That is the
- 22:51Speaker 2: world and the most Beautiful Way at speed. Wine form
- 22:54Speaker 2: valued at one six hundred bucks. If you can figure
- 22:57Speaker 2: out what the concept is daily Cassidy gives you one word.
- 23:01Speaker 2: I give you one word. You have to figure out
- 23:03Speaker 2: what the concept is. If you've never been a part
- 23:05Speaker 2: of this and you've never heard of it, and this
- 23:07Speaker 2: is your first time listening to KFM ninety four point five,
- 23:09Speaker 2: Number one, welcome, number two, allow us to explain. Let's
- 23:13Speaker 2: just say that the concept is goat mm hmm. You
- 23:17Speaker 2: have to give me one word that could help someone
- 23:20Speaker 2: guess goat. That will be on our piece of paper,
- 23:23Speaker 2: so we can't say anything else but a one word too.
- 23:25Speaker 2: This is where it gets exciting, even for us. Goat mountain,
- 23:30Speaker 2: all right, this is good. Rinaldo cheese messy.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Mm no, hold on.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, you're got What is the next one? You see?
- 23:46Speaker 2: As we go along, we can.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Take you per day progressively more difficult.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Scream you heard a coat? Scream yep, so scream would
- 23:55Speaker 2: be another one. See as we go along. Yeah, that's
- 23:59Speaker 2: that's how it work. So if you want to be
- 24:01Speaker 2: part of that, just get your name on the white
- 24:03Speaker 2: sapp line zero two nine four five zero nine four
- 24:05Speaker 2: zero and we'll give you another shot at guessing incorrect guesses.
- 24:09Speaker 2: I'll give you that leg up town hall, incorrect, townhouse, Nope, marriage, eh, property, Nah?
- 24:15Speaker 2: What could it be today? You tell us and you
- 24:18Speaker 2: could be a winner. In case you didn't know, it's
- 24:20Speaker 2: Jason Drudo. He did say his name in the beginning
- 24:22Speaker 2: when I'm in. Remind you that it's Chason Drulo. Okay,
- 24:27Speaker 2: in case you didn't catch that in the beginning.
- 24:29Speaker 3: That's his favorite lyric as well.
- 24:31Speaker 2: He writes every single song has to have it in Yeah.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Also Dj Mustard has the same thing as well, and
- 24:41Speaker 2: even Sketchy Bongo, who will be on the k from
- 24:45Speaker 2: top forty tomorrow by the way, Yes, Sketchy's coming in
- 24:48Speaker 2: along with Locke Andvall. They got a new project together
- 24:52Speaker 2: and that's only dropping next week Friday. So they said,
- 24:54Speaker 2: I can get my grubby paws all over their new
- 24:56Speaker 2: single that you can pre save called Deja Vu, and
- 24:59Speaker 2: that drops next week Friday. But you will hear that
- 25:01Speaker 2: single tomorrow on the KFM Top forty. Soundtrack is Style
- 25:04Speaker 2: with Ackermans. This is what they called a plug and
- 25:07Speaker 2: now this is what they call the concept. Hello, Renee,
- 25:12Speaker 2: good afternoon, Renee. Here we go. You know what's at stake.
- 25:15Speaker 2: We've got a beautiful speed experience for you, which is
- 25:20Speaker 2: sunset picnic experience for four people, light art as well. Thereafter,
- 25:24Speaker 2: all you have to do is figure out what the
- 25:25Speaker 2: concept is. Have you heard the other words?
- 25:29Speaker 6: I heard yesterday's words. Unfortunately I'm most Wednesday, but I
- 25:32Speaker 6: know what they are not because yes, I've got the
- 25:37Speaker 6: wrong answers.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Give ye town hall, townhouse, marriage and property, all the
- 25:43Speaker 2: wrong answers. So we need a right one from you.
- 25:46Speaker 2: But we're going to ask for two guesses after each
- 25:48Speaker 2: of these one word clues. That is the challenge for
- 25:50Speaker 2: us to try and get you to win with one word.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Let's give it a shot.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Cassidy, hmm, okay, I'm Iron iron iron iron, Yes, okay,
- 26:05Speaker 4: like the appliance.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Oh okay, mm hmm no I know it, sure, sure, okay,
- 26:21Speaker 2: talk to her.
- 26:22Speaker 6: Oh okay wait wait today was a light bulb?
- 26:24Speaker 2: Okay no, no, no, she said an iron that that
- 26:26Speaker 2: appliance not a light bulb.
- 26:31Speaker 6: I was thinking out loud.
- 26:32Speaker 2: I was thinking outlad, Yes, that's what insurance does as well.
- 26:39Speaker 2: It's Friday, Leave me off, leave me off, It's Friday,
- 26:44Speaker 2: all right, day. Your guess is.
- 26:48Speaker 6: I'm gonna go worse because this is actually way off
- 26:51Speaker 6: what I thought it was.
- 26:53Speaker 4: But say it monopoly, Say it monopoly.
- 26:59Speaker 2: It's your Why why the pause? This is so long?
- 27:10Speaker 4: No?
- 27:10Speaker 6: There was a moment of usitation because I only got
- 27:13Speaker 6: the only clues that I got was yesterday, right, which
- 27:15Speaker 6: was jail and parking. Yes, And that immediately, instinctively is
- 27:21Speaker 6: the word the only the first word that came to
- 27:22Speaker 6: my mind was warden, Yes, parking, Wolden, jail, jail, wooden,
- 27:30Speaker 6: and I when I looked at what the wrong answers.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Were, townhouse, town hall, marriage.
- 27:39Speaker 6: Yeah, it was like there's something legal. It's like a
- 27:43Speaker 6: legal stridge going on here. So I thought, could that
- 27:46Speaker 6: the word that I most could have been caught.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Could it have been? I don't decided. I had opened
- 27:53Speaker 2: it up for you. This is crazy.
- 27:55Speaker 6: Good because jail, go to jail, Dad, jail, park King
- 28:00Speaker 6: talking talking, and then iron. That's one of the little job.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Is yes, the little job is the little pieces. Yeah.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Today today I was thinking, my word is actually gonna
- 28:12Speaker 2: be battleship, which is another little piece that you'll find
- 28:15Speaker 2: in there. And then on Monday it would have been
- 28:18Speaker 2: Scotty because there's a little Scotty dog one in the
- 28:19Speaker 2: original pieces. And I might have gone with the race
- 28:22Speaker 2: car as well, which is about the same backwards too. Yes, sorry, limit.
- 28:27Speaker 6: Limit limited you something. This game has been going on
- 28:30Speaker 6: for months and it's always while I'm driving home, and
- 28:33Speaker 6: all I even got was but I didn't understand. I
- 28:38Speaker 6: was alting work, and I would get like, what the
- 28:42Speaker 6: hell's going on here?
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yes?
- 28:43Speaker 6: And it was only like recently, I will ad most
- 28:47Speaker 6: like sorry, but the penny only dropped like recently. We
- 28:54Speaker 6: oh okay, I was listening properly and not getting worked
- 28:58Speaker 6: up in traffic and playing it in.
- 29:01Speaker 3: You figure out.
- 29:05Speaker 2: And now you get out. Hey, Hey that's what you
- 29:10Speaker 2: get now? Congratulations? Well yeah, so it's simple. You know,
- 29:13Speaker 2: I think it's it's also quite a fun game. I'd
- 29:16Speaker 2: say if you if you've got a couple of family
- 29:18Speaker 2: members or you want to you want to get everybody
- 29:20Speaker 2: like with a pen and a piece of paper, and
- 29:22Speaker 2: then they have to draw something from a from a
- 29:24Speaker 2: hat to something. And then one person is on a
- 29:26Speaker 2: chair in front of all of them, and then you
- 29:28Speaker 2: can get everybody to write a word down that they
- 29:30Speaker 2: think will connect and and then I think in that application,
- 29:34Speaker 2: the person who has a word that's gonna be spot
- 29:37Speaker 2: on and it helps a person guess, that person would
- 29:39Speaker 2: kind of win and get a point for helping you guess.
- 29:41Speaker 2: And that's kind of how I would probably apply it
- 29:43Speaker 2: in a game setting at home. But for this setting,
- 29:46Speaker 2: it's about rolling over to the next day, and that's
- 29:49Speaker 2: what we did. So the concept will always be in
- 29:51Speaker 2: that type of format, two single word clues. If you
- 29:54Speaker 2: don't get it, we roll over. But the thing is
- 29:55Speaker 2: you need to listen every single day to make the
- 29:58Speaker 2: pieces make sense. And you made one piece, the iron
- 30:01Speaker 2: on the monopoly board makes sense to you, and now
- 30:03Speaker 2: you do go straight to begin and get your two
- 30:06Speaker 2: hundred dollars or round in fact one thousand and six
- 30:09Speaker 2: hundred grand because you and three of your besties will
- 30:12Speaker 2: be going to Speed Wine Farm for a sunset picnic experience.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Plus you'll be enjoying the light Art that is a
- 30:18Speaker 2: beautiful expo that's happening on the Speed Wine Farm as well,
- 30:21Speaker 2: where you can enjoy that. It is their eighth edition.
- 30:24Speaker 2: As nightfalls, you can walk through the clothes and shimmers
- 30:26Speaker 2: of Speed Wine form very magical. Apparently you know today
- 30:30Speaker 2: is Friday, also known as Fredach. Trust me, if you've
- 30:33Speaker 2: got someone to fray Worth, it's the best place to
- 30:35Speaker 2: do it at Lightheart. Anyway, I was told by Speed
- 30:38Speaker 2: to say that. Anyway, you enjoy, have a beautiful day
- 30:41Speaker 2: while done. Rene Monopoly is the concept. Let's play Murder
- 30:47Speaker 2: Murder the Flash World.
- 30:50Speaker 1: M ninety four point five.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Toom dum dum Hello, Channel tumdum dum. Hello Chanel and
- 30:56Speaker 2: they say love me Hello Chanel, Hello, Hello. How's your
- 31:01Speaker 2: mom is good? Did you call it yesterday? Yeah?
- 31:06Speaker 6: She actually called it me. Why do you scanner about
- 31:09Speaker 6: me in the radio?
- 31:10Speaker 2: But you oh, there's no SCNNA. What is your mom's name?
- 31:15Speaker 6: Daphne.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Daphne is an incredible, amazing woman. I've yet to meet Daphne.
- 31:20Speaker 2: But I know through her daughter that Daphne has good morals,
- 31:25Speaker 2: good standards, and has provided a good foundation for human
- 31:28Speaker 2: beings to grow into something as blossoming and inspirational as usual.
- 31:34Speaker 2: M yeah, send that to Daphne. Okay, thank you, Don
- 31:40Speaker 2: and dusted love it. Let's meet your opponent, Heello Walton, Hi, Carl,

- 31:58Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 31:59Speaker 6: I want to say something. My miner's name is also defe.
- 32:03Speaker 2: No, no, no, no no. You want to stand the
- 32:09Speaker 2: power of radio. We bring people together. The universe and radio.
- 32:13Speaker 2: We are in sync. Daphanie and Daphne. Oh this is great, dude.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Are you sure you two are not like siblings? I
- 32:20Speaker 2: mean this would be a very strange moment. Yeah.
- 32:26Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Okay that you know of you see? This could be
- 32:33Speaker 2: a TLC show right here, all right? I found my
- 32:37Speaker 2: family on KFM ninety four point five. This is great.
- 32:41Speaker 2: On this week's episode, Wilton and Chanell play the flash
- 32:44Speaker 2: word against each other, unbeknownst to both of them, they're
- 32:47Speaker 2: actually siblings. Let's find out how this unfolds, Chanel, do
- 32:51Speaker 2: you want to go first or second?
- 32:54Speaker 7: Let's go first?
- 32:56Speaker 2: Okay, cool? Let your brother wake quickly. Anyway, you don't
- 33:02Speaker 2: know you see, that's the thing today. I just want
- 33:05Speaker 2: to ask you. Do you have less to play the
- 33:07Speaker 2: flash word today?
- 33:10Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 33:11Speaker 2: Good, because that's the that's flash word less, as in
- 33:13Speaker 2: it could be l I s l A s l
- 33:16Speaker 2: E s l U s l O s l o
- 33:18Speaker 2: U s you know, it could also be l the
- 33:21Speaker 2: e s S so less. Okay, that's all ready, yes, okay,
- 33:27Speaker 2: let's do this thing. Thirty second o'clock. Your time begins
- 33:29Speaker 2: in three two one. Let's have some fun, as we

- 33:39Speaker 2: a mouthwash brand, a hardened skin area usually on the
- 33:45Speaker 2: feet or hands. Callous a movie featuring Tom Hanks and
- 33:50Speaker 2: Meg Ryan Boss not thank you, not dangerous at all?

- 36:41Speaker 3: I think it is tomorrow.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Yes, there we go, look at us knowing exactly what
- 36:46Speaker 2: we need to know on radio. Nice one, Well done, Cassidy.
- 36:49Speaker 2: Than Yes, Brian Kranston holds Brian, see what I'm talking about.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Anyway, exactly just but the number, it's how you.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Feel, Okay, how does Brian Cranston feel young? Okay, great,
- 37:04Speaker 2: so now hold on, pull it up. All you have
- 37:07Speaker 2: to do is listen out to this traffic report, and
- 37:09Speaker 2: I want you to listen out for the Brian Cranston
- 37:12Speaker 2: references because as you know.
- 37:13Speaker 8: Sixty nine years old, oh.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Timing, timing, timing, there's always timing and radio timing. We're learning, right.
- 37:30Speaker 3: We just you know, we're not laughing, we're learning.

- 37:43Speaker 2: four five zero nine four zero.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Here's a quick look at the roads ahead of you.
- 37:48Speaker 4: So Ryan Argo messaged in on the WhatsApp line to
- 37:51Speaker 4: say that there's a stationary vehicle on the in one
- 37:53Speaker 4: inbound before Kuburg one lane is obstructed. Appreciate you for
- 37:57Speaker 4: that this information does a considerable amount of saving private Ryan.
- 38:03Speaker 4: There are some faulty traffic lights in Cape Town, but
- 38:05Speaker 4: at this point I would just say they are breaking
- 38:08Speaker 4: bad luck.
- 38:09Speaker 3: I think not, because the.
- 38:10Speaker 4: Upside is that you can just treat it as a
- 38:12Speaker 4: four way stop and that will stop you from potentially
- 38:15Speaker 4: being stressed out like a mulcom in the middle of
- 38:17Speaker 4: the road, and you'll be able to just drive with
- 38:19Speaker 4: no issues, thinking of leaving the thinking of leaving work
- 38:24Speaker 4: and headed out of the CBD. Here are some travel times.
- 38:26Speaker 4: If you are headed through to seapoints or even the
- 38:29Speaker 4: Cpoint Promenade, which is basically the owls of dogs in prams,
- 38:32Speaker 4: it'll take you fourteen minutes, table View thirty five minutes,
- 38:36Speaker 4: Constantia thirty seven minutes, Balville forteen minutes, Mitchell's Plane one
- 38:41Speaker 4: hour and three minutes, summers at West one hour twelve minutes,
- 38:45Speaker 4: Stellenbosch one hour fourteen minutes. And if you are leaving
- 38:48Speaker 4: Century City headed through to the southern suburbs on the five,
- 38:52Speaker 4: it'll take you thirty six minutes. My name is Cassidy
- 38:55Speaker 4: Nicholson and if you have an update on the roads,
- 38:57Speaker 4: don't store it in the x files. Instead to me
- 39:00Speaker 4: on the what'sapp line. That's way two nine four five
- 39:04Speaker 4: zero nine four zero.
- 39:05Speaker 2: What's up Keenan, Hello, caring, fantastic man, thanks for listening
