  Speaker 1: your problem is is you want to get out the line,

  Speaker 1: go do something, then come back and just get up

  Speaker 1: in the line further up than you work or cut somebody.

  Speaker 1: Now you got a problem because see everybody looking at

  Speaker 1: thing with God is God don't do that. God don't

  Speaker 1: When you make a mistake and you fall off the line,

  Speaker 1: God holds your place. But if you ain't got no

  Speaker 1: dreams aspiration, if you ain't got no place, what he

  Speaker 1: holding for you? I mean, He got a place for you,

  Speaker 1: but you gotta come to it. See some people, well,

  Speaker 1: here's what I'm saying. If you got a goal of

  Speaker 1: aspiration to dream and you fall off track momentarily, you

  Speaker 1: can get back to that because God knows where you

  Speaker 1: left off. Now you may have to accomplish a few

  Speaker 1: more things since you stopped for a long period of time,

  Speaker 1: but God knows where you left off. You can get

  Speaker 1: back on track. I look, man, this dream of being

  Speaker 1: on TV since I was a kid, and it got

  Speaker 1: off track. Now it got off track. I just kept

  Speaker 1: it as one of the dreams. And in some real

  Speaker 1: dog moments when it looked like it wasn't gonna happen,

  Speaker 1: all I was hanging on to is just the hope

  Speaker 1: that one day it could. But that's what faith is

  Speaker 1: really about. Faith is the belief in things that you

  Speaker 1: cannot see. But faith gives you the confidence to keep hoping. Man,

  Speaker 1: Sometimes it just keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse

  Speaker 1: Jackson say it, just keep hope alive. Sometimes, man, it's

  Speaker 1: just the hope. I was hanging on a hope. And

  Speaker 1: I'm talking about when it got real ugly and funky

  Speaker 1: out there for me, when it looked like I wasn't

  Speaker 1: gonna ever make it, and all of the facts was

  Speaker 1: in and everything pointed in the direction you not gonna

  Speaker 1: make it. You done really messed up this time. Then

  Speaker 1: I sat there and I just hung on to the hope.

  Speaker 1: But man, that's what I'm saying. If you got a

  Speaker 1: dream on aspiration or vision or something, when you fall

  Speaker 1: God holds your place. He knew I was off tracking,

  Speaker 1: out of line, but he said, okay, here's where we stopped.

  Speaker 1: You want to be on TV. And when you get

  Speaker 1: it together and you quit tripping and you come and

  Speaker 1: your turn to me, I'm gonna hold your place, put

  Speaker 1: you back in line. Then we're gonna finish the journey.

  Speaker 1: That took me a lot longer to get here than

  Speaker 1: I wanted to. But then it was necessary because I

  Speaker 1: needed all of the mishaps to happen to me along

  Speaker 1: the way. I got on the radio one day, which

  Speaker 1: I did not see coming. Steve Harvey got a radio show, y'all.

  Speaker 1: That's why I say it every day. See, because of

  Speaker 1: this radio show that I didn't see coming. Now I

  Speaker 1: have stories to tell, and I can tell you about

  Speaker 1: me better than I can tell you about anybody. And

  Speaker 1: I done been through enough whereas relatable, where enough people

  Speaker 1: can go mad that happened to me. Appreciate you saying

  Speaker 1: that that's what it was for. See, I get it now.

  Speaker 1: See at the time, though I didn't like what was

  Speaker 1: happening to me. At the time, I was really in

  Speaker 1: total disagreement with God on a lot of stuff he

  Speaker 1: was pulling off on me. But in essence, I was

  Speaker 1: really pulling it off on myself. But through his grace

  Speaker 1: and mercy, he kept me through all of my mistakes,

  Speaker 1: all my bad decisions, all my miscalculations, all my misfires,

  Speaker 1: all the times I knowingly stepped out there and did wrong.

  Speaker 1: He forgave me. He said, because man, if you ever

  Speaker 1: come to me, I have a plan for you, is

  Speaker 1: going to be far and above. It will supersede everything

  Speaker 1: you've ever dreamed of. That's what I did. I just

  Speaker 1: got sick of me. Goodn't sick of me? And I

  Speaker 1: turned it over to God. And then God started working

  Speaker 1: and here I am today. Now He threw with me.

  Speaker 1: Yet Nope, have I arrived yet? Nope? But guess what

  Speaker 1: the journey is cool? And then you know what I

  Speaker 1: found out. That's kind of what it's like in life.

  Speaker 1: If you done walked off the cliff in life and

  Speaker 1: you ain't got no God in your life, it's like

  Speaker 1: not having a parachute. You step off the cliff and

  Speaker 1: you just free falling. We all now that fag gets

  Speaker 1: you closer to the grave, right see, We all heading

  Speaker 1: to the grave from the moment we're born. But the

  Speaker 1: cool thing about a relationship with God is when you

  Speaker 1: step off the cliff and you got God here a parachute.

  Speaker 1: You still going down, but it's a nice ride. You

  Speaker 1: guide and you glide softly, You enjoy You look around,

  Speaker 1: you're smiling. You're meeting other people along the way. You're

  Speaker 1: floating over here to ski a little while. You over

  Speaker 1: there at the beach for a little while. You mess

  Speaker 1: around over here, you get to go out the country

  Speaker 1: a little bit on your parachuting and all that, and

  Speaker 1: God just helps you. Your descent appear more like a rise,

  Speaker 1: and the more like a euphoric fall, instead of not

  Speaker 1: having no God in your life and you just walking

  Speaker 1: off that cliff every day, free falling.

  Speaker 1: parachute for you. I would rather have a parachute since

  Speaker 1: I got to jump every day, than to not have one.
