- 0:26Speaker 2: your iHeart app. Kat, why are you feeling good this morning?
- 0:29Speaker 3: I'm feeling good because we actually have a tiny little
- 0:32Speaker 3: mini cooler outside of the fruit outside of the studio,
- 0:35Speaker 3: and in that cooler I have managed to find the
- 0:37Speaker 3: perfect spot to just kind of store my little eye
- 0:41Speaker 3: patch sheel things. I really so when I get here
- 0:45Speaker 3: in the morning, I put on my little eye patch
- 0:47Speaker 3: things to make my eyes look better in the morning.
- 0:49Speaker 2: You will post a picture of you wearing those right
- 0:53Speaker 2: now on the Toby and Chili page at waschefm dot com.
- 0:57Speaker 2: You won't do it. Put in stories so it goes away,
- 1:01Speaker 2: but you won't do it if you put them on,
- 1:03Speaker 2: I'll put them on. Okay, all right, it's a deal,
- 1:05Speaker 2: all right, I need some like iPads.
- 1:07Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I'm feeling great today because, you know what, yesterday, between
- 1:10Speaker 2: yesterday and Monday, everything finally knock on wood. I don't
- 1:16Speaker 2: want to jinx myself, but everything with the insurance drama
- 1:19Speaker 2: that I've been living with seems to have worked out.
- 1:22Speaker 2: I got an email yesterday from my physical therapist saying
- 1:25Speaker 2: that I've been authorized for more physical therapy on my knee, which,
- 1:29Speaker 2: as you know, or maybe you don't know, three surgeries
- 1:32Speaker 2: in the course of the last year. It was an infection,
- 1:35Speaker 2: it was just nasty, and now I'm trying to get
- 1:38Speaker 2: my strength back. So there was that. And plus I
- 1:41Speaker 2: found out too, because I coordinated my care, my daughter
- 1:45Speaker 2: had a dental bill coming due, which was an extra
- 1:48Speaker 2: thousand plus dollars I was not expecting to spend, and
- 1:52Speaker 2: I found out yesterday after they coordinated the benefits that
- 1:55Speaker 2: it came all the way down to something much more
- 2:01Speaker 2: manageable for two extractions and then some other stuff that
- 2:05Speaker 2: she has to have hunt. So I was just thankful
- 2:07Speaker 2: for that. That's why I'm feeling good. What about you,
- 2:10Speaker 2: feeling good today. Let us know what it is, because
- 2:13Speaker 2: joy is contagious. In the meantime, stay right there because

- 2:51Speaker 3: of its US locations due to undeclared allergens. According to
- 2:56Speaker 3: the FDA, the Frenaeus shortbread cookies and chocolate truffle coating
- 3:01Speaker 3: and apricot filling were recalled because the packaging was in
- 3:06Speaker 3: another language and failed to indicate in English that they
- 3:09Speaker 3: contain wheat, soy, milk and eggs. The public is being
- 3:14Speaker 3: asked to help choose a new name for the massive

- 3:36Speaker 3: exactly is the price of love? Does true love have
- 3:40Speaker 3: a price tag? According to a new survey, it does,
- 3:43Speaker 3: and it's more than six figures. The survey found that
- 3:46Speaker 3: twenty five percent of respondents believe that their finances have
- 3:50Speaker 3: kept them from finding the one, and that the average
- 3:53Speaker 3: respondent says it takes a salary of about one hundred
- 3:57Speaker 3: and ten thousand to make true love possible.
- 4:00Speaker 4: I'll be single for the rest of my life.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Less human today, really nice with a high temperature of

- 4:55Speaker 2: find out who you are and do it on purpose.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Dolly Parton, find out who you are and do it
- 5:01Speaker 2: on purpose. You see, authenticity is not something we just
- 5:04Speaker 2: stumble or fall into, at least I don't think so.
- 5:07Speaker 2: I think it's something that we choose one day at
- 5:10Speaker 2: a time. So what's your choice today? Double down on
- 5:13Speaker 2: that authenticity. Find out who you are and do it
- 5:16Speaker 2: right now and then the rest of today, and then
- 5:19Speaker 2: the rest of the week and the rest of the
- 5:20Speaker 2: month and the rest of the year on purpose. Dolly

- 7:54Speaker 3: was in there so long that mushrooms grew out of it.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Okay, that's absolutely problem. Anything that grows in the fridge
- 8:03Speaker 2: because it's been in there too long, that's no bueno.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely not. They are not the kind of shrooms

- 12:01Speaker 2: who they are and now they've been coping with these

- 12:12Speaker 2: ninety seven point one. Watch FM TB, Me and Chilly
- 12:14Speaker 2: in the Morning bringing it up today because Katie Harris
- 12:18Speaker 2: is playing the part of Chiliamar and kat you have
- 12:22Speaker 2: turned this studio into a hotel room.
- 12:26Speaker 3: Well, well, here's the thing I lived too and a
- 12:29Speaker 3: half hours away. Deep down in southern Maryland and having
- 12:33Speaker 3: to be here and ready to rock and roll at
- 12:36Speaker 3: three am. Yeah, it's a lot. So I bring my
- 12:39Speaker 3: little air mattress and I'm able to fluff it up
- 12:43Speaker 3: in the studio and I have gotten to the point
- 12:45Speaker 3: where I really like it. It's so quiet, it's nice
- 12:50Speaker 3: and cool. I've got everything I need. I literally slept
- 12:53Speaker 3: like a rock last night.
- 12:54Speaker 2: The only time I ever sleep when I'm in this
- 12:57Speaker 2: studio is when I start nodding off at about ten
- 12:59Speaker 2: o'clock in the morning, and I'm still working on stuff
- 13:01Speaker 2: after the show, typically because I didn't get enough sleep
- 13:05Speaker 2: the night before. But is there too much light in here?
- 13:08Speaker 2: Or is it just completely dark and silent?
- 13:11Speaker 4: It doesn't matter.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I have my sleep mask, and that had me thinking,
- 13:14Speaker 3: what is it that you have to have in order
- 13:17Speaker 3: to have a good night's rest?
- 13:19Speaker 7: For me?
- 13:19Speaker 3: Cold temperatures, my sleep mask, and just the right amount
- 13:23Speaker 3: of noise.
- 13:24Speaker 2: I have to have sixty seven degrees. I have to
- 13:27Speaker 2: have my bedroom door shut. I can keep the computer
- 13:30Speaker 2: monitor on, but sometimes that blue light can mess me
- 13:33Speaker 2: up a little bit. And I've got to have all
- 13:35Speaker 2: the sheets on my bed because I'm a believer in
- 13:38Speaker 2: the sheets doing their job when it's cold.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Well, no, yeah, I mean I'm at the point of
- 13:42Speaker 3: my life where like one second the sheet's on and
- 13:45Speaker 3: then it's too hot, and then I got to take
- 13:46Speaker 3: it off, and then it's on and off and on it.
- 13:49Speaker 2: So you don't need the contraband space heater we've got
- 13:52Speaker 2: hidden in a certain locker around here.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Eh, I didn't know there was one.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Well, I mean if it gets a little crisp or
- 13:58Speaker 2: cold in here, you know, I mean sometimes Chilly and
- 14:01Speaker 2: I are freezing in this studio in the morning, but
- 14:04Speaker 2: that's not like the middle of the night. Wow. Well,
- 14:07Speaker 2: you know what you seem bride eyed and bushy tailed
- 14:10Speaker 2: this morning. You must have gotten some good sleep on
- 14:12Speaker 2: that their mattress.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Indeed I did.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I ain't gonna lie. I'm feeling like I want to
- 14:16Speaker 2: lay down on it and sample it for myself, but
- 14:18Speaker 2: I'm afraid I won't get back up anyway. We're Toby
- 14:21Speaker 2: and Chilly in the morning. It is ninety seven point
- 14:23Speaker 2: one wash FM. That's Kat Harris and the number is
- 14:26Speaker 2: eight six six ninety two seven forty three sixty one.

- 14:32Speaker 2: to have the perfect sleep environment. What goes into it?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Tell us everything. To have the talk back microphone if
- 14:39Speaker 2: that's easier for you, and we'll talk coming up Telly

- 14:45Speaker 2: wash FM, Kat. Is there anything else that goes into
- 14:48Speaker 2: your ideal sleeping conditions?
- 14:51Speaker 4: A fan? I have to have a fan because just
- 14:53Speaker 4: that cool air.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Do you need a fan when you sleep in the
- 14:57Speaker 2: studio here, which you've turned into to a hotel room?
- 15:01Speaker 4: No, I don't. I've brought one before, but I think
- 15:04Speaker 4: I'm okay without it here.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Right on, because it is cool enough in this darn room.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I'm just saying, what are your ideal sleeping conditions? Eight
- 15:12Speaker 2: sixty six ninety two seven forty three sixty one. It's
- 15:14Speaker 2: the number of talkbacks wide open for you too, if
- 15:16Speaker 2: you're signed in and you're listening on your iHeart app.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Right now, let's go to Woodbridge, Frank, your ideal sleeping conditions?
- 15:23Speaker 2: What are they?
- 15:23Speaker 1: I need it to be cool in the room because
- 15:26Speaker 1: I can't sleep in a hot room.
- 15:27Speaker 2: It's just too uncomfortable. Plus I need to be kind
- 15:30Speaker 2: of quiet, so I don't mind ambient noises. But the
- 15:33Speaker 2: TV needs to.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Be off I totally agree cell phone to otherwise I
- 15:37Speaker 3: will be tempted to doom scroll.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Dude, you don't turn your cell phone off when you
- 15:41Speaker 2: go to bed, do you?
- 15:41Speaker 3: Not?
- 15:42Speaker 4: Completely off?
- 15:42Speaker 3: But I have to put it somewhere else so that
- 15:45Speaker 3: way I don't touch Ah.
- 15:46Speaker 2: That is so hilarious because I have to have my
- 15:50Speaker 2: phone next to my bed just in case. Thank you
- 15:53Speaker 2: for the call this morning, Frank. Now the potomac ig
- 15:55Speaker 2: nore tell us, Please, what are your ideal sleeping conditions?
- 16:00Speaker 7: I need total darkness in order to sleep. I don't
- 16:02Speaker 7: understand how people sleep in bedrooms without and blackout curtains.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Now, is there anything else besides the blackout curtains that
- 16:09Speaker 3: you need.
- 16:09Speaker 7: It also needs to be cool and the bed beats
- 16:11Speaker 7: to be fluffy. So give me those things and I
- 16:14Speaker 7: could sleep all day, cool.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Dark and fluffy. That sounds like my kind of bed party.
