- 0:00Hi folks, this is Rick Doc. Walker to DOC.
- 0:03This is John Kime and you're listening to the mess hall with
- 0:05Rally Captain and Tailgate 10. What's going on?
- 0:10Rally. How was your week, man?
- 0:13Hey, man, you know, I said it last week and I'll say it again.
- 0:17The temperatures are getting warmer and it just lets you know
- 0:21that football is right around the corner.
- 0:24And we got great news this this past week.
- 0:29I mean, you couldn't ask for anything more.
- 0:33What about you, man? I'm good, man.
- 0:35Yeah. For those wondering, it's
- 0:36Wednesday the 7th. It's, you know, bosses are
- 0:40listening. It's way past work hours.
- 0:42So you know, all good. I'm about to go hit the
- 0:45pickleball courts after this because it is beautiful outside.
- 0:47I'm just staring out this window.
- 0:49I can actually see FedEx Field out my window, waste the roof of
- 0:53it and it just it's just so nice outside right now.
- 0:56So I cannot wait to get out there, hit the courts up and
- 0:59then just enjoy some of this nice weather.
- 1:02So it's Speaking of. Pickle Speaking of pickleball,
- 1:05I'll be hitting the courts on Saturday myself.
- 1:08Nice, nice. I was actually curious how well
- 1:10that's been going. We haven't had a pickleball
- 1:11update in a little bit. Well, I had a little hip issue
- 1:15that I think I told you about, but you know, went to the doctor
- 1:19and the doctor gave me some meds, some pain meds.
- 1:22And so he's like, Hey, you know, you getting older, young man,
- 1:26you got to take care of your body.
- 1:28So gave me gave me a couple of pills to take.
- 1:31And so it feels a lot better. So I was like, all right, let me
- 1:33go ahead and get out here and and knock these younger guys
- 1:38down. There you go.
- 1:39Yeah, I, I, So it drives some of the people crazy because when I
- 1:42get out there, I used to when I first started playing, just jump
- 1:45out, not even worry about stretching.
- 1:48But then I'd feel horrible the next morning.
- 1:51Yeah. So now I'll stretch for at least
- 1:541015 minutes. And there are people like, hey,
- 1:57you ready to go? Like, Nah, I'm older than you
- 2:00guys. I got some salt and pepper going
- 2:01up here. You're going to take me a
- 2:03minute. So if you want to grab someone
- 2:05else, go for it. Or if not, you guys can warm up
- 2:07on the court and I'll see you in a minute.
- 2:09So I know it it drives them crazy and it is what it is.
- 2:12But actually, I don't think we've ever talked about it.
- 2:14I ended up competing in a tournament 2 weeks ago and part
- 2:18of the bonus of it was I typically play with my boy Mike
- 2:22who is he's not even 30 yet. So if you compete in a
- 2:25tournament you have to play basically in the age bracket of
- 2:31the youngest person on the team. So when I would play with Mike,
- 2:35I would play with a bunch of younger kids.
- 2:37Well, Mike doesn't want to play in tournaments anymore, so I
- 2:40don't know if I stressed him out when we play it or whatever.
- 2:43So I picked up my boy Will and Will is 44 and I'm in my 40s.
- 2:49Don't want to get too many details.
- 2:51So we ended up playing in the 40 and older bracket.
- 2:56So the brackets actually get sent to you a couple days ahead
- 2:59of time. There was a guy that was 69
- 3:01years old. There was a guy that was 73
- 3:03years old, right? And then there were some other
- 3:06guys that were closer to our age, but in the beginning of the
- 3:10tournament, there's a director that goes over the rules and
- 3:14then she and I played in a bunch of them.
- 3:17Then she goes into if you need oxygen, there's a trainer over
- 3:21here and just all this other stuff.
- 3:24And I'm just like, what? She's got to be joking.
- 3:27But no, she was actually dead serious.
- 3:30And we ended up getting silver. We lost one match.
- 3:33So we played a bunch. We lost one, but we lost at the
- 3:35gold medal team. So that was kind of frustrating,
- 3:38but one of the matches, one of the guys basically looked like
- 3:42he needed some of that oxygen to come down and take care of his
- 3:45ass. Because we, we worked them
- 3:47pretty bad. And I mean, it's, it wasn't
- 3:50fair. We were 30 years younger than
- 3:51they were. Maybe not not exactly 30, but I
- 3:55kind of wish that there was like a cut off was like, OK, like in
- 3:58the 40, like 55 range because it just wasn't fair to the other
- 4:02guys. But still had a good time.
- 4:03Got a $4.00 plastic silver medal to go with it.
- 4:06Well, that's like me, clearly a novice and I'm playing on the
- 4:11court that is open to all, you know, freaking everybody that
- 4:18can play. And so I'm telling people, hey,
- 4:21look, if you want to go over there and play with those people
- 4:24who look better than me going over there.
- 4:26And I think I told you that Lady came out there and just totally
- 4:28pickled me. And, and I'm saying I don't mind
- 4:31you doing that. I mean, but at the same time,
- 4:34you shouldn't feel good about yourself.
- 4:35And so, you know, the competition to people, they're
- 4:38like, no, I don't care. I got you.
- 4:41That's all that matters. Yeah, no, it was one guy.
- 4:45When we're walking on the street and back to my car, I didn't
- 4:47recognize him. He's like, man, if I was your
- 4:49age, you know, I would have been whooping up on us, too.
- 4:52It's a shame that it was just, it was fun.
- 4:55It was a good time. So it's like I didn't really
- 4:58post anything about getting silver because it's like we did
- 5:01beat up on some old dudes. So like, yeah.
- 5:05So is it really a win or did we lose because it was a bunch of
- 5:10some old dudes and we end up getting silver, you know, second
- 5:12set of first. But it was a good time, man.
- 5:14I had a blast at the point of my boy Will.
- 5:16Looking forward to playing in some more down the road.
- 5:20Yeah. But Speaking of interactions on
- 5:23the street, we got a lot of interactions with last week's
- 5:26episode. If you guys haven't heard it,
- 5:28it's titled Personal Seat license.
- 5:31Go back, take a look at it. You can find it on YouTube
- 5:34anywhere. You know, you found this
- 5:36podcast. Let's go back to last week and
- 5:39the name of those personal seat license.
- 5:40And we really we want to talk about, you know, what's coming
- 5:44to us fans and what's happening. And I'd want to say this is
- 5:48definitely a big topic for the fan base because we got the most
- 5:51interaction out of, you know, we've done 168 episodes.
- 5:54This episode got the most interaction from any of the ones
- 5:58that we have done. And we wanted to talk about some
- 6:02of the comments you guys have made.
- 6:04A appreciate you guys listening. Definitely.
- 6:07B Appreciate you guys chiming in because you know, it makes this
- 6:11and the work we put into this worth it, right?
- 6:14And just going off of some of their comments, they're too many
- 6:17to go over, but right, this is 1 from Jason Farris.
- 6:21Jason said let's enjoy the next few years because all I see with
- 6:24this new stadium is huge personal seat licenses, more
- 6:28ticket price increases, nowhere to park, tailgate traffic.
- 6:33Never thought I'd say this, but I'm sure going to miss Landover,
- 6:35MD. You know the saying all great
- 6:37things must come to an end. So, and they're not all
- 6:43negative, right? Some of the comments, one person
- 6:46is, if we want a new stadium, we want something nice, then this
- 6:50is just the cost of it, right? And some people chimed in and
- 6:55said, hey, it's hard to imagine. I'll say I'm down in Georgia
- 6:57now. And at UGA, there's no parking
- 7:00lot, 93,000 people suddenly come to Athens on weekends, Huge
- 7:04tailgating scene. Tailgating happens all over
- 7:07every random open spot in the city, sometimes a mile or two
- 7:10away. I haven't been around RFK in a
- 7:11very long time so I'm not sure if it's feasible in that area of
- 7:14DC compared to Athens. Not saying this is OK but just
- 7:18wondering. And one guy chimed in and said
- 7:23screw you guys for talking this into existence and.
- 7:28Wait a minute. The fact is, we aren't talking
- 7:32it into existence. It's it's happening.
- 7:35It's happened at every other freaking stadium.
- 7:38And The thing is, before, before anybody gets they think about
- 7:42one way or the other. As I tell people, don't get mad
- 7:46at us for regurgitating the news.
- 7:48This is what's coming down the pipe.
- 7:51It just is. And we know that, hey, if you
- 7:54buy a Mercedes-Benz, you're going to have freaking expensive
- 7:58service. It comes along with it.
- 8:01We know that when you get something new, it comes along
- 8:04with it. But The thing is, a lot of
- 8:06people didn't know and a lot of people still don't know.
- 8:11They are just finding out and they're and they're saying,
- 8:13wait, wait a minute, run it by me again because they just don't
- 8:17know. So that that's the thing, Our
- 8:18job, if you want to call it a job, our mission is to enlighten
- 8:24folks of the sports that they love, which is the Commanders
- 8:29slash Redskins. OK, That's what we're here for.
- 8:34Yeah, we had a couple people. They're new subscribers.
- 8:37One of them said, thank you so much.
- 8:38I just found this podcast. So glad I found it.
- 8:40I've been a season ticket holder for several years while living
- 8:42out of state. This is a huge topic for us.
- 8:46We support the team and their bad days.
- 8:47Hope we can agree on something that benefits both sides.
- 8:52Right and like you said, a lot of people just didn't know this
- 8:54was a thing. I had family in town visiting
- 8:57this week and I did a an episode on Fox 5 called Take 2.
- 9:03So I'm on with them and we start talking about a personal seat
- 9:07license. The other people on the show had
- 9:10no idea what in the world it was.
- 9:13And one person commented and said, why are you giving them
- 9:16ideas? And back to your point, we're
- 9:18not giving them ideas. This is something that has been
- 9:20happening for a long time now, when you know, these owners are
- 9:25building a stadium, right, They institute these licenses.
- 9:29And I talked to my buddy Greg, who I think you might have met
- 9:32with a Big Blue Crew up in New York.
- 9:35He's a huge Giants fan, right? When they got their new stadium,
- 9:39MetLife, his lower level seats, he had to pay, think it was
- 9:42$5000 a ticket for his seats. So it's just, I hate to say it,
- 9:47but we're just trying to educate people to let them know that,
- 9:51you know, save money now. And the good news is I did see
- 9:56that ownership has seen our video, right?
- 10:00I'm not going to say how I saw that or what's going on, but I
- 10:03do know that they have seen it. And really part of this is to
- 10:06let them know that the fans are worried about this.
- 10:09And I know that they know that I know they know we're concerned
- 10:12about what the world's going to happen.
- 10:14But if we don't collectively voice our opinions, then it's
- 10:20100% not going to be known to them how we feel and we don't
- 10:25get a chance to affect it. And I'm not saying us talking
- 10:29about this on the podcast is going to make them change their
- 10:31minds, but the fact of the matter is we know that they're
- 10:35seeing it. And if you guys complain and
- 10:39voice your opinions to your reps, whoever it may be, or on
- 10:41social media, then that's going to help us out down the road as
- 10:45well. The fact of the matter is this,
- 10:49I would rather know and we talked about it much more in
- 10:54advance than just hit me over the head, which brings me right
- 10:59back to the point that I'm going to continue to make until they
- 11:02announce it. And I, I, I thought that the
- 11:06schedule for the international games will be out by now because
- 11:11there's a little bit of a lull in the NFL news, but it hasn't
- 11:16been put out. So we'll have to wait obviously
- 11:18until next week. But I would just ask from here
- 11:24on out, guys, international games, let us know earlier than
- 11:30later. That's all we ask, and now we
- 11:32can get back to our really scheduled program.
- 11:35Yeah, it's, it's super annoying. And I Rodgers in town and he
- 11:41was, you know what we'll talk about here in a minute, but he's
- 11:43in town. He was just the White House.
- 11:45He was meeting with DC Council members to try and sway the vote
- 11:50for the stadium and RFK because some of the council members are
- 11:53saying that this isn't a good deal for DC.
- 11:55And have you ever sold a house? Yes.
- 11:59So when I sold a house a long time ago, they actually told me
- 12:04to leave some things for the home inspector to find, like
- 12:09blatant things like, you know, the light cover isn't on a light
- 12:14switch or something like that. Because someone's paying this
- 12:17home inspector to come up with something.
- 12:20And if he finds nothing, then they're going to dig even deeper
- 12:24to try and find something. So I almost feel that this deal
- 12:29that Bowser put in front of the City Council, because the
- 12:32council has now seen two versions of the budget.
- 12:36And I almost feel that the deal itself, they left some bad
- 12:40things in so the council members could come back and say, hey,
- 12:45this isn't cool. I'm going to fight for this
- 12:47change. All the wild knowing on the
- 12:50other end, Bowser and the commanders, we're going to give
- 12:53that concession anyway. So just let them feel like they
- 12:58got one over on us and that they actually did their constituents
- 13:01a good thing. That, to me, is what it almost
- 13:03seems like. I'd have to agree with you.
- 13:06I mean, you don't want them to be.
- 13:09It's almost like it's perfect. Find a mistake if you will, hint
- 13:13hint and fix it. But it's already been written in
- 13:17the back door that they didn't know about.
- 13:20Hey, Speaking of the the whole stadium aspect, did you see that
- 13:23rendering that I posted? And I said, hey, this is just a
- 13:27rendering, but look out for Ward 7 and the district because this
- 13:32thing is is going to be so huge. I'm not sure if you saw them.
- 13:37That rendering was unbelievable man.
- 13:40I'm pulling it up now and yeah, it that thing does look bad ass.
- 13:46So it's so many things are coming out because I saw a
- 13:49rendering of the commanders potentially putting out a second
- 13:54helmet or third helmet. No, actually, I think it'd be a
- 13:57second helmet for the black unis and this and that.
- 13:59I mean, the rendering is is absolutely gorgeous, right?
- 14:03To see if they can pull this off.
- 14:06Who knows? I mean, it's going to be right
- 14:08there on the water and the family I had come to town like,
- 14:12oh, where's you guys new stadium going to be like where you drove
- 14:14past the old one, right? It's going to be right there in
- 14:17that exact same spot if all this goes through.
- 14:20So fingers crossed. And we just got a tweet.
- 14:25It was from Paulie 0963. Hope this helps as a
- 14:30representation of the Bills PS LS to date.
- 14:33So this is color-coded and it's from yards per pass.
- 14:38Another updated PSL map courtesy of Michael Weingarten.
- 14:44And they've got different colors here of how much the Bills fans
- 14:49are paying for their PS LS. So I'm color blind, Rally I.
- 14:55This is going to give me a freaking headache but I'm just
- 14:57looking in the end zone where you sit.
- 15:00OK, it looks like it's blue or purple.
- 15:03So that looks like what, $5500 a seat?
- 15:06I can't see the it's too small for me but.
- 15:09On the left, no worries. We'll put this up on the YouTube
- 15:11so you guys can catch it there, right?
- 15:14So you're looking at 50 yard line seats here are $15,000
- 15:20APSL, right? So there's just different pieces
- 15:24of this and we're just going based on other teams, right?
- 15:27And I talked about how I was texting with some of the Chicago
- 15:31Bears fans and they reached out to me.
- 15:34They're doing focus groups to try and gauge, you know, what's
- 15:38going to happen. And I don't know or I don't
- 15:41think we're going to get those focus groups considering how bad
- 15:44the focus groups went last time ownership try to do something.
- 15:48Granted, that was Snyder and it was the focus groups about the
- 15:51team name, but changing the team name is about as popular as
- 15:56talking about PSLS in a new stadium, so who knows if they'll
- 16:00even waste their time with something like that.
- 16:02There's one person though, who said they should go back.
- 16:06Commander in chief says they should go back.
- 16:07He feels it should be the old name.
- 16:09So, you know, I don't know how much juice he really has to make
- 16:13that happen, but could you imagine?
- 16:15Yeah, you know, you know, the commander in chief saying that
- 16:20no, you guys will change your name back or else you won't get
- 16:23any funding or something like that.
- 16:24Could you imagine that? So for the people wondering who
- 16:27Rod he's talking about, he's talking about President Trump,
- 16:30right? And a reporter a couple weeks
- 16:32ago ask Donald Trump, since RFK is coming back to DC, you know,
- 16:37do you think the name should go back to Redskins?
- 16:39And this was actually a topic that we talked about when I was
- 16:42on Fox 5 with Elizabethan. And if you go through the entire
- 16:48clip, he pretty much says, you know, it's not equal to the
- 16:53chiefs and the other ones. Mayor Bowser.
- 16:56And we're jumping ahead a little bit.
- 16:58Mayor Bowser and Paul Tat, not Paul Tat, Rodger Goodell and
- 17:03Josh Harris were at the White House earlier this week to
- 17:07announce that the NFL draft is coming to DC in 2027.
- 17:12And he actually used commanders. And we're not going to get
- 17:17political here. I, I saw Robin and some other
- 17:20people comment about how they're not going to go with the draft
- 17:22to support it because of him. Whatever you guys, however you
- 17:26vote left, right, whatever, I don't care.
- 17:28That's up to you, don't matter to me.
- 17:31Not for the show. Back of the matter is Goodell
- 17:33was there, Mayor Bowser was there and Harris was there
- 17:37talking about the draft coming to DC, right?
- 17:40It had 600,000 people in Green Bay, estimated in a city that
- 17:46has 100,000 person population, right in Detroit, which was a
- 17:50record. Several 125,000 people attended
- 17:54the draft in Detroit, you and I included, right?
- 17:57They are expecting over a million people to attend the
- 18:01draft in DC. Now.
- 18:04My guess is that is over the, you know, Thursday, Friday,
- 18:08Saturday period, the three day period.
- 18:10So I'm just happy about it. But you talk about commanders
- 18:14and the name Josh Harris actually gave Donald Trump a
- 18:18Washington commander's jersey and made a little pun talking
- 18:21about, you know, the commander in chief and you know the
- 18:26commanders at that point. So I don't know.
- 18:30I was actually waiting for something else to come out of
- 18:32that. But we're beating a dead horse.
- 18:35It ain't changing. It ain't.
- 18:36Going back, it's not, it's not going back.
- 18:39And I don't even think that that even though he, he made that
- 18:43joke and he said that, that it, that it, it should be this go
- 18:47back to the name. I don't believe it's going to
- 18:49happen. And, and so, you know, like you
- 18:51said, we, we can, we can move on from there.
- 18:53It's just a matter of the fact that he brought, they brought it
- 18:55up and a lot of times everyone waiting bated breath to hear
- 18:58what he has to say. So he said it the but the owner
- 19:02says no. And like you said, we're going
- 19:05to keep it moving. And I actually got a bunch of
- 19:09hate once. Again, God Dang brother, you
- 19:13should be tailgate hate Ted, my God.
- 19:16Man, it's just I didn't even do anything.
- 19:19I posted the clip and for people to comment on anything on
- 19:23Instagram, you got to follow me. So, you know, I just I got tired
- 19:26of all the BS from all the Phillies fans, Elizabeth and he
- 19:29tagged me in hers. And there was a guy that said I
- 19:32lost a ton of respect for tailgate Ted after reading the
- 19:35clip and my whole argument, which is the argument I've been
- 19:38going with this entire time about the name, right?
- 19:40And for those that haven't, listen, if you're lucky enough
- 19:45to have a child and let's just say it's a daughter and you
- 19:49raise that child, you drop them off at, you know, school for the
- 19:52first time. You go to, you know, Grant
- 19:54Paulson just did his daddy daughter dance with his kid.
- 19:56And so did JP family, right? You know, you are there for
- 20:00their college graduation, right? You end up walking them down the
- 20:04aisle when they get married and they decide to change their last
- 20:08name. None of those memories you had
- 20:11with that child up until that point have been vanished and
- 20:15washed away. All those memories are there for
- 20:18me. That is the exact same thing
- 20:20when it comes to our name change.
- 20:22All those games I watched with my dad sitting on the couch, The
- 20:25first game I ever went to an RFK with my pops, none of that goes
- 20:29away. And there are some people that
- 20:32just decided to chime in and say well that's a stupid argument,
- 20:34blah blah blah. I'm like OK tell me why I just
- 20:37don't reply back to the haters anymore.
- 20:38To me it just, it acknowledges them and it goes through.
- 20:42And I appreciate Elizabeth Bethany and Mike Plogger, the in
- 20:45game host for the Caps and the Nats who's no good friend as
- 20:48well for standing up for me and defending me.
- 20:50And then they decide to chime in and say, Oh, well, you know, at
- 20:54least he'll always have the Hard Rock.
- 20:56And this was an Eagles fan saying this.
- 20:58This was Washington fans. And I'm not going to say
- 21:00Commanders fans. These were Redskins fans chiming
- 21:03in and saying that. So at that point, I just muted
- 21:06them. And then I did find out that you
- 21:08can actually mute words in your Instagram feed, so you just
- 21:13won't see it again. So I I've muted a couple words.
- 21:16I'm not going to say what they are, but now I don't got to
- 21:18worry about the hate. Learn something new every day,
- 21:21man. So it's just it's annoying,
- 21:25right? But what did you think when you
- 21:29saw, well, hey, they did Josh Harris wrong?
- 21:32Did you see the microphone like covering up his entire face?
- 21:35No, I didn't see that. I really wish they would have
- 21:39adjusted that microphone. I mean, he looks like, and this
- 21:43is, with all due respect, he just looks like a little kid at
- 21:46a podium and the microphone is just basically up to his
- 21:50eyeballs because. He's going to adjust it.
- 21:53I don't know if he couldn't adjust it or he just didn't
- 21:55adjust it. But like Rodger, Goodell is
- 21:57pretty tall. Mayor Bowser is taller.
- 21:58He's he's the shortest one in the group and he just looked
- 22:01like a little kid standing at the podium.
- 22:04He you know what, I'll say this. He's spoken in in public plenty
- 22:11of times. I've spoken in public plenty of
- 22:12times. You have as well.
- 22:14There's something about the things that you would normally
- 22:18do in the course of a day that when those light, the bright
- 22:22lights are on. Yeah.
- 22:23And, and you're speaking publicly, a lot of that stuff
- 22:25goes out the window. You don't even notice it until
- 22:28somebody like you says, hey, man, if you see the microphone
- 22:31in his face, because that's not even where he's focused.
- 22:34You know, you, you, you want to make sure that you're saying the
- 22:36right thing, that you're hitting all the cues and, and you don't
- 22:39say happy Thanksgiving everybody, you know that type of
- 22:42stuff. So.
- 22:44Did you watch Mayor Bowser in her speech that she gave before
- 22:48for the stadium announcement? See, I don't see that stuff.
- 22:51I I hear it, but I don't see it. So it was so just like cringe,
- 22:55awkward because she's talking about welcome back to DC or
- 22:58welcome to DC and she does a clap and then like a thumb snap.
- 23:02It was just so weird. That's thumb snap.
- 23:06Yeah, I'll, I'll put in the YouTube video.
- 23:08But she did like a clap and a snap.
- 23:10Like it's like almost she didn't know what she wanted to do
- 23:12because there were times during the pressure when she would do
- 23:15little snaps because I guess it's the thing for I know some
- 23:18people in sororities would snap and stuff like that and so.
- 23:21OK, OK, OK. But she did both awkwardly at
- 23:25that point, and then she kept talking.
- 23:27It was just weird. But I don't know if you can see
- 23:29this. This is a picture of the
- 23:31microphone in front of Josh Harris.
- 23:33And you can't really see him at all because the microphone is
- 23:37just covering his entire face. Yeah, yeah.
- 23:40Not not that I even care one bit, but just remember this one.
- 23:44e.g. LE.
- 23:47Oh, I remember, trust me. I mean, that was one too long
- 23:51ago and I didn't want to acknowledge these guys, but.
- 23:58Hey, funny's funny. And it goes back to my point.
- 24:00We are all we've, we've spoken in the public eye before and and
- 24:05you know what, when the white lights get on sometimes, hey
- 24:08man, you have those brain parts. So it happens.
- 24:11So there is a Eagles like sports blog, right?
- 24:17It's called Crossing Broad and I get a text message from my
- 24:21tailgate crew. We got a little private text
- 24:24message between a couple of us inside there.
- 24:26And it goes into, you know, they're sick and tired of the
- 24:31commanders getting all this shine, blah, blah, blah.
- 24:35The drafts is coming to DC. Guess what?
- 24:38They've got a Hard Rock Cafe in DC on East Street downtown.
- 24:43Let's go take that damn thing over.
- 24:45And it's just like, really, they're already planning in 2027
- 24:50to take over the Hard Rock. I think it goes into let's run
- 24:53out of room at the Hard Rock and then do this and that and you
- 24:58know, screw tailgate Ted and all this other stuff and I can't
- 25:01find it now. But it's just, it cracks me up
- 25:04that they're still thinking about this entire thing.
- 25:08Dude, let me tell you this. Let me let me tell you this,
- 25:10man. You, not your team, but Speaking
- 25:14of the Eagles fans, your team just won the Super Bowl.
- 25:19Commanders fans, you would be so far out of my mind, I'd still be
- 25:24celebrating it that we won a Super Bowl, man.
- 25:26So it just goes to show you that that the you live in infamy in
- 25:33their. Head Oh yeah, man, I just I, I,
- 25:35I want the schedule to come out so bad so I can just book the
- 25:39time off to make sure my ass is up there and my ass is up there
- 25:43the night before and I was joking around with Jim Loke.
- 25:47He had he's anchor over at Fox 5.
- 25:51I can't remember what it was, but have you seen those?
- 25:53I think of the Ray Blaine Ray Ban glasses that has cameras
- 25:57built into. Them yeah, the meta glasses yeah
- 25:58so. It's like, all right, Jim, you
- 26:00got to let me wear these. Fox 5 can have all the footage,
- 26:04but when my ass goes up there and I'm wearing my Hard Rock Ted
- 26:07shirt and it's #55 on the front and 23 on the back, right, then
- 26:12we'll kind of see what happens. But it just, it still cracks me
- 26:15up because this is an excerpt from the article.
- 26:18Here's the other thing. Are you getting sick of the
- 26:20Washington Commanders lovefest? I am.
- 26:22They're getting all this publicity and praise for simply
- 26:24not being terrible, for finding a franchise quarterback after 30
- 26:28years of sticking up the NFC East.
- 26:30Oh boy, they had a good season. For the first time since the
- 26:32first George Bush was in office, Josh Harris hired some people
- 26:36who aren't idiots. They're replacing their crappy
- 26:38husk of a stadium with something modern, Right?
- 26:41And like you said, you guys just won the Super Bowl to even care
- 26:46about us. And I get it.
- 26:48It's a dead time right now. There's not a ton to talk about.
- 26:50Everyone's waiting for next week when the schedule comes out and
- 26:53we can all start doing predictions and see what's going
- 26:56to happen and how many prime time games and how many SP
- 26:59events trips we're supposed to book.
- 27:01And oh, by the way, eight of them for all the away games.
- 27:05But it just, it cracks me up, right?
- 27:09And but now to start getting that from Washington fans, that
- 27:14part does annoy me a little bit. Yeah, we're supposed to be on
- 27:19the same team, man. And.
- 27:22Yeah, obviously we we aren't and and it's terrible.
- 27:27You you think we'd all could come together.
- 27:29And I have to tell you something that that I heard offline, but
- 27:34amongst our fan base, we're some bickering people, man.
- 27:37And and I don't understand it. I mean, I get it.
- 27:40Everybody has their opinion. Opinions are like butt holes.
- 27:42Everybody has one, unless you got a colostomy bag.
- 27:45But you know, it's still you got to we got to be able to work
- 27:49together with everybody, man. Bernie and gold until they were
- 27:52dead in cold. That's just how it should be.
- 27:54All right, So anyway, let's move on to the next topic, bro.
- 27:57And the next topic is. Yeah, the draft.
- 28:01I wanted to hear your thoughts about that coming to town and
- 28:06when they made the announcement. So I got to tell you, I was, I
- 28:09was excited about that. We knew based upon a previous
- 28:15conversation, I forgot we were at some game and they were
- 28:17talking about it and said that the commanders that they
- 28:21couldn't. If you remember, they said they
- 28:23couldn't. I think it was at the mall said
- 28:26that they couldn't project events that far in advance
- 28:31because there needed to be a permit or something.
- 28:33Do you remember that? It was permits, it was doing
- 28:36alcohol on the mall and stuff like that that you just cannot
- 28:39do. Right.
- 28:40And so and so they were like, there's no way that'll happen.
- 28:43And I said to myself, and I think I don't even brought up on
- 28:45the plot, I said, man, the way that they're talking about this,
- 28:49this is going to happen. And I was very excited about it.
- 28:53And, and, and somebody asked Muriel Bowser, the mayor of DC,
- 29:00well, for a million people, are you going to have enough police?
- 29:05And I think a lot of people forget that in 22,000 and three
- 29:142003 we we had NFL opening night on the mall.
- 29:18Yeah, we had a kick off on Thursday night.
- 29:20Yeah, kick off. And we had about, I'd say
- 29:23350,000 people. Now granted it's not a million,
- 29:26but where I'm going with that is they asked what would it be
- 29:29enough law enforcement. And for those who don't know,
- 29:32what happens is because DC is federally funded, the the US
- 29:39Marshall can deputize outside police agencies to come in and
- 29:45help DC Park Police, Secret Service and everybody else.
- 29:49So basically what happens is those guys will from out of out
- 29:54of state, meaning Virginia, Maryland can come in, raise the
- 30:00right hand in a large group and you'll be deputized for that.
- 30:07Those three days, if you will, If you, oh, how many days that
- 30:10they need you to be down there starting at XYZ time, ending at
- 30:14XYZ what time? So your, your, your powers will
- 30:17start and they would end. So there's going to be plenty of
- 30:21law enforcement so you guys won't have to worry about that.
- 30:25But I was very excited because this is something that the city
- 30:30needs. The whole area needs it.
- 30:32It's, it's no different than when the new stadium is built
- 30:36and several years later we, we host the Super Bowl.
- 30:40You know, we've hosted things before.
- 30:41We, we hosted it at All Star basketball game here in 2004.
- 30:46I think it was 2005, something like that.
- 30:48Remember being there for it. Yeah, I mean back at MCR.
- 30:51Center back. Then it it was right, the OMCI
- 30:54Center and it things went out without a hitch.
- 30:56I mean, granted, you're going to have your little petty crime,
- 30:59whatever have you, that's still going on regardless.
- 31:01But everything else went without a hitch and it it was a great
- 31:04time. The city was was basically put
- 31:08on the big screen. And this is going to be no
- 31:11different. And I look forward to it because
- 31:14now I won't have to drive anywhere.
- 31:16Or fly. Or fly anywhere because.
- 31:19You didn't drive to Detroit, that would be.
- 31:21But I will be, I will be driving to Pittsburgh though.
- 31:24So I'm, I'm ready for that for next year.
- 31:26So I'm, I'm, I'm, I can't wait. So I look forward to that.
- 31:29Yeah, part of you wants to go to Pittsburgh next year, but I've
- 31:31also been to Pittsburgh a bunch and I just, I don't know.
- 31:35But then again, I feel because the people in our inner circle,
- 31:39it's always the same people. I'm not knocking them, right?
- 31:42So I don't want to miss out on 2027 inner circle because I
- 31:46didn't do 2026 inner circle if you see what I'm saying.
- 31:49I got you. So because got asked to go this
- 31:52year, but I don't want to go to Green Bay.
- 31:54I love cheese curds, but I just had no desire to go to Green Bay
- 31:58thinking we're not going to pick what's going on.
- 32:00So I decided not to. But not going to lie, I did put
- 32:03a request in for 2027. We'll see if that person is
- 32:07still with the organization or how they're going to do it.
- 32:11Or I mean, there are times when I've asked for field passes and
- 32:16I've been told that there are a lot of requests from ownership
- 32:21because there are 15 different owners, so there's not a lot of
- 32:25field passes. My guess is ownership and all
- 32:29those requests aren't going to be in the inner circle because
- 32:32that's reserved for fans, right? That's usually your die hard
- 32:36most boisterous fans that they want on camera representing you
- 32:40when your pick happens. So I.
- 32:43Don't remember, I don't. I don't remember, but if you're
- 32:46the hosting city do you get more seats?
- 32:50Historically you have gotten a bigger inner circle because I
- 32:54remember in Detroit a bunch of them or friends of mine from the
- 32:58PFUFA, they had way more people than we had, just from a sexual
- 33:04perspective. Got you.
- 33:06And I would think that you would pay, I would think that you'd
- 33:08pay homage to the your fans at home and give them instead of
- 33:11hypothetically 20 seats, you give maybe 4030 or 40.
- 33:16So yeah, I I think so too. And this was a topic on B Mitch
- 33:20and Finley and I kind of changing my opinion on what I
- 33:24originally thought. So want to ask you, knowing that
- 33:28we're getting the draft in 27 and the Super Bowl should be
- 33:31coming, assuming all of this gets approved in regards to the
- 33:35stadium, the stadium's happening.
- 33:37If you could only choose one event, which one would you
- 33:41prefer to go to? The draft or the Super Bowl?
- 33:45If the Commanders are in the Super Bowl.
- 33:48They're not in the Super Bowl. Let's just say it's a Super
- 33:50Bowl. Then I'll, I'll take the draft.
- 33:53I agree with you right and I mean, if the commanders in the
- 33:58Super Bowl, you and I are finding a way to be there, you
- 34:01know, I, it's I mentioned last pot, I might have to sell a
- 34:04kidney to pay for my PSL, right? You know, I, I only got one of
- 34:08those if I had to said if I had to sell that for my PS:.
- 34:10Li won't have another one to sell.
- 34:12So I got to come up with another way to pay for the Super Bowl
- 34:14ticket. But to me, the Super Bowl A,
- 34:19it'll be cold in February here, so outdoors won't be as nice,
- 34:24but the draft in April downtown could have some nice weather.
- 34:29All the different stuff surrounding it.
- 34:32I mean, you were in Detroit. We were there.
- 34:34Just seen all the cool different things out there.
- 34:37I'm kind of excited to see what they would do, you know, cuz
- 34:40when is cherry blossoms? Wouldn't that be around roughly
- 34:43the same time frame that the draft is?
- 34:46You ever take a couple weeks? Yeah.
- 34:47Yeah, I mean, just talk about the the mess traffic wise and
- 34:51people wise in the city. But I think I'd actually be more
- 34:54excited for the draft because it's just it's a multi day thing
- 34:57than going to the Super Bowl experience because how much of
- 35:01an experience is it going to be? You can't really build permanent
- 35:04structures downtown. I feel like it's just going to
- 35:06be kind of cold too. And if our team's not in it, I'm
- 35:09saying I'm not going the Super Bowl, I'm waiting to go for my
- 35:11first one when we're actually going to be in it.
- 35:13But that's just me. I got you.
- 35:15Well, for me, I wanted to, I have been to the Super Bowl.
- 35:19I wanted to go to the the 50th and I said I don't care who's in
- 35:24it. It's the 50th Super Bowl and I'm
- 35:26going to be there like the 75th. If I'm still on this earth, I'm
- 35:31going to go to the 75th regardless of who's in it.
- 35:35That's just my personal thing that I wanted to do.
- 35:39And what I like, Ted, is I enjoyed seeing how Detroit
- 35:44transform their city to be able to host everyone and how they
- 35:50block the streets off to get you.
- 35:52Hey, they had it very well laid out.
- 35:54If you're in a circle, you go this way.
- 35:55If your general population, you go this way, I want to be able
- 35:59to see how the coordinators put it together.
- 36:01And I loved how Detroit did it because that was my first draft
- 36:06I'd ever gone to. And so I was like a kidney candy
- 36:09store. I was, I was pretty much
- 36:11mesmerized. And you get in in full tourist
- 36:13mode. Oh yeah, and you had your GoPro
- 36:16on your shoulder walking around catching footage, and I don't
- 36:19think I ever saw the footage of that.
- 36:21How'd that come out? You know what?
- 36:24I, some of it came out good. And then what I need to do is I
- 36:30need to get a remote to know when I've turned it on and not
- 36:35turned it on because you know, you hear like the double beep.
- 36:38And sometimes I'd be so caught up to where I said, did it beep
- 36:43once or did it beep twice? I don't know.
- 36:45And so there are a lot of things that I missed.
- 36:48We'll talk about that offline because I think I got a solution
- 36:52for you in regards to that. But I'm right there with you
- 36:55because when we went back to Detroit for the NFC divisional
- 36:58game, right, I walked around town to enjoy my victory cigar.
- 37:03And it's what, 2:00 in the morning?
- 37:06And I'm walking around Detroit 2:00 in the morning just smoking
- 37:09my cigar. I'm like, damn, that's where the
- 37:11stage was and it's just completely gone, right?
- 37:13It's just a big, massive empty lot.
- 37:16And that's where this was and that's where this was, right?
- 37:18So it was kind of cool, and it'd be awesome to see, you know, the
- 37:21city transform they're talking about.
- 37:23And kudos to the Washington Post for doing this.
- 37:25The Washington Post put in a FOIA request, So a Freedom of
- 37:29Information Act request to the National Park Service is how
- 37:32they broke the story and got this information.
- 37:35And there was something called Project Breeze, which was the
- 37:39code name for the draft coming to DC and the layout for it.
- 37:44So that's how they deciphered all this stuff.
- 37:46And there's an article from Nikki Zavala in the Washington
- 37:49Post kind of talking about it. So they're saying that the stage
- 37:54would be more so down by the National Art Gallery and not on
- 38:00the Mall itself. Aspects of the draft would be on
- 38:03the Mall. But this is all in the Project
- 38:08Breeze layout. It's all subject to change by
- 38:102027 depending on, you know, what they end up making the
- 38:14final layout be. So I thought that that was kind
- 38:18of a mess to not have like the Lincoln Memorial in the
- 38:21background because there is an underground spot in the Lincoln
- 38:25Memorial for those that aren't from the city or don't know.
- 38:28It's like an underground like vault type space, if you will,
- 38:33where you can actually tour and get tickets to.
- 38:35To me, to make that the green room for the players and have
- 38:39them come out and walk down the steps of the Lincoln Memorial,
- 38:44that'd be freaking iconic, man. That'd just be so bad ass.
- 38:47I was thinking the exact same thing.
- 38:49I mean, you know, everyone is pretty much given a speech from
- 38:53the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and then you've got the
- 38:56background, like you said, the, the, the capital, the monument,
- 39:00I mean, everything down there. Now, one of the things that they
- 39:02said would, would, which before they had all this stuff was for
- 39:07the World War 2 memorial would stop people, you know, from from
- 39:12being able to, to see things. But what I remember is like, I,
- 39:19I came I when you when they had the different parades or they
- 39:26had the different things on the mall, they put up these huge.
- 39:31Massive screens. Screens, yeah.
- 39:33Yeah. Yeah, I was, I was, I was at the
- 39:34Million Man March and they had massive screens, President
- 39:38Obama's inauguration, they had those huge screens up there.
- 39:42That was like the largest inauguration that I've ever
- 39:45participated in. And I actually had to work that
- 39:48thing. It was the coldest one in my
- 39:49life that ever had to work. But but still, it makes me cold
- 39:53thinking about it. But they had these huge screens.
- 39:55And so just think from people from the Lincoln Memorial all
- 40:00way up to like the Capitol. Can you imagine this the Mall
- 40:04just being like like the 4th of July when they have the 4th of
- 40:08July on on the on the Mall? Man, that from, from the Lincoln
- 40:12Memorial all the way down to the Capitol, it's just wall to wall
- 40:16people. That's what I foresee it.
- 40:18And we take care of the crowd then and we'll take care of the
- 40:22crowd with, with the strap that comes in 2027.
- 40:25And I, I, I can't wait. Yeah.
- 40:27I mean, DC is built to be able to host something like this.
- 40:29We've got the infrastructure, we've got the Metro, right?
- 40:33We've got all the surrounding areas.
- 40:34People are going to be staying in Bethesda, we'll be staying in
- 40:37Arlington, we'll be staying in Woodbridge coming up.
- 40:39I mean, just all over the place to get here.
- 40:41So book your hotels now, you know, if you want to come out
- 40:45here for the draft because it's just, it's going to be a fun
- 40:47time. And I was blessed to be able to
- 40:49be on the press stage for the Capitals parade when we won.
- 40:55So I was on there with FOX 5 and I got to talk during the Caps
- 40:59parade and just cover it for Fox.
- 41:02And I mean, that was a blast. And my friends, you know, a
- 41:05bunch of the crew members were actually out on the mall sitting
- 41:08out there and they had a walkway that was maybe 3 people wide.
- 41:15And that was for like emergency services in case they ever had
- 41:18to get someone out of that sea of people and that massive
- 41:21people. Then you could go through and
- 41:24jump over that wall and go down that walkway.
- 41:26I mean, we can host this no problem.
- 41:29I, I've got no worries about it and I'm just excited about all
- 41:32the revenue that's going to come to not just DC, but the
- 41:35surrounding area. It's, there's no downside to
- 41:39this at all. And I was shocked that there are
- 41:41people complaining about it because of traffic.
- 41:44Guess what's probably going to happen?
- 41:46Your job is probably going to let you work from home, right?
- 41:48Let's just be realistic about it.
- 41:50I doubt they're going to have you going to the office that
- 41:52week because all the roads are going to be shut down.
- 41:54It's going to be a mess. They're not going to want to go
- 41:57in either, right? I'm not going to mention where
- 41:59Misses Tailgate works, but historically she's by the World
- 42:03Bank. When they have their massive
- 42:04conference, they'd get to work from home.
- 42:07So if anything, if you're pissed off about the traffic, be happy
- 42:10about it because you might get to work from home and not
- 42:12actually have to go in the office that week or whenever.
- 42:14They're setting all this stuff up and I just, I see it's a win
- 42:17win and it's going to be a damn good time.
- 42:19Oh yeah, I totally agree. Now Speaking of damn good time,
- 42:27did you actually watch our first round selection of the draft?
- 42:33I did not. I was in bed.
- 42:36So I don't feel so bad because I didn't watch it either because
- 42:41it was, I want to say 10:30 and I'm thinking we're going to
- 42:44trade out of this thing. I waited to see if Shidor went
- 42:47to the Steelers and he didn't. And I was just shocked when I
- 42:51woke up the next morning and we didn't trade out of the pick.
- 42:55Well, some might say we're not die hard fans or whatever else.
- 42:59To me, I didn't care because we're going to get who we get.
- 43:02And there wasn't a big draft party going on.
- 43:05I was just shocked why we didn't trade out.
- 43:07And this is actually what Josh, not Josh.
- 43:09This is what Adam Peters had to say about why they didn't trade
- 43:11back out of that first round pick.
- 43:14Adam, you had talked about the possibility of trading back when
- 43:16Connor Lee was there at 29. Were you still taking calls?
- 43:19Was that still a discussion? Yeah, we, we got a ton of calls,
- 43:23excuse me, when we're on the clock.
- 43:25We got calls throughout the week, just preliminary calls
- 43:28like we talked about earlier in the week in the in our presser.
- 43:32And then we got a ton of calls leading up to that.
- 43:34And what we had discussed beforehand is really if he was
- 43:40on the board, we weren't going to trade back.
- 43:43And so there's an opportunity to train back with a few other
- 43:45teams and wasn't very far, but in our minds it was not worth
- 43:50even risking missing on him. So.
- 43:55So I was surprised that a we took a left tackle because I did
- 43:59not. So I just a tackle in general,
- 44:01did not see that coming. But I'm just, I'm happy that
- 44:05they had a plan and they stuck with it and they didn't let
- 44:09outside noise really change what they want to do, right?
- 44:13We only got 5 picks. I'm hoping in 2027 we have the
- 44:1832nd pick, which means we won the Super Bowl in 26 and we're
- 44:22picking late and we just go from there.
- 44:25I also, I'm hoping that you know, we have more than like one
- 44:29first round pick and a second round pick if we're there and
- 44:32we're lucky enough to be in the inner circle because it'll just
- 44:34be more time focused on us in general as a team.
- 44:38But what did you think when you woke up that next morning and
- 44:42you saw who we talked and you saw we didn't move back?
- 44:44I. Said, oh, OK, well, who is this
- 44:48kid? Let me do my YouTube research
- 44:51and find out what he's all about.
- 44:53And, and, and I was actually surprised.
- 44:56And once I saw his stuff on YouTube, I said, OK, I'm I'm not
- 45:01mad at that. And and as you said, for once,
- 45:05we aren't allowing anyone to manipulate us into doing what we
- 45:11don't want to do. True adult stuff right there,
- 45:14man. Finally, you know the only the
- 45:18owner isn't coming in saying no, I want that guy.
- 45:20So change everything up and and and and and make it happen.
- 45:24No, he hired people who we trust to make the right decisions.
- 45:31And all you are hearing are glowing reports.
- 45:35Glowing reports? Excuse me.
- 45:37Of what? What we did, how we did it, why
- 45:41we did it. So I I can't go wrong.
- 45:46Yeah, Connelly only allowed two sacks his entire college career,
- 45:52right? So they're obviously investing
- 45:55in Jayden, in protecting them, bringing in Tunsil, bringing in
- 45:59Connolly. Do what they got to do.
- 46:01And I'm just, I'm excited, I'm not going to lie.
- 46:03I mean, I'm hearing Trey Amos is going to be a stud.
- 46:06He's going to be a rock star. We got him for an amazing value.
- 46:10The other three guys, we got a wide receiver, Jalen Lane, Kane
- 46:14Medrano, and then a linebacker and Jacori Kroski.
- 46:19Merritt, I'm probably butchering his name with a 200 and 45th
- 46:22pick. I am a little bummed because I
- 46:25did try and see if they're going to have passes for rookie mini
- 46:28camp for fans. I got the Heisman on that, so I
- 46:32don't know if we just don't qualify or if they're not doing
- 46:36it. It would have been nice to go
- 46:38out there and see that because I know a lot of fans are talking
- 46:42about the fact that Gabe Taylor is coming to camp, but they for
- 46:47those that don't know, they extend invites out to a bunch of
- 46:52other rookies and that just weren't drafted because it's
- 46:56rookie mini camp. You have to have enough people,
- 46:58people out there to run drills and do different stuff.
- 47:01You don't have enough people, then you can't actually run
- 47:04practice, which we have had in the past during regular season,
- 47:07just actual practice in general because too many guys were
- 47:10banged up. So it'll be cool to see Sean's
- 47:12little brother in burgundy and gold and see how it goes.
- 47:16I'm not holding out a ton of hope.
- 47:17He wasn't offered a contract. He's just coming out to do this,
- 47:20but what did you think when you saw that?
- 47:22Probably going on Instagram or X or something.
- 47:25Well, you know, I've talked to him on the sidelines several
- 47:30games and and he's always said that it'll be a honor to play
- 47:33for the team that his brother played for and to hear that,
- 47:40hey, give the kid a shot. You never know, he he could
- 47:44impress you, Just you just never know.
- 47:47So obviously he, he played college ball.
- 47:52It's not like he, he played only high school and and is asking to
- 47:56try to step up and play pro. Well, he's he, he played pretty
- 47:59solidly in in college. And so give him an opportunity.
- 48:03You, you never know, like people say, all they can say is no,
- 48:07after some blood, sweat and tears, a good little workout.
- 48:11So hey, I'm I'm more power to him.
- 48:14And going back to something that you said real quick, though, I
- 48:18think last year was the first year that they didn't have allow
- 48:21fans to to see the rookie, rookie camp and and because we
- 48:26were there two years ago. Yeah.
- 48:30And I just wonder, you know, if it helps the team, I will say
- 48:34I'm all for it. So you remember last year's
- 48:37excuse, though? It's because they were doing all
- 48:39our construction. OK.
- 48:40Yeah, I you, you're right. They did say that because of the
- 48:43construction. Well, that's completed now if
- 48:45I'm not. Mistaken.
- 48:46It's done. Construction is done.
- 48:47You don't got to worry about that anymore.
- 48:48So, so obviously we don't fit the bill.
- 48:52And maybe no one's going except media.
- 48:54And I get it. And it would have been nice.
- 48:56And if any of our listeners are going out there, shoot us a
- 49:00picture, let us know how you guys qualify.
- 49:01We're going to blow up your spot.
- 49:03Just kind of curious to see how that goes because you know, they
- 49:06gave it as a perk in the past for OTAs, right?
- 49:09If you're part of a season ticket holder group, you know,
- 49:11do this and reminds me. I got to tell you about an
- 49:13event. I'm going to a night with the
- 49:15legends coming up. 1 sure if you got that invite, depending which
- 49:17group you're in, But I, I wish all those, you know, young men,
- 49:23good luck at training or not training camp at mini camp.
- 49:26And I can't wait to hear how it goes, whether it's Connerly or
- 49:29Gabe Taylor or Trey Amos, cuz I just one step closer.
- 49:34You talked about the weather being here, which means we're
- 49:37closer to football season. To me, seeing the guys put pads
- 49:40on and being back in the facility, whether they're
- 49:42rookies or our vets, it just gets me even more excited, man.
- 49:46Oh, yeah, because we've got some unfinished business, definitely,
- 49:50Yeah, unfinished business. And, and I think that we are
- 49:56continually moving in the right direction to bring that Lombardi
- 50:00back to the DMV. And I can't wait.
- 50:03And also, well, let's I, I hear it.
- 50:06I hear it, the music playing in the background.
- 50:08Well, let's me know that we are bringing this show to an end.
- 50:12Thank you guys for riding with us.
- 50:14I still have hope that they will announce the overseas game
- 50:18before they give us the regular season games, even if it's just
- 50:23a couple of days. At this point, man, I mean, I'm
- 50:28not putting money on it, especially after I lost all my
- 50:30money last night at the Caps game, but yeah.
- 50:32Oh, not good, not good. That'll be for another, another
- 50:35time. But thank you guys for riding
- 50:37with us. Thank you guys for giving us the
- 50:39feedback and and obviously we are here for you.
- 50:42So if you got questions on any topic of football, hey, bring
- 50:46them to us. We'd love to discuss it and give
- 50:48our take because that's what the DME mess hall is all about.
- 50:51Remember guys, you RIP it hard or you don't RIP it at all.
- 50:56Rally Captain Tailgate Ted, we will see you next week, face.
