**ALERT** 🏛️YOU Won’t Believe What the Mega-Banks Just Did in PRECIOUS Metals! (Gold & Silver) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:01
This is probably one of the most exciting live stream videos I've
0:04
ever been able to deliver to you.
0:07
The silver and gold community. There is so much going on.
0:10
We're going to talk about the big mega banks and why it's so
0:13
important. The reasons why we have four of
0:16
them saying things about gold and silver and what it means for
0:21
precious metals and what it means for the mining stocks as
0:24
we go forward. But even more exciting and more
0:27
important is the fact that you're joining me down here
0:29
today in the basement. It's a big deal.
0:31
We get to hang out. Thank you for choosing to be
0:34
here. Please subscribe to the channel,
0:36
give the video a thumbs up, leave a comment in the comment
0:39
section. We want to hear from you.
0:41
You don't have to agree with me or each other, but it gives us
0:45
all an opportunity to learn from different people's perspectives.
0:50
But let's start out by looking at a crazy statistic that I
0:54
think points a big arrow at the overall precious metals and how
1:00
it still has not yet been recognized by the generalist
1:05
investor. Guys, when the generalist
1:07
investor, when your neighbors, yes, yeah, Your neighbors who
1:11
don't own gold and silver or precious metal mining stocks,
1:14
sometimes we like to refer to them as the sheeple.
1:18
When they wake up, it's going to be a floodgate of new money
1:22
coming into the sector. But look at this.
1:25
And this piece of data says it better than anything else.
1:28
Let's go out here. This came from our friend puts
1:33
out some great information, Mr. Uppy.
1:35
The mining, the mining sector was 11% of all global equities
1:42
in the 1960s. Today it's at 1%.
1:47
I mean, that is absolutely astounding.
1:49
Look at this chart, OK, The mining industry as a percentage
1:53
of total global equities. And as you can clearly see back
1:57
in the 1960s, right, it was always up around 1111%.
2:02
Today, right, 2025, we are at 1% when these people wake up,
2:10
right? And maybe you don't own precious
2:12
metal mining stocks, I do. Maybe you're just a pure
2:15
physical gold and silver over person.
2:17
It doesn't matter when the generalist investor, when Wall
2:21
Street wakes up, let me ask you a question or I'll tell you a
2:25
fact. The world needs what the mining
2:28
sector provides now more than it did in 1965.
2:34
But we're at like 10% of where we were in the 1960s when these
2:39
people come back. Katie, bar the door.
2:41
I have a feeling if you own mining stocks, even if you own
2:45
the the physical silver and gold, we are going to be an
2:49
unbelievable shape. It's crazy.
2:51
I forgot the most. I apologize besides welcoming
2:55
you to the basement and I hope you do enjoy visiting with me
2:58
down here. We forgot to check on the silver
3:00
price. I haven't even looked at the
3:02
silver price today. I wonder if silver and gold are
3:06
up or down. I guess we'll go take a look.
3:09
Sorry to sorry to waste your time my fellow basement
3:12
dwellers. Let's go out here for this is
3:14
silver futures for December of 2025.
3:18
Let me refresh this and see. Oh wow, oh boy, what a good Good
3:26
Friday my friends. Let's make this a little smaller
3:29
so we can see this even better. Anyhow, as you can see, the
3:34
silver price is up only $0.83. Come on silver, what are you
3:39
doing? This is great news.
3:41
I had a feeling and I didn't say it publicly, but I had a feeling
3:45
with the rate cuts. There's a great book by a guy
3:48
named Jesse Livermore, Revelations of a Stock Operator.
3:51
It's a timeless book. They make the traders at Goldman
3:54
Sachs read it, all this great stuff.
3:56
And one of the points he makes in that book is that sometimes
3:59
when there's a big sea change, a big event that happens in
4:02
markets, it takes a day or two for the markets to adjust.
4:06
I would say this today is the markets adjusting to what the
4:11
Fed did on Wednesday when they lowered rates by 1/4 of a
4:15
percent. But since we we are here, let's
4:18
just get our crayons out and quickly review why we are so
4:22
excited about what's going on. Look, this is the trend in
4:27
silver. Do you see it?
4:29
OK, It's a good steady trend with pull backs, bumps in the
4:33
road. That's normal.
4:35
It's not going to go straight up.
4:36
But what you can see on this red line is a good steady trend.
4:39
What you don't see, and I'm even going to change the color to the
4:43
color they use, this pretty shade of blue is what you don't
4:47
see is a huge spike up in the price.
4:51
Whenever there's a big spike up, there's almost always a
4:55
corresponding spike down. 99% of the times we do not have this in
5:00
that situation. I know I said that to you many
5:02
times, but that gives us much to be optimistic about.
5:05
Now let's go over to let's share the right screen.
5:09
I am so sorry guys. I apologize.
5:13
I'll do it again quickly. You heard me, but you didn't see
5:16
me. Yeah, I'll just do it in blue.
5:19
What we have is a good steady increase.
5:21
What we don't have is a spike up and a spike down.
5:24
Now, I'm so sorry. I forgot to share the right
5:27
screen. I apologize.
5:29
That's what live stream videos are all about.
5:31
Gold is up $22.00 per oz. And I am sharing the right
5:37
screen. Here we go.
5:39
I'm such a perfectionist now. I'm kind of down on myself for
5:42
that again, I'll say one more time, I apologize.
5:44
Five year chart of gold and we will draw the same thing on this
5:50
chart. A good steady increase.
5:54
Where does this go up here, $5000 gold, $6000 gold.
5:58
All right, let's talk about the first bank.
6:00
We got 4 big banks saying something.
6:02
This is absolute crazy news coming out and this first piece
6:08
came from the institutional investor and and it tells us the
6:13
JP Morgan right that JP Morgan all right, the one that's maybe
6:18
had some issues with make sure we got you on the right screen
6:23
here. Yes, we do.
6:25
The wheels are falling off the live stream bus.
6:27
You get to watch me struggle today that that JP Morgan that's
6:31
been convicted of manipulating the gold and silver price over
6:35
the years. JP Morgan Chase is now accepting
6:38
gold as collateral. Hello rang the bell JP Morgan
6:42
Chase is permitting its clients to use gold as collateral in
6:46
some transactions. This is according to the Wall
6:49
Street Journal. This is big news.
6:51
This is one of the biggest, most powerful banks in the world,
6:55
allowing certain hedge funds to use gold as collateral.
7:00
Remember, JP Morgan himself famously said something like
7:04
gold and silver the only forms of real money.
7:06
Everything else is debt, right? DJP Morgan himself, who built
7:10
the company back in the what not early 1900s, but now this, this
7:16
marks another major sea change. That's why That's the reason why
7:20
this isn't important and how the world is looking at gold.
7:23
We know, Oh, by the way, in case I forget to tell you, we do know
7:27
that the world central banks, except the United States in the
7:31
Federal Reserve are buying gold hand over fist.
7:34
We watch what the world central banks are doing.
7:37
The reason why we're going to watch what JP Morgan is doing is
7:40
because they are one of the world's most powerful large
7:43
institutional banks. And it is changing.
7:46
There's three other banks we're going to talk about.
7:48
But before we do that, I want to talk to you about something very
7:51
special. I have a channel sponsor, First
7:53
Met. I talk about them all the time.
7:55
They're owned by First Majestic Silver.
7:57
First Majestic Silver. Keith Neumeyer is the CEO of of
8:01
that company. Everyone knows him.
8:02
They mine the silver in Mexico. They ship it directly to the
8:07
mint in the United States and Las Vegas, NV.
8:10
They create world class silver bullion products that then goes
8:14
directly straight to you, OK, from the mine to the mint to
8:19
you. There's no COMEX, there's no
8:21
LDMA in there. But there's something very
8:23
special that they're doing. I'm actually going to put on a
8:25
white glove. You know, I don't usually do
8:28
that, but this is a very special product and mission that they're
8:32
supporting that I want to share with you.
8:34
It's a way to support veterans and it is so cool.
8:38
What I am showing you right here I want to be very careful with.
8:41
This is called the Folds of Honor, 10 oz silver bars.
8:47
You can see it's the American flag folded up on the back.
8:50
It says first, first MAD 10 oz made in the USA.
8:53
This thing is so cool, absolutely beautiful.
8:58
But what's even cooler about it is the fact that it supports
9:03
veterans and U.S. military veterans and it also supports
9:08
veterans from the from the first responder community.
9:12
Folds of Honor, and I looked them up, is a not-for-profit
9:16
organization. They give scholarships right to
9:18
wounded and deceased members of the military and also the first
9:24
responders. It's a great organization.
9:26
It's something you should check out.
9:27
But I want to show you on the first Meant website just how
9:31
much money and how much support this has created for that
9:37
community. And don't forget, right now here
9:39
I am on the first meant.com website, they are having a $1.00
9:44
over spot sale. But if you go to their store up
9:48
here and you go down to Folds of Honor and click on that, you
9:52
will be brought here. OK.
9:53
There's a great little intro video, you know, respecting and
9:58
saluting members of the first responder and military community
10:02
that have been deceased, have have deceased or been wounded.
10:06
But if you come down here, here's the different Bolds of
10:10
Honor products that are available.
10:13
There's the one that I just showed you, the 10 oz Folds of
10:16
Honor American Flag Bar. But what's really special about
10:19
this is if you Scroll down a little bit further, you can see
10:23
that these these products support the Folds of Honor
10:26
organization and they are having a life changing impact.
10:29
Over $375,500 has has been donated and raised by First Men,
10:37
which has supported 75 plus scholarships generated.
10:41
These scholarships go to the spouses and and children of the
10:45
deceased and wounded, members of the military and the first
10:48
responder community. So please help support, help
10:52
support this great 'cause help support my channel sponsor First
10:56
Men. I think that is so cool.
10:58
Over the weekend, the last weekend, hold on, there we go.
11:03
I spent a lot of time learning about this or learn about Folds
11:06
of Honor. It really is super cool.
11:09
But what about the silver price? What's UBS?
11:13
It's important we listen to the big Swiss banker, right?
11:17
Remember Swiss bank accounts, Remember Fantasy Island?
11:20
We're going to talk about that later.
11:21
The plane, the plane. But right now, right, what we're
11:24
going to talk about when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s,
11:27
everybody talked about the Swiss bankers and the Swiss bank
11:30
accounts. Will, UBS is the big powerful
11:34
Swiss bank and what they are saying about silver is very good
11:38
for us. Let's go check that out right
11:40
now. Pull up.
11:42
Here we go. Yes, All right, make sure we got
11:46
you on the right screen, which we do.
11:48
OK, guys. UBS, right.
11:51
The big Swiss bank predicts silver could hit record high as
11:55
investors flock to precious metals.
11:59
Comes to us from Investor Hub. And I've got 2 paragraphs in
12:02
yellow highlighted for you following this surge.
12:06
And then they're talking about the previous surge.
12:08
And let's just say that today we are definitely having a silver
12:12
surge again. UBS has upgraded its forecast
12:16
for the metal that would be silver, projecting it could
12:19
reach all time highs with all time highs within the next year.
12:26
The bank now expects silver to trade at $44.00 an ounce by the
12:30
end of 2025, or maybe by the end of the day today, Friday,
12:35
September 19th, 2025, and climb to $47 by mid 2026.
12:41
Sorry UBS, you're wrong on that. Silver's going above 50.
12:44
My opinion in line with its recent gold forecast upgrade
12:50
quote, we flag that silver prices could reach an all time
12:55
high, a view that supports a long position in the metal or
12:58
selling the downside risk for yield enhancement, whatever that
13:02
means. Just buy silver.
13:04
OK strategist Dominic Schneider and Wayne Gordon.
13:08
Oh, they're in agreement noted in a report.
13:11
I think that's it from that one. OK, so that's so far.
13:14
So far we talked about JP Morgan, OK, the world's biggest,
13:19
our most powerful bank, talking about UBS, the big Swiss bank.
13:23
But what about France, the people in France?
13:26
Let's go over to France and see what they're saying.
13:29
And this comes to us from our friend Niels Christensen from
13:32
Kitgo SoC Gen. the massive French mega bank takes a 10%
13:38
maximum gold position ahead of new Fed easing cycle.
13:42
Now I've got something for you in green and red here.
13:44
One major in major investment bank is looking to increase its
13:49
exposure to gold as a protective hedge.
13:51
Are you seeing a trend here, guys?
13:53
JP Morgan, UBS Sock Gen. All right.
13:56
As the Fed prepares to restart its easing cycle even while
14:00
inflation pressures remain elevated.
14:02
The big part in red on Wednesday, analyst at French
14:05
bank I can never pronounce this Societe Generale announced an
14:11
adjustment to their gold position.
14:14
How do you pronounce that sock Gen.
14:16
I don't know. Anyway, as part of the quarterly
14:18
multi asset portfolio quarterly multi asset portfolio strategy.
14:22
After keeping its position steady at 7% for roughly a year,
14:27
the bank increased its exposure to gold to 10% of the total
14:31
portfolio. And we know one thing for sure,
14:36
what's good for granddaddy gold is good for silver as well.
14:40
I may. Oh, yeah, I do.
14:41
I have something in yellow bonus.
14:43
From an asset allocation perspective, we've looked at
14:46
gold in the context of the US dollars dominance being
14:50
challenged. Oh, I wonder if you heard that
14:53
story, guys. The dollars dominance is being
14:56
called into question. The key drivers supporting gold
15:01
remain finally, finally firmly intact, the analyst said.
15:06
OK, so we have UBS, we have JP Morgan and we have who was the
15:11
other one, UBS, JP Morgan and oh, Sock Jen, the one I just
15:15
talked about. So she telling us buy gold, buy
15:20
silver. OK, but wait, there's more.
15:23
You want to hear about one more? Yeah, there's another one, and
15:25
we're going to get to that in one second after I briefly say
15:29
thank you to channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
15:32
Actually, Keith Neumeyer, who's the CEO of First Majestic
15:35
Silver, is the chairman of First Mining Gold.
15:38
He founded First Mining Gold a number of years back, bought up
15:41
a bunch of big major gold projects when the gold market
15:45
was in the tank, when you could pick these things up for pennies
15:48
on the dollar. Now, First Mining Gold is
15:51
focused on two big projects in Canada.
15:54
These are development stage projects.
15:57
By the way, I own the stock. I owned it before they sponsored
16:00
my channel. OK.
16:02
It's a company that I believe in.
16:03
Just remember I'm not a financial advisor.
16:06
Any investments and stocks, bonds, mutual funds, anything
16:09
have a certain amount of risk. So do your own diligence.
16:11
But I'm excited about first mining Gold because they do have
16:14
two massive gold development stage projects in Canada, not
16:21
some far-flung, you know, Banana Republic place anything like
16:25
that? No, in Canada, one of the safest
16:27
mining jurisdictions in the world, they have the Spring Pole
16:30
project, which is located in Ontario and they have the Du
16:34
Parquet project located in Quebec.
16:37
These are both multi million ounce mega projects going
16:41
through the development stage, OK, going through the permitting
16:44
stage, those types of things. They're expanding, they're doing
16:47
drilling, they're doing all kinds of interesting stuff.
16:49
But what's super interesting about where they're positioned
16:52
because they are in this great jurisdiction of Canada and these
16:57
are mega sized projects. I got a little secret for you.
17:00
The big massive producing gold mining companies, they are
17:04
making money hand over fest. On average they're making $2000
17:09
per oz every time they mine an ounce of gold out of the ground.
17:12
But over the last decade plus, they have all generally speaking
17:16
neglected their pipeline of future projects.
17:19
So they're going to have to replace that with other big
17:22
projects if they choose to keep mining gold and 1st mining gold,
17:27
right? They've got two of the best big
17:29
projects in Canada. You can learn about them at
17:32
their website, firstmininggold.com.
17:34
And if you like, if you want to speak to a real human who
17:37
actually will get back to you, you can reach out to their
17:40
Director of Investor Relations, the one and only high quality,
17:45
Mr. paul.morrispaul@firstmininggold.com.
17:49
Where was I? Oh, I promised you another big
17:50
bank. OK, let's see if I can do this
17:53
from memory. We've got the French bank
17:55
Sochiat Generale, right, who's very bullish on gold and silver.
18:00
We have JP Morgan themselves, very bullish on gold and silver.
18:05
And we've got the Swiss right? Not Swiss cheese, but the
18:08
biggest Swiss bank, UBS. I wonder if Susie's here.
18:14
Everybody say hi to Susie. This is upstairs.
18:16
Susie, that's my wife. She communicates with me on
18:19
walkie-talkie. We'll see if she chimes in, but
18:21
none the less, she may be out on a walk.
18:23
I don't know. Maybe she left me locked the
18:25
basement door, who knows. But we got another bank.
18:28
Without further ado, I would like to announce to you that
18:32
here in the United States of America, right cuz, right.
18:35
We were in, well, we had JP Morgan anyway.
18:38
Bank of America is saying very positive things about gold and
18:42
by default silver as well. Let's go out to is this the
18:47
right one? Hold on here.
18:48
Did I screw up again? No.
18:50
Oh, yeah. Here we go.
18:51
We get the right screen up for you another.
18:53
It's a double feature today from our friend Neils at Kitco.
18:58
Love Neil's Gold always rallies when the Fed cuts rates in a
19:03
stubborn inflationary environment that comes from Bank
19:07
of America. But what did they say about the
19:08
gold price? I know you want to know.
19:11
And in yellow, according to the latest commentary, the latest
19:17
from Bank of America, Gold remains on pace to reach $4000
19:23
by the second quarter of 2026 or by the end of close today.
19:29
Just joking. While gold may appear
19:31
overstretched in the near term, right?
19:34
Gold on the RSI and all these technical things, everybody.
19:37
So gold's over overbought gold's blah, blah, blah.
19:39
Gold's going to go down. Well anyway, that doesn't always
19:42
happen. Bank of America believes the
19:44
market remains well supported as the Federal Reserve.
19:49
And our old friend Jerome Powell, I think we're going to
19:51
get him out. So stick around 'cause we're
19:53
going to get Jerome out. He's going to say hello.
19:56
Jerome looks to ease interest rates amid elevated inflation
20:01
pressures. OK, All right, guys, here's the
20:04
deal. OK, think about it.
20:06
This is real simple. The Fed.
20:08
Is cutting rates when inflation is higher than normal.
20:13
And in real terms, like, you know, that's the official
20:16
numbers. It's higher than normal.
20:17
But in reality, it's even higher than that.
20:19
And the Fed is cutting rates. Why, you may ask, do you want to
20:22
say hello to our friend Jerome? Let me get him out.
20:25
Let me find him. Hold on, Don't go anywhere.
20:29
There's a special guest today. For those of you who've been
20:31
around a while, this is the box, right?
20:34
On one side it says recession, On the other side, inflation.
20:38
This is the box of stagflation. Where?
20:41
Where you know who's in here? There he is.
20:45
Everybody say hello to Jerome. He's in a box.
20:48
OK, raising, raising. Let's put in here.
20:53
See if he wants to join us for a little bit.
20:55
Hey, I got special guest Jerome Powell.
20:57
Raising interest rates when inflation's already high is like
21:02
topping off the gas tank in your car when your car is on fire.
21:07
OK. It's a result of being in a
21:10
state of stagflation. The last time we were in a state
21:12
of stagflation was the 1970s here in the United States.
21:16
And do you know what happened during that period?
21:18
The price of gold and silver absolutely skyrocketed.
21:22
People are saying that the same could happen for the crypto
21:25
world as well this time because we didn't have crypto back in
21:28
the 70s. But we'll see how that all plays
21:31
out. The reality is, and that's what
21:33
Bank of America is saying, OK? That's what UBS is saying.
21:37
That's what Sukiya Generale is saying, and that's what JP
21:40
Morgan is saying. They all know, right?
21:43
They knew. We we talked about this.
21:46
All right, let's get rid of him and the only thing he can do.
21:48
For those of you who are new, I forgot tonight, I told you,
21:52
thank you for being here, right? Thank you for being here in the
21:55
basement. We are having a lot of fun, OK?
21:58
This look, we've been we've been down here for years talking
22:01
about what was going to happen. And guess what?
22:03
It's finally happening. OK, Get ready because our old
22:07
friend Jerome is going to turn on the printing press.
22:10
We always treat him with respect, OK?
22:12
He's invited to join me live down here in the basement.
22:15
But until that happens, we'll keep him in his box.
22:20
These are these are the good old days.
22:26
Did you watch that show when you were a kid called Fantasy
22:29
Island? Do we have Fantasy Island
22:32
trading going on? We do In the silver market in
22:37
particular, we call it Fantasy Island Silver, the COMEX.
22:41
OK, I'm going to show you something.
22:43
Let's have a little fun, guys. Do you remember this?
22:47
This is from Fantasy Island back in the day, back in the 1970s of
22:51
1978, there was a popular TV show.
22:54
This is Fantasy Island Silver version though.
22:57
So here's here's the plane coming.
23:00
Here's tattoo. Listen to him.
23:09
The silver, the silver, the plane.
23:11
The plane. I don't know if you were like
23:13
me. I loved watching that.
23:14
But then here we go. Here comes Tattoo.
23:16
He's one of the top traders at the Comex.
23:21
Look at him. We love him.
23:24
What's he going to say to the boss?
23:25
Hey boss, it's the Comex. $50,000 for an ounce of silver,
23:43
right? It's a miracle tattoo.
23:45
We can control the silver market.
23:46
But now let's be real here. I'm going to show you some real
23:49
proof that the paper markets right?
23:52
The fantasy island silver is fantasy island.
23:56
This is Wednesday's data about how much paper make believe
24:00
fantasy Island silver was traded and it is astounding.
24:05
Let's say goodbye to tattoo and let's go out here to our friend
24:09
the dude, right? He, he breaks it down every day.
24:13
This is from Wednesday, today's Friday.
24:15
But just so you know, Wednesday, the silver and silver was down a
24:19
little bit on on Wednesday. Imagine that the silver market
24:23
traded I'm going to highlight it here 485 million paper ounces
24:30
paper oz make believe fantasy island silver there it is right
24:34
there Wednesday the 17th of September.
24:37
Now why is that important guys? Can you hear me?
24:46
The entire silver mining sector in the whole wide world produces
24:52
what, 800 million? And what was that number we just
24:56
looked at? Are you thinking 485?
24:58
Almost 500 million? Fantasy Island Silver Oz traded
25:05
in one day. In one day they traded, I don't
25:09
know, 64% of of what the entire mining sector can produce in
25:15
physical real metal. This stuff.
25:18
Hold on, this is the back. This is the Folds of Honor bar
25:22
that I showed you earlier, right?
25:24
That's a 10 oz bar. It says first meant made in the
25:27
USA, 10 oz. This never went to the Comex,
25:31
right? Remember, it comes from the mind
25:33
to the meant to you. But in one day, they're trading
25:39
60% of what the entire mining industry produces in one year.
25:44
It's insane, right? It's absolutely insane.
25:47
Let's look at a few other pieces of crazy data that are out
25:50
there. When we think about silver out
25:53
here, right here we go. Oriental ghost.
25:57
Make sure I got the right screen up, which I believe I do.
26:01
OK, This is September 19th data. The Shanghai Gold Exchange, the
26:05
SGE, this is the physical market.
26:10
OK, there's AG, there's the SGE, that stands for Shanghai Gold
26:14
Exchange. That's silver.
26:17
This is physical. The big difference in China at
26:19
the Shanghai Gold Exchange is it's silver, physical silver,
26:24
like 98% that's traded $43.61. What's interesting and the
26:30
reason why I want to keep track of this closely is the fact that
26:33
we know China and India and Russia, the East in general
26:39
Asia, they're taking over the physical silver and gold
26:43
markets. So what's what, what we used to
26:46
see when we would look at the price on the Shanghai Gold
26:49
Exchange when compared to the physical, I'm sorry, to the
26:53
physical or the futures market in the United States was a much
26:56
bigger. What I'm saying, just what I'm
26:58
saying, my opinion is we're seeing that shrink.
27:00
Why that's important is because what that shows us is that those
27:05
countries, China, India, Russia, are beginning to have much more
27:09
influence over the price of the metals, right?
27:13
And we know China and India, yeah, China, India each have 1.4
27:22
billion people each. And they have hundreds of
27:27
millions of people in the next 5-10 years, hundreds of
27:32
millions. There's only 300 million in the
27:34
United States of America. They have hundreds of millions
27:37
of people that are moving into the consumer class.
27:41
The reason why that's important for us to remember is those
27:45
people love gold and silver, number one.
27:48
But number 2, they are going to create unbelievable demand for
27:54
all types of products, electronic products, right, that
27:57
are, that are going to demand even more silver in particular
28:02
at a time, at a time when we've already reached peak silver.
28:09
I heard it said the other day, and I saw data, right, that the
28:13
silver mining industry peaked in 2016.
28:19
So what does that tell us? That tells us, right, that we're
28:22
going to have skyrocketing demand for silver in the next 10
28:27
years during a period where the mining sector output is going
28:31
down, down, down. You say, well, the price will go
28:34
through the roof. Yes, that's the only thing they
28:37
can fix that can fix a discrepancy between supply and
28:41
demand is price. And then you may then then then
28:44
then you. The naysayers will say well then
28:46
the mining companies, they'll just increase their production.
28:49
Not that easy, not that easy at all.
28:52
I talked to CE OS of mining companies.
28:54
It is way way not easy. And there's a bonus kicker on
28:59
top of it. 2 bonus kickers Because the price of silver's
29:03
been manipulated down, kept down artificially for so long, it was
29:08
not economically attractive for companies to go out and explore
29:13
or build or develop new silver mines.
29:17
So the pipeline of new projects coming on in silver, let's just
29:23
say it's very sparing, OK, very, very sparing.
29:26
It's going to be an interesting scenario to see how this plays
29:31
out while we have skyrocketing demand right in with an industry
29:37
that cannot quickly adjust. Oh, and by the way, there's
29:39
another double cherry on top. Most silver comes as a byproduct
29:45
from other metal mining, zinc, copper, that type of thing.
29:49
I heard Ross Speedy say. This was a year and a half, two
29:52
years ago while we were down here beating the table about buy
29:56
silver, it's $1822, whatever it is.
29:59
But Ross Speedy brought up a great point.
30:01
A lot of silver does come as a byproduct of the copper mining.
30:05
But the big copper mines, it takes forever to get those
30:08
built, even longer than silver and gold.
30:10
But even more important is that these new copper deposits that
30:15
are being explored for and being discovered right now, I think
30:20
it's because they're deeper in the ground.
30:22
Like all the easy coppers been taken up already.
30:26
The new copper deposits are deeper in the ground and they
30:29
don't have as much silver that coexist with them.
30:33
OK, So when this demand explodes for silver, right, they can't
30:37
just flip a switch and make more silver.
30:40
Yeah, you know, you'll have some people that sell.
30:42
You have some people say, hey, doesn't grandma have some
30:45
silverware, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
30:47
Yeah. You know, all of that within the
30:49
beautiful context of the fact that congratulations, my fellow
30:52
basement dwellers, we set a new record, a big milestone stone in
30:56
the United States. the US national debt has reached 37
31:00
trillion. Let's pull this up, make sure
31:03
it's official. Yes, I was up watching this roll
31:07
over. the US national debt has now officially reached 37
31:12
trillion, $500 billion. So much for getting the deficit
31:17
under control. Our deficit right below it.
31:20
Here to the right here. I'll draw on here for you.
31:23
Hold on, guys, This is worth it. Let's go yellow today.
31:27
All right, there's the debt, U.S.
31:31
National debt, OK? There's our deficit.
31:35
That means we spend 2 trillion more than we bring in every
31:39
year, which gets fed right back into the debt level.
31:42
That makes that debt number continue to go up.
31:45
But what you have to remember, the big key to all this is down
31:48
here. Hopefully you can see this kind
31:51
of in the middle bottom of the screen.
31:53
I'm circling it ferociously and yellow.
31:56
That's our interest expense, OK, People do not want the US debt.
32:00
So the so to entice people to buy long term national debt,
32:04
they have to pay a higher interest rate.
32:06
OK, that means all this debt, 37 trillion that that is generating
32:11
an ever increasing amount of interest.
32:15
OK, that interest expense feeds into the budget deficit.
32:20
OK, that means basically this is really sad.
32:23
Right now we're paying a trillion dollars, a little over
32:26
a trillion a year in interest and we're being bringing in
32:29
about 5 trillion. With real simple math, that
32:32
means that if you pay taxes in the United States, $0.20 on
32:36
every dollar that you pay in taxes is basically just going to
32:40
interest. We get nothing back for it.
32:42
You're like, you're like a person who has $80,000 in credit
32:46
card debt. But the, the scary part of this,
32:49
and I try to do it just once a week, right, is the debt
32:52
national debt level goes up. That makes the interest expense
32:56
go up. That makes the budget deficit go
32:59
up. That makes the US national debt
33:01
go up, which then makes the interest expense.
33:03
Do you see what that basically means is we are in, this is what
33:08
is called you see that spiral, a debt spiral.
33:12
I don't like it, you don't like it.
33:13
We didn't create it. We aren't behind it, we aren't
33:16
in favor of it. The founding fathers of the
33:17
United States hated that. The founding fathers of the
33:21
United States loved gold and silver.
33:23
They put it in the United States Constitution.
33:25
And there's a a reason why, because what I just showed you
33:29
that also that reason, the reason why I just showed you is
33:33
so important is because as we covered, there are 4 mega banks,
33:38
four that are all saying the same thing.
33:42
Get into gold and silver, OK? We have Bank of America, we have
33:47
Sociat Generale from France, we have UBS, the giant Swiss
33:51
banker, and we have JP Morgan, one of the most powerful,
33:56
recognized, and I don't want to say respected, but for lack of a
33:59
better term, I'll leave it at that.
34:01
Banks in the world, it is happening right now right in
34:06
front of our very eyes. OK, We are living through
34:09
transformative times. Let me let you in on something
34:11
very important. Most of the time when people are
34:14
living through transformative times, they don't realize it
34:18
until it's already passed. You look back in retrospect,
34:21
it's like looking at a recession or anything else.
34:24
It is going to be a wild, wild ride.
34:28
I wish we weren't in this situation.
34:29
I wish President Nixon, yeah, I bet you do, too, hadn't taken
34:33
the United States off the gold standard.
34:35
But it's made for things like gold and silver and even the
34:39
crypto world to expand and explode in popularity as people
34:45
are scared, right? People in the United States are
34:47
scared. We've got a lot of people in
34:50
this country who don't really realize potentially what's going
34:53
on. Maybe I'm wrong, OK, again, I'm
34:55
not a financial advisor, but this all makes sense to me.
34:59
You can listen to what I say. You can listen to what other
35:01
people say. You can listen to yourself first
35:04
and foremost and trust what you learn and make decisions,
35:08
hopefully, which will help protect you and the ones you
35:11
love from any type of financial or economic harm.
35:15
Hey, before I forget, I do want to say thank you to a company
35:18
who's been with me now for almost a whole year.
35:21
If you have anything valuable you want to keep safe, none of
35:25
my business, but this is The Dirty man safe and there's a
35:29
discount code Ron 10. This is a safe that you bury in
35:33
your yard. Yes, you get to be like a
35:35
pirate. The pirates buried their
35:36
treasure. It worked really well for
35:38
hundreds and hundreds, maybe thousands of years.
35:41
But these things, these are cool.
35:42
This is The Dirty girl. They've got much bigger ones as
35:45
well. A whole wide range of products
35:48
you can check out at their website.
35:49
Dirty Man safe and don't forget, right?
35:52
If you want a 10% discount, Ron 10 above everything else.
35:58
Guys, thanks for being here, OK? This is a community of people
36:02
who love silver and gold. We're in for some fun times
36:05
ahead. Let's keep a track, keep track
36:07
of what's happening. Remember this silver price when
36:10
it gets, when it, when it really in a healthy manner clears this
36:14
$4344.00 range. I'll say I think there's like a
36:18
90% chance that we run up to all time highs and do it a lot
36:22
faster than most of us realize. It can happen.
36:26
Take care of yourself, OK? Be well and I will see you soon.
