A tense carjacking in Vallejo turned deadly Monday night when police fatally shot a suspect during a high-speed chase. The suspect, Rommel Delfin Querol, 44, fired at officers after being tracked down near Mahogany Drive and Broadway — no officers were injured, but one is on administrative leave.
