At 3:15 AM, a chaotic shooting erupted at Polson Pier in Toronto, leaving two people with gunshot wounds and a third injured by a stolen rideshare vehicle driven by suspect Omar Abdul Singateh, a 25-year-old from Brampton. After the gunfire, Singateh forced the driver and passengers into the car, then fled at high speed, hitting pedestrians and vehicles. He’s now facing 10 serious charges, including forcible confinement, reckless firearm use, robbery, and dangerous driving.
