- 0:01Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, Welcome back to the Business round Table podcast.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I'm so excited because I've got a brand new guest
- 0:07Speaker 1: who I've known for years, Nicole. I've known her and
- 0:11Speaker 1: her husband for years and we're actually both certified with
- 0:14Speaker 1: wake Up Boy or we're trainers. But she's got a
- 0:16Speaker 1: great expertise I'm gonna let her talk about for those
- 0:18Speaker 1: of you listening for the first time for whatever reason,
- 0:22Speaker 1: my name is David Carr of Stewart your business, helping
- 0:25Speaker 1: you and your teams lead well, bringing you together to
- 0:27Speaker 1: accomplish great things, and so part of that is living
- 0:30Speaker 1: the Warrior's way, which again Nicole and I have been
- 0:32Speaker 1: doing for years, and how we've come to collaborate, and
- 0:36Speaker 1: I'm excited to have you here. Nicole, just before we
- 0:38Speaker 1: get to the topic of you know AI and all
- 0:41Speaker 1: this stuff, all this technologies, tell us a little bit
- 0:43Speaker 1: about yourself, your background, how you kind of got into
- 0:46Speaker 1: how we connected, and what you know a little bit
- 0:48Speaker 1: about your your background and where you're at today.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Thank you so much for the introduction, and I just
- 0:55Speaker 2: I love to be here. I love I've been wanting
- 0:59Speaker 2: to be in the podcast. I didn't know like I
- 1:04Speaker 2: didn't know how to ask for like the opportunity came out,
- 1:06Speaker 2: and I'm very grateful for you, with you and for
- 1:09Speaker 2: you because you have a very successful podcast, which I
- 1:13Speaker 2: invite everyone to watch because there's a lot of valuable information.
- 1:16Speaker 2: And uh, well a little bit about myself. I'm from Shuahua, Mexico,
- 1:23Speaker 2: and sometimes it's a little confusing because I've been saying
- 1:27Speaker 2: people that I'm a Latina and I'm a Latina and Hispanic,
- 1:31Speaker 2: so I'm both. I'm from I'm from everywhere, but in
- 1:36Speaker 2: reality for Mexican than anything. I have like my Mexico
- 1:40Speaker 2: in my heart, and but I spent most of my
- 1:44Speaker 2: life also in the United States, so it's kind of
- 1:47Speaker 2: like I'm from both. I studied here in els and
- 1:54Speaker 2: then I just like was flying around the world, like
- 1:57Speaker 2: getting to know people, connecting with people, creating projects and
- 2:02Speaker 2: I mean situations and jobs and things like that. Let's
- 2:05Speaker 2: just just transformed me into what I really wanted to do.
- 2:08Speaker 2: And now I have a business and I have a
- 2:11Speaker 2: purpose and help people coming out of prison. We do
- 2:15Speaker 2: technology and marketing, so it's just it's just amazing. And
- 2:21Speaker 2: even like what you said about the Warrior, the Warrior
- 2:24Speaker 2: helped me change and shape that vision. And just I
- 2:29Speaker 2: think with you and even working with you because we've
- 2:31Speaker 2: been working for I think for a year, right like
- 2:33Speaker 2: when we started with started with business. We've been working
- 2:37Speaker 2: together and I've been learning so much, and I just
- 2:40Speaker 2: love like giving giving, you know, value to the community,
- 2:43Speaker 2: and I love all the people that are like sharing
- 2:45Speaker 2: and transforming into just great what you're doing. So yes,
- 2:50Speaker 2: that's what it is.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I should say, you know, yeah, when you came
- 2:54Speaker 1: and you and Hector came on uh training you on
- 2:57Speaker 1: the giant tools, and the podcast talked about that a
- 3:00Speaker 1: number of times. So for those of you listening, we
- 3:03Speaker 1: have some previous episodes on your leadership Voye. Since so
- 3:06Speaker 1: Nicole and I were talking we got on here how
- 3:08Speaker 1: that informs even how we were use technology in the
- 3:12Speaker 1: eye and so one of the things I really loved
- 3:14Speaker 1: that you guys were training me on and understanding was
- 3:17Speaker 1: how are you using this whole artificial intelligence tool which
- 3:22Speaker 1: is scary to some people, some people are early adopters,
- 3:24Speaker 1: And so I thought it'd be great to have you
- 3:26Speaker 1: on here and Nicole to talk to we you know,
- 3:29Speaker 1: this is the business und Deep of podcast. We're talking
- 3:30Speaker 1: to business owners. We're talking to people that are in
- 3:32Speaker 1: leadership roles, and so how do they navigate this new technology.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I mean it's only been around, you know, for a
- 3:40Speaker 1: couple of years and really in commercially maybe what about
- 3:43Speaker 1: a year and a half or so, where it's really
- 3:45Speaker 1: been starting to get more established. Right, So maybe can
- 3:48Speaker 1: you talk a little bit about what got you into
- 3:50Speaker 1: the whole AI world and how you guys were like,
- 3:53Speaker 1: because you guys were early adopters. I mean before I know,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I was talking to your husband, Hector a year ago.
- 4:00Speaker 1: He was looking about how he could infuse this to technology.
- 4:04Speaker 1: So you guys are definitely I'm cutting edge.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Yeah, well it's kind of weird because, like, like I said,
- 4:11Speaker 2: like I've been transforming myself and shaping what I want
- 4:15Speaker 2: and learning from everywhere everywhere. So I think the one
- 4:18Speaker 2: word that I would bring renovation. I love innovations. So
- 4:25Speaker 2: for instance, every every time that I would go somewhere new,
- 4:29Speaker 2: like I would just like say, I want to learn,
- 4:31Speaker 2: like what what is this place doing different that I
- 4:34Speaker 2: could bring to my community, and you know, like so
- 4:38Speaker 2: for instance, when I was traveling abroad and I studied
- 4:43Speaker 2: abroad and one of my projects was actually having a
- 4:46Speaker 2: business incubator because I used to work in a business incubator.
- 4:50Speaker 2: I was the secretary. And then they started seeing that
- 4:54Speaker 2: I was very good doing flyers. And then all of
- 4:57Speaker 2: a sudden, like I was receiving and hosting people giving
- 5:00Speaker 2: him like a warm welcome and then just showing the
- 5:04Speaker 2: place and I was selling and they were like, this
- 5:06Speaker 2: girl is something else because I wanted to see the
- 5:09Speaker 2: office full of people. And so just because I had
- 5:12Speaker 2: that intention, I started like learning and they were like,
- 5:15Speaker 2: you know what, like We're gonna pay you a little
- 5:17Speaker 2: bit more, and I was like, are you serious? Like
- 5:19Speaker 2: I wasn't expecting those things. So I was just getting
- 5:22Speaker 2: blessed from everything and everywhere. I just wanted to learn.
- 5:25Speaker 2: When I went to the United States, I just wanted
- 5:26Speaker 2: to learn, and then I started flying and learning. So
- 5:31Speaker 2: everything that I learned from everywhere would just bring it
- 5:33Speaker 2: to my community. And so and when I learned, you
- 5:38Speaker 2: were telling me about the voices and about giants, right,
- 5:42Speaker 2: And what I like about Giant is that I learned
- 5:45Speaker 2: and I identified my voice, and then I understood why
- 5:49Speaker 2: am I doing what I'm doing? Because one of the
- 5:51Speaker 2: things that I was so confused, is like why am
- 5:54Speaker 2: I doing this if I don't like it? It's just
- 5:56Speaker 2: so creating. I didn't study for this. It's like I
- 5:59Speaker 2: haven't a technology and it's like, oh my god, how come?
- 6:04Speaker 2: How come I got to this place where I never
- 6:07Speaker 2: wanted to be behind a computer because I'm a big
- 6:11Speaker 2: person and I want to be just presenting. So now
- 6:15Speaker 2: the opportunity for me is educating, educating subject and making
- 6:20Speaker 2: people feel good about AI because I think there's a
- 6:23Speaker 2: lot of bias and there's a lot of taboos that
- 6:26Speaker 2: I have to be breaking. And like you said, like yes,
- 6:29Speaker 2: this is something new for majority of the people, but
- 6:32Speaker 2: this is not really not new because we are one
- 6:38Speaker 2: generation behind when it comes to education and technology. A
- 6:42Speaker 2: lot of people don't know how to use it. A
- 6:45Speaker 2: lot of people still don't know how to use their phones.
- 6:48Speaker 2: A lot of people don't still don't know how to
- 6:51Speaker 2: like navigate a lot of things that are already available
- 6:55Speaker 2: so you can empower yourself and learn and bring more
- 7:00Speaker 2: to your community and create those innovative projects. And I
- 7:04Speaker 2: think that the United States has so much and just
- 7:07Speaker 2: like Mexico has so much. And one of the things
- 7:10Speaker 2: that I love is like that exchange in knowledge and
- 7:14Speaker 2: support that we can ring in the community. And one
- 7:18Speaker 2: of the things that I do and I'm very passionate
- 7:20Speaker 2: about is making AI human and so that's one of
- 7:26Speaker 2: the things that that's one of the projects that we
- 7:28Speaker 2: have in making people understand that really AI is not
- 7:32Speaker 2: it's not just robotics and and things that are scary.
- 7:35Speaker 2: It's it's actually pretty cool.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Well, I love that you brought up the voices too,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and so I'll just do a repression for the folks
- 7:42Speaker 1: that don't know that. But I think having known Nicole,
- 7:45Speaker 1: because actually Nicole has the same voice order I have
- 7:47Speaker 1: of being a connector and a creative and we're being
- 7:50Speaker 1: very future ind so for some of the folks like us,
- 7:54Speaker 1: AI isn't really scary, it's actually something we like kind
- 7:57Speaker 1: of rent to you, right, Nicole is like, oh cool, because
- 7:58Speaker 1: how does it help people? I think that's what you said.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You don't know, you don't want to be on a
- 8:03Speaker 1: machine just coding or doing this stuff, but it's it's
- 8:05Speaker 1: like connecting with people. And I know some of the
- 8:08Speaker 1: things you've been helping with people, just like you said,
- 8:10Speaker 1: with phones and the folks of the prisonism and all
- 8:12Speaker 1: this stuff. You're just trying to help people deal with
- 8:15Speaker 1: the technology to connect with their loved ones exactly right.
- 8:20Speaker 2: And so.
- 8:22Speaker 1: We want to encourage you. If that's not your voice,
- 8:24Speaker 1: still listen in, Nicole and I are very excited about this.
- 8:27Speaker 1: But the point is we can help you if you're
- 8:29Speaker 1: if you're if you've heard our podcast before where I've
- 8:32Speaker 1: talked to a Guardian Voice or Nurture Voice, which are
- 8:34Speaker 1: very present oried and they are very risk averse or
- 8:37Speaker 1: looking how people are going to be affected in more
- 8:39Speaker 1: in a more emotional way. Just just take a moment, listen,
- 8:43Speaker 1: take all this information in, and I'm excited Nicole for
- 8:46Speaker 1: you to share a little bit more to kind of
- 8:48Speaker 1: maybe take away the the apprehension or or or fear
- 8:53Speaker 1: around AI and maybe just start to open up the
- 8:56Speaker 1: door for folks, Nicole as to what Jay should consider,
- 8:59Speaker 1: just like any other technology, right, like, hey, what is what?
- 9:03Speaker 1: What should they just consider? How how AAI can help them?
- 9:07Speaker 2: Well, it could help in so many ways, And I
- 9:11Speaker 2: wish I could just tell you everything, but the one
- 9:14Speaker 2: thing that comes to my mind right now, I don't know.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I've been learning a lot to do this in the Warrior,
- 9:19Speaker 2: just like getting into one thing. The one thing that
- 9:24Speaker 2: I just can say is that.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It can help you really connect with what you really want,
- 9:30Speaker 3: because it can really help you organize your ideas, organize
- 9:35Speaker 3: your thoughts, revise anything that you want to do, explore new.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Opportunities because sometimes you don't even know what you want.
- 9:43Speaker 2: You don't even know how to start things. You don't
- 9:46Speaker 2: even know where to look. So what if we start right?
- 9:49Speaker 2: There a lot of people to google, and they just
- 9:52Speaker 2: google things, and there's like, and I don't want to
- 9:55Speaker 2: just talk about Google, right because we've can talk about
- 9:57Speaker 2: a lot of different companies, but just for an example,
- 10:01Speaker 2: but there's this saying like people say, just google it right?
- 10:06Speaker 2: It Like, I don't want to think there's this connotation
- 10:12Speaker 2: that people create. It's like, oh, it's because it's making
- 10:15Speaker 2: people lazy. No, it's making people really connect with information.
- 10:20Speaker 2: But now the importance is how are you really learning
- 10:27Speaker 2: that information and making sure that you're making a right
- 10:29Speaker 2: decision based on the information that is presented, because sometimes
- 10:33Speaker 2: information is not valid, it could be inhcerate, it could
- 10:37Speaker 2: be different, and that's when you have to master that
- 10:41Speaker 2: skill so you can be able to see what's real
- 10:43Speaker 2: and what's not. But at the same time, getting away
- 10:48Speaker 2: from that stage of not believing in AI is it
- 10:51Speaker 2: comes with the faith that you're going to create something innovative. So,
- 10:56Speaker 2: for instance, one of the things that I've been doing
- 10:59Speaker 2: is professionally speaking, I do market research. And I don't
- 11:04Speaker 2: do just simple market research on Google or social media
- 11:09Speaker 2: or no. I go deep into the news. I do journals,
- 11:13Speaker 2: I do articles. I go and explore everywhere, and I
- 11:18Speaker 2: have databases for marketing and I paid a lot of
- 11:22Speaker 2: money to get information to those databases, and sometimes I
- 11:27Speaker 2: get information that it's for my clients, so I can
- 11:29Speaker 2: create like even financial reports, industry reports and all of
- 11:33Speaker 2: those things. So since I was eighteen years old, I
- 11:36Speaker 2: used to do that for my clients, like two weeks,
- 11:39Speaker 2: I would do market research and I would help them.
- 11:41Speaker 2: And I remember when I do. When I used to
- 11:43Speaker 2: do that, I would hate that. I would really hate.
- 11:46Speaker 2: I would love to learn about the industry, but I
- 11:48Speaker 2: was I don't like to do this, this is just
- 11:50Speaker 2: too much. I just want to learn. And so I
- 11:55Speaker 2: was doing that in two weeks, but then AI came
- 11:59Speaker 2: and I was just like, let me try to see
- 12:01Speaker 2: if I can make this better. How I can make
- 12:04Speaker 2: this faster, more efficient, more presentable, more important, but that
- 12:10Speaker 2: that come to a state of mind for myself to
- 12:13Speaker 2: put me in a position of discipline and actually read
- 12:17Speaker 2: the information that I'm writing with AI and actually sure
- 12:21Speaker 2: that those things that I'm creating are being a benefit
- 12:25Speaker 2: for humans, for people, because if we use information to
- 12:31Speaker 2: really do nothing, then it's not it's just information. But
- 12:36Speaker 2: if you get educated on the subject, you create a skill.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And so there's a lot of folks, there's a lot
- 12:42Speaker 2: of like the younger generation, they're excited about shad GPT
- 12:48Speaker 2: And when I was in college, there were around sixty
- 12:55Speaker 2: people in the room. And this has been always for me.
- 13:00Speaker 2: People always want to copy my stuff or ask for
- 13:03Speaker 2: my homework or like, you know, like because I've always
- 13:07Speaker 2: been the girl that does everything, and so because I
- 13:12Speaker 2: push myself. I mean, my first language is Spanish and
- 13:17Speaker 2: I didn't know how to communicate in English, and for
- 13:19Speaker 2: me was like embarrassing because I was always very quiet,
- 13:22Speaker 2: and and so I started developing myself. But then I
- 13:26Speaker 2: saw that there were some percentages of people that are
- 13:29Speaker 2: very not They're different, they learned different, and they like
- 13:37Speaker 2: I felt that frustration with myself because it's like, Okay,
- 13:40Speaker 2: people want to learn from me, but how can I
- 13:42Speaker 2: really teach them? And then I'm just looking at the
- 13:46Speaker 2: percentage of in the class that are not really learning
- 13:50Speaker 2: and applying what they're learning, and why why they're paying
- 13:54Speaker 2: a lot of money in college just to go to
- 13:57Speaker 2: fraternities or just like to end up, you know, like
- 14:00Speaker 2: not finishing college, or like feeling frustrated after you end
- 14:05Speaker 2: up college because now you're doing something else, or you're
- 14:07Speaker 2: changing careers because you realize you don't like what you do.
- 14:10Speaker 2: So having that in mind, I'm thinking about a lot
- 14:15Speaker 2: of people in college that are innovative and that are
- 14:20Speaker 2: using technology to actually learn what they're learning in class
- 14:24Speaker 2: in a different way, in a way that the structure
- 14:27Speaker 2: maybe it doesn't have the capacity or doesn't have the
- 14:31Speaker 2: time to teach according to the skill of the student.
- 14:35Speaker 2: So people students are getting better at learning. But I
- 14:40Speaker 2: know that they're creating a skill and that's going to
- 14:43Speaker 2: be transformed into entrepreneurship and it's going to make thissen.
- 14:47Speaker 2: It's gonna make I mean, it's gonna make the economy better.
- 14:51Speaker 2: And I don't know why a lot of people are
- 14:52Speaker 2: not talking about this because these things that are going
- 14:55Speaker 2: to be coming.
- 14:56Speaker 1: You just you struck one of my books, but oh yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 1: here's here's the book you just struck me. There is
- 15:03Speaker 1: a book by Michael Hyatt, but it's called Entrepreneurs Will
- 15:06Speaker 1: Save the World exactly. We yeah, we need more entrepreneurs
- 15:11Speaker 1: out there. And I think chat, GPT or any of this.
- 15:14Speaker 1: AI is a tool that can help people become better
- 15:19Speaker 1: entrepreneurs more quickly, right, have success versus but taking the
- 15:23Speaker 1: time and having costly lessons that most entrepreneurs will tell
- 15:29Speaker 1: you they've faced over the course of their career to
- 15:31Speaker 1: get to successful business. So it can short circ what
- 15:33Speaker 1: do we call that in the warrior speak, we call
- 15:35Speaker 1: it collapsing time. Right, it's speeding up that process so
- 15:40Speaker 1: you're kind of getting through the bumps that hopefully quicker
- 15:42Speaker 1: to get to the to get to that success.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Right. Yes, And sometimes people think that people are going
- 15:48Speaker 2: to lose the learning groove, you know, like they're gonna
- 15:52Speaker 2: be pretty much like like it's just going to take
- 15:55Speaker 2: them to the to the result. But that's not true
- 15:58Speaker 2: because the more that you do that, the more like
- 16:00Speaker 2: the more little things that you do with developing yourself
- 16:04Speaker 2: with AI, you're gonna you're gonna create a skill mm hmm.
- 16:09Speaker 2: And skill is gonna make you create an identity, and
- 16:14Speaker 2: you can you can you can become actually like very
- 16:19Speaker 2: powerful because uh, everyone has their own projects. Everyone has
- 16:25Speaker 2: wants to have their own thing. Everyone wants to have
- 16:28Speaker 2: like their like their own unique mentor or whatever. And
- 16:32Speaker 2: you can create that with artificial intelligence, like you can
- 16:36Speaker 2: if you don't like, for instance, like certain people on YouTube,
- 16:41Speaker 2: or if you don't like certain things in in in
- 16:44Speaker 2: and out there, like you can create your own way
- 16:47Speaker 2: of learning things and just getting things that you you
- 16:51Speaker 2: see that you can learn, get them together, and then
- 16:54Speaker 2: you have that AI help you understand better. Because sometimes
- 16:58Speaker 2: I just feel that people are just like like myself,
- 17:01Speaker 2: getting triggered by uh, the vibe, like the lack of
- 17:08Speaker 2: information that there's in technology. People don't understand technology. Therefore
- 17:13Speaker 2: they they they're skeptical, they don't believe in that. But
- 17:17Speaker 2: the more people get informed and the more people understand
- 17:20Speaker 2: how it works and how it can benefit their lives.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Instead of understanding the root of the AI, just understand
- 17:27Speaker 2: how it works. You don't have to you don't have
- 17:29Speaker 2: to understand where it's coming from. Just have to understand
- 17:32Speaker 2: how it works and how it can benefit you. So
- 17:35Speaker 2: I've been using I've been creating my little mentors like
- 17:38Speaker 2: I have I have like Garrett, Uh, you know Garrett
- 17:42Speaker 2: are good my mentor. I have him as my mentor.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I have Russell Bronson as my mentor. I have Dan
- 17:53Speaker 2: Kennedy as my mentor. Like with information that they have
- 17:57Speaker 2: and when I want to have a question, I just
- 17:59Speaker 2: go and then okay, what would you know wrestle do
- 18:03Speaker 2: in this scenario? And I would just learn and Okay,
- 18:07Speaker 2: I'm going to adapt it to what I'm doing. And
- 18:10Speaker 2: that's usually how I'm just like pustling and working with
- 18:14Speaker 2: projects and helping people.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Well do you as you say that, that really triggers
- 18:18Speaker 1: in mind that I think they say that readers are leaders,
- 18:23Speaker 1: meaning you're taking in information and you're learning it and
- 18:26Speaker 1: adapting it. I think that's been a lifelong thing that
- 18:29Speaker 1: I've learned. And any successful leader tells you they're reading,
- 18:33Speaker 1: they're taking anology and then like you said, Nicole, they're
- 18:35Speaker 1: sifting through it and saying, what does it? How can
- 18:37Speaker 1: this help me? Because what they're taking in that book
- 18:42Speaker 1: is you're taking a concentrated amount of time, ten, twenty, thirty,
- 18:45Speaker 1: forty years, depending on the person that wrote the book.
- 18:48Speaker 1: They're putting that into a book. Now you've got AI
- 18:50Speaker 1: pulling from all of these books, websites, all of this
- 18:54Speaker 1: these different sources for hundreds of thousands. Who does if
- 18:59Speaker 1: you counted up each individual's life, right, and all the
- 19:01Speaker 1: time they're taking that and you're taking that, Nicole, what
- 19:04Speaker 1: I hear you saying is you're taking it in the system,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and you're learning how to leverage that and extract out
- 19:08Speaker 1: of that that information and apply it to your life
- 19:12Speaker 1: in a meaningful way that you would have otherwise had
- 19:14Speaker 1: to learn for years, even if you could read a
- 19:17Speaker 1: book a day or something. There's not there's just the
- 19:20Speaker 1: way you're able to access the information right using the AI.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Yes, And I know what you said about like the
- 19:27Speaker 2: books about readers or leaders, and think we need to
- 19:32Speaker 2: take a stand for leadership in AI, Like we have
- 19:38Speaker 2: to follow those leaders that are actually using AI and
- 19:43Speaker 2: transforming it into something that I could be very beneficial
- 19:46Speaker 2: to you. Like I'm not saying that you have to
- 19:48Speaker 2: go in and use all the technology available about AI.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Just just learn how to use a GPT, Like, just
- 19:56Speaker 2: learn how to like there's formal us for everything, and
- 20:01Speaker 2: and there's stories for everything, and so you just have
- 20:05Speaker 2: to go and create your own, you know, your own
- 20:10Speaker 2: thing and find your own thing so that you can
- 20:13Speaker 2: level up and feel and feel good about AI instead
- 20:16Speaker 2: of feeling like it's scary and that you don't wanna,
- 20:18Speaker 2: you know, you don't want to learn.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I think I mean working with Unicle and Hector,
- 20:24Speaker 1: one thing I've learned over using this technology is like
- 20:28Speaker 1: not being afraid of it, just understanding how to leverage it,
- 20:31Speaker 1: just like any other tool. And I think you've shown
- 20:34Speaker 1: me some ways that we can ask questions and problem
- 20:37Speaker 1: But it's definitely different than like quote unquote just google it.
- 20:40Speaker 1: You know. It's like it's like saying to somebody, you know,
- 20:43Speaker 1: giving them a tool. It's it's got a lot to it.
- 20:46Speaker 1: So it's like and we I know, in our we
- 20:48Speaker 1: just had a production workshop with our Wake Up Wear
- 20:50Speaker 1: Council last week, we're talking about when you say AI,
- 20:53Speaker 1: there's a whole suite of different things it's being incorporated
- 20:56Speaker 1: in right now. It's not just chat GBT, that's just
- 21:00Speaker 1: one of many, many, many, many tools.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, I've used I've used a lot of tools,
- 21:08Speaker 2: and I stop using a lot of tools, but the
- 21:10Speaker 2: one that I don't stop using is shad GPT and
- 21:14Speaker 2: because it helps me, It helps me really create things
- 21:19Speaker 2: that I want to and be fast and just it's
- 21:21Speaker 2: it's like having your team of people working with you
- 21:26Speaker 2: and doings for you. And even even though I have
- 21:28Speaker 2: a team of people, they are using artificial intelligences and
- 21:32Speaker 2: it's we're giving a better service. For instance, a lot
- 21:35Speaker 2: of people are creating websites, like businesses are creating websites,
- 21:40Speaker 2: and people are like, how can I make my website convert? Well,
- 21:44Speaker 2: sometimes you spend a lot of time building a website
- 21:48Speaker 2: and then when you launch it, it's not working right.
- 21:52Speaker 2: You have to redo it and you have to redo
- 21:54Speaker 2: it and you have to redo it, and sometimes that
- 21:56Speaker 2: takes time. If you don't have the skill to do that,
- 21:59Speaker 2: it takes time. So for us it's a little different.
- 22:02Speaker 2: We know how to build the whole thing, and we
- 22:04Speaker 2: tested and we tested it. We tested it, we tested it,
- 22:07Speaker 2: we tested until we get it to the point that
- 22:11Speaker 2: you really need to convey that message. But that only
- 22:14Speaker 2: can happen if you actually revise and rewrite and rewrite
- 22:18Speaker 2: and you test but now without official intelligence, it's like
- 22:21Speaker 2: we can do that faster. We can create that unlimited copy.
- 22:25Speaker 2: We can create that unlimited you know design. And I
- 22:28Speaker 2: know that a lot of people are concerned about Oh
- 22:30Speaker 2: it doesn't look human, Oh it sounds like AI. Well
- 22:34Speaker 2: guess what you can give your voice? If you have
- 22:36Speaker 2: an identity, you can put that identity in the I
- 22:39Speaker 2: and the AI. You can you can create those prompts
- 22:42Speaker 2: and those instructions to make it the way you want.
- 22:46Speaker 2: But here's the thing. Most people don't know what they want,
- 22:49Speaker 2: and so that they see they don't see the potential
- 22:52Speaker 2: because they don't know what they want. So first know
- 22:55Speaker 2: what you want and then go and ask AGBT and
- 23:00Speaker 2: then you can create whatever you want.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Or they can come hire you. Nicole, Right, you can
- 23:05Speaker 1: help them a little bit, right, seriously, you help me.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I mean you're creating a chatbot or other things just
- 23:11Speaker 1: to get you started sometimes. I mean the reason why
- 23:13Speaker 1: we have the Business round Table podcast is to bring
- 23:16Speaker 1: voices like Nicole on here so that as you're hearing
- 23:19Speaker 1: from folks, we'll have a discovery call with you to
- 23:22Speaker 1: see if we can help you. Ultimately what I'm what
- 23:25Speaker 1: I because Nicole again, we're we're connectors.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I don't believe.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Yes, AI can do our voice. I could do a
- 23:31Speaker 1: lot of things, which is great, and I think that's awesome.
- 23:34Speaker 1: But we're all human beings. At the end of the day,
- 23:36Speaker 1: we crave relationships with human beings. So it won't ever told,
- 23:41Speaker 1: it won't take the replate. We won't replace human beings
- 23:43Speaker 1: in the sense of relationship with one another. But it's
- 23:47Speaker 1: a cool you know, and I think understanding that the
- 23:51Speaker 1: tool can can serve you could you know, it's just
- 23:55Speaker 1: like any tool. It can be helpful, it can also
- 23:57Speaker 1: be beneficial. The Internet is a great thing. It's got
- 24:00Speaker 1: some amazing things. It's got some very dark and not
- 24:03Speaker 1: good things. It's so you have to be wise about
- 24:06Speaker 1: how you're using this and bringing into your life, right Nicole.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Yes, it's like the Yeah, like the darkness and the light.
- 24:16Speaker 2: I mean, it's just where are you putting your focus?
- 24:20Speaker 2: Putting your focus in the dark or are you putting
- 24:22Speaker 2: your focus in the in the light? But you're in
- 24:25Speaker 2: the light. I mean, you can embrace AI and make
- 24:31Speaker 2: it even it's it's it's just like I think that
- 24:35Speaker 2: our brain and doesn't have the capacity to understand so
- 24:39Speaker 2: many things, and we don't have to have that capacity.
- 24:42Speaker 2: We don't. And I think that's our egos. When people
- 24:45Speaker 2: want to like learn, ah, I don't want to. I
- 24:47Speaker 2: don't know about This is your ego and your pride,
- 24:50Speaker 2: not putting you outside the box and making you realize
- 24:54Speaker 2: because you're like most of the people I know are
- 24:57Speaker 2: always watching TV, are always uh, you know, like on
- 25:03Speaker 2: their phones, strolling social media, you know, like going to
- 25:08Speaker 2: eat regular lives, going to work eight to five, and
- 25:14Speaker 2: even like not with AI. And I know a lot
- 25:16Speaker 2: of people are using it and even more of us
- 25:18Speaker 2: an excuse to be able to still be to dating
- 25:21Speaker 2: on those things that I just told you. And so
- 25:23Speaker 2: that's different. So then it comes to your ethics and
- 25:28Speaker 2: your morals. It's more about your habits. If you're gonna
- 25:31Speaker 2: use it for doing that, then of course you're gonna
- 25:34Speaker 2: go into the dark and you're not gonna get any result.
- 25:37Speaker 2: But if you use your daily For instance, for myself,
- 25:42Speaker 2: I have I'm bipolar, so I deal with a lot
- 25:46Speaker 2: of my emotions. And I'm an interrepreneur. I mean all
- 25:48Speaker 2: day I'm dealing with different clients. Sometimes I get pissed
- 25:52Speaker 2: off with the technology. Sometimes doesn't work. Sometimes it breaks
- 25:56Speaker 2: and then sometimes sometimes the light goes off, and then
- 25:59Speaker 2: sometimes there's a tornado. I mean, life happens and it's like,
- 26:04Speaker 2: oh my god, I need to I need to do something,
- 26:07Speaker 2: and so I use AI so I can have time
- 26:10Speaker 2: to go with life, so I can have time to,
- 26:14Speaker 2: you know, like do things that I because still like
- 26:17Speaker 2: I'm in front of the computer and creating a lot
- 26:18Speaker 2: of things in the computer, but at the same I'm
- 26:21Speaker 2: in the community, Like I go to the community. One
- 26:24Speaker 2: of the things that I'm really passionate about, Like I
- 26:27Speaker 2: want to go to the prison system. I want to
- 26:29Speaker 2: go to the prisons. I want to go inside and
- 26:32Speaker 2: I want to help people inside and I want to
- 26:34Speaker 2: mentor them. But I also created a tool. My husband
- 26:38Speaker 2: created a tool so we can reach those people faster.
- 26:44Speaker 2: But at the same time, we're going to go inside
- 26:46Speaker 2: the prison and that's our work. Yeah, And when we
- 26:53Speaker 2: operate in this side, the light is always going to
- 26:56Speaker 2: be a light. So we're not using AI to to
- 27:01Speaker 2: make something bad for society. The only people that make
- 27:04Speaker 2: that is yourself. You're making it bad for you because
- 27:07Speaker 2: you're not embracing it for yourself. You're not creating and
- 27:10Speaker 2: you have it. So I do that. I go to
- 27:12Speaker 2: Shaggy PT and I tell them this is you know,
- 27:14Speaker 2: we have the reporting every week the general sense, and
- 27:19Speaker 2: this is where we actually report what's working and what's
- 27:22Speaker 2: not working for those that don't know. But I grab
- 27:26Speaker 2: all of that and I give it to shagy PT
- 27:27Speaker 2: and I tell them, hey, make me be better. I
- 27:31Speaker 2: couldn't do this this week, or I did this and
- 27:33Speaker 2: I already got bored and this is not working for me. Hey,
- 27:36Speaker 2: this is a fly there, and it's funny because you see,
- 27:46Speaker 2: like we're not an I.
- 27:47Speaker 1: We're still this is not this is not an AI show.
- 27:55Speaker 2: So it's about it's about really making it better for you.
- 28:00Speaker 2: It's not about I understood when I created this, I
- 28:04Speaker 2: understood that I'm not gonna make the world better with
- 28:07Speaker 2: what I created. I know I'm creating the world better
- 28:10Speaker 2: for myself. And why because when I started giving this
- 28:14Speaker 2: tool to people I didn't know, and people were like
- 28:16Speaker 2: very appreciative, and I wasn't expecting that. I wasn't expecting
- 28:20Speaker 2: that at all, because people were like, oh my God,
- 28:23Speaker 2: like thank you. Finally I could go somewhere and ask
- 28:29Speaker 2: for information or finally I can connect with my loved
- 28:32Speaker 2: one because thanks to that, thanks to artificial intelligence, we've
- 28:38Speaker 2: been creating tools so that people can still be people
- 28:45Speaker 2: can still have that human interaction, can still have that relationship.
- 28:49Speaker 2: And that's the point. It's not about creating fake ident
- 28:53Speaker 2: I mean fake identities. It's not about filters, it's not
- 28:56Speaker 2: about no no, It's about making people be more human.
- 29:00Speaker 2: So I think I think there's a lot of things
- 29:03Speaker 2: that people just need to be more aware.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I think you're bringing some good points. I
- 29:09Speaker 1: hope as people are listening to this. It's not something
- 29:11Speaker 1: to be scared about. I think you just got to
- 29:14Speaker 1: be wise about what you're what you're bringing. I mean,
- 29:17Speaker 1: like you said, Nicole, I mean, how many people have
- 29:19Speaker 1: a cell phone that they're bringing into life. They're scrolling
- 29:22Speaker 1: on there, They're spending all this time on you know,
- 29:25Speaker 1: it's it's a different tool that can suck your energy.
- 29:28Speaker 1: So you have to figure out what that is for you,
- 29:30Speaker 1: your boundaries, how it's working. But if you look at
- 29:32Speaker 1: it as a tool or technology, I mean, remember a
- 29:36Speaker 1: funny story here, Nicole. This is not AI, but I'm
- 29:39Speaker 1: old enough to remember GPS units because I was in
- 29:42Speaker 1: an environmental consulting World, Nicole. And there was a time
- 29:47Speaker 1: this I really date myself. GPS units were just coming
- 29:51Speaker 1: on the market, and I remember working in some affirm
- 29:55Speaker 1: and part of the people like I don't trust them,
- 29:57Speaker 1: I don't want to use them, and like this is
- 29:59Speaker 1: a long time ago. But still nonetheless, there's a generation
- 30:03Speaker 1: and there's folks. And I'm not saying that's not to
- 30:06Speaker 1: be challenged, but just realize that over time it'll filter out.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Now we all use GPS S units, we all have
- 30:13Speaker 1: most people have them in some form to get navigate
- 30:15Speaker 1: because it helps us if we had to now, if
- 30:17Speaker 1: we had to plot away to get somewhere and I'm
- 30:22Speaker 1: old enough, we used to have these Thomas brother Matt,
- 30:24Speaker 1: I think books we'd have to buy and we have
- 30:25Speaker 1: to look at and like look at the streets. If
- 30:27Speaker 1: we had to spend all that time. When you're to
- 30:29Speaker 1: your point, Nicole, it's taking away from potentially at least
- 30:34Speaker 1: the relationship and time you can be spending with other people,
- 30:37Speaker 1: right because you're having to do all this other time
- 30:39Speaker 1: of trying to put us out. So just use the
- 30:42Speaker 1: tool to help you get and having better relationship, better connections.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I mean My other podcast that I host is called
- 30:48Speaker 1: the Intelligent Human Leadership Podcast is knowing yourself to lead
- 30:51Speaker 1: yourself that you're that intelligent human leader that's using AI
- 30:58Speaker 1: to help you, right, Yes.
- 31:01Speaker 2: So it's it's more of like when people are confused,
- 31:06Speaker 2: like you said, like people don't know GPS, like, oh
- 31:09Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know, and they're just having
- 31:11Speaker 2: that wall already, So how can you just cross the
- 31:14Speaker 2: wall and change it? Right? And one way is just
- 31:19Speaker 2: really helping. It is kind of like when you go
- 31:21Speaker 2: through the stack. Right, we have the stack, we have
- 31:24Speaker 2: our story and then we have the other narrative. We
- 31:27Speaker 2: have what we feel about the things, and but we
- 31:30Speaker 2: have the facts and we will have what we want. Right.
- 31:34Speaker 2: So what we can deal with people is Okay, okay,
- 31:37Speaker 2: you don't believe in AI, or you don't like you
- 31:39Speaker 2: have this tool and you don't know how to use it,
- 31:41Speaker 2: or you're confused, Okay, what do you want? What do
- 31:45Speaker 2: you want? What is it? What you want? And a
- 31:47Speaker 2: lot of people don't know what like I said, don't
- 31:49Speaker 2: know what they want and they're confused. So us as trainers,
- 31:53Speaker 2: as warriors, we need to help them and waking up
- 31:57Speaker 2: and telling them. Okay, there's definitely some there that you
- 32:00Speaker 2: want to do. AI could probably help you more and
- 32:06Speaker 2: save you time, save you money, save you resources, and
- 32:10Speaker 2: save you a lot of struggles. Because really, if I
- 32:14Speaker 2: would have just had Shad GPT three years ago when
- 32:17Speaker 2: I started putting together all the pieces with AI, yep,
- 32:22Speaker 2: right now, it would have been in a different story.
- 32:25Speaker 2: But like things happen for a reason in a way, right, Yeah,
- 32:29Speaker 2: but it's just about time that people need to wake
- 32:33Speaker 2: up and see the potential. Yeah.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Well, I want to say you talked earlier. One area
- 32:38Speaker 1: that you specialize in, Nicole is marketing, and I think
- 32:42Speaker 1: we're seeing how AI helps us get the message clearer.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Like you said, what do you want? What are you
- 32:47Speaker 1: trying to communicate? So before we didn't have jet GBT,
- 32:50Speaker 1: so we'd have to do trial and error testing, hire copywriters,
- 32:54Speaker 1: try to test it out, figure it out. Now, what
- 32:56Speaker 1: I'm hearing you say is if you used the IE,
- 32:59Speaker 1: it really can help you get that compressed down so
- 33:02Speaker 1: then you can actually get to the better part of
- 33:03Speaker 1: actually reaching the people you need to reach, right.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Yeah, well not just I'm not just a marketer, yeah,
- 33:10Speaker 2: but I'm a learner. Yes, And I like to learn,
- 33:14Speaker 2: and that's that's why people like always come to me
- 33:17Speaker 2: and telling me and hey, how do you do this?
- 33:19Speaker 2: And I would be like, oh my god, let me
- 33:21Speaker 2: tell you how to how I learn so that you
- 33:23Speaker 2: can learn, because if not, when I do anything for you,
- 33:26Speaker 2: and it's it's we're going to need the point because
- 33:28Speaker 2: you're not gonna learn. So I started marketing myself as
- 33:34Speaker 2: a way of like, let me help you how to
- 33:36Speaker 2: think with AI. Let me help you connect with AI,
- 33:40Speaker 2: and from there you're gonna find out the answers yourself,
- 33:44Speaker 2: because I cannot give you an answer. I cannot give
- 33:47Speaker 2: you the power that you want. A lot of people
- 33:49Speaker 2: when they hire marketing agencies, they are hiring with them
- 33:53Speaker 2: with the with the thinking that they're going to solve
- 33:55Speaker 2: their things and that they're going to bring in clients
- 33:57Speaker 2: and they're gonna create this amazing brand and that they're
- 34:00Speaker 2: gonna create Uh, you know that you're gonna have followers
- 34:03Speaker 2: and that you're gonna have reviews and finally you're gonna
- 34:07Speaker 2: put your e commerce and you're gonna just have a
- 34:10Speaker 2: lot of people coming to you. And that's not true.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Why because marketers, at certain extent they could do things
- 34:18Speaker 2: with their abilities, but the real ability is the way,
- 34:21Speaker 2: the way that you can listen. So I listen to
- 34:24Speaker 2: people and then I tell them, Okay, this is what
- 34:28Speaker 2: you want, and in that moment it might be what
- 34:30Speaker 2: they want, but the next day you want something different
- 34:34Speaker 2: and then so the evolution for people sometimes takes time,
- 34:37Speaker 2: where in marketing people like people want something right away.
- 34:41Speaker 2: So the evolution is where a lot of people are
- 34:45Speaker 2: not being patient with so artificial intelligence, you also have
- 34:50Speaker 2: to be very patient with artificial intelligence, but it can
- 34:53Speaker 2: really help you break that gap, avoid a lot of pain,
- 34:59Speaker 2: and just understand things better. One of the things that
- 35:02Speaker 2: I work on is actually getting all of my knowledge, like,
- 35:06Speaker 2: for instance, if I do copywriting, if I do marketing,
- 35:10Speaker 2: if I do social media, if I do different things,
- 35:14Speaker 2: I'm going to put all of the resources already in
- 35:16Speaker 2: my artificial intelligence, and I have already, Like Shadgypt learns
- 35:21Speaker 2: from the whole internet, right us we make the shop,
- 35:26Speaker 2: but learn from the information that you just wanted to
- 35:29Speaker 2: learn from. That way has a full capacity and you
- 35:33Speaker 2: can just like retrain it and give it the information
- 35:37Speaker 2: that you want so that you can understand the information better.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Because sometimes there's books. There's books like this one. I
- 35:44Speaker 2: don't know, think and grow rich. Right, you have books
- 35:47Speaker 2: like this one and people just read them, like they
- 35:50Speaker 2: read this and then they read the cover, and then
- 35:53Speaker 2: they read the few a few pages and it's like,
- 35:55Speaker 2: oh my god, I'm already tired, like I don't want
- 35:58Speaker 2: to read it, and then just like stop reading it.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Most of the do that. But why did you bring
- 36:03Speaker 2: this book to the artificial intelligence and then just ask
- 36:07Speaker 2: questions about like what are the best strategies from this book?
- 36:11Speaker 2: What is the main point from this book? I want
- 36:14Speaker 2: to I want to have an answer and that way, Okay,
- 36:16Speaker 2: you're already getting an answer, but then you're waking up
- 36:19Speaker 2: that motivation to actually learn. So it's about it's about
- 36:23Speaker 2: creating it, making it fun. It's about really good for you,
- 36:27Speaker 2: because what's the point of making things that you don't
- 36:30Speaker 2: like to do? Right?
- 36:32Speaker 1: I love that, Nicole Well, And I like giving an
- 36:35Speaker 1: example of the book too. You know, if you start
- 36:37Speaker 1: to ask those questions or something and you find like, oh,
- 36:39Speaker 1: I'm really enjoying this, then that might be good. They
- 36:42Speaker 1: might actually go get the book, you know, but you
- 36:44Speaker 1: why go buy the book or get something if you're
- 36:46Speaker 1: not sure it's something that you're really going to use
- 36:48Speaker 1: or yeah.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Or maybe you have the book and now you want
- 36:53Speaker 2: to do a presentation about the book, but you're not
- 36:56Speaker 2: your skills and creating presentations there's a flag again. Your
- 36:59Speaker 2: skills creating that presentation are really bad, and you get
- 37:05Speaker 2: discouraged and then you get that like you know, you
- 37:07Speaker 2: feel bad and then you're not certain about doing it,
- 37:09Speaker 2: and then you never do it. But what if you
- 37:11Speaker 2: just use AI and then you create this amazing slife,
- 37:14Speaker 2: this amazing thing or video and now you can share.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Now you can share with the world. And so I
- 37:20Speaker 2: think it's just about a lot of people have to
- 37:23Speaker 2: be aware of there's majority like for instance, here in
- 37:32Speaker 2: Mexico and a lot of Latin American countries is different
- 37:36Speaker 2: from the United States. We are eager to learn mm hmm.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Are like most of the people I know no more
- 37:44Speaker 2: than five languages.
- 37:46Speaker 1: That's incredible.
- 37:47Speaker 2: And when you meet people like that and then they
- 37:50Speaker 2: see AI and they see, oh my god, now I
- 37:52Speaker 2: can learn more where others see just like, oh, I'm
- 37:55Speaker 2: gonna be more lazy. Well, where's your where's your thinking,
- 37:59Speaker 2: where's your focus? And so for me it's it's more
- 38:04Speaker 2: about embracing it, getting innovative, making things that are board,
- 38:08Speaker 2: making you fun, make things that are daying, making them better.
- 38:13Speaker 2: I used to work for the government and it was
- 38:15Speaker 2: bad because everything was slow slow.
- 38:20Speaker 1: By the way, Nicole, I'm sorry, that's in the US, too,
- 38:25Speaker 1: And well I.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Was working in the US.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Actually maybe it's quicker in Mexico. I don't know, but
- 38:31Speaker 1: it is where our.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Culture is different, but the issues are the same the problems,
- 38:39Speaker 2: and it's very slow. People are sometimes not working like
- 38:45Speaker 2: they go and then just stay behind the desk, scrolling
- 38:48Speaker 2: their emails, making a few phone calls, going to eat
- 38:52Speaker 2: with their friends from the office, and then cutting back
- 38:56Speaker 2: and then they're having i don't know, like multiple things,
- 39:00Speaker 2: and then things are like we have this whole thing
- 39:02Speaker 2: on the outside, but then on the inside you're like,
- 39:06Speaker 2: how can I make it work because you're so overwhelmed
- 39:09Speaker 2: with the quantity of people that you have to serve.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Me having that like I needed to slow down. And
- 39:18Speaker 2: I wish I would have had AI in that moment,
- 39:20Speaker 2: because I know that I would have like, you know,
- 39:22Speaker 2: like kind of like make it fun for me because
- 39:25Speaker 2: it is mundane.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Well, I think I think you know, there's so many
- 39:30Speaker 1: great you as you triggered me, I thought one of
- 39:32Speaker 1: the cool tools actually that's now out because you're in
- 39:34Speaker 1: the Giant one. They actually have a new tool called
- 39:36Speaker 1: the five Voices app that you can yeah, and it
- 39:42Speaker 1: includes AI understanding. It learns based on how you're putting
- 39:45Speaker 1: information and responding. So this is just one of many
- 39:48Speaker 1: technologies that are out there. And I agree with you, Nicole,
- 39:51Speaker 1: you want to have fun and I think you know
- 39:53Speaker 1: I would love to go. Well, we're gonna have to
- 39:55Speaker 1: do another episode of the podcast because I think what
- 39:58Speaker 1: we're gonna do is you come act and uh break
- 40:02Speaker 1: down some of these a little bit more specifically, because
- 40:04Speaker 1: I think we could probably pick a tool, right Nicole,
- 40:06Speaker 1: how you're having friends with this and and get people
- 40:08Speaker 1: now hopefully the people are hearing this, like don't be
- 40:11Speaker 1: afraid listen and you know AI is your friend. You
- 40:15Speaker 1: can use it. It can benefit you. But if you
- 40:18Speaker 1: don't know where to start, what's the best way for
- 40:21Speaker 1: people to connect with you, Nicole? Like where can they
- 40:24Speaker 1: find you? Like, hey, I want to know more, Nicle,
- 40:26Speaker 1: how to get me gone?
- 40:27Speaker 4: You you they can connect to you, They can connect
- 40:31Speaker 4: with you, of course, they can spend a DM right here,
- 40:34Speaker 4: or they can commit on the podcast and of course
- 40:37Speaker 4: we'll be able to see and then.
- 40:40Speaker 2: But if you go to my social media, I have Instagram,
- 40:44Speaker 2: I have Facebook. I don't do a lot of linkeding
- 40:47Speaker 2: because I'm my market is not really there, Like I
- 40:50Speaker 2: work with a lot of faults like young generations, so
- 40:52Speaker 2: there are a lot of like you know, like on
- 40:54Speaker 2: Facebook and right no boy, yeah, I had TikTok, and
- 41:00Speaker 2: I just like I'm transforming it.
- 41:02Speaker 1: I'm seeing all of them.
- 41:04Speaker 2: Sometimes I think that there's like for everything, like you know,
- 41:08Speaker 2: like there's like you have an identity for all the
- 41:12Speaker 2: social media. It's like here I could be this, here,
- 41:14Speaker 2: I could be that here, I could share this, here,
- 41:17Speaker 2: I could share that. But in reality, like I people
- 41:19Speaker 2: could just like connect me with me, like through you,
- 41:23Speaker 2: Like we could do what we could do if people
- 41:25Speaker 2: are interested in learning more, I could send them some
- 41:28Speaker 2: videos and some information and then I could just like
- 41:30Speaker 2: we can join my masterclass. You can learn and of
- 41:34Speaker 2: course if they want a strategy call, like we can
- 41:36Speaker 2: book an appointment and see what we could do for them,
- 41:38Speaker 2: because I think it's more like helping them understand the potential.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think you know, Nicole, with your bilingual expertise,
- 41:49Speaker 1: you can speak multiple language, you can you can help
- 41:52Speaker 1: folks navigate this and I think that's a wonderful thing.
- 41:55Speaker 1: I've really appreciated that learning from you and how you
- 41:59Speaker 1: and your husband being able to You've shown me how
- 42:01Speaker 1: you've created these pages in Spanish. I know I'm a
- 42:03Speaker 1: little bit of Spanish home book though, but you know,
- 42:08Speaker 1: but I so appreciate that, and like you said, your
- 42:12Speaker 1: ability to learn and take in information. And again, the
- 42:15Speaker 1: value of a connector voice that person is you are
- 42:18Speaker 1: connecting these resources and that's in the same way. So
- 42:22Speaker 1: sometimes you're not that person and that's okay. You don't
- 42:24Speaker 1: have to be the connector. Using the five voices language,
- 42:28Speaker 1: you might be a guardian, a nurture, pioneer, creative. There's
- 42:32Speaker 1: all different voices. So what we want to do is,
- 42:34Speaker 1: you know, adapt and learn the technology from the voice
- 42:37Speaker 1: that works for you. And recognizing, like you said, Nicole,
- 42:40Speaker 1: we all have what I call barriers of a kind
- 42:42Speaker 1: of self preservation of understanding how we are. When we
- 42:46Speaker 1: can lower that barrier, recognizing we're actually going to be better,
- 42:49Speaker 1: it's okay to open up the door to the possibilities
- 42:52Speaker 1: right instead of keeping the door shut and limiting ourselves.
- 42:55Speaker 1: And I hope that's what people are hearing today and
- 42:58Speaker 1: what you want to stand a key takeaways or thoughts
- 43:00Speaker 1: as we're wrapping up the podcast today.
- 43:03Speaker 2: Well, I'm very grateful with you. I enjoyed this conversation
- 43:07Speaker 2: so much. We always have amazing conversations, and I just
- 43:11Speaker 2: I pray for people that want to learn about this
- 43:16Speaker 2: and the ones that don't want to learn, like, pray
- 43:18Speaker 2: for it and you know, ask God to illuminate you
- 43:22Speaker 2: so that you can see the truth about this and
- 43:24Speaker 2: you can see the potential. And if anyone wants something
- 43:28Speaker 2: like wants to learn even like if they want to learn,
- 43:31Speaker 2: like they can always reach out to me. And I'm
- 43:33Speaker 2: gonna be getting a few videos on YouTube. I'm not famous.
- 43:37Speaker 2: I don't have a lot of followers because I'm not
- 43:40Speaker 2: into that and I'm a normal person, not saying that
- 43:43Speaker 2: influences are not normal. It's just it's a different thing.
- 43:47Speaker 2: But if people want to learn more, like it's really
- 43:51Speaker 2: it's very it's very nice to have that feedback from people.
- 43:55Speaker 2: So just let me know what you guys want to do.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Tell me all about your projects, who you are, and
- 44:00Speaker 2: that way we can start.
- 44:02Speaker 1: That would be great. Nicole, I thank you so much
- 44:04Speaker 1: for coming back. We're definitely going to have you back
- 44:06Speaker 1: on you know. And I love your love, your thoughts
- 44:11Speaker 1: and and and I think again, I'm learning so much
- 44:13Speaker 1: from this. I think it's really benefited me and helped
- 44:16Speaker 1: me growing business. So I thank you and Hector for
- 44:20Speaker 1: supporting steward your business. And so we're we're collaboratd we're partners.
- 44:24Speaker 1: So you'll probably see Nicole and I putting on something
- 44:26Speaker 1: else together.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Uh.
- 44:28Speaker 1: So again, we we really appreciate your comments, like, go
- 44:31Speaker 1: and subscribe, leve leave us a five star review. That
- 44:33Speaker 1: would be fantastic.
