Remembering Ryan Lambert, Wrestling Star | Birmingham News
Tragedy struck the Alexandria community as two-time Alabama state wrestling champion Jeremy “Ryan” Lambert, 16, passed away in a car accident last Friday. His funeral will be held Thursday, July 2nd, at 2 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with family welcoming visitors starting at 11 AM. Attendees are asked to wear orange and black — Alexandria High’s colors — to honor Ryan, an incoming junior beloved by peers, coaches, and the entire Alabama school community.
