Speaker 1: Welcome to Man in America, a voice of reason in a world gone mad. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. Tonight's episode opens a new chapter for the show. Every Saturday night at 10PM eastern, I'll be publishing a new episode as a part of an ongoing series. The first series is called Survivor Stories, and tonight, you're seeing episode one.
• 0:36
So most of us can feel that something's deeply wrong with our world. We see the moral rot in Hollywood, in the news, politics, even the institutions that we thought were always there to protect us. It's this kind of sick moral inversion. It's the open celebration of what used to be called evil. And I keep asking myself the same question.
• 0:58
How deep does it actually go? Well, my guest today has lived inside the answer to that question. Now, before we start this interview, I want to help prepare you for what you're about to hear. Have you ever seen the movie The Manchurian Candidate? The really simplified story is that an ordinary man was programmed to do things that he never would have done of his own free will, including killing people.
• 1:23
Most people watched that and thought it was just fiction. But what if it wasn't? At a flick of a switch, we can adjust character, change personality. What you're about to hear is a testimony from a man named JR Sweet, who tells of being born into a royal satanic bloodline where he suffered horrific ritual abuse and how he was used as a child in the CIA's trauma based mind control program, also known as MK Ultra. He was programmed to be a sleeper assassin and he was surrounded by a culture of ritual abuse that reaches into politics, entertainment, and quote unquote the respectable society.
• 2:03
It sounds like the plot of a movie, but when you hear the interview, well, you can come to your own conclusions. And it's gonna land differently depending on who you are. Some of you will just shut it off. Tell yourself, it's too dark. It's too far outside what normal people talk about.
• 2:20
Maybe you'll file it under conspiracy theory and just move on. That's a choice, and I can't really blame you for it. But I think a lot of you already know. You've heard fragments of this before. You've gone down this rabbit hole.
• 2:32
Or maybe you have your own fragments, memories that don't fit, scars you can't explain, nightmares that don't stop. And when you hear JR talking, something is gonna recognize that inside of you. But if that's the case, just please be careful because JR warns that this conversation could actually be harmful or dangerous for survivors of trauma based control. So just keep that in mind. Whatever your reaction is, I honestly want to hear it.
• 2:58
So make sure you tell me in the comments because this story is one that you're probably going to want to talk to someone else about. I know that I did. And regardless of who you have around you, what they know or don't know, it helps to talk about it. Because we live in a culture that carefully manages what we're allowed to consider real. The same media that now casually admits Epstein's blackmail network existed spent years mocking anyone who talked about elite pedophile rings.
• 3:24
The same institutions that paper over endless wars and intelligence abuses also insist that mind control is just science fiction, that satanic networks are just just urban legends, satanic panic. But stop and think, MK Ultra is not a conspiracy theory. The government documents have been declassified. We know that the CIA, the government agency that our tax dollars pay for experimented on unwitting citizens, prisoners of psychiatric centers, various patients, even their own people, specifically to learn how to break a human mind and rebuild it to order. We know that powerful people traffic children, that enormous resources are deployed to make sure the public never connects the names to the crimes.
• 4:10
The Epstein Network is just the surface of this. These programs make up a lot of the infrastructure beneath it. It's also not that rational to believe a program like MK Ultra was shut down because someone had a change of heart. Bureaucracies don't surrender power. They rebrand it.
• 4:29
They bury it. They push it underground, and they keep it running. JR Sweet came up from that underground. And when a survivor comes forward from that underground, we have a choice. We either defend our worldview at all costs, call them crazy, or we let the evidence challenge us.
• 4:49
In this conversation, he walks us through how it actually works, how trauma based mind control creates dissociation, how multiple personalities can be deliberately engineered, how children from certain bloodlines are selected because generations of abuse have already conditioned their nervous systems to fracture. He talks about growing up in a family that looked clean and religious and pure on the surface, but was utterly satanic underneath. He talks about even being taken to Disneyland as a child, but not as a place of wonder, but as a facility for programming. You're gonna hear things in this interview that are almost unbearable. You also hear about the architecture of the power behind those things, how these systems intersect with the CIA, the elite families, politics, entertainment, how children become assets, and how assets get deployed.
• 5:46
But Seth, why does this even matter? Well, it matters because if we're serious about finding the truth, and I believe that you are or else you wouldn't be here, then we don't really get to draw a line at, you know, things I'm comfortable knowing. It matters because there are people listening right now who have fragments of these memories, unexplained scars, missing time, chronic dark nightmares, and have been gaslit their entire lives into believing that they're crazy. It matters because when you understand how trauma and dissociation are weaponized, you start to see our culture and those who create and control it very differently. And most importantly, it matters because at some point, we have to be willing to confront what is being done to the children in the same nation that we grew up in by the government agencies that our stolen tax dollars are funding, and we have to decide what we're gonna do about it.
• 6:42
The full interview is actually over two hours long. I've split it into two parts so that you can actually absorb what he's saying instead of being just overwhelmed by the sheer weight of it. And today, you'll hear part one. In this episode, we lay the groundwork, his background, his family, what MK Ultra is, the nature of dissociation, and the early stages of his programming. Next Saturday, you'll hear part two where we go deeper into how Disneyland functioned as a covert programming and trafficking hub, the most dangerous game where he and other children were hunted for sport in the woods, the way the government agencies and contracts were used to buy and deploy mind control assets, and why he believes that trauma based mind slavery is a weapon aimed at the entire nation, not just individuals.
• 7:32
This is not light content. It's not for kids. Honestly, no children should be shown this. It's not entertainment. This is an attempt to stare directly at a layer of reality that most people never want to acknowledge.
• 7:47
Because once you see it, can't unsee it. It changes something in you. I'm also not asking you to believe everything that's said here. Follow your own gut. Use your own intuition.
• 8:00
And I'll give you one final warning. Please take it seriously. This information is dark. It's evil. It's very disturbing.
• 8:12
It will weigh heavy on your soul. Look, I've been studying this stuff for quite some time and it took me a couple of days to recover from this interview. But I don't regret it because for me, the scary truth is way more important than ignorant bliss. So if you choose to continue, do so with your eyes open. This is part one of my interview with J.
• 8:36
  R. Sweet. J. R, it is such a pleasure, but really an honor to finally have you on the show. We've been communicating think it was about two years ago I first reached out to you to do a show, you know, things happened how they did.
• 8:54
Anyway, we're finally here. So it's great to have you here and thank you for coming on for this discussion.
• 9:01
Speaker 2: Yeah, you're welcome, Seth. Thank you for having me. Yeah. It's been a while in coming, but I'm really glad to be here, and I'm honored to be here. So thank you.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: Absolutely. So maybe I'll let you just give an introduction to yourself. I know you actually, I'll pull it up just because it's helpful, and we'll be referencing your website quite a bit. You have a blog called Mormon Monarch, which is mormonmonarch.com, where it says you're a survivor of CIA's trauma based mind control program, MK Ultra, and a CIA sleeper assassin who's now awake and that you're blowing the whistle. And you know, I've been covering this stuff for quite some time and studying it for longer than that, well before the podcast, But I feel like that since especially since the release of the Epstein files, a lot of this information has become much more mainstream.
• 9:50
And there's a lot of people that are looking for this actually, because I think there's a lot of people that sense there's something off with the world, and they're trying to make sense of it. And you can't really make sense of it until you start looking into these kinds of areas. And so, yeah, maybe if you want to start, just give us your background and take as much time as you need, and I'll jump in as needed. And my goal is just for this to be very organic and just to let you talk and tell your story.
• 10:19
Speaker 2: Yeah. Thank you, Seth. It is interesting seeing all the Epstein files come out and the people's reaction to it. The things that we're gonna talk about today, they're just what I remember. It's part of my past.
• 10:36
It's part of what I lived through and just growing up. And so for me, it's just how life was at that time. I don't approve of it now that I've been gaining a clear understanding of it. But at that time, that's how life was. And so for me, it is interesting to watch people become aware of these things.
• 11:03
So I was raised in a, satanic family bloodline, a royal satanic family bloodline, and my family was hiding, I call it hiding in the Mormon church. That's the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. And they were involved with the Central Intelligence Agency, Seth. My family was. My uncle was.
• 11:31
I have another uncle that was, but I don't remember much about him being involved with nefarious things. And then my father was, my grandfather, and my grandmother even was involved with human bioprogramming, programming individuals through trauma. And it's something my family, did and was involved with. And growing up, I was raised in the project. And so I was raised in a very twisted family, Seth.
• 12:09
Yet on the surface, you would have thought it was a wonderful family, a family of a father, a mother, and happy children. And that's how I remembered it for a really long time because I couldn't remember all bad stuff. I would get little flashes of things, but I couldn't understand it. And so I was raised in a very bad family, and they raised me in the project. I was selected for it when I was five, five years old.
• 12:46
And then I was my programming started shortly thereafter. And so that's what I was raised in. Would go to something I couldn't remember a lot about, through a lot of my life was a lot of the trips we would take to the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California. And I've been able to remember that and remember some of what was happening there. And so I'll get into that a little bit more.
• 13:21
But I feel like, just for a second, I apologize to pause for a moment, Seth, but I feel like I would like to warn people that we're gonna get into some really complicated things and this is not intended for people younger than 18. It's very important that people understand that this is gonna be really complicated. And if you are susceptible to trauma based mind control, if you're a survivor, you might consider having someone else review this interview. I apologize for not stating that sooner, Seth. And so I want people to be aware of that.
• 14:01
Speaker 1: No. That's important. And thank you for saying that because on both sides, I don't want people that can't handle this information to be hearing it, whether they're, you know, victims of this or whether they're young or they it's hard for them to process the kind of evil that we'll be discussing. But I also don't want you to have to self censor to try to cater towards a certain audience. I think the people that are watching this, they know what they'll be getting into.
• 14:27
And, but I appreciate your warning because this is dark. It's very, very dark. It's very evil when you get into it. I think that for, I think, most people that are inherently good and aren't raised with this level of understanding of what happens, it's very shocking to understand that there there are human beings doing these kinds of things, especially to children. Yeah.
• 14:49
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. So I appreciate that. Thank you.
• 14:56
I will unload now. Yep. So, yeah, I feel like people need to understand what MK Ultra is, but I would like to talk about that just for a moment. Yeah. Please do.
• 15:09
Yes. Yeah. It's a complicated subject. So I was raised in a satanic family bloodline that was connected to the CIA, and they were relatives, my father, grandfather, they were human bio programmers for now. Now, what that means is trauma based mind control is exactly what it sounds like.
• 15:32
It's trauma based mind control. And so for myself, my own personal experience, I was, abused from the time that I was born. And I was put through, a lot of incestual sexual abuse. And I was, raped as a child and as a teenager. They would, sexually abuse you.
• 15:58
They'd get you used to that, and they would make us watch people get be murdered. They would watch you they would make you watch them kill someone or make you kill someone, depending on what the specific goal was that they had. And that was all to put you into a state of trauma. The reason for putting you into that state of trauma, Seth, is to cause you to disassociate. And so they're working with children And I should add that they're pulling a lot of children from these satanic family bloodlines such as my own, because the satanic families are already involved in abusive behavior.
• 16:50
And so there are sick people, in our communities, in our world who are practicing sadness, and they believe in black magic. They're not Christians. Some of them masquerade as Christians, but they're not. And they are doing things. It's often referred to as satanic ritual abuse, and they are abusing their children.
• 17:16
And so those children disassociate strongly because they've already been being raised in an abusive family that its goal is to even cause that child to disassociate. I ask you real quick
• 17:30
Speaker 1: JR, just when you mentioned disassociate, if you can give some context for that, because it's a word that I'm familiar with, but others may not be. And I know that it's one of the central aspects of trauma based mind control. I also, as far as I understand, know that the stronger the ability of the child to disassociate, the more powerful that of a tool that child can become to this system. So can you explain what disassociation is and how it ties into the the personalities and the fracturing?
• 18:02
Speaker 2: Yeah. That's a really good point. Thank you. Disassociation, when you're working at pushing to someone someone to disassociation, I see disassociation as God's gift to humanity. I believe I've heard other people talk about it that way, and I agree.
• 18:22
It is a a way of stepping out of your mind essentially and avoiding an extremely traumatic or overwhelming experience and surviving it. And so it's God's gift to help us survive really bad situations. There's incidents where people are involved in a car accident and something really horrid happens in that car accident, and that individual has trouble recalling what even happened and what they did after that accident occurred, or you have combat situations where that occurs in from. And so it is essentially you are pushed to a point where you cannot mentally stand it anymore. What is happening to you or what you are witnessing happening to somebody else and your conscious mind will step out for a period of time depending on that trauma that you're going through.
• 19:28
And when your conscious mind steps out, Seth, that's when the central intelligence agency wants in because that's where they want to work is in your subconscious mind. A lot of people refer to, they used to call it a multiple personality disorder. Now they call it a dissociative identity disorder. I still consider it for myself to be a multiple personality disorder because dissociation is just one part of it. My family being a satanic family bloodline, there was abuse for I don't know how many generations.
• 20:14
And my understanding through people like, Kathy O'Brien, for example, Herbal, is that after three generations, it becomes ingrained in the genes of those individuals, the abuse and the dissociation. And so you dissociate stronger if it's been happening for multiple generations, basically, to put it shortly. And the CIA, they pull from these satanic families because they've been pushing their kids to that point of dissociation, and they're able to work with them with programming because they've already been prepped for use by the agency and for programming. And then the CIA you through their programming, and that's how, does that make sense?
• 21:06
Speaker 1: It does. So, basically, if I understand correctly, as you mentioned, it's, you know, one of God's gifts, right, that when there's this extremely traumatic event, like let's just say that you get in a car accident and your leg is severed from your body, right? That's an extreme trauma, right? That people will, sometimes people will black out, obviously from the pain, etcetera, but that it's like you mentioned, yeah, it's almost like you take the soul almost, or the consciousness, it gets pulled out of the body. And then that body is just a vessel, right?
• 21:40
So, if I understand correctly that what these agencies do, the CIA specifically, your experience, they have these techniques of torture and abuse to cause a young child to disassociate, to pull themselves out of the body, but then that allows them to then like put new kind of programs into the body, right? Like in multiple programs, right? That they can actually build within that fractured mind, can establish different personalities that can then be activated with certain hypnotic key phrases or sounds that then can switch off one and make the other one appear. Is that is that correct?
• 22:19
Speaker 2: That is accurate. Yeah. And so once you've, pushed consciousness out and you're working with the subconscious mind, that's why I call it the multiple personality disorder myself because then they create multiple personalities for multiple purposes. So you have a base personality, which is your personality that you move throughout life with that I believe I've always had. And then you have other personalities that are layered within your mind, much like something like a computer or your phone, all those different files, but they're hidden.
• 23:02
Like you said, they're hidden in the mind and some things are locked in the body. A lot of it though, I believe is in the mind. A lot of the memories get trapped in the body too, which is interesting. But then they're able to access those different personalities through triggers, tones, things of that nature. Exactly.
• 23:28
And those triggers can be words. It can be a word or a phrase. It can be a phone depending on how many times the phone rings and then they hang up or depending on how many calls with how many rings in each call. There's different codes like that. There's also just just bringing you to a point of coming back to a state of trauma too, like, using personnel or aircraft, for example, to harass you and things of that nature.
• 24:04
That that's not quite so much into the actual programming, though. But yeah. So they're creating multiple personalities for multiple uses is what they're doing, and they're using, these satanic families as well as other people. They they pull from all kinds of places, but I was taken from a satanic family bloodline. So
• 24:29
Speaker 1: And have you have you traced your your bloodline back? I mean, I know that oftentimes these bloodlines do have ties to some of the more you call ancient bloodlines have been preserved and protected over, you know, over millennia. And, but have you traced your family? Does it tie into any kind of royalty or any of these prominent families?
• 24:51
Speaker 2: Yeah. So my family bloodline goes back, I know, to King Henry the eighth. It reaches back to the individual, and I don't understand those connections. And so I don't talk about that a whole lot, but I did look into him a little bit the other day. So I was curious.
• 25:10
And about five hundred years ago, lived this man, King Henry the eighth, and it just kinda creeped me out. Yeah. Yeah. It doesn't sound like a very nice guy. So yeah.
• 25:25
So my family bloodline reaches back to him. And so it is a royal satanic family bloodline. And the CIA and the satanic league, who I refer to as satanic league, they they really look for those things, those bloodlines, and they're very important to them, because of the dissociation, but also because of, other matters that I don't quite understand, religious perspectives, things of that nature. So they're very big into that. Yeah.
• 26:02
So they'll pull from them. And in the project, we were called the chosen. We were the chosen ones is what they would refer to us as when we're in the CIA program. And then there were people who weren't the chosen, and, there were different levels in that. And some of those other individuals were disposable.
• 26:25
There's different categories there, and you're treated a little differently. You're all put through living hell, but there's different categories there. So but MK Ultra started quite a while ago and they never ended it. It never ended. It started back in, what, fifties and it's just it's just still going.
• 26:48
They didn't stop. They've been working hard at it, and it's a horrible thing. They're doing this to our children in our country, and around the world, and it's just disgusting to me, Seth, that they're still doing it. I wanna mention that there's different steps involved in the process, Seth. And so you have the you're trying to cause dissociation, but there's a process to it.
• 27:16
And so they'll put you through trauma. That trauma could be any number of things. And then what they'll do is they would hit us with a stun gun, and they would, we would pick a spot on our bodies and they would hit us with that. And I was hit with stun gun from, the time that I was six years old was the first time I can remember that. And that was a horrible experience in Anaheim, California at our hotel there when I was a child.
• 27:45
Senator Robert Byrd is an individual that was involved in my life. There's political figures that are involved in these things. Such individuals as Robert Byrd, Senator Robert Byrd. And he was a horrible man, and he gave my father a stun gun so that my father could begin using it on myself and my younger brother when we entered the the program. And that was used on me up until I'm not even sure when I truly escaped from it.
• 28:21
But a very long time, years and years and years. I don't know how many times I've been hit with that darn thing. And they will also use hypnosis. So they'll hit you with a stun gun after they put you through trauma and cause you to disassociate. They'll hit you with that stun gun, and then they will, put you through hypnosis.
• 28:42
And the mind is a very interesting thing, and a lot of people don't quite understand that. And hypnotism is very serious matter, and they would hypnotize us, to remember to forget those events or plant alibis within our mind of what had actually occurred because we wouldn't be allowed to remember what we'd even been involved with. That was the premise of using the stun gun was to produce amnesia. So in these things, they're causing you to dissociate, causing you to have a multiple personality disorder to use those personalities, but they don't want you remembering what you were involved with. And so the stun gun was a big part of that.
• 29:29
Now, trauma itself will cause you to have amnesia about what happened to you. I'm gonna get a drink just for a second. It'll cause you to have amnesia about the events you just went through, but then you get hit with a stun gun and it just fries you. It fries your mind and your body. And then they would use hypnosis and they would hypnotize you with alibis and to remember to forget those events.
• 29:59
And then they also would use drugs, Seth. You were constantly being fed drugs, especially if you were operational. For me, I was selected by the CIA at 15 as a trauma based mind slave to do service essentially for the CIA. Now with that said, when I was five, as I mentioned, I was selected for the program. What that means in my understanding is that the CIA would be my sponsor for my programming and at such facilities as the Disneyland trauma based mind control programming facility.
• 30:39
There's a lot that goes on there, and I was taken there. I don't know how many years to be put through programming, but a lot of years. And then you would be taken to military bases, different places like that, government facilities, even even government entities such as the energy department would be involved. The agency is able to move money around and use different parts of the government for human bioprogramming, and hide the funding. And so you'd be put through those things, and they'd be feeding you drugs.
• 31:26
And for me, they had a very specific drug set, by the time that I'd become operational. So my programming was sponsored by the CIA up until I was 15, and then I was purchased for use. And then I was put through what's called Pentagon level black operations testing. And that was a test that I had to go through to work up, in the agency to do more tasks for them, essentially, to be cleared to do another kind of work. And and that was a bad deal.
• 32:05
All those things involve very bad things. I lost track of where I'm at.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: That's okay. So what you mentioned that the the Pentagon, kind of the black ops and, how your purchase for that at 15, and your training moved in to that. Now, I have questions about that, but I wanna just ask a question about the bigger picture of the role of the government in this, right? Because that's one thing that, you know, we have this idea that our government is a certain way. And most people think the government's corrupt in various ways.
• 32:46
It's easy to be corrupt when you can write the laws, you collect the taxes, etcetera. And so, naturally, there's a lot of corruption, and power seems to attract corruption as well, right, for people that are gonna do whatever it takes to become powerful. But when you look at an organization like the CIA as an example, there's a lot of people that are CIA officers that are probably just no different than someone who's a firefighter, right? They're just, they want to help do something, they're attracted to that line of work and they do it, but it seems like that, especially when you talk about these facilities, the whether it's the military bases, facility, facilities under places like Disney World or Disneyland, that also, that to me, that shows that this kind of program is much bigger than just this rogue unit, right? That it's actually it becomes that it's part of the system that as you go you mentioned the Department of Energy, right?
• 33:45
So obviously, it's not just some tiny little rogue unit. This is almost institutional. And so, you know It is. One question I have that relates to that is, I know, you know, maybe you don't know the complete structure of this, but, how as you move up in the power structure, say the government, the agencies, etcetera, does this become common knowledge once you get to a certain level? I mean, is it something that it's like how integral into the CIA as an example, the CIA, like how tied in is this satanic ritual abuse and all this because I'll let you answer that the best you can.
• 34:33
Speaker 2: It's very tied in. I appreciate that question. Yeah. And so these things have permeated Hollywood. For example, when I would be taken to Disneyland to be programmed to go through my programming, there would be other people there that were also being programmed, and they would be being programmed for something different.
• 34:56
Some people were being programmed Hollywood, or there were things there for people in the music industry, even a big stage where people could perform and they would do these things. And so there's people being programmed for various things there, and Hollywood is really big one. It's a very big thing, but it's so complicated because you have to gain a certain amount of knowledge in that network to understand it. You have people who might be what you would consider a small fry, but they have enough knowledge that they are someone who gains an understanding of these things as much as they can based on the people they're around. And then you have people who are very powerful, and it is deeply ingrained in their culture and in their way of life.
• 35:53
They live differently is what I was told once. They just live differently. And those are people who are extremely wealthy. We're talking about people like the Hiltons, for example. That's a very wealthy family involved with the exactly what we're talking about.
• 36:13
Satanic ritual abuse and trauma based mind control. You also have, the Ford family. I know that they are involved with these things. These really elite families. You also have it in music industry, in the country music industry, and no one wants to talk about it in those industries.
• 36:38
There's a lot of fear there, and they don't wanna talk about it. But there's there's a lot going on. And when those families, let's take the Ford family, for example. If that family sells their child into the CIA's trauma based mind control program, that family is now being protected under the 1947 National Security Act because whatever they're doing to that child is top secret and classified because it's part of the government program. And so those families are now protected, and so there's benefit for them being involved with those things.
• 37:22
So it's a very big deal. In my time, I met, several individuals. I met, people in the country music industry, and you have someone like Charlie Pride, who was an individual that was involved with Central Intelligence Agency, and he was involved with, abusing children and programming. And he abused me and my young cousin. We were raped backstage by him, and he was a very bad man.
• 37:56
And he had an understanding of what was going on in the direct relationship with senator Byrd. And then you had other individuals like Leonardo DiCaprio. He was an individual that I met a couple times in my life and, hung out with for a little while. And he's an individual who's like me, and he's been programmed, through trauma based mind control. And he's a CIA owned trauma based mind slave, and he's involved with the project, and that's what I know.
• 38:35
I don't know about a lot more about, Leo as far as that goes, his connections to really evil things. But and then you have people like Johnny Cash where I remember meeting him, and he knew we were CIA kids, is what they would call us too, just CIA kids. He knew we were CIA kids, but some people I don't I don't know if it's just apathy, Seth, and they just don't even wanna face it or deal with that or or what, but he seemed like a nice snuff man. I don't remember him doing anything bad to us. And then people like Randy Travis, he was involved in the project as well.
• 39:23
He was abused as a child and put through the project. And then you have people in sports as well. Individuals like Larry Bird, they'll use trauma based mind slaves in sports. And the reason they're using trauma based mind slaves in these faucets is because they have a social impact. Hollywood has a huge social impact on the consciousness of people in our country.
• 39:51
Take Top Gun, for example, you remember how that just came out here, what, year ago or something? Yeah. And that had a huge impact, and recruitment was a big deal. Why? Well, I don't know, but we have something going on right now that might be included there.
• 40:09
So, yeah, so there's a lot of people involved with that. I was personally involved with Hilton family. I was engaged to Nikki Hilton. I was put into a secret arrangement with her through the CIA and through my family and the Hiltons. They'll do stuff like that, arrange marriages and things like that in order to keep things in the family and control each other, so that the CIA could know what the Heldmans are doing, for example.
• 40:47
And so they'll work in, in those faucets too. Yeah.
• 40:52
Speaker 1: And so, when you started this training with the Pentagon, right, it's more the Black Ops training. If I understand correctly, you were trained as an assassin. That was one of the roles that you were trained in, right? They, which I think it seemed like a similar or a somewhat common role that are, that is used. If you look at Manchurian Candidate, that whole film, like, that's a good example of this.
• 41:22
And so, is that training that you had under the Pentagon? Is that like, tell me a little bit about more the Black Ops training that you were given and what they what tasks they had you fulfill.
• 41:37
Speaker 2: Sure. So when I was 17, I was put through my Pentagon level black operations. So after Bert had purchased me when I was 15, I was used for different things. I was used as a message courier, and they tested me for my voice capabilities because my grandfather, he had been involved in the country music industry for the agency. And so they wanted to test my voice, and I was used for different things, including being made to make pornography.
• 42:09
I was made to do that a lot as a kid growing up. But when I was 17, you're usually you're supposed to be 18 to be put through the pentagon level black ops testing. But I was pushed through when I'm 17 because Dick Cheney at that time he was gonna go work for Halliburton. This was back in '95? 1995, I wanna say.
• 42:43
And Dick Cheney was gonna go work for Halliburton. And so he was the guy doing the testing. And when he went to work for Halliburton, there wasn't gonna be anybody else to do the testing, Seth, because they didn't have anyone in the network that they could trust. And so they were pushing us all through. And for me, what that meant was I I had to be tested.
• 43:12
I had to be identified by Cheney, and then I had to be tested. And there were people in my community. My grandfather was always a big part of these things in my life, and he was the one that, really worked at my getting entering this testing phase, I believe. And I was taken, from work, actually. So at that time, I was working, for a an individual who owned a furniture store there in Nampa, Idaho.
• 43:46
The furniture store was called Heirlooms, and the individual that owned it was, named Mr. Hales, And mister Hales, I was dating his daughter. That's how I got on the job. And so I worked in delivery for him, in the summer of of ninety five. And the last day that I did furniture delivery for him that summer, he said we had one more delivery to do, and we had to go to a place called Monkey Bar.
• 44:21
We all just called it Monkey Bar. It was there in Nampa. I can remember having been there before in my life, but those are just flashes. But we're I was told we had to go to the monkey bar because we had to pick up piece furniture that needed repaired. And so at the end of the day, we all me and my boss and another individual with us, I believe his name was Dan, we went to the monkey bar in our big truck.
• 44:51
We had this big moving truck, and we drove the moving truck over there in Bostro. And we got there, and we went inside. And for me, was really awkward going there because I was raised Mormon, like I was mentioning earlier, and for me to go in a bar, it just didn't seem right. And then when we got to the front door, there was a sign that said no one under 21 allowed to enter. And I was a trauma based mind slave who was then about to go through something really bad, and I stopped at the door.
• 45:26
I don't know that I could sense something bad was coming or what, but I stopped at the door and I said, Well, this says no one under 21 allowed. And when you're a trauma based mindset, you take things very literally. And so no one under 21 allowed. And I stopped my boss and I said, I can't go in there. And he said, well, you can come in.
• 45:45
We gotta do work. This is an exception. So he took me in there and I was taken back to the office there in the monkey bar. And what happened was there was an individual in there, and he was sitting at a table at a desk, and he was filling out some kind of paperwork. And he didn't really look up much.
• 46:11
He had this weird mullet haircut. It looked really weird and some weird clothes, almost like some kind of country western kind of thing, but he had big glasses on too. He looked really weird in his clothes, and he was sitting there doing something. And my grandfather was there. He was in the room.
• 46:32
I wanna add, Seth, that before we went into the room, my boss was in on all this stuff. And his daughter, he had been abusing his daughter, the girl that I was dating, and he knew about these kinds of things. And so this is another, time where someone who's not very high up knows about these things, and they're involved with them to a certain level because they're useful. And so this individual had a military background, and he was a pedophile and involved with bad things with his own children. And so he was involved with my pentagon level testing.
• 47:14
And when we got to the door to go into the office, he made me open the door as part trigger, and you said we're about to go over the rainbow and you need to open the door. And I believe he said you need to open the door to your future or something like that. And I went inside, and inside was Nick Cheney. He was the guy who was dressed up with the silly mullet and, weird clothes on. And then my grandfather was in there, And there was another man in the room, and these two individuals I was with brought me in there.
• 47:54
And I was just made stand there for a minute, And then Dick Cheney finally stood up. He finished what he was doing and he walked over to me and he made me start to unbutton my shirt. He wanted to see the scar on my chest. There's a scar on my chest. See, CIA trauma based mind slaves, a lot of people say they're unidentifiable.
• 48:19
You can't figure out who's who. Well, that's incorrect because we have certain scars on us. And one of those scars is a scar in the middle of your chest right here where the bones come together low on your chest in the bone where they will program you by sticking a knife in you and twisting it and making you memorize whatever message they want you to carry. And so I'd had that happen to me when I was 15 and, when I've been sold to the CIA and used as a message courier. And so that was one way that Dick Cheney identified me.
• 48:54
I also have two spots on my left wrist where, senator Byrd carved into my arm when he purchased me for use by the CIA that are an identifier. There are two dots, and those represent u dot s dot. So I am US government property. And then there's another scar on my right wrist that Dick Cheney looked at. So he looked at these scars as identifiers.
• 49:23
There's a scar on my right wrist where senator Byrd had shoved nail through my wrist when he was, before he carved the two dots in me because he wanted to verify that I disassociated to the point that he wanted. And so there were lots of triggers and moving me into personalities before he did that, but that was part of that process. And so Dick Cheney, he identified these points on me. He was a very impatient man, very cruel man. And after he'd identified me, they gave me a handgun.
• 49:58
Well, first, the young girl was brought in to the room. And this was a girl, I believe, that I'd gone to high school with. And they brought this girl in. And when you're a trauma based mind slave and you're being put through that stuff, you don't the things that go through your mind. I can remember I was used in lots of porn, so I didn't know if they intended to make us make a porn video or what was going on.
• 50:25
But, she was brought in, and she was clearly in a bad state. They'd been abusing her, and she looked pretty roughed out. And and then they made her get on her knees, and they gave me a handgun, and they made me they made me shoot her is what they did. They wanted to verify that they could push me to that point and they could use me to that point where I would do whatever they said. This was a girl from high school that I had wanted to marry, and she was from one of the satanic feminine bloodlines.
• 51:01
I was just made to do that, and that was an absolutely horrible thing. And that was my test. And after that, I was just in a complete state of trauma and just not there. And I was taken around behind some deaths in a back area in the room, and I was hit with a stun gun and hypnotized to remember to forget. And when I came back out, they'd already started moving the body and stuff like that and taking care of it.
• 51:40
And so there's yeah. That was my testing for Pentagon level black operations. They're looking for people who are dissociative, who have those multiple personality disorders, and then they're able to utilize them to such extremes as this. This is what they're looking for in certain individuals is the ability to push them to that extreme, Seth. And so that was my pentagon level black ops.
• 52:08
After that, they were able to use me in various high level operations. And so and my family was involved with a lot of high level pentagon level black operations, and they were really glad, that I was that I passed my test. I remember it was a big deal for my grandma and my grandfather that I had passed and that I would now be able to help them with different projects. I'd be able to be involved with family business and our involvement with the CIA. And so that was a pretty big deal for family.
• 52:46
  Does that clarify that, Seth?
• 52:48
Speaker 1: It does. Yeah. So I I so, basically, you went through this, like, almost like a rite of passage, right? This this your final test, and then once you did that, and I'm assuming, as you mentioned, they're clearing the body out, so, you know, you they make you kill what you love, this girl, right? And so then, after that, then they were able to then take you from being, say, like a CIA child or, you know, the Chosen One into being an asset, right, that they could deploy.
• 53:26
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. And these are all awful things to remember. You know? I don't know if I can explain that enough to people.
• 53:35
The things that we're talking about are really bad, and this is what they're doing. And for someone to want to just exaggerate these things would be complete madness, And it's too bad that these people in our government are this evil, but they are. They their moral ethics are different than a lot of other people's, and it's a terrible thing. But, yeah, they're using us as assets.
• 54:09
Speaker 1: And you've mentioned a couple of times their ability to to basically induce amnesia, whether it's through pulling you out of your body and something else happens or through certain programming, you mentioned the stun gun. And so if I remember, if I know correctly from reading your blog, which is extensive, I've only scratched the surface of it, At a certain point in your life, these memories started opening up for you, right? You may have thought you're relatively normal and everything, and then all of a sudden you have these memories that start coming through. And yeah, I guess, what was that? What was that process like?
• 54:54
Speaker 2: That was terrible. So these things we've been talking about, Seth, I didn't start to remember this stuff until the year 2017. I was about 38 or 39 years old before I started to really comprehend, what I had lived through and what I'd been used for by the Central Intelligence Agency. And that was a very difficult process. It started to creep out in various ways in in my life.
• 55:26
I would get flashes of events that wouldn't make sense to me that I could remember, and then I would act in different ways around my wife that were not like me. They I would become grumpy and mean and, confrontational, and it wasn't like me at all. I'm I'm not typically like that. And it just all started to come to a head, I suppose, because a big part of it was the fact that I'm not allowed to remember things from my past when I was involved with the Central Intelligence Agency. And so there was one incident in particular where I had an image.
• 56:15
It was a autograph picture by Charlie Pride, and we'd been to his show, in 1993. In the summer of ninety three, my grandparents took us over there. And my cousin and I went because we had both been sold to bird by the CIA, and we had to go over and see Charlie is essentially what happened. And Charlie tested our voices over there backstage before he raped us. And I had this picture that he had autographed from it, and my wife and I, we were cleaning out our house and going through things and thinking of things that we could yard sale.
• 56:54
And I said to my wife, I said, well, Jesus, too bad Charlie never signed that. He never autographed that picture that I got from him because I could remember a couple other band members signing it, Seth, but I couldn't remember Charlie signing it. And my wife said, no, Charlie signed that, but it wouldn't be worth anything even though he signed it. And I was really confused. I was like, what do you mean he signed it?
• 57:22
No. He didn't. He didn't sign it. And she said, No, he did. You can go look.
• 57:27
And so I went up in our attic, and I dug it out. And sure enough, he had signed it. And boy, that blew me away. I was like, Oh, my, how can I not remember meeting this? Because he signed this clearly.
• 57:41
Had thought for years that he hadn't signed it. And because that image was just always packed away, it's not like I was looking at it, you know, and that just blew me away. I was like, oh, man, something's wrong with my memory. I can't remember stuff. And so with all that going on, not understanding my past and my ability to not remember things, and then coupled with the fact that I wasn't feeling like myself, I would just not act like myself around the house and be confrontational.
• 58:13
And so I decided to start seeing a therapist. And that's when some things really started to come out. I was able to work through some things with my therapist. And it took a long time, Seth, to work through all these things. I saw my therapist for a couple months, but she started getting really scared and told me I couldn't come back anymore.
• 58:37
She said, you can come back only if we're gonna hypnotize you to quit smoking because I have a problem with smoking cigarettes. I like to quit, but regardless, I have a problem with smoking. And so she was gonna hypnotize me to quit smoking. And we'd work through my other problems and I talked to her about my involvement with agency. But it's important to note that when I went to see her, she specialized in hypnotism.
• 59:05
And the first time I went to see her, Seth, I wanted to know what happened with Charlie Pride. What had happened there? And I thought that if she would hypnotize me and walk me through that memory, how I could remember it then, that it would just come back to me. And so I tried that first visit, and I didn't do any hardly at all. We were able to work some things out, not during hypnotism, but just in conversation about other things.
• 59:34
And but nothing with Charlie. I couldn't remember anything about it after I left. I was like, man, that was lame. I can't remember anything from that. That didn't help at all.
• 59:44
And for days, nothing came back. For months, nothing came back. It took me a very long time to work through that memory of Charlie Pride. But when I went back to see her the next time, I said to her, and I was also worried, Seth, that she would implant false memories in me in some way, like, she could because I didn't understand the subconscious mind very well, but I felt like like people had used hypnotism on me before, in various ways. And so I said, I I just want you to take me into a state of hypnosis, and I want you to tell my subconscious that it's safe to remember, and it needs to remember to be safe.
• 1:00:26
And every time I go visit her, I would have her do that. And then she would bring me out of hypnosis, and then we would talk about things. And it was interesting because as I remembered things, it's not like you're remembering things and there's no physical attachment to it. For example, scars. I would remember things, and then I would find the scar associated with that memory, and it would just come back to me like slap in the face.
• 1:00:57
Like, oh my goodness. I remember how that happened now. I remember what happened to my wrists. I remember what happened to my chest. I remember what happened to my chest in this other spot where this guy burned me and tortured me with cigarette.
• 1:01:13
I have a scar there too. And then I have a scar in my legs where my grandfather was raping me once, and he wanted to remove my manhood and, give me a vagina. And so he started to cut into me, and there's a huge scar down there, and I can remember that happening And my skull was crushed in and when I was put in a guard detail, in a place called the Trinity Mountain Underground Complex. And I can feel that in my head, that individual in that incident that I was involved with hit me so darn hard that it dented my skull in. And so you're finding these things on your body at the same time as you're remembering them.
• 1:01:56
And that's an awful feeling. And so it was not fun waking up and remembering because everything just comes back to you so fresh, and you're like, oh my goodness. And there would be times when I would be used in certain things and they would put me into a state of dissociation and then push me into a personality and it would be, oh my gosh, I remember all this stuff. This is horrible. There were times where I can remember to be pushed to that point and recognizing those things, and it's a horrid feeling.
• 1:02:36
And that's how it felt waking up because you're you just remember it all. And so it was very traumatic for a long time. And as I started to remember stuff, it started to get really frightening. So when I go to see my therapist, the phone would start to ring, when I would show up. This happened to several occasions to the point where she would unplug her phone before I would show up because she had just the old school wall foam with the kind you plug into a jack.
• 1:03:04
You know? And the first time I came to see her, it started to ring, and it would ring once, and then it would hang up. And she'd be, you know, oh, the phone's ringing, and then it would ring again and it'd ring a couple times and she'd start to get up. And this would go on and on and on and she'd just have to unplug the phone. And so people would show up and be walking around out front.
• 1:03:28
It just got very unsettling for the poor old gal. She was this wonderful older Christian gal. And so she told me I couldn't come back anymore. It was too scary. And so the whole thing was very unnerving.
• 1:03:40
I'm married, and I have, children. I have three children. And to have an entire family go through this is a complete nightmare, Seth. It's a nightmare. My wife has had to watch me go through these things and remember these things, and she's had to experience the harassment we faced.
• 1:04:01
In Idaho, it got really bad. It got to where we had helicopters that would harass us, sometimes multiple a day that you'd have flying low over you or over your house or over your wife, over your children at work, and that there would be people on the road down below our home. We owned 11 and a half acres out at the base mountains, and you'd see people down on the road with binoculars looking at you. And so I'd usually get my binoculars and look back at them, and then they'd usually go away. But lots of aircraft, your phone ring constantly, one ring, maybe two, maybe three, and then odd numbers.
• 1:04:43
You trace them, and they'd be connected to people from your past. But you'd try calling it back, and they'd be disconnected. You couldn't talk to anybody. And it was very unnerving. They also tried to, get rid of me.
• 1:04:58
I'm sure people wonder how is this guy even still alive? And I I agree. How the heck am I still alive? I account it to god. I think god wants me to stay alive for a while longer, and I account it to the fact that I was raised by CIA personnel, and they taught me how to survive.
• 1:05:20
They taught me how to deal with bad situations. If you have someone in a restaurant who's there to kill you, how do you act? What do you do? What are your steps? And so they very they did very well at teaching me how to stay alive, and I've been able to stay alive to this point.
• 1:05:37
But they have tried to kill me several times, and they've tried to kill me with programming. They've tried to kill me with gunmen. Yeah. It's a very bad deal. I get I've been historically harassed by, different police, different different law enforcement agencies, we'll say, because I have tried to blow the whistle on this, Seth.
• 1:06:00
I have I have tried to talk to the FBI. I have tried to talk to the intelligence community inspector general. I have tried to, talk to the senators of our union. I have written to all of them, tried to communicate with them on these matters. I've called sheriff's offices.
• 1:06:22
I've I I just feel overwhelmed by I've even tried to, talk to the CIA itself about it, talk to the director of the CIA, and nothing. I always get harassed after I do these things. The intelligence community inspector general, I filled out their form, sent that in. I called them, and they got to where they wouldn't answer it when I would call. They just quit answering.
• 1:06:50
The FBI told me we're done talking to you, when I tried to talk to them. And I said, what do you mean? You're not you you're hanging up on me? And they said, yeah. We're done talking to you.
• 1:07:02
And I was blown away. I was like, oh my. This is really bad. I've tried talking to folks about it in our government and in law enforcement. I've even tried talking to Donald Trump.
• 1:07:13
I used to write to him. The last time I wrote to him was last year. And, yeah, I was harassed for that by aircraft. And so it's a very hard road. I had to leave Idaho because Idaho got so dangerous there for and my family.
• 1:07:32
I had to leave in 2020. I sold my house, sold my property. Loved it there. I loved it, and they took Idaho from me. And then I had to move across the country, and not a lot of people know where I'm at right now.
• 1:07:47
But it's a bad deal. And so you remember this stuff, and you have to deal with this, and the consequences are horrible. And so it's hard. It's really hard set to remember these things and deal with these things and move forward. And it's really difficult to try to communicate with people about it and to try to blow the whistle on it.
• 1:08:13
Very difficult. Does that answer your question?
• 1:08:16
Speaker 1: It does. And I'm glad that you mentioned your wife because I was gonna ask about that. Because am I correct in understanding that, you know, she married you not knowing any of this background? Right? And so, she's been alongside you for this process.
• 1:08:33
Like, she's almost discovering this childhood at the same time that you are. And it's amazing that she was able to kind of be with you through that because this is stuff that's very heavy. So, what was that process like?
• 1:08:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, it was really hard. I remember Seth when we were there in Idaho, and I'd gone to work that day. And I was really heavy into remembering stuff while things were coming back. And I came home from work, and we lived along an old railroad bed where they pulled up the track and you could take walks there. And I knew that's where she'd be, so I ran down there.
• 1:09:14
And I said, babe, I have to tell you something. I'm a CIA sleeper, and I'm I was used to kill people. And you can imagine having someone tell you that, especially your spouse. And for a while, she thought I was must be losing my mind. But as time went on and she witnessed the reaction of my family to these things because my family was deeply involved in these things, and they became very detached from us and confrontational as well as reactions from the agency, from the Central Intelligence Agency with aircraft and phone calls and people on the ground.
• 1:10:00
People tried to run me off the road. I got run off the road a couple times, And she had to witness all these things, and they would call her on her phone, and she'd get weird calls, and she would see people on the ground. There was one day when she called me at work and she said, it's too scary. You have to come home because there were people around the property and it got really scary and there were aircraft and it just freaks you out. And so she had to see all these things.
• 1:10:35
And as I was remembering stuff, she could see the scars. She's seen all my scars. She understands that they're there and how I got them. And she had to witness my family, from the time she married me moving forward, and she had to be around my family. And she we always thought they acted weird, and she helped bring that into my sense of understanding that they act weird.
• 1:11:05
And she could tell that they were genuine, that there was something off there, there was something fake going on. And so there were a lot of clues there, in my family and in things she was able to see even before these things started to happen. And but then she saw all the things that were happening, and it was really traumatic, really traumatic for the family. But when those things are happening and they're right in front of you, it's undeniable. And when she would try to communicate with my family or her family about these things, she'd get harassed really heavily.
• 1:11:44
And so, yeah, it's it is interesting. I think that if if the CIA would have had their way, I would have been with someone, such as Nikki Hilton that they were trying to put me with. Because that kind of individual, another trauma based mind slave with a family involved in the network, it would be very easy to pull away your entire support base. If you're someone like me and you started to remember, if I had been married to Nikki, I would have been screwed. I probably wouldn't be alive right now.
• 1:12:18
They probably just would have got rid of me very quickly, and I would have had no support base in that, and that would have been very rough. But lucky for me, I lived outside of I outside of town, out on some acreage. I didn't see my family a whole lot, maybe once, maybe twice a year, not usually, more like once, but my main abuse base, my parents, my uncle, stuff like that. So I was separated from them a lot. And so I was away from my abuse base, so I got really lucky in that.
• 1:12:52
And when I was waking up, Seth, I prayed a lot. I prayed a lot. That was really hard. I used to take the back roads home just to think and to pray, and I just prayed and prayed and prayed. And the things I've remembered, I prayed to God for the truth is what I was praying for.
• 1:13:14
I wanted the truth because I didn't feel right. I knew I couldn't remember stuff. Weird things were going on, and I needed to know the truth. And so I prayed for the truth. Then I found Kathy O'Brien's work, and she really talked about journaling a lot.
• 1:13:32
I'd found Kathy O'Brien's work pretty early on because I felt like I had been involved in some kind of government project, and her work was the most credible work at that time that I could find that would communicate what was going on with any kind of government project that would cause you to have amnesia. And so I studied her work a little bit, and then I got her work, PTSD Time to Heal, and that was really helpful. Actually, one of the first memories, really horrid, horrid ones that my therapist was able to help me with was some a similar experience Kathy had of having a knife stuck in her chest and being programmed in that manner. And so I'm eternally grateful to to Kathy O'Brien and to Mark Phillips because they've done a wonderful work in their lifetime, and I'm eternally grateful for it. It helped me.

  So
• 1:14:29
Speaker 1: Yeah. I've, I've interviewed her before and and read some of her work, and she's she's incredible. And and her journey of healing, I think, has helped a lot of people. It sounds like yourself included. One question that came up as you're talking and as you're going through this process of remembering, and thankfully you're with, you know, this, this, this wife that could be with you through that.
• 1:14:51
You mentioned if you're with the Hilton heir, or heiress, or whatever, that you may not have made it through. And so, it seems like there's a very common theme, especially if you look at Hollywood and the entertainment industry, where people are much more high profile, they're much more public, where, you know, for one, you saw there's a lot of people that are dying around age 27, right? Everything from Ginny Hendrix to Joplin to Kurt Cobain. But then you also have people like Britney Spears, that it's apparent that something is broken inside of her if you look at her behavior. And so, Is it something that you've come across that maybe at a certain age, these individuals start to remember this stuff happening and it it really just breaks them and they either have to be killed or they have to be controlled or is that something that you've seen?
• 1:15:49
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I have some friends that aren't alive anymore. They were involved in the project, and they'll try to pin it on suicide. I don't believe it was suicide.
• 1:16:00
And, yeah, they get rid of you. That's my closest experience with that. There's two friends of mine that I know are dead, and they just got rid of them. One of them was used for testing drugs and stuff like that. Their father had sold them into slavery to the CIA, for use by the agency, and I was used in conjunction with one of them, for different things.
• 1:16:33
And then the other one I can remember, the CIA did some, messed with him really bad. They they gave him a bunch of drugs, and then they told him that they were gonna rape his mom, that the devil was gonna rape his mom. And he pulled his own eyeballs out in that experience. And he didn't live to be a very old man. He's, dead now, and he wouldn't be very old now.
• 1:17:01
Maybe in his late forties or early fifties. And then my other buddy, Chris, they I believe they killed him. I had sent off. He's supposed to have committed suicide by taking a bunch of pills and putting a fentanyl patch on himself. I don't believe that narrative.
• 1:17:22
I think they got rid of him. He was always an interesting character, but I think they got rid of him. And so, yeah, I do believe they can use you up and get rid of you depending on who you are and what they wanna use you for in your lifetime. So yep. Does that answer that accurate?
• 1:17:41
Speaker 1: It does. Yeah. What you just heard is not easy to sit with, and it's not meant to be. It's not entertainment. It's testimony from someone describing control, and spiritual warfare that most people will spend their entire lives refusing to even look at.
• 1:18:04
Though I've got a feeling that you're not that kind of person. So in part two next Saturday, we're gonna be going deeper into JR's story and the details of his abuse and his programming. He describes in vivid detail his experiences at Disneyland as a child. I won't go into it now, but let's just say that he wasn't there to ride rides or eat a funnel cake and take a picture with Mickey Mouse. He also describes what many call the most dangerous game, where he alongside other children were stripped naked and told to run for their lives and hide in the woods.
• 1:18:39
They were then hunted down like animals by old men from rich and powerful families that are household names. He survived, but others didn't. We'll also talk about his attempts to blow the whistle and why he insists that this system can be exposed and shut down. Because remember, there's always hope. There's a light in all of this darkness, and honestly, if JR can see that light after surviving all that he has, we can too.
• 1:19:07
And please remember that it's you got to strengthen what's good and what's within your own control. So pray, spend more time with your families, with nature, reconnect with people you love, take care of your body, and clear that junk out of your head that keeps you numb and distracted. Now, I intentionally didn't run any ads in this show because I just didn't feel like they belong. But if you want to support my work, the best thing you can do is just help more people see this information. Sharing this episode with even one person helps make a difference.
• 1:19:38
Also, make sure you let me know what you think in the comments, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I read it all. And if you want to show your support to JR, I'll put his email in the show description. I'm sure that it'd mean a lot for him, to hear from you. Like, can't even fathom one one thousandth of the suffering that he's been through.
• 1:19:58
He's a brave soul, and he's risked a lot to get this information out, and that deserves our support. Remember that the point of bringing the darkness into the open is not to be consumed by it, but to strengthen ourselves to confront it together. We only win against this evil if we face it head on. So thanks for being here, and I'll see you again next week.
