- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York.
- 0:03Speaker 2: It's the Mark sim Own Show on seven tenor.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I've been gone a few days. A lot has happened.
- 0:13Speaker 1: We'll go over all of it and bring you all
- 0:15Speaker 1: the latest, all the inside scoop on everything. And Thanksgiving
- 0:21Speaker 1: is over with, thank God, it's enough with that. Thanksgiving.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Now it's the Christmas season. The tree is gonna get
- 0:27Speaker 1: lit this week, so my, but it's going to be
- 0:32Speaker 1: a big week with all this Christmas stuff. And it
- 0:33Speaker 1: looks like more tourists than ever are coming to New York.
- 0:38Speaker 1: In fact, people tell me they're trying to get a
- 0:40Speaker 1: hotel room in New York City right now in the
- 0:42Speaker 1: next couple of weeks, and it's absolutely impossible. So that's
- 0:46Speaker 1: good for New York. That means tourism, which is a
- 0:49Speaker 1: major major source of revenue, is way up. And real
- 0:53Speaker 1: estate people tell me people are buying and there's no
- 0:58Speaker 1: shortage of Cstomers showing up wanting to buy something in
- 1:01Speaker 1: New York. So despite Mom, Donnie, new York looks pretty good.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Looks like everything's going to be great this coming year. Also,
- 1:09Speaker 1: remember affordability. I love to talk about affordability. These Democrats meantime,
- 1:15Speaker 1: they're the problem when it comes to affordability, Taxing people
- 1:18Speaker 1: to death, the taxes that they put on you, especially
- 1:22Speaker 1: in any blue place like New York City tax, property tax,
- 1:26Speaker 1: state tax, they just tax you to death, which is
- 1:29Speaker 1: basically a tariff. It's personal tariffs they're putting on you.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So nobody's tariffing you more than these Democratic lawmakers with
- 1:37Speaker 1: these policies and these taxes, and that's the affordability crisis.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Cut these taxes. Now, the President got that big beautiful
- 1:45Speaker 1: bill passed, and people complain about the economy. It's not great,
- 1:50Speaker 1: it's better than it was. Remember, we inherited in this administration.
- 1:55Speaker 1: They inherited a major, major mess. Inflation got as high
- 2:00Speaker 1: as nine percent, and throughout the Biden administration averaged five percent.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It's now down to two and a half percent, heading
- 2:07Speaker 1: to two percent, but that won't happen till next year.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And here's the important thing to remember about the big
- 2:11Speaker 1: beautiful bill. It contained the largest tax cut in history.
- 2:17Speaker 1: And you might be saying, well, I don't feel it. Well,
- 2:20Speaker 1: it didn't kick in yet. It kicks in in January.
- 2:22Speaker 1: The big, big beautiful bill and the tax cutting, all
- 2:25Speaker 1: that doesn't start till twenty twenty six, So in January,
- 2:30Speaker 1: you'll get your tax cut, you'll get some relief, maybe
- 2:34Speaker 1: Thanksgiving weekend vacation. Everybody's off, everybody, but not the fake news.
- 2:39Speaker 1: They were working twenty four to seven to try to
- 2:43Speaker 1: get President Trump in one way or another. Whatever they
- 2:48Speaker 1: can do. They latch onto every little thing. So the
- 2:52Speaker 1: latest one is Pete Hegxath giving his order to when
- 2:57Speaker 1: you blow up the drug boat, if there's any ser
- 3:00Speaker 1: floating in the water, blow them up to second bombing
- 3:05Speaker 1: kill them, which some legal analysts say would be war crimes.
- 3:11Speaker 1: It's a controversial thing. Now. The good news is there's
- 3:14Speaker 1: absolutely no evidence anywhere that this happened. You may well
- 3:20Speaker 1: bet that it's all over the news. What do you
- 3:21Speaker 1: mean it never had Well, it all comes from one
- 3:23Speaker 1: story in the Washington Post. And in that story, I remember,
- 3:27Speaker 1: this is the Washington Post, who all they do is
- 3:30Speaker 1: go after Trump day and Night's been going on for
- 3:32Speaker 1: ten years, and ninety nine point nine percent of their
- 3:34Speaker 1: attacks on Trump turned out to be totally false. You
- 3:38Speaker 1: can check their record on that, and in this one,
- 3:42Speaker 1: they have absolutely no evidence of any kind. They don't
- 3:46Speaker 1: have a single source they can name. They don't have
- 3:49Speaker 1: a shred of evidence of any of this, so there's
- 3:51Speaker 1: no reason to think it's true. Exits that it didn't happen,
- 3:54Speaker 1: and I don't know. I would assume it didn't happen
- 3:59Speaker 1: because it's just there's no reason for it. And again
- 4:03Speaker 1: the Washington Post, if there were any evidence anywhere, if
- 4:06Speaker 1: anybody saw it, heard it, they would have had it
- 4:09Speaker 1: in the article. So they wrote this thing but with
- 4:12Speaker 1: absolutely no evidence. The President flying back to Washington last night,
- 4:15Speaker 1: was asked about it on the plane.
- 4:17Speaker 2: We'll look into it, but no, I wouldn't have wanted that,
- 4:20Speaker 2: not a second strike. The first strike was very lethal,
- 4:24Speaker 2: it was fine, and if there were two people around,
- 4:26Speaker 2: but Pete said that didn't happen, I am great confidence.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Yeah. So again, no evidence anywhere that had actually happened.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Although it doesn't matter of those crazy people in Congress.
- 4:37Speaker 1: They're going to hold hearings, investigations, there's that, but investigate
- 4:42Speaker 1: all you want, have as many hearings as you want.
- 4:44Speaker 1: There's no evidence anywhere anywhere that had happened. Now, the
- 4:49Speaker 1: other controversy that if you're watching these Sunday shows, they
- 4:52Speaker 1: were pretty desperate this weekend because it's Thanksgiving weekend. All
- 4:55Speaker 1: the big guests are away. You saw a lot of
- 4:58Speaker 1: Tim Waltz might have said to you, says, yes, it's
- 5:01Speaker 1: Tim Walts. Everybody's putting Tim Waltz on TV. Is he
- 5:03Speaker 1: making a big combay? No, there's just Thanksgiving weekend. You
- 5:06Speaker 1: couldn't get anybody. All the major names are away, so
- 5:09Speaker 1: you had to go to your B list and they
- 5:11Speaker 1: were away, and then you were down to like the
- 5:13Speaker 1: D list, and then the bottom of the barrel was
- 5:16Speaker 1: Tim Waltz. If you're watching the Sunday shows, the guests
- 5:19Speaker 1: all seem to have splinters all over them from being
- 5:22Speaker 1: in the bottom of the barrel, and that's why you
- 5:25Speaker 1: saw them. They they did go back. They're still trying.
- 5:29Speaker 1: You see what they've They've come up with something. They
- 5:32Speaker 1: come up with some plot like this Pete Hexath story,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and then they push it non stop around the clock,
- 5:38Speaker 1: day and night. Morning, Joe, Rachel, Matt out of the
- 5:41Speaker 1: view every day. Just keep John Stewart. They keep pushing it,
- 5:45Speaker 1: pushing it, pushing it. Finally, there's no evidence it fizzles out.
- 5:49Speaker 1: It's gone. We could go back and name you have
- 5:51Speaker 1: two hundred of these things and then about seven eight
- 5:54Speaker 1: weeks later they just give up. The other one is
- 5:56Speaker 1: this Democrats with the illegal order. If you get an
- 6:01Speaker 1: illegal order from Donald Trump, you can refuse it. We
- 6:04Speaker 1: will back when you get an illegal order. Now, there's
- 6:06Speaker 1: never been any hint anywhere of anybody getting an illegal order.
- 6:10Speaker 1: It's a totally non existent, made up, fake problem. But
- 6:15Speaker 1: these Democrats, backed by sorrows, the Soros family, put up
- 6:20Speaker 1: a lot of money for this stuff. And now, I
- 6:25Speaker 1: mean they think this out, they plot this out. If
- 6:27Speaker 1: you get this all over the place, stir up this controversy.
- 6:30Speaker 1: There's no never been any even suspicion of an illegal
- 6:35Speaker 1: order anywhere. But if you start running this stuff all
- 6:37Speaker 1: and now people think, oh illegal orders. Wow. So if
- 6:41Speaker 1: I were the president, I would do it. Right Back
- 6:43Speaker 1: to Mark Kelly, I just start posting videos. If you've
- 6:47Speaker 1: been raped by Mark Kelly, you have every right to
- 6:51Speaker 1: contact the police. Just run these all over the place.
- 6:54Speaker 1: If you've been raped by Senator Mark, if you've been
- 6:57Speaker 1: sexually abused by Mark Kelly, contact the authorities. Dial nine
- 7:01Speaker 1: to one on me. Now, there's no hint that he's
- 7:04Speaker 1: ever done such a thing, no reason to think he's
- 7:07Speaker 1: ever done such a thing. But if you run this
- 7:09Speaker 1: video enough and it gets played all over the place,
- 7:12Speaker 1: people are going to start to look at him like
- 7:14Speaker 1: he's a dangerous, weird, creepy guy. So it's just creating
- 7:18Speaker 1: this fake illusion that there's some kind of illegal orders.
- 7:20Speaker 1: There's no hint of it ever, Nothing like that has happened.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Cash battel FBI director, a lot of flack on him. Now,
- 7:32Speaker 1: a lot of this is just made up. Some of this.
- 7:34Speaker 1: There might be some validity to another president's taking a
- 7:38Speaker 1: keeping an eye on cash Patel, just this management dis
- 7:40Speaker 1: executive abilities within the FBI. People say it's a little rudderless.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He's good on some things, other things he's a little sloppy.
- 7:48Speaker 1: There's people upset with you know, he's using private jets
- 7:53Speaker 1: to go on vacation and there's you know, playing golf
- 7:55Speaker 1: too much, using a lot of security security on his girlfriend,
- 8:01Speaker 1: FBI guarding. This is all a taxpayer expense. But there
- 8:04Speaker 1: is some evidence that there were death threats and the
- 8:08Speaker 1: death threats went to his girlfriend as well, so that
- 8:10Speaker 1: would justify that. The other controversy, Oh this is another
- 8:14Speaker 1: one they're going to try. The president got his yearly
- 8:18Speaker 1: physical and they took an MRI. Now they're demanding to
- 8:23Speaker 1: see the MRI. And President Trump was asked about it.
- 8:28Speaker 1: They thought they had him. They're going to confront him.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Will you release that MRI? And he said yeah, okay,
- 8:33Speaker 1: oh yeah, I'll release it. Yeah, why not, which kind
- 8:36Speaker 1: of stunned them. It's not unusual, especially when you get older,
- 8:40Speaker 1: if they think they see something, you know, sometimes it's
- 8:43Speaker 1: just a spot on a cat scan or a actually
- 8:46Speaker 1: got a little spot, not sure what it is, so
- 8:49Speaker 1: just for just to be safe, theyell MRI because that's
- 8:51Speaker 1: more detailed. It's usually something like that. There's no evidence
- 8:55Speaker 1: that anything serious happened in the MRI. You see. Oh
- 8:59Speaker 1: the fight to see this. They must see this as
- 9:03Speaker 1: if Jake Tapper will know how to read an MRI, Well,
- 9:06Speaker 1: we'll get a doctor to yeah, you look, get one
- 9:08Speaker 1: of their fake CNN doctors. In fact, who's this Vin Gupta.
- 9:13Speaker 1: They've been using him a lot MSNBC. He's been all
- 9:16Speaker 1: over television. Check out my Twitter you'll see some very
- 9:18Speaker 1: funny video where he's saying, as a doctor, I'm looking
- 9:21Speaker 1: at the President Trump and he looks he clearly has
- 9:24Speaker 1: cognitive decline I can see he's not functioning properly, doesn't
- 9:27Speaker 1: look good. So we got that video and then it's
- 9:30Speaker 1: cut together with a year ago where he's saying, Joe
- 9:33Speaker 1: Biden looks fine as a doctor. I can see he's vigorous,
- 9:36Speaker 1: he looks as sharp. And so you can't trust these MSNBC,
- 9:40Speaker 1: CNN doctor types, these fake news doctors. The National Guard
- 9:45Speaker 1: shooting course a horrific story over the holiday weekend. The
- 9:49Speaker 1: guy was a he had worked with the CIA, he
- 9:53Speaker 1: was a professional assassin in Afghanistan. It's believed that he
- 9:58Speaker 1: was radicalized, that he's tied to terrorism of some kind,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and that this was not just a guy when crazy
- 10:07Speaker 1: and started firing. This was some kind of a deliberate
- 10:10Speaker 1: terrorist attack plan to screw up everybody for the Thanksgiving holiday.
- 10:14Speaker 1: It happened the night before. They've got the suspect. He
- 10:18Speaker 1: was shot. They shot back and hit him. He's not
- 10:21Speaker 1: dead and looks like he'll survive, and that'll be a
- 10:23Speaker 1: hell of a trial. So we'll get into that in
- 10:25Speaker 1: more detail coming up. Frightening thing over the last stuff
- 10:32Speaker 1: you did. Frightening Andrew Cuomo speaking about something, and somewhere
- 10:37Speaker 1: in the speech he hinted at a return, and some
- 10:41Speaker 1: interpreted what he was saying is that he might be
- 10:43Speaker 1: running for governor or Congress next year. Boy, you talk
- 10:47Speaker 1: about a guy with no self awareness at all, no
- 10:52Speaker 1: clue is how he's perceived by the public. The governor's
- 10:56Speaker 1: race is next year. He could run for that, or
- 10:59Speaker 1: he could run for con He could be a congressman,
- 11:01Speaker 1: he could be a Senator. I don't think he has
- 11:03Speaker 1: any chance of that. They don't like him in New
- 11:06Speaker 1: York City. When he ran for mayor, he had the
- 11:10Speaker 1: biggest advantage of any candidate ever. Nobody's ever had advantages
- 11:16Speaker 1: like this. They chased other people out of the race.
- 11:18Speaker 1: They told Adams to get out of the race. He
- 11:20Speaker 1: got out. They kept telling Curtis to get out. Curtis,
- 11:23Speaker 1: being a man of principal, did not get out. But
- 11:27Speaker 1: everybody everywhere was all over everything you could be watching
- 11:32Speaker 1: or seeing, telling you do not vote for Curtis, vote
- 11:34Speaker 1: for Cuomo. Everybody, including the President of the United States.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So every voter was being told by everybody on the air, online,
- 11:42Speaker 1: everywhere to vote for Cuomo. And despite that, he couldn't
- 11:46Speaker 1: win with all of that going for him, and he
- 11:48Speaker 1: was up against a complete left wing nut job, and
- 11:51Speaker 1: he couldn't win, couldn't win at all, had nothing to
- 11:54Speaker 1: do with Curtis. You could have added every single Curtis
- 11:57Speaker 1: voter to his total and he still didn't come close.
- 12:00Speaker 1: He still would have lost by a number of points.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So that's New York City. Now upstate he's less popular.
- 12:07Speaker 1: So if he couldn't win New York City with every
- 12:10Speaker 1: advantage in the world, how's he going to win upstate
- 12:13Speaker 1: with no advantages. So it's a ridiculous thing on his part. Now,
- 12:18Speaker 1: either he says totally delusional, or it's also possible he
- 12:23Speaker 1: knows he can't win. But you put that out in
- 12:26Speaker 1: the air that you're gonna be running for governor senator,
- 12:28Speaker 1: and then all these people who you're looking at for
- 12:31Speaker 1: a job or for money, or you want them to
- 12:34Speaker 1: hire you as a lobbyist, a consultant or give you
- 12:37Speaker 1: a big executive job makes you more attractive, and think, oh,
- 12:40Speaker 1: this guy might be governor and better hire him. We
- 12:42Speaker 1: should put this guy on the payroll. He could be
- 12:44Speaker 1: the senator. So that might be the other reason he's
- 12:47Speaker 1: doing it. A lot of people yelling and screaming that
- 12:49Speaker 1: we have to have a Republican party. In New York.
- 12:52Speaker 1: You need a two party system. The Democratic Party is
- 12:55Speaker 1: a huge organization, apparatus, a lot of infrastructure, of amount
- 13:00Speaker 1: of workers, ground game, everything. The Republican Party is like
- 13:05Speaker 1: two guys part time in an office and nothing. There's
- 13:09Speaker 1: no Republican Party, nothing, nothing, It doesn't exist. So that
- 13:13Speaker 1: should be a goal actually for all the big Republican donors.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Create an actual Republican party with big, big, big personnel, infrastructure,
- 13:23Speaker 1: with a lot of clout. There's no Republican actual Republican parties,
- 13:27Speaker 1: a tiny little thing. Then you get these Republican clubs
- 13:30Speaker 1: that do absolutely nothing to help anybody. They just hold dinners,
- 13:35Speaker 1: try to get somebody from Fox to come be the speaker,
- 13:37Speaker 1: chase them around the room and take selfies with them.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It's usually just a bunch of old ladies. That's all
- 13:42Speaker 1: they do. It doesn't help any candidate anywhere in any election.
- 13:47Speaker 1: So creating a Republican party very very important. Here. Coming up,
- 13:53Speaker 1: we'll get to Dick Van Dyke, how do you live
- 13:55Speaker 1: to be one hundred? He had some great lessons. Oh
- 13:58Speaker 1: also yet, no, it's happening. We'll probably get an announcement later.
- 14:05Speaker 1: There's you know casinos in New York. There's three bids
- 14:09Speaker 1: left for city casinos in New York City and the
- 14:12Speaker 1: gaming whatever they are gaming facility location board, which why
- 14:19Speaker 1: are we trusting these five people to make the decision. Anyway,
- 14:22Speaker 1: they're going to make the decision. Now there's three left,
- 14:26Speaker 1: three locations left, and this board could happen in the
- 14:30Speaker 1: next hour or two. We'll make the decision. Now. They
- 14:32Speaker 1: could decide to have all three have the casinos. They
- 14:35Speaker 1: could pick one or two, or they could decide no,
- 14:37Speaker 1: none of them, and then if they don't get through
- 14:41Speaker 1: this hearing, that's pretty much the end of it. One
- 14:43Speaker 1: of the casinos, Steve Cohen big a casino with it's
- 14:47Speaker 1: not just a casino, you want to think a hotel,
- 14:49Speaker 1: a concert venue, everything. It would be right a clo
- 14:51Speaker 1: across from from City Field. And then the other one
- 14:56Speaker 1: would be in the Bronx. That's the one I would
- 14:58Speaker 1: go with because it's a you know, when you go
- 15:00Speaker 1: over the throgs Neck, there's a golf course there that
- 15:02Speaker 1: was the Trump golf Course, and because of Trump's arrangement syndrome,
- 15:06Speaker 1: they may take the name off it and now it's Balleys.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You could put one there because it might help the bronx,
- 15:16Speaker 1: but I don't know how does it help? Really? It
- 15:19Speaker 1: brings in a lot of people over there over the
- 15:21Speaker 1: throgs Neck, But if you go right over the throgs Neck,
- 15:23Speaker 1: that whole area there seems to be pretty much a
- 15:26Speaker 1: big residential neighborhood. Why would they want a casino in there.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Then the other bid is aqueduct racetrack in Queen's they've
- 15:33Speaker 1: got slot machines. This would be to go full casino everything,
- 15:39Speaker 1: you know, tables and showrooms. But again, do we really
- 15:45Speaker 1: need that? Who needs it? You know? The silliest one
- 15:47Speaker 1: was Times Square. Now go to Times Square tonight at midnight.
- 15:51Speaker 1: It's packed, you can't move. It's mob there's lights and
- 15:54Speaker 1: stores and everything and a million people. I mean, nobody
- 15:59Speaker 1: would stand there in that crowd. It would take you
- 16:01Speaker 1: an hour to fight your way through the crowd. Nobody
- 16:03Speaker 1: would stand and go, huh, you know what this needs?
- 16:06Speaker 1: A casino. Usually put the casino where it's empty and
- 16:09Speaker 1: dead and you're trying to bring it back. You don't
- 16:11Speaker 1: usually put it in a place where it's two crowded
- 16:13Speaker 1: to begin with, and it's going twenty four hours a
- 16:16Speaker 1: day non stop. Anyway, We've got a lot to get to.
- 16:18Speaker 1: We'll get to Mom, Donnie, we'll get to Luigi Mangion,
- 16:21Speaker 1: we'll get to Black Friday. It looks like it was
- 16:24Speaker 1: the best one ever on record. So you know, when
- 16:27Speaker 1: you see these surveys of people the consumer confidence wait wait,
- 16:30Speaker 1: waitit way down. Don't go by what people sometimes get
- 16:34Speaker 1: conned to say things in a pull. The fact is
- 16:37Speaker 1: they spent more money this Black Friday than ever, so
- 16:40Speaker 1: that tells you more than the opinions do. We'll take
- 16:44Speaker 1: some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three to two
- 16:46Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:49Speaker 1: to two one zero seven ten.
