  Speaker 2: and then you'll find the place. That's direction, But guidance

  Speaker 2: will go with the person step by step. That the

  Speaker 2: Holy Spirit provides guidance and he provides direction. Number three,

  Speaker 2: that the Holy Spirit has the mandate. It is within

  Speaker 2: his office to be the revealer, the revealer of scripture,

  Speaker 2: and the revealer of the will of God. It is

  Speaker 2: impossible to have understanding of scripture nor of the will
• 4:17
  Speaker 2: of God except and unless, through the influence of the

  Speaker 2: Holy Spirit are we together. I told us yesterday that

  Speaker 2: this Bible that we carry scripture is both closed and sealed. Remember,

  Speaker 2: means for you to understand the lights that comes from Scripture,

  Speaker 2: the Bible physically, and yet the Bible is still sealed.

  Speaker 2: Are we together? So it is more than the opening

  Speaker 2: of scripture. For you to gain revelation. You use your

  Speaker 2: own hand to open or close the Bible. But sealing

  Speaker 2: and unlocking the Bible is the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Allelujah.

  Speaker 2: There are many people who continue to read a sealed book.

  Speaker 2: That's why it sounds like a novel. It sounds like

  Speaker 2: an archeological piece or a piece of literature, and there's

  Speaker 2: no life that comes from it because for them it

  Speaker 2: is opened, but then it is sealed. He said, I wept,

  Speaker 2: for no man was worthy to open the book and

  Speaker 2: unlock the scrolls or the seals. So the book must

  Speaker 2: be opened, and then the seals unlocked. Are we blessed?

  Speaker 2: And then finally we said that the final ministry of

  Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit, classically from Scripture, is the ministry of empowerment,

  Speaker 2: the ministry of empowerment. The Messianic prophecy found in Isaiah

  Speaker 2: sixty one says, the spirit of the Lord is upon me.

  Speaker 2: From verse one, we read yesterday, for the Lord have

  Speaker 2: to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of

  Speaker 2: he says, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord

  Speaker 2: and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort

  Speaker 2: all that morn. But trie says to a point onto

  Speaker 2: them that morning Zion, to give them beauty for ashes.

  Speaker 2: All of this is by the empowerment of the Spirit,

  Speaker 2: the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise

  Speaker 2: for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called

  Speaker 2: trees or oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord

  Speaker 2: that he might be glorified. And then the Bible says

  Speaker 2: in verse four, very powerful Scripture give us verse four,

  Speaker 2: they shall build the old wastes, and they shall raise

  Speaker 2: up the former desolations. They shall repair the waste cities

  Speaker 2: and the desolations of many generations. And all of this

  Speaker 2: possibility will happen simply because of the anointing. My catchupter

  Speaker 2: the spirit. Genuine spiritual power comes by the spirit, not

  Speaker 2: by a bottle of oil, not by a bottle of water,

  Speaker 3: Those things are mere mediums. Are we together?

  Speaker 2: So by the time you carry a bottle of water

  Speaker 2: or handkerchief or whatever medium and believe that just because

  Speaker 2: you are holding that medium, it means you are anointed.

  Speaker 3: That is just rituals that would end up not blessing.

  Speaker 3: You are we together.

  Speaker 2: Yes, everything you used to anoint must be anointed itself

  Speaker 2: by the Holy Spirit.

  Speaker 2: manifestations in the life of an individual, say a man

  Speaker 2: we generally credit every unusual occurrence positively so to the annointing.

  Speaker 2: So when you see a man of God who begins

  Speaker 2: to professye, or lays hands on the sick, or brings

  Speaker 2: a sound exurgescis of scripture, we usually know subconsciously that

  Speaker 2: it is not given to that man or assisted to produce.

  Speaker 2: the mantle of Elijah should have come from the sons
• 9:53
  Speaker 2: of the prophets. It was an ancient culture that prophets
• 9:56
  Speaker 2: had a school where they mentored and raised other younger prophets,

  Speaker 2: and so there was already a school of the prophets,
• 10:04
  Speaker 2: those who have been mentored by Elijah. But this gentleman,

  Speaker 2: who was a farmer originally, and the Bible says because
• 10:12
  Speaker 2: of service and passion, he poured water upon the hands
• 10:16
  Speaker 2: of Elijah. He followed him, began to follow him from
• 10:20
  Speaker 2: place to place. Finally Elijah is about to be taken up,
• 10:24
  Speaker 2: and then he says, ask very quickly, I'm about leaving,
• 10:27
  Speaker 2: and Elijah says, I desire a double portion of your spirit.

  Speaker 2: Elijah replies and says, you have acted a very hard thing. However,
• 10:37
  Speaker 2: if you can see me as I am taken, is
• 10:39
  Speaker 2: that true? And then the Bible tells us that the
• 10:42
  Speaker 2: angels of the Lord came, the fire came, and chariots
• 10:45
  Speaker 2: of horses in a whirl wind and took up Elijah bodily,
• 10:51
  Speaker 2: and he cried, my father, my father. The chariots of Israel,
• 10:55
  Speaker 2: and the horseman thereof, and that man to fell upon him.

  Speaker 2: How did they know that the mantle had fallen upon him?

  Speaker 2: He went to the same river, and he said, where

  Speaker 2: is the Lord God of Elijah?

  Speaker 3: And his struck?

  Speaker 2: And the river pasted hither and titter, And the sons

  Speaker 2: of the prophet, on seeing that, they said, surely the

  Speaker 2: spirit of Elijah don't rest on Elijah. That means it

  Speaker 2: can be known that something has come upon you which

  Speaker 2: was not there initially. There are evidences that show that

  Speaker 2: you are anointed. Anointing is not just something you say,

  Speaker 2: I am anointed. No, it's like saying I am pregnant.

  Speaker 2: We may suspect for a few months or I don't know.

  Speaker 2: For some women they have a very supernatural body, and
• 11:43
  Speaker 2: you will not know for a long time. But I mean,
• 11:45
  Speaker 2: you can't be nine months pregnant on that normal circumstances
• 11:48
  Speaker 2: and we will not know the changes in your life.

  Speaker 3: Is that true?

  Speaker 2: Your physiology and everything eventually will reveal that you are
• 11:57
  Speaker 2: carrying a baby.

  Speaker 2: So it's impossible to really say you are anointed, and

  Speaker 2: then you would not know. Remember, once upon a time
• 12:07
  Speaker 2: the disciples of Jesus. They knew they were not anointed.

  Speaker 2: When Jesus went up the amount of transfiguration, there was
• 12:14
  Speaker 2: one epileptic vision, remember the story. They tried and tried
• 12:18
  Speaker 2: to pray for that gentleman, and nothing happened. They were disappointed.

  Speaker 2: When Jesus came down, the Bible says he rebuked the

  Speaker 2: death and a dumb spirit.

  Speaker 3: And he left him and the disciples came.

  Speaker 2: They were frustrated, and they said, why couldn't we cast

  Speaker 2: out this spirit? And Jesus began to give them the solution.

  Speaker 2: But then you read later on in scripture that the

  Speaker 2: desired arms. He was not even designed the miraculous, just

  Speaker 2: money as usual. And then Peter told him look on us,

  Speaker 2: and he looked that the Bible says, expecting to receive something.

  Speaker 2: just for your understanding, I hope you know that just

  Speaker 2: because you have the anointing, it does not mean every

  Speaker 2: problem will be solved. Ah ah. The anointing walks departmentally.

  Speaker 2: That means when you have the anointing for favor, it

  Speaker 2: does not bring healing. No, are we together now? Yes,

  Speaker 2: the anointing works like the rooms in a house. Please

  Speaker 2: look up, I need your understanding gear. If you get

  Speaker 2: average house has a number of rooms. Has the rest room,

  Speaker 3: That's how the anointing is. So.

  Speaker 2: There are many people who say I am anointed, but

  Speaker 2: they do not know that they only have a dimension

  Speaker 2: of the annointing. The anointing is tailor towards achieving something exact.

  Speaker 2: So if you have the anointing that makes for favor,

  Speaker 2: you will find out that people are coming. Testimonies are happening.

  Speaker 2: Easy is coming to your life. But you can be

  Speaker 2: sick and you can even die. Yet you are anointed.

  Speaker 2: If you have the anointing to heal the sick, you

  Speaker 2: will be surprised that extraordinary manifestations are happening in your life,

  Speaker 2: but you will still be broke. He will still be

  Speaker 2: suffering as so you are not anointed. Are we together?

  Speaker 2: That is the reason why when God anoints you, he

  Speaker 2: still anoints you again. Because the anointing is in levels

  Speaker 2: and the anointing is in dimensions. Dimensions mean the healing anointing,

  Speaker 2: kind of anointing. Two of us can carry the healing anointing,

  Speaker 2: just limited to humans. A handkerchief can carry the power

  Speaker 2: of God. Sadly, it's been idolized today and abused in

  Speaker 2: the Church. However, within the boundary of balance and doctrine,

  Speaker 2: videos can and do carry the anointing. If you're with me,

  Speaker 2: say amen, God designed this kingdom such that you are

  Speaker 2: not allowed to do anything that brings glory to God

  Speaker 2: without Him empowering you. You find that in the Old Testament,

  Speaker 2: supernatural thing without an encounter with God.

  Speaker 3: If you were Moses, you needed that word.

  Speaker 2: Otherwise he would not be able to stand before Pharaoh,

  Speaker 2: Yes, there will always be an engrasing upon an individual. Jesus,
