Speaker 1: No, no, it was not.
• 2:10
Speaker 1: All right, george, that's the best I can do.

• 2:20
  Speaker 1: Hello, not here.
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: Yes, bueller.
• 2:24
  Speaker 2: Bueller.
• 2:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, I wasn't there and I clearly wasn't in my mind, but in my mind I had it all figured out that it was supposed to work this certain way.
• 2:33
  Speaker 1: It just didn't.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: It didn't go that way.
• 2:35
Speaker 2: See, you didn't have a devious mind, you weren't a villain back then.
• 2:37
Speaker 1: No, I wasn't, and I'm still not today, not intentionally anyway.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: All right, here's some of the recalls that I need to get in this morning.
• 2:44
Speaker 2: Did we decide on recalls?
• 2:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think we did, I guess, we did apparently Instrument panel failure in the Jeep Gladiator for 2020 through 2024 and the Jeep Wrangler for 2018 through 2024.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: The instrument panel fails Stellantis recalling more than 1.2 million pickups because of an anti-lock braking system software malfunction that can disable the electronic stability control system, potentially causing a vehicle crash without prior warning.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: Do you know of many prior warnings in vehicle crashes?
• 3:18
  Speaker 3: No, Not usual.
• 3:19
Speaker 3: I think that's something we ought to invent.
• 3:20
Speaker 3: Oh, you're going to have a crash in five miles.
• 3:23
  Speaker 1: No, Hold on.
• 3:23
Speaker 3: Wait a minute, you're going to have a crash in five miles.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: No, hold on, wait a minute, you're going to have a crash now.
• 3:26
  Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
• 3:26
Speaker 2: That's the way it usually works, and then there's some bad language used.
• 3:29
Speaker 1: Recall effects 2019 through 2024, ram 1500 pickups and 100% of the vehicles are expected to have the defect.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: According to documents filed with NHTSA, defective vehicles are produced from October 31, 2017, and received the February 14, 2024 ABS module software update.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: So they've been updated, so now they're going to have to update the update.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: Way to go, nice.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: Nhtsa is also launching an inquiry into Stellantis following reports of unexplained fires starting under vehicle hoods.
• 4:04
Speaker 1: Into Stellantis, following reports of unexplained fires starting under vehicle hoods.
• 4:08
Speaker 1: The investigation is estimated to affect over 780,000 vehicles covering the 2021 through 2023 Jeep Wrangler and the 21 through 23 Jeep Gladiator.
• 4:16
Speaker 1: Nine vehicle owner questionnaires were received by the Office of Defects that reported unexpected fires and most indicated the fires occurred while the ignition was in the off position.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: Passenger side of the engine compartment is suspected as being the origin point.
• 4:31
Speaker 1: According to documents filed with nizza, park it outside until you know for sure I want to know more about this office of defects.
• 4:38
Speaker 2: Is that a big place?
• 4:39
Speaker 2: Is that hundreds of people?
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: that work there.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: No, it's got one little old man there, bald-headed, with some round inspector glasses on.
• 4:47
Speaker 1: He's got a whole office just for defect and he's got a stamp All day long.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: That's all he does, defect defect, defect defect, wow, volkswagen ID.4.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: Have you seen one of those, mars?
• 5:06
Speaker 2: No, I have not.
• 5:06
Speaker 2: I have not seen one.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: We typically, every once in a while, get a Volkswagen, but we've not seen any electric Volkswagens.
• 5:12
Speaker 2: We see a lot of the Cybertrucks lately, a lot of Teslas.
• 5:16
Speaker 1: Improperly secured passenger airbag inflator.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: That would be kind of like the airbag that was in the movie Vacation, oh yeah, where the thing blew up in his face.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: All it was was a trash bag, but it was pretty good.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: Volkswagen, like I said, recalling 98,000 ID4 compact crossovers because of defective door handles that offer insufficient water protection.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: Martha, did you open the door?
• 5:43
Speaker 1: No, wait a minute.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: Oh, martha, martha, there she goes down.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: She's on the feeder.
• 6:06
  Speaker 2: The door opened.
• 6:07
Speaker 2: They need the Ken Diggett door handles.
• 6:09
Speaker 2: They do, yeah, they flush in there.
• 6:11
Speaker 1: So those are the recalls.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: I think that what we need to do is we need to have us a little game time.
• 6:18
Speaker 1: We have the Texans playing tomorrow evening.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: We do On Sunday night football.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: We've got Alabama Crimson Tide playing today at 11 o'clock.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: We have the Texans playing tomorrow evening.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: We do On Sunday night football.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: Yep yep, We've got Alabama Crimson Tide playing today at 11 o'clock.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: I heard the roof's going to be open for the Texans yes, it is, or at least at this point in time, they've decided that Right.
• 6:37
Speaker 2: Well, the forecast is pretty good, and it'll be a rare event when the roof is open and you know, we, as taxpayers, paid a lot of money to have that thing open and close.
• 6:53
  Speaker 2: It's never open.
• 6:53
Speaker 2: Well, the last hurricane opened it.
• 6:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, I did some panels on.
• 6:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, like a can opener, uh, but I have to disagree with that.
• 6:58
Speaker 2: But understanding it's supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon through the evening.
• 7:03
Speaker 2: Good, I mean, I'm just saying they probably make that.
• 7:07
Speaker 2: Do I need to look that game time decision?
• 7:09
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: But, uh, and you talked about what, what crimson, who funny it's okay, we'll get you.
• 7:19
Speaker 2: Astros are playing today.
• 7:20
Speaker 2: They won last night.
• 7:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, uh, there was a arca race on yesterday and then it was also the An ARCA race on Friday.
• 7:27
Speaker 2: Friday afternoon evening, friday.
• 7:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, they got to get them in.
• 7:32
Speaker 2: When they get them in ARCA's the you know, lesser Third tier?
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: Yeah, third tier.
• 7:36
Speaker 1: Arca used to be the second tier back in the day.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: Arca is different to a racing series but they ran alongside NASCAR Winston Cup at the time and Arco race was on Saturday and a lot of the kind of like it is now with the secondary Xfinity series.
• 7:57
Speaker 1: Is it the Xfinity series?
• 7:59
Speaker 1: Is that the second?
• 8:00
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the second.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like a Busch series, yeah.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: And so back in the day ARCA was, they were the bomb as coming through the ranks.
• 8:09
Speaker 1: Anyway, let's do the sold cars roundup fun game, shall we?
• 8:14
Speaker 1: So the boys are going to guess the sold price of vehicles off of Hemmingscom.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: Sold cars roundup I've got to concentrate, all right.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Old Cars Roundup I've got to concentrate, all right.
• 8:25
Speaker 1: Now I want you to put your mind into.
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: Let's see 1958.
• 8:34
Speaker 2: Oh, it was just a wheel ad Two-door hardtop 1958 Chevrolet Biscayne.
• 8:43
Speaker 1: Ooh, looks like a restomod Been lowered, medium blue in color, has some you know aftermarket wheels on it.
• 8:50
Speaker 1: Just enough chrome trim Looks really good, kind of like Richie's brother in American graffiti.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: Remember the white and black in Biscayne?
• 9:00
  Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, it's like that.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: How much do you think that that's sold for?
• 9:04
Speaker 1: Oh, oh, oh 32.
• 9:07
Speaker 3: That's what I was going to say.
• 9:08
Speaker 3: I wrote mine down, all right.
• 9:09
Speaker 3: Well, I'm going to take 28, then 28.
• 9:12
  Speaker 1: Well, it's $23,100.
• 9:14
Speaker 1: Oh, very good, michael, that would be a great car to buy.
• 9:17
Speaker 2: I'm going to give you that one.
• 9:18
  Speaker 2: It's very unique.
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: That's only a one-year model car.
• 9:23
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: I was.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: It changed the body style.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: Well, it goes from 57 to 58 and then 59.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: Those are all three different bodies and you can play along at home too.
• 9:32
Speaker 2: So whoever wins, mike will come to your house and wash your car.
• 9:35
  Speaker 1: Here's one, 1987 Chevrolet Corvette.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: Oh, this was the first model year, if I'm not mistaken, that was built in Bowling Green 1987 Chevrolet Corvette.
• 9:50
  Speaker 1: It's a coupe, okay.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: And how much do you think that that sold for the online auction at Hemmingscom?
• 10:00
Speaker 1: Damn, I'm going to start going first $12.
• 10:03
  Speaker 1: I said $11.
• 10:04
  Speaker 1: $4,100.
• 10:06
  Speaker 3: Okay, On Hemmings.
• 10:08
  Speaker 1: Uh-100.
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: Okay On Hemings.
• 10:10
Speaker 1: Uh-huh man, there, it is right there.
• 10:13
Speaker 3: I mean because you know it's got to be a driver.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: This is for Jeff A 1969 Chevrolet Nova.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: Oh, I can't tell you how many Chevrolet Novas that I washed at Richardson Chevrolet.
• 10:25
  Speaker 1: Okay.
• 10:26
Speaker 2: You felt good about it, didn't you?
• 10:27
  Speaker 2: 69.
• 10:27
Speaker 2: Chevrolet Novas that I washed at Richardson Chevrolet.
• 10:29
Speaker 1: Okay, you felt good about it, didn't you?
• 10:30
Speaker 1: Because it was 69.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: Because it was the entry-level Chevrolet back in the day, yep, and they made them in four doors and they made them in two doors.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: This happens to be the grocery getter car, two-door, I would say priceless, but I'll let you go first.
• 10:40
Speaker 1: They also made some hotmarket wheels on it.
• 10:49
Speaker 1: I don't know anything about the other conditions or engine style 17.
• 10:54
  Speaker 3: 17.
• 10:55
  Speaker 2: I'm going to go 9.
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: How about $110,250?
• 11:02
Speaker 2: I did say priceless.
• 11:03
Speaker 2: I did say priceless, what the hell.
• 11:05
Speaker 3: There's something else there SS or an RS.
• 11:08
  Speaker 3: Oh boy.
• 11:09
Speaker 2: No, that's a big block all the way.
• 11:11
Speaker 3: You think Did they put a big block in there?
• 11:14
Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you could get a 396 in them.
• 11:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, and there's something on the.
• 11:23
Speaker 1: The grill's got BS is what it is.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Anyway, here's one for you Boys, you Ford Mustang fans Jeez, 1965 black on black Ford Mustang convertible.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: I don't recall them making a convertible, but maybe they did.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, don, what year again A 1965 Ford Mustang convertible, what?
• 11:48
Speaker 1: But maybe they did.
• 11:48
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, don, what year again A 1965 Ford Mustang convertible.
• 11:50
Speaker 3: What, yes, they did.
• 11:51
Speaker 3: In fact, they made the convertible before they made the other one, I think he's right.
• 11:55
Speaker 3: They had to have the body stressing and everything.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: Okay, so 65 Ford Mustang, black on black convertible.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: Looks like it's got wire wheel covers on it.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: That would be fact automatic.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: I don't know, that automatic or 3 speed, whatever 25, I'm going to go 50 23 363 yeah, I'm betting 3 speed and you know part of the reason that I was attracted to this thing that we do here is the fact that you can buy.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: If you're interested in getting into any kind of a collector car, which is an everyday driver.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: You want to get something that maybe, perhaps that you can modify, buy something that's all completely stocked Hemings.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: They got these cars.
• 12:42
Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's a few other places, but they vet them, so you've got to be a certain caliber.
• 12:47
Speaker 3: The best they can.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: They usually have lots of pictures on there.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: You know, if you're looking for this particular one, the 57 Chevy Bel Air, you can find out whether or not it's got the six-cylinder or the V8 in it, or you know.
• 13:00
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, like I say, you've got to vet them and then you know there's the criteria to get into that, and then if they can also refuse to take it for their reasons, so here is a 57 Chevy Bel Air four-door sedan.
• 13:12
Speaker 1: How much do you think?
• 13:12
Speaker 1: And it looks completely factory stock.
• 13:15
Speaker 1: I don't know about the color, but it's medium blue and it's nice.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: It's got a white top on it, very clean, got full wheel covers on it, stock looking.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: How much do you think that car like that would sell for you go first, but there's my number.
• 13:29
  Speaker 3: Where's your number?
• 13:31
  Speaker 3: I'm going to say $9,000.
• 13:34
  Speaker 2: $100K, $10,100.
• 13:39
Speaker 3: I just paid 10 times more.
• 13:40
Speaker 3: You're the guy I want to sell to and the reason being is because it's a four-door.
• 13:43
Speaker 3: If it were a two-door it would be a whole different world.
• 13:45
Speaker 3: I agree, but the four-doors are kind of coming up because the two-doors got so expensive.
• 13:49
  Speaker 3: Yeah.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: What was your number on that?
• 13:51
Speaker 2: Nine, nine, okay, but don't want to give you that one, so Mike's ahead.
• 13:54
  Speaker 2: Thank you.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: All right, this is one for you, mars it with no doors, and it's got a camper on the back of it.
• 14:07
Speaker 3: Price just went up 1977 Ford F250.
• 14:11
Speaker 1: So it's a three-quarter ton and not one of the most attractive trucks in the entire world.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: Two-tone, with a panel painted on the bottom.
• 14:18
Speaker 1: No, it's one color and it's beige.
• 14:21
  Speaker 1: This is perfect.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: This is perfect for Mars, yeah.
• 14:24
Speaker 3: Probably got a four-speed granny gear type transmission.
• 14:27
  Speaker 1: I don't know about that.
• 14:28
  Speaker 3: Cab over camper.
• 14:30
Speaker 1: Nope, oh, just like you got on the in-wheel time truck Like a Lyric aluminum top.
• 14:35
Speaker 3: Yeah, man, I was thinking maybe it's home away from home 77 F Ford 250.
• 14:39
  Speaker 1: $12,000.
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: Mars Three-quarter ton 14.
• 14:45
Speaker 2: 14,963 is what it sold for Hot diggity.
• 14:48
Speaker 1: Speaking of trucks, while we're in that category, here's another one, a 1954 F100, which would today be considered a half ton.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: It's all fixed up, all gussied up.
• 15:01
  Speaker 1: It's not a radical Restomod.
• 15:05
Speaker 1: Looks like it's probably stock.
• 15:08
Speaker 1: It's got a pretty nice looking paint job on it, medium blue with white grill treatment to it, just stock looking Okay.
• 15:16
  Speaker 1: 54 Ford F-150.
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: F-100.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: Who's going to go first?
• 15:23
Speaker 1: What do you think it's going to be?
• 15:25
  Speaker 1: 14.
• 15:27
  Speaker 1: 22.
• 15:27
  Speaker 1: 14.7.

• 15:37
Speaker 1: Deuce and a quarter Dude this thing.
• 15:39
Speaker 2: It's not a Wildcat, is it?
• 15:40
Speaker 2: No, it's massive, though.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: My God, it's big.
• 15:44
Speaker 2: My Aunt Jean had a Wildcat and it was a bad-to-the-bone car.
• 15:47
Speaker 1: I hope it was green, forest green like this one is, with great big white wall tires and big wheel covers, plain Jane looking, and luxury and floatability, $9,000.
• 16:02
  Speaker 1: $9,000.
• 16:03
  Speaker 1: You looked, no, I didn't.
• 16:04
  Speaker 1: $9,300.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: No, I did not look, I guess I should have paid attention when he said you looked.
• 16:10
Speaker 3: You can't fit that in the garage.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: No, here we go, we're going to move along now.
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: 1955 Chevrolet 210 station wagon, four-door.
• 16:17
Speaker 1: It's not a Nomad, all right.
• 16:20

• 20:19
  Speaker 2: We've got a new subscriber.

Speaker 2: This person is A Keys.
• 20:21
Speaker 2: They've contacted us, mike and I, and we appreciate them being a subscriber to the show, and I encourage everyone to do that, because who can go through the day without looking at us?
• 20:31
Speaker 2: Uh, the other thing I want to talk about is I had a.
• 20:34
Speaker 2: I had a mass airflow sensor go out on my car this week, guys, and I had to have it towed you never have trouble with that, I know the car is well maintained.
• 20:41
  Speaker 2: It's a.
• 20:42
  Speaker 2: It's a great car.
• 20:43
Speaker 2: She's a little longer than two, she's 11 years old, but but these things happen.
• 20:47
Speaker 2: You know you've got to go to the doctor, get your blood pressure checked and all that stuff.
• 20:50
Speaker 2: But I suggest to everyone to know their vehicle.
• 20:53
Speaker 2: If you've got a hint that something's going wrong, get it checked out.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: Did you have a?
• 20:57
  Speaker 2: hint, no, no.
• 20:58
Speaker 2: And the point is that when you do have a failure kind of know what you're looking at you pop the hood and you go, hmm, what could it be?
• 21:03
Speaker 2: So get to know your vehicle, check your owner's manual of stuff that you don't know.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: Maybe get a lesson, have somebody teach you about your vehicle.
• 21:11
Speaker 2: But that's always good to know.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: Yes, it is Matter of fact, I emailed Carolina over at Professional Auto Care saying Carolina, I want to have the fuel filter changed in the 23-year-old Corvette that I have out there, because it's never been changed.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: I want to do that this year and of course I'll have my usual oil change and filter change Yep, going with Wix and all the filters.
• 21:35
Speaker 1: And so I've got that coming up and I asked her.
• 21:38
Speaker 1: I said if you see anything that I'm missing, let me know so I can budget it.
• 21:43
Speaker 1: The fuel filter is, like you know, $35, $40.
• 21:47
Speaker 1: And the oil is not cheap because it takes mobile one.
• 21:51
Speaker 1: It takes five and a half quarts.
• 21:53
  Speaker 1: Yeah, now who?
• 21:53
Speaker 1: Uh, hey, jeff, let me have a half a quart of oil, the hell you got any pints?
• 22:00
Speaker 2: no, yeah, we do, but they're at the bar, uh.
• 22:03
Speaker 2: But the point is get your car checked out and and that's good, because she's got your records, because you always take it to her, so she knows that you're due for this, due for that.
• 22:10
Speaker 1: That and the state inspection of course, and I still have to get that done because it's not the new year.
• 22:16
  Speaker 1: One more year?
• 22:17
Speaker 1: Well, yes, but you still have to have in this county, you still have to have the tailpipe sniff.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, make sure that you're compliant with your emissions.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: Okay, time out for this hour's car review.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: I had a chance to drive the all-new 2025 Chevy Trax.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: This is the cheapest Chevrolet you can buy.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: Okay, it's available in these trim levels LS, lt, 1RS, active and 2RS.
• 22:46
Speaker 1: I had the 2RS top of the line.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: This is what is considered a small station wagon.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: Would you believe that I like it?
• 22:52
Speaker 1: They call it a station wagon.
• 22:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, it looks like an SUV to me.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: Seats five, all new last year, sharpest looking, extra small SUV on the market in my mind.
• 23:03
Speaker 1: Attractive front fascia with a big grille and squinty headlights.
• 23:07
Speaker 1: Mind, attractive front fascia with a big grill and squinty headlights.
• 23:12
Speaker 1: Uh, mild side body sculpting with a black lower valance and wheel openings.
• 23:15
Speaker 1: The rear gets attractive, distinctive lighting.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: Overall exterior design gets an a don plus.
• 23:25
Speaker 1: What could use improvement?
• 23:26
Speaker 1: Nothing, don't touch it, it's perfect.
• 23:27
  Speaker 1: Interior.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: By the way, the interior it only comes in black and therefore they have made it this way so they can keep the cost of the car down.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: Thank you, chevrolet, yeah, good idea.
• 23:42
  Speaker 1: Thank you, gm.
• 23:43
  Speaker 1: That's a good idea.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: Keep the cost low.
• 23:45
Speaker 1: People need something that's affordable.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: It has the this one did.
• 23:51
Speaker 1: Optional 11-inch touchscreen with Apple and Android integration.
• 23:55
Speaker 1: Seating is comfortable and durable, easy to find and use.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: Buttons and controls for everything.
• 24:02
Speaker 1: Adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring are standard on this particular trim level.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: One of the roomiest, extra small SUVs on the market.
• 24:12
Speaker 1: What I liked about it?
• 24:13
Speaker 1: Everything, what could use improvement, nothing Doing stupid stuff costs dollars, and that's a big part of the attraction.
• 24:21
Speaker 1: There's nothing stupid that I can find on this, and I think that Chevy and general motors did a great job on this.
• 24:27
Speaker 1: Uh, one point 1.2 liter turbo, itty bitty, tiny, teeny weeny turbocharger and the tiny little engine 137 horsepower with 162 whopping pound-feet of torque you have a little smirk on your face.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: Six-speed automatic transmission, one of the.
• 24:49
Speaker 1: It gets 28 miles per gallon in the city, 32 on the highway, for a combined of 30.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: I got 30.5 miles per gallon over 302 miles.
• 24:59
Speaker 1: What I liked about it just enough horsepower to keep you out of trouble, but it could use a little more.
• 25:07
Speaker 2: What do you say?
• 25:08
Speaker 2: Put a turbo on it?
• 25:09
Speaker 2: Well, they make a 1.2 and 1.3 liter with turbos on each variable.
• 25:13
Speaker 3: Yeah, but again you go to the turbo.
• 25:15
Speaker 3: Then you've got to do some engine mods to handle the turbo and all that.
• 25:18
Speaker 1: Don't jack with it, it's okay.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: No, leave it alone.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: Ride and handling all-wheel drive is not available on this car.
• 25:24
Speaker 1: What I liked about it the ride and handling.
• 25:27
  Speaker 1: Smooth and comfortable.
• 25:28
Speaker 1: What could use improvement?
• 25:30
  Speaker 1: Nothing.
• 25:34
Speaker 1: This car, in my opinion, is a winner on all counts.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: A great first car for everyone, including the teenager that's either going to go to high school for the next two years and then go on to college, or college maybe present.
• 25:45
Speaker 1: Whatever Base trim $24, 24 300 price is tested.
• 25:51
Speaker 1: Now this is the top of the line.
• 25:53
  Speaker 1: The rs okay, 27 085.
• 25:58
  Speaker 1: Base model price 20 400.
• 25:59
  Speaker 1: Very good competitors.
• 26:00
  Speaker 1: Mazda cx 30 24 995 $400.
• 26:04
  Speaker 1: Very good Competitors.
• 26:05
  Speaker 1: Mazda CX-30, $24,995.
• 26:09
Speaker 1: The VW Taos, which is a much bigger vehicle $23,995.
• 26:15
Speaker 1: And the Chevy Trailblazer we'll just keep it in the family $23,100.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: But the attractiveness to this is the size of it.
• 26:23
Speaker 1: To me it's very maneuverable.
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Go grocery shopping, no problems getting it in the parking spot, getting it out.
• 26:29
Speaker 1: Maneuverability is excellent on this.
• 26:31
Speaker 1: Like I said, it could use a little bit more horsepower for me, but for most people I think that's okay.
• 26:37
  Speaker 2: It'll work.
• 26:38
Speaker 2: Two things on that.
• 26:38
Speaker 2: We almost got Kylie one.
• 26:40
Speaker 2: Kylie was looking at one of those when she was getting well, the Autorama auto show.
• 26:44
Speaker 2: And then I was at the Buick store getting my car worked on and they had the Buick version of this in the showroom.
• 26:51
Speaker 2: Now, looking at your interior shots that you showed there very, very similar to the Buick, the one that you're driving now, kind of laid out in the same pattern with the same materials.
• 27:00
Speaker 2: Well, like I said, with the black interior.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: it keeps the price low.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: You've got one interior, that's it.
• 27:06
  Speaker 1: That's the one.
• 27:07
Speaker 1: If you don't like it, then go shop somewhere else.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: But the point is keeping the cost low, right, and especially in today's market.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: I mean my God, the average price of a car is 50 grand.
• 27:18
Speaker 2: Who can afford that?
• 27:18
Speaker 2: I was looking at that size vehicle while they were working on my car.
• 27:22
Speaker 2: I had some time to kill, so I was in the showroom.
• 27:24
Speaker 2: F kill, so I was in the showroom.
• 27:25
  Speaker 2: Fiddle around?
• 27:25
  Speaker 2: Yeah, fiddle around.
• 27:26
Speaker 2: There's some nice stuff out there.
• 27:28
Speaker 2: It just depends on what you want.
• 27:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you think, mars?
• 27:33
Speaker 1: You're over there in deep thought in some other world.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: Yeah, well, then never mind.
• 27:37
  Speaker 1: Yeah, you're welcome.
• 27:41
Speaker 3: I see that Sue Mead is standing by, well yeah, we were having some, we were getting set, getting set, yep, okay just checking.
