Recently, the recruitment firm Robert Walters predicted that there will be an increase in salary next year across many key sectors, such as finance and IT. They said that the business environment in Malaysia is “expected to thrive” in 2018, and that salary increase can go up to 20-25%. But is that necessarily good news for us?
