- 1:11Speaker 1: was good? My way um straight DJ and stuff. And
- 1:15Speaker 1: then I went to Michigan with with Snowman. I never
- 1:21Speaker 1: I've never been to Detroit before, went to Lansing State
- 1:26Speaker 1: homecoming and then we came back to Detroit. That was lit,
- 1:31Speaker 1: coming packed pat. It was my first time and it
- 1:35Speaker 1: was cold for it was cold for meftive degrees anything
- 1:38Speaker 1: underssisted degrees. I'm calling at night, it was it's so cold.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Then I had to stuff over the weekend too, So
- 1:53Speaker 1: it was you speaking. Yeah, no, I was hosting. This
- 1:57Speaker 1: is your new trajectory. I need you to jump out here.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I had to, I know I had, but um I
- 2:03Speaker 1: had to go to Michigan. Oh yeah, So Saturday I
- 2:05Speaker 1: had some speaking engagements they inquired about, but I had
- 2:08Speaker 1: to stuff. That's agency they represent Ferrari Simmons Burns. Okay,
- 2:17Speaker 1: so how was weekend? Weekend was good? Of course, Saturday
- 2:20Speaker 1: how to Go? How to Go? It was the first
- 2:22Speaker 1: Saturday by yourself. Second Yeah, yeah, so that was really cool.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Um I've been promoting it a lot on my Wednesday
- 2:30Speaker 1: segment on seven to Beat, so like I've been getting
- 2:33Speaker 1: a difference, you know, it's yeah, you know, I'm a
- 2:37Speaker 1: little weekly segment or whatever. What else is going on?
- 2:40Speaker 1: I don't know. Hosted the Gruci Experience, which is really dope.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Those kids maybody do some some um Cashi and Miko
- 2:48Speaker 1: are really dope. They're both Nigerian and they're focusing on
- 2:51Speaker 1: like bringing positive influence to dress very dressed. They wear
- 2:55Speaker 1: a lot of traditional garment, but they modernize it with
- 2:57Speaker 1: like you know, trendy twist to it. But they're they're
- 3:00Speaker 1: very dope and they're giving Atlanta a lot more like
- 3:02Speaker 1: cultural events. We see players spe I've been noticing their
- 3:06Speaker 1: I've been noticing their thing because you actually had the
- 3:07Speaker 1: thing you guys hosted once before to right the awards. Awesome, awesome,
- 3:14Speaker 1: he was, he was, he was down there in the
- 3:19Speaker 1: to the University of Miami. Came back though, right I
- 3:23Speaker 1: saw the majority of the game went to some sports
- 3:26Speaker 1: party and that saw they got them college towns and
- 3:28Speaker 1: we had had so much fry food this weekend. It's ridiculous.
- 3:33Speaker 1: It's always no options. They have no wheat grass um. Yeah,
- 3:38Speaker 1: so big shout to Tallahassee fam. You uh at the
- 3:43Speaker 1: black cars experience. I'm just I'm just with the ships
- 3:46Speaker 1: like I have to. I have to. I am making
- 3:49Speaker 1: a point in my life now going forward as I've
- 3:52Speaker 1: always I've always supported historical black college and universities, but
- 3:55Speaker 1: I want them to be whole like I wanted to be.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I want our do all of us to go get
- 4:01Speaker 1: new stadiums and buildings and just continue to help me
- 4:04Speaker 1: grow because it ain't no experience like the black Cars experience.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I swear, I'm down there, man, big shout, the errand
- 4:11Speaker 1: and the carpet dam guys down there. But just seeing
- 4:15Speaker 1: people from I'm talking about my era to y'all are
- 4:17Speaker 1: to I mean, it's just everybody comes together for this
- 4:20Speaker 1: family reunion of sauce and it was amazing. So having
- 4:23Speaker 1: incredible time down to Tallahassee. Yeah, all love man, all
- 4:28Speaker 1: of I Also, um, I'm going through with y'all. My
- 4:31Speaker 1: son is turning eighteen. I don't even know. I don't
- 4:36Speaker 1: even know how. I don't even know where to begin.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Like eighteen, I'm still in the club turning up like yeah,
- 4:46Speaker 1: you're gonna start hitting me up, like hey, what you
- 4:49Speaker 1: were you at the night for real? That's eight birth okay,
- 4:57Speaker 1: so big shout. The little kid is his birthday this
- 4:59Speaker 1: week on October eleventh. I love you, son, um, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: now it's time for in case you miss lord, little
- 5:10Speaker 1: Wayne goes golden one week. All the prophecy that Ferrara
- 5:14Speaker 1: has been Um Shane on The Ball Alert Show with
- 5:17Speaker 1: Baller Nation. How great of artists he is, which he
- 5:21Speaker 1: is totally the garden he had he had a goat
- 5:24Speaker 1: pending on I saw at the a C three festival. Yeah,
- 5:27Speaker 1: did you see the goat? Charleng one of my favorite
- 5:29Speaker 1: rappers ever. Yeah, he's a golden one week, which is
- 5:32Speaker 1: great for these times in music. I'm sure the stream
- 5:34Speaker 1: of numbers and all that are are very high as well.
- 5:36Speaker 1: But Challenge is doing pretty good, Like a lot of
- 5:38Speaker 1: people are actually uploading the upboard challenge where they oh, wait,
- 5:42Speaker 1: so what is that? That's his that's his nation up
- 5:48Speaker 1: for challenge. But you guys put the dance on Sad
- 5:51Speaker 1: Uproar Challenge and tad Baller Alert so we can see
- 5:54Speaker 1: you guys. We might post you guys on that we got.
- 5:56Speaker 1: We gotta do an uproar challenge. I don't dance no more. Um.
- 6:00Speaker 1: All I do was this? All I do is this?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Um No. But I think that something happened at the
- 6:06Speaker 1: a C three right. Somebody said it was a fight
- 6:07Speaker 1: or some shooting, but apparently insider told us something. There's
- 6:13Speaker 1: a different stories. Um. One of the stories is a
- 6:16Speaker 1: fight broke out and it caused people to like freak
- 6:18Speaker 1: out and stampede and running to each other. Nothing's over.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And then the other story is that there was no fight.
- 6:23Speaker 1: A barricade fell and that loud noise that heavy barricade
- 6:28Speaker 1: makes caused people to freak out. I guess they thought
- 6:31Speaker 1: like some people were ducking. They assumed, probably because of
- 6:34Speaker 1: the show's content, that it was going to be something
- 6:39Speaker 1: goes realize, Yeah, one person ducks, everyone's gonna duck around you.
- 6:45Speaker 1: But I do feel bad because it was Everyone says
- 6:47Speaker 1: it was a stampede, like people fell over. I know
- 6:49Speaker 1: people whose lips got busted, people lost their shoes, their bags. Yeah,
- 6:53Speaker 1: but it's you know, you can't you can't jump to
- 6:55Speaker 1: conclusions and crowded places. You just can't do that because
- 6:57Speaker 1: it's gonna cause because the first image are we're like
- 7:01Speaker 1: training them running to the van and then skirting down
- 7:04Speaker 1: the street and somebody apparently trying to jump in their
- 7:06Speaker 1: car and they didn't realize who she was then drove
- 7:09Speaker 1: a safety Yeah, they just trying to get to say,
- 7:12Speaker 1: but that's crazy. You gotta do more, do more better.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It can't be just jumping to conclude on the real plan.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You need more staff to help try to keep the
- 7:18Speaker 1: chaos as under control as possible. Some things you can't
- 7:21Speaker 1: really was a C three overall, you guys heard it
- 7:23Speaker 1: was great. I went to the Silence of Shampanel it
- 7:26Speaker 1: was great. Um, you know, Shaunty does see it was dope,
- 7:29Speaker 1: Like it was really great to see how they related
- 7:32Speaker 1: it to the music industry and holding music exacts accountable
- 7:36Speaker 1: for their artists. That yeah, that was God arrested that
- 7:41Speaker 1: my friend Shakier Stewart, no one ever knew he had issues,
- 7:46Speaker 1: like like I was one of his great friends and
- 7:49Speaker 1: never the one thing he blows his head off. And
- 7:51Speaker 1: it's like you think about signs, right because when you're
- 7:54Speaker 1: off in your careers and you're not, like you know,
- 7:57Speaker 1: we have a lot of friends that go through mental
- 7:58Speaker 1: ship that we don't really know because everybody's family, moving, traveling.
- 8:02Speaker 1: All of a sudden you hear some tragic happen, like
- 8:03Speaker 1: what the funk? So that I just want to take
- 8:05Speaker 1: my tip my hat to Shanty Dawes and the Shame
- 8:09Speaker 1: of Silence movement. So um, silence the shame movement. I
- 8:16Speaker 1: love her. I love her movement. We support her, um
- 8:19Speaker 1: and y'all. R Kelly is a savage. Man, I'm confused, man, apparently,
- 8:24Speaker 1: let me just I want to read this to y'all.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Come only there as a sheriff. Dad is looking first
- 8:30Speaker 1: of all, the police. Whenever you do something with the
- 8:32Speaker 1: police's spouse, you know you really have a mental challenge
- 8:36Speaker 1: because the first thing for show is that he could
- 8:40Speaker 1: get away with killing your ass um. We don't want
- 8:43Speaker 1: that to happen. But Mississippi sheriff plans to question R
- 8:46Speaker 1: Kelly under oath about singers alleged affair with his wife
- 8:50Speaker 1: mid The controversy of R. Kelly's alleged relationships with younger women.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Self proclaimed pipe piper of R and B be laying
- 8:58Speaker 1: the pipe is face seen legal issues over in alleged
- 9:02Speaker 1: relationship with another man's wife. Problem is, the demand is
- 9:05Speaker 1: a Mississippi sheriff and now he wants to question the
- 9:09Speaker 1: singer about the alleged affair under open the closet. He's
- 9:13Speaker 1: saying that ir Kelly done ruined his life? What the
- 9:19Speaker 1: hell of problem? Mill? R Kelly don't ruin his own
- 9:21Speaker 1: life at this point, sir, how are you gonna just?
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't know, man, It's like does he want it?
- 9:30Speaker 1: Like that's the police first and foremost. Second was all
- 9:33Speaker 1: you're like, you're under so much scrutiny for being a freak.
- 9:36Speaker 1: You know what I'm talking about. I don't know what
- 9:38Speaker 1: he plans to get out of this situation, but something
- 9:40Speaker 1: on his lip. It's just something he can't get down.
- 9:43Speaker 1: They're gonna shut him down. That's the only way he's
- 9:45Speaker 1: gonna stop. He's gonna keep doing what he's doing because
- 9:47Speaker 1: he feels like you can get away with it. He's
- 9:49Speaker 1: a cold piece of word. Um. But yeah, big shout
- 9:52Speaker 1: to r Kelly and the Sheriff of Mississippi. Eminem. Eminem
- 9:55Speaker 1: predicted what's happening in rap music? Did y'all listen to that?
- 10:00Speaker 1: Play it for him? I take it for those with didn't,
- 10:01Speaker 1: because we got Dump down the Stile and ABC and
- 10:05Speaker 1: some big because now days, these kids, jeez don't give
- 10:08Speaker 1: a ship by licks fully one of the years of beating.
- 10:11Speaker 1: That's it. As long as they go to the club
- 10:13Speaker 1: and get Lid's pick up and cheeks and get some digits,
- 10:16Speaker 1: and the DJ playing him hits all, this is my chain,
- 10:20Speaker 1: this is my sin. We don't know the chain right now.
- 10:23Speaker 1: He knows the course because of course repeats the same
- 10:25Speaker 1: word tours and some shine normous are formula squeet because
- 10:29Speaker 1: we don't know anymore what it hits it the beat
- 10:32Speaker 1: is of the rat This is it a finger snap
- 10:34Speaker 1: for the same hanaway class. How do we dad thinking
- 10:37Speaker 1: tee our round boats with thirteen year olds control the
- 10:40Speaker 1: remote and that he's got a friend new knows we
- 10:43Speaker 1: gotta put some new and fast. He said, say things
- 10:48Speaker 1: over and over again, and that was gonna be hooked.
- 10:51Speaker 1: He said that the ABC s and want two threes
- 10:54Speaker 1: is gonna be the way that rhymes went? Did he
- 10:56Speaker 1: or did he not? Call it? Y'all yep as pop?
- 11:00Speaker 1: But isn't that I mean that's almost scary. Like I
- 11:05Speaker 1: don't think he's getting enough credit for the premonition. Like
- 11:08Speaker 1: that's like and he when he made the rap, this
- 11:12Speaker 1: wasn't happening. I mean, it wasn't. I went on Trump
- 11:19Speaker 1: to respond to Eminem. He hasn't respond to Eminem's you
- 11:24Speaker 1: know why? Can I tell you why? Because Eminem represents
- 11:27Speaker 1: the majority of the psycho white people that are voting
- 11:31Speaker 1: for him. And you know, the psycho white people outside
- 11:33Speaker 1: of the people that have the ultimate power is the
- 11:35Speaker 1: trailer park trash. Wow. Because Eminem is from the trailer park,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and if you go in on m who represents all
- 11:46Speaker 1: trailer parks across the world, then you in trouble missed
- 11:49Speaker 1: the officer. I don't know if not saying that voted
- 11:53Speaker 1: for Trump, but just the people that you know, probably
- 11:57Speaker 1: idolize him because of where he comes from, are more
- 11:59Speaker 1: than Trump supporters. Trump supporters are literally the stupid people,
- 12:07Speaker 1: stupid people, no bullshit, or the very wealthy that has
- 12:10Speaker 1: something to game. It's fact stupid, ignorant. Like if you've
- 12:15Speaker 1: seen the people at these rallies, it's almost scary. They
- 12:21Speaker 1: look crazy. I don't even see those kind of white people.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Where do they live. I'll be like, I don't see them,
- 12:27Speaker 1: not those w people. Well outside of the city, you
- 12:29Speaker 1: do well outside of the town. I've seen them at
- 12:32Speaker 1: the Dunkin Doughnuts. They're traveling to go to that Dunkin
- 12:35Speaker 1: Donuts because I don't see that that. And I see
- 12:38Speaker 1: white people all the time. And there are some white
- 12:40Speaker 1: people that aren't in the description or in the narrative
- 12:44Speaker 1: in which I'm creating right now, but I'm talking about
- 12:46Speaker 1: the ones at these rallies. They look crazy. And then
- 12:50Speaker 1: they always had the one black person that just looks
- 12:53Speaker 1: like a sideboards that my person is lost. He even
- 12:57Speaker 1: had to preach or something at the last How could
- 12:59Speaker 1: you even preach the word of God in the same
- 13:02Speaker 1: building as the yeah so um yeah y'all um de
- 13:09Speaker 1: leaded his Twitter and his Instagram. I'm not I'm not
- 13:13Speaker 1: gonna say that we had any influence over that. I'm
- 13:16Speaker 1: not gonna say that because I didn't intend to message
- 13:19Speaker 1: last week to be that. But maybe he thought I'm
- 13:24Speaker 1: looking like a frustrated nerd. I need to race all
- 13:27Speaker 1: this ship right now so people can forget it. Because
- 13:29Speaker 1: the visual I saw today was an amazing video. Um.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Tracy Mills promoted they had on like all these neutral
- 13:37Speaker 1: browns and creams whatever they wear in some wood kind
- 13:40Speaker 1: of thing and he was going on performing. So I
- 13:42Speaker 1: guarantee there's some music on the way, um, so watch out.
- 13:46Speaker 1: I'm curious to see musically what's gonna happen because we
- 13:50Speaker 1: didn't get that album yet, right, no one cares. Okay, Greg,
- 13:56Speaker 1: look look at don't give a ferrari. I want to
- 14:05Speaker 1: hear the music concert dope to um in Portland's fans
- 14:10Speaker 1: were going to run up on on the game. Yeah,
- 14:14Speaker 1: he got tipped, rolled past the jail, went to Walmart,
- 14:18Speaker 1: offered his fans, offered his fans and asked if they
- 14:22Speaker 1: wanted anything. UM, I don't understand how they tipped them.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I mean, clearly this is from apparent payment. He's supposed
- 14:29Speaker 1: to pay this lady for the sexual assault whatever. But
- 14:32Speaker 1: how do you how do you get tipped off that
- 14:33Speaker 1: the police is coming? Therefore you're not gonna show up
- 14:37Speaker 1: if you're smart? What he is? So? Is he on
- 14:39Speaker 1: the run right now? Instagram? But he did interview? Didn't
- 14:44Speaker 1: he recently with the Breakfast Club? But no, he this
- 14:47Speaker 1: is after I think. But then he popped up Yeah
- 14:49Speaker 1: he that was after Saturday because this came out. You know,
- 14:54Speaker 1: it's not since not since the fans we're looking for
- 14:57Speaker 1: him in Portland. But he has posted obviously when that
- 15:00Speaker 1: we posted that. But then he did a video talking
- 15:02Speaker 1: a happy Sunday. You know I'm talking about like I
- 15:05Speaker 1: ain't got no haircut. Yeah dog, it's very entertaining to
- 15:10Speaker 1: say the lead he's one of him in fifty that
- 15:14Speaker 1: the yeah comedy is part of their plan. Um. The
- 15:17Speaker 1: Forbes magazine UM released the rock Family Tree. Did everyone
- 15:23Speaker 1: see the family the Rock, the Rock Family Tree. I'm sorry,
- 15:34Speaker 1: Kareem Biggs Birk said birds, Um, you know, he had
- 15:39Speaker 1: an interview with the Forbes and he took them through
- 15:41Speaker 1: Harlem and they had these conversations and they did an
- 15:44Speaker 1: or chart of Rockefella's contribution to the culture. And I'm
- 15:50Speaker 1: talking about when I say that, they, I mean I
- 15:53Speaker 1: was like that at it. Everybody on the air is
- 15:56Speaker 1: a you know, doing their thing. But as I'm looking
- 15:59Speaker 1: at it, like just I called Biggs this weekend, I'm like, Biggs,
- 16:03Speaker 1: imagine if y'all held on and had a piece of
- 16:07Speaker 1: all that came after. Could you imagine the z that
- 16:15Speaker 1: jay Z line. Look at this, Lord, the kind of
- 16:19Speaker 1: paper that I'm talking about, you could have had, Like
- 16:22Speaker 1: I'm looking at this, and so many people came from
- 16:25Speaker 1: it that are running. Yeah. Yeah, And I was there
- 16:31Speaker 1: early though. See people don't realize I gave Damon the
- 16:33Speaker 1: movie Pading for Like I that deal. That movie got
- 16:37Speaker 1: him his picture deal with the Wines things. Um, but anyway,
- 16:40Speaker 1: big shout to Biggs. Now, I love how you know,
- 16:43Speaker 1: it's it's a testament to to will right. So Emory
- 16:46Speaker 1: gets locked up right. When I met all of them,
- 16:49Speaker 1: doesn't come home to having many years ago. Now he's
- 16:53Speaker 1: creative designing for pool Man. As you know, he's doing these.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And then Biggs, you know, Biggs had this hiccup when
- 17:00Speaker 1: wait for a couple of years, came home and it
- 17:01Speaker 1: just continued me to reinvent in. That is the plight
- 17:06Speaker 1: of the black man. You fix it. It don't matter
- 17:08Speaker 1: what you've been through. Get busy. The train is real.
- 17:11Speaker 1: I used to wear I used to wear a rock away.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Did you everybody did that? Was? That was like a phenale?
- 17:18Speaker 1: Remember that ship? Did you really? I didn't really wish
- 17:22Speaker 1: Sean never really wore Sean John either, but I wore Okay,
- 17:27Speaker 1: And now time for paulor Man. This one right here.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Cut a little deep, y'all. Come on, this may get
- 17:34Speaker 1: us until you know he did debate. Maybe maybe not.
- 17:39Speaker 1: I wonder who's gonna get get at you? Oh not
- 17:42Speaker 1: at me. I'm just saying we're probably gonna get into debate.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Your grannies forty fifty plus year marriage isn't goals to me.
- 17:50Speaker 1: If she had to accept NonStop infidelities, struggle up second
- 17:56Speaker 1: class citizenship in her home, stilling seeing herself to survive,
- 18:00Speaker 1: seeing her man's face in the neighborhood kids with the
- 18:04Speaker 1: damn looking emoji and her words only being based off
- 18:08Speaker 1: her culinary and child rearing abilities. These are not goals. Trauma, bonds,
- 18:13Speaker 1: a lack of resources and tradition kept many of our
- 18:17Speaker 1: grandmothers with their husbands. Stop shaming millennials for having the
- 18:21Speaker 1: audacity to the audacity to expect respect and uh, come on, man, now,
- 18:30Speaker 1: I want to say this. So you mean to tell
- 18:33Speaker 1: me that Nana and Papa, Grandma Neil, you know what
- 18:38Speaker 1: I'm talking about, didn't do the right thing by staying
- 18:40Speaker 1: both in both both sides of the story. I I
- 18:43Speaker 1: personally know grandmothers who jumped out there. I know grandfathers
- 18:49Speaker 1: who were off the change. I'm just saying, but isn't
- 18:52Speaker 1: sticking together the goal regardless? I'm just saying, ultimately, right,
- 18:56Speaker 1: I'm not sticking with you if you are here having
- 18:58Speaker 1: kids with all the all the neighbors saying that. But
- 19:02Speaker 1: I'm saying infidelity infidelity in general, so generationally, what have
- 19:10Speaker 1: you not that it's correct or right? I am not
- 19:12Speaker 1: saying that, Baller Nation, I am not saying that. I'm saying, though,
- 19:16Speaker 1: is what is the goal? So I think, in just
- 19:19Speaker 1: in reading that what this person is talking about, there
- 19:24Speaker 1: were a lot of women that were forced to stay
- 19:27Speaker 1: in their marriages because they were second citizens, couldn't really
- 19:31Speaker 1: get jobs, couldn't like they didn't feel like they had
- 19:33Speaker 1: the resources to get out there and do their own
- 19:37Speaker 1: That was the only times in American history we're both
- 19:42Speaker 1: worked as much the women back in the day, My
- 19:45Speaker 1: grandmother or my great they worked. Everybody worked. There wasn't
- 19:50Speaker 1: nobody staying at home. I don't think everybody's grandmother works.
- 19:53Speaker 1: This is the thing that everybody calls from different background.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Black folks, I would say, I don't did any of
- 20:01Speaker 1: your grandparents did not work? My grandparents worked, both of them.
- 20:05Speaker 1: About to say both of mine worked, again, I've only
- 20:09Speaker 1: met my grand my grandmother's my grandfather's was bum niggies
- 20:12Speaker 1: and left, but they worked us supposed what I heard, Well,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I think that this person is talking about a specific
- 20:18Speaker 1: group of people. I don't think that they're saying that
- 20:19Speaker 1: all people, you know, fifty sixty years ago, we're in
- 20:23Speaker 1: this position. I just think that they're talking to the
- 20:25Speaker 1: ones that did really did not have resources, didn't have
- 20:28Speaker 1: a skill set that they felt like they could go
- 20:30Speaker 1: out and get a job to actually take care of
- 20:32Speaker 1: themselves and their kids. So they stayed. Hell, I know
- 20:35Speaker 1: somebody today actually right now who's married with four kids,
- 20:39Speaker 1: and it's a straight up financial thing because she's very insecure,
- 20:42Speaker 1: she's very beat down, and she doesn't know what she
- 20:45Speaker 1: would do without this marriage. So I think that person
- 20:49Speaker 1: is just talking about those that particularly to be back
- 20:51Speaker 1: from sex, let's talk about friendship. How many times have
- 20:56Speaker 1: your friends disappointed your friends they listened to I'm not
- 21:00Speaker 1: talking about the acquaintances. How many times have your friends
- 21:03Speaker 1: your partners happens though? Right, Okay, but it happens. It happens,
- 21:09Speaker 1: you would say, it happens in the relationship, right, So
- 21:11Speaker 1: in a relationship as a woman, as a man, if
- 21:14Speaker 1: you marry somebody that you know a subject to go
- 21:16Speaker 1: out there and dip in the water, do you not know?
- 21:20Speaker 1: Are you not aware of this before you get into relationship.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Everyone should be aware of everything before you get married. Okay,
- 21:26Speaker 1: So that so let me that's that's just really back
- 21:28Speaker 1: to and I'm not making excuses for nobody saying this
- 21:30Speaker 1: all right now, the thought of friendship, relationship, it is
- 21:37Speaker 1: the goal to make it to the end or is
- 21:40Speaker 1: the goal to go through plenty motherfucker's along the way.
- 21:42Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, when you have the synergies
- 21:46Speaker 1: because your best friends are your best friends for a reason.
- 21:49Speaker 1: You have synergies with those people. Your partner and significant
- 21:52Speaker 1: other is your partner and significant other because you have
- 21:56Speaker 1: a dynamic that you don't with other people. So my
- 21:59Speaker 1: point is, don't you finish that? And I'm not saying
- 22:01Speaker 1: transgressions and be out here fucking everything moving and having
- 22:05Speaker 1: kids on the block and what this person was saying.
- 22:07Speaker 1: But I'm taking it off that off the table from
- 22:10Speaker 1: the the perspective of long term goals, what's your long
- 22:15Speaker 1: term goals and relationships? Because I know our people had
- 22:18Speaker 1: way more strung. I'm talking about our grandparents. When they're
- 22:21Speaker 1: talking about grandparents. It was way more social political issues
- 22:24Speaker 1: than somebody racial. It was like a whole bunch of
- 22:31Speaker 1: the street without being browbeat for something or for just
- 22:35Speaker 1: pay in life. So my thing is like, yeah, a
- 22:38Speaker 1: lot of them stuck around. A lot of it had
- 22:39Speaker 1: to do with the time circumstances. But one I don't
- 22:41Speaker 1: think either party was lazy because you could not be
- 22:44Speaker 1: lazy and get ahead and like so lazy meaning mentality,
- 22:48Speaker 1: sitting back selling that's but then it's like, okay, well,
- 22:52Speaker 1: what's what's the alternative? That's what and I've been married
- 22:56Speaker 1: nineteen years. The alternative is what what is the alternative?
- 23:01Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? The alternative is actually to uh,
- 23:05Speaker 1: get a divorce or break up, and then now you
- 23:08Speaker 1: have to figure out how to communicate because if you're
- 23:11Speaker 1: gonna go to another situation, now you have to still communicate.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Especially we have kids together. So now even the fact
- 23:17Speaker 1: that y'all break up and y'all can't stand each other
- 23:20Speaker 1: because of the infidelities, you still are forced to have
- 23:23Speaker 1: a communicationship because evolved or kids are involved. Kids are involved,
- 23:31Speaker 1: So now you have to communicate, like, for example, me
- 23:33Speaker 1: and Rory's mama not together. We're a divorce and um,
- 23:37Speaker 1: we're at the stage now where we communicate very well.
- 23:41Speaker 1: It wasn't it was not it was it was not
- 23:44Speaker 1: like that before, but now we communicate very well in
- 23:51Speaker 1: regards to him. But like you know, we're always gonna
- 23:55Speaker 1: we're always going to have to communicate, right, But my
- 23:57Speaker 1: point is in the dynamic, if y'all had that inseparable relationship,
- 24:01Speaker 1: friendship that y'all need. This is my thing. I see
- 24:05Speaker 1: what you're saying, what I'm saying, I see who you're saying.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Y'all just think it was like something okay boom, I'm
- 24:09Speaker 1: it's to a point where where it can't exist. But
- 24:13Speaker 1: that's what my point whatever but you're saying, is what
- 24:15Speaker 1: about you make it exists? Because that isn't that That's
- 24:19Speaker 1: that's what he says. Isn't that the goal to make
- 24:21Speaker 1: it work? That's what I'm saying, to make it. That's
- 24:26Speaker 1: what we're saying, for better and for worse. Right, that's
- 24:28Speaker 1: all I'm saying that Now you choose to deal with
- 24:30Speaker 1: what you want to choose to deal with Suo suoze
- 24:33Speaker 1: suose thing is no, I'm not gonna let You're not
- 24:35Speaker 1: gonna disrespect me. I just want I just wanted to
- 24:37Speaker 1: stick to what to what that was, so like what
- 24:40Speaker 1: we got that table in perspect because that's what we're
- 24:43Speaker 1: just taking. Okay, so so so for me, so for
- 24:46Speaker 1: me reading that last line, my experiences are people are saying, like, oh,
- 24:51Speaker 1: you millennials, y'all, don't stick shit out. We just talked
- 24:53Speaker 1: about this last week. Actually, how less and less people
- 24:55Speaker 1: are you have the desire to get married. Now, that's
- 24:59Speaker 1: coming from a lot of women not being in the
- 25:02Speaker 1: same position that maybe like my mom didn't speak English,
- 25:06Speaker 1: she hustled, you know what I'm saying, Like my mama hustled.
- 25:08Speaker 1: I did not see my mom like physically go to
- 25:13Speaker 1: a job. She's so food and babysat. She missed my
- 25:15Speaker 1: soccer game, she missed my plays because she was babysitting
- 25:18Speaker 1: other people's kids. Right, that's just all she need to do. Now.
- 25:23Speaker 1: When she did have a man, she didn't even I
- 25:25Speaker 1: didn't even meet that man for three years. I knew
- 25:27Speaker 1: somebody was coming to the house every night because I
- 25:29Speaker 1: could hear him, but I didn't know who he was
- 25:31Speaker 1: because my mom just that's just I just never had
- 25:34Speaker 1: an example of that, Right. So I think what they're talking,
- 25:37Speaker 1: what this person is talking about, is there were some
- 25:39Speaker 1: things that women would take they would have to take
- 25:42Speaker 1: back then because they did not have the resources that
- 25:45Speaker 1: we have now. It's a completely different ballgame now, Like
- 25:48Speaker 1: women are leading the world of entrepreneurship right now. We're
- 25:51Speaker 1: doing extremely well, and that's that's been happening over decades.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Know what that means is I don't. No, Nope, that's
- 26:01Speaker 1: not at all. What what that means is, I don't
- 26:03Speaker 1: I no longer have to stay with somebody because of
- 26:06Speaker 1: finances or running their households and leading their households for
- 26:12Speaker 1: de kids. Women not all women, but it's not. But
- 26:15Speaker 1: the point, that's what I'm saying. It's like you just
- 26:17Speaker 1: made that statement as if in oh, we could do
- 26:20Speaker 1: it ourselves. We don't need y'all. What I'm saying, help
- 26:26Speaker 1: help her. I want to let her go ahead. And
- 26:29Speaker 1: what I'm saying is, Kenny Burns, there are a group
- 26:32Speaker 1: of women back then that felt like they did not
- 26:36Speaker 1: have the resources, they could not get equal paid jobs.
- 26:38Speaker 1: They could not No one wants to do what they
- 26:41Speaker 1: don't want to do. Of course, no one wants to
- 26:43Speaker 1: do what they don't want to do. But some people
- 26:44Speaker 1: make a decision based off of their needs or their insecurities.
- 26:48Speaker 1: If they feel like I cannot take care of myself
- 26:51Speaker 1: and my kid, I have to stay in this relationship
- 26:54Speaker 1: so that my kid is taken care of. I'll take
- 26:56Speaker 1: the Basically, we are okay feminism movement, but we're talking
- 27:03Speaker 1: about your grant like your grandparents. My grandmother wasn't weak
- 27:08Speaker 1: she left him with folk kids. Yeah, but some people
- 27:12Speaker 1: will always be some people will all there's just strong
- 27:16Speaker 1: and weak exactly. But that's all I'm saying. But all
- 27:19Speaker 1: I'm saying is that in a relationship, getting back to
- 27:23Speaker 1: the topic, if you're in a relationship and you get
- 27:26Speaker 1: into it, not to finish walking into the relationship, but
- 27:30Speaker 1: if that's like getting into a job or career. I'm
- 27:32Speaker 1: I'm mentoring one of my um son's best friends now
- 27:36Speaker 1: for his his senior project. And it's like I'm an entrepreneur.
- 27:39Speaker 1: It changes daily. Relationships change daily. There is no there's
- 27:44Speaker 1: no science or blueprint to what's going to happen next.
- 27:48Speaker 1: It's life. Life happens, but you deal with it. It's
- 27:51Speaker 1: not that you give up on it. Because listen, no
- 27:54Speaker 1: one's saying put up with bullshit, get beat get cheated on.
- 27:58Speaker 1: No one's saying none of that relationships, and we're talking
- 28:01Speaker 1: about how people give up. That's all I'm saying. You
- 28:07Speaker 1: just can't feel like just because my thing is for
- 28:09Speaker 1: men or or anybody that is a cheater. Men and
- 28:12Speaker 1: women cheat, both both parties cheat equally. Sure, Now, as
- 28:21Speaker 1: a man, if you come into something as a man,
- 28:24Speaker 1: if you come into a relationship and your goal is
- 28:28Speaker 1: the same as mine. However, you continue to do things
- 28:31Speaker 1: that you know are wrong and shady and disrespectful. How
- 28:36Speaker 1: dare you continue to tell me, well, are you not
- 28:39Speaker 1: in it to to get to the end goal? Like
- 28:41Speaker 1: are we supposed to stay together? Like you taking advantage
- 28:47Speaker 1: of all? If you allow it yourself to be taking
- 28:49Speaker 1: advantage of, you will get taken advantage of. I am
- 28:51Speaker 1: not speaking for kings versus queen, not speaking for men
- 28:55Speaker 1: who are shady, who fucking are habitual cheater. I'm not
- 28:59Speaker 1: speaking for none of that. I'm speaking for that attitude
- 29:03Speaker 1: because women come into relationships with that attitude based on
- 29:07Speaker 1: past expirit you for past experience, baggages, your baggage, your
- 29:13Speaker 1: father's example. But my point is you can't do that
- 29:17Speaker 1: to yourself. You come into game losing. If you don't
- 29:21Speaker 1: come into a game demanding what the funk you came
- 29:25Speaker 1: to get, you're not gonna get it. But why, but
- 29:28Speaker 1: why is that which your returns yields the results exactly?
- 29:33Speaker 1: That'd be my problem with this ensues defense. Women really
- 29:38Speaker 1: didn't have as much as uh, they're not as vocal
- 29:42Speaker 1: as they were back then that they are now. But
- 29:45Speaker 1: it's not even about a change, get it, But it's
- 29:51Speaker 1: a lot has changed in the in the direction of
- 29:54Speaker 1: I don't need men. Now that part I don't. I
- 29:57Speaker 1: don't need a dirty man's it's not men. The overarching
- 30:03Speaker 1: themes I could do it by myself. Y'all got toys,
- 30:05Speaker 1: y'all got your own, You've got all types of things
- 30:07Speaker 1: that y'all think replace a man. This is fat. This
- 30:11Speaker 1: is fat even looking at like. And again we are
- 30:15Speaker 1: talking about men that ain't ship right, but y'all carry
- 30:20Speaker 1: that baggage. They're all men possibly got the genea not
- 30:24Speaker 1: being ship. That's the skew. So I posted on my
- 30:27Speaker 1: Instagram the other day at Underscore, let me some more
- 30:30Speaker 1: female energy. Got home after an event and I got
- 30:34Speaker 1: I got all my Instagram and I said, y'all know
- 30:36Speaker 1: how bit just to be like they don't need a man, girl,
- 30:39Speaker 1: by I need a man. So I'm not saying that.
- 30:43Speaker 1: So I'm not saying what you're saying. I'm saying. What
- 30:46Speaker 1: I'm saying is different people have different experiences, and of
- 30:50Speaker 1: course they take their the knowledge from the experiences that
- 30:53Speaker 1: they had and they move forward as we all do. Again, However,
- 30:56Speaker 1: sometimes you do hurt yourself when you automatically walk to
- 31:00Speaker 1: something and you are pre judging it. You've got a hand,
- 31:03Speaker 1: want I agree, that's that's the easiest thing, though, Sue.
- 31:07Speaker 1: If you could do that, you wouldn't have a problems.
- 31:09Speaker 1: You're gonna have issues in life, because that's life. You're
- 31:12Speaker 1: gonna have challenges. But if you're into a relationship, like
- 31:14Speaker 1: I'm not doing certain ships and that's it, a man,
- 31:18Speaker 1: you're gonna respect that. A man will, a real man
- 31:22Speaker 1: will respect that. Now, these suckers in, these motherfuckers, that's
- 31:26Speaker 1: what y'all allowing them to. Listen, these women be out
- 31:30Speaker 1: here giving these guys the battery pack, you know I'm
- 31:34Speaker 1: talking about, they'd be giving them the license to be
- 31:37Speaker 1: fucking thickheads. Women. I'm not saying all women, but women
- 31:41Speaker 1: y'all giving. And then y'all be like, oh, why they
- 31:44Speaker 1: act like that? But it'd be the same ship. Baby,
- 31:47Speaker 1: why are you working him like that? You know he
- 31:49Speaker 1: the girl to dick this that he brought me this,
- 31:53Speaker 1: And I promise you it's such a fucking what is
- 31:57Speaker 1: the word I'm gonna it's such an oxy moroon, it's
- 32:00Speaker 1: such a you know, a juxtaposition when you think about
- 32:05Speaker 1: like the way that women at I just think that,
- 32:08Speaker 1: like we all set ourselves up for the disappointment through
- 32:13Speaker 1: action expectation, without just going in and be like, no,
- 32:16Speaker 1: this is what it is and I'm not doing nothing else.
- 32:19Speaker 1: But then you look at half the young girls out
- 32:21Speaker 1: here doing whatever. I'm just saying doing whatever, but doing whatever,
- 32:29Speaker 1: they were doing whatever, and then just like, oh, how
- 32:32Speaker 1: can I even have a conversation about you seriously when
- 32:35Speaker 1: you don't take yourself seriously. I'm not saying it's all women,
- 32:39Speaker 1: I'm saying with this younger generation, you'd be like, I damn,
- 32:43Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. But then I'm in I'm
- 32:44Speaker 1: in fam you this weekend, and this dude and this
- 32:47Speaker 1: girl in there they're talking about they've been together five Yeah,
- 32:50Speaker 1: like what you're waiting though? You both graduated from college
- 32:53Speaker 1: and done all what you wait on any way, and
- 32:55Speaker 1: then we're going to get married. I said, Okay, well great,
- 32:57Speaker 1: because wasting time for what you're waiting on. That's that
- 33:00Speaker 1: that also be the allure of social like, oh ship,
- 33:04Speaker 1: that's a new thing. I haven't experienced that thing yet.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Oh ship, Maybe I need to go here. And I'm
- 33:09Speaker 1: just saying it. It's Kings versus Queen's going to bring
- 33:13Speaker 1: that back. It's what you want out of the relationship,
- 33:15Speaker 1: and you gotta go get it. I'm just saying and
- 33:18Speaker 1: and and and accept nothing less whatever. All right, um again,
- 33:26Speaker 1: it should be a class relationship. Class people do. That's
- 33:34Speaker 1: one thing that people don't know, Like it's you remember
- 33:37Speaker 1: you were taught by like failing society and like, yeah,
- 33:43Speaker 1: now I need the uncle means I need a bottle
- 33:49Speaker 1: of the white. I still don't have home for my
- 33:53Speaker 1: damn it, man, I don't want I still got the dog.
- 33:57Speaker 1: I need the white. And now time for a comment,
- 34:01Speaker 1: creeping creepickme. Alright, So I was really on. I was
- 34:11Speaker 1: stuck on what Ferrari read. So I decided to go
- 34:14Speaker 1: through the comments to see what we wanted to jump in. Yes,
- 34:18Speaker 1: so we're going to continue to expound on this just
- 34:20Speaker 1: a little bit. Now. Our favorite basketball husband, Matt Barnes,
- 34:26Speaker 1: of course, he had a comment for this particular post.
- 34:29Speaker 1: He says, my son told me the other day, I
- 34:33Speaker 1: don't have a girlfriend anymore. I wasn't happy with her.
- 34:36Speaker 1: I chose happiness now. When his son told him this
- 34:40Speaker 1: is what he said. Yeah, he said his son told him,
- 34:43Speaker 1: so he very communication, So of course you'll know, Bolling
- 34:48Speaker 1: Nation is um. Baller Nation is really turned. And people
- 34:52Speaker 1: were responding to him like, don't try to come out
- 34:54Speaker 1: here acting like father of the Year. You're trying to
- 34:56Speaker 1: make yourself sound like you are having these in depth
- 34:58Speaker 1: conversations with your y'all don't know nothing about how to
- 35:01Speaker 1: treat like you don't know how to treat women like
- 35:03Speaker 1: they kind of went in. So, yeah, y'all got to
- 35:07Speaker 1: be a little careful on these ball Alert comments because
- 35:12Speaker 1: ball Nation plays no games with Matt Barns. I hear
- 35:15Speaker 1: what you're saying, but I don't really know. But I
- 35:18Speaker 1: don't know. He has twins like Xbox and you know facts,
- 35:25Speaker 1: So it's like, what was he just trying to have
- 35:26Speaker 1: something to say to like comment on this particular post
- 35:29Speaker 1: or like I mean, he comments on foller Alert a
- 35:31Speaker 1: lot standing him sometimes sometimes I'm just like it's coming
- 35:35Speaker 1: off a little caddie, But you know, a little little
- 35:39Speaker 1: skin skin little haies not to different child. I don't
- 35:47Speaker 1: think you know, when we talk about kids and he's
- 35:50Speaker 1: talking about a conversation with his kid, I mean, that's
- 35:52Speaker 1: a conversation he had with his kids. Who are we
- 35:54Speaker 1: to jump in and say you shouldn't talk to your
- 35:57Speaker 1: kids about that, You shouldn't say this. So, like he
- 36:01Speaker 1: has so much going on, like negativity. He's always saying that.
- 36:04Speaker 1: People are like, Okay, So now you're trying to come
- 36:06Speaker 1: up here and sound like father of the year on
- 36:07Speaker 1: this post. He probably is a good dad. Probably, so
- 36:10Speaker 1: he probably might be a father year. Your kids don't
- 36:12Speaker 1: nothing to dude, how you feel about your kid's mother.
- 36:14Speaker 1: And that's not take away from these smart ass young
- 36:16Speaker 1: children too asking questions. Told me the other day he
- 36:24Speaker 1: was like, yeah, Daddy, my mommy had a bad day yesterday.
- 36:26Speaker 1: I was like, damn, you're sick. Yeah, you know about
- 36:29Speaker 1: having a bad day? Connected you feel meet mama period.
- 36:36Speaker 1: I mean, I'm saying, who are we to say, you know?
- 36:39Speaker 1: In his in his defense, I'm over here like he
- 36:41Speaker 1: have a conversation with his kid. I just think if
- 36:45Speaker 1: you don't want people to comment, don't don't say nothing. Yeah,
- 36:48Speaker 1: because I just it's just to the point of life.
- 36:50Speaker 1: I only like posting my kids on social media, don't
- 36:53Speaker 1: I don't basketball or anything that can help them. And
- 36:57Speaker 1: then you know, their passion, quick birthday something that's cool.
- 37:00Speaker 1: But me posting my kids every day now, I don't
- 37:03Speaker 1: want you to see my kids in croker and be like,
