Transcript
- 0:01This is probably one of the most exciting live stream videos I've
- 0:04ever been able to deliver to you.
- 0:07The silver and gold community. There is so much going on.
- 0:10We're going to talk about the big mega banks and why it's so
- 0:13important. The reasons why we have four of
- 0:16them saying things about gold and silver and what it means for
- 0:21precious metals and what it means for the mining stocks as
- 0:24we go forward. But even more exciting and more
- 0:27important is the fact that you're joining me down here
- 0:29today in the basement. It's a big deal.
- 0:31We get to hang out. Thank you for choosing to be
- 0:34here. Please subscribe to the channel,
- 0:36give the video a thumbs up, leave a comment in the comment
- 0:39section. We want to hear from you.
- 0:41You don't have to agree with me or each other, but it gives us
- 0:45all an opportunity to learn from different people's perspectives.
- 0:50But let's start out by looking at a crazy statistic that I
- 0:54think points a big arrow at the overall precious metals and how
- 1:00it still has not yet been recognized by the generalist
- 1:05investor. Guys, when the generalist
- 1:07investor, when your neighbors, yes, yeah, Your neighbors who
- 1:11don't own gold and silver or precious metal mining stocks,
- 1:14sometimes we like to refer to them as the sheeple.
- 1:18When they wake up, it's going to be a floodgate of new money
- 1:22coming into the sector. But look at this.
- 1:25And this piece of data says it better than anything else.
- 1:28Let's go out here. This came from our friend puts
- 1:33out some great information, Mr. Uppy.
- 1:35The mining, the mining sector was 11% of all global equities
- 1:42in the 1960s. Today it's at 1%.
- 1:47I mean, that is absolutely astounding.
- 1:49Look at this chart, OK, The mining industry as a percentage
- 1:53of total global equities. And as you can clearly see back
- 1:57in the 1960s, right, it was always up around 1111%.
- 2:02Today, right, 2025, we are at 1% when these people wake up,
- 2:10right? And maybe you don't own precious
- 2:12metal mining stocks, I do. Maybe you're just a pure
- 2:15physical gold and silver over person.
- 2:17It doesn't matter when the generalist investor, when Wall
- 2:21Street wakes up, let me ask you a question or I'll tell you a
- 2:25fact. The world needs what the mining
- 2:28sector provides now more than it did in 1965.
- 2:34But we're at like 10% of where we were in the 1960s when these
- 2:39people come back. Katie, bar the door.
- 2:41I have a feeling if you own mining stocks, even if you own
- 2:45the the physical silver and gold, we are going to be an
- 2:49unbelievable shape. It's crazy.
- 2:51I forgot the most. I apologize besides welcoming
- 2:55you to the basement and I hope you do enjoy visiting with me
- 2:58down here. We forgot to check on the silver
- 3:00price. I haven't even looked at the
- 3:02silver price today. I wonder if silver and gold are
- 3:06up or down. I guess we'll go take a look.
- 3:09Sorry to sorry to waste your time my fellow basement
- 3:12dwellers. Let's go out here for this is
- 3:14silver futures for December of 2025.
- 3:18Let me refresh this and see. Oh wow, oh boy, what a good Good
- 3:26Friday my friends. Let's make this a little smaller
- 3:29so we can see this even better. Anyhow, as you can see, the
- 3:34silver price is up only $0.83. Come on silver, what are you
- 3:39doing? This is great news.
- 3:41I had a feeling and I didn't say it publicly, but I had a feeling
- 3:45with the rate cuts. There's a great book by a guy
- 3:48named Jesse Livermore, Revelations of a Stock Operator.
- 3:51It's a timeless book. They make the traders at Goldman
- 3:54Sachs read it, all this great stuff.
- 3:56And one of the points he makes in that book is that sometimes
- 3:59when there's a big sea change, a big event that happens in
- 4:02markets, it takes a day or two for the markets to adjust.
- 4:06I would say this today is the markets adjusting to what the
- 4:11Fed did on Wednesday when they lowered rates by 1/4 of a
- 4:15percent. But since we we are here, let's
- 4:18just get our crayons out and quickly review why we are so
- 4:22excited about what's going on. Look, this is the trend in
- 4:27silver. Do you see it?
- 4:29OK, It's a good steady trend with pull backs, bumps in the
- 4:33road. That's normal.
- 4:35It's not going to go straight up.
- 4:36But what you can see on this red line is a good steady trend.
- 4:39What you don't see, and I'm even going to change the color to the
- 4:43color they use, this pretty shade of blue is what you don't
- 4:47see is a huge spike up in the price.
- 4:51Whenever there's a big spike up, there's almost always a
- 4:55corresponding spike down. 99% of the times we do not have this in
- 5:00that situation. I know I said that to you many
- 5:02times, but that gives us much to be optimistic about.
- 5:05Now let's go over to let's share the right screen.
- 5:09I am so sorry guys. I apologize.
- 5:13I'll do it again quickly. You heard me, but you didn't see
- 5:16me. Yeah, I'll just do it in blue.
- 5:19What we have is a good steady increase.
- 5:21What we don't have is a spike up and a spike down.
- 5:24Now, I'm so sorry. I forgot to share the right
- 5:27screen. I apologize.
- 5:29That's what live stream videos are all about.
- 5:31Gold is up $22.00 per oz. And I am sharing the right
- 5:37screen. Here we go.
- 5:39I'm such a perfectionist now. I'm kind of down on myself for
- 5:42that again, I'll say one more time, I apologize.
- 5:44Five year chart of gold and we will draw the same thing on this
- 5:50chart. A good steady increase.
- 5:54Where does this go up here, $5000 gold, $6000 gold.
- 5:58All right, let's talk about the first bank.
- 6:00We got 4 big banks saying something.
- 6:02This is absolute crazy news coming out and this first piece
- 6:08came from the institutional investor and and it tells us the
- 6:13JP Morgan right that JP Morgan all right, the one that's maybe
- 6:18had some issues with make sure we got you on the right screen
- 6:23here. Yes, we do.
- 6:25The wheels are falling off the live stream bus.
- 6:27You get to watch me struggle today that that JP Morgan that's
- 6:31been convicted of manipulating the gold and silver price over
- 6:35the years. JP Morgan Chase is now accepting
- 6:38gold as collateral. Hello rang the bell JP Morgan
- 6:42Chase is permitting its clients to use gold as collateral in
- 6:46some transactions. This is according to the Wall
- 6:49Street Journal. This is big news.
- 6:51This is one of the biggest, most powerful banks in the world,
- 6:55allowing certain hedge funds to use gold as collateral.
- 7:00Remember, JP Morgan himself famously said something like
- 7:04gold and silver the only forms of real money.
- 7:06Everything else is debt, right? DJP Morgan himself, who built
- 7:10the company back in the what not early 1900s, but now this, this
- 7:16marks another major sea change. That's why That's the reason why
- 7:20this isn't important and how the world is looking at gold.
- 7:23We know, Oh, by the way, in case I forget to tell you, we do know
- 7:27that the world central banks, except the United States in the
- 7:31Federal Reserve are buying gold hand over fist.
- 7:34We watch what the world central banks are doing.
- 7:37The reason why we're going to watch what JP Morgan is doing is
- 7:40because they are one of the world's most powerful large
- 7:43institutional banks. And it is changing.
- 7:46There's three other banks we're going to talk about.
- 7:48But before we do that, I want to talk to you about something very
- 7:51special. I have a channel sponsor, First
- 7:53Met. I talk about them all the time.
- 7:55They're owned by First Majestic Silver.
- 7:57First Majestic Silver. Keith Neumeyer is the CEO of of
- 8:01that company. Everyone knows him.
- 8:02They mine the silver in Mexico. They ship it directly to the
- 8:07mint in the United States and Las Vegas, NV.
- 8:10They create world class silver bullion products that then goes
- 8:14directly straight to you, OK, from the mine to the mint to
- 8:19you. There's no COMEX, there's no
- 8:21LDMA in there. But there's something very
- 8:23special that they're doing. I'm actually going to put on a
- 8:25white glove. You know, I don't usually do
- 8:28that, but this is a very special product and mission that they're
- 8:32supporting that I want to share with you.
- 8:34It's a way to support veterans and it is so cool.
- 8:38What I am showing you right here I want to be very careful with.
- 8:41This is called the Folds of Honor, 10 oz silver bars.
- 8:47You can see it's the American flag folded up on the back.
- 8:50It says first, first MAD 10 oz made in the USA.
- 8:53This thing is so cool, absolutely beautiful.
- 8:58But what's even cooler about it is the fact that it supports
- 9:03veterans and U.S. military veterans and it also supports
- 9:08veterans from the from the first responder community.
- 9:12Folds of Honor, and I looked them up, is a not-for-profit
- 9:16organization. They give scholarships right to
- 9:18wounded and deceased members of the military and also the first
- 9:24responders. It's a great organization.
- 9:26It's something you should check out.
- 9:27But I want to show you on the first Meant website just how
- 9:31much money and how much support this has created for that
- 9:37community. And don't forget, right now here
- 9:39I am on the first meant.com website, they are having a $1.00
- 9:44over spot sale. But if you go to their store up
- 9:48here and you go down to Folds of Honor and click on that, you
- 9:52will be brought here. OK.
- 9:53There's a great little intro video, you know, respecting and
- 9:58saluting members of the first responder and military community
- 10:02that have been deceased, have have deceased or been wounded.
- 10:06But if you come down here, here's the different Bolds of
- 10:10Honor products that are available.
- 10:13There's the one that I just showed you, the 10 oz Folds of
- 10:16Honor American Flag Bar. But what's really special about
- 10:19this is if you Scroll down a little bit further, you can see
- 10:23that these these products support the Folds of Honor
- 10:26organization and they are having a life changing impact.
- 10:29Over $375,500 has has been donated and raised by First Men,
- 10:37which has supported 75 plus scholarships generated.
- 10:41These scholarships go to the spouses and and children of the
- 10:45deceased and wounded, members of the military and the first
- 10:48responder community. So please help support, help
- 10:52support this great 'cause help support my channel sponsor First
- 10:56Men. I think that is so cool.
- 10:58Over the weekend, the last weekend, hold on, there we go.
- 11:03I spent a lot of time learning about this or learn about Folds
- 11:06of Honor. It really is super cool.
- 11:09But what about the silver price? What's UBS?
- 11:13It's important we listen to the big Swiss banker, right?
- 11:17Remember Swiss bank accounts, Remember Fantasy Island?
- 11:20We're going to talk about that later.
- 11:21The plane, the plane. But right now, right, what we're
- 11:24going to talk about when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s,
- 11:27everybody talked about the Swiss bankers and the Swiss bank
- 11:30accounts. Will, UBS is the big powerful
- 11:34Swiss bank and what they are saying about silver is very good
- 11:38for us. Let's go check that out right
- 11:40now. Pull up.
- 11:42Here we go. Yes, All right, make sure we got
- 11:46you on the right screen, which we do.
- 11:48OK, guys. UBS, right.
- 11:51The big Swiss bank predicts silver could hit record high as
- 11:55investors flock to precious metals.
- 11:59Comes to us from Investor Hub. And I've got 2 paragraphs in
- 12:02yellow highlighted for you following this surge.
- 12:06And then they're talking about the previous surge.
- 12:08And let's just say that today we are definitely having a silver
- 12:12surge again. UBS has upgraded its forecast
- 12:16for the metal that would be silver, projecting it could
- 12:19reach all time highs with all time highs within the next year.
- 12:26The bank now expects silver to trade at $44.00 an ounce by the
- 12:30end of 2025, or maybe by the end of the day today, Friday,
- 12:35September 19th, 2025, and climb to $47 by mid 2026.
- 12:41Sorry UBS, you're wrong on that. Silver's going above 50.
- 12:44My opinion in line with its recent gold forecast upgrade
- 12:50quote, we flag that silver prices could reach an all time
- 12:55high, a view that supports a long position in the metal or
- 12:58selling the downside risk for yield enhancement, whatever that
- 13:02means. Just buy silver.
- 13:04OK strategist Dominic Schneider and Wayne Gordon.
- 13:08Oh, they're in agreement noted in a report.
- 13:11I think that's it from that one. OK, so that's so far.
- 13:14So far we talked about JP Morgan, OK, the world's biggest,
- 13:19our most powerful bank, talking about UBS, the big Swiss bank.
- 13:23But what about France, the people in France?
- 13:26Let's go over to France and see what they're saying.
- 13:29And this comes to us from our friend Niels Christensen from
- 13:32Kitgo SoC Gen. the massive French mega bank takes a 10%
- 13:38maximum gold position ahead of new Fed easing cycle.
- 13:42Now I've got something for you in green and red here.
- 13:44One major in major investment bank is looking to increase its
- 13:49exposure to gold as a protective hedge.
- 13:51Are you seeing a trend here, guys?
- 13:53JP Morgan, UBS Sock Gen. All right.
- 13:56As the Fed prepares to restart its easing cycle even while
- 14:00inflation pressures remain elevated.
- 14:02The big part in red on Wednesday, analyst at French
- 14:05bank I can never pronounce this Societe Generale announced an
- 14:11adjustment to their gold position.
- 14:14How do you pronounce that sock Gen.
- 14:16I don't know. Anyway, as part of the quarterly
- 14:18multi asset portfolio quarterly multi asset portfolio strategy.
- 14:22After keeping its position steady at 7% for roughly a year,
- 14:27the bank increased its exposure to gold to 10% of the total
- 14:31portfolio. And we know one thing for sure,
- 14:36what's good for granddaddy gold is good for silver as well.
- 14:40I may. Oh, yeah, I do.
- 14:41I have something in yellow bonus.
- 14:43From an asset allocation perspective, we've looked at
- 14:46gold in the context of the US dollars dominance being
- 14:50challenged. Oh, I wonder if you heard that
- 14:53story, guys. The dollars dominance is being
- 14:56called into question. The key drivers supporting gold
- 15:01remain finally, finally firmly intact, the analyst said.
- 15:06OK, so we have UBS, we have JP Morgan and we have who was the
- 15:11other one, UBS, JP Morgan and oh, Sock Jen, the one I just
- 15:15talked about. So she telling us buy gold, buy
- 15:20silver. OK, but wait, there's more.
- 15:23You want to hear about one more? Yeah, there's another one, and
- 15:25we're going to get to that in one second after I briefly say
- 15:29thank you to channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
- 15:32Actually, Keith Neumeyer, who's the CEO of First Majestic
- 15:35Silver, is the chairman of First Mining Gold.
- 15:38He founded First Mining Gold a number of years back, bought up
- 15:41a bunch of big major gold projects when the gold market
- 15:45was in the tank, when you could pick these things up for pennies
- 15:48on the dollar. Now, First Mining Gold is
- 15:51focused on two big projects in Canada.
- 15:54These are development stage projects.
- 15:57By the way, I own the stock. I owned it before they sponsored
- 16:00my channel. OK.
- 16:02It's a company that I believe in.
- 16:03Just remember I'm not a financial advisor.
- 16:06Any investments and stocks, bonds, mutual funds, anything
- 16:09have a certain amount of risk. So do your own diligence.
- 16:11But I'm excited about first mining Gold because they do have
- 16:14two massive gold development stage projects in Canada, not
- 16:21some far-flung, you know, Banana Republic place anything like
- 16:25that? No, in Canada, one of the safest
- 16:27mining jurisdictions in the world, they have the Spring Pole
- 16:30project, which is located in Ontario and they have the Du
- 16:34Parquet project located in Quebec.
- 16:37These are both multi million ounce mega projects going
- 16:41through the development stage, OK, going through the permitting
- 16:44stage, those types of things. They're expanding, they're doing
- 16:47drilling, they're doing all kinds of interesting stuff.
- 16:49But what's super interesting about where they're positioned
- 16:52because they are in this great jurisdiction of Canada and these
- 16:57are mega sized projects. I got a little secret for you.
- 17:00The big massive producing gold mining companies, they are
- 17:04making money hand over fest. On average they're making $2000
- 17:09per oz every time they mine an ounce of gold out of the ground.
- 17:12But over the last decade plus, they have all generally speaking
- 17:16neglected their pipeline of future projects.
- 17:19So they're going to have to replace that with other big
- 17:22projects if they choose to keep mining gold and 1st mining gold,
- 17:27right? They've got two of the best big
- 17:29projects in Canada. You can learn about them at
- 17:32their website, firstmininggold.com.
- 17:34And if you like, if you want to speak to a real human who
- 17:37actually will get back to you, you can reach out to their
- 17:40Director of Investor Relations, the one and only high quality,
- 17:45Mr. paul.morrispaul@firstmininggold.com.
- 17:49Where was I? Oh, I promised you another big
- 17:50bank. OK, let's see if I can do this
- 17:53from memory. We've got the French bank
- 17:55Sochiat Generale, right, who's very bullish on gold and silver.
- 18:00We have JP Morgan themselves, very bullish on gold and silver.
- 18:05And we've got the Swiss right? Not Swiss cheese, but the
- 18:08biggest Swiss bank, UBS. I wonder if Susie's here.
- 18:14Everybody say hi to Susie. This is upstairs.
- 18:16Susie, that's my wife. She communicates with me on
- 18:19walkie-talkie. We'll see if she chimes in, but
- 18:21none the less, she may be out on a walk.
- 18:23I don't know. Maybe she left me locked the
- 18:25basement door, who knows. But we got another bank.
- 18:28Without further ado, I would like to announce to you that
- 18:32here in the United States of America, right cuz, right.
- 18:35We were in, well, we had JP Morgan anyway.
- 18:38Bank of America is saying very positive things about gold and
- 18:42by default silver as well. Let's go out to is this the
- 18:47right one? Hold on here.
- 18:48Did I screw up again? No.
- 18:50Oh, yeah. Here we go.
- 18:51We get the right screen up for you another.
- 18:53It's a double feature today from our friend Neils at Kitco.
- 18:58Love Neil's Gold always rallies when the Fed cuts rates in a
- 19:03stubborn inflationary environment that comes from Bank
- 19:07of America. But what did they say about the
- 19:08gold price? I know you want to know.
- 19:11And in yellow, according to the latest commentary, the latest
- 19:17from Bank of America, Gold remains on pace to reach $4000
- 19:23by the second quarter of 2026 or by the end of close today.
- 19:29Just joking. While gold may appear
- 19:31overstretched in the near term, right?
- 19:34Gold on the RSI and all these technical things, everybody.
- 19:37So gold's over overbought gold's blah, blah, blah.
- 19:39Gold's going to go down. Well anyway, that doesn't always
- 19:42happen. Bank of America believes the
- 19:44market remains well supported as the Federal Reserve.
- 19:49And our old friend Jerome Powell, I think we're going to
- 19:51get him out. So stick around 'cause we're
- 19:53going to get Jerome out. He's going to say hello.
- 19:56Jerome looks to ease interest rates amid elevated inflation
- 20:01pressures. OK, All right, guys, here's the
- 20:04deal. OK, think about it.
- 20:06This is real simple. The Fed.
- 20:08Is cutting rates when inflation is higher than normal.
- 20:13And in real terms, like, you know, that's the official
- 20:16numbers. It's higher than normal.
- 20:17But in reality, it's even higher than that.
- 20:19And the Fed is cutting rates. Why, you may ask, do you want to
- 20:22say hello to our friend Jerome? Let me get him out.
- 20:25Let me find him. Hold on, Don't go anywhere.
- 20:29There's a special guest today. For those of you who've been
- 20:31around a while, this is the box, right?
- 20:34On one side it says recession, On the other side, inflation.
- 20:38This is the box of stagflation. Where?
- 20:41Where you know who's in here? There he is.
- 20:45Everybody say hello to Jerome. He's in a box.
- 20:48OK, raising, raising. Let's put in here.
- 20:53See if he wants to join us for a little bit.
- 20:55Hey, I got special guest Jerome Powell.
- 20:57Raising interest rates when inflation's already high is like
- 21:02topping off the gas tank in your car when your car is on fire.
- 21:07OK. It's a result of being in a
- 21:10state of stagflation. The last time we were in a state
- 21:12of stagflation was the 1970s here in the United States.
- 21:16And do you know what happened during that period?
- 21:18The price of gold and silver absolutely skyrocketed.
- 21:22People are saying that the same could happen for the crypto
- 21:25world as well this time because we didn't have crypto back in
- 21:28the 70s. But we'll see how that all plays
- 21:31out. The reality is, and that's what
- 21:33Bank of America is saying, OK? That's what UBS is saying.
- 21:37That's what Sukiya Generale is saying, and that's what JP
- 21:40Morgan is saying. They all know, right?
- 21:43They knew. We we talked about this.
- 21:46All right, let's get rid of him and the only thing he can do.
- 21:48For those of you who are new, I forgot tonight, I told you,
- 21:52thank you for being here, right? Thank you for being here in the
- 21:55basement. We are having a lot of fun, OK?
- 21:58This look, we've been we've been down here for years talking
- 22:01about what was going to happen. And guess what?
- 22:03It's finally happening. OK, Get ready because our old
- 22:07friend Jerome is going to turn on the printing press.
- 22:10We always treat him with respect, OK?
- 22:12He's invited to join me live down here in the basement.
- 22:15But until that happens, we'll keep him in his box.
- 22:20These are these are the good old days.
- 22:26Did you watch that show when you were a kid called Fantasy
- 22:29Island? Do we have Fantasy Island
- 22:32trading going on? We do In the silver market in
- 22:37particular, we call it Fantasy Island Silver, the COMEX.
- 22:41OK, I'm going to show you something.
- 22:43Let's have a little fun, guys. Do you remember this?
- 22:47This is from Fantasy Island back in the day, back in the 1970s of
- 22:511978, there was a popular TV show.
- 22:54This is Fantasy Island Silver version though.
- 22:57So here's here's the plane coming.
- 23:00Here's tattoo. Listen to him.
- 23:09The silver, the silver, the plane.
- 23:11The plane. I don't know if you were like
- 23:13me. I loved watching that.
- 23:14But then here we go. Here comes Tattoo.
- 23:16He's one of the top traders at the Comex.
- 23:21Look at him. We love him.
- 23:24What's he going to say to the boss?
- 23:25Hey boss, it's the Comex. $50,000 for an ounce of silver,
- 23:43right? It's a miracle tattoo.
- 23:45We can control the silver market.
- 23:46But now let's be real here. I'm going to show you some real
- 23:49proof that the paper markets right?
- 23:52The fantasy island silver is fantasy island.
- 23:56This is Wednesday's data about how much paper make believe
- 24:00fantasy Island silver was traded and it is astounding.
- 24:05Let's say goodbye to tattoo and let's go out here to our friend
- 24:09the dude, right? He, he breaks it down every day.
- 24:13This is from Wednesday, today's Friday.
- 24:15But just so you know, Wednesday, the silver and silver was down a
- 24:19little bit on on Wednesday. Imagine that the silver market
- 24:23traded I'm going to highlight it here 485 million paper ounces
- 24:30paper oz make believe fantasy island silver there it is right
- 24:34there Wednesday the 17th of September.
- 24:37Now why is that important guys? Can you hear me?
- 24:46The entire silver mining sector in the whole wide world produces
- 24:52what, 800 million? And what was that number we just
- 24:56looked at? Are you thinking 485?
- 24:58Almost 500 million? Fantasy Island Silver Oz traded
- 25:05in one day. In one day they traded, I don't
- 25:09know, 64% of of what the entire mining sector can produce in
- 25:15physical real metal. This stuff.
- 25:18Hold on, this is the back. This is the Folds of Honor bar
- 25:22that I showed you earlier, right?
- 25:24That's a 10 oz bar. It says first meant made in the
- 25:27USA, 10 oz. This never went to the Comex,
- 25:31right? Remember, it comes from the mind
- 25:33to the meant to you. But in one day, they're trading
- 25:3960% of what the entire mining industry produces in one year.
- 25:44It's insane, right? It's absolutely insane.
- 25:47Let's look at a few other pieces of crazy data that are out
- 25:50there. When we think about silver out
- 25:53here, right here we go. Oriental ghost.
- 25:57Make sure I got the right screen up, which I believe I do.
- 26:01OK, This is September 19th data. The Shanghai Gold Exchange, the
- 26:05SGE, this is the physical market.
- 26:10OK, there's AG, there's the SGE, that stands for Shanghai Gold
- 26:14Exchange. That's silver.
- 26:17This is physical. The big difference in China at
- 26:19the Shanghai Gold Exchange is it's silver, physical silver,
- 26:24like 98% that's traded $43.61. What's interesting and the
- 26:30reason why I want to keep track of this closely is the fact that
- 26:33we know China and India and Russia, the East in general
- 26:39Asia, they're taking over the physical silver and gold
- 26:43markets. So what's what, what we used to
- 26:46see when we would look at the price on the Shanghai Gold
- 26:49Exchange when compared to the physical, I'm sorry, to the
- 26:53physical or the futures market in the United States was a much
- 26:56bigger. What I'm saying, just what I'm
- 26:58saying, my opinion is we're seeing that shrink.
- 27:00Why that's important is because what that shows us is that those
- 27:05countries, China, India, Russia, are beginning to have much more
- 27:09influence over the price of the metals, right?
- 27:13And we know China and India, yeah, China, India each have 1.4
- 27:22billion people each. And they have hundreds of
- 27:27millions of people in the next 5-10 years, hundreds of
- 27:32millions. There's only 300 million in the
- 27:34United States of America. They have hundreds of millions
- 27:37of people that are moving into the consumer class.
- 27:41The reason why that's important for us to remember is those
- 27:45people love gold and silver, number one.
- 27:48But number 2, they are going to create unbelievable demand for
- 27:54all types of products, electronic products, right, that
- 27:57are, that are going to demand even more silver in particular
- 28:02at a time, at a time when we've already reached peak silver.
- 28:09I heard it said the other day, and I saw data, right, that the
- 28:13silver mining industry peaked in 2016.
- 28:19So what does that tell us? That tells us, right, that we're
- 28:22going to have skyrocketing demand for silver in the next 10
- 28:27years during a period where the mining sector output is going
- 28:31down, down, down. You say, well, the price will go
- 28:34through the roof. Yes, that's the only thing they
- 28:37can fix that can fix a discrepancy between supply and
- 28:41demand is price. And then you may then then then
- 28:44then you. The naysayers will say well then
- 28:46the mining companies, they'll just increase their production.
- 28:49Not that easy, not that easy at all.
- 28:52I talked to CE OS of mining companies.
- 28:54It is way way not easy. And there's a bonus kicker on
- 28:59top of it. 2 bonus kickers Because the price of silver's
- 29:03been manipulated down, kept down artificially for so long, it was
- 29:08not economically attractive for companies to go out and explore
- 29:13or build or develop new silver mines.
- 29:17So the pipeline of new projects coming on in silver, let's just
- 29:23say it's very sparing, OK, very, very sparing.
- 29:26It's going to be an interesting scenario to see how this plays
- 29:31out while we have skyrocketing demand right in with an industry
- 29:37that cannot quickly adjust. Oh, and by the way, there's
- 29:39another double cherry on top. Most silver comes as a byproduct
- 29:45from other metal mining, zinc, copper, that type of thing.
- 29:49I heard Ross Speedy say. This was a year and a half, two
- 29:52years ago while we were down here beating the table about buy
- 29:56silver, it's $1822, whatever it is.
- 29:59But Ross Speedy brought up a great point.
- 30:01A lot of silver does come as a byproduct of the copper mining.
- 30:05But the big copper mines, it takes forever to get those
- 30:08built, even longer than silver and gold.
- 30:10But even more important is that these new copper deposits that
- 30:15are being explored for and being discovered right now, I think
- 30:20it's because they're deeper in the ground.
- 30:22Like all the easy coppers been taken up already.
- 30:26The new copper deposits are deeper in the ground and they
- 30:29don't have as much silver that coexist with them.
- 30:33OK, So when this demand explodes for silver, right, they can't
- 30:37just flip a switch and make more silver.
- 30:40Yeah, you know, you'll have some people that sell.
- 30:42You have some people say, hey, doesn't grandma have some
- 30:45silverware, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
- 30:47Yeah. You know, all of that within the
- 30:49beautiful context of the fact that congratulations, my fellow
- 30:52basement dwellers, we set a new record, a big milestone stone in
- 30:56the United States. the US national debt has reached 37
- 31:00trillion. Let's pull this up, make sure
- 31:03it's official. Yes, I was up watching this roll
- 31:07over. the US national debt has now officially reached 37
- 31:12trillion, $500 billion. So much for getting the deficit
- 31:17under control. Our deficit right below it.
- 31:20Here to the right here. I'll draw on here for you.
- 31:23Hold on, guys, This is worth it. Let's go yellow today.
- 31:27All right, there's the debt, U.S.
- 31:31National debt, OK? There's our deficit.
- 31:35That means we spend 2 trillion more than we bring in every
- 31:39year, which gets fed right back into the debt level.
- 31:42That makes that debt number continue to go up.
- 31:45But what you have to remember, the big key to all this is down
- 31:48here. Hopefully you can see this kind
- 31:51of in the middle bottom of the screen.
- 31:53I'm circling it ferociously and yellow.
- 31:56That's our interest expense, OK, People do not want the US debt.
- 32:00So the so to entice people to buy long term national debt,
- 32:04they have to pay a higher interest rate.
- 32:06OK, that means all this debt, 37 trillion that that is generating
- 32:11an ever increasing amount of interest.
- 32:15OK, that interest expense feeds into the budget deficit.
- 32:20OK, that means basically this is really sad.
- 32:23Right now we're paying a trillion dollars, a little over
- 32:26a trillion a year in interest and we're being bringing in
- 32:29about 5 trillion. With real simple math, that
- 32:32means that if you pay taxes in the United States, $0.20 on
- 32:36every dollar that you pay in taxes is basically just going to
- 32:40interest. We get nothing back for it.
- 32:42You're like, you're like a person who has $80,000 in credit
- 32:46card debt. But the, the scary part of this,
- 32:49and I try to do it just once a week, right, is the debt
- 32:52national debt level goes up. That makes the interest expense
- 32:56go up. That makes the budget deficit go
- 32:59up. That makes the US national debt
- 33:01go up, which then makes the interest expense.
- 33:03Do you see what that basically means is we are in, this is what
- 33:08is called you see that spiral, a debt spiral.
- 33:12I don't like it, you don't like it.
- 33:13We didn't create it. We aren't behind it, we aren't
- 33:16in favor of it. The founding fathers of the
- 33:17United States hated that. The founding fathers of the
- 33:21United States loved gold and silver.
- 33:23They put it in the United States Constitution.
- 33:25And there's a a reason why, because what I just showed you
- 33:29that also that reason, the reason why I just showed you is
- 33:33so important is because as we covered, there are 4 mega banks,
- 33:38four that are all saying the same thing.
- 33:42Get into gold and silver, OK? We have Bank of America, we have
- 33:47Sociat Generale from France, we have UBS, the giant Swiss
- 33:51banker, and we have JP Morgan, one of the most powerful,
- 33:56recognized, and I don't want to say respected, but for lack of a
- 33:59better term, I'll leave it at that.
- 34:01Banks in the world, it is happening right now right in
- 34:06front of our very eyes. OK, We are living through
- 34:09transformative times. Let me let you in on something
- 34:11very important. Most of the time when people are
- 34:14living through transformative times, they don't realize it
- 34:18until it's already passed. You look back in retrospect,
- 34:21it's like looking at a recession or anything else.
- 34:24It is going to be a wild, wild ride.
- 34:28I wish we weren't in this situation.
- 34:29I wish President Nixon, yeah, I bet you do, too, hadn't taken
- 34:33the United States off the gold standard.
- 34:35But it's made for things like gold and silver and even the
- 34:39crypto world to expand and explode in popularity as people
- 34:45are scared, right? People in the United States are
- 34:47scared. We've got a lot of people in
- 34:50this country who don't really realize potentially what's going
- 34:53on. Maybe I'm wrong, OK, again, I'm
- 34:55not a financial advisor, but this all makes sense to me.
- 34:59You can listen to what I say. You can listen to what other
- 35:01people say. You can listen to yourself first
- 35:04and foremost and trust what you learn and make decisions,
- 35:08hopefully, which will help protect you and the ones you
- 35:11love from any type of financial or economic harm.
- 35:15Hey, before I forget, I do want to say thank you to a company
- 35:18who's been with me now for almost a whole year.

- 36:05ahead. Let's keep a track, keep track
- 36:07of what's happening. Remember this silver price when
- 36:10it gets, when it, when it really in a healthy manner clears this
- 36:14$4344.00 range. I'll say I think there's like a
- 36:1890% chance that we run up to all time highs and do it a lot
- 36:22faster than most of us realize. It can happen.
- 36:26Take care of yourself, OK? Be well and I will see you soon.
