SPEAKER_01: And I'm so grateful for you for being here.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_01: Do we need to have a podcast episode about it?
• 1:33
SPEAKER_01: And it was the most overwhelming response I'd ever had on Instagram.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_01: And I really sat with who would be the best person to come in and have this conversation about money.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_01: I sat with this for a couple of months and then I reached out to my friend Rebecca Kiger, who is a trauma-informed master, mindset and money coach.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_01: I love that Rebecca has this background as a financial advisor, but she's also worked in the mindset, the subconscious mastery of money, this quantum field of energetics of money.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: And money questions come up a lot in the world of fertility because it costs money to go through fertility treatments.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_01: So I am just thrilled to have you here today, Rebecca.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I would love to know like what initially like brought you into the world of working with money.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_01: If you could just give us a little background.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you so much for having me here, Katie.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's such a pleasure.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: And we've gotten to know each other over the last few months too, which has just been um amazing.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: So I'm super, super excited for this conversation as well.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_00: Um, so there's a lot.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's kind of a loaded question.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: I've been in the world of finance for 20 years.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_00: Uh going, it's actually 19 going on 20.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: And I started in this industry when I was very young.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: And I've gotten to see why people are wealthy versus why they're not.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: I've been like a student of the psychology around money and human behavior for a long time.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: And even if we back up beyond that, I grew up below the poverty line.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: My mom was a single mom with seven kids.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: So we didn't have any money.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: There were no conversations around money back then.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: And so one of the things that I realized probably about a decade ago or so is okay, the difference between the haves and the have nots, if you will, is not what strategy they're taking, how hard they're working, if they're grinding, they're hustling, what kind of job they have.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: It really all boils down to their relationship towards money, how they believe money to operate in their lives.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: And so once I realized that, I just went down this rabbit hole of studying this and seeing what the research says about it, and it all confirmed exactly that, which is we all have a relationship towards money.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: And depending on how our our we were raised, depending on our programs and the things that we were taught about money, that's going to determine our financial situation uh 10 times out of 10.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: And so that's really what I help women to do is to heal that relationship so that they can have the relationship towards money and the financial reality that they actually desire, not the one that was given to them through their parents, caregivers, or society.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is so powerful.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_01: And I I relate to you so much in like like I was raised by a single mother.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_01: There were, there were the you know, first probably four or five years of my life when like we had enough to put food on the table.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_01: Like there was never any question about like, are we going to be housed?
• 4:49
SPEAKER_01: Are we going to have food?
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_01: But there wasn't extra.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_01: There wasn't abundance.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_01: Like my mom's car was like this jankity, no air conditioning.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_01: Like it got from point A to point B.
• 5:01
  unknown: Yeah.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_01: Super grateful for all of that.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_01: And then we had a couple of years of having the experience of having more abundance as she was able to get through grad school.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_01: Still to this day have no idea like how she did that as a single parent while working.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_01: Like it all boggles my mind.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_01: And there were a few years when we're like, oh, we're, you know, things were comfortable.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_01: And then we made the decision to have me go to private school.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_01: Um, but the public school that I was in was just not a good fit for me, my personality.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_01: And we made the decision to switch schools, and then all of a sudden we were thrown into this very interesting situation where like I was the poor kid in a private school, having been like the rich kid in a public school.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_01: And but like, you know, it's also relative, right?
• 5:56
SPEAKER_01: It's and it's all very much that relationship to money.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_01: And yet money was never really talked about.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_01: And I I see this experience a lot, and it's uncomfortable for people to talk about money.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_01: And if it's uncomfortable for us to talk about money, then what's happening behind the scenes?
• 6:17
SPEAKER_01: What happens when you open your bank account?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_01: What is the experience that you're having in your thoughts, in your body when you actually like sit with here's what's here, here's what I have to pay for.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_01: So where do you even begin to like understand the relationship to money that someone has?
• 6:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's a great question.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: And I like to personify it because I think this helps people to see how they're showing up around money.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: So let's say that money were an actual person, because everything is energy.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: So if we think about energy, I mean, money is simply an energy, it's a tool that we can use, and you have a relationship with it, just like you would have a relationship with another human, you just can't see it.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: And so if you think about money as an actual relationship in your life, this is a very, it's kind of a confronting question.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: But when I was asked this for the first time, I was like, ugh, okay, I gotta think about that.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: If money were a true relationship in your life and we operate under that assumption, what would money say about being in a relationship with you?
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: And that really stuck with me for a while because I'm like, ugh, I don't know.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: You know, I don't know how money would speak.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: It would probably be saying, I avoid it a lot, I'm mean to it, I'm, you know, not not very kind.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: And so if I think about it like a relationship with my husband, if every time my husband walks in the door, I'm like, where are you going?
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_00: Don't leave, you're not here enough.
• 7:49
  SPEAKER_00: I can't, you know, I can't be without you.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: And we have this kind of grasping or anxious energy around that relationship.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: It's like, how often is he going to want to be in my life?
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: Or maybe even the contrary of that, if every time he comes in the door, I'm like, I can't deal with you, you're so freaking stressful.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: I don't even want to look at you, I don't want to look in your direction.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, well, again, how much time and how great of a relationship are we going to have?
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: And yet, this is the way that we show up around money because there's a lot of conditioning and programming that tells us that, you know, money is hard, money is stressful.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh, I was born in a religious household, so I was told that money is the root of all evil and it's not good and it's going to change you and make you bad and all of these things.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: So we've got all this kind of conditioning and programming, and then we show up towards money in that way, and we wonder why it doesn't want to stick around.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: These are all signals as to why.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: So, really just kind of looking at how are you showing up around money, how much trust do you have in money?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: So, my husband and I have a great relationship.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: So, when he leaves, I know he's going to come back.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: I know that he's being honest, I know that he's here as a partner, as a, you know, in in this true kind of companionship and true partnership that we have.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: So it's really about letting go of all of the baggage or the things that we've picked up on that are not allowing us to have that same kind of relationship with money so that we can really show up in a true partnership, knowing that money actually wants to support you and wants to be in your life just as much as you want it to be there.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: You've just been taught to repel it or you know, taught to show up in these ways that are not actually serving you around it.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_01: And that's been my experience too.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: I also want to honor that there may be some people out there listening to this um feeling confronted, feeling triggered, feeling like that's bullshit.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_01: And and in part because when we're in survival mode with money, when we're really at that state where we're living paycheck to paycheck, there's bills that have to be paid.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_01: It's like where is that space to build that relationship?
• 9:57
SPEAKER_01: And I I really um appreciate you know you having have the lived experience as I did of like living with less, not having overflow.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_01: And like, how do you negotiate that living paycheck to paycheck, feeling like and barely scraping by, but also desiring more and not having any idea where that's gonna come from or how that's possible?
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, that was me for a very long period of time because again, when I when I say that I I do understand lack and scarcity, I I truly do.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: So growing up, we we were on government assistance.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: My mom probably made about$12,000 a year in child support, and that was it.
• 10:42
  SPEAKER_00: Raising seven children.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: Uh, our house was foreclosed, we were facing homelessness on a very consistent basis.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: So going from that to living in a state of overflow now, I can say that I'm not coming at this from an ivory tower, like, you know, I was raised in all of this abundance and like everything, you know, worked out in my favor, and I'm just here telling people what to do.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: I truly have this lived experience of that.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: I also then went on to, I didn't mention this part earlier, but I went on to get pregnant at the age of 17 and have my daughter at 18.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: And I then repeated the cycles of being on government assistance.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: I was feeding my baby with food stamps, you know, all of the things.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: I just found my pay stub not that long ago from my very first year of working, and I made$9,000 my first year of working with a baby on my own.
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: I was also a single mom.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: So when I tell you that I understand, I deeply do.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: And it really doesn't start like I didn't go from there to where I am now, just snapping my fingers.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: It takes time and unwinding these programs.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: And it also takes a level of compassion because the one thing I will say, my mom, from the time that we were young, we grew up in the church.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: And so my mom always thought it was important for us to do these mission trips and to go and be in these inner city spaces or different types of communities where people actually had less than us.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: So where they were actually homeless, like they didn't have a house, they didn't have food, they didn't have the things.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: So I was raised with compassion from a very young age, too, that there's always someone who has it worse.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: And when we look at life through a victim consciousness, which is where I was for a very long time of saying, yeah, but nothing good ever happens to me, and why couldn't I have had it better?
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: And why did my parents have to be this?
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: And why, why, why, all of those things.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: It's really easy to see how uh we're the victim of that circumstances instead of actually saying, well, there we do have more than enough.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: Like if you're listening to this, that means you have a cell phone, that means you have the ability to listen to podcasts.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: There's a tremendous amount of the population of the world that don't have those even those basic necessities.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: You and I were at an event where we saw, you know, where people don't have a basic necessity of water.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: The majority of the population like doesn't have what we have here in the Western world.
• 13:14
SPEAKER_00: So if you can start to even just tap into gratitude for what it is that you already have, you have a job, the fact that you get paid to work.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: Again, these seem like simple things, but also there are people in this world who don't even just have that.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: So if you can start with, and this is where I started, was what are you grateful for?
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: What do you have that is more than enough right now?
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: Do you have more than one blanket that you can wrap yourself up in at night when you're sleeping?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: Do you have pillows like that?
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: I used to sit and be like, okay, I'm grateful for my pillows.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: Because I I couldn't even in the very beginning, it was hard for me to be grateful for the things that I had because I was so consistently telling myself a story that I didn't have enough.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: And gratitude is actually the frequency of overflow.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: Gratitude is telling the universe that what I have is enough.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: And so what will then occur is the more that you can be grateful for the life that you have now and the things that you have now, the more the universe is like, oh, okay, I'm gonna match that frequency and send you more things to be grateful for.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: But when you're in this energy of lack and constantly telling yourself the story that there's not enough, there's not enough, there's not enough, by universal law, the universe has no choice but to send you more things to be in lack around, because that's how it works.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: The universe doesn't give us what it is that we want from a vibrational standpoint, it gives us uh a reflection of who it is that we are and where our frequency is set.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: So when you can get into gratitude even just for simple things, even if you have five dollars left at the end of your, you know, two weeks before you get paid again, that may not seem like a lot, but there are people who don't even have just that much.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: And so when you can start to be in gratitude for those simple things, you start to realize that the simple things are not so simple and actually then open up the ability for the universe to send you more because you're grateful for what it is that you already have.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_01: And that I I've been there as well.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_01: Um you know, I think one of the one of my challenges as like the the the poor medical student, which is like it's such a story and it's it's absolutely you know a victim mindset, but it's like there's you know, when it's a very challenging time to be working while in school, but also being grateful that like I have the ability to apply for student loans.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_01: I have the ability to receive that assistance that it wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_01: My mother was not in a position to be paying for graduate school.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_01: I I was not in a position to be able to work full time during graduate school and you know, succeed to the level that I wanted to exceed in my coursework and my rotations.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_01: Like it just wasn't possible.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_01: And there were some sacrifices that I felt like I had to make.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_01: Like I wasn't going out to dinners, I wasn't buying fancy clothes.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_01: And every once in a while I would get a little victim-y about that because I'd go out with my friends who were similar ages, who had like, you know, the corporate jobs at that point, 24, 25, and like they're, you know, starting to make some real money.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_01: And and I was very much supposed to be like, I will get a side salad at dinner and then I will feed myself at home.
• 16:42
  SPEAKER_00: I've been there.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_01: And and I think at different phases of life there are ways that that may manifest.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_01: But I was also very lucky to have a family who didn't they didn't talk about money, but they talked about gratitude.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_01: And my grandmother especially is someone who was raised during the depression and saw a lot in her lifetime and raised seven children on not very much money because my grandfather was one of those kind of 5D people who uh very much believed like if you can figure out a way to make any money doing something you love, money doesn't really matter.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_01: And here she was trying to figure out how do I budget that for seven children?
• 17:30
SPEAKER_01: But gratitude was very much her frequency.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_01: And I learned so much from that.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_01: And when I remember to choose gratitude and be very intentional with it, it's that idea that right where your attention goes, the energy flows.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_01: So thank you for reiterating that because I think that is something that we have to really know in our bodies in order to show up every day in gratitude.
• 18:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it's it's a rewiring process.
• 18:02
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, go ahead if you were gonna ask another question.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh I mean, there's so many questions.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_01: It's like hard to know which direction do I want to go.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_01: As if if our people are looking on Instagram, um I've got my themes set up for you today.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_01: I'm welcoming the money in with open arms.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, because there's so many stories that we tell ourselves, and there's so many limitations that I think we put on ourselves around money.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_01: One of the limitations that I see showing up in my practice a lot is the scarcity mindset around like investing in our own health.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_01: And that's maybe one layer of it that we can address.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_01: The second layer maybe I'll I'll leave for I'll I'll let you address the first piece because I've been guilty of it as well.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_01: Like I could have you know enough money coming in to cover the basic expenses, and then what I have left over, I'm like, ah, do I really want to like like do I want to go on vacation?
• 19:09
SPEAKER_01: Do I want to invest that?
• 19:10
SPEAKER_01: Do I want to put that in my kids' college account?
• 19:11
SPEAKER_01: But like I really should go get my teeth cleaned.
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_01: And that's not fun.
• 19:16
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_01: But how do we make these decisions about like what like what's really important to spend our money on when there's things that like we should be doing and things that you know we could be doing that are more fun, more glamorous.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_01: Like any insight into that?
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I think that this is really about just being able to tap into your own intuitive gifting, because I don't think that's a one size fits all approach.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's not like you always have to invest that like a period of time, you just you do nothing but invest in your health, or you do nothing but go on vacation.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: I think that it's more so just what feels good for you.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: Where are you being pulled to invest your money now?
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: If it's health-wise, that's that is truly an investment because you're always going to receive that back through vitality or you know, again, like life force energy health.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: So I believe that when when you do prioritize you, you are the best investment that you could ever make, because no one can ever take that away from you.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: And that's really important to understand.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: Now, also, you know, I I really like to have systems of putting money aside for things.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: So I like to do things like pay yourself first kind of vibe, because when you do things systematically and you put money aside, even if it's$50 a month into a travel fund or you know,$50 a month into a health fund, both of those things are also um, you know, I that's kind of how I like to do things, just the way my brain works.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: And it works out well because you don't have to choose between.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like I've always got a little bit, it doesn't have to be 50.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: If it's if that's too much, it's like, what can you set aside to put towards your health or to put towards things?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I really feel like it's it's an intuitive led decision.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: But a lot of times we don't make decisions through our intuition, we make them from fear.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: And so that's what you really want to be careful about with this is if you're being pulled and called to invest in your health and you want there, there's something, because we only get one of these physical bodies.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: So this is very, very important to take care of our bodies.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: If you're being led and you know there's something that you need to invest in as it relates to your physical or mental health for that matter, then it's really am I choosing not to do this from fear because I'm coming from lack and I don't think there's going to be more later on down the line, then that's a decision that's coming from fear.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: And so the universe is going to reflect fear and more reasons to be afraid back to you versus, you know what, I'm gonna make this decision.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna jump and the parachute will appear, if you will, and I'm going to decide and declare that this is important to me.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: Taking care of my health is important to me.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: And then that opens up the door for more to come in to support you in that way.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: Because again, what you said, you know, energy flows where attention goes.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: It's like I'm putting my energy and focus, I'm putting my money where my mouth is, and I'm saying this is important to me.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: And so then the universe can show up in a way to support you because the way that you show that that's important to you is through your action and through taking the the money, the energy, the time, and investing it in that thing.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: And that's actually how you declare to the universe this is what I want.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh, because we do live in a, you know, an action-oriented existence where we do have to take that action.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: Um, thinking about things isn't really enough to show the universe what's actually important to us.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: It's through our action that we do that.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_01: Oh, we humans are so good at thinking and overthinking and ruminating and the actions, yeah, those can feel a little stickier.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_01: Um, this reminds me of one of the questions that came through on Instagram.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_01: Um, this is someone who has a salary.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_01: And so the question is like, well, yeah, there are these things that like I I know that it's important to invest in my health.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_01: I know that this could help me, but like I am on a fixed salary.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: So like, and I have this set of bills to pay.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_01: So, like, where is that supposed to come from?
• 23:38
SPEAKER_01: And, you know, how would you address that as someone who has, you know, one foot in the financial advising world and the rest of your whole being in the quantum energetics world of money?
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so this is kind of what I call calling in miracle money because it's possible to do, but you have to believe that it's possible to do.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: You have to believe that it's possible that you can make money from other sources other than just your job, or you have to believe that it's possible to get a higher paying job.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes that means leaving the comfort of where you're at right now and going and taking a job elsewhere.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: You know, there's people that I've worked with in the past where this has been their situation.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: They've been working jobs, and because we've started utilizing these practices, tapping into, okay, what if it were possible for me to make more money?
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: What if it were possible for me to have money flow from known or unknown sources?
• 24:31
SPEAKER_00: Like what if that were possible?
• 24:33
SPEAKER_00: And they've gotten jobs where they've doubled their income, you know, because they opened up the energetic possibility for that to be the case.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: So I think sometimes even just the question itself, um, and I mean this with love, but can presuppose that we don't believe that it's possible to receive money from other ways.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: And that just simply isn't true.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: I have examples of that in my own life where I during COVID, as a matter of fact, was one of the very beginning of COVID when everything was being shut down.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: I was doing a meditation and I was just claiming that nothing was going to change in my financial life.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: I didn't know my husband was still working, well, he still is working a full-time job.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, he's an electrician, and so he was kind of one of the last people to have things shut down for him because some of his, I mean, people need electricity, right?
• 25:24
  SPEAKER_00: It's essential.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: So I was doing this meditation and I just declared and I decided that even though he was likely going to get, you know, laid off or whatever the case may be, that we were not going to suffer financially, that things were just going to stay status quo and everything was going to be fine.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: And I had a certain number of uh energetic minimum that I was available for.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: And it was wild because a couple days later, like he walked in the door as I was doing this meditation.
• 25:52
  SPEAKER_00: He's like, I'm sorry, but it's 11 o'clock in the morning.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: He's gotten laid off, you know, and he's walking in.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I'm still making the decision that nothing is going to change financially.
• 26:02
SPEAKER_00: We didn't have any evidence that that was going to be true.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_00: And then a couple days later, I got a notice from my tax accountant that we had overpaid.
• 26:12
  SPEAKER_00: I got like$12,000 back for that.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: There was a bonus that hadn't come through from when I quit my corporate job six months before that, that came through for like$3,500 or whatever it was.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: So there were these kind of miracles that just came through.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: And that's just one occurrence of that happening.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: And that brought me to exactly where my energetic minimum was that month.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: And then it carried through in that in that same fashion for the remainder of the time that he was off.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: And so I think it's important to number one, know that that is possible.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: Those kinds of things happen to me now all of the time.
• 26:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so just opening yourself up to the fact that how are you kind of like pigeonholing the universe?
• 26:58
SPEAKER_00: Are you saying it can only come from this because again, the universe can only respond to that frequency then?
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: If that's all you believe to be true, then you're right.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: You know, it's like the the him, um actually our mentor said this, and and I love this quote, but he said, What if the job of the universe is just to say yes to whatever it is that you believe to be true?
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: And so I often think about that, and I'm like, okay, if I'm saying things that are, you know, I can the money can only come from this, the universe is like, yes, okay.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: You know, because its job is to is to serve you and give you what it is that you want.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: And so believing that it's possible, believing that there's other ways, believing that you can receive money from known and unknown sources, believing that you can get paid more for your work, uh, starting with the belief and the possibility that something else could exist.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: And then also from a strategic standpoint, starting to look at like, where are you leaking energy?
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: You know, if you have a certain salary and you want to invest in your health, but you're eating out to the tune of, you know,$400 a month or whatever it is, like are there places that you are actually physically in the interim while you're waiting for the additional money to come through and you're waiting on the universe to provide in that way, are there tangibly physical things that you can do to make room for what it is that you want?
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: Because every every time that you spend money, you're voting with your dollar about what's important to you.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_00: So if you're spending money, and I mean mean this with the most amount of love because my husband loves to do things that are not voting with our dollar in different ways sometimes.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, do we need the streaming?
• 28:36
SPEAKER_00: You know, do we need four streaming platforms, or is one okay?
• 28:40
SPEAKER_00: Do we need to eat out, you know, two times this week, or is like one okay?
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: So I think it's important to just know, and no shame, it's just understanding that every time you spend money, you're voting with your dollar about the future that you want to create in your life, and you have full autonomy over that.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_01: That okay, that last sentence.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_01: We need to like highlight that.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_01: You guys go back, rewind, listen to that again.
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_01: You have full autonomy.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_01: And what I'm hearing from that is like you get to decide what's important to you, but it also takes like sitting down and being very honest.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_01: Are you actually spending money in the way that aligns with your priorities and values?
• 29:22
SPEAKER_01: And if not, what are we gonna do about it?
• 29:26
  SPEAKER_01: And no shame, right?
• 29:27
SPEAKER_01: Like I think shame is such a it's an emotion that happens, and we've got to be able to talk about things and let it go because it's not gonna serve you and how you're showing up in any part of your life.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_01: I think there's such an overlap with what you described, with like being able to stay open to the possibility of miracles and like hello, this is a fertility podcast.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_01: We are witnessing miracles every week in our program, and the people who've been through.
• 30:00
  SPEAKER_01: This work with me.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_01: And there is such an overlap in the way that people approach what they believe to be true about money, what they believe to be true about their health, their fertility.
• 30:11
SPEAKER_01: And so for anyone who might have been listening to that whole segment going, like, oh, we can happen her for her, but not for me, it's like, no, that is absolutely not the truth, right?
• 30:23
SPEAKER_01: Like, no one wrote that in the sky as like, this is just the fact, it can happen for Rebecca because she's just gifted.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_01: And it's like, no, this is possible for everyone.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_01: So if you are hearing it, I want you to know, and I won't I hope your subconscious is actually seeing that this is possible for you too.
• 30:43
SPEAKER_01: And on the fertility side of things, this is like this is a foundation of the work that I do, of course, is regulating your nervous system and clearing the limiting beliefs that we had.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_01: And yet still, when there is something that has a big dollar signed to it, people tend to get kind of spooked.
• 31:01
SPEAKER_01: So let's take the example of IVF, where an average IVF cycle in this country is like$20,000 or so these days.
• 31:10
  SPEAKER_01: And it's not a guarantee.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_01: So people are getting told like IVF, number one, may be your only option.
• 31:19
  SPEAKER_01: Number two, it's gonna cost you$20,000.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_01: And number three, there's no guarantee that this is actually gonna work.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_01: Like depending on your age, let's say someone is 35 years old, you've got about a 60% chance of this working.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_01: And most people need to do two to three rounds.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_01: And when people are trying to make this decision about like, do I go into debt over this?
• 31:45
SPEAKER_01: Do I pull from my retirement?
• 31:47
SPEAKER_01: Do we refinance our house?
• 31:49
SPEAKER_01: Or do we not pursue one of our biggest dreams in life?
• 31:57
SPEAKER_01: Like what what would be the starting point for you unwinding that?
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh ultimately I believe that because the same kind of creation energy that you're utilizing to create life is actually the same creation energy that you're using to manifest money.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_00: And so that's something to consider is these are not separate when we're asking for miracles.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_00: We don't ask for miracles in one area and then not assume that they're gonna happen in others.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_00: And so when we're talking about this concept of manifesting money, uh, I love a process of really just number one, I'm gonna I'm gonna start with this first and then I'll I'll get to that question.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_00: But again, so much about what it is that we can manifest or bring into our life, it starts with our belief system.
• 33:00
SPEAKER_00: So I know that you work on that, regulating the nervous system, getting rid of any beliefs that you have that say that this can't occur.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_00: The same thing relates to money.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_00: It's getting yourself on board with the fact that even if it's just starting with what if it were possible for me to manifest this money, for this money to come in and for it to be perfect, the perfect way that it's supposed to.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_00: And I want to come back to the conversation around debt, like potentially financing this, because I really believe that after working with people and high net worth individuals for many years, I truly have a different thought process around debt.
• 33:42
SPEAKER_00: I believe that debt is something that most high net worth individuals actually use to leverage their assets.
• 33:53
SPEAKER_00: And the sort of middle class, if you will, has been taught to believe that debt is bad or wrong.
• 34:01
SPEAKER_00: And I believe there's a reason for this, and I think that it's to keep us afraid of taking risks like that, of taking chances, of going bigger and living bigger.
• 34:13
SPEAKER_00: Because truly debt in a structured way, if you can afford to pay it back, is just a choice to pay something back over time.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: The shame and the guilt is placed upon us by the system.
• 34:28
  SPEAKER_00: And I just don't.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_00: So, number one, if you feel like this is, let's go back to the intuition, if you believe in your heart of hearts that this is the route that you want to go and working with someone like you, Katie, to support them in this process, and you feel like you're being called to make a specific investment in yourself, then I believe in a benevolent God.
• 34:51
SPEAKER_00: I believe in a benevolent universe where, you know, I don't believe that the universe is going to bring you to something if it's not willing to bring you all the way through it.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't believe that we're gonna get to this place and it's like, ha ha, you know, fold you.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_00: Like, I just don't, that's not how that's not my experience with life.
• 35:07
SPEAKER_00: I believe that if you're called to do something, the means to go all the way through with it are going to show up.
• 35:16
SPEAKER_00: Part of that is my belief system now.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_00: And so, how can you even start to open yourself up to the possibility of this can work and this can work out perfectly?
• 35:25
SPEAKER_00: And then sit with the options that you have.
• 35:27
SPEAKER_00: You know, what are those options?
• 35:29
SPEAKER_00: And really tapping into, okay, how does this feel in my body?
• 35:32
SPEAKER_00: If would it feel completely contracting and would I be like, you know, freaking out month by month if I did finance this, then maybe that's not the right option for you.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_00: But if you go to, okay, well, I've got retirement assets and I really this is what I really want, and I feel led to do this, and taking it from your retirement assets is an option for you, and that feels good for you.
• 36:00
SPEAKER_00: That's where you want to tap into that intuitive decision making.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_00: It's like, what is the thing that's gonna make you feel good about it?
• 36:07
SPEAKER_00: And then also, is there a way that you can start to open yourself up to the possibility that this could occur?
• 36:13
SPEAKER_00: It could fall out of the sky, you know, it could be miracle money.
• 36:16
SPEAKER_00: You could receive money from an inheritance.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I've I've seen that happen in my own life and then in others' lives where it's like they working on releasing these energetic blocks opens up the ability to have money come through.
• 36:32
SPEAKER_00: Uh, and but the universe will only send it through the path of least resistance.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a lot of resistance around money, that's of course the work that I do with people, but it really is like opening yourself up to what if this could work out?
• 36:46
SPEAKER_00: If I'm being led to do this, how can I do it in a way that's going to make me feel good, that I'm not going to be sitting there even more stressed out because I know that, especially as it relates to fertility, you don't want all of that additional stress.
• 36:59
SPEAKER_00: So, what's a way that you can do it that feels best for your mind, your body, and your spirit?
• 37:04
SPEAKER_00: And that's how I choose to navigate those kinds of larger purchases and decisions.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_00: And I've never been left on my ass where the universe is like, you know, you're I'm not gonna like you will see the result of what it is that either you want or the lesson that you need in life.
• 37:22
  SPEAKER_00: I believe that wholeheartedly.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_01: That is exactly what was coming to mind for me is like you're either gonna get the result you want or the lessons that you needed.
• 37:31
SPEAKER_01: And if you haven't been very honest about your relationship with money and worked on your relationship with money, and you do just jump into that situation of dropping$20,000 for IVF, and then it doesn't work out, and then you're stuck in the guilt and the shame and the resentment and the victim mentality.
• 37:54
SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, well, there's still a lot of learning to do there.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_01: There is some unwinding to do.
• 38:00
SPEAKER_01: I am very much more in the camp of like, ooh, you're triggered, great, we have an opportunity.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_01: Like and that's you know, I I want to say like it's not comfortable.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_01: Like, I remember the first time that I started working on money stuff, and it it really had to do with this building, which I think probably everyone is sick of me hearing about at this moment, but I'll maybe that's just me projecting.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_01: But it started with the what is possible, because based on the numbers that were in my bank account, based on the experience that I had with money, at the moment that my husband and I first thought about this possibility, the first thing my brain did was shut it down.
• 38:43
SPEAKER_01: It was like, that's not possible.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_01: Like one, you haven't made enough money yet.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_01: No, like no bank is gonna approve you for that loan.
• 38:52
SPEAKER_01: Like, you're not you're not a serious business person.
• 38:56
SPEAKER_01: Like there were so many stories that started coming up that I was like, oh, this is interesting.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I have like an entire notebook with tear stains and like that is like the the work around it.
• 39:13
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't mean there's gonna be like this beautiful, like you said, you're not just gonna snap your fingers, like this is actually going to take a decision for something to change.
• 39:24
SPEAKER_01: And sometimes there's a messy middle where you're doing some crying and you're feeling the feelings that you have avoided for so long.
• 39:36
SPEAKER_01: Um because you mentioned like noticing if you were to finance and like if you imagine doing that, and like what does that feel like in your body?
• 39:44
SPEAKER_01: It's like, well, if you've been really disconnected from your body, then it's gonna be a very interesting experience to start feeling your body and feeling your feelings.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_01: And there is just so much overlap between how you talk about money and how we approach fertility.
• 40:01
  SPEAKER_01: It's amazing.
• 40:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 40:04
  SPEAKER_01: Very synchronous.
• 40:06
  SPEAKER_00: Of course.
• 40:07
SPEAKER_00: Because it's all tied to worth as well, I believe.
• 40:09
SPEAKER_00: You know, like so much of us we tie our relationship with money to what we believe that we're worthy of, what we believe that we actually can have, what we believe is true about ourselves.
• 40:24
SPEAKER_00: And if you start just listening to yourself, the way you talk about money, that's a really good first step to see what your relationship is.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_00: Is like when a bill comes in the mail, what's the first thought that comes up?
• 40:38
SPEAKER_00: An unexpected bill, or when you think about pursuing an investment into yourself and into your fertility journey, what starts to come up?
• 40:47
  SPEAKER_00: What are the thoughts?
• 40:48
  SPEAKER_00: What are the feelings?
• 40:49
  SPEAKER_00: What are the emotions?
• 40:51
SPEAKER_00: A lot of times we're not walking around saying, oh, I don't believe I'm worthy of money.
• 40:55
SPEAKER_00: No, like it's not a conscious thing.
• 40:57
SPEAKER_00: Most of this is stored in the subconscious.
• 41:00
SPEAKER_00: And so it's really important for us to kind of spot those what we call blind spots, right?
• 41:05
SPEAKER_00: Of these things that you don't even.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_00: I think that the trickiest beliefs are the ones that you don't even believe are beliefs or the ones that you just believe are truths.
• 41:17
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 41:18
SPEAKER_00: The things that you've just been saying for so long that you just, you don't even consider them a belief.
• 41:24
SPEAKER_00: You just consider it to be the way that it is.
• 41:26
SPEAKER_00: Someone like me can't have something like that.
• 41:28
  SPEAKER_00: You know, I can't, I can't create that kind of wealth.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_00: It's easy for her, but not me.
• 41:33
SPEAKER_00: Everybody else can do it, but I can't.
• 41:34
SPEAKER_00: I'm not worthy of that.
• 41:36
SPEAKER_00: So these are the things that you've just been telling yourself for a really long period of time until someone comes along and they're like, hey, where'd you pick that up from?
• 41:46
SPEAKER_00: Like, how did you how do you even know that that's true?
• 41:49
SPEAKER_00: Are you just believing it because it's something you've heard your whole life?
• 41:53
SPEAKER_00: And a lot of times that's exactly how we approach our relationship with money.
• 41:59
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_01: And there was something you brought up towards the beginning of, you know, when we were relating to gratitude and like having those moments of being like, it's not enough.
• 42:07
SPEAKER_01: And like, what if we applied that statement to yourself?
• 42:10
SPEAKER_01: Like instead of saying it's not enough, like, are you actually saying and believing I'm not enough?
• 42:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 42:17
SPEAKER_01: And this was something that came up with a patient of mine recently.
• 42:21
SPEAKER_01: And she's been through a lot like with her fertility journey within her relationship.
• 42:27
SPEAKER_01: Um, what's interesting is on one side her fertility journey has been like fairly dramatic and tumultuous.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_01: And on the other, career end of things, she's actually like up-leveled several times in our work together.
• 42:41
SPEAKER_01: But as we were talking about like maybe why one area feels like this and the other area feels like this, and our and and there was some stuff going on within family that she's like, Well, I feel like I perform really well in work because like I'm always trying to prove myself.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_01: And it's like, oh, well, why is that?
• 42:57
  SPEAKER_01: And it's like, oh, because I don't feel like I'm enough.
• 43:02
  SPEAKER_01: It's like interesting.
• 43:03
SPEAKER_01: How I wonder what that would feel like to release that.
• 43:06
SPEAKER_01: And she was like, the thought never even came into my mind that I could release that until right now.
• 43:12
  unknown: Yeah.
• 43:12
SPEAKER_01: And so it's just very we're all just so interesting as humans.
• 43:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we are.
• 43:18
  SPEAKER_00: But it's it's beautiful, right?
• 43:20
SPEAKER_00: It takes somebody coming along and being like, wait a second.
• 43:24
SPEAKER_00: That's why this work is so powerful, right?
• 43:26
SPEAKER_00: That's why being a coach, being a mentor to people, it's like because we're looking at their language, we're looking at how they're showing up.
• 43:35
SPEAKER_00: And it's like, this is just and I mean we we need it too.
• 43:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's why we're in a mastermind together.
• 43:41
SPEAKER_00: We have people helping us.
• 43:42
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we all need this.
• 43:44
SPEAKER_00: And so it's like to be able to look at someone and be like, wait a second, why?
• 43:48
SPEAKER_00: What did you just say?
• 43:50
SPEAKER_00: Why did you just say that?
• 43:51
SPEAKER_00: Why would you even, why would you even say that?
• 43:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, but a lot of times we don't have those people in our lives on a daily basis unless you're surrounded by people who are, you know, in this in this role.
• 44:04
SPEAKER_00: To there's not a lot of people who are doing that.
• 44:06
SPEAKER_00: It's like most people are just kind of agreeing with you, and it's like, yeah, okay, well, whatever, I've got my own stuff going on.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_00: And so we're we don't have people all of the time helping us see where we're actually keeping ourselves stuck.
• 44:20
SPEAKER_00: And again, that can be confronting, but at the end of the day, the most beautiful thing about this whole conversation is, you know, and I'm gonna say this with the most love.
• 44:30
SPEAKER_00: And when I when I realized this years ago, everything changed, which is I am the common denominator in all of the problems in my life.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_00: And when I realize that, I also realize that I am also the common denominator in all of the potential solutions.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_00: I'm the one that can decide, I'm the one that can choose, and so are you.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_00: And so it's like being able to just recognize that you do have autonomy, you do have power, you do have say in how your life goes, regardless of if someone told you you do or not.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_00: And if you don't believe that, then again, start to unravel like where's that thought process coming from?
• 45:12
SPEAKER_00: If you're hearing yourself saying things like, yeah, that's not true, or that's not possible, or I why I couldn't manifest miracle money like that.
• 45:20
SPEAKER_00: Why do you think that is?
• 45:21
  SPEAKER_00: Start to question this.
• 45:23
  SPEAKER_00: Whose thoughts are these?
• 45:25
  SPEAKER_00: Whose beliefs are these?
• 45:26
  SPEAKER_00: Whose voice is this?
• 45:27
SPEAKER_00: Where did this come from?
• 45:28
SPEAKER_00: There is no, like you said, there's no pie, there's no chalkboard in the sky.
• 45:34
SPEAKER_00: I don't believe that you came out of your mother's womb.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_00: And when you came out, God stamped you on the forehead and was like, this one's gonna be, you know, poor.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_00: This one's never gonna be able to make more than$5,000 a month or like whatever.
• 45:46
SPEAKER_00: Like it just doesn't make any sense.
• 45:48
  SPEAKER_00: It's silly.
• 45:48
SPEAKER_00: It's like, where did you pick all of those things up?
• 45:51
SPEAKER_00: Um, and we all pick them up somewhere along the way, most of the time in our programming years, um, from the time that we're born to about the age of seven, is when we really uh adopt a lot of these beliefs, and then we just walk out, you know, our the rest of our lives as though those are truths when actually they're just things that we've been telling ourselves for a long period of time.
• 46:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 46:12
SPEAKER_01: And it's wild because we we really truly are walking around mostly unconsciously with what 90 to 99% of how we act, our habits, our actions, our beliefs are all unconscious.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_01: And yet we're we're doing things without thinking about where it came from.
• 46:32
SPEAKER_01: And and I'll say just to you know, really help highlight this for people like if we are just trying to solve all of our own problems, we're only gonna get so far because we can't see our own blind spots.
• 46:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:45
SPEAKER_01: And like when I, you know, say something to someone and they're able to hear it in their belief system and go, that's an interesting way that you said that.
• 46:56
  SPEAKER_01: Is that really true?
• 46:57
SPEAKER_01: It's like it's just so different being able to have a mirror put in front of you and have that support.
• 47:03
SPEAKER_01: Now, that's not to say that none of this can be DIY, but I have benefited so much by surrounding myself with people who can support me.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_01: I would not be here where I am today had I not asked for help, had I not raised my hand and said, like, I'm willing to grow and I want someone to give me feedback and construction.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_01: And it's it's just what's your opinion about like trying to DIY this work?
• 47:37
SPEAKER_00: I don't think that I think that you can get so far with it, but like you said, um, it's it's not really possible because we can't see ourselves.
• 47:47
  SPEAKER_00: That's why mirrors exist.
• 47:49
SPEAKER_00: If you think about it, like you cannot fully, it's a perfect example.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_00: I cannot see myself fully unless I'm looking in a mirror.
• 47:59
SPEAKER_00: Because we're not able to.
• 48:02
SPEAKER_00: So other people can point those things out that we're not able to see, and other people can be those mirrors for us.
• 48:09
SPEAKER_00: And so we all have blind spots.
• 48:11
SPEAKER_00: We all, I mean, I used to think that I knew everything.
• 48:14
SPEAKER_00: I was very uh averse to this.
• 48:16
SPEAKER_00: I didn't, I didn't want to have people giving me constructive criticism.
• 48:21
  SPEAKER_00: I thought I knew everything.
• 48:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, that was an ego protection mechanism back then, but there when I went to my very first personal development event, they talked about this concept of, you know, there's there's things that you know that you know, which is like a small little, he had like this big, this big circle drawn out.
• 48:38
SPEAKER_00: And he's like, okay, in this little dot right here, these are things that you know that you know.
• 48:42
SPEAKER_00: And then there's things that you know that you don't know.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_00: And then there's everything else.
• 48:46
SPEAKER_00: There's things that you don't even know that you don't even know.
• 48:49
SPEAKER_00: And if you think about it, like we don't know everything.
• 48:52
SPEAKER_00: There's so much that we don't even know that we don't even know.
• 48:56
SPEAKER_00: Think about all the things that you're alerting.
• 48:57
SPEAKER_01: It's like the more you know, the more you know you don't know.
• 49:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, exactly.
• 49:02
SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh my gosh, you know.
• 49:04
SPEAKER_00: So if you can be open to that's where I believe like the quantum exists.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_00: That's where I believe the the miracles exist.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_00: That's where I believe the things exist that are really going to be transformative for us is when you open your mind to, okay, what if I could be a student in this?
• 49:22
  SPEAKER_00: What if I didn't know everything?
• 49:23
SPEAKER_00: What if someone else were able to support me in a process or a way of being or a frequency or, you know, whatever it is that that you're wanting to tap into?
• 49:33
SPEAKER_00: What if someone else were able to know and were able to guide me?
• 49:37
  SPEAKER_00: And it's confronting.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_00: Again, you know, I didn't want to look in the mirror at myself and all of my shit back then.
• 49:43
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to do that.
• 49:44
SPEAKER_00: I wasn't like in love with this.
• 49:47
SPEAKER_00: I think sometimes my higher self like dragged me here because it's like you have a big purpose and mission on your life.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_00: You got to work through some of your stuff first, my love.
• 49:56
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, no, I don't want to.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_00: Uh, but it just through enough surrender, I realized that yeah, I just want to be a student of life.
• 50:05
SPEAKER_00: I want to continue to learn.
• 50:06
SPEAKER_00: I want to continue to grow because what's working or what I'm doing back then wasn't working.
• 50:12
  SPEAKER_00: I was miserable.
• 50:13
SPEAKER_00: I didn't like my life, even though I may I was making a lot of money at the time, I was miserable.
• 50:19
SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to be in the role that I was in.
• 50:21
SPEAKER_00: And so it sometimes takes us getting to that boulder in life of like, I can't continue on like this.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to wait until you get to that point.
• 50:31
SPEAKER_00: But sometimes, you know, that's the universe redirecting you.
• 50:35
SPEAKER_00: If you're out of space right now where you're feeling lost, you're feeling like you've tried everything, you're feeling like you're at the end of your ropes, and you're like, I don't know what else to do here.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_00: It's okay to turn around and ask for support and ask for help.
• 50:47
SPEAKER_00: A lot of us are hyper-independent and you know, we we grew up without a lot of support.
• 50:52
SPEAKER_00: And so we learn to do things ourselves.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_00: We learn to figure life out.
• 50:57
SPEAKER_00: But I think that the beauty happens actually when we say, you know what, I don't know everything.
• 51:04
SPEAKER_00: I can't figure this out on my own, and I want support.
• 51:07
SPEAKER_00: And there are incredible humans in this world, just like you, Katie, who are out here, like, okay, the second that you ask for it, like I'm willing to help, I'm willing to do it.
• 51:16
SPEAKER_00: This is my life's work.
• 51:17
  SPEAKER_00: I want to.
• 51:18
SPEAKER_00: This is why I exist.
• 51:20
SPEAKER_00: And when you find people like that, it's like, it's so beautiful because we're changing, you know, lives, we're changing the trajectories of lives because of the work that we're doing.
• 51:32
SPEAKER_00: And so it's it's just knowing that this is a safe space.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_00: It's okay to ask for support, it's okay to ask for help when you need it.
• 51:39
SPEAKER_00: Because at the end of the day, I just don't think that as humans, we're supposed to do this all alone.
• 51:44
  SPEAKER_01: I agree wholeheartedly.
• 51:46
SPEAKER_01: And you highlighted something there briefly around something that we haven't touched on yet, and I think it is also really important is that it is also entirely possible to have a lot of money coming in, have an overflow of wealth and abundance, but still be miserable.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_01: And we've we've touched more on like the well, what if you're more in the like, I'm just surviving and how do I like actually call in more and find these miracles?
• 52:16
SPEAKER_01: But what about that energy of like having enough, having more than enough, but it's still not actually like being enough for your soul?
• 52:26
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I've experienced both.
• 52:28
SPEAKER_00: And then I found myself um in the middle where you know now I get to to do what I love for a living, and and get and I feel like that's where we're all seeking to get.
• 52:41
SPEAKER_00: But to answer your question, for many years I watched people who had more money than I could even fathom at the time um struggle with severe mental health issues.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_00: There were families that we would work with who like three of the daughters committed suicide.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_00: They were the wealthiest family like at our bank at the time, and every one of them like committed, you know, suicide.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, I watched these things from a very intimate place of people who had all the things that society tells us to accumulate, and they were miserable, they were not happy, they were sick, you know.
• 53:28
SPEAKER_00: Again, going back to health, there was one gentleman that I think he was our largest depositor um at the bank at the time.
• 53:39
SPEAKER_00: I want to say that this was actually like our our largest client, and he was suffering with his health.
• 53:46
SPEAKER_00: And so like he lit it, it was a struggle for him to get out of bed to walk to the bathroom every single day.
• 53:52
SPEAKER_00: And he was just like, I just wish that like God would just take me.
• 53:55
SPEAKER_00: And he had, I mean, this guy had two and a half million dollars in a checking account that went dormant because he hadn't touched it in so long.
• 54:03
SPEAKER_00: He forgot that the two and a half million dollars was there.
• 54:06
SPEAKER_00: So think about how much money that means that he had.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_00: But he couldn't walk from his bed to the bathroom and he wasn't that old, he just had uh like degenerative health conditions.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_00: So I've seen it all, and I realized a long time ago that money wasn't the answer, but I had to learn that for myself, uh, which a lot of times we do, you know.
• 54:28
  SPEAKER_00: I so I grinded, I hustled, I did all the things.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_00: And about a decade into my financial advising career, I was making more money than I had ever made.
• 54:39
SPEAKER_00: Uh, I had hit, I had just hit, I remember distinctly hitting a bonus where I had made almost six figures in a month, which like at the time, I mean I couldn't even consider making six figures in a year, years and years ago.
• 54:53
SPEAKER_00: And so I had just made this, and I remember signing one of my biggest deals, and I was so overwhelmed and so exhausted that I called my husband and I am just bawling on the way home.
• 55:04
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, he's like, I thought you would be happy.
• 55:07
  SPEAKER_00: You just signed this.
• 55:08
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I hate my job, I hate my life right now, I hate it all.
• 55:13
SPEAKER_00: I I will give it all up.
• 55:15
SPEAKER_00: Like, I hate this with a burning passion, and you couldn't have paid me enough money to stay there because there was so much stress and pressure and anxiety.
• 55:25
SPEAKER_00: And the financial world is a very male-dominated industry.
• 55:28
SPEAKER_00: It's not, it's not for, you know, it's not, it's not set up to to have women succeed.
• 55:34
SPEAKER_00: And so there was a lot of pressure there.
• 55:37
SPEAKER_00: And I just remember thinking in that day, there has to be a better way.
• 55:42
  SPEAKER_00: I I can't do this.
• 55:43
SPEAKER_00: And so I've experienced nothing and I've experienced a lot, and that's really where my transition came into really being a financial coach and a money coach and a money mentor is realizing that I have this background, I have this understanding, I have this real 3D masculine kind of structured way of understanding money.
• 56:06
SPEAKER_00: But that's not the only thing, that's not the only equation.
• 56:09
SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to impact people more than just telling them where to invest their money because I knew there was a deeper root cause as to why every time they would save a certain amount, they would find a way to spend it all or an emergency would come up.
• 56:23
SPEAKER_00: Like I knew what was happening, and I just couldn't keep quiet anymore.
• 56:27
SPEAKER_00: And being in the corporate world, you can't really talk about quantum physics when you're sitting down with somebody to like, so how would how's your self-worth?
• 56:35
  unknown: Yeah.
• 56:36
SPEAKER_00: Like your nervous system is a little bit, you know, out of whack right now.
• 56:41
SPEAKER_00: We gotta do some regulation.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_00: That doesn't go over very well.
• 56:44
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so I knew I had to to create my own path here.
• 56:49
SPEAKER_01: And I'm so grateful you did because I I hope if if we even touch one listener who can go, okay, I've been thinking about this in a way that's not serving the vision that I have for my life and the values that are important to me, then like we have done our jobs where I feel like I would love to close some loose ends.
• 57:14
SPEAKER_01: And I mean I could just like talk to you all afternoon because I really have love getting to know you, but also like this conversation is just it's all encompassing, like it this can change every part of your life, is just this idea that and I know you and I have talked about this a little bit too, is like that money is just a tool, right?
• 57:36
SPEAKER_01: And for for those of us who like like I'm not actually driven by money, like it's it's very hard for me.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_01: If if all I did was say I want to make$50,000 this month, I would not take any action because most of me would be like, why?
• 57:56
  SPEAKER_01: Like, who fucking cares?
• 57:57
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 57:58
SPEAKER_01: Like it's more about like what can I do with that?
• 58:02
SPEAKER_01: Who can I help with that?
• 58:05
  SPEAKER_01: What does it represent?
• 58:07
SPEAKER_01: What value does that actually represent in my life?
• 58:11
SPEAKER_01: And if I can go, ooh, okay, well, I can use this much to send to this charity that I've really wanted to support more, then like that's a different goal.
• 58:23
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 58:23
SPEAKER_01: And and so I think maybe like for me, being able to look at the value as like, what can I do?
• 58:31
  SPEAKER_01: For what purpose?
• 58:32
SPEAKER_01: Who can I help with that has been so much different than just looking at like, oh, here are dollar signs, here's what I'm here's what I'm making it mean about myself, that I have this much debt.
• 58:43
SPEAKER_01: Here's, you know, it like that all is like I could give two shits about.
• 58:49
SPEAKER_01: But that also sometimes makes it hard to operate in the 3D world.
• 58:52
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 58:54
  SPEAKER_00: It does.
• 58:55
SPEAKER_00: And I, you and I talked about this at our last event.
• 58:58
SPEAKER_00: It's like there does come a point where, yeah, when your needs are met, when things are where they need to be in your life, money is less of a driver.
• 59:06
SPEAKER_00: Money used to be my only driver.
• 59:08
SPEAKER_00: So it was really because I was in survival mode, I had a baby to raise.
• 59:11
SPEAKER_00: Like, I was like, that's why I got, you know, I I climbed the corporate ladder in the ranks like very quickly.
• 59:17
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, if I just can work harder and I can make more money, I'm gonna do it because I need money, you know, my baby needs to eat.
• 59:26
SPEAKER_00: And it got to a point where now that I'm living this uh, I call it soul-powered life, which is the name of my podcast, but shameless plug there, but like it's it's really about living this soul-powered existence.
• 59:38
SPEAKER_00: It's like money becomes less of a driver because, like you said, it's it's like it's just it's a tool.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_00: So the way that I reconcile this, which you and I have talked about, which I love, is what if we started to look at taking money back into the hands of those of us who are gonna use it for good and And make choices around how we want to spend our time, what businesses that we want to invest in, what kind of conscious businesses that we want to invest in, where we want to travel, what we want to do, how do we want to impact the world, what kind of charities we want to give with.
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_00: I believe that that in and of itself is an act of rebellion against this system that is dissolving before our very eyes, which is my favorite thing about this work.
• 1:00:28
SPEAKER_00: I've kind of been reinvigorated around this like mission and purpose of what I'm supposed to actually do here.
• 1:00:35
SPEAKER_00: Because we all sit here and complain about these powers to be, and I don't even want to call them the elites anymore.
• 1:00:41
SPEAKER_00: My friend was calling them the deletes because they're losing their power, right?
• 1:00:46
SPEAKER_00: Like this is no longer like the gig is up.
• 1:00:48
SPEAKER_00: We all know what's going on, and none of us are blind to any of this.
• 1:00:52
SPEAKER_00: So what if we decided that, hey, your system requires us to work through money?
• 1:00:57
SPEAKER_00: Your system requires us to do it in this way.
• 1:01:00
SPEAKER_00: So let's go ahead and take our power back by accumulating more of it.
• 1:01:06
SPEAKER_00: Let's bring the power back so that no matter what they do, no matter how much inflation goes up, no matter how much things change or whatever the hell they're doing behind the scenes, we can still have our power.
• 1:01:20
SPEAKER_00: Because when you're so focused around money and you are in that survival mode, it's like Maslov's hierarchy of needs, right?
• 1:01:27
SPEAKER_00: You're like so kind of tunnel vision.
• 1:01:29
SPEAKER_00: I remember being here, it's like the only thing I was ever focused on was making more money.
• 1:01:33
SPEAKER_00: And I can't see anything else that's going on when I'm looking down like this.
• 1:01:37
SPEAKER_00: But when I have more than enough, it's like I can finally breathe and be like, oh, okay.
• 1:01:44
SPEAKER_00: How can I help others?
• 1:01:46
SPEAKER_00: What can I do that would make an impact in the world?
• 1:01:49
SPEAKER_00: What can I, how do people need to be served?
• 1:01:52
SPEAKER_00: What kind of, you know, things can I contribute to or businesses do I want to support?
• 1:01:58
SPEAKER_00: I don't just go to the sales rack anymore.
• 1:02:01
SPEAKER_00: I buy clothes consciously based on who it is that I want to support.
• 1:02:06
SPEAKER_00: I buy small, you know, from small businesses and I invest in things that I actually want to, not because I can only afford the cheapest thing anymore.
• 1:02:15
SPEAKER_00: So that's really, I believe, what this whole kind of mission is about is what better way to take our power back than to bring money back into the hands of uh those of us who are gonna use it for good.
• 1:02:28
SPEAKER_00: I just can't see any better way of doing that.
• 1:02:31
SPEAKER_00: And it's an act of rebellion in and of itself, and I and I love that for us.
• 1:02:35
SPEAKER_01: And it's such a fuck yes for me.
• 1:02:37
SPEAKER_01: I was like, do it.
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_01: Oh, but it is, and uh I I talk so much about taking power back.
• 1:02:46
SPEAKER_01: And I remember the one of the first times I had that conversation with a patient who she was kind of like like I could see that there was a discomfort, and I was like, what's coming up for you about it?
• 1:02:56
SPEAKER_01: She's like, when I just when I think about power, I think about this like toxic masculinity, patriarchal power.
• 1:03:03
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh, great, tell me more.
• 1:03:06
SPEAKER_01: And it what you just described is like, yeah, okay, we are in a very interesting time in history.
• 1:03:12
SPEAKER_01: I have questioned why my soul decided that this was the time to be here.
• 1:03:21
  SPEAKER_01: Big old WTF.
• 1:03:23
SPEAKER_01: And this is absolutely a part of it.
• 1:03:26
SPEAKER_01: Is like, how do we call our power back here?
• 1:03:28
SPEAKER_01: Because so much of like the exhaustion, even the fertility struggles that people are questioning, like, I think I want this, but do I want to bring a child into this world right now?
• 1:03:41
SPEAKER_01: Do I want to do that while the economy is contracting?
• 1:03:44
SPEAKER_01: It's like regardless of this, you know, what we are currently experiencing.
• 1:03:50
SPEAKER_01: I do also very much believe that like we're seeing a dismantling and we are seeing the powers that be really grasping to hold it all together and like it's looking really ugly right now, in part because it's giving desperate.
• 1:04:11
SPEAKER_01: And like they they see that, like, oh, we there's really no way to avoid the uprising of women who are standing in their power and voting with their dollar.
• 1:04:25
SPEAKER_01: And thank you for being a part of that mission.
• 1:04:30
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 1:04:31
SPEAKER_00: Oh, it feels so good.
• 1:04:32
SPEAKER_00: And it's like, yeah, I'm just like, yes, yes, yes.
• 1:04:35
SPEAKER_00: Because can I share something that's kind of woo?
• 1:04:38
SPEAKER_00: I think we can go there.
• 1:04:40
SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay, let's go there.
• 1:04:41
SPEAKER_00: So I was meditating and I may have shared this with you.
• 1:04:45
SPEAKER_00: I think I did uh at the mastermind event.
• 1:04:48
SPEAKER_00: But I was meditating and I was connecting with the energy of money.
• 1:04:52
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, okay, what am I supposed to be doing here?
• 1:04:57
SPEAKER_00: Because I I had kind of lost a little bit of my when I got into a place where I had a lot of overflow.
• 1:05:04
SPEAKER_00: Like you said, I wasn't driven by money anymore.
• 1:05:06
SPEAKER_00: And I really needed to sit with what it what's driving me here?
• 1:05:10
SPEAKER_00: Like, what is it that I'm doing this for?
• 1:05:12
SPEAKER_00: I really want to reconnect with that mission.
• 1:05:15
SPEAKER_00: And so I was sitting there and I was connecting with my higher self, and I, and then I was connecting with the energy of money, and I saw this vision of the energy of money in chains, like as a physical representation of the divine feminine, which is money is is connected to our divine feminine.
• 1:05:33
SPEAKER_00: That's how we we take our power back.
• 1:05:35
SPEAKER_00: But the energy of money itself was telling me in this visualization, this meditation, it doesn't want to be used in the same way that it's being used right now.
• 1:05:46
SPEAKER_00: Right now, it is in the hands of this dominant, like your client had mentioned, this power, what she what that's what money is being used for right now.
• 1:05:56
SPEAKER_00: And the frequency and energy of money doesn't want to be used that way anymore as a whole.
• 1:06:01
SPEAKER_00: And so we need to, it's our obligation, it's our duty, in order to realign and create this new paradigm on the earth.
• 1:06:14
SPEAKER_00: It's our duty to go out and free the energy of money by bringing it back into the hands of those of us who are going to use it for good.
• 1:06:22
SPEAKER_00: So it's so much bigger than I think any one of us even realizes.
• 1:06:27
SPEAKER_00: And I had to reconnect back with that because I'm like, oh, money needs me.
• 1:06:33
SPEAKER_00: Like actually, the whole system needs people like us to say that it's okay.
• 1:06:41
SPEAKER_00: It's okay to have more than enough.
• 1:06:42
SPEAKER_00: It's okay to take your power back.
• 1:06:44
SPEAKER_00: It's okay to live in overflow.
• 1:06:46
SPEAKER_00: You are not bad, you are not wrong.
• 1:06:48
SPEAKER_00: There's nothing, though, the system that told you that you're bad and wrong, that's the system that's broken.
• 1:06:53
SPEAKER_00: You know, you are not bad, you are not wrong for wanting more.
• 1:06:57
SPEAKER_00: In fact, this is how we take our power back.
• 1:07:00
SPEAKER_00: And so I wanted to share that because I really feel like it's so much bigger than just having more money in your bank account.
• 1:07:08
SPEAKER_00: It truly is the way that we will usher in a new way of living for our children and our children's children.
• 1:07:15
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
• 1:07:17
SPEAKER_01: We have we have some interesting times ahead of us.
• 1:07:23
  SPEAKER_01: We too.
• 1:07:24
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for sharing that.
• 1:07:25
SPEAKER_01: I know we had talked about the uh just feeling like what is driving me anymore, but you hadn't told me about the meditation.
• 1:07:33
SPEAKER_01: And so many of the weird aha moments that I've had around money, or even realizing like who was meant to help me in a situation around money have come from meditation.
• 1:07:48
SPEAKER_01: So I'm glad you mentioned it because um I think most of our listeners have like started to realize like she's gonna go woo at some point.
• 1:07:56
SPEAKER_01: And um they're they're maybe getting more comfortable with that.
• 1:08:03
SPEAKER_01: But I I really just have to say, like, especially when you're like so up in your mind and ruminating and overthinking, it's like that is a signal to me that like slow down, take a take a beat, meditate.
• 1:08:19
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you have any favorite meditations.
• 1:08:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, but I am certainly happy to drop some in the show notes that I've loved.
• 1:08:28
SPEAKER_01: But please take this as a signal to meditate on whatever has been coming up for you around money.
• 1:08:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I love a good guided meditation because especially for especially if you're just starting or you know, you're not used to just being in silence and you're used to being like up in your head, which I which I a hundred percent used to be, a guided meditation will help um to do that.
• 1:08:52
  SPEAKER_00: So there's there's many different ones.
• 1:08:53
SPEAKER_00: I have a lot, I have many in in the program as well.
• 1:08:56
SPEAKER_00: But um I would say just start with something that's gonna be a guided process that's gonna help you to just calm your mind.
• 1:09:04
SPEAKER_00: Because when, you know, I believe that in in the mind, when we're operating from the mind and not the heart, that's where we can get get ourselves stuck.
• 1:09:13
SPEAKER_00: Um so I would say even starting with like some sort of guided meditation would be really helpful.
• 1:09:18
SPEAKER_00: And you can find them on YouTube.
• 1:09:19
SPEAKER_00: And if you have some to share as well, that would be awesome for listeners.
• 1:09:23
SPEAKER_00: That would be a really good place to start.
• 1:09:24
SPEAKER_00: Somebody guiding you so that you can kind of get into get out of your head and into your heart in a way that is really supportive for you.
• 1:09:34
SPEAKER_00: I think that would be a good place to start.
• 1:09:36
  unknown: Yeah.
• 1:09:37
SPEAKER_01: And then if someone wanted to reach out and work with you, where can they find you and tell us about your program?
• 1:09:44
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 1:09:45
SPEAKER_00: So I'm on all of the socials as Rise with Rebecca.
• 1:09:49
SPEAKER_00: So I hang out most on Instagram.
• 1:09:51
SPEAKER_00: If you want to shoot me a DM, I would be more than happy to chat with you, support you.
• 1:09:56
SPEAKER_00: And I also, if you are open to doing this, I have a free training that they can access as well.
• 1:10:02
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we'll drop that in the show notes too.
• 1:10:04
SPEAKER_00: Which is called the expand into overflow training.
• 1:10:07
SPEAKER_00: So it goes through uh essentially moving through an energetic block that you have around money.
• 1:10:14
SPEAKER_00: It's a process that I actually um was given in a meditation again, and I believe that I'm supposed to teach this work to the world.
• 1:10:22
SPEAKER_00: So that's a really powerful and profound training that you can dive into.
• 1:10:26
SPEAKER_00: It is completely free uh for your listeners.
• 1:10:29
SPEAKER_00: And at the end of that training, I talk about my program, I talk about what it is that I'm doing.
• 1:10:33
SPEAKER_00: If anybody wants to continue along with that, of course, uh they can learn more about it in the training.
• 1:10:39
SPEAKER_00: But what I'm doing in the world is again just helping women to take their power back around money, to let go of the things that have been holding them back so that they can actually step into that power and reclaim their own choice about how they want to live their lives, get the time freedom, get the travel freedom and whatever it is that they want to create, whether that's living off grid or living in a mansion, right?
• 1:11:00
SPEAKER_00: And have and flying private, it doesn't really matter.
• 1:11:03
SPEAKER_00: It's all about bringing back the power and the choice into your hands because I believe that's how we heal collectively and how we continue to help raise the vibration of the collective in general.
• 1:11:15
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for being a part of raising the collective vibration and and ultimately with the work that I do, like being a part of creating a better, safer world for our children to come into and live in.
• 1:11:30
SPEAKER_01: And that I believe that if women ran the world, which in part means us running our finances, that we will have a better, safer world.
• 1:11:39
SPEAKER_01: So thank you for being a part of that, part of my mission too.
• 1:11:43
SPEAKER_01: I love that they have our missions have been brought together.
• 1:11:47
SPEAKER_01: And I so appreciate you coming onto the podcast and sharing all of your gifts with us.
• 1:11:54
SPEAKER_01: Uh, we'll make sure to drop the link to uh your Instagram as well as the workshop so that people can learn how to overflow into this abundance.
• 1:12:06
SPEAKER_01: And um yes, any any final words of wisdom for our listeners around money?
• 1:12:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, just know that what's coming through is just know that that you're enough.
• 1:12:20
SPEAKER_00: There's nothing that you need to do, you don't need to become someone new, you don't have to learn all these strategies and tactics and things.
• 1:12:27
SPEAKER_00: It really is a decision.
• 1:12:28
SPEAKER_00: It really truly is a decision to know that I'm worthy of what I want, I'm already enough.
• 1:12:34
SPEAKER_00: And so, how can I get more into that frequency?
• 1:12:37
SPEAKER_00: How can I show up more in that power?
• 1:12:39
SPEAKER_00: How can I show up more in the energy that it's already done?
• 1:12:42
SPEAKER_00: Because if you have a desire on your heart, I believe that it is for you.
• 1:12:46
SPEAKER_00: If you have the desire to conceive, you have the desire to start a business, you have the desire to have more money, that's because it's a breadcrumb from the universe.
• 1:12:54
SPEAKER_00: There, that is actually for you.
• 1:12:56
SPEAKER_00: And with the right tools, with the right frequency, with the right mentors, with the right guides, you can absolutely make that happen.
• 1:13:03
SPEAKER_00: And so just know that you are worthy of all the things that you desire.
• 1:13:07
  SPEAKER_01: I receive that.
• 1:13:08
SPEAKER_01: I hope our listeners do as well.
• 1:13:11
SPEAKER_01: Uh again, thank you for being here.
