A 29-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle on County Road 200A in Ocala, Florida, after the driver—Matthew Boardman—veered off the road and fled the scene. Boardman later returned, admitted to hitting the pedestrian, and was arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
